some more public domain character designs. first with a randomly generated color palette and then with just black white and green.
Link to download the also public domain lineart and the HD versions of these is here. The lineart is based on a winged cat from a medieval manuscript. I got progressively lazier with it after drawing the head, which is why the front legs are so scribbly.
file name: random color palette makes wavy blue water
file name: Neon Skeletal Starlight
[ID: Two digital drawings using the same lineart, showing a dragon sitting and facing to the Left, with its back to the camera, and feathered wings partly folded on its back. It has a prominent nose on a cat-like head, with rounded ears, a long thin tail, and front legs that are scribbled in. The first one has a color palette in a gradient from deep blue, to medium blue, to cyan scribbled on the side, with the dragon in the same colors. The base color is medium blue, with white, cyan, and darker blue squiggles and waves like water. Its visible eye has dark sclera, and a blue iris. Its wings are striped in all of the shades of blue from the palette, with tiny white dots along the edge of each color. The second dragon has a base of black, covered with small white dots like stars. Along the spine is a white strpie, with white spikes like ribs branching out symetrically on either side. Its wings are solid neon green, as are the insides of its ears. It has a light green iris, and white sclera. The tips of its ears, and under its eye, are white. One of the front legs ends above the ankle. End ID.]
if you send me some colors to pick one I'll make a design for one next time I have nothing to do.
I'm actually very bad at designing sparkledogs.
