It's pretty thin (so thin I'm afraid it'll snap in half anytime I lift it)

#I love crafting stuff but it's more time consuming than drawing (and less satisfying to me) so I don't do it as often #this would make a pretty cool pin. too bad it's so fragile #this is useless btw. I'm afraid it's break even if I store it somewhere #but at least I had fun making it #like an idiot I decided it would be better if I used only yellow and painted the details after baking it #fast forward-> me trying to paint it with a permanent black marker and a white gel pen that's definitely not for that job #this design will forever be imprinted in my brain as the best fanmade bill design actually #gravity falls #gravity fowls #bill cipher #arts n crafts #polymer clay #don't look at my ugly fingers #this is obviously not actual folded like an origami. #the flip side is that Grunkle Stan and Young!Ford are really funny to draw. But these two? I think about them and start sobbing #anyway been trying to draw a little Time Travel AU stuff. specifically The grunks meeting their 30-something-year-old selves #oldies in the 80s AU #if you will #its like god imagine being completely no contact with your brother and then BAM a guy who has the EXACT relationship you want shows up #and he's being really nice to you and you're pretty sure you've passed out and this is a dream but you really dont want to wake up #and on Ford's side he is suddenly face to face with this really beat up younger version of his brother and its like uh oh! #in anticipation of the incoming remake #i tried my best to imitate the SH font but #silent hill #silent hill 2 #angela #angela orosco #theme of laura (reprise)#i've said it before but in spite of its occasionally clunky diction i think silent hill 2 is an unusually emotionally intelligent game #for any year and still today but especially so for where gaming storytelling was in 2001 #and for as many pitfalls a story like hers could've dipped into i think it particularly shines through with how they treated angela #not just choosing to depict victimhood as something that can be ugly and fractious and open quote “difficult” but then this #actively rebuffing james for trying to be a white knight and dressing him down for it too #“i know you mean well and want to help but this isn't a simple problem"#“and it's really hurtful and a bit insulting that you act like you can”#the switching to a first person view turning it into an address to the player as well #maybe even old videogame tropes too #“this isn't some princess in a castle kind of situation dude this is more serious than that”#it felt like a very deliberate statement about the depth and severity of a trauma like this #and in doing so showing it so much respect #then angela just leaves #and you never see her again #i really don't think it was to imply that it consumed her i think it was to underline what was just said #this isn't your problem to fix #this is where your part in this story ends #there is no quick easy solution to this and you won't get one #there's some strength in that

City of Tears. But Mini.

I wanted to make an atmospheric art piece with Dewi. And the City of Tears is one of the most sorrowing, beautiful, and grand places to do that. This is a lot of firsts for me regarding the architecture and lighting. The shadows cover a lot, and it may have been too much. I'm happy with how it turned out tho.

No idea how Dewi found his way into the City. Probably magic. Probably plot too :) But oh boy, he is experiencing childlike wonder in his raincoat!

This is a better show of the line detail I needlessly covered up in the final lol

#I love the idea that Ghost's resting spot is always on Dewi's hat. It's a great vantage point for spotting potential threats!#Quirrel doesnt mind the rain. But he'd rather not be walking around with Dewi 20 stories above him #Hornet is on the look out so that Dewi doesnt mess up anything #And Hollow is just enjoying the rain #dewi's adventures in hollow knight #hk fanart #Im really happy with it turned out #hollow knight #pure vessel #city of tears #dewi #hk #urg I still need to figure out human noses and I was getting really anxious about showing this just for that one fact alone.#trying my best.
