Hi I’m really love your art and I was wondering how do you draw the night/light furies ? I struggle drawing the bodies and I was wondering do you have any advice /tips /tutorials on them 💗

Also hi hope your doing ok and drinking plenty of water 💗

So I kinda suck with tutorials, but basically I try to go with night furies being a bit "sharper" than light furies. These dragons are sleek and agile, so you're working with a streamline form: longer body, flatter head, and fins for flying and lift!

Night fury heads are longer and flatter than their light fury counterparts. They are also bulkier, especially in the chest and limbs. I often use two circles to represent the chest(larger circle) and hips(smaller). I connect these with kind of a "tube" shape to build the basic body shape.

Fury legs are also a bit on the shorter side too, so they're not going to be standing tall like a dog or a cat, but instead more like a gecko or reptile. I use a basic circle to connect the legs to the body and the rough shape of the lower section of the leg to build its form. These two points are connected with a simple line and I'll block in the rough shape of the foot.

For the wings, I do a rough outline shape and just start placing in the detail planning starting with the main limb that builds the wing, then onto the "fingers" of the wing along with shaping out the wing membrane more depending on the species (usual dragon shape for night furies, rounded for light furies).

So ya, dunno how much this actually helps but it's a messy way of how I do it. XvX

Humans in almost every Monkie kid fanfic: sure we can have peace demons OWO. It not every single time your the instigator and make your entire village is your subject that had to sacrifice there children to you and sure there’s not a single instance of demons changing for the better by their own will without any outside factors (pls fact Check this) but we can let bygones be bygones OWO

Humans would react in real life even with Sun Wukong truce: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=BRkhgxVcUXo (this actually fit pretty well you can make it historical by changing the Roman rebels to the Taiping, the Romes to the demons, and the “emperor’s will” to Sun Wukong truce and yes that the Taiping rebels were horrific that’s actually perfect because it could be a plot point in the story).

like I said, demons are just a type of being, there's good and bad in them just as there is humans. and I can fact check you on that! uwu

we have plenty of notable stories in Chinese mythos that corroborate that demons aren't inherently evil and the sole perpetrators of violence.

for instance, the story of the White Snake is one of them! the snake sisters only fought back due to human's suspicions of their motives. and there's a whole subset of stories from the Qing dynasty that is just about fox demons cultivating their powers peacefully, and even being able to earn appointments in heaven if they do so in a goodly manner. there are of course the huyao who will seek the easy way and just suck human's energies, and end up inviting some sort of heavenly retribution for it.

even in jttw, we have a few demons who are just chilling and not causing trouble!

for example, there's the turtle demon in goldfish demon arc. he was cultivating by himself near the river, and when the pilgrims needed help to cross it, he offered to carry them on his back in exchange for buddhist teachings so he could finally take human form!

and there's the nine headed lion, who was a fairly decent ruler of his kingdom. he never ate people, he just got in trouble cus his subjects stole the pilgrim's weapons.

also i gotta let you know: human sacrifices were, also done by humans against humans, back in the day ahsbsjbdjs

all that said, i dont mean to imply that the truce was an easy thing, far from it! that's why it took a bodhisattva to do it, and a very stubborn and sociable one at that xD Wukong is a politically savy guy, and he knows how to get what he wants. the truce wasn't achieved perfectly peacefully mind you, but it wouldnt have got to a point of having a civil war about it.

What are the differences between the Wukong from Havoc in Midgard AU and the one from the original Myths? GoW is Very well know to have change a few things in Greek and Norse mythologies, so what are the ones of Monkey King in your au?

mmm overall, Wukong's story remains mostly the same! Most changes are during the Havoc in Heaven, where Loki helped him escape the Demon-Vanquishing Stand. he jumped right back into fighting Heaven however, skipping the Trigram Furnace at first.

Buddha pins him down on the Five Phases Mountain, but before he's sealed in Lao Tzi suggests trying to smolder the immortality out of him, so he's not only given molten copper and burning iron pellets, he's also effectively on fire the first 49 years of his arrest, instead of the original 49 days. (Heaven-Mortal Realm time dilation sucks, man)

also as Erland goes to burn the mountain, Loki and Angrboda rescue many of the demons and monkeys back in the cave, before warding the mountain and unleashing a dragon they had held hostage. In revenge, the dragon sank the mountain in a blizzard and a hailstorm, which beat back the fire but almost caused the mountain to crumble onto itself. Keeping the mountain in one piece burned most of Loki's cultivated power, and the wound Nezha gave him made him severely disabled for several years.

The venom he injected into Erlang Shen from his bite was enough to keep the lord in bed rest for a long time, but the risk of him using it to burn the god from the inside out kept Heaven from striking out against the beings in Huaguoshan. Later Loki negotiated a proper ceasefire once the stab wound on his side stopped bleeding constantly.

Overall, I kept it mostly the same because GOWverse tends to really villanize some major deities into proper antagonists that you'll feel no issue killing off gruesomely, and as a white non-Chinese person, I don't feel comfortable doing that xvx

AAAHHhhhh hmmmm!!! Oh gods that sounds so dreamy. It will be so full of books, plants, cactuses everywhere. Stars in the roof, stars in the walls. I'll buy any glowing in dark paint to use it in the walls and make a galaxy. I imagine it all magic and beautiful--- I would try to have that flat really pretty!! I love to decorate rooms. We would have a ton of animals living with us too!!! ofc

I've started to laugh only to think about the QUESTION. I am that friend who always make stupid shit. It's so ridiculous! A thing that is always remember in my friends group is a time when we were eating cake and then a piece of chocolate fell from Maria's cake. I started to laugh so hard I choke. I MEAN I REALLY CHOKE, I WAS ABOUT TO DIE THAT NIGHT. Maria always remembers it because she says that it all was so irreal. Two deaths for the price of one! (Her chocolate x me)

I have a book journal! I draw a little something every time I finish a book.

Blue... A lil's bit obsessed with them, to be honest.

The one who gave me moms's first friend when we moved to Lugo! It's brown and big, I've been putting badges around it. It's a little old already (it has like four years) but I feel so comfortable with it!! it has just so many pockets and I adore it!!

Yeah... five years ago I was pretty sure that I was dying, and I was about two or three days being not able to sleep or eat. Just-- for that thought. If I ete something, I would throw up.
