After classes, if Jamil is not available, Asif is the one who offers to help. Kalim usually refuses that, but there are times where he happily accepts that help~

Kalim, on the other hand, often offers gifts, golds and gems as a gift of gratitude which Asif refuses. He wants to be helpful to him too, you know? Oh, and also!! Let’s not forget that he listens to the stories that Asif often tells to his dorm members, he likes his stories after all!

Riddle thinks she is quite.. out of line. Showing up to the unbirthday parties with bizarre hats, randomly making the chairs and the tables float in the air, painting the roses in different shades of red... But she immediately fixes her mistakes whenever she is warned or her head is offed.

Her relationship with Trey is quite well, actually. She often helps him out in the kitchen like bringing the flour, doing the dishes, or putting the plate on the tables.

On his end, Trey is a little embarrassed that someone is willing to help him. Whenever he needs help, he reluctantly calls Charlotte in and asks for help. She agrees, obviously! She thinks that as the vice dorm leader, Trey has a ton of responsibilities. These may wear him down, so she helps him to share the weight.

Him, on the other hand, sees her as a fun and outgoing troublemaker who never gives them a break. When she hides her face, or covers the camera, he pretends to be frustrated, but gets the message of her not wanting to be disturbed.

hi nonnie! thats very flattering !! i’m sorry i dont think i’ll be very helpful bc i’m a mega noob as well :D but i’ll try my very best <3

my process is very tailored for speed instead of quality (oops soz LOL) so i do suggest this for if u have short doodle breaks ⬇️⬇️⬇️

thumbnailing (for comics) -> lines (sketch who?) -> bucket tool/color drop in the base color -> color in the lines -> one multiply layer for a “base” shadow (in the vid below its purple!) -> one (1) render/paint layer a.k.a lawless no man’s land

full rendering process & more general painting tips below the cut‼️

NOTE: i’ll be focusing more on traditional/fundamental tips for stylized art because i’m sure there’s a much more effective way in digital. I truly do only use one normal layer for render... i think this is bc before i made this blog, my only prior experience in drawing is middle school art class, so all i know is traditional painting on one layer.... pray i can answer this again in the future with something smarter lmao

🌺 MY PAINT PROCESS

1. Choose a color scheme!

It doesn’t have to be set in stone like below, but i at least keep in mind the color range i’d like to use depending on what i want to convey (ex. soft pastels for soft fluff, or warm colors for happy vibes). I try to be as limited as possible for base colors because I tend to go ham when painting, you’ll see later AHAHA

2. Base coloring + Base shadow

Base -> bucket tool in the color scheme (I know other artists are against this but when i discovered the bucket tool in digital art I immediately divorced manual coloring i’m sorry i loved you tho bae) (this is why my style and lines are simplistic as they are, so the color drop works!)

Base shadow -> in theory, warm-colored light creates cool-colored shadows and vice versa. because i’m a fluff addict i mainly use warmer light, so i like using blue/purple as the shadow. generally u can’t go wrong with complementary colors!! (yellow light & purple shadows / orange light & blue shadows).

I make a new multiply layer (decreased opacity just bc i like things soft okay) and clip it on the base layer, then block in the areas i think would get blocked from the light.

3. Color in the lines!

for simplistic styles i swear this works wonders. i just clip a layer to the lineart and manually color the lines with a darker but more saturated version of the base color. it just tends to look more dead i guess with low saturation lol (ex. u can see above i use both peach and red or pink for lines of skin, i guess it implies the blood under the skin too. or something :D)

4. RENDERRRR

when i’m not in a rush i just paint things completely (and mindlessly), but here are the things i almost always do:

line the shadows with a saturated color! i’m not sure this is common but i love it lol, in almost all my doodles just check the shadows—on the edges, there’s bound to be a wild color :D (usually its the light color, shadow color or a color scheme color but sometimes i’m just like boY do i loVe piNk)

my art major friend told me about saturated colors on desaturated bases and my life was changed forever lol. u can see below even when my base is very grayyy, my rendering is very gay :D ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

make the shadows darker where i think they should be darker. usually i can just colorpick from that darker, saturated lineart color!

if it’s a more realistic piece i usually make the highlights lighter, but in simple doodles i find it unnecessary, and i dont like how light/white it looks :( i tend to just make the areas exposed to light more saturated

color in the rebound light~ in reality there’s usually not only one primary light source, at least there’d be secondary light from where light bounces off objects. in art we just emphasize that! so in large shadow areas, or in areas close to other objects/colors, i like to ‘splash’ other colors on

yeah this part is less intuitive for beginners and u have to learn a grasp on the concepts over time, like for lighting and structure. values can be more important than color, so i do suggest learning shading first before coloring, but only if u like (u can always be like me and just pull up references when u dont get how the light would fall on some materials :>). i have more general paint tips below! don’t give up okay, i believe in u nons, we’re all still in the eternal learning process together ( •̀ᄇ• ́)ﻭ✧

5. OOOOHHH SHINY ✨🤩

this step is just me being mesmerized by how easy it is to play with lighting in digital. i play around with the layer settings (multiply for shadow, overlay for light, and often try out the other settings too!). my favorite effect is the highlight glow thing, where u just make a copy layer of the highlights below the original layer, and blur it slightly so it looks like glow ✨✨🤩 overpriced acrylic could never

6. COLOR ADJUST / EDIT

Truthfully i usually skip this step, but my more pro friends really vouch for it!! i think definitely an incredible thing with digital is that u can edit proportions and even color after you’re done. i think they usually use like the curves adjustment layer in photoshop until they get colors they like, but for me, well, in a reaally diligent day i like to slap on the “auto” fliter in the iphone’s photos edit button lmaoooo

🌺 GENERAL PAINTING TIPS

learn basic theory: i think theres free courses everywhere online, but heres a few things u might like to have a basic understanding of: color, perspective, shape language, lighting, composition. don’t sweat it too much tho, it should be fun to explore the concepts!

and for drawing hoomans: proportion, gesture, expression, and veery basic anatomy. i find that overall forms are so much more important to learn than like detailed anatomy bc u can always look it up lol

but remember, u mostly want to learn the rules so u know better ways to break them :)

Hii, do u have any tips for writing fics?? I’m so used to writing research reports, lab reports, and formal essays that creative writing has become something I really struggle with. I guess it’s having the freedom to write anything and not knowing how to make sure it’s not corny. I tried outlining a fic one time but it was so frustrating LOLOLOL. Anyways, I love your ateez fics. hi !!!! im like rlly touched u asked me and i feel u actually that's why i started this blog; im a biomedical engineering major so as u can imagine i dont get to take much creativity with what i write because writing papers and reports and proposals are so formulaic and u gotta stick to the facts so that being said i actually tested out of all my college writing classes so all my writing knowledge is from ap english in hs lmao so take it w many grians of salt

the #1 thing i do when im feeling sort of unmotivated about a story or maybe like like dragging myself thru mud to write it is to just write the "fun" part first. to me the fun part is usually the climax or maybe the like the "wouldn't it be cute if..." moment that came to mind that inspired me to write a blurb in the first place! then usually once i sort of get the ball rolling on that my brain will help me out and keep the momentum going by thinking of maybe "oohh okay maybe this can happen next" or "oohh and what if this led up to it" or !! just stop there !! something ive learned from my mx writing blog which is like a year older than this one was that you don't owe anybody context especially for a blurb so maybe it really is just 3 sentences of a cute moment u thought of like its whatever ur the one writing it

now for longer fics im going to be honest jongho's first love is my first and only completed attempt at a multi stage coherent story. and that was fueled purely based on the fact that when i look at jongho he just gives off sort a really excited sort of innocence that i wanted to further explore and personify through the idea of him experiencing love for the first time but even then i really struggled w the last part because that's where my personal experience stopped and i had basically nothing to go off of because ive never been in love so i did have to kinda wait for ideas to come to me. for prince yunho i have posted 4 chapters but have all the way through chapter 15 drafted. and by drafted i mean it's like 3 sentences of the overall idea. again, the fic was inspired by the duality between yunho's on stage vs. off stage persona where if somebody was to watch an ateez performance for the first time they may find him very serious and maybe even intimidating but atiny would know that his off stage persona (the one he choses to create for us anyways) is very silly and happy-go-lucky and approachable, which is why prince yunho is seen as narameth's strong and stoic pride and joy but in reality he's sort of clumsy but means well. so i let that and his relationship w xenia who is an original character (OC) sort inspire stories or interactions that i force into a plot line. so for example i believe when i first started thinking abt a prince au for yunho i thought "wouldn't it be funny if the first scene started out painting him as this strong and serious man and then cut to him choking on food or something" and that sort of inspired the idea of him being nervous abt the speech and then xenia came out of that because he needed a complementary character imo since i knew he was gonna be kind of one dimensional and then his backstory with xenia inspired other ideas and then one day i was sad and wanted a hug so that inspired a piece of the plot line and so on. so basically: let an idea or even an aspect of somebody come to you and just write it down, let it inspire other ideas. and don't be afriad to completely start over. i wrote a whole chapter for prince yunho and deleted the whole thing because i hated where it was going and started back from scratch. sometimes you have to revisit things abt your characters and their relationships with others to get a new idea. there's a story in every person and every relationship you just have to find the clues

here's an example of what i mean by "write the good part first". this is typically what the very first draft of a blurb will look like for me

he sheepishly rubbed the back of his neck while you crossed your arms over your chest, fighting the urge to close the door and walk away for good

well that was new. in the entire time you'd known him he had never raised his voice at you like that, your shock causing you to immediately close your mouth and fold your arms back into yourself (((make y/n seem more scared))) noticing your reaction, he lowered his voice back down and instictively reached for you, heartbroken at the way you jerked away from his touch

"please y/n, i'm sorry. i didn't mean to raise my voice it's just that i need to tell you that i regret what i did i regret breaking up with you so fucking much and you don't have to take me back i just need you to know how much you meant, no, mean to me. i still love you, a lot. there's not a day, an hour, a minute, or a single second that goes by that i'm not thinking of you"

"then why?"

your voice was small and wavering, your tears now dangerously close to spilling down your cheeks

"why what?"

"why did you break up with me like that, just all of a sudden"

he pushed his hands into his pockets and looked away

"because that morning i woke up before you and when i looked at you asleep next to me, i saw myself spending the rest of my life with you and it scared the shit out of me"

"why did it scare you?"

"because i just figured you didn't feel the same. i was selfish and wanted to save myself heartbreak down the line and so i told you i didn't wanna be with you anymore, but that was a mistake because it turns out i can't function with out you, i can't breathe without you i can't live without you, y/n. i shouldn't have let you go"

tears were now freely flowing down your face (((okay brain no work anymore y/n kisses him duh and then ofc they make up wooyoung prob says smth cheesy and y/n is like ur lucky i love you or smth ahaha the end)))

tl;dr -> don't be afraid to get messy. creative writing is not nearly as structured as academic/scientific writing. write whatever u want first it can even be the middle of a huge fight scene or some dialogue u think is funny. if ur stuck read what you have or maybe just take a break and let an idea come to you. a story doesnt have to come together til the very end so it can be as messy and out of order as u want until u wanna post it. also i would always use the third person omniscient point of view for a longer story like a chaptered fic as a default and only change if it would impact the plot in a negative way. this is where the narrator knows what every character is thinking/feeling and im p sure a teacher in middle school told me it was the easiest to write and follow

Together forever (??? & Vincent)

(Warning: Uhh not sure how to tag this one, but there’s a scene where some might(?) find disturbing because of imagery. It’s nothing bloody or guts, but it’s stuffing. I can’t go in-depth as to why it’s like this yet tho since I haven’t introduced the character this is about. Don’t worry about him though, all I can say is that he’s like Vincent so he can’t feel physical pain.)

“What did you do?” A low growl came from Vincent as his eyes narrowed at the young man before him. His eyes give off a reddish pink glow as he feels anger course through him. Keeping his focus on the man in the dim lit room.

“Hm? What do you mean?” The young man smiles at Vincent as he cocks his head, his white bangs slightly swaying to the side. He walks over to a bed with a white canopy, the bed’s comforter is a pastel blue. It’s a lovely color, but the drops of dried blood stains the cover. Sitting down on top of it, the white haired man sighs happily as if he’s in love. Looking fondly down at the sheets, he glides his hand across the soft surface.

Looking around the room, Vincent notices the various drawings and paintings along the wall. They’re all of different types of jellyfish, some short and cute with small dots on them. Others have long stingers accompanied by frills that look like lace, and some of them have a simple flower shape on top of them. On the wall, a painting of the same stranger and a young girl are smiling together. He looks back to the figure on the bed as he hears him speak up.

“You know, I didn’t hate her or anything like that.” says the young man as his hand stops petting the comforter. His finger moves to each blood stain on the cover, as if he was connecting the dots to a drawing, “I loved her dearly, and I still do…” his tracing abruptly stops, “but then they had to take her away from me.” his finger presses into the spot that it stopped in, his face is clam. But the pressure and the way his hand is shaking says something else. A sick crack is slightly muffled by the sheets, he lifts his index finger up and the tip is bent in the opposite direction. It looks broken and how far the finger has bent would make any human scream in pain or become panicked, but the young man laughs at the sight. Vincent grimaces at the scene of the young man as he uses his other hand to crack the joint back into place.

“Did you know Vincent?” he reaches his hand to touch the top of the white canopy, “That you too can stay with your beloved? It’s really easy, she and I did it.” plopping his hand down, he reaches into his pocket and pulls out a small pair of sharp scissors. “If you can’t bear to see her be taken away…then you can always make her a part of you.” pressing one point of the blade into his skin at the end of his forearm, he glides the blade up to his wrist. The sickening sound of fabric ripping apart tares through the room’s silence. The sight of red puffs out from the cut. It looks soft like cotton, but the lack of the color of pure white alarms Vincent.

“Ahaha! You should see the look on your face—isn’t it wonderful?” he sets down the scissors and caresses the crimson stuffing, “To be together with your human forever. You don’t have to worry about them growing too old for toys or being swiped away by someone else…” he brings his forearm close to his cheeks and nuzzles into it lovingly, “I’ve been together with her forever and she’ll continue to be with me forever too.”

Hey, not dropping the ball actually worked!

We’re just a hair’s length away from summer vacation, but unlike last year when Tomoko approached summer with not much consideration, she’s now taking a proactive role in deciding how to spend her last summer in high school. At first glance, Tomoko appears to have become a responsible, young lady. But as we soon will see, that can-do attitude may not be as refined as it looks on the surface.

Chapter 164: Because I’m Not Popular, I’ll Do My Best Starting From Summer Break 

There’s that time period during the day when most students have already left but school hasn't quite closed up. It’s pretty creepy, even more so before summer break when you’re expected not to stick around.

Have I mentioned Itou is a cute? ‘Cause she is.

It’s usually her looking after Komiyama, so it’s really sweet to see the dynamic flipped around like this. Despite, well, everything, Komiyama is a good friend.

Assuming that cheering for the baseball teams is optional, it’s endearing to see Itou go through with it. Even though baseball isn’t her thing, she’s likely doing it to support her bestie, which I can 110% get behind.

Ah, right. Dude’s in the manga club. That said, I wonder if their plans are for just being attendees, or if they’ll actually be manning a booth and selling their work. With his skills and, er, preferences, I think Hatsushiba could do the latter.

Don’t be so modest, Tomoko. There’s no slouching either when you’re a three-year veteran of the Going-Home Club. 

Studying during summer break? Outrageous!!

It’s intriguing to see just how Tomoko’s study habits have evolved throughout the series. The early days would see her spend summer goofing off on her hobbies, with bare minimum concern for academics. But now, Tomoko is actually considering studying on her own accord. Sure, it’s more-or-less a fallback when she has nothing else planned, but the thought itself is still worth mentioning.

Is that one of those mini-fans that you can carry around in your bag? I love those things.

Study camp, huh? Any other day, Tomoko would be apathetic to the idea, leaning more on the side of brushing it off. But having Katou bring it up makes all the difference, ‘cause let’s be real. Katou could ask her to sign up for a hostess bar at the Red Light District and Tomoko would still seriously consider it.

Miss you, Yuu-chan.

I second that, Komi. Fourteen hours of studying a day is brutal, even if that’s to be expected in what is essentially a boot camp. I’ve always questioned the efficiency of cram schools and the like, mostly because they seem to prepare more for short-term memorization than long-term understanding. But even it actually works in principle...

...I’m not sure Tomoko will be able to handle it.

Perhaps it’s just me, but it feels like Tomoko is overestimating her discipline for studying. She already struggled with Katou’s flashcards and study sessions that a whole training camp feels like it would have a more detrimental effect on Tomoko than a positive one. “Work hard, play hard” was never meant to be that extreme, Tomoko.

That’s...genuinely uplighting. Tomoko has missed out on several of the key “memorable” high school moments, and she usually lets it go with only mild regrets. But here, Tomoko’s actively trying to gain what she once lost. Sure, she’s trying to “game the social system” a little, but what did you expect? She’s a person, not a saint.

This was Yuu’s only line in this entire chapter. My girl deserves more than this.

Will the 2% of Tomoko’s personality that is tsundere ever realize that if you really “didn’t care either way”, then you wouldn’t have asked the question to begin with? Doubt it.

It comes to the surprise of absolutely no one that Komiyama has some pretty...vivid fantasies about Tomoki. But what stands out to me is how deep into the relationship her thoughts go. Most people fantasize about their crush first in their sexual attractiveness, but only a few ever dream beyond that. Ironically, you know your crushing has gone off the deep end if you start thinking about them in domestic, SFW ways. Least Komi’s committed, yeah?

Nothing like a fresh bowl of Grossi-Os and Gross Juice to start the day!

If what Yuri says is true, then that would mean that she and Ucchi have probably walked to school together several times before–more than the couple of times we’ve seen, at least. And even so, it doesn’t look like they haven’t gotten much closer as friends, if at all. Some people just don’t click, I suppose.

Not sure how blind Ucchi is because anybody with a pair of eyes (beady or not) would see that Yuri has friends, even if you only count Mako. Poor girl just can’t accept the truth even when it's right in front of her face.

Ah, Yuri. Why can’t you just drop the “savior” act and just admit you want to spend time with her?

I’m inclined to agree about Yoshida, but who knows? She’s surprised us before. Mako's a safe bet, though. Especially if the former’s going. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Boy, does that take me back. It still blows my mind that all of Ucchi’s problems originated from one night of misunderstandings. The art nerd in me really appreciates the subtle improvement in Niko’s art style. The character models feel “weightier” and more consistent without compromising the stylization. 

You don’t see it in the previous panel, but Ucchi was totally blushing at the prospect of reliving her trauma/dream. Perhaps she was also looking to live out that ping pong match she never got.

I’m not sure if there was some kind of wordplay in the original text. Either way, it kind of sucks for Yuu-chan that she got such a “flattering” nickname when she wasn’t involved in that scenario whatsoever. Though it sure is a tad classier than Miss Akari “Dick Sister Jr.’ Iguchi.

It’s kind of (read: absolutely) frightening how Katou’s envy towards Yuu feels a lot more intense than Yuri’s. Perhaps it’s because Yuri’s so transparent that you know how to deal with her. But with Katou, that air of secrecy feels like a nuclear bomb about to go off. 

I always wondered where girls picked up that thing where they intertwine their fingers as a sign of affection. It’s precious.

Praise modern technology for convenient storytelling.

Wow, Fuuka’s already made her mark on Tomoko’s “bitch” list. Though exactly why she’s on that list now is kind of odd. I mean, yeah, she asked Tomoko about the whole fondling thing, and she unintentionally presented herself as a pervert for the whole “hair” thing, but Fuuka hasn’t really done anything all that terrible. If anything, Tomoko is probably expressing a rare bit of jealousy towards someone else supposedly perving on Katou besides her.

The most striking part about Fuuka’s inevitably failed plan is that she describes Tomoko’s appearance as “sudden”. It was touched on before, but it further emphasizes that Tomoko’s friendship with Katou was just as unexpectedly quick in-universe as it was for the readers. And in doing so, it brings us one step closer to the real mystery over why Katou is so enamored with Tomoko in the first place. 

Ya’ll know Sayaka’s got her homegirl’s back on this one. Let’s see (hopefully) how Akari screws it up. 

Chapter 58, mothereffers!

I don’t know whether I’d say Nico Tanigawa has been playing the long game, or if they just found a convenient throwaway to capitalize on. But the acknowledgment itself is very much appreciated. Tomoko may have forgotten, naturally, but us overzealous fans certainly never did! 

The chills, man. Chill’s right up the spine.

It’s certainly true that Tomoko’s words can be interpreted in a good or bad way, so it’s pretty telling that Katou’s gut reaction went for the latter. It suggests that Katou may actually have some insecurities that can easily set her off. Then again, a defining part of Katou’s personality is that she takes everything Tomoko says at completely face value, so maybe she’s starting to see Tomoko’s negativity even if it’s not there. Just more of the enigma that is Asuka Katou.  

Not a bad save, Tomoko. Countless battles with shame have made her quick on the fly. Unfortunately, while she’s improved at starting a save...

...she still doesn’t know how to end it.

It would’ve been a clean getaway if Tomoko had just ended about half-way in the above panel. But because Tomoko’s anxiety causes her to try and cover all the bases, she ends up rambling suspiciously. The part about Nemo isn’t even that relevant, but in her burst of defensiveness, Tomoko ends up saying things that could just exacerbate the problem even further.

Fucking shit, Katou is damn scary.

The one fortunate thing about Tomoko’s defensive rambles is that once she starts to cool down, her honesty starts coming out more organically. Self-deprecation becomes self-reflection, and brings to the forefront Tomoko’s endearing side.

Only Tomoko could spout such a cliché moe line and sound so pure of heart. Must be the irony. 

Aha. Ahaha. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Tomoko, girl, you’re in the CLEAR! Stop trying to fan flames that have already been put out.

But on that note, it does affirm that while Tomoko is honest with Katou about certain things (perversion, laziness), she isn’t quite ready to be honest on anything that would paint Katou in a bad light. I’d say tha’st about 85% due to fear.

I had a feeling that Nemo would take the plunge this time and invite Tomoko out somewhere during the summer. It seems like such an insignificant gesture, but considering that this is the very first time a classmate has asked to hang out with her during the summer, it warms my heart.

Hey now, Tomoko. Don’t get cocky when you’re maximizing your own goof-off time by taking a study camp.

The easy guess is that Nemo wants to go to Comiket. But really, it could be anything that Tomoko would have an interest in. And because it’s implied that Nemo is going for research purposes, it could be anything from a seiyuu panel (the last one went so well) to a hot spring to a hentai game company. Hope they bring Okada along...

Even though Anna doesn’t appear to be the studious type, it’s pretty cool to see that she can respect people who are. Also, I dig the way she wears her tie (or is that a ribbon?). 

Emoji II really has become an honorary delinquent and it fits her perfectly. 

I guess no matter how much more grounded Tomoko becomes, she still thinks reading manga is legitimate practice for playing in real-life (though tabletop games may actually allow for some truth).

What a way to end a chapter. For the longest, Katou had always viewed Tomoko through a pair of rose-tinted glasses, always seeing the girl’s faults as endearing “quirks”. But as her soul-piercing gaze seems to indicate, Katou has reached a revelation about Tomoko that she can actually disapprove of. Whether or not it’ll shatter her illusion of Tomoko is still unclear, but how she treats Tomoko from here on out may finally give us a deeper look into Katou’s psyche. 

160+ chapters we’ve followed Tomoko, and we’re still learning new things about her. The very extent of Tomoko’s agency has always been a tad murky. She’s good at (poorly) executing short-term ideas, but hardly does she plan out and follow up on her long-term goals. Even her greatest milestone of making friends involved a lot of pushing from outsiders (Ogino, the most obvious case). That said, having to take charge of herself for once is inescapable with college on the horizon. How she goes about it amongst her various mom-friends may end up being Tomoko’s biggest personal challenge yet.

– ten  /  INSPIRATION FOR MUSE. AHAHA I started with a very basic concept: pretty boy that doesn’t act the way he looks. Sun actually has delicate features and is supposed to appear very soft/graceful at first glance, but he doesn’t really care or notice his own looks so he dresses very practically, speaks in a straightforward manner, has open and confident body language and is the physically affectionate bro-friend type...

Funnily enough, a lot of people say Sun is similar to me in personality, but I actually took a lot of inspiration for him from my best friend LMAOOO she’s a tiny girl that’s badass af, very driven, EXTREMELY BLUNT, extremely cute and pretty but the things that come out of her mouth sometimes could peel paint off the walls LMFAO

Sun has a lot of my interests too, though! I think everyone puts a bit of themselves into their ocs, right? rubs chin... I’m really into holistic healing irl, so I kinda channel my interest for herbs and nature into him. He works out a lot because I like working out a lot!!!!!! MUSCLE EMOJI 

I also took inspiration from characters like Natsume (Natsume Yuujinchou), Zack (FFVII:CC), Dick Grayson (Nightwing), and Izuku (BNHA), who go through A LOT OF SHIT™ and still remain loving and compassionate to the core. They’re all people with the kindness to extend a warm hand despite having been hurt before. People who are so good that they make everyone else want to be good in return. It may seem simple, but that requires so much inner-strength... characters like that are deeply touching to me, so I wanted to make someone like that too kekekkekeek

Besides having an unwavering golden heart, I wanted to make Sun someone that stood firmly with his morals, someone not afraid to fight passionately for his ideals. (IRL I’m a snail pace, go-with-the-flow, absent-minded kinda person, so RPing a loudmouth is pretty fun AHAHA) But being happy all the time, even for someone very optimistic, is a bit unrealistic, so I hope I have the chance to eventually portray some aspects of himself that Sun hides behind his cheerful smile. The determination to stay kind against all odds.... I plan to take Sun’s character development in that direction. BRING ON THE ANGST!!!!! THE DRAMATIC STRUGGLE!!!! THE HURT/COMFORT!!!!!!! HooooOOO BOIIII I AM HERE FOR IT!!!!!!!! \o/

DREAMER HOUSEHOLD

So I ship Cassandra and Darren hard, but Cassandra chose Don, so I thought maybe Darren had a chance with Brandi? but... apparently no. Later on tho, they would shuffle between attracted and disgusted by each other, they have mixed feelings. Darren loves Cassandra very much and Brandi just lost her husband, maybe they both need a little time.

Dirk made a lot of new friends, he kept brining sims from other ‘hoods, one of them is Justin Cleveland. They’re good friends now.

Poor Darren is very worried, he had his aspiration very low and on top of it he couldn’t pay his bills :(

Dirk wanted a job real bad, to help his pop out maybe, so he’s now in the medical field, it was the highest paying job available for him.

Can I just say I love these two together? I feel Dirk is the only good thing Lillith has in her life, as sad as that sounds. In my game, almost every fight between the twins is started by Angela, so I feel it fits for Lillith to have the good boy, she deserves him.

I got a bad chance card, lool. I can’t remember why he got aspiration points, tho.

Darren got a job on the Arts career, but he still wanted to paint. He reached the creativity skill level 10!

Dirk made friends with this Ottomas kid, can’t remember his name right now.

Cassandra came to visit! but Darren wasn’t home!!! ughhhh I can’t wait for them to have an affair :(

Dirk made an extra effort and now he reached the top of his career, plus he has straight As on school, he’s gonna do great in college :’)

I love this family, I feel like they’ve had a very rough time these past years, but they keep facing life with hope.

He left his poor mom alone :( poor Brandi, in this game she had a very rough pregnancy.

Thankfully, Beau grew up pretty early, so the house was toddler free for a while. God, I hate toddlers. (sims toddlers, not actual toddlers, btw)

seeing how Brandi has a very high cooking skill, I made her open a business to make ends meet, that was she  doesn’t need to leave the house like a regular job. It’s doing okayish, but it’s making enough money, I had to sell some stuff in the house (like that darn pool) to get her some cash.

Dustin was very hard to play this time, he only wished for unpractical things and never wanted to help his mom >:(

So, as usual, Mary Sue lost her job. Since this is a clean template, Kaylynn Langerak doesn’t come to clean the house, so Daniel didn’t have a chance to cheat on his wife.

He hugged her after the news, thinking maybe he’ll get some booty if he’s a good boy. Mary Gavigan came with the neighbors visit, he was attracted to her and kept getting wanting to flirt with her.

40. “Not now. I’m busy” - Victuuri.

Words: 1,571 (under the cut)

Victor sighed, shaking his head in disapproval; he was kind of expecting that Yuuri wasn’t there, but, in fact, he was right there, jumping and twirling in the rink. His black and thick hair pressed against his sweaty forehead and neck (since it was longer), his cheeks glowing a bit red because of the cold and the fatigue.

Victor leaned against the walls protecting the ice, his chin resting on the palm of his hand and his eyes following each of Yuuri’s movements, relishing on each of his curves and elegance… and how he keeps screwing his rutine because of exhaustion.

After five minutes he had enough and cupped his hands around his mouth.

“Yuuri!”, Yuuri stopped, turning his head to look at Victor, his shoulders moving up and down and his belly inflating and deflating with each heavy breath. “Yuuri, that’s enough. Let’s go back home”, Victor gave him one of those smiles he only gives to him. “Let’s get some Katsudon, Yuuri. It’s cold, yeah?”

Yuuri saw how red the tip of Victor’s nose was , just like the tips and the lobes of his ears. A black scarf around his neck and his hands covered in matching gloves. He looked rediculously warm and Yuuri’s skin tingled, wanting to be pressed against Victor’s body, but instead…

“Not now, Victor. I’m busy”, and he started to skate again, he didn’t have time to see the look on Victor’s face darkening. He hummed, crossing his arms over his chest, a hand lifting until his index finger was right on top of his lips.

“Ah, I see”, he says in a rather loud voice to Yuuri for him listen. “At least you could take a little time since you weren’t there most of the day for my birthday, were you?”

Yuuri failed one of his jumps when he heard that, his cheeks burning of embarrassment when he remembered Victor’s birthday. He knew Victor was mad at him for that, even if he said he was not, because, after all, it was their first Christmas and the first Victor’s birthday they’d spend toegether. He swallowed the feeling of guiltiness crawling up his throat and stopped his rutine again to look at his boyfriend.

“I am really sorry about that, Victor and I’ll probably be sorry all my life,“ he says, looking down at his feet, “but i want to be better. So so so much better… so I can’t go with you right now”, with an elegant jump he came back to practice.

Victor let his arms fall as he sighed once again, puckering his lips into a tiny pout. “But I want you now, Yuuri!”, he stomped his feet like a child. "You’ve been here forever and we’re having vacation!”, Yuuri ignored him.

Even more than that, it was like Yuuri was incapable to hear him. He pouted, Victor Nikiforov can’t be ignored, especially not by his lover. Just no.

“Fine”, he says, his eyebrow twitching and his fingers combing back his bangs. “Fine, Yuuri”, he stepped inside of the rink without skates. “You want me to be rude? I’ll be rude”.

His firm legs and steps keeping him from falling as he walked on the ice. Yuuri was too surprised and amazed to actually skate away, and his only reaction was a shrieked ripping out of his throat as Victor picked him up, throwing him over his shoulder.

“V-Victor!”, he gasped, Victor walking back out of the rink, but as he was five steps away from the exit, his feet betrayed him when he almost did a split.

The loudest shriek echoed throught the whole place, the arm around Yuuri’s waist thightening around him to keep him safe, even if Victor felt his heart jumping out of his chest, thick sweat drops falling down the sides of his forehead.

“Y-Yuuri, are you al-”, he was unable to finish his sentece because he felt Yuuri trembling and he almost got a heart attack, but then he jumped in surprise when he heard loud laughter “Yuuri?”

Yuuri shook his head, “Oh my God, did you hehehar yourse- ahahaha”, he couldn’t speak and Victor blushed.

He was embarrased, now recalling the shriek it sounded pretty girly and he wanted the earth to eat him up… but, he also was blushing because this was the first time he hears Yuuri’s real laughter. The first time. And it was too beautiful.

He tried again, walking all stiff with a laughing Yuuri on his shoulder, he felt the heat crawling up to his ears and down his neck. When he sat Yuri in a bench he nearly lost his breath: Yuuri was red, crying of laughter and his smile was so bright and fuck he was beautiful.

“I’m sorry, I can’t”, Victor literally melted, sitting on his knees infront of Yuuri and pressing his forehead on his knee; his boyfriend giggling and laying down on the bench as Victor started to take off the skates from Yuuri’s feet. He heard a whimper around the giggling and when he peeled the socks off from, he knew the reason.

“Look what you did to your feet”

“I am sorry”, he giggled, taking air and holding his tummy with one hand. Victor shook his head and checked Yuri’s wounds, brushing them with his fingertips, making Yuuri whimper a bit more. “Victor, it hu-ahaha!”, Victor narrowed his eyes when Yuuri giggled again.

“Stop laughing at me, Yuuri!”, he whined.

“N-noho! I am not! Th-that tickles”, Victor arched an eyebrow.

“Tickles? Here?”, Victor brushed the arch of Yuuri’s foot, making him giggle again and pull at his feet.

“Yehehes, don’t do thahat”, seriously, Yuuri is going to be the death of him. His cuteness was too much to handle and before he even noticed, he was wiggling his fingers all over the sole of Yuuri’s foot, carefully avoiding to touch the red wounds.

Yuuri shrieked and kicked his leg, but Victor kept his foot in place with a strong grip. He laughed and curled his toes, only to whimper again because of the pain.

“Ah-ah, Yuuri”, Victor teased, his fingers traveling up from his heel to the skin underneath Yuuri’s toes, making him laugh loudly and arch his back. “You can’t do that, you’re gonna hurt your feet”, he giggled when he felt Yuuri’s free heel digging on his ribs.

“Vihihictor! W-why?!”, Victor gasped, getting up on his feet and leaning his hands against Yuuri’s upper thighs, squeezing the soft flesh and making Yuuri giggle hysterically. He reached down, trying to push Victor’s hands away. “N-nohoho!”

“Why, you ask, Yuuri?”, he quickly latched his hands up on Yuuri’s hips, making him squeak and laugh louder. “After all what you did you ask why?”, Yuuri squeaked again, trying to curl on himself, his hips bucking and withdrawing. “How dare you?”

“I am sorry!”, Yuuri felt his glasses falling down, but his hands stayed around Victor’s wrists, especially when he moved to his tummy, clawing his skin and driving him up the wall. “Nohohot tickling, plehehease!”

Victor smiled down at him, hovering over Yuuri as he tickled every part of his torso, noticing how the laughter became a bit high pitched when he was too close to his upper ribs and armpits.

He recorded every sound and every laugh leaving Yuuri’s body and he painted his blushy face on his mind and it was bright and beautiful just lik Yuuri. He really wanted to take a picture, so with one hand he reached his pocket and took at his phone, his other hand busy torturing Yuuri’s waist.

“No pihihic- no!”, Yuuri screamed a little when Victor’s hand finally creeped into the warmth of his underarm, his wiggling fingers and digging as he took picture after picture with his phone. “Vihihicchan! Please!”

“Yuuri, we’re not praticing until February, did you hear me?”, Yuuri nodded, unable to talk as he laughed with all his might.

“Say you’re gonna rest”, Yuuri snorted when the other hand joined the fun under his other arm.

“Rehehest!”

Victor giggled. “Say you’re sorry”

“Sohohorry!”, Yuuri threw his head back, his arms pressed hard against his sides.

“Say we’ll have Katsudon”

“Kahahatsudon! Plehehease stop!”, Victor stopped when Yuuri snorted again, and took a sit on his hips, smiling as Yuuri filled his lungs with air and giggles kept falling from his lips.

“Are you okay there, Yuuri?”, Yuuri nodded, but giggled nervously when Victor cupped his cheeks, he didn’t tickle him again, instead, he leaned his forehead over Yuuri’s, pressing them together, the tips of their noses touching aswell. “Yuuri, you’re so beautiful”, he pecked Yuuri’s lips and rubbed his blushed cheeks with his thumbs. “Remember that if you practice like that again I’ll tickle you until you can breath, okay?”

Yuuri giggled and nodded. “Okay”

“Good”, he got up and helped Yuuri into a sitting position. “Let me help you get ready”, he reached again for Yuuri’s feet, but he giggled and put them away.

“Nohoho! I’ll take care of those”, Victor chuckled.

“Okay, I’ll bring your bag, then”, he started to walk away, but turned around when Yuuri called him.

“I love you, Vitya”. He smiled and quickly turned back before Yuuri could see the blush spreading all over his cheeks.

“I love you too, Yuuri”.

Time to find a small spray bottle then~ Oo, have fun with your internship when you do do it then! Those are always really nice to experience! Yeah, Hong Kong is def one of the more expensive Asian countries, haha, but it iiiis really nice there! Japan's summer was like 38-45 celsius when I went, haha. I'm pretty sure you're gonna be a baked potato - good luck! There's ice-

(2/?) cream taiyaki in Japan, I think? If not, there’s a looot of cute ice cream places there, and lots of specialty Japanese flavours like tofu and ramune for after your taiyaki ;D! First thing I’ll do when I’m back in Japan is go to a convenience store and buy a haagen dazs sandwich haha. Japanese/Asian convenience stores are like the antithesis of grungy X’D they’re almost sparkling in comparison to the ones here in North America. Are there any convenience store snacks you might want to try?

(3/?) Oh! You could always visit your sister’s cat (and your sister) when you’re next free, maybe? And bring your own pet along when you get one :D? What would you name your future pet? That’s true! There does tend to be more modern exhibits around, but I’ve never actively looked up the more traditional older-style exhibits though. There’s a couple here in my city, I think, but the modern ones really do outweigh in quantity to those. Omg, ikr! I don’t get those either!! I literally tilt my head-

The interactive ones are a lot cooler in comparison because you actually get to interact with it, and watch what happens because of you. People in Japan normally took pity on us when we played in Akihabara in Tokyo! Major crane game power there, and a lot of tourists, so I think the people there just kind of expect varying gameplay levels there haha. Nono, I still have ramen at home! I’m just watching my weight-

omg ice cream taiyaki– they just combined to yummy foods to make a mega yummy food :O is tofu and ramune flavored ice cream good? have you had it before? omg i’ll make sure to get a haagen dazs sandwich, too! they are!! omg i wish american convenience stores were nicer. tbh i think i just want to try them all?? i won’t be able to read the packaging probably, but i’ll just take one of each haha

ahhh, maybe! maybe i’ll visit her this summer? or maybe i’ll be too busy catching up on all the sleep i lost during the school year :’) aaskdfjlhas i won’t be able to get a pet until i’m fully settled into my own place and financial stable, which won’t be for at least another two years. yeah, unfortunately for me, there doesn’t seem to be many traditional style art nearby. that’s why i spend hours upon hours in the art museums in europe when i do get the chance to go there. and same!! i read the description and study every angle of the art piece, but i still don’t understand it?? 

yes! interactive art is super fun, and it’s so cool that you can be a part of art with those. oooh, okay, i see!! hopefully, the people will be just as nice when i try playing the crane machines– or maybe i should just buy the plushies since it might be cheaper than me feeding all my money to those games :’) alskdjfhas but it’s ramen!!! there is no such thing as a high number in weight. every number is great and amazing. but omg costume measurements? what’s your costume for?

yes, i agree!! the fun of traveling comes from seeing new things all the time! heck, i haven’t even seen everything where i live. i think we might road trip to the beach or an amusement park! we’re not sure yet, or we might just drive randomly and see where it takes us :D the trusty gps will always take us back. and thank you!! omg for my friend’s bday, we went to a nice crepe place for brunch and then we did one of those color me mine type places and i painted a cute mug for my father’s day present, and it was so much fun– i miss art so much

omg i think i just loved chain so much because winwin finally got a line!!! and yuta finally got a lot of lines too!!! (and thank god because it’s a japanese song and i would’ve sued if yuta got nothing) oooh, taeyeong is honestly the ideal type, like his personality is so darn kind and sweet and perfect and if you talk to any nct stan, i’m 99% sure taeyong is always their bias or their bias wrecker. even if you don’t bias him, you bias him. but also yes, his stage presence is amazing!!! like wow, even the camera people are drawn to him even when he isn’t the center.  his english raps are also really funny to read tho asdkjfhals

did you see the bp lightstick?? it’s like one of those toy hammers from weekly idol. LATATA IS SO DARN CATCHY, I FIND MYSELF LISTENING TO IT EVERYDAY TOO. and same! although the exception to that rule for me would be day6 because i don’t know all the members, but i listen to all their songs. and oh my gosh, that’s so long :O since dbsk first started?? i just looked it up and that was 2003 oh my gosh, i was only 4 or 5 then wow.

Travel-anon-hi! Good luck with your midterms and projects! Know you'll do great on them :D You'll get to be a weekend potato again soon, and better, a summer (baked) potato! Oo, road trips aren't a thing I've done with my friends actually (or on my own), but maybe I should try it since you said it's fun~ True, it's a little worrying on safety if you're going alone (+ rooming fees are scary as 1 person). I tend to keep to messaging people back home when I go alone, just so they know I'm ok (1/?)

(2/?) Korean fried chicken is so good there, and the prices are so cheap! I had a giant table-sized platter at a place in Hongdae before, and it was less than $7 aslviaijds it fed 3 people in one go. Cafe culture game is strongest out of all the Asian countries I’ve been to though! A lot of them are cute/indie/niche, which is really cool compared to all the franchised ones we have, yeah :/ I stray towards chai lattes and sesame drinks a lot at cafes c: or hot ciders! I try a lot of things tho!

(3/?) asjkla don’t get me started on sweets, haha. I plow through those like nobody’s business! You mentioned you don’t like coffee and sweets, but would you try anything else besides the matcha? It was a dream! A very furry dream. I’m not joking, I came outta there covered in fur all over (rip my black clothes), but I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Those dogs were so cute 💖 There’s a lot of dog and cat cafes in Japan too! Would you stop by one while you’re in Japan? I saw some in Harajuku~

(4/?) Euh, I normally wouldn’t mind sharing my galleries, but my artist handle is the same as my username on tumblr, haha. I’m a little intimidated since it’ll take me off anon status, sorry ^^; If I could include photos in asks, I’d just drop one here for you tho. Humidity is why I normally travel during fall/winter, haha! Humidity won’t kick my butt then, and leggings & sweater wear retains it’s place as my go to fashion too! Lowkey amused that we have that in common too~

(5/?) Wow! You visited a lot!! The Palace of Versailles was my favourite out of the ones you listed! Which one’s yours? All of it’s sooo pretty! Switzerland is super scenic and green, from what I remember - very different from most of the other European cities. Oo, Vietnam sounds so nice! I’m looking forward to hearing about your travels there! Haha, that sounds like my friends and I in Japan once. We kept getting plushies from a crane game, and trolled our bystanders into thinking it was easy!

(6/?) I always come back with a pile of plushies and snacks (little anything else); usually sneak the food through customs too ;u;~ Japanese snack-wise, I actually like kitkat, haha! They have so many different flavours there!! I prefer eating street food moreso there, there’s a lot of variety, but dango has my heart and soul. So sad I don’t have it here. Are there any foods you’re looking forward to from Japan that you’ve heard about and want to try :D? Festivals have a lot to offer!

(7/7) Yup! Japan Rail Pass is where I got it! You can pick it up in the airport, and return it using the mailbox there too c: Aw, would you go back to Japan sometime after this trip? A week isn’t really long, but you can definitely make the most of it with everything you’ll see and photo! Have lots of fun there 💖! hello, m’love! and thank you!! i finished my econ project today and took my marketing midterm, so fingers crossed, everything goes well :D omg i can’t wait to be a weekend potato again and yess, only one more month to go before it’s summer :’) ahhh yes, they’re quite fun! it’s nice to blast music and sing along as you eat yummy snacks and drive to the beach. i hope you get to go on a road trip sometime! the fees are pretty daunting, and omg yes that’s a good idea to keep texting people. my roommate and i do that all the time whenever either of us are out late and we have to walk back to our dorm.

oh my gosh, $7 only?? why can’t food be this cheap and good here ): i have to definitely go to korea for all the food and cute cafes. ahhh omg they sound so lovely, like i would most definitely visit as many as possible. oooh, i’ve had a chai latte, but i’ve never had a sesame drink before! what is it like? and omg like apple cider? apple cider is always nice. i’d try all the drinks if possible ahah

honestly, i’ll try everything when i’m in a different country, like i had so much gelato in italy and crepes and macarons in paris. i really like red bean buns, too, so i want to try those fish pastries filled with red bean in korea? i don’t remember what they’re called, but to be honest, asian street food and asian pastries all looks so good i can’t help but try it all. oh my gosh, i feel like i’ll be the same way if i go to a dog cafe because all i wear is black and dark colored clothes too, but dogs are always worth it :’) and omg yes!!! i’ll have to visit at least one dog cafe in japan and i also want to try one of those japanese jiggly cheesecakes!! everything in japan is so aesthetically pleasing.

oooh okay, no worries!! but askdjlfasdf feeling intimidated– i hope i’m not being scary to you D: please let me know if you ever feel uncomfortable with our conversations! nevertheless, i’m 100% sure you’re a super talented artist 💓 i wish i could travel in the fall and winter, but sadly, university gets in the way and i can’t miss class. and omg leggings and sweaters are the best fashion!! it’s versatile like a potato, and it’s always comfy. i practically wear my leggings everyday of the week.

the palace of versailles was breath taking with the intricate designs and everything, but i’d have to say the art museums hold a special place in my heart. i could spend all day wandering through the museums and reading up on every art piece. i saw quite a few art students scattered around with their big pads of drawing paper and drawing some of the paintings, and wow, i wish i had the chance to do that, like imagine living so close to these museums that you can visit everyday and draw something new.

oooh, i think switzerland was also named the place with the happiest people, too? and me, too!! i’m so excited for vietnam, oh my goodness. ahhh omg teach me your ways with the crane machine :o i hope that i’ll be able to get one plushie from it without blowing all my money. hmmm, maybe i’ll just come to japan with an empty suitcase and fill it up with all the plushies and snacks there. omg yes, i’ve heard of all the variety of kitkat flavors they have there! i actually just got a bag of green tea kit kats from my friend, and i don’t even enjoy sweets too much, but they’re heavenly.

oooh yes, i’m looking forward to all the street food. i had dango before here, but it probably isn’t as good as the ones made in japan ashkdflas ahhh i want to try everything tbh! but i saw there was this restaurant where you can actually go fishing for your fish and then they’ll make sashimi out of it for you, and that sounds amazing. and i really want to have takoyaki and okonomiyaki and udon and ramen and soba and gosh, just everything. i really, really want to visit japan one day during its cherry blossom season with all the festivities. were you able to visit japan when it was cherry blossom season? :D
