You know how the whole concept of season 5 for Nexo Knights is like, a tech virus thing? Like, Monstrox infects tech with a virus that makes them turn black/green and evil?...and usually in the process of biting (Cybercritters or something)
With that thought in mind isn't it technically like a zombie apocalypse...for the squire bots.
The fact that it's canon that Dennis gets infected too- just-

tbh i agree with you about the hate against the word transandrophobia rly just being people not wanting to admit that they might have been acting kinda of shitty when they bullied and excluded and gaslit us about our oppression (tbh i think with some chronically online transfems it's just an I Am Upset When Is Not About Me situation. but i also think they have that pov after being legitimately traumatized and jaded by the transmisogyny that *is* rampant in queer and feminist spaces so there's nuance or whatever ig) but at this point ive had to just start ignoring it when people i follow start ranting against the word as long as its just the word they have issues with 😭😭 like the bar is so low ive had to set it at "anyone who accepts that we might suffer from sexism and systemic misogyny like women do" because otherwise it's like the only trans people i can follow are those who are *specifically* transandrophobia bloggers or those who just never post about community issues- which is often a breath of fresh air, except half the time i end up having to unfollow those people after they start reblogging posts like "trans men need to admit they have male privilege and really yknow what they can pass so easily they basically have cis privilege too and clearly they're all skinny and white and able-bodied so actually they're just The Enemy but also they're all lame and cringe and The Reason Cis People Hate Us because they're so lame and cringe and they should all just detransition and be good normal quiet pretty cis girls tbh." (:
quietly praying contrapoints or jessiegender (heard contra explicitly say that terfs and society at large oppress us in a unique way that can be just as harmful as transmisogyny on a podcast, and jessie has explicitly talked about transandrophobia and used the word on her second channel) does even the slightest gesture of support towards us in a more public-facing way so that maybe the delusional idea that patriarchy respects our gender enough to give us more than the flimsiest, conditional male privilege stops being quite so dominant.
I’m so sorry you’ve had to settle for interacting with people who don’t respect you or recognize your oppression. I get what you mean, I’ve been willing to settle for people who use tme/tma and think transmascs see privileged above transfems, I’m just so desperate for people who discuss trans issues but understand that transmascs experience gendered oppression. I hope popular non-transmascs discussing our issues will help increase acceptance of our discussions.

So I'm slowly starting to come to understand that we shouldn't censor things but also I'm still a little uncomfortable with the site allowing things like pedophilia to be written in a way that's romanticized. I get it. Avoid it since I don't like it but at what point do we say, 'hmm this isn't okay.' I mean I get it, fiction doesn't hurt people but if that were truly the case then why are we lobbying for rep/realism/etc in media? Fiction, at some point, has to have some effect on real life.
Hello darling! I got your second ask too, please don’t worry, you’re definitely not coming across as unkind.
And you’re definitely not the only one to have similar thoughts or concerns.
But my answer’s going to be the same.
There is no such thing as a little censorship, and opening that particular can of pringles is not going to end happily for anyone. It’s better to not open it at all. And yes, that means people will create deeply fucked up things. But they should have the ability to do so, just like you should have the ability to avoid the hell out of it.
(Which, for AO3, is where I start in on my tag your shit appropriately/read the fucking tags!!! Rants. Learned the hard way a million years ago when I *thought* I was reading something very very different than I was, so when I got to ‘Character has sex with a dog’ I lost my mind, then realized I fucked up and hadn’t read the tags. If I had, I would have noped out of that fic immediately. So. That entire encounter was on me.)
“At what point is this not okay?” Well, that’s the whole point, isn’t it? Who would be in charge of deciding where the line goes? Who gets to decide what goes on which side of the line?
The last anon seemed to think writing was the same as doing, and thus writing shouldn’t be allowed at all.
And then got annoyed when I pointed out how often those unsavory themes happen in movies or TV without any warning at all, and generally, people move right past it.
Fiction doesn’t hurt people. People hurt people.
My favorite comparison is still my kitchen curtains, because my curtains are still weird: fairies, trees. Very witchy. I’ve seen people do literal double takes over my curtains. I can tell by the way they squint they can’t stand them or don’t understand why I would want something so *non-traditional* in such a public part of my house. They keep their damned mouths shut though, because they know its rude to tell me to change my curtains to fit their idea of a kitchen. (And also because I’d toss them out after laughing my ass off but that’s not relevant)
Person A has an idea of what ‘acceptable’ levels are, but that’s much much less than person B. Who wins? No one.
And no one should have the power to just decide things like that.
It’s stupid o’clock at night where I am, so I’m not about to go digging for studies, but I know we’ve got pretty solid proof that media doesn’t cause behaviors spontaneously. At the risk of sounding old, but this same argument once was applied to music, too. The weird compromise was slapping content warnings for language/sex/violence on CD’s. (Y’know. A significantly less useful form of tagging?) It didn’t… really do shit for anyone. Other than make those CD’s more attractive to teens, tbh. But. The argument at the time was rap and rock were violent and would make kids go insane and violent just by listening.
It… didn’t. It still doesn’t.
Reading dark fic isn’t going to cause someone to do something out of the blue.
Someone who’s debating doing the thing might seek out media about whatever their obsession is, yes. But their obsession was already there. Fic, music, movies, they’re not going to create it. I’d wager those girls who murdered their friend and blamed ‘slenderman’ had signs long before they went that far.
Part of the problem with this entire thought is that it’s thought policing. Folks assume the thought equals the sin. And as someone with pretty wonky intrusive thoughts and a long family history of mental issues— no. I have weird ass thoughts all the time. ‘Huh, I’m up high, I should jump, maybe I’ll float.’ I’m not gonna act on them. I know they’re weird thoughts. I’m not gonna float, I’d just die. Your brain just… says things sometimes. Some of us more than others. Therapy’s helpful for folks who struggle with that.
Fiction’s got nothing to do with it, though. Fiction just represents someone else working through their lives.
Melissa Etheridge wrote a song (scarecrow) about Matthew Sheppard’s murder. She didn’t cause anyone else to go torture another lonely gay boy to death. She was working through her grief at losing another one of us. And we worked through our grief when she sang.
Art is made for the making of it. Fiction—even the kind that squicks you— is still art.
As for the other part of your ask, the representation? I’m not sure I see the connection you’re trying to make. When people talk about rep, they’re talking about making the characters more authentic, more reflective of the beautiful range of humanity at large. Not seven brown haired white guys and one bitchy white woman and the unnamed not-white side character used for shit jokes. There should be a rainbow of humans in media, because little black girls deserve to know they’re strong and smart and beautiful. Because queer kids of all sizes and shapes deserve to know they’re loved. Because boys should get to be princesses. Because people with chronic illnesses, disabilities, they should get to be part of the stories. Because white folk need to see the rest of the world as human. Folks want to see themselves in the heroes, the happiness, the successes.
Too many kids never get to see themselves on the screen or read about people who look like them.
I loved belle as a kid because she looked like me and she loved reading. I loved Ariel because she wanted to be free. I cried over encanto because I know what it’s like to be excluded, what it’s like to be the big sister. I cried over reading red white and royal blue because the gays get to live and they’re happy. Everyone should have some way to connect.
The realism bit, though, I don’t think is the consumers as a whole. Yeah, some folks prefer it, but from what I’ve seen over the last 20 years, it’s more like the people who control most popular media have decided that’s what they wanna make. I don’t care for it, tbh. Media doesn’t need to be an exact copy of the real world.
Stories are meant as a place of solace, or at least a place that is different, than your day to day.
I like stories that have soft, happy ever afters. We’ve worked through the Big Bad Thing and come out stronger for it and now we get our well deserved rest. The real world doesn’t give me those things. Other people look at the state of the world, read seriously fucked up shit, and then go, well, at least my life isn’t that. It could be worse! And this is their happy place.
So. I’m not sure I’m much help here, but tl;dr: remember the tenets of fandom:
1) kinktomato: your kink is not my kink and that is okay. (You like this, I do not, I’m gonna leave it alone, the end.)
2) DLDR: Don’t like? Don’t read. Filtering and blocking are your besties.
3) ship and let ship (or sit down) — don’t press your dislike onto the people who do like. Let ‘em alone, go find what you do like.
4) tag appropriately, read the damn tags.
5) curate your own spaces. You alone are responsible for your online existence/experiences
6) have fun. Enjoy it. Be weird. Be silly. Be fucked up. Be unrepentantly yourself. Don’t let anyone else take that away from you.

Love your drabbles! I cannot stop reading and sharing them. I have another prompt if you are still taking them! It would be interesting to see Gaz defend his Jamie when he is invited as a special guest to that CBS show Jamie is on. Would love to see protective Gary against Kate Abdo with Big Meeks laughing in the background and Titi being torn between helping Kate or (rightfully) knowing when a battle is lost. Maybe a dib at Kate how being a host is easy money compared to being actual pundits & analysts
kinda obsessed w this prompt being sent like a day before Jamie ran his big mouth on live tv and got in trouble for it (though tbh he's ALWAYS running his big mouth and what he said abt kate not being loyal wasn't even up there with worst mistakes imo it's just the one that happened to go viral). but also YES I am obseeeeessed with the UCL Today gang's dynamic the banter.... the thinly veiled dislike between Jamie and Kate.... chefs kiss
Also, this ficlet can be considered part of the wife-gary saga and having said that I'm wondering if I should have that as a tag so the other prompt fills in that universe are easier to find......
---
“Joining us in the studio today is one of the most decorated British footballers of all time, with over a hundred appearances in the Champions’ league and two titles to show for it, it’s Gary Neville. Gary, welcome to the show.”
Gary, who’d been grimacing awkwardly through Kate’s introduction, shakes his head around a bit and then gives her a smile. “Glad to be here, I –”
“—hold on, hold on,” Jamie interrupts, “can we go back to the ‘two titles’ thing for a second?”
“Yes, James, I have two Champions’ league medals,” Gary says, turning to look at Jamie with one unimpressed eyebrow raised. “As many as everyone else in this studio combined, I believe. What’s not clickin’, can you not count that high?”
To Jamie’s left, Micah doubles over with laughter, but Jamie just shakes his head, reaching a hand out to Gary’s chest, pushing him back in his seat. “No, no, Gary, why don’t you tell our audience how many games you played to earn that second medal, eh?”
Before Gary has a chance to defend himself, Kate primly says “about thirty more across his career than you did, Jamie,” which sets the whole table off laughing again while Jamie sits glaring in the middle of it all.
*
Jamie, as the lone Scouser in the cast and the only one not to have won a Premier league (besides Kate, obviously, but she doesn’t count), often feels ganged up on at CBS. And to have Gary on as a guest, even though he’d agreed to the idea (and quite enthusiastically, though don’t tell Gary that), feels like an extra kick in the shin.
Because not only is Gary, Mister Manchester United, getting obvious favouritism from lifelong United supporter Kate, he has the more crucial advantage that nobody in America knows who he is.
This means that Gary on CBS is not ‘below-average defender who only achieved what he did through obsessive hard work and sucking up to Fergie’, no, Gary on CBS is ‘best full-back of his generation, Manchester United and England legend, one of the top 10 most decorated British footballers of all time, and David fucking Beckham’s best mate.’
When you look at it like that, it’s a lot harder to find something to tease him about.
Jamie still manages, of course, he’s spent the past decade making a career out of insulting Gary Neville and he’s damn good at it. Over the course of the show he’s able to get in a few digs about his nose, his hair, his weight, his dress sense. But that’s all appearance stuff, which is easy – one look at Gary and the jokes basically write themselves.
What that says about Jamie, the idiot who went and married him, he’s not sure.
Everyone around the table is joking about Istanbul, which is easy enough to do if you weren’t there, which none of them were, and it’s enough to get Jamie’s blood boiling. He’s getting ready to launch into a rant about how it was one of the greatest games in footballing history when Kate cracks a line about how Jamie’s successes were all dumb luck, and Gary’s face scrunches up in displeasure.
“Oh, I’m – I’m not sure that’s fair, really,” he says quietly, glancing back at Jamie as he does. “Don’t get me wrong, that Liverpool team were nowhere near Champions’ league winner quality, I’m sure James would agree w’me on that –” Jamie, very reluctantly, nods. “—I mean, they finished fifth in the league that season, got knocked out of the FA cup their first game. There’s always a bit of luck to be fair, gettin’ to a Champions’ league final, but credit where it’s due – they were a scrappy little team, and that win was well deserved.”
On Gary’s right, Thierry nods in agreement, which is quite possibly the highest praise Jamie’s ever received from the man, and even Kate gives Jamie an awkward little smile once Gary’s done talking.
Under the desk, Jamie drops a hand to Gary’s knee and gives it an appreciative little squeeze.
*
As soon as the cameras are all off Jamie wastes no time in grabbing Gary by the wrist to pull him onto his lap, where he sort of half-perches half-hovers because he’s nervous about putting all his weight on Jamie’s knees (even though Jamie keeps telling him it’s fine).
Gary makes no complaints at being manhandled, just smiles fondly down at Jamie and pinches his cheek. “Look at you, you vain fuck. What I said were barely complimentary and it’s still got you all over me.”
Jamie ignores this (because they both know it’s true) and surges forward to kiss Gary instead, paying no mind to the others still in the vicinity of the desk while they get their earpieces and microphones unhooked. He hears a groan from Micah, and an exasperated sigh from Titi, but they can both go fuck themselves because Jamie’s horrible bastard of a husband willingly said something nice about Liverpool on live television, and if that’s not cause for celebration then he doesn’t know what is.
When Gary breaks the kiss with a pleased little hmph and gets up to wander over to the snack table, Jamie is left to face his colleagues, all three of them looking at him with faces twisted in an attempt to suppress their laughter.
“Man like Jamie,” Micah says gleefully, clapping his hands together. “I knew you was bringin’ the missus on for a reason, this is like foreplay for the two a’yous, innit?” As soon as he finishes the sentence, he shudders at his own words, then adds “oh, ew, that’s like thinking about your parents, don’t want to know any more.”
“I think you’re onto something there, Meeks,” Kate laughs, “and here I was thinking he’d brought him on to show off his trophy wife.”
Jamie wants to protest that he did not bring Gary onto the show, he’s not the one who made the suggestion and it’s definitely not showing off or foreplay or whatever else his colleagues can come up with, but then Kate’s nudging him in the side with a smirk and saying “Trophy wife, Jamie, get it? Because he has a lot more trophies than –”
Jamie stomps off to go find his stupid annoying and very very successful trophy wife before Kate is able to finish the thought and prompt him to say something he might regret.

Hello Hir-san! I hope you're doing well ♥️ May I please request a shu and Ike scenario with a s/o who is always taking care of others that they would often forget to take care of themselves?
If it's too much, please feel free to ignore this! Stay safe!
- 🐮 anon.
You need love, too.
Genre: fluff
Headcanons + Short fic
An: in both fics you're dating but not quite living together yet. I read the s/o part too late I thought it was just friends til I re read the request 💔💔
Tumblr media
Shu
You are literally the most wholesome person shu has ever met
You are the loving parent of your friend group
Constant reminders from you for everyone to take care of themselves, always the first to start caring for someone when they're sick or down
Shu remembers the times you've helped him fall asleep by just telling stories
You're the best story teller
Heck he could listen to ur voice for hours
But one thing he's noticed
Is how down you seem sonetimes
It's always brief. That frown and a look of pure exhaustion
It was when he saw that that shu began to pay more attention to ur behavior
What the heck your sleep schedule was worse than his
Did you even have a life outside of work and friends
He means that in the nicest way possible btw
"Hey.. (name)!"
Had shu just snuck into your house? Yes. In his defense you gave him a spare key in case of emergencies. So like, this was an emergency.
"Eh? Shu? Why are you here?"
Despite your quick attempts to hide it, Shu already saw. The bags under your eyes that were normally hidden by concealer, the lag in your movement and how noodly you seemed, or the huff of your chest to get the right amount of air that should be effortless.
Yes, Shu noticed all of that and more.
"So like, I know it isn't normal BUTTTTTT.. I got ya some stuff." In his hands were bags, and he set them on the ground and began handing you things.
"A heated and weighted blanket, a super cool water bottle with drinking goals- oh! A penguin stuffie! Some of your favorite food- and some new movies! Ohh, and a pink penguin keychain!"
He absolutely spoiled u
Tried to be there emotionally for you but since you didn't always open up he got you stuff to comfort you instead
It made him super happy to see u using the water bottle specifically
It was a huge bottle with times and goals to drink in a day
He didn't know u cuddled the plushies every night though
But they made you so happy
You're very thankful to him
Tumblr media
Ike
Ike absolutely understood forgetting to take care of one's self
But he wasn't gonna lie he had no idea what a lack of self care you had
You did do good at caring for him and others it was only when he was at ur house he realized
You sucked at taking care of yourself
And it wasn't that you were bad at it but you just forgot
And he realized that you being the therapist friend didn't help at all
He'd read that people who acted as therapists for people often felt trapped
Because they couldn't bring themselves to rant to the people who "have it worse"
He caught those moments where you looked completely dead
That face was so numb and bland
Scared him shitpess tbh
So he decided to make sure he took care of you.
"Ike, you really don't have to."
In front of you was a meal specifically made by Ike. At this point Ikes house had become your second home with how often he insisted you come over for dinner. Or to hangout, which turned into dinner. And then he declared it was too dangerous for you to bike home, which turned into a sleepover and breakfast.
"But I like having you over! I get lonely." Ike protested, snatching your fork and stabbing it into a piece of broccoli, and held it in front of your both,
"Besides, you like my cooking, don't you? Now open up," Ike said with a grin.
Your face flushed you quickly took the broccoli off the fork and then snatched the fork from him chewing sheepishly.
"Course I like your cooking, and company, Ike.." You mumbled as you swallowed.
Honestly you felt so much better when he started this
He had no idea
You both had so much fun and your physical and, to some extent, emotional health started to seriously improved
Ike himself felt much better having his lover over all the time
It was his own therapy

I return >:) someone take my phone pls
So you know how in most monster au's for the boys, Warriors is a vampyr, right? While as much as I love the idea of him being one (Thou Shall Not Fall my beloved), Time is literally right there.
Like out of everybody it would be the man who is older mentally than physically, said to be very handsome, and is so pale Casper the ghost has more melanin in him than he does, who should be seen as the broading vampyr. I find it surprising he isn't seen as vampiric more often. Hell, I see many people write him off as a werewolf if anything (Which is fair, tbh), but still!
Like he is seriously the cookie cutter example of a vampyr from the classics. Mysterious, eerily beautiful, wise beyond his years, stronger than most people, probably has issues around people due to him being raised by immortal children. I look at him and need to do is smack some fangs and red contacts on him and you got yourself a vampyr.
(I am sorry for my rant, but I could go on for ages on how each of them fit the stereotypical vampyrs that were written and reported back in the victiorian era)
Welcome back!! I love when you send asks dude 🫶
YOOOOOOO YOU COOKED HERE.
Time does fit the classic vampire thing very well, i haven’t read a whole lot of monster au stuff (Though Shall Not Fall is on my list of fics to read because it seems so interesting i just haven’t had the time to sit down and read it), but Time as a vampire would be so cool

hey have you ever thought about what the other guardians wouldve been like if any of them had been corrupted instead of doleon
Oh. Oh TOO often.
Allow me to introduce you to the strange brainrot I’ve been having. AT LAST AN EXCUSE TO TALK ABOUT IT. Rant ahead. I warned you.
AKMAD. Listen. Spending his entire life enforcing the rules, being the “stubborn and stern” one at all times, never once daring to question why they couldn’t do more with the shards, step out of any boundaries or try anything new. He just followed. Did what he was told. One day for SOME reason he decides to try it…oh. That doesn’t feel bad at all.
It’s weird to his brothers, the way he slowly started to loosen up. Do whatever you want lmao it’s fine!! Nothing bad actually happens! It was all a lie!! He’s feeling so so normal about that!! Chaos ensues, specifically with the more reckless brothers like Ragnar, Lorcan and Doleon. It’s all well and good aside from that. Yk. Despite Akmad possibly spiraling. Soon after something feels…different. If one of the shards and their energy makes him feel good…feel powerful…what could all seven do? All he had were these dumb light powers he didn’t know what to do with…nothing has meaning anymore anyway! Not anything he would’ve previously thought! So why not try it?? Except…they were all connected to them. Wasting them.
He’d make a far better fit to hold all that power. He knows he would. They know he would. He should have it all to himself. He could do better. He could reject order and rules. He could be free.
I have to wonder, would the survivor of the eventual situation change? Kieran wasn’t killed because Doleon hesitated. Resisted, if you will. Because that was the one most important to him.
I can’t exactly see Erebus getting corrupted, he’d more than likely be able to see the consequences beforehand and not even try it. BUT. If somehow, he were, he’d be TERRIFYING. YOU GET WHAT I MEAN?? Unable to be stopped because he KNOWS what will be attempted. Able to plan way before. Goodness. Villain with foresight, maybe even one he’s now allowed to control. BAD IDEA (good idea it’s a bad evening for EVERYONE.) He’d be an “eerily calm until provoked and he just snaps entirely” type villain if that makes sense
Orpheus………
he’s just a big little guy I can’t do that to him 😭😭 I COULD see him getting overly curious though. Yet he’d be cautious at the same time soooo…this is a complicated one to answer tbh! If it DID somehow happen though I think it would scare him the most. Trying to ignore the sounds in his head by hanging out and being silly with his brothers like he always is!! Wanna play fight? :D
Someone gets hurt. He knows sometimes it would result in accidental pain if he wasn’t careful due to his strength but…he seriously hurt his brother. Did he break something?? It wasn’t an accident. He didn’t mean to! But it wasn’t an accident…? It felt like he had just…blacked out! He doesn’t understand! He never had the intention! He just doesn’t want to hurt anyone else!!
It’s hard to self isolate in The Dome. But when things happen, Orpheus tries it anyway. He knows it can’t last long.
Ragnar. Oh he’d work out of SPITE. FUELED BY PURE RAGE HATRED AND ALL THOSE OTHER LOVELY NEGATIVE EMOTIONS. Which of course makes things soooo much worse for him specifically in the long run. Since shard energy loves negative emotion and Ragnar tends to have a lot of trouble controlling it. Maybe that blind anger was what led him to the shard energy. No Akmad what do you MEAN we’re stuck here for all eternity?? WHAT DO YOU MEAN WE CANT CHANGE IT AT ALL?? WE DIDN’T GET TO CHOOSE THIS LIFE! THATS NOT FAIR. THATS NOT FAIR!!
Lorcan…he was pretty close in terms of overloading on shard energy. It wasn’t as much as Doleon, but he still overdid it sometimes, for the sake of having fun with his cool speedy powers! Except, he knew when to stop. Despite not being the brightest, and not really liking it, he understood that when it hurt him, he needed to rest. Doleon didn’t. He kept going. He didn’t resist it.
So, really, it would be pretty easy to corrupt Lorcan in a hypothetical like this. Maybe it’s his recklessness finally getting the better of him, maybe it’s his more caring side in the midst of a situation, but something intense is what pushes him over the limit. And now he can’t go back. But it’s not even bad!! He feels more energized than ever! So what’s even the big problem, really? He never did like rules anyway, it was all just a bunch of lies…
…Oh no. What did he do. Why did he do that. Why would he do that. How. He doesn’t even remember. What’s happening.
AND KIERAN. GOD. Im imagining a…role swap of sorts? Kind of? Not personality, not appearance, not even their roles as guardians. Just their fates. Between him and Doleon. I imagine Kieran’s main motivation would be the fact that he seems mostly powerless. Mostly useless. He thinks about that a lot…Doleon assures him he is 100% not useless. He just…hasn’t found the right way to harness his powers yet. He will one day! His big bro is sure of it!!
He hears whispers…of how he could have all the power he could ever dream of. How he could truly become something. Doesn’t he want even a liiittle taste of that? It’s so simple too! Dangerous? Now how do you know that? Has anyone tried it before? No, they haven’t. So how would they know?? Just one time..
For the events after, just reverse Kieran and Doleon. Kieran asks Doleon to help him get the other shards from where their brothers protect them. Doleon’s like ooooh okay! I mean if you’re sure it won’t do anything…look at you, all confident! He’s proud! Of course he’ll help! It sounds like it could be fun anyway!
Time passes. Kieran kills his brothers. He can’t kill Doleon though. Doleon lives. At least for now.
Should I make AU’s out of any of these. Anyone want to add onto any of these in some way? Please do if you have ideas I’m very invested in this (/nf)

Made a really big rant on wambus in my friends discord server, wanted to share it;
I wanna do a really big info dump on Wambus and Triffany's relationship and also talk about Wambus himself cuz he's pretty cool and I'm really fixated on him now... so:
I think a lot about Wambus tbh. Lemme explain. I feel like that's why he's so attached to Triffany, and everytime she doesn't come back for days and nights on end you can see it in the beginning of this game he just has this gut feeling that she's not coming back for him. I'll say it once and I'll say it again, wambus did not cheat on triffany with the cactus. cactriffy was created because of Wambus' unstable emotional attachment to Triffany.
When Triffany doesn't come back for awhile, rather instead of bottling his feelings up and exploding one day on her way random he tries to talk to the cactus about it. Cactriffy is a type of coping mechanism for him to deal with his abandonment he feels like he facing. Wambus is stubborn though, a crucial part to his character yes, but Triffany is too and I believe that is what many people in the fandom forget. He didn't cheat on her, she didn't cheat on him, all that happened was that they were both too set in their ways and hobbies to apologize to one another.
I feel like what people in the fandom also don't consider is that Triffany held her stakes *way* too high for Wambus. She expect so much of him it seemed, and it can probably come from her whole ordeal she has to be like her grandmother and such. They both have expectations they've tailed to live up too, and have different ways of coping with it. Triffany's way however seems to be staying away from humanity, more comfortable with intimate objects. Wambus is too, but he also misses feels like he failed Triffany so much he can't be forgiven, he can't be believed in anymore.
Speaking of not feeling he can be believed him anymore, I feel like this fandom tends to ignore his death voices lines. Wambus DIES thinking he is a failure, the others do not. His death is unique because it points out something about him: He was so set in his beliefs, he didn't realize Triffany loved him. And the truth is? It's because she didn't show it as much as she should. The whole reason why Triffany plans to grow a garden of all his favorite plants and such is because now the failure has shifted to her. She's now realized she's failed him not only as a wife but as a friend too.
With this next part I'm stepping into a bit of theoretical theory, but when watching @doomedpuppetyuri replay bugsnax, it had shown me a few times where Wambus was often mistreated by the cast. Take for the beginning party for example, I am always extremely infuriated by how people make such a joke of it. When Gramble says to Wambus "you don't know a thing about love, that's why your wife left you" it feels like an assumption. Triffany did *NOT* in any way leave Wambus, there a difference between packing up your things and leaving someone behind us. A stubborn personality getting in the way of an apology. They were not divorced in anyway or how, they were simply doing their own thing to handle their lives. Another thing I've noticed is Gramble often brings up Wambus a lot more than Wambus brings up Gramble. People forget that Wambus never starts the arguments, he is easily agitated. He doesn't speak much either. Same thing with the whole idea people have where Wambus threw cromdo out of spite or something. Cromdo, like the man he is but no hate to cromdo I love him probably agitated Wambus in some way that made him do that, and a small detail too is that in the DLC, Floofty has picked on Wambus too once (stating, Wambus doesn't trut Floofty since the 'Noodler Incident')
(And also I just wanna say no hate to any other characters I mention in this I've just noticed this about their relationship with Wambus.)
Wambus' emotions are their own topic themselves, because people often forget he's grumpy all the time, people make him grumpy. He's easily able to change his mood depending on what he's exposed to from other Grumps, and it feels like the some of other Grumps aren't nice to him. But Wambus is also at fault here sightly, because he's not the best at handling criticism and such, his mood can often change. Take the first scene where we meet Wambus for example: due to his stubborn qualities, when Filbo says something (accidentally) it provokes Wambus to be more hostile towards him. However, you can tell he is regretful. He is regretful when he apologizes to Filbo, Gramble, and Triffany.
Anyways I hope you enjoyed this has probably been my longest ramble ever on wambus troubleham 💔💔

Have you seen the posts going around saying shit like "If a mutual likes Hazbin Hotel I will block them"?? It's genuinely upsetting me tbh, not just the idea that people don't like the show, but that they despise it so much they can't even stand the thought of someone they know liking the show. It reminds me of the Steven Universe hate train only worse. They also say shit like "the show is just someone saying swear words and expecting you to laugh", and if for a second we put aside the fact that that is blatantly not true, what's wrong with that? I'm allowed to like something that's a bit trash, right? I've already seen two different people I follow reblog posts to that effect (and worse, someone saying all a character boils down to is "i love being sexually abused <3" and i don't know how they ever came to that conclusion) and it's driving me mad. And somehow I just know that they don't actually give a shit about any "controversies" surrounding vivziepop, that's just a convenient excuse for most of them. I don't even care if Vivzie is a bad person, that's none of my business. just live and let live, you know?
Sorry for ranting, you're literally the only blog i follow who posts Hazbin fan content
Rant away, friend! Luckily for me I haven't come across any of those posts yet. Plenty of discourse surrounding whether fans are allowed to make romantic and/or sexual content for Alastor, the expected shipping wars, and - as you say - vague references to Vivzie controversies (which I'm too new a fan to even be aware of yet)... but nothing that's a complete rejection of the show itself. That's probably because I've only engaged with blogs posting a lot of Hazbin content though.
I'm a big fan of old school Internet rules which includes an emphasis on cultivating your own online space. You know, the thing tumblr is explicitly designed for. So in theory I applaud anyone blocking users/tags for a show they're not a fan of. Performatively posting about it more as a way to guilt others for liking Hazbin at all... not so much. If you want to block something just block it. If you're mutuals with someone you both presumably like each others' content. Not all of it necessarily, but enough to have followed in the first place, and often being mutuals for long enough leads to friendship because you're both getting interacting with one another a lot. All of which isn't to say that people don't unfollow mutuals, or that you can't drop a mutual because they've started posting something you dislike. Obviously both situations do happen, but it feels like an extreme enough response that these posters probably aren't actually doing this very often. Most people will wait the mutual out until their interest gets hooked on something new, or block the Hazbin tag and keep the friend, or just block without making a big announcement about it. So posts like that feel more like a way to show off how much you dislike the show and guilt others for their enjoyment which yeah, can be upsetting to see. Especially when, as you say, it costs nothing to just let people like things.
Which might sound hypocritical on my part given my RWBY interests, but I think there's a big difference between critically examining a show while supporting others who genuinely love it, and simplistically blasting it. I COMPLETELY get why Hazbin wouldn't be to everyone's tastes and, like with the SU example, anything that gets popular enough is going to develop its haters (especially cartoons trying to tackle non-childish subjects. That's always going to be a fandom landmine). But if you're going to make claims about a show, at least watch it to ensure you can back up your stance? And if your takeaway is still, "This is the worst fucking thing I've ever watched"... cool. Go forth and write about that on your own, personal blog. But no one should be surprised when they're also blocked for bragging about how many Hazbin fans they've blocked.

An obnoxious long rant on the Murderbot tv situation. Did I post this with the intention of having a conversation about it? Yes. Am I aware people are probably tired of talking about it and likely don’t think my thoughts are hot shit? Also yes. Anyway,
the post:
A lot of people have been talking about the casting for the tv adaption of Murderbot Diaries. Some people are disappointed and some people are disappointed other people are disappointed.
Plenty of people have already brought up that making Murderbot’s actor a white man is a loaded decision because of how the idea of whiteness as a default protects an inflated and false idea of white superiority. And even more people have talked about how man as a default is also an inflated and false protection of patriarchal standards.
And I agree with both of those ideas.
Other people have brought up that plenty of queer people treat masculinity and men as an unwanted part of the queer community. Which IS true, despite historically men and masculinity being important aspects of queer identity and love, people DO like to pretend non-binary and gender queer people have to all be feminine or they are mislabeled as a threat. Which is so fucked up and obnoxious.
However, I think that this tv series is clearly not making Murderbot’s actor a man to bring attention to queer masculinity as an important part of the queer community. I appreciate the people who are trying to defend the choice because real people are more important than Murderbot, but I think that this is just a clear case of most people reading The Murderbot Diaries and feeling uncomfortable without a clear binary in which to visualize and categorize Murderbot. Which is understandable. Despite my own discomfort with The Gender Binary, I understand people feeling more comfortable with rules and clear distinctions.
This is the THIRD production of Murderbot which has an actor play Murderbot and I doubt I’m the only one who has seen most interviews ask Martha Wells about Murderbot’s gender. Often they will tell her that they personally read the book with Murderbot looking male and made with male genetic material. Which, personal interpretation is fine obviously no one should be attacked just because they are attached to gender essentialism and believe only one of the Definitely Only Two Genders can punch people in the face. But it’s fucking annoying that a book which means so much to me (and other people I guess /jk) can be limited creatively just because people decided that a fantastical robot must have male genetic organics just because Men Punch Good.
I’m not saying that they should have used an actress. And I’m not saying that Murderbot needs to be feminine. But the actor wasn’t chosen because they looked at a range of actors and thought “why NOT a white man? This changes EVERYTHING about queerness!” Also, why NOT an actress? If I’m supposed to see a cis male actor as Murderbot, why not a cis female actress? Better yet, why not someone non-binary who understands the push and pull of expectations and social norms????
If they make Murderbot the one white character I will seriously lose my mind. Even worse if they make more people white to make Murderbot not the only white character. Why the fuck did they do this?
They picked a white man because of a history of success with fandoms/audiences becoming attached to white men. They picked him because they wanted someone who would look like competent security beyond human capabilities and they thought their vision was best described by a white man. Like MOST other science fiction and action movies.
I have always liked the IDEA of science fiction but I cannot enjoy a story which is written by a man for men to enjoy with action heroes and babes hanging off of them. (Tbh fantasy does this too but I was able to find books I liked a lot easier, and also because it’s always been my favorite genre and I was desperate) (Full disclosure I don’t see a problem with this trope if it’s two women but societal expectations aren’t exactly forcing women to be be action heroes or prioritizing women to be damsels for other women to rescue. Unless we think about how black and brown women are expected to cater to white women but that isn’t lesbianism that’s racism. *disclaimer I am a white person) so Murderbot was literally the start of me finding science fiction books to read that weren’t sexist gender essentialism But In Space TM.
So many people have given amazing recommendations that I’ve loved and so many others I’m excited to read next. Murderbot was the start of a genre revival for me!! I never thought I would find science fiction that wasn’t gender essentialist. And tbh I wasn’t looking as hard as I could have, because I had tried so many that sucked, so that’s partly on me. But what’s important is that, for me, Murderbot is an escape from gender norms and a return to a genre which has historical been viewed as leaning on a bioessentialism view of human gender and roles in society, especially due to the science aspect of science fiction. It isn’t the first science fiction book to have a more queer aspect to it, it’s just the first one I’ve read and I know I’m not the only person who has benefited from finding other books to read from people giving thoughtful recommendations online.
Who really cares if Murderbot is played by a man? Except so many comments and interviewers just are too uncomfortable to engage with a character without having that male/female binary and no matter how many times Martha pushes past these questions it just keeps happening. Obviously not all interviewers pester for a confirmation of Murderbot’s canonical organic appearance and one even kept pushing for Murderbot being canonically female. Many even praise her for a non-binary character, some of them also just immediately mention that they think Murderbot has male organics.
It’s just so ridiculous to me that so many people seem to think they are reinventing masculinity in a character which is an intrepid space explorer (and grumpy about it). Although of course there are many things about Murderbot’s trauma and emotional regulation that do not fit into masculine gender norms, it is still the character who Saves The Day and Protects Everyone and Is Super Smart And Strong.
There have been posts examining secunits as male and comfortunits as female and those are just an attempt to examine inter-construct relationships and power dynamics compared to people’s irl experiences so I understand why they were written. And I absolutely do not mean to attack anyone for applying a book to the real world. But it feels like there is no escape from a push to define imaginary robots as a “Realistic” human gender when, for me, this entire book series is a book about an agender character who is tough as nails and accidentally makes friends and learns how to examine the ways in which it was dehumanized by people around it.
Again, people writing analysis examining how a book approaches things that are real issues are not doing anything wrong. Just because I’m sensitive doesn’t mean I’m going to assume I’m king of the universe over here. Other people have LIVES and I’m not going to pester them about their actually extremely thoughtful examination about how Murderbot’s prejudice against comfortunits is reminiscent of sex workers and female sexuality. (No matter how uncomfortable it is. The point is not to be comfortable.)
I will admit though that the audio with a female voice artist ART and a male voice artist Murderbot makes me want to kill myself. Like oh interesting, you see the character who is grumpy and kills as male and the character who SPENDS ITS ENTIRE EXISTENCE TAKING CARE OF PEOPLE AND MAKING A HOME FOR THEM AS FEMALE HUH I WONDER WHERE THAT CAME FROM HOW ORIGINAL OF YOU. I’m sorry I know a lot of people like it and I’ve heard that the voice actress does a great job! So I’m glad people are having fun but I am actively furious. Please enjoy your lives and know I’m a total jackass. Much love. (Genuine)
There are plenty of (amazing and talented) artists who have drawn Murderbot in a way that if you saw that person walking down the street, you could assume that that person identifies as a man. And there isn’t a problem with that, I’ve never been irritated by people drawing it this way. There are also more ambiguous fanarts of Murderbot. It’s all Murderbot to me. Just because I’m partial to lesbian ART and Murderbot doesn’t mean I think that my exact preferences should be fulfilled. (Another disclaimer!!!! Lots of people with a complex identity to gender and sex identify as lesbian. If you were confused, you should try learning more! It’s so cool! And interesting! I’m not misgendering Murderbot.)
But this live action business of only casting men isn’t an accident and it isn’t a fan artist with their headcanons. It’s a production that is purposefully making executive decisions about a character who all of us care about. Tbh someone else said he would make a great Gurathin and I agree.
Murderbot doesn’t exist in a world without gender norms. Murderbot was written by a person who lives in our world with our expectations and boxes and labels and limitations from irl people constantly asking everyone around them to fit into their comfort cube of gender essentialism. I can’t pretend that this is a decision without influences.
Anyway. I’m just fucking disappointed. I hope it’s still cute and fun and tragic. I hope I still like it even though it’s not what I was hoping for. I talked a lot about the gender thing and less about the race thing. Idk what to even say about the race thing besides this is very clearly because audiences and fandoms prefer a white man or woman over any non white ones and they are hoping to give it a boost. Why even pick this book is you aren’t willing to have anyone nonwhite celebrated in a fun little robot story.

Hi! I’m SO sorry for blowing up your inbox lol- but I’m thinking about those song covers I wanna do and wanna lean into flowers meanings since I think they’re supposed to be a big part of PoM? Or maybe it was just that arc, idk.
But yeah I’m currently thinking about what flowers I should add for which song lmao. For I won’t say I’m in love I’m thinking of Dove with a black rose? Which means forbidden love, since I think that’s the main reason why she’s in denial about her feelings. (That’s what I got from all of your answers anyway)
And then there’s songs like Evermore. I love its showcasing of Doves and Wukong’s dynamic and wanted to show Dove leaving the frame with Wukong sitting with flowers that symbolize dove. (“Now I know she’ll never leave me, even as she runs away”) and I was wondering was flower you think would symbolize dove? I just don’t want to get anything wrong! It’s completely okay if you don’t know though! I don’t want you to feel forced to go down a rabbit hole of flower langue just because of my silly questions.
But if you do by chance know a bit of flower language (I’m just guessing that you do with how much flowers show up, but again, if you don’t, feel free to chuck this ask into the void lmao) do you also know what flower would symbolize Wukong from the perspective of dove? Wanna incorporate that in the Never Knew I Needed one.
Also, (again, SO sorry for ranting, I think I just like talking lmao) for Just The Way You Are I want to show flowers that mean Wukongs love for her. So I’m thinking of a flower (I forgot the name lol) that means protection? Just because that seems like how Wukong shows his love, even when he doesn’t realize his feelings for her. But if you think his love language would be something different, please feel free to tell me!
Okay, I’m sorry for ranting (and all of those typos this probably has) I don’t think I get to talk about all of my self shipping nonsense with a lot of people and I’m just excited lol, feel free to just ignore this!!! <3
Hi! Don't ever apologise abt being in my inbox. I love getting to talk, I'm a certified yapper lol
I love the idea of using flower symbolism! I really wanted to lean into it for the Dovesbane arc (Wolfsbane is another name for monkshood *corny eyebrow wiggling*) because of the connection to Dove's old friend and everything his dad would tell him. But tbh I just love flower language in general, especially how different plants can have different meanings in various cultures. So I'll definitely lean into it more, just not as much as I did in that arc.
A flower I think that would represent Dove well are Althea's (hibiscus syriacus, there's a few flowers that are called similar names), they're also called Rose of Sharon. They're a resilient flower that not only represent love in many places around the world, but also healing.
Tumblr media
Also, this. It's quite literally used in a way Dove uses her own powers.
As for symbolising Wukong from Dove's pov? I'd go with marigolds. Not just because they've been nicknamed the herb of the sun (teeheehee) but also because they have a vast range of symbolism to them. They're often associated with life and death (ironic because of Wukong's immortality) but can also represent two things Dove really admires about Wukong: creativity and passion. After all, he is known for both his cunning and impulsiveness.
Flowers to symbolise Wukong's love for Dove? There's a few that come to mind. Anemones can mean a whole lot of things based on their colour, like protection, anticipation, and love. I also think about carnations when it comes to their love as well, but more specifically pale red carnations. Not pink, and even though red itself represents affection and a deep love, pale red carnations are given to others as a way to say, "My heart aches for you" which is just 🥺
As a little bonus, I'll also throw in the acacia blossom. They often represent concealed love, which I think sums up Dove and Wukong for a chunk of their story. Even when Dove does realise her feelings, she has this huge crisis and struggles with her emotions. Some days she may feel like giving into them, other days she wishes those feelings didn't exist at all and tries to hide them as best she can. Girl really just needs to accept the fact that she loves him already 🙄

Rare Alu Rant About Fandoms bc I never say shit:
Sue me, but getting into a fandom just for the intention of becoming popular is so weird to me.
Like sure you want a lot of people to see what you make. Because making something for the fandom should be seen! That’s dope as hell.
But you’re gonna lose inspiration real fast when you find out content creation takes a lotta work but more often than not comes with little reward.
I hold firmly the belief that Fandom is for making content for the pure reason of just because you can.
✨the joy of free will to bring your delusions to life so others can indulge in their delusions as well✨ Kinda vibes? Yanno?
I never started making HL content with the idea in mind that I’d reach 9k followers on tiktok. And I ain’t gonna lie it’s daunting for me. Specially as someone whose always just made shit for whatever reason without even posting it. But The videos that got me views and followers on tiktok, were made because I was high and wanted to laugh. And I’d figured “what the hell, this made me laugh….Maybe it will make someone else laugh.” And I’m glad it did.
And now I float around just making stuff. I still make whatever I want tbh. I do my best to give credit where credit is due in what I make. And yeah I’ve done some fan service videos and writing here and there because hey it’s fun for me.
I see so many posts or peoples bios saying that they’re working towards being popular in fandom and then their posts are what other people said or made on Twitter or tiktok or Vice versa and there’s often times there’s no real credit to original creators.
Don’t get me wrong, if it’s properly credited, AWESOME. Usually it’s not though, and that’s just wild to me. Because how are you expecting to get popular under your own name when you’re just reposting stuff.
That doesn’t make you a content creator.
A historical collector guess?? Because you’re like idk collecting all the stuff people made and what not onto a new page.
Idk dude. I just miss authenticity I guess. People making stuff and just being excited to show it.
Don’t get me wrong though it’s not all terrible on here and everywhere on the internet for fandoms. I’ve made close friends with other creators who feel and see fandom much the same. Just here to vibe and escape.
I’m not saying I don’t think views and followers and likes and notes or what have you, matter. I know they do. I get a lil confidence boost when something I make pops off. I feel proud.
But man it’s the intention of “ Im trying to be a popular creator” that rubs me the wrong way. Make stuff because you like it. Not because other people will. Doing whatever to get you likes wont bring the same satisfaction. And in more cases than not I see it backfiring and causing drama because, like I said it’s usually shit that’s copied or reposted.
Who knows maybe I’m just old and don’t understand bc I also see fandom and the work I’ve contributed as something I wouldn’t like boast about in real life. Because the reaction wouldn’t be positive. Like just for enjoying Hogwarts legacy I get teased in my daily life from acquaintances. It’s not totally negative. Buts it’s enough for me to know that YEAH 9k followers on tiktok don’t mean anything in the real world LMAO because at the end of the day, offline, I am still just a nerd whose daydreaming in her bedroom to escape reality.
I’m 24 dude. And I work in news. Shit is exhausting. Read a headline and you’ll see what I mean. And I just wanted to rant about it because it’s been bugging me since I joined fandom again last year.
But due to, idk my follower count and whatnot I always felt like I can’t or rather I shouldn’t speak my mind so much for fear of SOMEONE coming for me for something. And man I hate that feeling bc this bitch has opinions and I dislike the idea of feeling like others have control over it. But tbh eh. I wanted to rant. Just speaking into the void of the internet.
If you decide to send anon hate for my opinionated rant be ready for a meme bc I don’t have the mental capacity to take anything other than my IRL life responsibilities seriously lmao.

I need to go on a bit of a Fairy Tail brain rot rant while I use Tumblr. It’s about character ‘design’ (design is in quotations because they’re minor things/preferences than an actual criticism).
[This ended up being a part 1 cuz I’ve only talked about one character so far]
First of all, I think Loke should be taller. I believe he is 5’10” which is slightly above average height (I think) and is perfectly fine when he is blending in with people, cuz he doesn’t wanna stand out. But as Leo I think he should be like 6’ to 6’4”. There’s nothing wrong with men shorter than 6’- just hear me out.
It seems like spirits have some capability to change their form, some more than others (Virgo probably has the most) but it’s clear that Loke also has some ability since he does have a human form to turn to. Also, when he turns back into spirit form, his clothes change with him if he needs them to.
He often reminds us that he is the leader of the zodiac. He’s not an imposing one, he uses the benefits of being the leader more than he uses he’s position, so it’s not like he needs to be taller than everyone (the idea of Loke towering over Taurus kinda scares me). The thing is, not only is he a spirit, but fairy tail is a story we’re talking about, and height in a character can be chosen and have meaning depending on the situation.
So considering he is the Zodiacs’ leader, takes pride in his looks and charm, kinda gives gentleman bodyguard vibes with his suit and can kinda control how he looks- I think being 6+’ is not the worse thing to expect.
I was a bit disappointed to find out he was shorter than Gray (5’11”). Not by much but it just kinda felt weird. Again, as a human, perfect way to blend in. As a spirit, the blending in thing doesn’t matter anymore. All the spirits stand out.
In conclusion, minor thing I wanted to vent about. I don’t blame you if you think I have too much time on my hands… I don’t, I just manage it poorly…
Also I have nothing against short guys, Natsu is like 5’7” and I wouldn’t change a thing about him. He’s like a pink chihuahua: small, powerful and aggressive, he’s perfect as he is.
I guess this was Part 1 cuz I have more to say about other characters (mostly Lucy tbh) but this ran longer than I thought. Gonna take a break before part 2 lol

Hi, I saw your own Criticism about Me.
I just wanna say that I own an Apology to You if I kept flooding the Space Goofs tag with My New OCs.
First of all, I am indeed very new to the Fandom since I watched this show when I was a little Kid as I've been recently developing an AU that's more of a Personal Re-telling/Reboot of Mine towards the Franchise as My AU mainly focuses on Season 1.
Second of all, I actually plan to draw more of my First OCs for Art Ideas meaning that I'm actually taking a brief break from creating New OCs for awhile as I do have plans to use my OCs for Special Art/Doodle Ideas.
Again, I appreciate your own criticism about Me as I will take that very well (but tbh, you are indeed right, I defiantly should draw my first OCs that often as I've been thinking myself upon that. I will show my own Fanart of my First OCs so that way they won't get rarely drawn). I will approve myself on the fandom on that so thx for your own advice👍

Ok, that's good, was only a stupid rant, but I like your artstyle

hello, i saw that you take asks asking for advice? sorry this is gonna be kind of long-
so at some point (i have no idea when, i've always had a really bad sense of time lol. i think it was maybe almost exactly last year? idk lol) i started talking with a voice in my head (which i passed off as an imaginary friend), but over time they kind of. multiplied. and then i kinda went 'ah shittake mushrooms am i plural??'
initially i kinda went 'oh whatever' and didn't end up interacting much with (what i believe to be) my system for a while. if it's relevant, i ended up getting a concussion at the end of july and before that i was not having a funky fresh time in school so i kind of shoved plurality onto the back burner
then in december, my director made a passing joke about the possibility of me being plural during a rehearsal, and someone in the system (who doesn't wish to be named) said something to the effect of 'he doesn't know there's (i forget the number) of us' and i ended up spending the weekend obssessively researching plurality.
anyway- i've been treating it as if i was system for the past little while bc i'd rather be wrong than y'know. accidentally ignore real people that happen to share my brain. (when i don't accidentally think to myself that i'm probably not plural while talking to them-). and i guess i kinda want an external opinion?
-i do experience a lot of dissociation, and often don't feel like i'm me or that these hands are not mine, or that i'm not controlling myself and it's just some autopilot being on. this has been happening for as long as i remember. i also seem to have two handwritings, and have communicated with members of the system via journalling
-i did use to do competitive sports from a young age, which i hear can potentially cause undue stress/trauma to a child, so that could also be something?
-some of them (members of the system, we haven't decided on a term bc communication is spotty) do fit classic roles of a system. most notably is there's one that continually keeps me from doing things that could harm myself and helps 'protect' me from intrusive thoughts
-when i discovered apparently people remember shit and the brain doesn't just dump it like an hour later, that surprised me. i'm still in my teens, but i genuinely do not remember much about... anything tbh. the term 'gray out' honestly explained a lot for me
-i have aphantasia, but the system insists there's a headspace. some of them make fun of me for 'being blind in headspace', but i think they're also helping?? me with the aphantasia, since recently i've been able to see shadowy outlines of stuff they 'airdrop' to me. this includes waking me up by bombarding me with the word 'boo' zooming at my face when i was half asleep.
-sometimes i can feel them like, hugging me or comforting me
-i also do feel some sort of presence in there, and can sometimes pinpoint where certain members are. i also seem to be unable to access the 'back half' which is apparently intentional so.
