Kyoko Sakura has in common with Edalyn Clawthorne from Owl House having the same fesityness and using magical mid ranged weapons. Wearing red clothes. They also have a dark cursed monster form. Kyoko with Ophelia and Edalyn with the Owl form. They have gems in the middle of their chests and have an open rebellious attitude.

Oh Leonardo and Raphie in 87 is an A Team dynamic I’ve been wanting to figure out 😂

It's not an easy dynamic to pin down! I love watching it but it's difficult to describe let alone write

Most basic level, Raphael is the funny guy and Leonardo is earnest. That kinda makes them opposites in a way that makes it easy for them to play off each other. Which can either look like tag-teaming for brilliant banter, or sometimes getting on each other's nerves.

Raphael also balances Leonardo in the way he does not want to rush into danger. Feeling heroic is low on his list of priorities. Leonardo wants to follow every lead and die on every hill. Raphael wants to go home. They make a great team!

Leonardo's great with kids. Raphael has more street smarts imo (it's that Just Some Guy energy).

I feel like at the very core of their dynamic is just that they will always have each other's backs. When Leonardo hit his head while reading the Three Musketeers and dressed up as characters, and Splinter suggested joining him could help get his memory back (✨cartoon logic ✨), Raphael says something like "I would give Leonardo the shell off my back but I'm not playing dress up for him." But folks. He does in fact play dress up for him. (Also Raphael what are you talking about you literally love dressing up). In the episode where Michelangelo keeps bringing home pets and is friends with the zookeeper, I don't remember the plot at all but I remember Leonardo and Raphael generally being in each other's vicinity like they are both the other guy's emotional support turtle.

Okay so like. This is more my personal interpretation/headcanons? But one thing about Raphael is that if he's not making a witty remark he's probably just silently observing. So I see him being kinda,, not shy exactly. Maybe not not shy. Like I literally think he is just watching trying to take it all in and process, and when he sees a chance for a good joke he jumps in because that's his way of participating. And I see Leonardo being a really comforting presence for him because

-Leo will carry the conversation especially if he notices you need him to

-He can also happily sit in silence with Raphael and neither of them feel awkward they are chillin

-take charge personality reassuring for someone who feels unable to take charge and likes routine

And then Raphael is also a comfort to Leo because

-Leonardo actually loves having fun and laughing but he doesn't necessarily know how to without structure

-He takes things literally which can easily become stressful in a social situation, and Raphael could very easily (and occasionally does) make fun of him, but is very good at instead explaining things to him in a lighthearted way so that Leo feels in on the joke and not laughed at

-somebody really does need to stop him from following the Technodrome to the center of the earth

So basically what I'm saying in their different autisms fill in each other's gaps. I care them,, a normal amount 😭

Y'all should add in your two cents if you've seen 1987 because I feel they have a deep, rich, complex dynamic that there could be a lot of different takes on

That’s not presumptuous at all, Anon, and I’m glad you’re still around and asked about it (and also saw that ko-fi comic! <3)!

It really was kind of inspired by your ask. I just kept thinking about the idea and how differently everything would’ve been (especially considering that Ortho is not as big of a technomagical genius as Idia), and Katsu liked it as well, so we discussed it a bit after I wrote the post. So after a couple of days I ended up wanting to draw something related to it. To be completely honest, the more I think about it, the more thoughts I get, this really is a nice fuel for angsty ideas…

So thank you for sending that ask. I hope it is okay with you though.

Katsu: I’ve never been a huge Disney fan (mostly because the first time I saw any movies when I was almost 18 and still was ok with them), it’s actually twst is the reason why I decided to give them another chance and enjoyed them on their own much, much more. So it’s hard to name anything… I’d actually like to see some RSA??? I guess?? characters twisted from Mulan (or just have an Eastern event, not the New Year one, although I like those too) or Tiana… She was very enjoyable as a character, and the style of both of those movies is fun. As for villains… We had a weird shipping Hans/Anna phase, so I guess Hans??? lmao what a cursed concept. Thankfully, they don’t take 3D cartoons into consideration. Overall, I’m also very happy with what Twisted Wonderland has to offer in general, it looks wonderful.

About Joan (Clone High)

Can we talk about Joan for a moment? Because I've been seeing comments about her being "insufferable" from fans (a lot from TikTok), because of season 2. And it was mostly how "annoying" or "Weird" she became from the episode when she found how JFK and Harriet kiss. People said the writers are doing that to push Abe and her together. But! 🧐

I just want to point out that Joan isn't a bad character from this season. If we look at season 1, she was bullied, an outcast, and had no one to talk to. You can say Gahndi and Abe were her "best friends" but you see it time and time again how much they ignore her, or say dumb shit to her. Of course, Abe with his obsession at the time was Cleo. Basically, Joan had no one (besides her foster grandpa). She had no girl friends to share deep emotions or have fun.

So when season 2 came, I love how they did the whole switch of an average chill girl is the popular girl, things are nicer and they care more on social problems. Which Joan had always advocated from season 1, she like to talk about serious matters (like every goth character on a cartoon show).

Anyway this part I thought we should understand that Joan should have the right to be a goofy teenager. She never had the chance in Season 1. She finally had two female friends that trusted her and cares for her. Which to her it's all new. New emotions, putting trust on other teenage girls (when she was bullied from them too), and to get that closure. It's all new and it's fair for her to be overbearing, to do too much because she never had that.

That episode when Harriet was making her play, Joan kept going at her about these changes. Joan didn't know when to stop, because she thought if she keeps giving Harriet ideas, she'll be a good friend, and that's all Joan every wants. She wants to be a good girl friend.

I believe the reason for her to be so forgiven with JFK and Harriet is because she doesn't want to lose them. JFK being her first boyfriend, who actuals wants her (unlike Abe in season 1). We see JFK really loving her (even tho he did kiss Harriet, it's a bit rocky subject), but he does love her and always want her to be happy. (Its my fav ship too 😭)

Let's point out the fact is Joan is a teenager, teenagers go through emotions fast, being unsure and wants to be liked. It's normal and everyone has done it. I feel like she was the most real one to be so forgiving of JFK and Harriet. And we see how she was upset with Abe, she put too much trust on him and got upset when he wasn't honest with her. Teenage emotions, nothing wrong from it.

As we go to the last episode, I felt like Joan had the right to feel upset when Frida let go of her hand to save Cleo. (Love CleoxFrida btw 😌 such a cute pair) I thought Joan had the right to be upset because she was so happy to be part of all girl group, the four amigas! She never felt so happy to be part of something so special, and probably never thought she would. I think it's fine for her to felt betray because we see this time and time again, she's alway pushed aside and never been a thought.

Now, we can talk about how she has her yelling at Frida for choosing Cleo. But we saw how Frida and Harriet were upset, practically in tears. Even Frida questioned her decision. Joan didn't believe it because Cleo was the first choice. Cleo had always been the first choice, so for Joan it felt like nothing has change, this is probably going through her mind. However Frida did point out it wasn't an easy choice and she asked, "What if it was your close friend and the love of your life?" Because Joan might've done the same thing (we don't know for sure).

We can talk about the end where she became the Lone Wolf, but that's teenage anger. She felt upset, betrayed, scared to be on her own. Like every person we own up to that to be the badass. I'm not saying she had the right to do what she did but it's understandable. In the end she did save everyone too, and the sad part when all her friends found out she put them there- Karma. Yet it's sad to think the next season she'll be an outcast or hated when we saw she save her friends all the time and tries to fix her wrongs.

I just think Joan is a very interesting character from both season and had the most challenges. I don't think she was annoying, or out of wack. She's learning how to make friends, give love and try to fit in. I just hope next season she won't get too much hate.

When he does notice Y/N (Since during the ride over there she was wearing something over the top so he didn't know), he just sort of... short circuits for a minute XDDD Before Jason gives him a warning look, it sinks in, and Bubba turns right around to head back to the ocean. Time to cool off. Not messing with big brother Jason today. Nope.

Predictably, a fight breaks out when Freddy snatches Stu's binoculars, Stu starts following him around complaining, Chucky tells Jason what's happening, Jason throws Freddy, Freddy ends up knocking into Bubba and sending them both the the ocean floor, that catches Billy's attention as he starts laughing, and, yeah... a brawl/verbal fray breaks out.

QUESTION- Should I include Jerry officially in the Horror House as a secondary character, like Patrick and Carrie? Like, he won't hurt you again, he's learnt his lesson, but just be sorta... around. Being himself. Some more colour, you know?

Ok.... So if you followed me for a while you prob'ly know how passionate I am over dubs and voice acting in general, and although I already kinda told someone I still want to get the word out cause I'm still in complete shock and in love!!!

Anyways, for years I've needed not just wanted a Spanish latino dub of fairy tail and after so long I finally have it😭💖 and let me tell you its fucking perfect just absolutely fucking incredible😭(well thats just my opinion)but still like its surreal for me 🥺and the best part it also got the openings and endings dubbed as well and it really feels like the charm of the old early 2000's dubs from cartoon network and thats exactly what it deserves kay! So anyways, I just kinda want to try and encourage anyone who does like fairy tail and speaks Spanish or just is curious and would like to see it in Spanish to go and give it a chance😅 cause its really charming and the voices they chose for most of the characters fit like a glove especially lucy's hers was absolutely perfect and juvia's 🤧 don't get me started so cute just like her lol, the only one I had trouble liking were mirajane and natsu mainly cause miras sounded too sweet for my liking but it was still pretty good and natsu... His was just too um how should I put this... Manly😆 like it was too serious at times but its still a wonderful choice he really shines through the very first episode

So This girl i was slight friends with at work got a haircut and my god now i get really nervous and almost shy when talking to her. It’s so funny how i was so casual and non chalant before.
