Sakura is a lower level cleric serving under the Hyuga matriarch, struggling to rise above in ways that seem to come so easily to those with noble blood and pearl colored eyes. It takes her twice as long to learn half as much because of her commoner blood, but what she lacks in magic she makes up for in a myriad of ways. Some said she was as keen as a devil and twice as pretty. When she is caught tampering with a Hyuga’s branch seal she is saved from death only because the law forbids executions of those with the Kaguya magic, thus she is banished to the frozen wastes to die on her own from the elements. Heartstrings (on my Fingers) Rated T Sakura/Madara & Sakura/Izuna Summary: All the legends say you should never kill a golden Zmey, but all Sakura has is her hunger and her debts so why not curse herself so others might live? Even if her curse lasts through multiple lifetimes, Sakura is willing to pay the price, whatever it may be.

Selkie ➊🅒 Rated E - Sakura/Itachi Summary: Once upon a time she fell in love with a creature from a fairytale. It didn't go well, and so, years later, he's desperate for another chance with the island's fairy doctor.

The Golden Bridle ➊🅒 Rated: T - Sakura/Madara Summary: Sakura knows what it feels like to be trapped in chains, so she can't help but want to set everything free, even if it ends up being dangerous for her later on. She didn't know what the consequences would be for freeing such an old fashioned kelpie.

i think a really great aspect of oofuri is how much it gets mihashi's ass for being overly timid and dependent. it would be really easy to write off the way he and abe interact as being abe's fault because he is overbearing, and a lot of people do, but it has some really great moments of going "hey, you cannot hide behind abe or depend on him to make every decision. it's not good for you, or him, or the team."

HI EVERYONE! so as few of you already know I have a little tradition for kinktober, that this year I decided to bring over to Tumblr/ao3, and to anticipate a bit in the hopes of cooking up something in time since my october is going to be quiiite busy. With their intended voyage into the void only a few days out, Arsay thought it the upmost importance that she steal her partner away to Kugane, that they might share one more fond memory together should things not turn out the way they plan in the thirteenth. It was as they crossed the very same bridge the miqo'te had once sat on together two years prior when Arsay gifted Y'shtola with a bracelet matching that of her own. A token of endearment which, Arsay confessed, she would have given to her fellow scion back then, had nerves not gotten the best of her. While their relationship has undoubtedly changed since the initial purchase of the jewellery, the sentiment remained the same. Y'shtola was someone who Arsay loved dearly and she will forever be grateful to have the seeker's life intertwined with her own. No matter where their free spirits took them, they would always hold each other in their hearts. A promise Y'shtola was more than willing to keep. She slipped the the string of beads around her wrist without a second thought. They were never to come off, not even when the two decided to delay their return to Radz-at-Han in favour of a private bath at the dead of night.

Yeah, sure, gonna do this too. Here’s a list of some of my ships and also just some dynamics I’m really fond of:

Gonna start with my explicit romantic ships, ranging from OTP (my personal description of an OTP is a pair I cannot imagine in any other relationship) to ships I’m just very fond of.

ContraHero (duh, my OTP of all time)

ParaCold (smth of a secondary OTP, I’d say, since I also can’t imagine them in any other relationship lmao [at least, long-term])

Foreign Body (Quiet/Stranger) (I can’t imagine the heart not being Stranger, tbh, and also, smth about the both of them having a ‘monstruous’ form aksmdjddj)

Skeptunist (it’d be a slooooooww and LOOOONNNG burn, but I think the progress would be so interesting and the eventual relationship so weirdly sweet)

Ghost Lily (Spectre/Witch) (reaching OTP to me, ngl, as I can’t bring myself to be invested in other relationships involving them lmao)

Those are the ones that actively takes up more brain space, and ones which I most rotate around my head. Here’s some general dynamics I like exploring:

North Star (Cold/Oppy): their toxic yaoi wouldn’t last a year and be horrible for the both of them (mainly Oppy), and I’m all here for it.

Smitten and Skeptic, while not in OTBesties tier for me, is also a friendship I’m very fond of. I think they’d have coffee in the morning together.

Nightmare’s possible dynamic with anyone would be so interesting to explore, but especially with Tower– just. imagine the chaos

Speaking of– also Tower’s dynamic with Razor. Put her in the same room with some of the most relentless and violent vessels, I wanna see what happens

Wraith and Cheated would be an interesting dynamic when taken out from their chapter’s context tbh– Wraith is resentful because of how she’s been treated and only resorted to those drastic actions because that’s what you left her with. I think Cheated would sympathize with that and realize the hand he played (if you get him in her chapter) to get her like this.

Oppy and Hunted feel like they’d have a weirdly close and strong bond. Not OTBesties or explicitly romantic, but a secret fourth thing

Oppy and Contra have beef at first sight to me. They either completely ignore each other, or swear to make the other day’s worse, whatever they feel like atm

Also– since me and the folks in the discord started headcanon that while alive, Narrator could’ve been groomed by a cult and that’s why he has such a deep fear of death, and think eternal bliss is the best alternative for that– I’d like to see more of his dynamic with Broken. In a what-if scenario where they both got over enough of their bagage to have an actual conversation together, I think they’d have a lot to talk about.

Also, shout-out to my Happily Single Tokens, aka, characters I hc as non-partnering/not interested in romance/‘just not in the mood for it, dude’:

Just like when I was considering abandoning my Orange/Ospreay/O'Reilly fic, and then AEW suddenly announced those three were gonna team together, effectively forcing me to finish and post that fic - when I just start toying with the idea of writing a very stupid crack fic about Taven/Mortos, in the style of a trashy problematic dark romance fic, they announce that Mortos is gonna be on Hey EW this week. Why must the universe keep sending me these weird signs, LOL.

There's no way I'd get it out tomorrow since I'm a slow writer to a ridiculous degree, but if I can figure out how to do the HTML hover-over translation thingy on AO3 (because most of my ideas for this fic are just jokes contingent on being able to do that), I might just attempt and inflict that upon the world. Pray for your mortal souls. And ready the pitchforks.
