Being on the internet is realizing: wow people really do not understand that feeling upset and trauma are two different things.
#like I and may others called this years ago#that we were destroying an actual medical term#but here we are#odds are if you’ve actually lived through trauma you may not even feel it#cuz it’s a wound. it’s not a feeling. your body grows around it#fandom is horrific for this#the marketability of the diluted trauma narrative has done so so much damage#thinking thoughts#I really am gonna have to write about confession culture and the perversion of medical language in pop culture huh
