Oh my gosh! HELLOO!
Anywho~
I had a request for Alastor with a reader who’s contract with Valentino just ended and Angel brings them to the hotel to help them get on their feet, they have lots of trauma from what the endured, maybe they stay close to Alastor because he’s very much a gentleman and never treats them like Val did?
Thank you!!
Oooh! I like this one a lot! We got a second Angel but unlike Angel, we’re probably better and less snarky and bitchy. Sorry, Angel. Anyway! Idk if it’s meant to be romantic or not so I am gonna guess—
Alastor- Redemption Path
Tumblr media
Alastor can’t help but feel sorry and feel pity for you. You’re just like Angel but you aren’t as bad as Angel. A ex-pornstar that has finally been free from the pimp Overlord, Valentino and your dear friend Angel Dust is so relieved that you’re safe from him, now, he’ll take even more measures to make sure you’ll do better than him
Bringing you to the Hazbin Hotel, Angel Dust introduced you to the Hotel Staff. Hoping they could help get you back into Hell more stably. Out of Charlie feeling immense sorry for your sexual abuse trauma, Vaggie considering to sign you up for counselling and Angel Dust barking at Husk to be nicer to you. Alastor is the one who is the most interested in you
Alastor is the one who escorted you around the Hotel. He is the only one who treated you so perfectly, he is a true sweet gentleman and he is doing much for you that it’s unbelievable. He doesn’t want anything from you? How is that possible
Throughout the days since you first checked in as a client, Alastor notices the way you follow him around and he finds it adorable. You’re such a lost lonely little puppy needing somewhere to feel safer and he doesn’t mind playing that little safety spot for you. It’s quite amusing
“Oh. My dear, is something bugging you?” Alastor asked curiously as he finally turns around to face the cute eager shorter sinner that has been clinging onto him and following him around ever since he was polite and ‘respectful’ to them. Treating them like a person and not like an object. Unlike the first and only Overlord they knew at the time, he doesn’t even notice their curvy attractive body or make creepy sexual remarks in the slightest
He just compliments the cozy colourful classy outfits they’d wear, calling each and every one ‘adorable’. He finds you adorable as a whole and he is entertained that you’re so enamoured by his kindness, that you act like a baby fawn following his mother around
The sinner that has been following him around all day, takes a few seconds to even blink. You’re shyer around Alastor since he actually gives you a voice and a say-so, something you’re unfamiliar with. Having that… you never did back with Valentino and it’s almost overwhelming that such a friendly treatment is addictive to have, the way he handles you with delicacy. He isn’t usually a man to sympathise with an awful situation but for some reason, he sympathised with you in his own special little way. You’re thankful that he is even more polite and caring than anybody you’ve ever met, even Angel!
“Oh. My, you’re shivering. Are you cold?” You didn’t actually answer Alastor with words but instead with actions, approaching him and shyly reaching out for a handhold but you didn’t actually touch him, reminding yourself of his no touching clause. You hoped he’d let you slide this once. You don’t really have anybody to talk to after you were jolted awake from night terrors over what that awful squeaking sex-obsessed freak of a moth did to you throughout your contract with him
Angel is there as a friend but he’s busy still suffering under Valentino’s maniac rule right now, you don’t want to bother any of the staff nor Charlie about your problems whilst they are busy. Sooooo
You figured your emotional support, the one who has been very patient and understanding with you. He hasn’t let you down once just of yet
Alastor willingly takes your hand when he recognises your reach out attempt and brings you up to his side in a lone but strong tug. Not minding the sweater you wore being your only coverage for your bottom half. Just a cute off-the-shoulder sweater and thigh highs. Whilst your style mirrored Angel’s in an odd way, you didn’t gross the Radio Demon out like the current top pornstar did. You’re more innocent, more sophisticated
You’re nothing like Angel, despite escaping from the same ugly world as that spider sinner is still trapped in. You’re a recovering traumatised, overexploited pornstar in need of help to gain a new life within Hell and Alastor actually likes the idea of playing that knight in shining armour you clearly view him as. He can’t tell why but he likes it
Leading you down the empty, slightly dark hallway with one arm around your body to keep you close, pressing your face against the side edge of his broad chest and the other slightly stylishly twirling his signature staff-like microphone cane, the Radio Host plans to take care of you in other ways then just hand you some blankets and set you out to your own Hotel room. He’d prefer to personally put you to sleep and the process would be begin with a picture show, a talk and a darker warmer room
You didn’t know why but your face was beet red, your heart was pounding in your chest and your eyes sparkled as you tilted your slightly fuzzy head up to look at Alastor. In, what felt like a blink, his crimson red eyes flashed a sense of genuine affection before returning to the usual half-emotionless bloody haze as the radio effect on his rather mighty voice kicks in with the overlap of both sincerely caring and classic semi-mocking Alastor style caring
It doesn’t help that you swear you can feel his heartbeat grow faster…
Is Alastor feeling the same you are?!
“Come now, darling. You’re clearly having bad sleeping patterns. How about me and you watch that picture show you’ve been holding off? Yes. Yes, I know. I don’t like your technology but I wouldn’t be a help provider if I didn’t provide you help, now would I?”

Imagine you are the third head of the dragon.
Warnings: explicit smut, drama, angst—fluffy endings tho. We stand happy Aemond and happy Aegon; long post.
***
• (I)
You are the only princess of the four children of King Viserys and his second wife after the demise of Princess Helena before you were even born.
So at the time of your birth your grieving mother relied on you, giving you perhaps a different treatment that she conceded your brothers. The Queen is definitely more protective to you.
As you grow, robust and lively, you find yourself looking for a place between Aemond and Aegon.
To complicate things, your father neglects you and your mother starts to busy herself with queenship.
This is the background you find yourself for the moment. Overshadowed by an older sister you've never seen, ignored by two brothers who are constantly at each other, loneliness is your companion and you feed it with books, sharpening your mind as you grow.
It happens, however, that you find Aemond at the library this day. You'd quickly turn out had he not spoken to you first.
"Come here, Y/N. Why do I get the sensation that you are fleeing from me?"
You do as told.
"I do not think you appreciate my company for whenever I am nearby you disappear."
Leaving the book aside, he looks up and greets you with a small smile.
"So the princess speaks. Well, if it happens to be so it's because I have other tasks. Unfortunately our lessons are scheduled for different parts of a day."
Seeing you are still untrusting his words, Aemond sighs and moves to where you are.
"Come now, Y/N. What are you intending to read today?"
As one looks to the other, the initial distrust is overcome. Whatever Aemond sees in you finds home in how you let him in too.
*
Aegon sees you the moment he leaves Sunfyre.
The four and ten year boy watches as you, four years younger, pace lonely around the gardens.
He'd usually have no time to waste if the person in question was Aemond, but something about you changes his mind and he turns around.
"Is this a Targaryen trait to be able to read a book and walk at the same time?"
You raise your head and chuckle at his words.
Aegon has always been the unreachable elder brother, but for some reason you are like a sunbeam whenever he looks at you. And he is proud of himself for making you smile.
"I cannot say, but if this is the case then it is a gift I can at least claim."
Aware this hints at the fact you haven't reclaimed a dragon to yourself yet, the prince softens towards you.
"Dreamfyre is out there, you know."
"I cannot",
", and your smile falters. "It was hers."
Rarely the Queen spoke of Princess Helena to you. The sister whom you've never met was the eldest (she'd be joined by Aegon, Aemond, and Daeron before you came to this world) of the family, after Rhaenyra. She had claimed a dragon when she was two and ten, and had she lived today, she would be counting a second decade in this world.
But due to a sickness, two years after Helena delighted in riding Dreamfyre, she was no more. It did impact her family in many ways and you, born six years later, still feel daunted by her memory.
"Y/N", Aegon understands well what you left unsaid. "This is not how she would have liked to be remembered."
"You say it so because mother doesn't compare you to her like she does to me."
In pain, a bond rises. Aegon is surprised himself when he notices it.
"Oh, how mistaken you are, dear Y/N. I too wonder at times if it wasn't better for us all that the Gods spared her instead of me."
You take his hand in yours and you like how warm his skin is.
"Do not say so. You are good to me, Aegon. You can be good. Do not forget it."
That evening, Aegon could believe there is hope somewhere. About what? He cannot say.
***
• (II)
Tensions between Rhaenyra's offspring and the Queen's are growing slow, but intently. You have noticed how often Aemond has been mocked for not having a dragon to claim, a topic that is quite sensitive to you as well.
These are the moments where you come out of your cave.
"Leave him alone. It seems to me that neither of you are capable of understanding that it's to the Gods' decide whenever we bond with our dragons."
Lucerys laughs disdainfully at you, and Aemond sees you going red. A bad sign. He holds your hand as if he's trying to prevent you to get into a fight that is not yours.
But when Baela snaps back, the unexpected happens. You are brought to an unpredictable display of ire, pushed to the point where you knock her down.
"Shut up, won't you?!"
It doesn't get worse because Aemond interferes and, together with a very impressed Aegon, you are taken off the room. But the implications of the day only worsened your moods when Aemond himself loses an eye because of Lucerys.
"I am glad in you I can trust", says Aemond in a rare display of affection, of fragility.
You hold him tight.
"I cannot forgive myself for being absent this day. I failed to protect you, Aemond. For that I'm sorry."
He looks at you, partially amused.
"You are my younger sister. It's I who should say so, not you."
"Nevertheless..."
"Don't, Y/N. I'll be fine."
Neither speak for a moment. It's here where the lines are drawn out, where there is a subtle modification in the nature of the relationship between him and you. But what would you know?
***
• (III)
Here you are, watching Aegon flying with Aemond. Despite your pride, you took the opportunity to ride with your boys. The rarity of the occasion-where you, a rider unclaimed, had the chance to mount a very ancient dragon and another relatively younger-helps strengthening the bonds between you three.
But as you are tired, you are merely an observer.
Lying down in the green grass of the open field, a spot where you like to spend your time with your siblings, here is usually your safe haven, where no one troubles you —where the deranged concept of paradise can be traced in the back of your mind.
However, your flaws give you little time to rest upon. You are constantly reminded that everyone has a dragon but you. Though your father has shockingly observed Dreamfyre has no rider, you refuse to take the dragon of the sister whom everyone loved as yours.
Thus it is you start to recount in the back of your mind the dragons left yet to be tamed-if yet they can be claimed so. It's when your are reminded of a dragon as old as Vhagar... one of the kind that has long been left with no rider to claim as its own.
The arduous task emanates behind your eyes.
Ambition rises in your chest, but you are up to it.
When you observe Amond and Aegon up in the skies, you whisper to yourself:
"I am by no means lesser than any of them. I'll show them all I am the third head of the dragon."
A deadly promise that certainly has the eager ears of the divine.
*
The day chosen for this is, in fact, right after your lord father has died. Aegon has been chosen a king in opposition to Rhaenyra and as conspiracies roll to dethrone your elder sister in favour of a male heir, in similar parallels to the same council attended by King Jaehaerys many moons ago which determined that Prince Viserys would inherit the throne against Princess Rhaenys' rights, you follow your lead.
It happens to be a storming day, a bad omen to many-depending of the point of view. To a start, you are betrothed to Aegon.
"I have always assumed you'd have Lady Baela at your side", you are heard musing to your inexpressible elder brother.
Aegon limits himself giving you a long look.
"As if, my dear Y/N. As if!"
You chuckle quietly. And the sound of it makes the elder of the three to smile genuinely. Indeed, as you notice for the first time, it is a good sight to admire.
The now king who is styled as Aegon II seems to notice something different in you too. But this exchange of glances ends abruptly as businesses are conducted-and you notice that Aemond, a silent witness that is so easily mistaken to a shadow, doesn't like what he sees so he leaves.
You sigh and stand, going after him in spite of your mother's protests that you should stay so the betrothal is announced... But as you part nonetheless, Aegon's eyes refuse to follow you.
It appears I must learn to share.
The new king finds this concept a rather odd one, but his namesake did the same, so why not do the same? As he plays with his finger and hears the council planning his coronation day, Aegon realizes this may not be such a bad idea.
After all... there must be three heads of the dragon.
He shivers.
*
Aemond stands at the yard, his chest heavy, smashed by the weight of wishing everything he cannot possessed. He wishes they could see that it's Aemond, not Aegon, better suited for the crown, better suited for...
"Aem", like a whisper, like a prayer your voice comes to his ears.
Aemond slowly turns only to spot you dressed in dark green robes, hair split in two long braids.
You've turned to a woman, no longer the introspective child that feared his presence.
"Y/N", he whispers too.
"You left the council."
"So did you".
Silence. Aemond can tell you are irritated by his words. By how you breathe, he knows you are upset. And he wishes things are otherwise, but what can he do when you are out of reach?
"You should have stayed", you insist.
"What for? I have no use there", Aemond scoffs.
"This is not the true." When you slip towards him, the prince finds in your gaze a very obstinate trait that, however, is tempered by your gentleness.
Some you remind him of his ancestor, Queen Rhaenys. "We must stick together. The world out there is cruel, Aemond. We need each other."
His hands are now resting around your waist-an imperceptible gesture, done almost unconsciously—, drawing you closer, even though you need not so much encouragement to do it willingly.
When have these sentiments begun to change?
Or have they always been there? A question Aemond does not dare to pose even if they are detected in his good one eye, softened as you raise your right hand to stroke his cheek-and he does not push you away.
"I have never failed my duty, Y/Nickname", like the boy he was, he opens up to you. "But you are not mine to claim even though l'd be a better husband to you."
You smile and it is as if the clouds open up to let the light come in.
"I know you have not. Which is why I'm asking you to stay", you lean forward and Aemond detests the trap he's led into. "We need you. Perhaps not all is lost...”
You tilt your head, letting words be spoken.
Aemond knows that where you are concerned, there is no way to say otherwise. Haven't it always been like this?
Thus it is not entirely surprising that he cedes at your charms by wrapping his hands around your neck and looses the control of his impulses by locking his lips with yours.
You sigh in content, not fighting this urge nor repressing the sentiment that has always been there. You respond his kiss, gladly letting yourself be involved. For where darkness lies ahead, Aemond provides you some light.
"It seems better", says he when you both pull apart to catch some air, "to share you with him than with a stranger."
"I'm glad we have finally agreed", you smile like the silly thing you are.
Despite these merrier circumstances, you are very mindful of what's to be done. And you have no need to wait further for it... even though as you prepare to it, Aegon spots you.
"Never took you for sneaking, Y/N", the king comes at you, and you see in his eyes a mix of feelings that being tossed to such a high position brings him. "Is it me the cause of your elope?"
"I am not eloping, Aegon", you say calmly but firmly. "I have no reason to do so."
Aegon scoffs and an old wound is opened to bleed.
"I am not like Aemond. I understand that it is him you opt to be wedded to."
You sigh, aware of the task that awaits you.
Nevertheless, you are not someone known to be a quitter. You step forward, shortening the distance that for so long has been great.
"You are not unlovable, Aegon. In these peril times, we must not be apart of each other. Feelings do not make us kings. Duties do."
"Bards tend to claim that duties are the death of love", Aegon shoots you a long gaze, still distrustful of your intentions.
You let silence hang loose as you take his hand, moulding into yours as fingers are intertwined. It feels surprisingly good, warm and cozy. You stare at what this union means and you look up at him.
Aegon seems to share the surprise when observing how well your hands are. Little by little tension begins to fade.
"Duties should not be the death of duty. They can coexist." Your thumb rubs around his skin. "There must be three dragons, Aegon."
He sighs.
"I cannot protest against it."
"You can. I am not forcing you into anything for you are the king, after all."
Aegon snorts. It takes little time before he pulls you against him and lifts your chin so his lilac eyes reflect your ones.
"How grown and witter you've become, Y/N", and a sly smirk curls upon your lips when his eyes part to look down at your heavy breathing chest.
"Quite a woman indeed."
Experiencing this lust is to taste the fire of the dragon. Aegon smirks when reading these new sentiments that rise in you. But frustratingly.. he lets go of you.
"I shall best wait for our wedding feast. You'll not be disappointed. Have a good evening, my dear Y/ N."
How your name rolls out of his lips gives you shivers. You wish you could plead him to stay, you are tempted to follow your impulses... but as the king walks off, you let him think victory is with him. For this night you are expected elsewhere.
*
To cool off your womanly needs that have recently risen, you resignify your actions. There is a soft rain pouring this night and you are wearing your court gown. Guarded by two guards and a lady of your trust, you confide your life into the unknown.
You lead the way to the cave where a dragon as old as tale is left in his asleep. For years untroubled, no one dared to claim him. But you... you want more. You've always aimed higher. And we are not speaking of the game of thrones.
Wild as a beast, you are not the royal daughter of House Targaryen whose beauty has earned a rare comparison to Queen Rhaenys. Some bards dare to say you are her incarnation. You are you, Y/N of House Targaryen.
The third head of the dragon. The dragon they need.
Thus you venture inside the cave.
***
• (IV)
The moment you land Aegon's Hill with Vermithor is when every question about your apparent disappearance is answered. Aemond and Aegon are indeed surprised to find in the sweet and delicate sister they share a formidable ally in the upcoming war.
"Y/N, this is very bold of you", your mother tells you in between awe and annoyance. "To leave out in the dark without any explanation... do you realize how wrong this all could have gone to?"
"I'm sorry, mother, but I had to try."
"Wouldn't Dreamfyre be sufficient to you?"
"No. I am not here to supplant my deceased sister, but to be my own self."
The dowager queen doesn't like the answer she gets of you, but at the same time she sees herself in this precise response. She takes your hand into hers and you are more than pleased that you two come to terms about it.
Later that day, when you prefer not to be included in the green's council, Aemond comes at you. You are found at the backyard, reading under a tree.
"I pray I am not interrupting anything."
You lift up and the rogue prince smiles to himself when seeing how lighted up you are at his presence. You quick move to where he is and Aemond is drowned to your presence, burying his face in your neck.
"Gods, I missed you", you say, hands stroking his long hair. "I wish we were not part of this, Aemond."
"Neither did I, but we must protect Aegon at all costs" , says the prince, now stepping back to look at you. He sees through your beauty, aware that this is someone bold like him, rider of an ancient dragon. You are every inch of Queen Rhaenys the Conqueror's blood.
Hands intertwine as gazes are locked. Whatever path this conflict is leading all of you to, you are prepared to take part of it.
"We must and we will." You stroke his face. "We need each other, Aemond. We truly do."
"For we are the three heads of the dragon", muses Aemond, taking your free hand to his lips, upon which he presses a kiss. "I know it as much as you do."
You lean forward to kiss his lips. To feel him one more time is a must, but this is not a goodbye.
This should not feel so.
Specially because Aemond has other plans to weave.
*
Meanwhile, you opt to visit Aegon in his privy quarters. It has been some time since the two of you had a moment to yourselves...and you detest the anguishing possibility that he's been avoiding you.
Aegon is found sharing a drink with his mates when he sees you. Embellished in a mix of green and red, your hair is long lose in curls that match your delicate features.
Can he look away before this view? He cannot. What is more, you are naturally seductive and yet completely ignorant of the power you have in others.
Aegon thus finds reasonable to dismiss his friends and greet you properly.
"What a delighted surprise it is to find you here, Y/N."
"Should it be so?", you take a seat next to him. "I shall be your wife within days and even though it is an arranged marriage, I believe we must make the best out of it."
Aegon looks at you as if he's trying to read your true intentions, but you are being as genuine as your nature permits you to be. He chills then.
"I've always considered Aemond to be a better match for you."
"We cannot be apart of each other, Aegon. Not in these perilous times", and here you take his hand, gently holding it. "You are not by yourself."
Aegon doesn't answer at first. You stand and move to where he is, daring to involve him in an embrace. His head is now against your chest, and you stroke his hair as he holds you against him.
His breath against your skin gives you shivers. But you know what you are doing.
Little by little, right at the throne chamber, where only the fireplace is the witness, Aegon starts to unlace your gown and his lips are suddenly over the swell of your breasts going up to your neck.
You smile, very inclined to it-you move your hip to sit right over his, letting him do whatever he wants with you. Because you are not so innocent, hardly a lamb-you are just as passionate as he is.
And his lips going to your neck so hungrily, makes you wipe out reason of your mind. You moan softly, pleased to be introduced to this matter.
Aegon's left hand moves to your hips and legs, lifting your skirt, his teeth claiming your neck all the while.
And you throw your head back, eyes barely closed when his eager flingers find his ways to your aching womanhood.
"Has he touched you?", Aegon whispers in your ear, biting down your earlobe and smirking pleasantly when seeing you shiver.
"No. It is my husband's merit to do so", you tell him, feeling his aroused member pump against your womanhood.
You'd gladly move against it, rubbing yourself in the process, but his finger suddenly finds the way to your core.
"Oh Gods!", you cry out.
Aegon smiles pleasantly. His smile, burning bright like the sun, is so captivating. And yet here you are, subdued to him as he touches you in such an indecent manner.
"Mm." He buries his head in your neck, holding you close, always tender, always considerate to you. "Yes, my dear Y/N. Come to me, will you?"
You are experiencing a new kind of bliss, so indescribable, that you cannot help yourself being so loud. You cling onto him, your lips desperately looking for his to clash.
It’s a different sensation to kiss your betrothed, and him, likewise. A new bond is forged from fire and blood. The result of it… Aegon feels right in his hand.
“I told you”, you cup his face as you rest your forehead against his, “that you are not unlovable nor undesired, Aegon.”
You are breathless by the time you pursuit him. For the first time in a while, Aegon grants you permission to let you in. As he cuddles you, hands wrapped around your waist, the king says:
“Gods be good for sending you, my darling.”
“Anything for my king, my love.”
And you mean every word of it.
***
• (V)
Right before the marriage is officially celebrated in the common rites of Westeros, another is on its way under the rites of Old Valyria. For both brothers espouse you as their wife.
“Who’d see this day coming?”, says Aegon in a jest. “Like the good old days.”
Aemond shoots him a meaningless look.
“Better it keep in the family than out of it.”
“The dragons must be three”, you say, rather moved by a strange intuition that occurs you every now and then. “Three. Not two. Never two.”
“The old should hardly have been replaced by the new”, says Aemond. “Tradition is something very few valued these days.”
“Quite the opposite, brother”, says Aegon in good mood. “We are prevailing, can you not see it?”
So the ceremony proceeds after all of the tree has come to an agreement that this is a secret with few to share…
*
Later that evening, you try not to look so nervous as the bedding feast begins. You spot a discreet Aemond retiring and you partly fear that he will not join you and Aegon. The mere idea, though, gives you shivers and begins to shake your nerves.
Aegon, seeing how you struggle to conceal your true sentiments, takes your hand under the table and gives a light squeeze. Then he leans discreetly to whisper in your ear:
“All in your time, my dear. If you do not wish to partake it, I can…”
“No”, you tell him firmly. “I shall perform my duties accordingly. Besides…”, and here you flash him a mischievous smirk, “…this is something I’ve been looking forward to do.”
Aegon smirks at you, but when he reclines back to his chair to down another glass, his eyes remain glued in you. He knows you more than you’d have judged.
And yet when he comes to take your hand into his, you dare to look at him again and now… as you two share a look, you feel at ease for the very first time.
*
When you get to the privy quarters, you are putting up with a confidence you lack. You dress only one line robe over your nude frame and your silver hair hangs loose on your back.
The door opens and to your surprise you find Aegon and Aemond, both waiting for you. They are talking as if nothing different is about to happen, as if this is a regular day to them both.
You are rather relieved to see them getting along like they have always been—partners, brothers and friends. Aegon doesn’t look troubled like he often is whenever he’s at the council or nearby his Hightower relatives, your mother being one of them.
His hair is slightly shorter, hanging it at his neck, a complete mess of curls. He is wearing his me nightgown, which shows his bare legs and… You blush at the sight of his manhood, something you’ve never had a glimpse before.
It is a struggle to look at Aemond, though, who is dressed similar. You think you are about to faint, but the subtle warmth you experience in your womanhood certainly prevents you to shy away of consuming this union you’ve longed to arrange.
As you step forward silently so, all eyes are now on you. Aegon and Aemond share a look as if there’s a silent agreement about something. It feels as if they have already discussed how this is going to be.
“Our wife looks stunning this evening”, says Aegon, coming forward to greet you. He takes your wrist and there presses a linger kiss, and something about how you react to this simple gesture makes him smirk. “Do you not think so, brother?”
“Ever the charming”, and here comes Aegon, standing by your right, his slander hand gently touching your curls. “She, whose beauty is unmatched, has come to love us both.”
“Equally”, Aegon sublimes it, very pleased to detect a blush on your paled cheeks. Standing by your left, he gently strokes your face, before slipping a hand to your chest, thus starting to unlace your robes.
“Equally”, Aemond agrees, gently touching your jawline and neck. “And so do we.”
“For there must be”, Aegon whispers in your ear the moment your robes drop to the floor, “three heads of the dragon.”
You shiver. Speechless, all you can do is appreciate their handsomeness. You touch their faces, letting your gaze transmit all your tongue cannot.
The connection is indeed strong, for neither feels the need to translate to words what has always been understood, accepted and taken into the respective hearts.
As Aemond takes his time in exploring your body, his lips slowly going to your cheek to your neck, it’s Aegon who takes the initiative in showing you the ways of… a marital activity.
“Oh Lords”, it’s all you eventually manage to speak out when Aemond kisses your neck and you start to caress Aegon’s manhood all the whilst you are told so many naughty things that make your womanhood ache.
“Mm”, Aegon groans lightly as he takes your hand and leads the way, teaching you how to caress his erect manhood, pumping all the way. “You are natural in this, Y/N.”
You purr the moment he kisses your lips and Aemond starts to caress your already painfully hardened nipple. You throw your head back, about to lose your balance—but thankfully Aemond has a hand to rest on your lower back.
It is a very promising night. Your innocence is certainly no more as you start to enjoy doing it so. Your lips are now going fervent from one to another, a victim of their prey—for though you believed to have had this all along, when Aegon takes your breasts with his skillful hands only to let Aemond slide to his knees and do wonderfulness in your womanhood… you see this has been woven by them for a long time.
“Ah!”, you throw your head back, already a puddle of mess as Aemond takes you all with his tongue.
“Cry out, Y/N. Scream if you dare”, Aegon smirks, pleased to have you the way he wanted you to be: completely corrupted.
“I cannot…”
“Holding back is only worse, and we haven’t even begun yet.”
When your eyes meet, you realize this is their doing and you are their creature. Thus you explode in orgasms, but Aemond doesn’t shy away from drinking all of it.
*
It is Aegon who has the privilege to bed you first. Aemond is very patient—in fact, he likes to watch and make eye contact with you as the elder of you penetrates you nice and slow. It’s delightfully painful to be in this manner, and you never felt so good nor desired, less so to be loved and admired.
As you are close to get your climax, Aemond takes his part in it. Aegon leaves it him to finish the task, but you want more of it—don’t waste the seed, you ask him.
And you engulf it, when Aegon does as requested.
“Indeed, the three of us are nothing but a great piece of art”, muses Aemond as he throbbes inside you.
In this mix of bodies and pleasures and pain, it is only fair that synchrony does its work and pays it well the effort that is to love two men at the same time.
*
Yet, not all is about bedding activities and indecent leisures. War is still being carried out and news have been bad enough to shake the confidence of the Green Cause.
For it is said that Rhaenyra has accomplished a number of bastards to ride some wild dragons. It means to say Aegon is outnumbered.
Hopeless as it may, neither Aegon nor Aemond are willing to quit a fight. What they must do is put in practice the good old strategy: to divide is to conquer. This means they start to ponder how to do so… when they remember that you are the rider of a dragon as old and powerful as Vhagar is.
“Do not think”, your mother, who’s part of the council, is informed before you do of their intentions, “that Y/N should take part of this. She is too innocent for this matter and has no taste to wage wars.”
Aemond clenches his jaw but Aegon dares to snap back:
“To think we are this low morally, mother, gives the light upon which you see us. Well, let me remind you that Y/N loves to ride and is every bit a Targaryen. To hid her away will not change the fragility that you put me through!”
“I intend to keep your throne by all means I can”, says Alicent just as firm. “But this does not require that I must test all of my offspring.”
“This is war”, says Aemond. “What else do you expect? Innocent and guilt are not spared, nor noble or lowborn folk. If you intend to fight for our cause, well then, light the way.”
Otto Hightower, so far watching the discussion with interesting eyes, decides this is the proper time to interfere.
“I was not expecting a wise remark of Aegon, but there it is. He is right, Alicent. War does not spare anyone and hasn’t Y/N claimed Vermithor? Vantage is in our side and we must use it. Next to Vhagar, no one will stand for us. However… We must reason how to do so.”
“I see how little my own perspective here is considered”, and yet Alicent adds: “Be this if it may. Let us fight with the claws we have. We will indeed light the way to the throne and burn all of those who dare to stand in our path.”
Finally, Aegon smiles. Finally a queen who fights for the rights of her children. It seems the greens have finally been tied in one knot.
*
You are found pacing around the gardens with two ladies a few feet behind in order to grant you some privacy. Having just landed after riding with Vermithor, you need to settle before going back to court.
The court, an ideal world where illusions are played in order to entertain courtiers and put a rein to the noble houses’ ambitions. Ruling it is like ruling a realm. One misstep and diplomatic relations can break.
To keep a certain distance between nobility and the royal household you must dress as significant as possible—for fashion is every princess’s weapon, a form to express power through rich cloth that no one can purchase. This exclusivity has always been part of House Targaryen, the only one to exhibit purple cloth amidst its traditional colours to reinforce its royalty.
Not only you dress fancifully to show your power as Queen, but your manners too are regal and carefully pondered. Always the diplomatic, you are impeccable whenever you entertain men and women who could possibly be working for Rhaenyra right now.
Since you do not like the attention, you appreciate the role that most might judge—your enemies, overall—as superficial. But to work beneath the table always works better.
So here you are resting when he finds you.
“Of all the changes I’ve seen, it is good to see one thing remains the same”.
You turn around to see Aegon in his traditional green robes. The tenderness in his face when seeing you warms your heart and distracts you of this recent exhaustion that has been plaguing your heart. But this perception you do not share with anyone.
“What is that, I wonder?”, you smile warmly as you motion towards him.
Aegon takes your hand before pulling you closer to him.
“That your tastes have not been affected by the transition of age.”
You blush. Who could have foreseen that a bold as this would grow to a deeper sentiment, far more than lust and affection could conceive?
“You know more than you show.”
Aegon takes your hand and brings it to his lips.
“How can I not know my lady? My wife and queen, my greatest support.”
“You, as my king and blood of my blood, are more than I deserve.” And here you move boldly to press your lips against his, not minding the protocols.
A serene kiss that, both of you know, not only comes so naturally to physically reinforce this tenderness that involves each, but that tempers the bad news you sense that may come.
“You have something to tell me.”
It is not a question. Aegon sighs, but since Aemond has parted with Vhagar, he is left with the discomfort decision of giving you the resolution of the council.
“How’d you know? Has my discomfort played its card?”
You smile benignly, always the patient.
“When I made you and Aemond the solace of my heart was not only moved by this strange intuition that a dragon must have three heads. It was more than inclination to old prophecies that anyone would understand.” You shrug your shoulders, but none of this surprises your husband, already familiar with the topic.
“This means that when I claimed Vermithor, I was prepared for the day we would be challenged. Your cause is uncontested, my love.”
“I only wish I had not involved you in this.”
You kiss your cheek.
“Not even Rhaenys contented herself with entertaining court for so long. When her Aegon required, she attended her duties. So, mine own liege Aegon, what is it you request of me, your humble wife?”
Aegon swallows, but when he raises his eyes, you see resignation behind them.
So he tells you the plan.

• (VI)
The day before the three of you would fly with your dragons and lead your armies to war, you find yourself feeling slightly nauseous. Thankfully a maid came to succor you before you succumbed to your strange new moods.
“Thank you”, you smile at her. “But I’m fine. I’ll be fine.”
Early this morning you have found yourself in a strange twist of humour since you’ve been without either of your husbands and bed has been cold. You struggle to be in a good mood when war leaves you anxious and the company of your mother irritates you every now and then.
There is always a great price to pay to keep my emotions in check.
Thankfully though, Aemond is the first to return and you rush to greet him. Today, it’s raining and you do not mind to get wet when you welcome him in your arms.
“Looks like I was missed”, muses the prince with a smirk when being engulfed by you. His hands caress your sides before lifting you and spinning you around.
“You took some time, Aemond. It is unjust to leave me waiting.”
“My apologies, wife, but you know I cannot flee my duties”, and here he takes your hands and kisses each before doing the same to your lips. “I have missed you more than it is sensible to conceive.”
Resting his forehead against yours, Aemond is at peace again, a rarity ever since the war has started—specially after what happened to Lucerys, which had ran out of his control and he never forgave himself for that.
Sensing his troubled soul, you take him inside the castle, trying to distract of his mind. He appreciates the effort, and you two have your privacy at the library, running away of this plagued world for a few moments.
“This is where it all begun”, says Aemond, amused as he scans the shelves where heavy and dusted books are kept. “I recollect you feared me a bit.”
You smile at the memory.
“I thought you were unreachable and that was because you didn’t like me.”
Aemond snorts at you.
“Dislike you?”, he lifts your chin and draws you closer to him, imposing his taller presence in a way that makes you weak in your knees. “How could you nurture such thought?”
You feel like you’ve been dancing with him towards the wall, for you hit your back against it and he presses you in it. It doesn’t help your state that he pulls his knee right in between your legs, rubbing it against your womanhood.
And your reaction is precisely what he expects.
“You… you were often so out of my reach”, you tell in short curt breath. “Aemond, darling, we are not in our privacy.”
He smirks, leaning to peck your lips as he lifts the skirts of your gown. It occurs to him that something about your body looks different, but not knowing what this is, he doesn’t pay attention to it yet.
“Is that so?”, and his hand makes the path he’s so familiar with. “You’ve been lonely, I know.”
You are barely short breathed as you feel it going to your womanhood. Your eye flashes are barely open and the moment his finger starts to do wonderfulness in you, every protocol dies in mute resistance.
“How could you tell?”, you moan, desperately holding onto his shoulders, pulling his hair back before kissing his jawline and burying your lips to his neck.
“Because”, Aemond’s breath hitches for a moment before he whispers, “I know your apetites well.”
“You are the blood of my blood”, and now your hand is quick to find its way to where you want it to be. “It could not be otherwise.”
But Aemond holds your wrists above your head, pinning you further against the wall as he quickly slides his manhood in you just as you are about to reach climax in his skillful hand.
“Aemond!”, you cry out.
“Mine that you are, my queen”, and he shushes you with a fervent kiss all the whilst he bangs you against the wall intently.
*
You are standing outside the castle in your own armor suit. Vermithor has left the dragon’s pit and it seems to feel your anxiety. The old winged beast looks eager to go back to war, to be useful again and you cannot blame him for it. It only mirrors your sense of duty.
“You don’t have to do this, Y/N”, you hear your mother’s plead and when feeling her pain, you are moved by it. When you turn at her, you see her struggling between encouragement and fear for her only daughter… and considering the premature death of Princess Helaena, you realize you should have been kinder.
“I know where my duties lay, mother. Let me do this for my house like Queen Rhaenys did for hers.”
“And look what it befell her!”
You side smirk at your mother before pressing a kiss over her forehead.
“We are not fighting the Dornish, mother.”
But as you move to your dragon, Aegon and Aemond seem to reconsider your part in this. When hearing their hesitance, you scoff at them.
“We are in this together whether you like it or not. There is much to be done. I am not merely your wife, but a queen also, a queen who fights for her kings.”
The three of you stay silent for a few seconds. It falls to Aemond the task to give each a charge to put an end to this bloody war. But little do you know what’s yet to roll…
When it is about to each follow the path and mount each dragon respectively, you are taken by a bad feeling that makes you rush to Aegon.
“Wife”, he greets you with that sunny smile that has always been a weakness of yours. The king is adjusting the armor before getting to Sunfyre. “Shouldn’t you be on your way to Y/C?”
“I should, but I came to wish you my luck”, you say, strangely emotional. You come to realize you’ve been very weird lately, but so far you’ve managed to successfully kept a show. “Aegon, do not be imprudent.”
“Well, if anything falls on me, you have Aemond.”
To his surprise, you burst in tears. Aegon softens, having clearly underestimated the degree of affection you have for him. All his life he felt he’s been overshadowed whether by his younger brother or his elder sister, so he struggled to find his own place.
And yet… to see how you love him, even if he’s always agreed to share you with Aemond, aware that you and him had so far more affinities that with him—which he accepted well—, makes him somewhat emotional.
“You are not unlovable, Aegon”, you sob as he breaks in and holds you against him. “Do not dare to say such a thing. You are irreplaceable.”
So this is what it feels like, a thought occurs him. To feel loved.
“I do not deserve you. And you deserve someone better.”
“Shush, you fool. You are not only the king and blood of my blood, but the solace to my poor desolate heart.”
Aegon smiles to himself before lifting your chin and looking right into your eyes.
“My sweet Y/N, this is not the day I plan to die.”
“Do not dare to leave me in this world.”
He kisses you thus and you mewl under his embrace.
“Never.”
Reluctantly, though, Aegon parts of you. Very chivalrous, he takes your hand to his lips and there presses a kiss. The sight of you, not as a regal queen, but a devouted wife transports him to the old songs he used to love as a young man.
Oh but they will sing about us. The song of the three head dragons. The song about the queen who loved her brothers.
The idea encourages him to move forward. But even when he does so, you cannot wipe away the cascade of tears that expose you to an unknown cruciate misery.
*
Moved by strange sentiments, you think wise to follow them. What a sight by many to see you mounting Vermithor.
“There goes my sweet child. My only daughter”, the queen sighs in melancholy as she watches you fly.
“She is very brave, sister”, her brother, Ser Gwayne, says with a hint of pride. “There is a reason why Vermithor chose her and not the other way around.”
His words are very prophetic. And the Black party would be the first to feel its weight.
*
Aegon meets Rhaenys, the Queen Who Never Was. But it is a rather unmatched fight: Meleys is older and experienced in battle all the whilst this is the first time poor Sunfyre is put to war.
The king holds the reins of his angst, but he tries his best even when the scenario is at his worst. The inevitable seems to occur, the circumstances do not favour him at all.
“I know we can do this”, Aegon mumbles to Sunfyre.
It is when so suddenly a grunting howl breaks through the air. It gives shivers to anyone who hears it. Soldiers down the field interrupt their fighting to see, fearful, who is coming to bring desolation to their cause.
If it is Caraxes, the Greens shake. But this is a dragon older perhaps than Prince Daemon’s winged creature.
Mounting for war, you ride Vermithor well prepared for the fight.
“This is my husband. This is my king and you will not take him of me.”
Vermithor senses the weight of his words. He does not wait for the order, he attacks. Aegon is surprised by how bold you are in battle. And what is more, you came to aid him.
He smiles in relief when seeing Vermithor out power Meleys, even though this is not an easy fight for the Red Dragon has her own experiences.
But Vermithor is deadly, dangerous and… mad. The dragons dance and it is no ordinary dance. One bite in the other’s belly, stretching out until…
“DRACARYS, VERMITHOR!”
A victory for the green cause, but this hasn’t finished yet. Not too far from it comes Baela in her dragon. She flies in complete outrage, but when your gaze meets Aegon’s, well… the princess must be prepared for a double wave of equal display of rage.
***
• (VII)
As war carries on, victories and losses have their prices. Despite the green’s evident advance, you are troubled by the dreams of a battle between your husband Aemond and your uncle Daemon.
To worse matters, Rhaenyra has summoned Targaryen bastards to ride wild dragons. You have been in advanced stages of pregnancy when it all seemed to lead for her upcoming victory—she’s been planting spies in the capital to stand for her cause, which means it is a matter of time before she takes King’s Landing.
“You are staying with our mother at Hightower, should the worse happen”, decides Aegon. “Do not give me this look, Y/N. You might as well as be carrying our heir, so I cannot stress—nor should I—enough the importance of your safety.”
These arguments are reasonable enough to convince you to stay. But to leave Vermithor behind? This is a risk you are unwilling to take.
“You must be out of your senses to suggest flying with your dragon in this state!”, Aemond hears your suggestion completely baffled. “What part of the safety of our unborn child do you not comprehend?”
You gritted your teeth and hiss away, storming off to your chambers. Not a very mature more when you know they are correct in worrying over you—your pregnancy has been giving you some concerns too, since you’ve been feeling exhausted for no reason. But such is the way of a pregnant woman.
“She will come to her senses”, says the Queen dowager. “Y/N has gotten used to be very active in her role, whether as wife, whether as queen, so it is understandable she’s not been taking well to be frustratingly… quiet.”
A sensation that Lady Alicent has been familiar with, but it is only vague since, in truth, she’s been plotting behind the scenes to impede Rhaenyra’s advance.
“Just… make sure the baby comes out well”, says Aemond, concealing the distress that is to go to war and leaving you behind for the first time.
“And make sure she’s safe”, adds Aegon, concerned likewise.
Alicent nods. She smiles at them. Once she found…unusual that the three of her children had linked so deeply in many levels, but now she is proud of the family they’ve become. Otto’s plans, her plans, succeeded and she wished Viserys saw that.
Now they part under grey clouds and mysterious scenes that lay ahead to be fought.
*
To the dowager queen’s surprise your labour is difficult. Perhaps due to your emotional state, it is more complicated that it would be assumed.
The men fight their battles and here you are, fighting yours in your own battlefield: the childbed.
Hours pass and no relief is found. Your screams can be heard in the corridors as you try to follow the midwife’s commands to push.
It really does not help that in this moment you have a sort of dream, a vision of a green battlefield painted in red. The blood of innocent spills in it, screams of terror follow the sound of blades.
Above skies, dragons dance. To your atonement, it is blurred. You cannot spot even the colors of the beasts, but their sounds scratch your ears and you begin to breath anxiously.
“Aegon…. Aemond…”
The sounds turn into cries and eventually… one of the dragons collapses. You shake before the view. Regardless of sides, dragons represent the power of the house Targaryen.
But there must be always three. Three heads of the dragons.
You know not where this certainty has come from. Like your sister Helaena you have dreams, but in your own way. They are not always clear and often come blurred. But this certainty…
Well, what does it matter now? You want to put an end to this misery. So you cry out with all the strength you have.
*
“Daemon Targaryen is dead”, Otto announces proudly and in evident display of emotion. “Gods be good, we are so close to victory.”
“Our plans have finally come to fruition”, Alicent cheers to it, downing another glass of wine. “Once my girl is recovered, I can tell she will give a fantastic ball.”
“Sometimes I am reminded of your mother whenever I look at Y/N”, says he, contemplative. “She has such a merry and firm spirit within that is hard not to be captivated. Helaena would have liked her.”
Sadness flashes behind Alicent’s eyes. Two children she lost in these years—first, Helaena; second, Daeron—and these losses a mother can hardly be fully recovered of.
“Yes, I like to think so. Had Helaena lived, though, this madness wouldn’t go forward.”
“Madness?”, Otto chuckles. “Aegon the Conqueror was not seen as mad when he took his two sisters as his wife. Regardless whether he did for duty or passion, it was wise to keep blood within the family. A trend the House you married to kept.”
“But not like this. Two husbands…”.
Alicent is baffled by the lack of atonement on her father’s part, but his stare leaves her disconcerted.
“Tell me you wouldn’t have done yourself if you had the opportunity. To be wedded to two Targaryens. And you know whom I speak of.”
The dowager queen chooses the silence. It suddenly appears reasonable not to question your matters of heart so openly…
*
You are just recovering when the door opens and you see Aegon and Aemond breaking through. You blush when seen in this state: dressing in a line nightgown, looking tired and paled after a day breastfeeding your twins.
“Oh! You have returned so soon!”, you’d quickly try to throw your robes over your frame, but Aegon promptly stops you to do so.
“Don’t, Y/N. You must rest. It isn’t as if we haven’t seen you undressed before”, says he with a smug smirk that makes you warm. He strokes your hair before being embraced by you. And Aegon is surprised when you start to weep. “Y/Nickname… what are these tears for?”
Aemond is reclined against your bed’s support watching the scene with the same puzzled expression.
“Have you even been churched?”
“I apologize for my overly emotional react. May be motherhood, but whatever it is… I am overjoyed in seeing you both so well! Does this mean we have won?”
Both brothers look at each other and had not been the glimpse of mischief you spot in their gaze, you’d have been despaired.
“Well?”, you insist in not the best of the moods.
“I am uncontestedly the king of Westeros”, says Aegon, very pleased in delivering the news and more so for seeing you smile so brightly. “You’ll know the details later, but first… how have you been?”
It’s when they are told of the children you gave birth to. Jaehaerys and Visenya, very Targaryen names who remit to two of the most powerful Westerosi sovereigns you descend of.
“I like to think Jaehaerys is yours”, says Aemond to Aegon, quite amused before the fact you birthed two children when you married two different men. “And Visenya is mine.”
In this late evening, once everyone is comfortable, you are found in between your husbands.
“Really?”, Aegon chuckles. “Why’s that?”
“Just a feeling I have. But it doesn’t matter this much, does it?”
But you do not take part of the conversation, for exhausted you are, you fall asleep… and for the first time in a long while, it has no green dreams to daunt you…

welcome to dot drops something that's been sitting in her tumblr drafts for 4 months Saturday I hope you enjoy your visit mwah! Steddie; Ballet AU; Dancer!Steve; mentions of cancer treatment; 1.5k words
Dress rehearsal is supposed to be a mess.
That's the point of it, really, to get all the mistakes out of your system and start the actual show run with a clean slate. Or at least, that had been the point of which they'd all convinced themselves when Steve was the one performing.
Bad dress meant good show, or so the old adage went, and so at least there was some ease of worry with the collective understanding that it won't happen on the night within the company.
That was the case when Steve was a student, when he was an apprentice, even during his time in the big leagues at Joffrey, but right now? At the end of a truly abysmal dress in this run-down theater on the edge of a town from which he'd once run away?
Steve is not the performer. He's the guy in charge.
And so he spirals.
He'd never wanted to be a director or an instructor or the head of a studio like this. It had never been in his plans. Steve was a man of action, where the people who do these jobs are the brains behind the operation.
Steve knows how to work hard, how to force his body and even his mind into submission until he gets the steps just right, but this? These past six months back in Hawkins temporarily helping out?
(God, please let it be temporary.)
He's not built for this. He's sitting center stage after everyone has left with only half the house lights to illuminate his misery and he's not. Built. For. This.
Not built for being a mentor or a leader or a role model; not built to handle the strenuous nature of his mother's legacy; not built to carry the name she's made for herself as a teacher and a choreographer and a shaper of young dancers.
Steve's not built for it!
They'd had a shitty fucking dress.
"Hey, uh, you gonna be a while? I kinda need to close up for the night."
The voice echoes across the empty space, bouncing off the high ceiling and straight up to land on the Marley floors at Steve's feet. The stage isn't built for dancers, much like Steve isn't built to be here, so they'd had to pull up the floors from the studio and drag them halfway across town just to roll them out here.
"Hello? Are you, like, alive up there?"
Steve sighs. "Yeah," he calls back, catching sight of the figure talking to him at the back of the theater, the young guy who runs the place and who Steve met a grand total of three days ago. His name is Eddie and he dresses more like he's running a music venue than a local community theater, but he's mostly stayed out of Steve's way so far. "Sorry, I'll get outta your hair."
"Sure," Eddie says, but he's just sort of leaning against the back wall by the window to the sound and lighting booth without an ounce of urgency to him as Steve drags himself to his aching feet and lugs his three separate bags of show stuff onto his shoulders.
There's an energy to an empty theater, one which has held a performance and one which now holds the ghosts of that performance, which tugs at the anxieties sitting buried deep beneath the more immediate ones.
Fears about his mom's health, about what will happen to the studio if she doesn't win this particular battle, about what will happen to him.
There's an energy here in the creak of the steps which lead down off the front of the stage and there's an energy to the plod of Steve's sneakers up the long, racked aisle between the seats.
There's an energy, but it's also not empty, is it.
"Hey, good show, dude," Eddie says, pushing off his wall as Steve grows nearer. "Like, talented kids you've got there."
Steve scoffs before he can help himself and then pinches the bridge of his nose in a grimace for not being able to help himself.
"Uh, yeah, thanks," he grits out, thinking about his bed. Thinking about how he never made time for dinner and he has to be here early again tomorrow.
"Wow, resounding confidence on this one," Eddie snorts, and when Steve opens his eyes it's to genuine amusement, genuine curiosity in the tilt of a head and furrow of a brow.
"No, just," he shakes his head, "you should see 'em when they're really on their game, y'know?"
Eddie hums, and when did Steve come to a stop right in front of him? He's leaving. He has to leave. Go home. Think about all the spacing corrections he needs to fix tomorrow and run through with the girls before show time.
"Bad dress, good show though, right?"
Steve startles. Maybe a little too visibly because Eddie is actively holding back laughter at the sight of him.
"What, I've worked at a theater for four years and I'm not supposed to pick up a thing or two about the ballet?" he snarks good-naturedly. "Caroline, the lady who did your job before you, she was a chatty one, taught me everything I know about Giselle."
It's a knife between the ribs. It's a soothing sort of heat, like from a roaring bonfire.
"You--" he clears his throat, "you know Caroline?"
"Highlight of the job honestly, before she retired," Eddie shrugs.
"She didn't retire."
"Oh. She...?"
"Chemo," Steve doesn't know why he's saying it all so willingly, why after months of trying to run the studio without having to talk about how's your mom doing, sweetheart? he's opening up to this stranger with the curly hair and curious eyes. But he knows her. He's-- Well, he knows her. "I'm just here to-- to fill in until she can come back. So."
Eddie is studying him now. Curious eyes turned intelligent, knowing, sad with the weight of realization.
"You're the wonder boy," he says on a breath like oh, I get it now.
"The what?" Steve balks.
"Her kid," Eddie says like it's simple. He's leaning against the wall again, like he's not planning on getting back to work anymore, "she was-- Shit, man, she loves the hell outta you. Oh, you should see my son, he's in Les Corsaire this season! Oh, my boy, he's just gotten promoted to soloist, he'll be a principal in no time! Oh, the talent on him, the--"
"Okay, okay, Jesus," Steve cuts him off, a half-hysterical laugh bubbling up out of his chest in the process.
"You should tell her I say hi next time you see her," Eddie isn't remotely deterred by having his little, lilting performance derailed. There's a softness to him that deserves a smaller space, walls less prone to echo.
"I will," Steve nods. His bags grow heavy on his shoulders.
"And you should chill out a little bit," he says, this time with the kind of glint to his eye that needs a bigger space, needs to be up on the stage to the point where it has Steve floundering, "y'know, about the the shitty dress that, between you and me," he leans in conspiratorially, close enough to feel the heat of his breath, "wasn't really all that shitty."
Steve sucks in a breath.
It strikes him somewhere old, the reassurance, somewhere young deep inside of him. The comforting from a mother that if he just works hard enough he’ll land that double tour in fifth some day soon, the unbroken promise that she would never give him special treatment as the son of the studio owner, but that she would never hesitate to reward him when he’d earned it on his own.
It strikes him because no one tells you how little reassurance the guy in charge is ever offered and it strikes him because it’s been such a long day and it strikes him because—
“Hey, have you had dinner yet?”
Eddie’s eyebrows lift high on his forehead and Steve sees it, the attitude on this dude that his mother absolutely would have loved in an instant. There’s a performer in there, even just in the brief interaction they’ve shared so far. There’s a spotlight pointing inwards and a show begging to be dragged out.
“No,” Eddie drags out slow and curious, “you offering, ballet boy?”
Steve needs a sounding board and he needs another set of eyes and he needs his mom to be okay and the show tomorrow to prove that he can handle this for her if she’s not, but maybe what he needs most right now, on the other side of a spiral in a dark and echoing theater, is this.
“Meet me at Benny’s in thirty,” he says simply as he makes his way for the door. “Since you’re such an experienced test audience.”
Eddie’s responding laugh is bright and his eyes glitter with curious amusement and maybe this is what Steve needs because maybe all of this is one big rehearsal at a big new life in and old small town.
And maybe this is his chance to make a mess of it. At least until the real show starts.

1st Vinny Hong FanFic? I literally have no idea what this should be LOL
Hello all Windbreaker fans and Vinny Hong lovers. This is my first Vinny Hong x female reader fanfic. I hope you enjoy and comments/feedback is always welcome! Thanks :3
So, I didn't realize what kind of fanfic this would be after I finished writing it LMAO. Complete despair and heartbreak hahaha. I just chose to write and not think to hard. tbh I'm pretty happy with it. Let me know what you think :) .... also I did not proof read haha I am lazy.
I think I'll do a part 2 to this one!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
"y/n? ...... y/n?"
"Y/N?!"
You're head snaps up to look at your mother sitting in the hospital bed next to you. She looked at you slightly worried.
She tilted her head as she asked "Are you okay? I called your name multiple times."
You sat up straighter in your chair and nodded. "Yes. Sorry. I, uh, just got lost in my thoughts for a moment." A lot had happened in the past couple of weeks. My mother got very sick and ended up in the hospital for a second time, nearly dying due to a brain aneurysm. It had put a lot of stress on every part of our lives, mostly financially. We weren't poor, but we certainly did not have the luxury to not work and stay in the hospital for extended periods.
I had thought about picking up extra hours at my part-time job, but I knew it wouldn't help much and I knew my studies would suffer. I was already struggling to keep my grades up. Besides my part-time job, I had to train for the upcoming final race of League of Streets. I was a part of Hummingbird and it was amazing but like my personal life, it was a mess. So much had happened with our team.
The most recent event was Vinny leaving our team deciding to ride with the Ghost crew. He started doing small races for money, which were broadcasted online. I had seen a few. Everyone was confused and upset including me. The whole reason we created Hummingbird was to compete in LOS and win the price money for Vinny's mother but I guess he had different plans in mind.
"It'll be okay honey" my mom said as she reached for my hand. I let let her hold my hand. It was warm and reassuring.
I smiled. "I know mom. I'm glad you're alright .... I was really scared actually." I could feel the pressure behind my eyes build up.
My mom started tearing up. "I know. I know y/n. but it's okay, I'm okay." She squeezed my hand.
I just nodded. "yeah."
After a few minutes and making sure my mother didn't need anything, I hugged her goodbye and started making my way out of the hospital. I took a seat on a bench that was stationed right next to the entrance of hospital. I had taken a bus here and planned on taking it to get back home. It only took me ten minutes to get to the bus stop, so I had a bit of time before I had to leave. I was really tired and too stressed. I found myself looking for more quiet moments out of my day.
I looked out toward the street across from the hospital. It was already dark out, but there was quite a bit of traffic. Honking interrupted the empty, docile night every now and than.
I heard footsteps come around the corner that ended abruptly once they caught up to the bench I was sitting at. As I turned my head to see what or who it was, I hear a familiar voice.
"What are you doing here?"
Vinny. It was all I thought as my eyes met his. His red eye seemed strikingly brighter than it usually was. Maybe it's just because I hadn't seen him in awhile.
"Oh. I was visiting my mom. She recently had surgery." I explained. ".... Are you hear to see your mom?" I asked.
He was quiet for a second before answering my question. "Yeah, she's staying here."
"MMm that's good. Glad to hear she is getting treatment" I said.
"What about your mom? Is she okay?"
"oh yeah! The surgery went well, so everything is good." I gave a sheepish thumbs up. I always became painfully aware of how awkward I felt when interacting with Vinny. I was a fairly shy person and it didn't help how handsome I thought he was. It took time in the beginning for us to get along and establish a relationship. It wasn't hard for me to figure out soon after that I was falling in love with him.
There was a lot I learned about him after Hummingbird was formed and the more I learned the more I desired to be near him. He was hot headed and pretty reserved, but it never really bothered me. I always went out of my way to greet him at practice and I chat with him when I could. I never cared if it was just small talk.
He just stared at me for a moment before saying "Good to hear that."
I knew what what was coming next, or what wasn't. This would be the end of our conversation. I didn't want it to be.
"How have you been?" I asked.
"I'm fine." He said plainly.
"And Jack?" following it up with a smile.
"He's fine too."
Man of few words I thought. I was used to it but I always wondered what actually behind those words: I'm fine.
"Are you really doing fine? I know I'm probably not the first person you think of when you want to talk to someone, but you're my friend. I'm here for you." I blurted out without much thinking.
When I had mentioned how confusing and upset I was when he left our crew, it was an understatement. I was sad and hurt. I also felt so helpless. He left us all behind and had no desire to return.
I looked down at the backpack I held in my arms. There was so much I wanted to say, but none of it seemed enough.
"I'm sorry for everything that's happened. I know you're having a hard time. I wish you hadn't had to leave the team."
"I don't know why you're apologizing, y/n. You don't need to." He replied.
Vinny walked up closer to me until he stood just a few inches from my feet. I looked up and he gaze had softened just a bit.
"You don't need to worry about me. Just focus on yourself. You have a lot going on."
"Yeah."
There was a moment of silence as Vinny and I held each other's gaze.
Then Vinny turned to leave. "I'll see you later y/n."
Before he took another step, I reached for his hand. It was a light grasp, just enough to stop him.
"Come back to Hummingbird ..... at least, at some point. We'll wait for you. It's nothing without you"
Vinny just stared at me before pulling his hand away from my mine.
"Y/n."
"It doesn't matter if it's not tomorrow, or the next day, or weeks from now! J-just come back. Please." I could feel a increase in my heart rate and the pressure behind my eyes building up again.
Vinny sighed and turned away from me.
"There's no reason for me to come back." He said sternly. "There's nothing you or the others can offer me." He continued has he started walking away.
Something warm slid down the right side of me cheek. I blinked and more came out. I was crying.
I just stood there as I continued to watch him walk away. My crying only worsened and I could feel a lump form in my throat.
I can't give up on you Vinny I thought as I recollected the memories of us together and how much our relationship progressed.
I just can't Vinny. I won't. I love you.
After he was well out of my sight, I finally left for the bus station. I cried the entire way.
For once, I wished it wasn't so quiet out.

Chapter 3 - Mistreatment and the Loss of Self
Chapter word count: 3.3k words
The next morning, Aristia wakes up to soft sun rays on her bed that contrast the throbbing pain in her temples. She’s still dressed in the ripped-up lingerie, the recollection of last night’s events making her heart throb as much as her head.
The Emperor loathes me. She thinks and turns the thought in her head a couple of times in hopes that she’ll find a solution, a way to combat his vexation. Then, she remembers some of his words:
“Just stay somewhere, quietly and out of my sight, and I’ll leave you be as well.”
That’s not too bad, she realises. If she were to just stay out of his sight, he wouldn’t ask for her either. She could live the rest of her days quietly in the Palace without having to see him, and just lead a peaceful day-to-day life reading books in the Royal Library. There certainly must be a ton of books she wouldn’t find in the Kingdom, especially medicine books, since the Empire is most known for their advances in remedies.
Nothing would be different from the Kingdom, except for the abuse she had to endure. She’s safe here, she hopes. The Emperor doesn’t want to touch her, so she’s safe. For the first time in years, she’s safe. Her back won’t be bloodied anymore; the soles of her feet won’t be sore for days on end; the back of her knees won’t hurt.
She is safe.
She is safe.
This thought brings a large smile on Aristia’s face, and she almost forgets about the headache. She gets out of bed and notices her crown on a table nearby the door, next to a vase of withered flowers. She puts it on her head and opens her door after hugging the fur coat tight around her body, and she sees an unfamiliar guard and a maid who bow respectfully.
“Hello.” She starts.
“Good afternoon, Your Highness.” The maid and the guard speak at the same time.
“You may rise. What time is it?”
“It’s past 12 o’clock, Your Highness.”
“Oh my, I slept for some time. What are your names?”
“My name is Mari, and I’ve been appointed by His Highness to assist you.” The maid starts.
The guard also introduces himself, and Aristia wonders what happened to Changbin or Lee Know. She notices their uniforms are different, so the guards she met must’ve been of higher rank than the one standing in front of her. However, she doesn’t inquire about it.
She asks Mari to draw her a bath and prepare some clothes for her, and ignores the guard, as his duty is to stay at her door and protect her from any intruders. Mari follows the orders, but to Aristia’s dismay, the bath water is cold once again, and the clothes the maid prepared are shabby.
She doesn’t say a thing, though. It’s clear that she’s disliked, so she expected some mistreatment. The withered flowers were her first hint. She’s not even sure if she should retaliate anyway, since she doesn’t have the Emperor’s support.
Feeling like a doormat is something she’s used to; it’s the treatment she’s received her whole life. However, sinking her body into the freezing cold bathtub, she can’t help but think of how harshly her mother’s maid would’ve scolded her if she knew what Aristia is willing to brush over.
Her head is now underwater, and she has the urge to scream, but instead, she just keeps her eyes closed and tries to ignore how much her body is shaking in the cold water. She has no desire to come back to the surface.
This is peaceful. She thinks, holding a strong grip on the edges of the tub, just to ensure she’s keeping herself underwater.
After about one minute, she feels a strong urge to breathe, so she reluctantly lets herself come up in a sitting position, taking a couple of hurried breaths. She read in a book a while ago that you can actively practice holding your breath in order to be able to do so for a longer time, so she decides that this would be a good thing to focus on for the time being.
Holding her breath.
She lets herself go underwater again, but to her dismay, she’s only able to stay there for about 100 seconds before she needs to breathe. Her breaths come out more hurried than before, and she internally curses. She decides a better course of action as of now would be actually washing herself, as she must prepare for lunch.
~
Once she is dry and dressed, she is escorted by her guard to another room where she would have her meal. She wanted to protest at first, considering that she’s eaten in the bedroom until now, and tell the guard to keep watch at her door instead, but decides against it when she notices she’s yet again going to eat on her own.
The Emperor doesn’t come to have lunch with her, not that she expected it, but if he did, then maybe…
Maybe she would’ve gotten more to eat than dried salad leaves and a salad dressing with a faint rancid smell. The tea she is served also tastes off, so she guesses that whoever brewed it is not too fond of her, letting the teapot on top of the flame for long enough to get this bitter taste.
~
With every passing week, the mistreatment keeps going far beyond. The ladies of the court talk behind her back about the lack of affection – or rather, interest – from the Emperor. It’s already widely known throughout the court that their marriage has yet to be consummated, that Chris kicked her out in the middle of the night, and that she didn’t object, she simply walked barefoot to her room with little dignity. All the ladies adore this subject, it hasn’t died off even months after, especially since the Emperor hasn’t spent any nights with Aristia since.
Loafer
Thief
Fake Empress
Dirty wench
And even whore, for whoever is brave enough to call Aristia that. The names she’s famous for are never ending, and the worst part of it all? There’s nothing she can do about it.
Nothing.
She can’t address any of the names she’s been called, she can’t counter the poison-tongued court ladies, for she has no achievements and no chance to prove herself worthy of the title of Empress. She is purposely kept away from all the Empire’s business by Chris and his advisors, so she can’t do any of her duties.
She’s been compared time and time again to Arabella, the young woman she started paying attention to since the wedding, and she’s found out some interesting things.
Arabella is a member of one of the most powerful aristocratic families in the Empire, who has supported the previous Emperor in ascending the throne. They’ve offered unconditional support to Chris as well, so everyone expected Arabella to become Empress, until talks of the negotiations between the Kingdom of the South and the Empire of the Sun started taking place.
This has apparently been a blow in the face for Arabella, who not only had enough power and support from her family and the aristocracy to get on the throne as Chan’s bride, but who was also blindly in love with him, to the point where she openly claimed how heartbroken she was to the news of his marriage to someone else.
In fact, she made so much fuss about it, it was all over the papers for several weeks prior to the actual wedding, and for some more after.
If she were a simple aristocratic woman with a shallow personality and nothing to her name but her family’s power, Aristia wouldn’t have paid her any mind. But she was far from superficial. Arabella’s family owned multiple businesses, she’s been involved in lots of charities, and has actively done a lot for the people.
Compared to the Empress, who’s done absolutely nothing ever since she came in power, Arabella shines like an expensive jewel indeed. The comparisons between them always end in a bad note for Aristia, and since she doesn’t have any support from her husband, the court ladies just get more and more brutal in their words and behaviour towards her.
Even the maids are having a field day with all the gossiping going around the Palace. So much so, that they’ve become brave. They sometimes even make Aristia trip in the hallways when she’s headed outside without her guard – for the man asked to monitor her no longer accompanies her everywhere – which resulted in more than one bruise on her forearms and chin.
However, these things don’t phase Aristia. She couldn’t care less about Chris or Arabella, about the court ladies and the maids’ mean words or ill behaviour, or the name-calling, or even about the fact that she’s not allowed to do any of her duties. She doesn’t care about any of that.
The only thing that truly cuts her heart open is her under-stimulated mind, due to the lack of access to the Royal Library. Even if she is Empress, a permit stamped by the Emperor Himself is needed to access the library, and so far, no matter how many times she’s tried submitting official requests, she hasn’t gotten any response. Her requests get denied over and over again.
This is what’s truly harsh on her. Ever since her younger brother was born, the only thing that helped her survive and keep her sanity was the access to books from all sorts of fields. Even when her father decided that she no longer needed any teachers, since now there was an actual Heir to their throne, and that her tutors’ efforts are better spent elsewhere, she still had books. Enough of them to study day and night, to get educated in geography, politics, history, biology, medicine, physics, mathematics, the continent’s languages, customs and so on. She read, read and read until her eyes were tired and her fingertips hurt from changing the pages; until her nose was runny from the dust on the books on the highest shelves, that people barely touched; until her back hurt from hunching.
She had books. Her only friends, companions, and lovers during her lonely teenage years.
And now she has nothing. Chris made sure of that.
The only words she can read are found in the newspapers, if Mari feels particularly kind during the day to bring her one. Even that is not too often, as Mari, just like everyone else, still hates Aristia’s guts, even months after serving her. Her baths are still cold, and her food is still a few days old, which more often than not results in Aristia skipping mealtimes entirely, and it shows: she’s lost weight and looks frail now, her cheeks a bit hollow, her appearance gaunt, her body weak.
And no one cares.
No one cares about her health, for she’s not needed. The Emperor doesn’t want to have a child with her, it seems, so even her medical check-ups have been neglected.
No one cares.
And neither does Aristia, if not for the lack of books.
She feels like she’s going insane. Her brain is rotting away. The first two months or so weren’t that difficult; she recited book after book in her head, remembering all sorts of information that’s unlikely to be useful in any situation. But still, it helped keep her sane.
Now, however, it’s getting harder and harder to remember any interesting information or recall anything of significance that she hasn’t thought over hundreds of times already. The Emperor is still ignoring her requests, or denying them immediately.
~
Enough is enough.
After pondering for a while, she eventually decides to simply head to Chan’s office and confront him about it. Ask him for a valid reason why he’s not paying any mind to her requests, why he’s denying her the only source of entertainment she needs to survive, for books are as vital as air to her.
She’s nervous, as she hasn’t seen him since their wedding night, but her resolve is absolute.
“Take me to the Emperor’s office.” She commands her guard, who looks shocked for a few seconds.
“But, Your Highness, in order to meet his Emperor, you might have to request an audience and-” He says hurriedly and she fights the urge to roll her eyes.
“You seem to have forgotten, but I am the Empress.” She cuts him off with a fake smile, her millionth ever since coming to the Empire.
It was getting tiring.
“So, what audience exactly do you suggest I should request?” She continues in a challenging manner with a tilt of her head.
The guard stumbles on his words and quickly bows and decides to show her the way.
In front of Chan’s office, a guard she doesn’t know bows respectfully as he sees the Empress approaching.
“Hello.” She smiles sweetly.
“Good day, Moon of the Empire.”
“Is my husband inside?” She asks, side-eying her personal guard, making sure he remembers she is still Empress.
She wonders why Lee Know and Changbin aren’t guarding the Emperor’s door this time, and at the thought of Changbin, she can’t help but compare him and her current guard; how much better he would be at taking care of her instead of the guard assigned to her.
More respectful, more obedient, more attentive. Perhaps she should request Chris to replace this guard with him as well, since she came here making demands anyway.
“Yes, Your Highness. The Emperor is indeed in his office, but there is an important meeting taking place.”
“Will you open the doors, or will you keep me waiting?” Aristia smiles again, but noticing the guard’s puzzled, unsure look, she decides to make life easier for him, and brushes past, placing her hands on the handles of the large doors herself.
She’s taking full advantage of the fact that she’s Empress, for no one but Chris can touch her without her permission, nor stop her in any way.
“Let me, Your Majesty.” The guard speaks, to her surprise, so she moves away and allows him to open the doors.
~
In Chan’s office, Seungmin, Han and the Emperor are discussing important matters, when they are rudely interrupted by the opening of the door.
“What?” The Emperor asks annoyed, raising his gaze from his papers, viciously eying the guard as if he were on a battlefield.
“Your Highness, my deepest apologies for disturbing you during such a busy time. I am aware you mentioned you shouldn’t be disturbed under any circumstances, however-”
“If you know, why come here?” Chris asks sharply, making the guard cower in fear.
“Her Highness the Empress is here to see you.”
Upon hearing these words, Chris raises his eyebrows in surprise and puts down the papers in his hands on the desk.
“Why?” He asks, the surprise in his voice barely audible.
Before the guard has enough time to respond, Aristia enters the room with her head held high, the Empire’s crown laid beautifully on top of her hair. Her clothes are still shabby, though, and she wears no jewels, nor an intricate hairstyle, but her status is visible just through her immaculate posture and elegance.
She is of noble blood and Empress through and through, no matter how many people deny it.
“Hello, husband.” She smiles cunningly. “What a nice office you have.”
“Why are you here?” He replies instead, annoyed by her presence. The fact that she dared to speak first is a telltale sign of her position on the throne next to him, and he loathes it.
However, he can’t help but notice the burning in her eyes. He’s seen it before, and even though he doesn’t want to admit it, it’s something he truly admires about her.
“Just thought I’d pass by and see my dear husband, why else?” She smiles, then glances at Seungmin and Han who, despite the reluctance on their faces, bow respectfully.
“Well, you did. As you can see, I’m busy. See yourself out.” Chris answers coldly, then grabs the papers on his desk again and starts going through them, not paying any more attention to Aristia.
“I need to talk to you about a pressing matter.” She looks one more time at the two men standing next to Chan’s desk, who quickly look between each other and bow again, before excusing themselves.
Once they are out of the room, Chris sighs and looks at her again.
“Let’s hear it. What’s so important?”
“My library permit.”
“What about it?”
“You declined it. Again.” Aristia says and Chris just nods. This tells her he’s done it on purpose. “Why?”
“What do you need it for? Can you even read?” He mocks.
“No. I just enjoy looking at pretty books and their illustrations, and oh, the smell! Can’t forget the smell!” She exclaims dramatically, which makes Chan laugh briefly, before his face turns serious once more.
“There’s no need for you to get access to the library, since you don’t need to do any duties.”
“I don’t get it.” She crosses her arms, and he raises an eyebrow. “You brought me here, you married me. I didn’t ask for any of this. You don’t want me to do any of my duties? Fine, I won’t. But this is the only thing I’ve ever requested of you. Is it that difficult for you to grant me this one thing?”
“Yes.”
To that, Aristia no longer knows what to say. Her shoulders fall in defeat as she realises there is no way to change his mind. She’s tried communicating, but he, just like everyone else in this Empire, couldn’t care less about her.
“You try to act like an Empress, but look at you. What’s with your dress? Did you roll in mud before coming to see me?” He points to the slightly dirty hems, and Aristia can barely contain her bitter laugh.
“You tell me. This is what your servants dress me in.”
The Emperor falls silent for a moment, then returns to his papers.
“Do you need anything else?”
“Yes. I need you to reconsider.”
He sighs.
“If there’s nothing else, I’m quite busy.” He points towards the door without taking his eyes out of his papers, and Aristia feels defeated.
She turns around, disappointment weighing heavily on her heart.
It hurts.
She’s never asked for his love, not even for his approval. She doesn’t care that he wouldn’t accept her as an Empress, nor that no one else in the Empire does. All she wanted was access to some books, to keep her mind occupied, just as she’s always done.
But he won’t even grant her that.
~
It’s hard to contain her disappointment on the way back to her rooms, but she figures she can’t simply let this go. Living with no source of entertainment to stimulate her brain is the only thing she can’t do.
She thinks long and hard, and once she gets to her bedroom, she plops herself on the bed and thinks some more.
She is not allowed in the library, and her maid won’t bring her any books. She’s tried before. There is nothing to read but the newspaper that comes every few days, which she’s been collecting in a small pile on her desk.
That’s right. The desk.
Aristia suddenly stands up and runs towards her desk, rummaging through the few drawers. She finds a pen, but no ink or paper.
“Mari!” She calls to her maid, who enters the room seconds after with a respectful bow.
“Have you called, your Highness?”
“Bring me paper and some ink.”
“Would you like to write a letter? Should I also bring some envelopes and a wax seal?”
“There’s no need. Paper and ink will suffice.”
The maid nods once more and leaves the room annoyingly slow. Can’t she see that Aristia is in a rush?
She returns moments later with everything the Empress requested. Aristia wastes no time in asking her to get out and begins pouring out all her thoughts on the papers.
She writes, and writes, and writes, making up stories and inventing worlds. She creates characters, she lets them face all sorts of difficulties, but all of them come up successful in the end. Having knowledge of a wide range of subjects comes in handy when writing, she notices, as she is able to give that knowledge to her characters as well.
It turns out that writing is quite entertaining, and it takes up the whole day. It’s already dinner time when she reluctantly puts the pen down. To be honest, she’d much rather keep writing than eat dried salad leaves for the umpteenth time.

Last few days have been wild lol, had a cystectomy, finally met my cousin's husband and now people are asking me to get married and have a baby before "it's too late", so I wrote this instead of punching them
no actual cheating happens here
Steve Rogers is a respectable married man. But he's called in by Virginia Potts, told Tiberus Stone's husband needs a bodyguard and it's fine, he's fine. He can take the heat of a family known to sell weapons to death and destruction. Except the husband is Tony fucking Stark, a man who is so obviously trapped. A trophy for Tiberus like his mother was to his father. And while Stone gets to sleep around, Tony's kept on a chokehold by his own father, uncle and husband. He's a writhing chrysalis trying to evolve, trying to break free. And Steve is helplessly in love with those furious doe eyes looking at him with all the rage as he stops him from trying to sneak away. Again and again. But he is also in love with his husband for seven years. So there's nothing to be found here.
"It's for your own safety," he tries to tell Tony. But the man won't listen. He throws a punch, two. Accuses him for being his husband's spy. Steve assures him he's not. He tells him Miss Potts picked him. And that pulls Tony up short. Leeches the anger out and leaves sharp confusion instead.
"Pepper sent you?" And Steve is a respectable married man. But if those eyes don't stop looking at him with all the curious wonder of a predator, he doesn't know what would happen. All he knows is that he'll end up long buried.
There's a change. Where Tony's rage and struggle pulled Steve in like a depraved blackhole, his gentleness and wit tethers something inside Steve. Keeps him coming back. Tony is a genius. But he's not a psychopath like Stone, not a greedy bastard like Stane, not a businessman like his father. He has hopes and dreams that could save the world. He sees a future that's bright and green. And Steve is a respectable married man headed for ruin.
Steve tells Bucky he would be late. He tells him he's got priorities and his husband says nothing, just nods and kisses his cheek.
He should have known.
He finds Bucky beside James Rhodes, doned up in his Soldier regalia.
"I'm assigning Barnes to Tony's guard."
"We have Rogers."
"Well we've also got Ten Rings coming after him."
There's that. Even Howard Stark doesn't want his son dead. And though there's an ugly scowl on Stane's face he doesn't like, Steve is more worried about deciphering Bucky's blank stare and the gentle flex of his metal limb.
Things go differently this time around. Tony meets Bucky not with fury, but a gentle curiousity. Like he's trying to peek through the icy winds of a storm. He picks and prods at him like a cat sniffing a new scratch post. Asks about the arm. About the metal. About the joints. And the connectors. But never about how he lost the weighted piece of flesh in the first place.
Steve is torn between pulling them apart and asking Bucky to say something.
But Bucky has his back to him. And Tony's eyes are sharp as ever.
"You're lucky my Rhodeybear warned me about you. Or you would gotten the same treatment as him."
Steve can put it on paper. He won't even have to look to know Bucky's interest at that. He always loves it when someone shoves at Steve's immovable strength.
"I punched him. Twice," Tony explains, and like an automated machine Steve defends himself.
"It didn't hurt."
Bucky snorts, shakes his head and throws him a look which tucks the message home. We'll talk later.
"You came back all bruised like a peach."
"Oh," Tony breathes and then blushes. "Well, that's an image."
"I want him," he mourns to Bucky on the sparring mat. Once Bucky has beaten him senseless, gotten the rage of betrayal out of his system. Once Steve learns that he is a respectable married man. But he can learn to be not. "I want him for both of us."
It takes time. Bucky is wary. Skittish around this other guy.
There is Stane and his obvious displeasure. There is Ten Rings and their looming threat. There is Tony himself, pulling away, haunted by a sad, guilty shadow.
"I'm married. And so are you." There is that and more under. There is Stone and his pride. Bruises marking Tony's skin. There is rage boiling up inside Steve, checked by a cold press of Bucky's hand over his neck.
There is too much. And too little.
But when Bucky falls, Steve isn't there. He is trapped behind the rubble after someone blew up the building. He is trapped and worried about the old lady with him, calling for her son and her daughter, bleeding from her torso.
He isn't there. Yet when he gets home, Bucky is there with his fury and rage, his eyes dark and lips warm as he lunges at Steve.
"He's a fucking idiot," he snarls and Steve grins. "He's gonna get himself killed!"
After, Bucky tells him the story.
"He just fucking jumped in after the kid. Wearing a goddamn tom ford suit like it's armor. Ten Rings wanted him alive so of course they stopped shooting. Only saving grace is that I was there. Picked them off one by one."
"And now?"
"Fuck you, Rogers."
"You already did."
"Shut up. We gotta genius to save."
Now, Steve and Bucky are both respectable married men. But they are also known to be a little bit rotten on the inside.

Christmas with the Andors + Erso + Kerri. For the 5 things.
oh, this one's definitely a modern AU! not Maarva friendly but I hope you guys don't expect anything else from me by now.
it's first time Cassian's introducing Jyn to his family. they started dating recently, or so they say. no, Maarva doesn't have to know they've been dating for a year. no, she doesn't have to know Cassian has met the Ersos numerous times and actually spent Thanksgiving dinner with them instead of stuck at home with the flu as he claimed. no, she doesn't have to know they're already living together. it's just... he's learned over the years that it's easier to keep Maarva out of his love life when he can. but it's been a year now, and he actually thinks he might spend the rest of his life with Jyn if she wants to as well, so they have to get over the introductions at some point.
Kerri very kindly pretends she's never met Jyn before and hasn't known about her all along. no, Maarva doesn't have to know they went Christmas presents shopping together just last week. hey ma, isn't Jyn great? don't know what she sees in my idiot brother, but I'm happy for them.
well, Maarva's not sure she agrees. she isn't being outright hostile or rude, but there's always that undercurrent of judgment in her tone. Cassian's so used to it, he almost doesn't notice, that's just how Maarva talks, but Jyn definitely notices and is a bit off-put that this seems to be the norm. Maarva's skeptical, suspicious, inquisitive, definitely overbearing. she doesn't suspect their treachery, but she's clearly evaluating Jyn like she's at a job interview applying for a position in their family, and somehow Jyn doesn't think she's passing.
honestly, she doesn't even care. let the woman think what she wants, what matters is Cassian's opinion. but Cassian's clearly getting more and more pissed off by the second. this is why he never introduces his partners, this is why he waited a year to even tell them about Jyn. Kerri tries to remain cheery, and Clem does his best to keep the tension at bay, but there's no way it doesn't all end in an explosive argument once Cassian finally snaps. in the heat of the moment, he lets it slip that not only has he and Jyn been dating for a year, they've also moved in together last month. the oven pings at that exact moment to signal that the pie is ready. shockingly, no one wants any.
Jyn feels like it's probably best for her to leave at that point. she was gonna spend the night here with Cassian but it doesn't seem like such a good idea now, and although she would like to stay and support him, her presence is probably only making things worse. she gets up to excuse herself, but Cassian absolutely panics, thinking this is it, Maarva has successfully driven her away, because why would he be worth enduring this treatment, what sane person would want to put up with it every year? he follows her outside in a desperate haze to apologize, and she reassures him she's not that easy to scare away. I'm not dating your mother, Cassian, I'm dating you, she says while stroking his cheek. Cassian lets himself lean into her touch, relaxing for what feels like the first time that entire night. yeah, he's gonna have to go back in there and have a very difficult conversation with his mother, and it's not gonna be pretty, and there might be tears and screaming, but right now, it's just the two of them with flakes of snow falling around them and their breaths mingling in the cold air and nothing's going to ruin this moment. (inside, Kerri's definitely yelling, and he can hear Clem's soothing tone once again trying to play the peacemaker. just about how your average Andor dinner would go. Merry fucking Christmas.)

Hi, if you’re okay with requests could you do anything for Helaena x Daemon’s child reader?
OKAY i was loving where this was going and then mid-way through it i realized i had messed up the timelines so for the sake of this little blurb you have to imagine that alicent is way older than Rhaenyra and that alicent's kids are closer to rhaenyra in age because i wrote this around rhaenyra and laenor's wedding lol
Your father's failed marriage to your mother had only produced one living heir: You. The sad union between Daemon Targaryen and Rhea Royce. You hardly knew your father, growing up in the Vale with your mother, as a child you had asked her about him. You knew how important the Targaryen name was, you had read about it in books with your septa and every once in a while a passing bard would sing a song about dragons for a coin. Yet, you didn't see your father often, he had never taken you riding on dragonback or gifted you a dragon egg. You didn't look like him and even as a child you couldn't help to wonder if that had to do with your father's cold treatment, truthfully you didn't feel like a Targaryen at all, it didn't feel right to wear the house colors or claim your blood from old valyria. So for the most part you didn't. You thought of yourself as a Royce rather than a Targaryen and you grew to be content with that.
Until your mother died.
The day your mother died was grim and unforgiving, she had left early in the morning on a hunt only to fall from her horse and snap her neck. The thought of her neck breaking sent a shiver up your back. There had been tears at the funeral but also anger, you could sense your uncle's wrath, you worried but your septa assured you: "Grief makes horrible things out of men, child, you must be strong and face the Stranger bravely" and so you did, you stood by your mother's casket, forehead high and proud, even when people commented of your father's absence.
Your father didn't show up at the funeral, and he didn't either for six days, on the seventh day he landed his dragon at the gates of Runestones and called for you. Your heart fluttered with hope, you thought that maybe your mother's untimely end had made your father reconsider his behavior, finally caring about his only child, but you were wrong he was here to take you to King's Landing.
"Father, I'm not sure that's the best idea… Moth-" You shook your head, you were not going to speak of your mother with him. "Runestone is restless, we need to stay here and deal with it… Why don't you come back here?" You asked him hopefully, it was true, with your mother's passing you and your uncle were left to set any dispute or arrangement between the lords and ladies from half the vale, having your father by your side was something you didn't know you needed until now. He shook his head.
"Your uncle can deal with any thieving lord and hag of a lady just fine by himself, I need you in King's Landing with me… There is a wedding to be held, your cousin Rhaenyra is getting married and we're not turning down the invitation." He explained. You frowned, you had never seen your cousin Rhaenyra or her siblings in your life, you had been told the King met you when you were a baby but that was all of the contact you had ever had with your family.
"Father, I don't think that's in the best interests-" He rolled his eyes and spoke before you could finish.
"Of who? Your uncle? Because he can't get his hands on you and manipulate you to run Runestone on your behalf?" You were taken aback for his comment, your uncle was a good man and he was more than ready to prepare you to rule.
"He would never-"
"But he would. Why do you think I stayed away from this place for so long?" He got closer to you, grabbing your hand in his. "You're my only child and I'm asking you to come with me to King's Landing, our true home… and not this shit hole of a place." He sounded mocking and hateful when he spoke of the Vale and it broke your heart, still he was your father and even if he was asking you didn't have much choice in the matter.
-
Your departure from the Vale was quick, your uncle tried talking Daemon out of it but he simply ignored him, before you left your uncle promised you he was going to do everything in his power for you to come back to Runestone unharmed.
The dragonride was scary, Daemon didn't allow you much time to get acclimated to the beast before setting you on top of it. Caraxes was his name, he was red and bigger than anything you'd ever seen. The wind felt cold against your skin and your knuckles were white from how hard you were gripping its ropes. Your father only laughed, loud and from his chest.
"You will learn to love dragons," He yelled for you to hear him. "You are a Targaryen after all" You felt nausea on your throat and had to use most of your focus on not getting sick on top of Caraxes, praying for the ride to go quicker.
King's Landing was scary and big and full of people, nothing compared to the vale, it made you feel small like a little child holding onto Daemon's sleeve. The capital was packed with lords and ladies, coming from all parts of the Kingdom for the wedding.
You found it odd when your father took you to a huge white house instead of the Red Keep, truly you didn't know much about the royal's lifestyle in King's Landing but you had assumed your father resided there, he left you under the care of a woman. She had black hair and an accent, her name was Mysaria and said to own the house.
Mysaria's presence was cold and distant, yet he prepared you for the wedding, your father had to get you a dress and jewels that were according to the event, red and black, you frowned, you were used to wearing bronze. By the time you were done Mysaria commented on your beauty, she was a beautiful woman herself, but dread still held your throat closed, you didn't have it on you to please small courtesies from Ladies. You smiled, a plain smile that quickly dropped.
-
The Red Keep was imposing and bigger than any other castle you had ever seen, the inner yards filled with lords and ladies. You gripped your father's arm as you felt everybody's eyes on you, you could see them whispering among each other, judging and pointing at you two. You looked up at Daemon trying to find and answer but he kept his gaze up and proud. The doors to the main hall opened and when the guards announced your presence the room seemed to freeze for a second. You wondered how welcomed you were at this place, you walked next to your father while he smiled, a bragging smile. You both made your way to the high table, standing in front of the King and Princess Rhaenyra.
"Brother," Daemon announced. "This is my daughter, I thought it was time for the whole family to be reunited, what better chance to do so than Rhaenyra's wedding." He kept his eyes fixed on Rhaenyra, hypnotized by her. The king made a face and followed it with a polite smile. "I'm glad you're here, Daemon," He looked at you. "You have grown into a beautiful Lady, dear niece." King Viserys said. Rhaenyra made a small noise on the back of her throat that drew the attention back to her.
"Um… I've heard about your Lady wife, uncle, I'm sorry to hear… If there is anything we can do–"
"Oh yes, what a tragedy." Your father cut her and it made your blood boil, you saw Rhaenyra shift her eyes from him to you, mouthing a small "Sorry." in your direction, you nodded and found your sit, you didn't need to hear more of this conversation.
You sat bitterly by yourself, watching your father flirt with half of the Ladies of the court, including your cousin Rhaenyra. Your food remained untouched on your plate, you wanted to go home, this was a mockery to your late mother and your own blood, you didn't belong here.
At some point when dancing had begun you sneaked off from the hall, decided to explore the Red Keep by yourself, you walked among the long corridors angry and muttering to yourself when you heard some voices coming from around the corner.
"Ew, Helaena put that down," It was a young man's voice, he sounded whiney and maybe drunk. "Helaena! I'm warning you… Keep that away from me." A small giggle followed it, it sounded like a young girl, Helaena probably.
"It is not dangerous, Aegon, it has no poison."
You rounded the corner to watch the scene, two silver haired royals were playing around, the girl was holding a dark green spider half the size of her palm while the young man acted disgusted trying to stay away from it, that erupted another giggle from Helaena, even if that wasn't his intention. Her giggles were contagious and you found yourself smiling at them.
"I will tell mother if–" The young man, Aegon, became aware of your presence. "...Yes?" He said, raising a silver colored eyebrow in your direction, suddenly you felt on the spot.
"Um… Hello," It was obvious this was your family, their valyrian features were a dead giveaway. "I came here with Prince Daemon… I'm– I'm his daughter." The sentence rolled in your tongue uncomfortably, you weren't used to speaking of your father let alone introduce yourself as his daughter, generally one look at you and your bronze armor was enough for people to know you were a Rhoyce but here you had to be reminded you were a Targaryen.
"Daemon is here? I thought the king had vanished him all those years ago?" Aegon said with a scoff, taking a swing from his cup. Helaena was crouched down on the floor, her hands one over the other, holding the spider between them. The hall light was dimmed, illuminated only by small flames along the walls, the shadows made Helaena look like an angel, bright among them. Her hair was braided and her dress was a light color, everything about her reminded you of light.
"Whatever," Aegon said at your lack of answer. "I'm going to find a creature with long legs for myself." He added, walking past you in the direction of the gathering.
"It won't sting if you treat it kindly." Helaena commented under her breath and lifted herself, her hands in front of you presenting the spider to you. You were used to bugs, the vale had all sorts, but generally you would squeeze them under your boot instead of treating them like pets.
"I see." You said, your hands stiff against your sides, unsure of touching the green insect.
"Here," She said, grabbing your hand quickly and letting the spider crawl onto your palm, you gasped. "See? Nothing to be scared of." Your mouth pressed into a line, unsure of what to do. Helaena's hand was still under yours and she was staring at you, waiting for a reaction.
"I guess so." You said.
"You seem troubled." Helaena said, she was giving you a puzzling look. You opened your mouth to apologize, it wasn't the spider what was causing you trouble but she spoke before you could.
"I just… I've never been to King's Landing." You offered as an explanation and she hummed softly. At her lack of response you found yourself filling in the blanks. "I mean, my father… I've never been close to him and now he shows up and takes me away from what I'm used to… I think I'm exhausted."
"Is not the green but the red and black, isn't it?" She said, her fingers now on your palm, allowing the spider to crawl into hers. Red and black, was it so easy to tell?
Helaena finally put the spider down, letting it crawl into the small cracks of the Red Keep.
"Back to her family." She said, "Her home." You found yourself staring at the small hole the spider had gone into and sighed. "I don't like big crowds, too many people, too loud." Halaena said and catched your attention. "Come," She offered you a hand. "My chambers are this way." You followed her without a question, a small urge to follow her anywhere bubbling under your skin, fascinated by the way her pearly silver hair waved behind her back, she reminded you of moonshine.
Since then your days were spent in the company of Helaena, she was a guiding hand for you in King's Landing, teaching you what you needed to know and sharing small secrets with you. Her bug collection and even her own fascination with dragons, every once in a while you two would sneak into the dragonpit, she would take you down the confusing rock corridors until you found her. Dreamfyre, Helaena's favorite, the sight of the beast would often make you tremble but Halaena was quick to comfort you. You knew she was to claim the dragon soon and she would often promise to take you on rides, assuring you she would take flight softly to not scare you, in exchange you convinced her you would teach her how to use a bow.
You often thought about what your father had said and he was right, you would learn to love dragons.

ABYSS - Epilogue 4
Author: Akira
Characters: Kanata, Madara, Kaoru, Souma
Translator: Mika Enstars
"Yet, you guys left something behind. How come?"
Season: Winter
Location: Seaside
Tumblr media
Kaoru: Kanata-kun is just like his mother in that respect, huh?
Kanata: ? Kaoru, have you met my mother before?
Kaoru: Oh no, not at all. I mean, you guys and I never met in the past.
I just felt I could get a vague idea of what your mother was like, just by listening to the story. I feel she was probably just like you, Kanata-kun.
Kanata: Well, we did grow up in a similar “environment”.
We were raised to be a “god”, not a “human”, and lived life as such.
Kaoru: You all couldn’t stand to see “someone so pitiful”, so you all went out of your way to intervene, right? It sounds like Souma-kun and Mikejima-kun were trying to support and save Kanata-kun.
That’s probably the truth behind the incident, right? It’s possible you’re following in the footsteps of your mother’s life, Kanata-kun.
You also quit being “God” for one reason for another, without fully why yourself, didn’t you? Just like your mother.
Your feelings now and your mother’s feelings back then have quite a bit of similarities, don’t you think?
How you feel it would have been better if it all had just disappeared without a trace, leaving nothing behind, nothing to tell. But think about those you leave behind, ‘kay? It’s hard to clean up afterwards.
Yet, you guys left something behind.
How come?
Kanata: …Ahh, got it, I understand. Thanks to you Kaoru, I think I finally understand Mother’s “feelings”.
I love you all, so very much.
I’m sure Mother did as well.
I still wanted to stay among those who I love so very much.
Tumblr media
Kanata: That’s why, I left it behind. Even if it was only a little bit. Even if it confused those who I had left behind.
I wanted you to think about me. And, I wanted you to remember me.
I left it behind because I wanted to remain in everyone’s “hearts”, didn’t I?
That’s all there is to it.
Tumblr media
Souma: Shinkai-dono~! Mikejima-dono~! Oh, and Hakaze-dono, as well![1]
Kaoru: Don’t you just treat me poorly?
Kanata: Hehe. If anything, I envy that you seem to get “special treatment” from him.
Kaoru: Hmm, so you’re jealous of me too, huh? I’m kinda happy about that.
Souma: What are you talking about? More importantly, behold! The sky has begun to weep!
In short, it’s raining! Shouldn’t we all take shelter in the club room before we all get soaking wet?
Tumblr media
Kanata: But I’m already “soaking wet”~
Souma: That you are…. You’ll end up catching a cold again, Shinkai-dono. You worry me. You must keep your body dry and warm.
To achieve that, taking shelter from the rain is necessary. And I would appreciate if you could help clean up the club room, in addition.
Madara: Right. It’s more efficient to do it with a crowd than by all by yourself, isn’t it?
I’ll lend you a hand. It’ll be for having helped me rescue Kanata-san in the past.
Souma: That’s very like you to say, Mikejima-dono, but… Isn’t the repayment you’re giving sort of out of proportion compared to the kindness I gave?
Tumblr media
Madara: …Hahaha! ♪
Kanata: ? What’s so funny, Mikejima?
Madara: Nah, it’s probably just a coincidence. There are no ghosts or gods in this world, after all.
But it was as if your mother was concerned about you being by yourself, so she made it rain to give you company.
Though I know such a thing isn’t possible, but thinking about it made me laugh.
Kanata: Hehe, yeah, you’re right. Mother is no longer a god, she can no longer make it “rain”.
But, yes, I hope so too.

1. It’s not too noticeable in the screenshots, but it begins to rain in-game at this point!

Rant time, because I hate people comparing Rhaenys's reaction to Catelyns. Because Rhaenys is so surface level, and Catelyn's is so deep and complicated and introspective.
Catelyns situation is so drastically different that there's no comparing. Cat's first betrothed was horrifically murdered in an event that kickstarted a war, to which she quickly was married to his brother. Soon which he leaves her to fight said war, and she discovers shes pregnant. And that child keeps her going.
She doesn't know her new husband very well, but she loves the child they have together and sees hope for her future. Soon the war ends, and she knows he will come back to her to celebrate their firstborn son together. Only for him to show up, with the son of another woman. A woman whom he refuses to talk about in anyway. And that this son, a bastard son, will return to Winterfell with them and live together as a family because he refuses to send the boy away to live anywhere else.
We the audience understand Ned's circumstances and sympathize with his choices knowing the real truth, but in Catelyn's point of view, Robb isn't even really his first child. Their first child they had together, isn't actually Ned's first child. Because Ned knew Jon before Robb. Ned brought Jon home before he met Robb.
Jon is Ned's first child really, not Robb. Not the son they made together. And now this bastard son is living in her home, being raised with her children as if it's normal, when that is very much not normal for Westeros.
When looking at all that, is Catelyn's treatment of Jon justified? No, it isn't. She was the Lady of the House and he was an innocent boy and a bastard with no rights to inherit anything her children will. But we look at how she and Jon got there, and you understand. Catelyn's reaction to Jon isn't kind. But it is realistic. And that's why people hate it. They want to think they'd be Rhaenys and accept them without issue, but real women have anger, real women have hangups and grudges and act out of emotional spite.
Rhaenys is who they say they'd be like with their husbands bastards, but when putting a mirror up to themselves, the realistic one they'd be is much more like Catelyn. And they can't stand that. So it's easier to put her down and hate her, rather then ask themselves, why does Catelyn hold spite for Jon where Rhaenys doesn't for her husbands bastards?
And just how unfair is it, to ask of Catelyn to just get over it when everything about Jon is a reminder that herself and her and Ned's first child, was overtaken by the bastard of a woman Ned refuses to talk to her about.
Catelyn's treatment of Jon was horrible, but that's why it's more interesting. Because it's this horrible treatment towards an innocent child, from a woman that we otherwise know is kind, and gentle and loving.
And if we go by the season three scene, Catelyn in the show actually holds guilt that she was like this. She prayed to the gods to make this child die, and when he got the pox Catelyn felt so horrific for doing this that she watched this infant boy all night to make sure he lived. Praying that if he did, she'd love him and be a mother to him. And she knows she didn't keep her promise. She knows she failed, and Jaime calls her out on it even. "Did you pretend to love it? No. You're not very good at pretending. You're an honest woman."
Catelyn was incapable of loving Jon even after she promised she would try. She feels guilt, because she knows no amount of trying would have made her love Jon, and because she is a kind, loving woman, she knows that part of her is horrible and awful.
Also too remember that blindly loving your husbands bastards would be very unlikely for another major reason. The outsider perspective of Bastards as a whole in Westeros.
Bastards are not just seen like lowborns or commoners. Bastards in this world are seen as people born of sin. They are considered lustful, wanton, manipulative people born from sinful actions and infidelity which causes them to be deceitful and distrustful in their blood. It's a common view of bastards all over Westeros.
We know it's not true, but we can't just completely condemn people for thinking it, when that myth is all they've been told about bastards for generations.
please not people comparing catelyn and rhaenys's reactions to their partners' bastards claiming that rhaenys is better??
i'm sorry are women just expected to accept the fact that their partners cheated & not be angry at all? obvs it's not the child's fault but cat's not perfect. like sorry that women have negative emotions and aren't always able to rise above and be the bigger person. also, corlys never brought his bastards to live in his and rhaenys's home so their situations are different.
y'all say you want female rage but every time a woman is not acting like a saint the fandom turns on her.

Heyy. Your post is so well written. Listen I'm 32 f and have never had long term friends nor mutuals nor lovers so i get you. I have been the type to try to reach out first and all that but have been left behind or taken for granted by everyone so have just closed up into anonymousness.
Found your post bc i was looking for a taiwanese bl serie.. First note of love. Literally living vicariously through others expressions of friendship and love.
And they say our generation has a loneliness issue...
I'm getting surgery early next year. I'm at the point where I would not be upset if I died on the table. I kinda hope I do, so I don't have to wake up and see how empty my hospital room will be of visitors and loved ones. I already plan on finalizing my advanced directives, including a DNR and a clause in my living will that insists that any and all traces of my existence - even my grave site - are to be destroyed or otherwise unmarked and unidentified.
I don't want to try to beg to be remembered when I'm dead when I wasn't worth much more than that in life. I'm pretty done, and I just want a big fat lightning bolt to hit me and end this miserable excuse for a life. I don't have friends, my family is too dysfunctional to recognize they've abandoned a critically disabled person to the care of a woman pushing 70 and unable to retire and actually help us or even reach out and say hello.
I spent my entire life from age 15 to now trying to help my family stay afloat. I've worked since my early teens, and even pimped myself out to older men to try to bring in money and help to my mom for over a decade. I've fought and run off abusive partners and friends from hurting my loved ones, including my own biological father, and it's never counted for anything but therapy bills and treatments that do nothing.
My family is one that does not cherish its relationships between one another, and I've rapidly begun to learn the case is largely the same for pretty much everyone: Everyone is lonely, we're all terrible at staying in touch and knowing how to actually nurture our friendships and relationships, but only a very small subset of people are willing to actually try to reach out and maintain contact with the people they think of as friends and family and address the loneliness. Fewer still will actually fight to keep their families and found-families together when chaos and strife break out.
I was part of a discord group of friends for a few weeks a while ago, but one of the members verbally attacked me in front of everyone while the mods and people I thought of as budding friends did nothing about it, so I'm back to being alone and isolated again.
I hate being disposable to everyone that meets me, and I hate even more the desperate pleas and cries of affection and care when I make it clear that I am not okay and things are not good in ways that I personally need the help of other people to address, but those people will only send me soft platitudes in order to lessen the weight of their social burden in case I hurt myself and someone magically appeared before them and asked "Where were you?"
It sucks knowing that the only way I could ever get anyone to even bother to reach out to me is if I let it slip that life is miserable and I wish I could opt out for good.
When your "friends" are only worth reaching out to when you suspect they may be suicidal or on the brink of financial ruin, they're not really friends. They're people you've decided you are morally contractually obligated to speak to in extremis so your conscience stays clear if you lose them, but it still makes you a shitty friend if all you'll be there for are the darkest and bleakest moments where you could get side-eyed as one of the reasons a person killed themselves out of loneliness.
I spent most of my waking time listening to reruns of shows like How I Met Your Mother, wishing that I could find a family and/or friends as committed to each other as the characters on the show, but I know it will never happen.
Cling tight to the people you have. They are under no obligation to love you or be there for you, no matter how much work and love you put in.

Silent Treatment ~ OT7 [M] [Request]
Tumblr media Tumblr media
WORD COUNT: 3.3K
PAIRING: ot7 x reader
GENRE: ot7, non! Idol, family relationship, smut, oral f recieving, female appreciation, we’re sorry sex,
A/N: I’m still not 100% there with ot7 smut, I am trying though so I hope that this is okay for you! I didn’t add too much smut as you only said a little. I hope you like it!
Tumblr media
If someone had told you that you would be in a happy relationship with seven men, you never would have believed them. You never took yourself as someone who would be into polyamorous relationships but when you met the boys it all changed. They were kind, sweet, caring and they all loved you equally so it was no wonder you fell hard for them. Eventually moving into a huge home together and having a child. The only difficult part about that was explaining to your daughter’s teachers that she had different people going to pick her up from school. The dirty looks you would get from other people who thought your business was automatically their business when it had absolutely nothing to do with them.
“Mummy!” You snapped out of your daydream when you heard the familiar cry of your daughter’s voice. The more she grew older the more she began to look like you. Which you were thankful for. Neither you nor the boys knew which of them was the father, none of you wanted to know either. Collectively she was your child and that was the only thing that mattered.
“Hey sweetie, how was your day?” You questioned as you bent down to pick her up, placing her onto your hip as she began to list off everything she had been doing in class that day. You couldn’t believe she was almost seven years old, time flew by so quickly with her.
“We did maths! I learnt how to multiply up to 10 today.” You giggled as you began heading back to the family car. It was supposed to be Yoongi’s turn picking her up today but it turned out he was busy and stuck at work. No big deal, you were mostly a stay-at-home mum and wife anyway since seven of them earnt far more than you knew what to do with.
“Are my dad’s at home?” A filthy look flew in your direction from the woman in the car beside your car. You weren’t stupid. You knew how everyone felt about your relationship with her fathers. Even the teachers in the school weren't best pleased that your daughter understood that she had more than one father. They expressed that they would rather have her know them as her uncles but who were they to tell you how to raise your daughter?
“Daddy Namjoon and Jungkook are but they’re a little busy, sweetie.” You strapped her into the back of your car, taking her book bag from her to check if she had homework to do.
Normally it was Namjoon’s job to help with the homework, something you were trying to make happen so she knew it was okay as she grew older but not tonight. Tonight he and Jungkook were making renovations on the house so it was going to be you that helped her out.
“Okay, I’ll ask daddy Hoseok to teach me some dance moves when he comes home. We have an end of the year dance coming up and I want to ask Jaylyn and Katie to go with me.” You smiled weakly at her. The boys were all busy with their own things tonight but you nodded along, not wanting to upset her too much before you got home for the night.
“Shall we put on some music or would you like to keep telling me about the dance?” You looked in the mirror at your daughter who pointed to the radio. One of her favourite things to do was listen to music. Something she had gotten from Yoongi. He was a radio jingle maker/ producer on the side which meant he was almost always busy with work.
“Maybe we’ll hear daddy Yoongi’s radio jingle,” You told her with a laugh as you turned up the radio and began your drive home for the night.
Your daughter had something from each of the boys, Yoongi’s love for music, Hoseok passion for dancing. Namjoon’s brain, Jungkook’s ability to be good at literally everything that she set her mind at. Jimin’s duality, Taehyung’s art skills and she took after Jin with her loud rambling in Korean. There was so much of them in her it was hard to believe she was only one of their children.
Tumblr media
Once your daughter had finished her homework you allowed her to go and play while you cleaned up the house. It seemed that no matter how much you tidied up it would end up a total mess again. Clothes were strewn about on the top floor where everyone would come home and dump everything they had on. Shoes were piled up at the bottom of the stairs in front of the front door. Somewhat of a safety hazard. The floors seemed to always get dirty no matter how many times a day you cleaned them.
“What do you have planned for dinner?” Was the first question that flew from Jimin’s mouth once he entered the house. Shoes on messing up your freshly moped floors. Staring at him you almost wanted to slap him with the wet part of the mop.
“Jimin! I just moped!” You called out as you sat him leaving dirty shoe prints all over the place, seeming to have no care in the world as he made his way into the kitchen and heading into the pantry.
“Relax. It’s just a bit of mud.” He grumbled as he continued to go through the cupboards for snacks. Dropping different packets onto the floor that he didn't bother to pick up once he came out with what he wanted.
“What did you say you had planned?” He questioned when you began cleaning up the mess he left and then began putting everything you had been using away.
“I didn’t, I don’t have anything planned.” You grumbled as you put the cleaning products away into the kitchen cupboards. Standing back up and looking over at Jimin who shrugged his shoulders.
“Nothing planned?” Jungkook’s voice chimed in as he heard you speaking. By now all of the boys were home and expecting something to eat as if you were the only one that knew how to use the oven.
“Yes, nothing planned because guess what? I’m not the only one that knows how to cook.” You snapped as you glanced at each of their faces. You hadn't meant to snap as nastily as you did but it was getting to be exhausting being the only one that cooked and cleaned everything in the home.
“You’re the only one that has nothing to do all day. You've done nothing, the least you could have done was made dinner,” As soon as the words left Jungkooks lips the air seemed to turn cold and thin. Everyone turned to stare at him as you scoffed at the statement. The only reason you didn't work was that they had convinced you that they earnt enough, there was no need to work because who would look after your daughter all day.
“I did nothing all day?” Your hand rested on your hip as you tilted your head to the side. The boys said nothing leaving Jungkook to dig himself a bigger grave.
“I didn’t mean-”
“I do nothing? So I don’t clean all day, make breakfast and lunch for you, or take our daughter to school..." Jungkook turned pale as he realised how angry he had made you.
"I don't pick her up even though it’s everyone else's turn. I don’t do the laundry, make sure the studies are clean or go food shopping, parent and teacher meetings?” Jungkook was taken back by everything he realised you did. He had no idea that you did so much leaving them to get on with whatever they wanted to do.
“Y/n you’re being dramatic,” Taehyung mumbled as he shook his head, to him this was all easy work. Nothing about what you had said seemed as tiring as you were making it out to be,
“You know what...I don’t even have the energy for this,” You began making your way to the door when you heard Yoongi speak out this time,
“It's not like you work a full-time job, we would help but we work more than you do.” There it was. The "you don't work but we do" line. Something you had been anticipating since the moment they told you that you didn't have to work. Looking at each of their faces you knew from the moment you saw them they agreed with Yoongi.
“So you think being a mother isn’t a full-time job? That everything I do around the house is easy? Oh, please I would love to see you fucking try it for once.” You countered,
“You’re being stupid, they didn't mean it like that." All that you heard fall from Jin's lips was that you were stupid. You stared at him mouth hanging open a little but nothing came out. You just shook your head and stormed out of the room.
Ignoring them all as you stormed up to your bedroom. Normally you would share it with one boy a night, or two if you needed the extra cuddles but right now you needed to be alone. You walked past one of the studies to find your daughter fast asleep holding her barbies. Luckily she was away for the fiasco going on downstairs so you picked her up and carried her to your room. If they saw she was with you they wouldn't bother trying to get into the bed with you.
Tumblr media
Days passed by and the boys barely noticed you were giving them the silent treatment. They were all so busy with their jobs that they didn't speak to you. Meanwhile, you played the role of the pretty little housewife that made everything perfect for them while they were away. The house was spotless, your daughter was at school on time and picked up at the same time.
"Darling, go and tell your dad's that dinner is waiting for them." You told her as you set the table for eight. Making sure your daughter's spot was right at the top of the table before putting their plates down and heading up to your room. There were piles of laundry sitting on the bed waiting to be put away.
"Daddy," She called out as she walked into the back garden. They were all working on a new wendy house for her. They were trying to make it bigger than the last one so that everyone could fit into the house for tea parties.
"Yes, sweetie?" Jin called out as she came bounding over to him, jumping into his arms and smiling.
"Mummy told me to tell you that dinner is ready," She looked at all of them and Jungkook clapped loudly.
"Break time!" He chuckled rubbing his hands together and heading into the house.
The dining room was empty and only eight placemats were set at the table.
"Where is mummy?" Namjoon questioned your daughter who was sitting in your usual spot. She simply shrugged her shoulders before eating.
"I haven't seen her much and when I do she's silent which isn't like her," Jin mumbled as he began to eat the food you'd made, everything tasted fantastic like it always did when you cooked for them.
"I tried to speak to her this morning but she ignored me," Jungkook mumbled as he pushed food into his mouth,
"I don't blame her, you were rude on Tuesday." Hoseok reminded him of the day of the fight. That wasn't really a fight more like a disagreement.
"We all were." Namjoon corrected him as they continued to think back on it.
Tumblr media
The weekend continued on just like that. You were sending messages to the boys through your daughter using her as a messenger owl while the boys did the same back. Monday morning came around and you were standing outside the school gates with your daughter.
"Mum?" You looked at her as you zipped up her coat, grabbing her bookbag.
"What is it, sweetie?" You questioned as you made sure her hair was perfect and she looked good to go.
"Are you and my daddies going to spilt up?" You looked at her and then over at the school as the bell rang.
"No, we're just having a small fight baby that's all." You whispered as you kissed her forehead. If you tried to explain it now she'd be late for school.
"Go, I promise we'll make up while you're at school." She began rushing off in the direction of her class and you waved goodbye until the doors completely shut and you could head home.
Home where all of the boys were waiting for you. They had collectively decided to take the day off from work so they could get to the bottom of whatever was wrong with you.
"So what's the problem with you?" Jungkook questioned earning a slap around the back of the head from Namjoon who was trying to be the levelheaded one throughout all of this.
"What he means to say is, why are we getting the silent treatment?" Namjoon reiterated the question but in a different manner.
"Let me see...Tuesday night ring a bell?" You questioned as you walked past them and into the kitchen. Beginning to get started with the housework when Hoseok pulled you into a tight hug from behind. Your whole body seemed to melt into his as you missed the contact from each of them.
"We were being idiots, we were tired and irritated with our jobs and we took it out on you." He whispered in your ear as he kept his arms around your tightly never once letting go.
"Let us make it up to you," He whispered again, his breath making your back tingle as you shook your head. Getting away from him as quickly as you could. He knew what his whispers and touching did to you.
"You think I'm just going to forget what you said with a simple, "we were irritated?" Because that's not how it works!" You snapped at them all, glancing over all of their faces to see if they truly meant what they were saying.
"We didn't mean for it to be so mean and we're sorry," Yoongi told you as he stepped closer to you, holding your hand and running his fingers over your knuckles.
"We know how much you do and how hard you work," Jungkook stood up from the sofa and made his way into the kitchen to look at you.
"Now, please...Let us make it up to you." Yoongi told you again as he stepped closer to you. Running his hand up and down your cheek as you relaxed into his touch.
"None of you have actually said sorry except for Yoongi." You moved closer to Yoongi, wrapping your arms around the back of his neck as you giggled.
"So maybe I should only forgive him." You looked at the boys as your lips slowly began to kiss up and down Yoongi's neck, biting down softly right at the nape of his neck. His weakest point.
"No! We're sorry! I'm sorry." Taehyung whined out desperately as he so wanted to have your body on his. It had been so long since any of you had been together intimately it was starting to become too much to be away.
Tumblr media
Seven apologies later and you were laid on the bed making out with Yoongi while Namjoon's hands ran down your naked body. Massaging your breasts while his mouth wrapped around the other, sucking and nibbling on your nipple as you let out small moans of pleasure.
"L-Let me touch you," You complained as you reached out to touch Yoongi but he moved your hand away.
"It's about you tonight and only you," Confused by what he meant you went back to kissing him. Your lips moving in sync with one another as he held your face in his hands.
Suddenly you felt Jimin's lips on your core making you cry out at the sudden contact,
"Seems like someone has missed us almost as much as we've missed her." He chuckled as he began to slowly lick stripes up and down your folds, nibbling at your clit whenever he could.
"Jimin!" You whined out, back arching a little as he continued with the slow movements of his tongue which almost had you begging for more.
"Hmm so good," Jimin moans out as he begins to dip his tongue in and out of you. Taking his time as he slowly licks your pussy, tasting every bit of you he can get.
"So fucking good," He growled deeply, your whole body shaking as he continued to lap up your juices. Repeatedly flicking your clit with his tongue causing you to cry out his name, hands buried in his hair as you pushed him closer to your cunt.
"Jimin right there!" You cried out as he inserted two fingers into you, curling them up as he continued to suck on your clit.
Your whole body was on fire as you could feel yourself getting closer to the edge. The curl of his fingers making you moan out, every now and again he would let out growls causing your pussy to clench around his fingers.
"Don't take away all the fun," Yoongi pouted as he took your breast into his mouth, sucking harshly while Namjoon did the same to the other. Your head was spinning so fast you'd forgotten the other boys were in the room.
Watching as you were eaten out so carefully and lovingly.
"J-Jimin!" You warned as you could feel yourself beginning to get closer. The coil in your stomach was beginning to tighten with every bite, lick and thrust from him.
"I-I can't-" You couldn't even finish your sentence before your orgasm ripped through your body. Your eyes shutting tightly as you cried out his name. Hips bucking against his lips begging him not to stop until you rode out your high.
"My turn." Jungkook chuckled as he began to kiss up and down your body. Hands travelling down to your core as he began to rub your already sensitive clit. Each touch felt intensified from your previous orgasm.
"J-Jungkookie," You moaned out as he kissed you sweetly, two fingers rubbing small circles into your core.
"Shh, let us take care of you tonight, it's not about us." Jin's whisper filled your ear as he began to kiss and suck on your neck. Hoseok's hands made their way to your breasts as did Taehyung's. It was going to be a long and very good day.
Tumblr media
By the time they were finished with you, you were panting and dripping in sweat...As well as other substances. You'd finally convinced them into letting you please them. Girls couldn't have all of the fun after all. Whining out as you held onto Jin you looked up at him,
"Someone needs to go and pick our little girl up, I don't think I'll be able to walk straight for a week." You laughed softly as Jin helped you into the bathroom. He'd already drawn you a hot bubble bath with a mug of hot chocolate waiting for you.
"I'll go and get her, we can stop by the library before we come home," Namjoon said as he watched you sink into the hot water, eyes rolling back as you finally relaxed.
"I'll come too," Jungkook said as he looked at Namjoon and then at you. Making sure you were okay before they headed out to go and pick up your little girl.
"J-Jin." Your hand reached out to touch him and he turned to look at you.
"Can you come in? I don't want to be alone." You told him, the others had all gone to wash up and you would have been alone.
"Sure." He whispered as he stripped down, getting into the bath behind you and holding you close.
"I really love you guys," You mumbled as you closed your eyes. Listening to nothing but his heart beating against his chest.
"We love you too," He whispered as he began to slowly wash your body off carefully.

Mafia!Ateez reaction to s/o being abused by her family
Warnings: READ AT YOUR OWN RISK domestic abuse, bruises, scars, toxic family behaviour, manipulation, torture, mentions of blood, smoking, murder, death
I'm so sorry if this made you uncomfortable, my dms are always open if you want to talk about anything
Requested by @racheloveyunho
It only gets darker and longer with the next member
Hongjoong
He came home early so you weren't prepared and were wearing a tanktop with shorts
He saw the bruises on your back and thighs
When he asked you about it later that day, you sobbed and told him that your brothers beat you because you insisted on moving in with Hongjoong
Would pretend that it didn't affect him but on the inside he's furious
He himself doesn't like to physically discipline anyone unless it is necessary or they get on his nerves and bring him to that point
How dare they lay a finger on you
He wouldn't change his behaviour with you, he'd be his usual caring self, all the while planning to knock some sense into your brothers
He laid a trap for your brothers to fall right into and met with them personally
He's a reasonable man so he started with talking to them but when they didn't listen and called him slurs he threatened to murder them
They knew Hongjoong was a part of a mafia and didn't want to anger him any further
They promised him that they would treat you better
Seonghwa
You told him you tripped and fell while you were packing your things to move in with him and that's how you got the bruise on your head and a busted lip
He bought it honestly because he's soft for you and couldn't see you like that so his focus was to get you the medical treatment you needed
You were happy with him and spent almost all of your time with him but he didn't want to hold you back form meeting your friends and family
You were ecstatic to meet your friends but not your family
They hurt you after all
So when he had someone drop you off to your family house, you were nervous but still went inside to meet them
What you got was taunts and verbal abuse
When you tried convincing them that Seonghwa was indeed very kind and loving towards you, they hit you so hard, you lost your balance and your back hit the glass corner of the table which you tried holding onto and ended up scratching your upper arm, drawing blood
You were shocked and hurt and ran out of the house
You hailed a taxi and went to your friend's house and told Seonghwa to pick you up from there
When he came home that night, you were already asleep
In the morning he woke up and found you in the kitchen at the brink of tears and you cheek was a little swollen and purplish
He asked you what happened but you said you liked hanging out with your friends yesterday and these were tears of joy and that your swollen cheek was because you ran into a glass wall
He believed you like always and wrapped his arms around you to pull you into an embrace and accidentally put pressure on the bruise on your back from yesterday
You yelped and arched your back
This time he didn't ask you but lifted your shirt to see for himself, despite your protests and was shocked to say the least
He made you feel comfortable enough to tell him that it was your family's doing
He reassured you that everything will be okay and that you could stay with him forever
That night he paid your family a visit after you went to sleep
They never contacted you again
Yunho
Your family was very religious and never really messed with you because Yunho made it very clear how protective he was towards you
Any bitter comment from your family would earn them a death glare from Yunho
He'd stare them down until they got super uncomfortable
Nobody knew what he was capable of, other than the fact that he was involved with a mafia
Your family wanted you to stay away from him but you loved him and he had promised to protect you and shield you from the mafia life
Yunho's girlfriend had no face, no one in the mafia world had ever seen you
One day you were visiting your family to celebrate your sister's birthday
You felt unwelcomed, you own blood was making you feel uncomfortable
When the guests had left and it was time to open the presents, your brother told you to go home
You were embarrassed but tried to reason with him that you guys were family
He started saying hurtful things and called you a slut and accused you of selling yourself to a dirty mafia rat who kills people for a living. He said you are nothing but his whore and he will replace you one day when he is tired of you and then you will have no one to turn to because they didn't consider you family anymore
You got up and went to the home. The home Yunho had made in the middle of a dense forest to hide you and came to see you almost every day
Yunho had decided to complete his work in advance today so he could spend more time with you in the next days, since you said you would be at your family house today
You unlocked the door and went in crying. You were wailing so hard that you laid on the floor in the lobby
You screamed when you felt someone grab you by your arms and made you sit up
Yunho looked at you in shock and worry, you nuzzled your face in the crook of his neck and cried your heart out, not caring if you were being loud and looking like a mess
You didn't need to tell him what had happened because he was aware your family had something to do with this
You woke up in bed the next day, feeling numb but had a severe headache
You looked around the room and saw a shirtless Yunho starting outside the window, you called out to him "Yunho..."
"I don't want to know what they did or said. I'm never ever going to allow you to meet them again. It took everything I had in me to stop from murdering them because I don't want to hurt you, but I can't have anyone else hurting you either"
He turned around and looked furious, you had only once seen him this angry when a spy from another mafia broke into your house and tried to stab you. Yunho had ripped his jaw off of his face with his bare hands in front of you and you fainted from shock from the intensity of the situation
Right now he had the same look on his face and you didn't want to anger him any further
Yeosang
He had never been the one to talk a lot
His calm and collected nature made people underestimate him
Your family used to love Yeosang and were supportive of your relationship with him, they were happy when you moved in with him, but that was before they knew who he was
Only you knew that Yeosang was a cold blooded killer. He was his gang's ace, he was sharp, very intelligent and very manipulative, not to mention he was the second most strongest member and was very good with weapons, his speciality being butterfly knives. He killed people the bad guys and felt no remorse. His gang members often joke that he only feels two emotions, rage when the bad guys cause menace and love towards you.
He got you pregnant and you were now worried but Yeosang had reassured you that no one in this world will ever lay a finger on you as long as he is by your side. He made you feel safe and loved. He didn't trust anyone to help you around the house so he stayed home to help you.
One day your family came over to meet you and ask after you unannounced, you being 7 months pregnant, were home alone
They wanted to see your huge house, you were nervous because you didn't want them to see some rooms but couldn't keep up with them because you got tired from walking
Then the unthinkable happened, they saw everything. They saw Yeosang's training room, his collection of knives and bulletin boards with photos of people, nasty looking people. One board had two sets of photos of the same person, one photo was for Yeosang to know who to attack and the other photo of the same person killed by him. Yeosang never wanted you to see the contents of the room, let alone your family.
They told you to come with them and to leave Yeosang but you tried to tell them that you were more than okay and wanted to stay with him
It all happened too fast, your father grabbed you by your arm, dragged you outside and forced you to sit in the car while your mother pleaded to him to not shove you around like that in this state. They didn't drive home, they were fleeing the city to get as far away from Yeosang as possible
You were screaming, your parents paid no attention to you, they thought you were protesting but actually you were screaming because of the excruciating pain you were experiencing. You were bleeding and your mom had noticed it but they were on a highway and there was no hospital nearby. They couldn't do anything about it so they kept driving out of the city, your father hoping the child would die in your womb because he now hated Yeosang and wouldn't be able to love his child either.
You fainted and after 2 hours of driving, they got to a hospital. No one knew but you were carrying twins, sadly one of them had died in your womb while the other was born healthy. You were now fighting for your life. Your parents were scared for you and afraid of being tracked down by Yeosang.
You and your baby spent a month in the hospital and recovered enough for your parents take you with them
On the other side Yeosang was on the verge of a mental breakdown. He was out looking for you, now scared and confused and in rage. He didn't know who had taken you away and was frustrated and tired but he couldn't let you go. You were the love of his life and the only person in the world who ever loved him.
He got a lead on you and within hours was outside the house where your parents were hiding you.
He broke in the house in the middle of the night and found you crying on the bed with a sleeping child by your side. He instantly became soft at the sight, all the rage he had in him was replaced by love. He softly called to you and you whipped your head up and instantly ran to him.
You begged him not to harm your parents and he couldn't say no. He silently took you and his month old son back home in the dead of the night
San
San was not one person, he had two kinds of personalities, one was a ruthless assassin and the other, a passionate lover. Both personalities had him being manipulative in common
He absolutely hated your family because you were a free spirit and liked taking risks while they were the complete opposites and often tried holding you back but you always loved an adventure and that's how you ended up with Choi San.
You dispised your family the same as they did you. You were so used to the beating that you felt nothing now. Profanities were very common too and you wanted nothing but to slap each and every one of them and run away.
You were head over heals for him the moment he crossed paths with you but you didn't show that to him. He tried manipulating you into getting you to sleep with him but you knew better and brushed him off
He was used to women being on their knees for him so you not doing that was a challenge for him and he was hell bent on getting you to like him
He was going crazy over you and started meeting you at your workplace during his missions, like he had to kill a man in 30 minutes but he just had to see you first
When you weren't giving in to his art of seduction, he tried a different way
He asked you out like a decent human being and you said yes, wow that was easy, right?
No, you made him work hard for your love and affection and he was obsessed with making you happy to feel loved by you and by the time San realized what was going on, it was too late
He was madly in love with you and practically drooling over you
He finally asked you to move in with him and you said yes even though you knew your family would disapprove. You went home and packed your stuff and tried to leave but your family members didn't let you leave and in an effort of saving you from inevitable destruction which was Choi San, they beat you to the point you passed out.
They texted San from your phone, pretending to be you and told him to stay away and leave you alone, that you wanted nothing to do with him.
San was confused and scared when he got that text from you and texted you back to take your time and rethink your decision.
You woke up in your room at some point during the night, unable to open one eye because it had been bruised badly. Your head was bleeding and the blood had dried on your face. You left leg hurt a lot because of you lying in an unnatural position. You didn't have your phone or anything else
You felt empty and all you wanted was to be in San's loving embrace
It was now or never
You escaped from your window and somehow managed to get to San's front door, it was almost morning
You knocked on his door and called for him
He opened the door after some time and took in your form
He was in too much rage but he had to tend to you first
A few weeks later he came home and told you that he made sure your family is now in another city far away from you and won't contact you again
A tear slipped down your face, you were free from their torment
You kissed San and thanked him
He would do anything to make you happy
Mingi
Mingi was the notorious mafia leader who has connections with the government and the dark world
He had money and fame (the good and bad kind) and all that was missing was love and you filled that void
He loved you too much and would never let anyone hurt you
People knew better
So your own family, your own blood hurting you for wanting to live with Mingi didn't sit well with him
He was distracted at work and all he could see was your face, your tear filled eyes, your bruised arm and your distraught state
He wished he had sent someone to get you from your family house sooner so you didn't have to go through the abuse
He wished you never told them about it and just moved in with him
You were in his home, resting in his bed, thinking about what had happened
Did they really didn't see any good in Mingi?
Did they really have to hit you?
Did you do the right thing?
These thoughts flooded your mind and you were just as distracted
Mingi came home in a hurry and told you to come with him
You asked him where you guys are going and he says we're going to get back at them
He took you to your house and barged right in, unannounced
Seeing Mingi in person was overwhelming and your family were scared, pleading to him to let them go
Mingi told them that he was going to kill them for hurting you and there was panic and chaos
You came to stand next to him, squeezed his hand and softly told him that you want to go home
He couldn't say no to you so he warned them that this isn't over and took you home
You talked to Mingi and convinced him to let them go because they were your family after all
He's the one who said that if the loved toy and cared for you, they wouldn't hurt you like this and family doesn't mean you have to tolerate this kind I'd behavior when you're old enough to make decisions for yourself
You kissed him and wondered why couldn't your family see the good in him
Wooyoung
It started off with you slowly telling your folks about what Wooyoung did for a living
You were smart, so you didn't tell them about his business until you moved in with him otherwise they would have disapproved
You didn't mention that he tortured people and killed them without remorse, no, you said that he works with an organization that eliminates evil people which was true in essence
Your family was having none of it
They wanted you as far away from him as possible
You loved him and he loved you but they didn't believe it
They kept you from leaving the house and since Wooyoung was away for some time on a mission he didn't know
It was only when he got home that he found out that you hadn't returned, but he didn't think much of it because you were with your family
You on the other hand were panicking not only because you were being forced to stay away from Wooyoung but also because you just found out that you were pregnant
You had to get back to him no matter what
You refused to eat or talk to your family members, only demanding to meet Wooyoung
When he didn't get any message from you he began to get suspicious
He sent someone disguised as a delivery boy over to your house to check up on you and got word that you were sick and locked in your room
He got up and drove to your house in the middle of the night and broke through the front door. He didn't care who got in his way and pushed and punched whoever protested
He got to your room and demanded that you open it
You did and jumped at him, told him you were pregnant and they were keeping you from going back to him and cried
He took you in his arms and was taking you back with him
Your father threatened to call the police and Wooyoung simply said "say hi to chief inspector Jeon from me" leaving the father shocked
You were happy to be back with your lover and were excited about the baby, the same as Wooyoung
Jongho
Probably the strongest man in the whole mafia world
Everyone feared him
He didn't have to say twice for what he wanted because people had heard how he smashed someone's skull open with his bare fists
He had asked you to move in with him and you happily said yes
But when you told your family about your decision they asked you if you were crazy
You didn't listen to them and started packing
They weren't going to let you go to some barbarian
But you weren't listening so they had to do it the hard way
Deep down you were happy to leave because your family had always been abusive and toxic
When you were asked to leave with your suitcases your father grabbed you by your arm and shoved you against the wall
"you bitch, you really think you can disobey me?"
Your mother held you by your hair and slapped you so hard your nose started bleeding
They beat you severely and you had stopped screaming at this point
You thought you were going to die when they left you like this on the kitchen floor
You don't know what got into you but you got on your feet and ran out the front door where you were stopped by Jongho waiting for you beside his car
He saw you and gently pushed you aside and went straight inside the house
He came out after almost 20 minutes, blood splattered on his face and clothes
You were already in shock from the beating that you didn't question him
He got in the car with you, held your face in his hands and said "don't worry, I called an ambulance for them, they just might be okay"
With that your heart sank but you were too shaken to feel sad for them so you just cried
Jongho took you home

**************************
The constant pain and sleepless nights were paying off. Your eyes sparkled when you saw your new numbers. It was working.
You took your diary, crossing out breakfast on the to do list after eating a banana.
This was going to be simple. check what you eat, check your weight and repeat . You knew that if you tried really hard, you would be the one in control.
Control. That's all you wanted. Such an easy, yet painful thing.
You looked to the mirror, as your hands hovered over your ribs sticking to the skin . You'd never felt so beautiful in your life. But your eyes roamed down to your thighs. The flesh of your legs were touching. It wasn't enough.
It was never enough.
'' Y/n , come on ! Move your ass! I need to get to work!! '' Jay shouted for you, from downstairs.
'' Shut uppp I'm comingg'', you yelled back.
Ever since your mom had died, dad always kept to himself leading you to stay with your brothers. It had become a routine. Jay  would drop you off at school and Annie's mom would give you a ride home.
Lucky for you , Jay was constantly busy with cases. He hadn't noticed your new diet or the mood swings.
**************************
Your teacher had started the lesson. And slowly you sensed something wrong. Your head was pounding. God why is she so blurry? You look to Anne sitting next to you and she's Blurry too. You felt your body giving up to the swaying ground.
'' y/n!! '' Annie shreiked as your limp body crashed to the floor.
****************************
'' Chuckles!? '' Trudy called out, climbing the stairs to intelligence. "Do I look like a cocktail waitress to you? Where have you been??"
"Morning to you too, sarge" Jay sighed. "and its detective"
" Well , Detective , Y/n fainted at school and wanted you to pick her up"
"What ?" he asked shocked, aldready beginning to pick up his jacket.
"Sarge" he said, looking to Voight for approval, although he would leave nonetheless. "Go."
*****************************
"Mr. Halstead" the school nurse addressed him, as he entered the clinic.
"Call me jay. Y/n, are you okay? what the hell happened?" he asked you worried.
You had never fainted before and apart from the flu every couple of years, you had a clean bill of health, as far as he knew.
"Jay, I promise I'm fine. Just got a little dizzy, that's all" you answered knowing how overprotective he can get. Now all you could hope for was that he would let this slide.
"I tried getting some food in her but she told me she was fine" the nurse explained to Jay.
God No. the the salad she offered you had so many calories.  you had made too much progress nothing was going to stop you especially a simple fainting episode. It was a minor setback but you were sure you could continue your weight loss diet.
" What, WHY? " he questioned, but just  as you were thinking of a better reply " You know what, I'm gonna take her home." he interrupted your thoughts as he spoke to the nurse.
" Only if you are sure, you're good"
" I am Jay. One hundred percent." you replied, happy to skip the rest of the school day.
It's not like you've been paying attention any ways. You'd zone out a lot during class and  your constant hunger and cramps didn't help either. But you drowned these feelings away with small sips of water and occasional slices of cucumbers.
You Craved the Emptiness. the feeling of being lighter. The feeling of being....... perfect. It was intoxicating.
Taking your school bag, Jay wrapped a study arm around your shoulders , guiding you through the school corridors and towards his truck.
"God, I can't wait to go to bed", You said climbing the truck and fastening your seat belt.
"Yeah right. I'm taking you to med" he stated. "WHAT? Jay, what the hell ? I told you, I'm fine!!"
You knew Will was working and didn't want either of your brothers to know about your new diet or how much weight you had lost. It was too late to quit. The disgusting image in the mirror was slowly getting better..... getting thinner, prettier.
"You've never fainted before Y/n, and I promise I'll get Will to run the exams and do all the tests" he assured you.
****************************
"Y/n, I thought I told you I never wanted to see you here again.", Maggie greeted, pointing a finger at you.
"Awwww  but I missed you", you pouted, " No don't do that. your brother's waiting in treatment room 3 so you better get going." she instructed and you dropped your school bag near the nurses station.
You and Jay enter the room, to a very worried Will. "Y/n, what happened?" he asked , gesturing you to sit on the bed.
"did you hit your head when you fell? Did you fall in the bathroom or something like that?", he continued, not giving you time to answer.
"what did the nurses say? are you stressed about school?" " Will-", you interrupted his rambling " I'm fine, just..... got a little dizzy."
You watched , as he took his pen light to your eyes. "Ah! Will, stop!!" You said, trying and failing to refrain him.
"You know, it'll be easier if you stop squirming" Jay commented with a smug smile. "Your not going anywhere"
"Shut up" you groaned.
You need to get out of here. What if they gave you food. What if they found out you were hungry all the time. They'd never stop making fun of you. They'd tell you that you were overreacting and that all this was so unnecessary.
But they didn't know. They didn't know what it was like to be you. They didn't have floppy arms or fleshy thighs. They didn't know what it was like to wake up everyday, to a body you never asked for. A body nobody wanted.
******************************
"Jay" Will called out, seeing him outside your room. It had been a couple of hours since you were bought in.
Will had ordered some tests, being the ass he was.
Wonderful. You just hoped that all the tests would be normal and you could get the hell out of there.
"yeah man? just needed to text Hailey, Why, what's wrong?" Jay asked, studying the worried expression on his brother's face
"It's Y/n. "
***************************
You were fiddling with the hem of your t-shirt when your brother's walked in, staring at you, as if you were a ghost.
"Y/n," Jay croaked out his voice laced with dread, "how long?"
No. No. No. This can't be happening. God, you knew that they were going to hate you forever.
"what the are you talking about?" you needed to try to get them to back away."Is something wrong?"
They were standing on either side of your bed. Jay came closer and sat down on your right the beside your knees, eyes never leaving yours.
"Your tests-" Will started, "They came back showing you have severe deficiencies. That your body is struggling to survive. That it's not getting enough food." he broke away from your gaze.
"We um-" Jay, as if almost on queue, continued."We looked through your school bag and found your diary. "
You sucked in a sharp breath and shook your head. No. He knew. They knew.
All your calorie counts, the amount of calories you can have in a day, your research on diets, workouts, to do lists, hell, even your Period Tracker was written down. (although you barely had it anymore)
That book was the reason you were finally becoming happy with yourself. Your body.
'I'm sorry', you mouthed "I'm so, so sorry" This was it. Your voice hitched, as tears flowed down your cheeks. "I was finally happy"
In an instant, your brothers were by your side.
Jay engulfed you into his chest, your words circling his mind. 'Finally?' God, you lived together! You were his sister! His baby sister! How could he have let this happen to you? How could he not have noticed that you were drowning? That you were starving yourself. What kind of brother was he?
Will rubbed your back, until your sobs became quieter. He was a doctor. A damn doctor! God knows how long this has been going on, but at the end of the day.... he failed. He failed to be there,..... when you needed him.
"Y/n, you don't have to do this. You're beautiful Y/n. You really are. And I'm sorry that anyone else has convinced in otherwise" Jay breathed out, hoping you heard him, in his embrace.
"It felt good, Jay" your voice was muffled by his shirt, but to your brothers, your voice was loud and clear.
"Did it?" You turned to Will, "Did the hunger feel good?" his heart broke saying the words out loud.
'Yes', you wanted to answer. Of course it felt good. You were getting so many compliments from your friends at school. Boys started acknowledging you now.
It was like you finally existed. You felt...... worthy.
But with all the strength you could muster up, you couldn't get the words out. Because there was always one voice that told you to quit. The voice you'd been drowning out for so long. The voice that told you, that you were in fact, beautiful.
Your mother's.
"No" you said, realizing that Will had tears in his eyes as well.
But you couldn't find a hint of shame in them, no matter how much you searched. Instead, you were met with the immense worry and guilt of your brother.
"We can help, Y/n" Will said, as he took your hand in his, "We will help and we'll be there every step of the way."
"Every step" Jay assured and you turned to him. "All you need to do, is let us in"
You weren't prepared for this. You had no idea what to say.
You didn't want to feel tired all the time, always craving for food. But the idea of going back - back to all that shame - that's what scared you.
"Y/n," Will spoke up, seeing as you were struggling to answer, "I promise you, we are going to make you feel better...... and we'll fight those thoughts of yours together."
You took a shaky breath.
Thoughts.
Your thoughts.
You had let them consume you for a long time now. Too long. maybe..... Maybe the right voice to follow, was your mothers'. "okay-" you sobbed, "okay", and once again you found yourself in Jay's arms.
You, clinging to him like your life depended on it and him holding you tight, because it did. His hand rested on your head, tangled with your hair.
Will saw a tear make its way down his brothers cheek, something he hasn't witnessed often.
Your brothers sat silently, listening to you cry. Taking in the conversation, only having a glimpse of the pain you were in.
You had a long, long road ahead but as you sat in your brother arms, you felt a sense of peace, comfort maybe.

Soul Eater Omegaverse
How the alpha boys would react to you disappearing/ignoring them after a fight!
-Soul Eater Evans-
Tumblr media
He didn’t mean to let it slip out, he didn’t mean to say that your compulsive reactions made you weak and would get you killed just like your mother but he did and now he hadn’t seen you after making you whimper for the first time. He got a well deserved slap in the face for saying what he said and just stood there like an idiot as you ran away. He hadn’t seen you since then and his inner Alpha roared at him for making his sweet beautiful omega cry, today marked the eleventh day since he had seen you and he was suffering withdraw. Maka had washed his clothes removing your sweet syrupy scent from them and it was driving him crazy.
“Soul you’re growling again.”, Maka warned continuing to read her book.
The bone haired scythe groaned in annoyance slamming his head against the wood of the desk as a defeated sigh escaped his throat. You hadn’t answered any of his calls or messages, you hadn’t been to class, hell you weren’t even home when he tried to go see you. As lunch time came around the halls were suddenly flooded by gossiping students, Soul immediately caught a whiff of your sweet scent. It was weak but without a doubt it was his (Y/n), his pupils dilated in joy to the thought of seeing you but even as he pushed through the crowd of students he soon realized just how grave his mistake was. You were covered in cuts and dried blood but the look on your face made it obvious that you were suffering an omegan depression.
“W-what happened? What happened to (Y/n)?!”, He growled lunging at your weapon partner who protected you until another member of your pack slammed their elbow into the middle of his back momentarily immobilizing him.
“An Alpha that causes an omega to go into depression isn’t a proper Alpha at all. If you want to talk to her you’ll wait your turn like the rest of us until Stein checks her injuries.”, Your Alpha friend, Serenity, growled ushering (Y/n) and her partner to the nurses office.
Soul remained silent yet persistent the rest of the day, he wouldn’t leave the door of the nurses office even as your pack mates threatened him and waited patiently for them to allow him in. Your partner was the only one to fill him in on what had happened to you, after the fight you had gone into a depression and you wanted to prove that your impulsiveness wouldn’t get you killed but with your mind not at 100% during the fight you were almost easily defeated if it hadn’t been for soul resonance.
“So she was pretty close to getting to see her mom again. She would’ve liked that but we’re to stubborn to let her go just yet.”, He sighed leaning against the wall next to Soul.
“She wanted to prove herself to me...Death why am I such an idiot. She’s already better then me why did I have to go saying something so stupid when I didn’t really mean it!”, Soul growled to himself slamming his fist into the wall out of frustration.
“Rio, it’s time for us to go. Stein’s kicking us out.”, Serenity sighed emerging with the other six members of your pack, “I hope she breaks things off with you you were never a proper alpha for her to begin with.”
As soon as your pack mates were gone Soul rushed into the office to see your body balled up on one of the infirmary beds. Soul sighed as Stein scooted past him on his chair and took a seat next to your exposed hand. He softly traced his fingertips to your knuckles to see if you’d react but you didn’t, he took your hand in his and softly kissed your knuckles as he began to speak to you.
“(Y-y/n)...Hey shortcake...what happened? Why’d you go and disappear on me? I’ve missed you, you know that? Come on (Y/n), talk to me please.”, Soul whimpered rubbing your wrist against his cheek in an attempt to scent you.
You gently pulled your hand away and hid it under the sheets with the rest of your body before your shaky soft voice emerged from the sheets, “I’m weak just like you said.”, that’s what drew the line for him. Soul’s inner alpha was furious with him, his urge to comfort you and apologize took over. He was aggressive yet careful as he pulled the sheets off of you and revealing your pale form and although you wanted to hide Soul wouldn’t let you. He spooned you immediately kissing away at your forehead as he smothered you in his sweet strawberry like scent. Even if you wanted to escape you were basically engulfed by your alpha. You tried to pull out of his grip but you were to weak and he wouldn’t let you. He lifted up your face so you could see him and kissed your lips sweetly as his hands wandered over your frame. He would appease your omega no matter how he had to do it wether through physical touch, word, or actions he would apologize to you and gain back your trust that he lost for saying something so careless and stupid.
“Soul.”, you whimpered shuddering as his hands rubbed your thighs.
“(Y/n),my mega, my mate, my absolute love of my life I’m sorry, I know what I said can’t be taken back but I’m sorry. I’m so sorry that I made you this upset. I’m not letting you go or leaving until you accept my apology or at least tell me what I can do to redeem myself. I’m sorry I’m such a terrible alpha, I miss you so much it hurts to be away from you any longer.”, Soul cried, he never cried in front of you, wet hot tears spilled from his eyes as he rubbed his forehead atop yours. You didn’t respond you just held him, you held his face in your hands and softly kissed his desperate lips in an attempt to please his alpha but it wasn’t enough. You both just needed each other and for now that was enough until you got better. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Black ⭐️ Star
Tumblr media
It wasn’t rare for you both to argue, you were both just naturally competitive and that’s what he loved about you. He was competitive because he wanted to prove that even he could defeat a god. (Y/n) was competitive because she hated Omegan stereotypes and wanted to prove that she was a capable fighter to everyone, so why did this argument over another alpha complimenting your strength end so horribly. Black Star had hit a breaking point due to several recent defeats and seeing another Alpha make you smile destroyed what little restraint and patience he had left. He tried attacking the other Alpha but you stopped him...you stopped him and Omega, that was all it took to send him into a fury. Things were said that shouldn’t have been said but worst of all he had used your second gender status against you. After screaming at you he seemed to settle down but the guilt from his words flooded him immediately and you left before he could find the right words to apologize.
“(Y/n) your scent is weak on my scarf can you please scent it, I’ll scent your sweat-“
“Leave me alone. An omega beneath you shouldn’t even be in your presence remember?”, you responded coldly making Black Star stop in his tracks.
After the fight you chose to ignore him, if he didn’t need you then why would you need him? Your pack mates provided you enough attention to stay positive and happy as an omega so you didn’t need him but Death did he need you. He knew he was annoying you he could tell by the sour tone your scent took when you noticed him but he wanted to apologize for being a dumbass. If this kept up then you’d move on and another alpha would scoop you up and steal you away or worse mark you and leave him alone forever.
“(Y/n)...(y/n) I’m sorry I-I didn’t mean to-I...It’s just that I-“, he tried to find the right words but your weapon partner had pulled you away from him and rushed to the women’s bathroom to hide.
This silent treatment was driving Black Star insane, he hadn’t seen you in two weeks already and it was driving him mad. He would cry himself to sleep every night as your scent slowly faded from his belongings. Black Star couldn’t handle this anymore you were so much more stronger if this wasn’t torture for you like it was for him. During dinner his emotions seemed to finally escape him.
“Black Star we’re going on a mission with Kid and Maka try to get some sleep so-“
“Tsubaki I don’t want to fight anymore.”, Black Star admitted as tears spilled from his eyes.
Tsubaki’s heart stopped to the very sight of her miester breaking down, separations between alpha and omega pairs always affected the individual parties differently but she didn’t know it would have this much of an effect on her poor miester. She was fed up seeing you both in so much pain, you were stupid for being so stubborn and hiding away from him, and he was stupid for starting the fight and crying over it instead of pushing to apologize properly! The raven haired teen sighed and stood to her feet and quietly left without another word. Black Star just cried over his food before returning to his ridiculously cluttered room. Losing you had made him lose all drive to do anything, what was he to do now that you seemed to be leaving him. He sat in his bed wrapped up in his blankets while staring up at the ceiling replaying the argument in his head again and again...why did he have to be such an idiot?
He heard a soft knock at his door and thought it was Tsubaki so he ignored it, but then he heard another knock and this time a voice, “H-hey Star...you there?”, your voice sounded from the other side of his door but he just though it was his imagination.
“Alpha I’m here.”, you called again the scent of cinnamon rolls poured into his room from his door and he quickly realized that you were there.
You could hear thumping and stomping from behind the door and stepped back as the door swung open revealing your exhausted mate. Tsubaki had dragged you to the house after finding you crying over Black Star in your room and yelled at you to stop being thick headed and stubborn since you were both suffering. You opened your mouth to say something but the moment his hands cupped your cheeks, his lips met yours, and his addicting scent of pine tree and fresh rain flooded your scenes you knew he truly meant that he was sorry. He slowly pushed you back into the wall pressing his body close to yours as he kissed you silly. Finally being able to enjoy your scent and touch you brought a new batch of tears to his eyes and he kissed you like it would be his last.
“B-black mmm Black Star...mmmn~ Black Star listen to me.”, you panted between kisses trying to get his attention.
He was afraid you would tell him something he didn’t want to hear so he didn’t want you to talk. ‘I’m sorry’ and ‘Please don’t leave me’ and ‘I love you’ spilled from his lips between each kiss as he desperately tried to apologize to you.
He opened his mouth to say something new but it was the same thought on both of your minds, “I’ve missed you.”, you both sighed.
Black Star’s heart was beating like a drum against your chest as he pressed himself closer to you. You had both finally made up and he refused to make the same mistake again because being separated from you was a worse torture then death itself.

Death the Kid
Tumblr media
Just for a moment you were reminded that you weren’t good enough for Kid...your insecurities had resurfaced the moment you saw him smiling and dancing with that other omegan girl during the ball. Even when you tried to talk to him about it the other party guests wouldn’t give you two time alone but the final straw was when Kid himself said, “(Y/n) you’re such a needy omega can’t you see I’m busy.”, he’s said it to you many times before as a joke but today you knew he truly meant it by how cruel and rude he was.
“Oh and who might you be little dear? Do you know young master Death?”, one of the guests asked you.
You simply smiled and shook you head much to Kid’s surprise, “My apologize I’m simply another desperate omega making a fool of herself.”, you hummed dipping into a small curtsy before disappearing from sight.
You had made your nest at the Gallows Manor so Kid expected to see you there after the Ball since you seemed upset but you were no where in sight. He called for you through every room in the huge mansion but not once did he get a response or a clue to where you could’ve been. It worried him sure but it was just a party that couldn’t have upset you that bad right? He went to sleep without you that night your side littered in fluffy toys and pillows in hopes that he’d find you buried in a fort of them the next morning but still there was nothing.
“Liz, Patty, has (Y/n) contacted either of you? She didn’t come home last night.”, Kid explained a worried expression etching itself over his face as he started to panic.
“Nope she didn’t call me.”, Patty answered.
“I don’t have anything.”, Liz replied.
“Well without a doubt she’ll be at school. Sebastian is in rut right now so I know her team hasn’t been dispatched on any missions.”, he huffed summoning Beelzebub to get to school earlier in hopes of finding you.
He asked all of his friends and yours to try and find you but still there was no sight of you. Until he discovered that Crona and Team Cerberus had been dispatched on a mission together. He couldn’t believe it, you never once left without asking him to scent your belongings or without a warning so why did you do it now?
“Kid?”, a voice called drawing his attention.
The young reaper’s heart dropped seeing your weapon partner right before him, why was Sebastian here when you were out on a mission? You had no weapon for this A-rank mission this had to be a joke!
“W-why aren’t you with (Y/n)?”, he stuttered reaching for your partner’s collar as his anger boiled, “Why are you here while she’s out there?”
“Because I was in Rut I couldn’t go with her. At least I couldn’t until she snapped me out of it.”
“What the hell are you talking about? What do you mean ‘she’ knocked you out of rut?!”, Kid growled.
Kid’s rage was settled the moment he caught a whiff of your scent, Kid was hypersensitive to any change in scents and the burning scent of rubber that was lightly hunted with your usual calm honey apple scent was utterly heartbreaking.
“W-what is this?”, he stuttered shaking as he removed the jacket from his face.
“She came to me crying last night...saying something along the lines of ‘He looked happier with her’ and ‘I was right I’m not good enough for him’ and my favorite bit ‘Who wants to be with an needy omega that has no self confidence?’ Kid I don’t know what you did but for (Y/n)’s sadness to be able to knock me out of rut and trigger my instincts to protect her then whatever you did to her last night might’ve been enough to trigger her into depression. You’re an asshole to not have noticed that (Y/n) never thought of herself as good enough to be your partner.”, Sebastian growled putting his jacket back on.
Kid’s body was shaking, not from anger but from guilt and worry. He didn’t bother staying much longer and ran to the entrance of the school. Once again he summoned Beelzebub and raced to Spain to stop you from getting hurt, he didn’t know! He didn’t once think you would think so poorly of yourself he loved you dearly so he never believed that his love was never enough for you to see what he see in you. You wouldn’t answer his calls so he didn’t bother calling but he knew Crona would! As soon as they did he begged them to put you on the phone or at least get close to you so he could explain himself. He cried his heart out into his phone but still you wouldn’t respond. Crona had to turn down the volume on their end just to keep from drawing attention from the other train passengers but you barely seemed to respond to anything Kid said.
“(Y/n) you’re perfect! You’re perfect because you’re imperfect, you to good to be mine but I can’t dare think of a day going by without you by my side. You’re always there for me when I’m upset, you’ve always been by my side to make me smile or kiss me good morning! (Y/n) I’m sorry I know I was acting out of line yesterday night but if I had known that you weren’t being needy and that you just felt self conscious then I would’ve listened! I would’ve scooped you up and taken you home and laid with you in bed reminding you why you’re so beautiful and perfect for me! I would’ve talked about the future that I want with you as my mate and my wife, you didn’t have to run away from me!”, Kid cried feeling overwhelmed by just how much space separated you from him.
He had to stop, he had to catch his breath, he felt his lungs burning from screaming and from hyperventilating but he had to keep going.
“(Y/n) please just don’t do this. This isn’t going to be an easy mission and you don’t have a weapon please don’t do this.”, he whimpered into the phone hopping that his begging would be enough to stop you.
“I don’t want to see you.”, he couldn’t even register your voice or the fact that you hung up after that. His body was frozen like stone from just the sickened tone of your voice.
He screwed up...he royally screwed up. As if he couldn’t push his powers more then he already had he pushed past his limit, he had to get to Spain and fast! He still had 3800 miles to reach you and he wasn’t going to let you go through with this even if you were mad at him. Even as tears poured from his lifeless golden hue he wouldn’t let his heart forget this pain even after he got you to forgive him. He reached Spain by nightfall and searched for your soul wavelength until he found it in the city of Pamplona, but the mission had already begun he saw the bull like kishin egg charging at your teammates and searched only for you. Until the creature was shot dead by a Barrett M-82 rifle, much to his surprise you were the miester wielding the weapon. You released your temporary weapon partner so they could collect the soul and collapsed to the floor of the rooftop as your fever finally set in.
“(Y/n)!”, Kid screamed drawing everyone’s attention as he raced to your side, he pulled your body close to his and frowned feeling your intense fever from your skin.
“An omegan depression.”, he frowned growling to himself as he held you closer. Your pack mates arrived to get you but the murderous glow in Kid’s eyes kept everyone at bay.
No one would touch you until he pulled you out of depression and no one would see you until he apologized and was forgiven by you.
