My 2017 Top Five Moments :

So, 2017 for me (and from what I believe, many others) wasn’t the greatest. It had a vibe to it that just didn’t feel right and unfortunately had been full of hatred, violence, and destruction & personally, it had probably what was the lowest of lows for me so far. But despite the very negative aspects of this year, it also included some very beautiful moments that I’m forever endlessly grateful for and that I’ll always hold close to my heart. Here are the good parts of my 2017. The things that make going through the lowest of lows worth it, always. Here are the top five moments of my 2017 that I’ve put together, all in one excessively long list because I don’t know how to keep things short & sweet.

1. Jan. 28th: Mumtahina’s Birthday

This was. Such an amazing. Day. I feel like I talk about it too much but it was just ??? so incredible ??? Mumtahina is such a wonderful person that you can’t even begin to describe, and she’s able to bring a huge group of people together that includes people that :

1. don’t even know each other

2. don’t really get along due to their history

3. might have completely different interests

but she still did THAT. It was just such a great day and everyone was happy and laughing and there was such positive energy all around. it’s so heart warming to be able to have been a part of such a beautiful day.

2. April 26th: The 1975 Concert

THISSSS was such a surreal experience and I wish I could relive it over and over. This entire day was so much fun and I made a new friend and had awesome food and got to see an incredible band perform with my best friend and I laughed and cried so hard and it was just such an amazing day. I miss it so much.

3. July 9th: My Birthday !! (celebration)

OKAY THIS WAS PROBABLY THE MOST EVENTFUL DAY OF MY LIFE : my frens & I all met up at my house n drove all the way to Newport, started the day off w/ kayaking (for like an hour?) and it was so funny because we all got these really bad sun tans lmaoo, then we went n ate at this rlly bomb restaurant that I forgot the name of but it was gr88, and tHEN we rented some bikes and biked around (for like another hour?) and tbh that was so stresssful cause I was in the fRONT and we kept losiNG people cause there was like 7 of us and it was chaotic but I had fun lmao ,, but anyway this was a super fun & eventful day and I’m sososo grateful I was able to have such an awesome bday :))

4. July 22nd: Six Flags

THIS DAY WAS SOOO MUCH FUN OKAY

First of aLL I love Six Flags and I loVE these people so much so I mean what more could you ask for ?? I don’t even know what to say other than this was one of the greatest days ever (other than how freakin hot is was omfg) and I had such a great time bc these people make me laugh so hard and there’s never ever a dull moment with them.

and last, but not least,

5. August 18th: Vesperteen

Wow. Okay. Okay. I’m gonna try my best not to cry while typing this but Oh My God. This day was. Incredible. Amazing. Spectacular. Wonderful. Beautiful. This day was everything good in the world all rolled up into one. I sound so dramatic but ??! Nothing ??? Compares ??? To this ????!?! THIS SHOW. THIS SHOW WAS JUST. I’ve never been so close at a show (considering the venue was rlly small) and though I’ve been to a good amount of concerts I’ve probably never seen such passion from a performer and the audience. It was so intimate and everyone was singing along with every single lyric and it was just sO GREAT. I love Vesperteen and Jesse Cale sossososo much and they make me so happy and they’re sO SWEEEET I just ❤️❤️💖💖💞💞💘💘💓💓💗💗💙💙💙💚💚💚💛💛💛 AND I got to experience it with one of the greatest people in the world and everything about this day was so wonderful and I’m sO incredibly grateful that I got to even have this experience, and that’s all I’m gonna say before I start bawling my eyes out over how much I miss this mkay ? mkay

so there we have it, my chosen top five moments of this very interesting year. THERE WERE MANY OTHER MEMORIES THAT I LOVE AS MUCH AS THESE THIS YEAR, I just felt that these are the most eventful if I absolutely had to chose five out of the whole year :)
