Sakura was completely understanding of Kabuto’s paranoia. He hasn’t exactly had the best track record when it came to leaving the village. She had hoped with her there, it would put him a bit at ease. It might after a while when he realizes he’s in good hands and nothing was going to happen to him. No one would really have the balls to trail her of all people. That would just end badly for them.

When he finally caught up to her, she hooked her arm with his with a smile,

“Don't you think I would have noticed if someone was tailing us? You’re worrying too much. I’m here to have your back, nothing is going to happen while I’m around!” She stated, hoping to calm his nerves a little more,

“I’m aware. I’m hoping if this mission goes well, they’ll let you out more. You’re a talented medic, you shouldn’t have to stay locked up and afraid all the time. That’s why I chose you to be my partner for this mission.” Kabuto has committed a lot of crimes in his past, but Sakura always believed people should be allowed a second chance. She can really tell he’s a changed man now.

“You might find yourself having a little fun this mission, you never know.”
