Nagi: Don’t worry, I had one just the other day. Haven’t had to feel the cold stethoscope against my skin since middle school.
Momiji: That’s good then…
Nagi: (The Chief’s kindness is really heartwarming… The employee benefits are really generous, I’m truly happy to have found such a great workplace.)
Nagi: (Due to reasons, I ended up needing to donate my blood to an alien, but I’m sure I still haven’t…paid enough… for this happiness…)
Momiji: Nagi-kun?
Nagi: *soft breathing* Momiji: He fell asleep…

I wrote a thing.
I volunteered at a library to tell some folk tales about trickster characters so I decided to rewrite the Ashanti/west Caribbean myth describing how Anansi becomes the god of stories. I’ve stayed to my source material and been as accurate as possible. I am also writing one or two renditions of North America’s Coyote. I will post those once they’re done. These are stories geared towards children of the ages 4-10, so they’re all fairly simple.
Anansi is Mean to Four Animals and in Return Becomes the God of Stories:
One day, Anansi got bored. He didn’t much like being bored, so he figured he should head up into the sky to ask Nyame for his stories.
You see, the sky god Nyame was the god of stories, and he hogged them all to himself. Every story and Tale that had even been spun was Nyame’s. Anansi went into the sky, and asked Nyame what price he must pay to have access to all the stories of the world.
“Four things I must have from you,” Nyame said. “First, the hornets Mmoboro. Then Onini, the great python, and Osebo the leopard. Lastly, you must bring me Mmoatia, the invisible Fairy. Bring these to me and I will allow you to use every story ever told.”
Determined to win the stories, Anansi agreed to this and set about preparing. Too first capture Mmoboro, from a vine he cut a gourd and from that gourd he cut a hole. He did this to another gourd, and filled it with water.
He then went to the nest of the Mmoboro hornets, and on it he poured some of the water from the second gourd. He then poured the rest on top of his head, and used the gourd to shield himself as if it was raining. The Mmoboro hornets came out of their nest to avoid getting wet. Anansi told them to fly into his dry gourd to escape the rain. They did, and he sealed the gourd.
For his next task, Anansi went to collect Onini, the great serpent. To prepare, he cut a long pole of bamboo and took some vines. He wandered about till he found Onini, and upon finding him began to mutter underneath his breath.
“What are you talking about?” Onini asked.
“My wife says that you are shorter than this bamboo stick, but I cannot imagine you being anything but bigger.”
“Well, there’s no point in arguing when you can know for yourself,” and Onini stretched out to his full length. “Here, see if I am longer and stronger than your stick of bamboo.”
Anansi, his plan having gone in the right direction, placed the bamboo pole parallel to Onini. “You seem shorter that it.”
“Nonsense,” Onini said, and tried to stretch out further.
“Here, I have some vines. Why don’t I try to tie you to the stick and see if we can’t stretch you to your full length?” Anansi does just that. “Well, I think my wife is right. You are shorter than the pole,”
Anansi picked up the now bound Onini and took him up to Nyame.
For his third task, Anansi had been employed to capture Osebo the leopard. To do this, he first found the place where the leopard most loved to walk, and dug a great hole in the ground. Then he covered it with sticks and leaves so that it was invisible. He hid in a bush and waited till dark.
Osebo came along after a long wait on Anansi’s part. Anansi heard rather than saw Osebo fall into his trap with an “Oomph”.
He stood up and walked out of the bushes. Calling down to Osebo from above the pit, he asked “Osebo, why are you sitting in a hole in the earth?”
“I’ve fallen in,” Osebo replied. “Could you help a friend out?”
“Sure. I have an idea. Just give me a second,” Anansi ran to tear a vine from a tree. He then found a thin, willowy tree near the pit and grabbed it. He pulled it down so that its tip touched the bottom of the hole he had dug. He threw down the vine. “Here, Osebo, tie this about your tail.”
Osebo did as he was told, and upon Osebo securing his tail to the tree, Anansi let the tree go. Osebo was now dangling from the tree by his tail. He was off balance and dizzy, so Anansi tied him up with vines and spider webbing. He delivered Osebo to Nyame as well.
For his last task, Anansi was set to trap the invisible fairy, Mmoatia.
First, he carved a doll out of wood and used vines to make the doll into a puppet. He perched the puppet on a stump in the land of the fairies, and placed a bowl of yam paste in its lap. Anansi then hid behind another tree a few meters away from where he had placed the puppet.
Mmoatia found the puppet and asked it if she could try the yam paste. Anansi moved the puppet’s head as if it was nodding. Mmoatia then drank the yam paste up. Thinking the doll was a fellow Fairy, she thanked it. But when it did not answer, she grew angry at its rudeness and kicked it. Anansi had covered the doll with a thin layer of his webs, so Mmoatia’s foot stuck to the puppet’s face. Her next solution was to punch the puppet, which only got her more stuck. After a few minutes of trying to escape, Mmoatia was trapped.
Anansi then took Mmoatia, still attached to his puppet up to Nyame.
“I am impressed, Anansi,” Nyame said upon the completion of the tasks. “You are the first to complete all four of my challenges. For that I will grant you access to all the stories of the world.”
And this is how Anansi became the god of stories.

The Squirter
Overhearing a conversation in a taxi.
Girl 1: The bwoy hafi nyam mi fi mi cum. No man neva fuck mi mek mi cum yet.
Girl 2: eeeeeee. Yuh life short gyal. Nth like when a man fuck yuh till yuh cum.
Girl 1: Mi jealous bad.
They sat there talking about who fucked them good and who were nothing but one fuck. Who’s dick they sucked and who’s man they took. Within minutes I felt like I’ve known them all my life. I felt las if I was in their bedroom watching them take dick. I couldn’t help but notice girl 1 though, she was the prettiest of the two and seemed to be the youngest. For college girls, they were pretty well done. Makeup on fleek, minks blowing the place and the latest school girl accessories. From the looks of it, they were hype. Not the typical nerdy, book worms. They both wore Desert Clarks which made me realize that they were either from money families, or they had rich boyfriends. I noticed they kept staring at me while they talked. It was as if they wanted me to hear what they were talking about.
Girl 1: Keachia da bwoy yah smell nice eeee man. A wa man like this yuh want gyal.
That’s one way to get her name I said to myself with a smile on my face. A man like me huh? I might just give her the opportunity to date me. Her friend kept sniffing my neck as if she wanted to suck the scent off. I entertained their conversation and took her number for conversational purposes. At least that’s what I told her. I’m my mind I was imagining making her cum for the first time and getting some of those heads she bragged about. I wouldn’t say it’s a requirement, but I’ll take it if it’s given. I love me a “good blow job” and I put emphasis on the word good because some girls really can’t suck dick 🤦♂️. Sex for me is a connection, it’s either you’re good at it or not. Most of these girls today sucking dick because they heard their friends talk about it, but they don’t know the basic of dick sucking 101. First off, you don’t suck dick with your teeth, that shit hurts like fuck. Don’t even try that shit with me because I’ll tell you straight up to get the fuck up. Second, you don’t have to make it super sloppy to suck it. All that spitting is useless if the nigga can’t feel shit. It’s just going be a big, sloppy, dead dick down your throat. Makes no sense, does it? Our conversation was simple because we both knew what she needed. Someone to make her cum. Someone to do just more than making her tummy hurt. This has become a major complaint against most men these days. We as men don’t take the time out to make women feel pleased. Once we get an orgasm, that’s it. Some men are just busy eating away like cannibals and providing excellent mouth service, but where’s the dick?
I hadn’t realized how sexy she was until she sent me some sexy pics one night. Chick had me jerking off like crazy. Her body seemed spotless, her nipples stood upright which made it seemed like she always had a bra on, or they just haven’t been pulled on much. I imagined sucking them off while she rides my dick a million times. She had a nice ass, a nice smile, a workout kinda tummy and a really nice buff. On most of the pictures she sent, she was clean shaved. It somehow made her legs spread wide, and you know what they say about slim girls 🙃. “Slim gyal can tek buddy”. In my mind, I had created the perfect sex simulator that would make her cum. I’d start with foreplay to make her want me, then starve her until she begs for the dick. She was very specific with her sexual requests. “You either make me cum or don’t fuck me at all”, she’d say; which sometimes made me doubt myself. She made it sound like making her cum was like going into Iraq for a kingpin with nothing but a knife in a gun nest. She made it seem “impossible”. She wanted me to speed up the process, but as always, I like to make them wait. Build up the suspense between us. I took her out for dinner which she was used to. No one had ever done that for her before, so for a fact I knew she was gonna fall for me eventually. I took her home, bathe her, slept in nothing but my underpants next to her, and didn’t even attempt to fuck her. Another noble gesture that she didn’t expect. She invited me on her school’s trip a week later with expectations that she gets dick in the water. But again, I got her all wet for nothing. She was furious and demanded answers, but I reminded her, patience is key. I could feel the tension in her body, she was dying from the inside, waiting to be set free. Again I invited her over for her birthday surprise. Her friend and I had gotten cake, Henny and some gifts for her. Another noble gesture no one had ever done for her. Her friend had slept next to us that night so I still didn’t fuck her. I left her in bed the next morning to drop her friend off and came back home to her naked in bed. It would seem she couldn’t wait any longer.
We started kissing slowly while I laid between her legs. Slowly moving my waist and bouncing against her buff. She breathed heavily as if she was running out of breath. I kissed her neck and ran my tongue along her shoulders causing her to whine like a snake. From her body reaction, I could tell she was dying. I kept whispering what I’m gonna do to her in her ears which got her even more excited. I rubbed my thumb against her clit, feeling for her wetness. She was dripping. I hopped off and turned the tv on, telling her to get some rest. She flew up furious and turned the tv off. “Mi wi kill yuh blood cloth eno bwoy”. She pushed me back in the bed and flipped my dick in her mouth. No teeth, just mouth, and throat. Obviously, this girl has been sucking dick for a while. She ran her tongue from balls to tip and from tip to balls. She slid it down her throat and moaned as if I was fucking. Hearing her moan and watching her caress my dick made me rock hard. My dick was jumping from all the excitement. I was so horny I didn’t give her a chance to finish. I pulled her to the edge of the bed and rubbed my dick on her clit then slapped it hard several times, causing her to jump. By then her pussy was soaking wet. I slid the head in, moved my waist two times, then took it back out. She held me tight and tried to whine down on. Begging me to put it in. I sucked on her nipples and continuously rubbed her clit with my thumb, bringing her close to climax then stopping. I gave her wet lingering kisses and fucked her with my words. “Please... please baby..... please me, fuck me, kill me.... please” she screamed. I held her hands above her head and slid my dick in slowly, thrusting back and forth in her wetness. She spread her legs wide and I went deeper and faster. “Cum for me, cream this dick, show me you love my dick”. She moaned and screamed and slowly moved her waist to match my pace. With one hand around her neck and the other holding her waist firm, I fucked her hard. Her eyes rolled back in her head as she scratched and bit me all over. Her cream flooded my dick. She vibrated like a ringing phone and started spraying like a broken pipe. (((( breathing heavily )))) “I’m...... I’m fucking.... cumin... oh my fucking god I’m cumin”, she screamed. She sprayed me. Squirting all over the place. If I didn’t know better I’d think she was having an asthma attack. She took hard deep breaths and squeezed her legs shut while she vibrated. She rolled across the bed laid on her back, staring at the ceiling with tears running down her cheeks. She said, “I fucking love you Bouyd and if you ever leave me I’m going to kill you”.
I did knock her out again before taking her home. Making her toes crack and her body shake. She was no longer the girl in the background. She wanted the best of both worlds, which was strange to me. At first, she wanted nothing but to be fucked to an orgasm. Hard dick to make her vibrate. That’s what I signed up for and that’s what I delivered. But now she wants a relationship? How does that even work? She was damn pretty, sexy, smart, gave good heads and had a bomb ass pussy, but sigh, maybe she was just too good for me. Or could it be the fact that we signed up for fuck dates and not moonlight dinners. I told her several times that I couldn’t give her what she wanted but the more I said it, the more we fucked. We went out so often that we were considered the perfect couple. Funny things is I already had a girl or borrowed one or whatever it was. The main fact is, there was someone else who I liked a lot. So being the gentleman I am, I took the time to explain that to her. She accepted it, at least that what she said. I realized she always had a knife in her purse which made me think twice before doing or saying certain things. She’d always say “baby I’d never cut you, but I’d cut a bitch if I have to”. That right there for me was a big problem. They both traveled with knives, they both claimed they cut a bitch for me, they both claimed they’d kill me if I left them. So what was I to do? Live the best of both worlds I guess. Venice and I were out one night holding a vibe at a party when Keachia popped up from nowhere. With no questions asked they started wrestling. I tried separating them until they both pulled blades. Now I ain’t no fool to knives as I’ve done some damage myself in the past. One swing at the right angle can open you up like a frog on an experiment table. I walked backward trying to get to a good distance from the two. “Yo, behave unu bombo cloth self eno, unu a try mash up mi career eno”. “Right now man ago lef di two a unu”. Instead of cooling down the fight, it became like an old karate sword show. Dodging and swiping, kicking and fighting. (((Gunshots))). “Put the knives on the ground”, shouted the officer who fired the shots. I tried walking away as if I had nothing to do with it but he called me back and cuffed me too. We were all thrown in the van and taken to the station for questioning. The officer wanted to lock me up for not trying to part the sword fight I had started. But after explaining the situation to him he changed his mind. However, he wanted me to make a decision between the two of them and I chose none. This cost me my four brand new tires and a backlight 🤦♂️. I wanted to break their necks but I had no idea which of the two did it.
After all this, I had sworn to leave them both alone, but the somehow became friends and wanted threesomes; which to me was a pretty sweet deal. The first one was epic but the second ended in a fight. It was clear at that point that it’s never gonna work out. If I chose one I’d have to choose the other. Eventually, I walked away from the drama. It wasn’t an easy task but it was something I just had to do. I was more concerned about my life than I was about heads and pussy. I can get that at any corner store. All that drama had made me realize one thing; never fuck her good if you don’t plan on keeping her. The moment you give a woman good dick is the moment you unleash a demon from hell. And men, please take the time out to make her cum or else she’s gonna come find me 🤤.

What Were Musicians Doing During Lockdown?
Among the most startling changes the outbreak of COVID-19 in Ghana brought, the city-wide lockdowns were among the most dramatic. For most of us in the music space, the government-enforced stay-at-home orders and restrictions on social gatherings meant a temporary loss of income, vital connections, and excess time on our hands.
While being stuck at home took its toll on nearly everyone, it presented a rare opportunity to do things differently, try our hands at new skills, and engage with those we love in exciting, unconventional ways.
We spoke to some of your favourite musicians to find out what they made of their time at home.
Bernard Odai
Cellist at National Symphony Orchestra, Cellist with Musicians without Borders
Every musician fears a time when gigs would not be available. My worst fear was becoming a reality when the president put a ban on social gatherings which saw imminent gigs canceled.
As if that wasn’t enough, the lockdown was instituted and I was to stay home since, by definition, I am not a frontline worker.
I resorted to working online by registering with a website called Fiverr which helps and manages freelancing. I registered as a freelance cellist where I played a lot of pieces composed by people outside our borders. I created my own personal studio in my home with a phone, my laptop, cello, and headset. As ridiculous as it may sound, it worked! Some of these jobs included playing sections of songs to be mastered in studios and the pay was handsome.
I also continued my cello lessons with Dr. Sally Singer who came to Ghana last year for some performances and a masterclass. She gave me exercises that kept me busy throughout the lockdown and it improved my technique as a cello player.
Being a member of the National Symphony Orchestra, we were tasked to practice Beethoven’s symphony no. 5 which is to be performed later this year. This piece was really a challenge for me since the cello has major roles to play in the 2nd and 3rd movements.
For me, the lockdown, contrary to my fears, served as a retreat from daily rounds to make myself better. I can testify that I have improved as a cellist
Moses Torto
Tenor Soloist, Music Youtuber, tenor singer with Harmonious Chorale Ghana
Getting time as a musician to work on your art is one of the most difficult things to do. It takes a high form of work discipline to push some time in one’s busy schedule.
As much as this pandemic is causing a lot of havoc, it has given artists much time to work on themselves.
I used this opportunity to work on my vocal art. I learned more tenor arias to enrich my repertoire. I also started taking some lessons on the piano which I almost gave up on at a point in time.
I started making comedy skits relating to classical music and other relatable topics based on the genre. I went crazy for a minute and turned into King of the Night smacking my cloned self with a slipper.
My most prized possession is the New YouTube Channel I created for my Brand Called Team Tenor which introduces beginners to classical music in a more fun and entertaining way. We never stop learning so that advanced musicians can also watch for fun.
Rita Fafali Nkonu
Music Director and Organist at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Tarkwa Brenuakyinim
Assuming the role of a music director and a keyboardist in my church comes with the responsibility of attending choir rehearsals and playing at Sunday masses and some weekdays. I sometimes get external gigs from church choirs and choral groups to play at church services, weddings, and funerals. I am also a keyboard teacher.
These aspects of my life as a musician integrates with my normal day to day activities and other aspects of life.
However, during the lockdown, all these tasks ceased. Initially worried about the boredom it would bring, I realized it was the best opportunity for me to upgrade myself as a musician. I grabbed that opportunity.
I was able to learn some new chord structures; the use of the blues scale for jazz and hymn variations. This helped me to come up with a contemporary style intro of "Adom ne ahumobro" which was posted on the Triumph Symphony Facebook page. l practiced playing of scales with the right technique to improve my fingering and speed in playing the keyboard. I learned new pieces and revisited those I had learned before. All these were included in an increase in practice time to 3 hours a day. This however made me pay more attention to details of effective performance. I had to practice better posture, exceptional stage performance, and good conducting techniques.
Having more time on my hands helped me transcribe some pieces from the staff to solfa notation to speed up teaching when my choir resumes rehearsals.
It was time to embrace making appearances on social media: thus shooting videos of either myself performing alone or with a group. Some of the pieces included "the trumpet shall sound" by Handel, “Voi che sapete by Mozart”, “Adom ne ahumobro” by Newlove Annan, and some others.
Again, I accompanied our priest to the radio station where we had a mass on-air which was streamed live on Facebook. I employed all the skills I had learned early on while singing and playing the keyboard.
Finally, I worked on my few compositions and composed additional pieces which I hope to premiere before the year ends. I believe I have been refined after having more time to learn my trade.
Samuel Teitey Ninyeh
final year marketing student at the University of Ghana, Legon, Keyboard accompanist at VocalEssence Chorale, sound engineer at Prof Music Production (PMP)
The lockdown journey began basically with online lectures which included submission of lots of assignments. But that did not deter me from engaging in musical activities. I hosted Facebook live sessions where I played some Presbyterian hymns on Sundays.
Aside that, I started rearranging some of our Ghanaian choral songs in classical style. Some of the works I rearranged were Yesu din and Basel mission( both songs by Osei Boateng). I also rearranged James Varrick Armaah's Hosanna which surprisingly trended on Social Media.
I had a collaboration with one of Ghana's finest clarinetists, Daniel Kyei. We performed some pieces together. I recorded some choral songs and Presbyterian hymns with Caleb Nii Sowah Nsakie (a singer and a hornist of The National Symphony Orchestra). All these activities were solely aimed to bless and entertain everyone in the choral music fraternity.
Last but not least, I took a few lessons on sound engineering in order to better my knowledge and skills in that area.
Sebastien Dakey
Keyboard accompanist at Tema Youth Choir
The transition into quarantine season was spontaneous and brought so many uncertainties. For someone like me who is mostly out of the house, the thought of staying in the house indefinitely was frustrating.
Nonetheless, I can’t deny that I had more time on me this time around. What better way to make the most that time than growing my craft. Over the past 15 years, I have played, taught, and on very rare occasions conducted. My choirmaster at church has always encouraged me to go into music composition. The lockdown offered a great opportunity to explore this new area.
Although I could rely on my years of experience as a keyboardist to write my own songs, I decided to be conservativeby arranging popular pieces to test the waters. My first arrangement “Sunsum Cantata” was a huge success. This gave me the confidence to pursue another arrangement, “Onnso Nyame Ye”. This was another success.
The success of these arrangements has proven that I have a potential in the composition space. Even more rewarding were the mistakes I made along the way, which taught me a lot. These humble beginnings will be an invaluable memory I will hold on to some years to come. Should I say the lockdown was good? Well, I guess the whole point is that it is important to make the most of your situation.
In the coming days, I look forward to learning new classical pieces to keep my fingers active.
The government has since eased restrictions on public gatherings and other activities since those early weeks of the outbreak. Gradually life has returned to “normal”, and many of us who were forced to sit at home can now venture out to do the things we love best: make music.
We’d love to know how you fared during the months of nation-wide restrictions, and especially when the major urban areas were under lockdown. How challenging was it? What did you learn? We’d love to hear your inspiring stories!

Who are your OC's, and who is your favorite one?
I’m so sorry this took so long, real life intervened, then once the chores and the family gatherings and the vacation and the meetings and the doctors appointments were done I kinda forgot I hadn’t answered this, so sorry. I didn’t think anyone would actually ask,so thank you so much! This made me so happy! I love talking about my characters, especially the LoE, they’re my favourites! I have OC’s for the MCU, The X-Files, Legends of SuperFlarrow and my original Feral verse but I’m just going to talk about The LoE and the Flyers verse because I love them. Raven and Bones are my favourites, though I love them all (I also have a soft spot for Elsinger for some reason)
Obsidian (or The League of Extraordinaries to some) is a group dedicated to keeping the extraordinary secret. They have a school to help people with abilities control them and keep them under wraps and they have teams of agents who save the world from all kinds of threats that most of the world don’t think exist.
Raven - Thousands of years old, she doesn’t age and she can’t die (trust her she’s tried). A thief for a good chunk of her life she gained her abilities after stealing a figurine from a temple, it roped itself around her neck and won’t come off. She is one of the original founders of the L.o.E. but has been kicked out twice and quit once. Although she is generally rebellious, temperamental, offhand and seemingly careless and fickle, she has iron core and is a excellent leader and strategist. She constantly says she wants to return to her retirement in her little cabin in the middle of nowhere but actually thrives on conflict and loves her team with a passion. She is the oldest of The Flyers, a group of eternals who all have a tattoo of a flying creature that appears on their shoulder after their first death, which gives them their new name. Although they do consider each other siblings they generally avoid each other due to conflicts (especially Raven and Bat). She has been married five times, and has had several adopted children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Her most prized possession is her long black coat which she’s had for over 100 years.
Bones Mc'Flurb (LoE, living skeleton, world War 1 soldier, tactician, card shark, loves to drink, one of Raven’s closest friends)
Justin Tempest (LoE, former Macco, pyrokinetic, expert fighter, hot tempered, Jonas’s younger brother)
Aquial (LoE, Atlantian army, half-Atlantian, engineer, controls water, expert fighter, driven, passionate, Ben’s wife eventually)
Accalia Mcbain (LoE, former special forces, werewolf, down to earth, expert tactician)
Benjamin Turner (LoE, Tech-void, technopath, pilot, chronic worrier, young, Aquial’s husband eventually)
Jonas Tempest (LoE, former Macco, Cryokinesis, driven, focused, subdued, Justin’s older brother)
Penny Nickels (LoE cadet, luckster, controls luck, orphan, Raven’s ward, sweet, perfectionist)
Hestia Tinders (pyrokinetic, vicious, wild, passionate, unpredictable)
Elsinger (LoE, precognition, more like extreme pattern recognition I guess, high up in the LoE ranks, bureaucratic, secretive, higher up, Raven loves to push his buttons, he actually does care but hides it very well)
Mystique (LoE, telepath, telekinetic, Doctor, scientist, brilliant, genius, pragmatic, cares deeply)
Chance/Feral (former LoE, Raven’s clone, dismissive, unpredictable, rebellious, frustrated, young, animal characteristics, in love with Penny)
Bat (Flyer, eternal, former prince, arrogant, ambitious, stops at nothing to achieve his goals, buried Raven alive once)
Robin (Flyer, eternal, medic, pragmatic, can’t be on the same side of the world as Bluebird for long)
Phoenix (Flyer, eternal, slightly unstable, generally fights with the other Flyers)
Hawk (Flyer, eternal, intelligent, caring, generally the peacemaker of the ‘family’)
Crow (Flyer, eternal, thief, intelligent, Raven’s former partner in crime)
Bluebird (Flyer, eternal, flighty, jack of all trades, former nun, can’t be on the same side of the world as Robin for long)
Dragon (Flyer, eternal, old, wise, deceptive, both a mentor and advisory for the others generally at the same time, agender)
Hummingbird (Flyer, eternal, looks like a very young child and resents it)
Falcon (Flyer, eternal, former pirate, scientist, smart, fun, loves his 'siblings’ despite himself sometimes)
NYAM - LoE, not your average machine, connected to the LoE network, artificial intelligence
Michael “Fuzz” Andrews - LoE, precognition, more like extreme pattern recognition I guess, high up in the LoE ranks, secretive, is actually more manipulative than Elsinger, but they don’t think about him like that, cause he’s helpful and responsible for Raven and her new team coming in
Valandra Moon (former LoE, former Macco, controls plant life, has an uncanny knack for being in the right place at the right time, fun loving, unpredictable, powerful, smart, old friend of Raven’s, older than she looks but not eternal)
Melissa Skinner (LoE, legacy, invisible, mischievous, fun loving, flirt, the person you want on your side, spy)
Kathryn Dickinson (LoE, precognition, more like extreme pattern recognition I guess, high up in the LoE ranks, like the guys she’s a expert tactician but she’s much more straight forward than either of them, matronly and stern, she won’t put up with any jackalope antics and while fair her word is law)
Alison Turner (LoE cadet, Tech-void, technopath, pilot, programmer, NYAM’s best friend, Ben’s younger sister, passionate and eager to prove herself)
#long post#asked and answered#mine#oc's#LoE#flyers#yeah that was probably way more info than you wanted#sorry#tanks for asking#my ocs

Long Islanders travel to children’s village in Africa
The team working with Ghanians to build a new home.
Twenty people from Shelter Rock Church—which has three locations across Nassau County—traveled to Ghana in West Africa this summer. For a week, they spent their mornings helping Ghanaian contractors to build a permanent cinder block home for a woman in the Teacher Mante community whose husband died last year. The widow and her seven children had been sleeping on the dirt floor of their one-room mud and stick house.
During the afternoon, the group led a Vacation Bible School in the nearby Village of Hope, bonding with 44 children through games, crafts and other activities.
“By the end of the week, a lot of the children started to make connections with our team,” said trip-goer Jerry O’Sullivan, lead pastor at Shelter Rock’s Syosset campus. “Some of the children opened up about challenges in their past—of having their parents die and not having people looking out for them.”
Thanks to Project Nyame Nsa (PNN), the village has housed orphaned children since July 2016. The Christian nonprofit organization—whose name means “God’s helping hands” in Twi, a popular dialect in Ghana—was founded by Manhasset native Devon Leondis, 25, almost a decade ago.
“The Village of Hope is not a typical orphanage. I don’t even like using that word,” Leondis said. “It’s really a children’s village…Children belong in families, not in institutions.”
Project Nyame Nsa founder Devon Leondis with children from the village
Each apartment in the village includes one mother and eight or nine foster siblings. Leondis hopes that PNN will enable the children to become future leaders and changemakers.
She first envisioned building homes for African orphans as a little girl.
“It was a dream that God put in my heart,” she said.
Instead of accepting gifts for her 16th birthday, Leondis asked guests for donations. She raised enough money to build three fresh water wells. Six months later, she and her father flew to Ghana to see the people whose lives she’d affected.
Leondis met individuals from rural villages outside Accra, the capital city, and heard stories of daily struggles, of parents dying, of orphaned children not going to school.
“Growing up in Manhasset, I wasn’t always so exposed to what is really going on in the world,” she said. “One of the most beautiful things about stepping out of your comfort zone is…that you’ll be challenged to think about the reality of other people’s everyday lives.”
After returning to the U.S., she filed the paperwork to start PNN and began raising money to build the Village of Hope.
Family in Ghana that received a new home
One of the first children who joined the community had been abandoned at birth. A victim of child labor, he’d never received an education. He was a victim of child labor, Leondis said, who lacked a sense of belonging or that he mattered.
But during a church service months later, she recounted, the boy “accepted Jesus as his savior.”
“From that point on, we saw a radical transformation in his heart,” she said. “He now feels so loved and has dreams for his generation in Ghana. He wants to do exactly what we’re doing at Project Nyame Nsa in his own country and part of breaking the orphan cycle.”
In addition to attending a recently opened Montessori school, the village’s children frequently pray and often participate in other biblical activities. Leondis stressed, however, that PNN is not seeking to proselytize.
“We don’t try to convert any of the kids. They totally have free will to accept it or not, but from what we’ve seen, almost all the children coming in are accepting this in their own time when they feel ready,” she said. “But we’ve had children come in from different faiths, and we wouldn’t exclude anyone.”

O’Sullivan, who was Leondis’s youth pastor, highlighted the Christian value of caring for the vulnerable. He believes that the children’s “vibrant” relationship with God has given them optimism and inner strength. (By comparison, behavioral science expert Gleb Tsipursky wrote in Psychology Today that “religion is only one among many ways of developing a personal sense of life meaning and greater sense of personal agency.”)
O’Sullivan noted that the children still retain their language and customs.
“They are thriving because of the Ghanian culture that’s infused in Project Nyame Nsa. For example, the older boys love to play the drums to the point where they lead drums for the church services,” he said. “I don’t want these kids to think, ‘If you live in America, you’re blessed; if you live here, you’re not.’”
Angelle Kwemo, who founded an initiative that seeks to empower young Africans, believes that “foreign assistance has, at times, developed a culture of dependency in Africa,” she wrote in an article for The Brookings Institution.
“You don’t need American volunteers to run this project,” Leondis said. “It’s fully sustainable with all local leadership.”
Pastor Jerry OSullivan and his daughter Lydia, a senior at Northshore High School
But to provide “a little extra love and encouragement,” O’Sullivan said, the 20-person group stayed in the Village of Hope from July 26 to Aug. 3.
Rich Cutler, who owns Mim’s Restaurant in Roslyn Heights, described the trip as “transformational” because of the relationships that he, his wife and their 14-year-old daughter forged. It’d been his daughter’s idea to go.
Cutler recalled an especially meaningful moment.
“The children were individually praying for us, out loud…in their own words. They were praying for the people on our team,” he said. “All of us were crying at the end.”
Next July, PNN plans to open a village in Zambia; Leondis aims to help raise children across the entire African continent, “if not the world,” she added. Building a children’s village in every nation of the world would be impossible, she admitted, but her goal is to encourage others to shift the paradigm of orphan care.
Leondis advised children with aspirations like hers to remember that “big dreams don’t happen overnight.”
Similarly, O’Sullivan called on young people in particular to assist individuals of different backgrounds.
“When we serve each other,” he said, “it helps break down some of the barriers and walls that we tend to erect.”
Twenty Long Islanders recently traveled to a children's village in Ghana founded by Project Nyame Nsa (PNN), an organization that rethinks what orphan care should look like in Africa. Long Island Weekly's Rudy Malcom speaks with the young founder of PNN and the trip-goers who spent their mornings building homes and afternoons leading activities for the children of the Village of Hope. SABBATH
Most people, when asked about when Sabbath became a sacred day, will bring up the Law of Moses and cite the verses that say not to work and whatnot. Let’s consider the origin a little more fully. If we look at the Law, what do we see?
“Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor, and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the LORD your God. On it you shall not do any work, you, or your son, or your daughter, your male servant, or your female servant, or your livestock, or the sojourner who is within your gates. For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested on the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.”
— Exodus 20:8-11
First, the directive is issued point blank, in-your-face, can’t get it wrong, right?
“Remember the Sabbath to keep it holy.” (observe the same practice that YHWH observed [rest] on the seventh day, and keep it separate as a mark of completion).
Let’s break it down
This is the part of the story when YHWH gave the oral law to Yasharael after He brought them out of Mitsraim Egypt. Expanding our view of the context of the Sabbath Law, we can see how important it is to YHWH.
Exo 20:1 And God H430 spake H1696 (H853) all H3605 these H428 words, H1697 saying, H559 Exo 20:2 I H595 am the LORD H3068 thy God, H430 which H834 have brought thee out H3318 of the land H4480 H776 of Egypt, H4714 out of the house H4480 H1004 of bondage. H5650 Exo 20:3 Thou shalt have H1961 no H3808 other H312 gods H430 before H5921 H6440 me. Exo 20:4 Thou shalt not H3808 make H6213 unto thee any graven image, H6459 or any H3605 likeness H8544 of anything that H834 is in heaven H8064 above, H4480 H4605 or that H834 is in the earth H776 beneath, H4480 H8478 or that H834 is in the water H4325 under H4480 H8478 the earth: H776 Exo 20:5 Thou shalt not H3808 bow down thyself H7812 to them, nor H3808 serve H5647 them: for H3588 IH595 the LORD H3068 thy God H430 am a jealous H7067 God, H410 visiting H6485 the iniquity H5771 of the fathers H1 upon H5921 the children H1121 unto H5921 the third H8029 and fourth H7256 generation of them that hate H8130 me; Exo 20:6 And shewing H6213 mercy H2617 unto thousands H505 of them that love H157 me, and keep H8104 my commandments. H4687 Exo 20:7 Thou shalt not H3808 take H5375 (H853) the name H8034 of the LORD H3068 thy God H430 in vain; H7723 for H3588 the LORD H3068 will not H3808 hold him guiltless H5352 (H853) that H834 taketh H5375 (H853) his name H8034 in vain. H7723 Exo 20:8 Remember H2142 the (H853) sabbath H7676 day, H3117 to keep it holy. H6942 Exo 20:9 Six H8337 days H3117 shalt thou labor, H5647 and do H6213 all H3605 thy work: H4399 Exo 20:10 But the seventh H7637 day H3117 is the sabbath H7676 of the LORD H3068 thy God: H430 in it thou shalt not H3808 do H6213 any H3605 work, H4399 thou, H859 nor thy son, H1121 nor thy daughter, H1323 thy manservant, H5650 nor thy maidservant, H519 nor thy cattle, H929 nor thy stranger H1616 that H834 is within thy gates: H8179 Exo 20:11 For H3588 in six H8337 days H3117 the LORD H3068 made H6213 (H853) heaven H8064 and earth, H776 (H853) the sea, H3220 and all H3605 that H834 in them is, and rested H5117 the seventh H7637 day: H3117 wherefore H5921 H3651 the LORD H3068 blessed H1288 the(H853) sabbath H7676 day, H3117 and hallowed H6942 it. Exo 20:12 Honour H3513 (H853) thy fatherH1 and thy mother: H517 that H4616 thy days H3117 may be long H748 upon H5921 the land H127 which H834 the LORD H3068 thy God H430 giveth H5414 thee. Exo 20:13 Thou shalt not H3808 kill. H7523 Exo 20:14 Thou shalt not H3808 commit adultery. H5003 Exo 20:15 Thou shalt not H3808 steal. H1589 Exo 20:16 Thou shalt not H3808 bear H6030 false H8267 witness H5707 against thy neighbor. H7453 Exo 20:17 Thou shalt not H3808 covet H2530 thy neighbour’s H7453 house, H1004 thou shalt not H3808 covet H2530 thy neighbor’s H7453 wife, H802 nor his manservant, H5650 nor his maidservant, H519 nor his ox, H7794 nor his ass, H2543 nor anything H3605 that H834 is thy neighbor’s. H7453 Exo 20:18 And all H3605 the people H5971 saw H7200 (H853) the thunderings, H6963 and the lightnings, H3940 and the noise H6963 of the trumpet, H7782 and the mountain H2022 smoking: H6226 and when the people H5971 saw H7200 it, they removed, H5128 and stood H5975 afar off. H4480 H7350 Exo 20:19 And they said H559 unto H413 Moses, H4872 Speak H1696 thou H859 with H5973 us, and we will hear: H8085 but let not H408 God H430 speak H1696 with H5973 us, lest H6435 we die. H4191 Exo 20:20 And Moses H4872 said H559 unto H413 the people, H5971 Fear H3372 not: H408 for H3588 God H430 is come H935 to H5668 prove H5254 you, and that H5668 his fear H3374 may be H1961 before H5921 your faces, H6440 that ye sin H2398 not. H1115 Exo 20:21 And the people H5971 stood H5975 afar off, H4480 H7350 and Moses H4872 drew near H5066 unto H413 the thick darkness H6205 where H834 H8033 God H430 was.
Here we can see that YHWH identifies Himself, then says not to worship anything else. Immediately following, He says not to call yourself His if you are not going to obey Him. “Do not take the name in vain” is a small-minded translation. It literally says, “Do not honor his renown in deceit.”
As soon as He establishes his identity with the people, YHWH tells them to “remember the Sabbath and keep it holy.”
This should be a huge alarm bell for the reader. Unfortunately, we miss the implications because of the way it is identified by verse numbers, and the translations lead you into apathy.
He is still identifying himself in the remembrance of the Sabbath. How do we miss it?
First of all, most of us take for granted that the Elohim speaking to Moses is the same Elohim of the rest of the Torah. So, it is easy to breeze past His self-identifiers without a second thought. However, we miss some of the real meat of the text. YHWH identifies the Sabbath as his seal or mark of ownership on his creation, as well as on His people.
If you think of a mark of ownership, what is it? Let’s look at some content to gain a contextual perspective:
You can see that in context, the words mean the same thing as was intended in the testimony. “Ownership, approval, completion.”
On the royal seal, you can see that animals and house sigils define the borders of the ownership, and the animals indicate the powerhouses. The inscriptions reads in Latin, “God is my right,” and, “Shame to who thinks badly of it.” (Honi soit qui mal y pense). Even the royal seal follows the same protocol as set forth by YHWH in the Law.
This is who I am, respect it, and this is my region.
If I were a commander of a combat squad and a new recruit just joined the ranks, I would approach him and say something like, “I’m your commander, don’t mess with me or mine. This is my squad.” Then I would lay down basic practices of the squad’s accepted behavior. It’s the same principle.
So the identifier that YHWH gives is indicating that He has the authority to deliver this Law because He is the one that created the heavens and the earth, referring back to the beginning of the narrative:
Genesis 2:2
On the seventh day, God finished the work; so on the seventh day, he rested from all his work.
Genesis 2:3
And God blessed the seventh day, and called it holy, because he had finished the work.
By citing the seventh day, YHWH demonstrates that the heavens and the earth are His, and his craftsmanship is sealed by the seventh day, wherein He designated it all as complete, approved, and owned.
In delivering the Law to Moses in this way, he places the seventh day in advance of interpersonal Law, which indicates that none of the rest of the law has personal merit without first recognizing his authority. The Sabbath day of rest is the foundation of a relationship with Him. It is more important than murder, fornication, etc. Because, without recognizing His seal of ownership, you can not be part of His kingdom, and thus the rest of the Law is pointless to you.
Let’s look at the self-identifier that YHWH gave Moses in this part of Exodus, and try to see it as a seal of ownership.
I Am (YHWH ALHYM), there are no others, respect it, and shame to whoever denies it.
I Made it (His region is everything heavens and earth)
I approved it (The Sabbath)
This is the seal of ownership.
Now, it is easy to see why YHWH put the seventh day rest command where He did. If He had put it after the other directives regarding social conduct, it would not have been part of His seal. If the Sabbath was just another social parameter for Yasharael, He would have put it among the social directives. Can you understand this? Sabbath is part of His seal of ownership, His mark on His people.
SUNDAY IS THE NEW SABBATH (???)
First of all, let me be blunt in this message. Neither YHWH, His Son, nor His people ever decided to convert the first day of the week into the official sabbath. Please get that lodged firmly into your brain housing group.
Okay, so who did it and why?
Let’s look at some key data points of the origin of first-day worship, and walk through some of the histories of how it got worked into modern false-believer religious organizations, and then picked up by the ignorant masses who had no idea what was going on.
Here are some data points: verify and quantify them to see if what they say is true.
THE ORIGIN OF SUN WORSHIP. Sun worship originated in Babylon with the Bible character known as Nimrod setting himself up as a “mighty one” in the earth by subjugating the population of that time to his authority and control (Genesis 10:8-12). … “Sun worship was the earliest idolatry .”

The ancient Egyptian god of creation, Amun is also believed to reside inside the sun. So is the Akan creator deity, Nyame and the Dogon deity of creation, Nommo. Also in Egypt, there was a religion that worshipped the sun directly, and was among the first monotheistic religions: Atenism.

During the later periods of Roman history, sun worship gained in importance and ultimately led to what has been called a “solar monotheism.” Nearly all the gods of the period were possessed of solar qualities, and both Christ and Mithra acquired the traits of solar deities.

It goes on and on across every civilization, back to the beginning of religion. Some of my readers may not understand how to perceive the historical record in a biblical way so I will offer here a short and concise perspective to help you sum it all together.
Adam fell from the Garden, and the Melchizedek priesthood was formed. Noah was the 8th in the line of Melchizadeks. 2 Peter 2:5, Noah is the 8th preacher of righteousness.
After the flood, a systematic reinterpretation of society took place and was empowered, ruled, and solidified under Nimrod. This epic event was recorded specifically by the pre-Hindu Vedic priests in what we now call India. It is also recorded minutely in the Torah. More info can be found in the texts that most people call extra-biblical. The Nimrodian empire converted the Vedic (worshipping the supreme creator) teachings to Hindu pantheism under the Brahmin priesthood, resulting in the split of India into a North and South division. The Nimrodian corruption then moved West and into the land occupied by the descendants of Ham that stole part of Shem’s territory allotment (Sumer/Akkad/Hittite) establishing the capital of satanism which would eventually be called Babylon. This empire also eventually made its impact in Israel when the Pharisees took control of the Temple of Yerusalem by force and subterfuge.
It can reasonably be stated that all emperors who rose up through warfare and served false gods were part of the same corrupt empire system. They served the same fallen angels, corrupted faith and priesthoods, and coerced the people to serve the fallen angels under the pretext that it was serving the Most High YHWH. For example, Constantine, Alexander the Great, Rome, The Vatican…
“We hold upon this earth the place of God Almighty.”Pope Leo XIII, Praeclara Gratulationis Publicae (The Reunion of Christendom), June 20, 1894
There were many great kingdoms of Japheth and Shem’s descendants, but they also tended to fall into the same corruption, whether they started under YHWH or not.
The Sun Day worship system is key and crucial to satanism (serving the false Elohim, the fallen angels) and has been imparted to modern day believers in YHWH as if it had biblical merit. This is only possible because of lies and ignorance.
How has this been presented to us this day? Let’s check it out.
According to http://catholicstraightanswers.com/how-should-we-keep-the-sabbath-holy/, the Sun Day sabbath is valid because Jesus resurrected on Sunday, and God began creating the heavens and earth on a Sunday.
“For Christians, the “Sabbath” rest was transferred to the first day of the week– Sunday, the day our Lord Jesus Christ rose from the dead. For us, Sunday marks the day of the new creation, when Christ conquered sin, darkness, and death. Sunday marks the day of the new covenant when Christ, the High Priest who had offered Himself as the Unblemished Passover Lamb of Sacrifice on the altar of the cross, gave the promise of everlasting life. Therefore, Sunday is the fulfillment of the Sabbath of the Old Testament. St. Justin Martyr (d. 165) wrote, “Sunday, indeed, is the day on which we hold our common assembly because it is the first day on which God, transforming the darkness and matter, created the world; and our Savior, Jesus Christ, arose from the dead on the same day.””
Let’s think about this statement. A perusal of it gives you a great warm feeling and makes you think that the reasoning is great, does it not? Well, let’s consider the source. First, it is from the Papal authority, which means that a man who sits on a throne and calls himself the LORD GOD VICAR (pope) has determined that Sunday is the new Sabbath. Secondly, a known denier of truth (Martyr) has corroborated the argument with more blatantly misdirecting argumentation. This kind of argument completely betrays the foundation of the mark of ownership as proved by YHWH in the Torah. At what point in the narrative did YHWH or any of His people ever declare that Sunday is a valid Sabbath day of worship? Well, never. Consider this:
“The Church made a sacred day of Sunday…largely because it was the weekly festival of the sun; for it was a definite Christian policy to take over the pagan festivals endeared to the people by tradition, and to give them a Christian significance.” Arthur Weigall, The Paganism in Our Christianity (New York: Putnam’s Sons, 1928): pg 145
In the Vatican’s official record of decrees, Sunday worship as replacing the seventh day Sabbath is a MARK OF THEIR AUTHORITY. http://www.vatican.va/archive/ENG0015/__P7O.HTM
I’m going to drop some truth bombs here and then explain why this happened.
“But you may read the Bible from Genesis to Revelation, and you will not find a single line authorizing the sanctification of Sunday. The Scriptures enforce the religious observance of Saturday, a day which we never sanctify.” – Cardinal James Gibbons The Faith of Our Fathers (Ayers Publishing, 1978): pg 108
Q. Which is the Sabbath day? A. Saturday is the Sabbath day. Q. Why Do we observe Sunday instead of Saturday? A. We observe Sunday instead of Saturday because the Catholic Church transferred the solemnity from Saturday to Sunday.
The Convert’s Catechism of Catholic Doctrine (1957): pg 50
“Question: Have you any other way of proving the Church has power to institute festivals of precept?
Answer: Had she not such power, she could not have done that in which all modern religionists agree with her, she could not have substituted the observance of Sunday the 1st day of the week, for the observance of Saturday the 7th day, a change for which there is no Scriptural authority.” As quoted in God’s Answers to Your Questions (Review and Herald Publishing, 1989): pg 50
“The [catholic] Church is above the Bible, and this transference of the Sabbath observance is proof of that fact.” Catholic Record (September 1, 1923)
“Practically everything Protestants regard as essential or important they have received from the Catholic Church… The Protestant mind does not seem to realize that in accepting the Bible and observing the Sunday, in keeping Christmas and Easter, they are accepting the authority of the spokesman for the church, the Pope.” Our Sunday Visitor (February 5, 1950)
“Thus the observance of Sunday by the Protestants is a homage they pay, in spite of themselves, to the authority of the (Catholic) Church.” Louis Gaston Segur, Plain Talk about the Protestantism of To-Day (London: Thomas Richardson and Son, 1874): pg 213
“It was the holy Catholic Church that changed the day of rest from Saturday to Sunday, the 1st day of the week. And it not only compelled all to keep Sunday, but at the Council of Laodicea, AD 364, anathematized those who kept the Sabbath and urged all persons to labor on the 7th day under penalty of anathema.” Catholic Priest T. Enright, CSSR, Kansas City, MO
“I have repeatedly offered $1000 to any one who can furnish any proof from the Bible that Sunday is the day we are bound to keep…The Bible says, “Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy,” but the Catholic Church says, “No, keep the first day of the week,” and the whole world bows in obedience.” Catholic Priest T. Enright, CSSR, lecture at Hartford, KS, Feb 18, 1884
“Of course the Catholic Church claims that the change was her act…And the act is a MARK of her ecclesiastical power and authority in religious matters.”
Letter from C.F. Thomas, Chancellor of Cardinal Gibbons on October 28, 1895
The Pope sits on the Ecclesiastical throne of Nimrod, representing the Sun god. Under this authority, nearly every person in the world who has tried to believe in YHWH has been corrupted into lawlessness and will not partake in the Kingdom of Yah. I refer you back to Exodus, “Exo 20:3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Exo 20:4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: Exo 20:5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; Exo 20:6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments. Exo 20:7 Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.”
It is stated emphatically and clearly that one way to “take his name in vain” is to NOT keep the Sabbath on the seventh day, as a remembrance of His mark of ownership, since he created it all, and approved it on the seventh day.
So, it can be said that transferring Sabbath to the first day, which is named after the sun in honor of the fallen angels, under the authority of a man claiming the ecclesiastical authority of Nimrod and claiming that he is above the Torah (The Law of YHWH) is a direct and blasphemous attack on the primacy and authority of the creator Himself. Anyone who engages in Sun Day Sabbath is partaking at the table of demons, and is taking the name in vain. Ask yourself this question: Will I be accepted into the eternal kingdom of righteousness (Lawfulness) if I blaspheme the name of the King, and blaspheme His Law? I’m not judging you, I don’t have to. We have all been judged by the same Law. Determine the truth of it for yourself.
So, why is the first day so important to the satanic kingdom? It all starts in Genesis 1:1. Let me try to explain.
Genesis 1:1 as presented: In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.
This sounds like a great translation, right? It’s the one we all know by heart, and we know all the implied doctrine contained in it. However, this phrasing lacks the potency of what was originally written, and in the English, it does not inform us of very much at all.
Genesis 1:1 (better version): At this point (fulfillment), ALHYM fashioned (brought fullness to) the heavens ON the earth.
This is much more informative and helps explain some of the undercurrent of the narrative in the rest of the Tanach. Consider every mention of the world that was before Adam in ancient texts, they all include in their cosmology a central great Mountain that represented Heaven and the Star ruled from it. This is Genesis 1:1, where THE ELOHIM created heaven on earth.
This may seem a little confusing to you, but it is because your entire conceptualization of the first two chapters of Genesis is based primarily on the evolutionary theory that you have to combat your own predilections to see more clearly what is being stated. Most people explain it thus: God made the heavens and the earth from nothing, and there was nothing before this, and then God started bringing more definition into the heavens and earth over the successive verses.
Does this not speak of evolution? Is it not possible that the text was not written for people who understood the modern concept of evolution? Let’s try to understand it as it stands on its own.
God made the heavens on the earth. (a perusal of the actual Greek and Hebrew will reveal that the word is ON and not AND).
This statement emphatically states that God made the heavens on the earth. Boom, done. No more explanation needed. If the rest of the narrative hangs on this moment, then this is extremely important to understand. If we continue through the narrative and try to apply evolutionary theory to it, we will yet again arrive at unsupported conclusions that are not actually in the text. It follows then, that the next section will explain what happened AFTER God made the heavens on the earth. Does this not make sense?
Genesis 1:2 as presented: And the earth was formless and void.
Easy verse, we all know it. Makes sense, right? If God made the heavens and the earth, then the obvious result would be chaos, from which order was formed, right? Are we all satanic mystics that we eagerly believe that order comes from chaos? Try exploring that concept and see where it came from. It’s the same delusion that applies to Sabbath Sunday, and it relates to the same origin of satanism. Let’s keep exploring.
Genesis 1:2 (better rendition): The earth became desolate and without life.
There we go, now we have a narrative that makes sense. The second statement follows the first statement chronologically and does not require modern science-babble to explain.
God made the heavens on the earth and then it became desolate and without life.
This is key to understand why the satanists want to promote Sun worship. I know you can’t see it yet, so let’s keep moving.
The words in Hebrew that were translated into formless and void are Tohu and Bohu. These same words are presented in accord in Isaiah 45:18 where it states that God did not create the heavens and the earth desolate and without life. If we want to believe that God created the heavens and the earth, and the next step was to secure order out of chaos, then we have to throw out the entire writings of Isaiah, since he just stated that is not how it happened. I am fully aware that your translation probably reads something like: For God did not bara the heavens and the earth to be toho w’bohu. I highly suggest crossing out the to be indicators.
If YHWH did not bara tohu w’bohu – create desolation and without life, then what happened to cause tohu and bohu to happen in Genesis 1:2?
You can see that the text does not say nor does it imply that God created tohu and bohu. It states simply that it came to be. Wrap your mind around this and let’s discover why the satanists love this part so much.
The next phrase states something that is somewhat enigmatic in the English, and makes no apparent sense to identify what it means.
“And the spirit of God moved upon the surface of the deep.”
It literally says that God’s life-giving ruach (spirit, breath, wind) was ABOVE the surface of the waters. Did God then create the heavens and the earth and not engage with it? Was He instantly separated from His creation? It seems odd to think that way, yet it is the only explanation that can be gleaned from this modern translation/perspective. We are conditioned to think that it says that God created the heavens and the earth, which were chaotic and lifeless, and God was withdrawn from it. Naturally, through the process of evolving order from chaos, the rest of creation unfolds in a very naturalistic and evolutionary way. I submit to you that this is incorrect in so many ways.
First of all, the next part is when God makes light be, without star or moon to cause it. After He divides the night from the day, darkness from light, He calls it the first day.
How then can we have a day/night cycle as a time marker without sun, moon, stars which were created in day 4?
This does not fit the evolutionary narrative and seems to leave a lot of room for confusion. God is not the author of confusion, so we have to look at the whole narrative to see why it is this way.
Here is a brief overview to get you started since this piece is getting a bit lengthy. It is your responsibility to examine the text and see if you have the truth in mind or some fantasy of ignorance.
The antagonist of the Garden in Eden who used subterfuge to deceive Havah (Eve) is called the nacas or nachash in Genesis; the Day Star, Son of Dawn, in Isaiah 14:12 and referred to as a cherub and a satan and a dragon throughout the entire narrative. In the beginning of This story that is being recorded here in Genesis and explained throughout the rest of the texts, it is telling us the beginning of our troubles.
In the apex, Elohim established heaven on earth, and the earth became darkness, desolate and lifeless. At this point, the Day Star was cast from the Mountain of Yah (heaven’s representative place) on the earth, since his heart had been filled with violence and he brought chaos and death to the land that he was supposed to rule in righteousness as a representative of Yahua. After this, Elohim reinstated light, and separated the light of truth from the darkness of the fallen/deposed Day Star. After this, He fixed the desolated landscape, returned life to it, and established sigils and markers to let His people know what is happening, where they are, and what to expect. He specifically sanctified the seventh day to indicate that it is exactly how He wants it, and anyone who challenges that claim is referring back to tohu and bohu, claiming that He created order from chaos. This challenge indicates that God only reworked what the Day Star had corrupted, bringing chaos and corruption into the foundation of creation. However erroneous this claim may be, it is the idea that supports Sun worship. They willingly offer themselves to the Day Star of Darkness who brings desolation. They willingly forfeit their inheritance from the creator who deposed the Day Star and offers eternal life through His Son.
There is a distinct and paramount difference between the seventh day and Sunday. First of all, the names of the week are satanic inventions derived to give honor to fallen angels. In Yah’s record, the days are numbered and not named. Let me show you the difference.
seventh day:
Mark of completion, ownership and approval. Designated by YHWH as His mark and seal as creator of the heavens and the earth. Not named after a fallen angel/false deity. Part of a system of measuring to identify how to live according to His will. A significant part of the sacrifice of the Lamb and the resurrection. A day for His people to rest and bask in the light of His glory, in respect for His work and authority.
Sunday:
Satanic mark of the Day Star, named after him. Indicates that chaos came first in satanic cosmology. A burden on the people to worship the Darkness of the Day Star. Used legally to punish those who observe the seventh day. Used as a mark and seal of authority by all satanic rulers. A day in direct opposition to the Sabbath established by YHWH.
So, we read comfortable explanations to ease us into the worship of the Day Star. They sound legit and we can’t see any reason to argue with it. Doesn’t everyone know that we live in a NEW covenant? Doesn’t everyone know that Jesus rose again on Sunday? It seems to work out so we blindly follow and lead our children into darkness.
Is it a NEW covenant? No, check out the word used for new in the text regarding the covenant. It is RENEWED. The same way that YHWH renewed the covenant with Noah, with Abraham, and with Moses, He renewed the covenant through His Son. Only Adam received a NEW covenant. God does not change, He definitely does not tell mankind to follow a certain path for thousands of years and then send His Word in the flesh to tell us to ignore everything that was previously spoken.
Did Jesus raise from the dead on Sunday? Well, no. Read the text. By the first day of the week, he was already out of the tomb. He rose again on Sabbath, bringing FULFILLMENT and REST. See the narrative there?
It is easy to find scholarly arguments and ecclesiastical authority figures to quote to argue with what I am saying. The world is filled with endless explanations of eloquent arguments that are designed to lead you into darkness. They even completely changed the words in several new testament translations, making them say “first day of the week” where it actually says the seventh (sabbath). It is your responsibility to either accept or reject His Law. If you reject even one part of it, you cannot enter His Kingdom.
“Many will say unto me on that day, ‘Lord Lord, have we not done many wonderful works in your name?’ I will say unto them, ‘I never knew you, depart from me, you who work lawlessness.'” – Yahushua HaMashiach (whom you call Jesus).
Righteousness is Lawfulness is Torah is the directives (instructions) of YHWH our ALHYM. Can an unrighteous man enter the kingdom of righteousness? Answer that for yourself.
The same Day Star that was kicked from the Mountain of Yah is the same satan that oppresses and deceives the world. If you worship on his day of worship, how can you claim to be of the Light?
For we are not of the darkness, but of the light.
“all ye are sons of light, and sons of day; we are not of night, nor of darkness, … …4 But you, brothers, are not in the darkness so that this day should overtake you …” I Thes 5
The fable they sell you in sunday school is that we have an invisible devil enemy who cannot really be traced. This is part of the same deception. His story rolls along right beside the children of Adam. His mark is all over history, and it is easy to identify. The Nimrodian system, which is called Babylon, is the counterfeit to the Melchizedek order. Just as there have always been few righteous in the past, there are few righteous now. Since our great High Priest the Messiah is of the order of Melchizedek, if we really believe and follow Him, we are also of the order of Melchizedek. There are not many religions, only one satanic religion. In opposition to this world order is the Yahudim, the people of Yah, who are designated as sons of Elohim, children of righteousness, who follow His Law, and do not partake of the satanic system. It’s high time to separate from the darkness and move into His glorious Light.
Look it up, search it out, ask Him, read the word. The narrative speaks for itself, and cannot be argued with no matter how many church fathers or doctrines or arguments you throw at it. So you have grace? Shall you continue in disobedience and lawlessness that grace may abound? I think not. What are you going to do with the grace that is given? Every person who ever believed in YHWH also obeyed Him and His Law. Are you willing to take a plunge into the living waters and shake off the yoke of the Day Star and put on the light burden of His Law?
Five waited with oil in their lamps, prepared according to His schedule. Five others waited out of sync with the calendar of Yah, they ran out of oil and missed the boat. Which group are you in?
Bless and be blessed, Marsh

10 Interesting African Tribal Tattoos
Africans have had cultural tattoos since time immemorial.
Tattoos in Africa are not merely for aesthetic purposes but also for substantive purposes.
Tattoos have been used as a form of communication. Some of the important messages conveyed through tattoos include personal identity, status identity, and relationship identity.
The ancient Egyptians in the North and the Ashantis in the West are some of the communities that had elaborate symbols and tattoos with deeper cultural meaning.
Swahilis in the East were also great in tattoo symbolizations.
The following are the ten interesting African tribal tattoos and their meanings which will help you have a better understanding of various cultures within Africa.
10. Godliness
Africans are inherently religious. Religion is deeply etched in African culture and permeates all facets of life. God is considered the ultimate supreme being adored and worshipped in African Traditional Religion (ATR).
Gye Nyame – Except for God
God! Who are you? Well, “I am who I am” so says one of the ancient manifestations. Everyone has own manifestation of this life form. Except for God, we know not. That is the essence of Gye Nyame – God’s supremacy. God’s exceptionalism.
The Gye Nyame is used by the Songhoi cultural tradition to give reverence to the almighty God of the Songhoi people.

9. Life and Eternity
Every society values life. African society is not any different. Yet, the way by which African society views life makes it unique. Unlike some other societies, African Traditional Religion considers the living life as just one stage in an eternity that is only limited by one’s memory. The unborn are considered as part of life. The dead are considered as part of life. Those that the memory could no longer hold (ancestors) are considered part of life – the eternity. In African Traditional Religion, eternity is not for the chosen but for every soul.
Ankh Cross
Who would be there without life? Would eternity exist without it? Eternity is nothing but a life form at its purest apex of actualization.
Ankh is a symbol of eternity by the ancient black Africans that occupied Egypt under their Pharaoh. The black Africans of Egypt used to mummify their dead and buried their Kings (Pharaohs) with all that they needed for life in anticipation that they would require them in their ‘afterlife’.

8. Fertility and longevity
Fertility is the surest path to the continuity of the human race. It is the life force that ensures that this world – a mental construct of our own imaginations, exists. It is the alpha of life.
Kobe (Torturtle)
No hurry in Africa! Who knows the importance of taking time to live longer better than a tortoise? Well, a tortoise can live as twice as a human being. It is normal for a tortoise to clock a century of life, while it is normal to clock just slightly above half of that.
Kobe is a Swahili word for tortoise. A tortoise is known for being patient, calm, and graceful. They are also known to hatch most of their eggs. This makes them the best African symbol for fertility and longevity. Furthermore, they represent qualities of persistence, taking time to calmly live in the moment without rushing over, and making every step consciously count in life.
Some African societies believe that the universe formed from the shell of a tortoise, thus, the tortoise is a life giver. Like native Americans, Africans too have a special place for turtles.
“Mwenda pole hajikwai” is a Swahili proverb that means “he who goes cautiously slow never injures himself”. It is a proverb that derives its origins from the tortoise’ character.

7. Love and Friendship
Without love, there is hardly any society. Various societies have their unique way and symbol of expressing love. Some are overtly expressive while some are covertly intimate. Africans too, though not overtly expressive, have a subtle intimate way of expressing love.
Odo nyera fie kwam – the power of love
Love conquers them all. There is neither mighty nor the weak before it, simply victims and benefactors. What is important is to cherish every moment that it turns you a favor.

6. War and Tragedy
Every society has its moment of war and a moment of tragedy. No society has ever escaped this.
Mbiu Ya Mgambo / Akobon /Vuvuzela (the horn’s siren)
Life force flows like mighty waves. There are peaks and troughs. War and tragedy are the troughs of the life force. They are inevitable just as without them there is no wave. From the peaks of joy, it is inevitable that there will be a descent to the trough of sorrow. Like hills and valleys – so are joys and sorrows – a perfect landscape.
In African tradition, the sound of a horn (Mbiu Ya Mgambo) used to symbolize that something unusual has happened. The special horn used to be blown by the chief to summon people to a meeting point to receive instructions on the next course of action. This brought in the proverb “mbiu ya mgambo ikilia jua kuna jambo”, translated as “whenever the horn bellows, know that something not ordinary has happened”.

5. Foresight, Perspective, Elegance, and Excellence
Being able to see far, having the right multidimensional insight, and being elegant enough not to be too proud nor too diminutive is what calls for a life with assured moves.
Twiga (Giraffe)
Twiga is a Swahili name for Giraffe. The giraffe is a popular animal in Africa’s Savanna. It is the tallest of them all and makes long slow strides. Its head is often high above twigs and shrub canopies.
Africans attach significant meaning to it and encourages their leaders to be like giraffes – see far, make gradual assured steps, not being proud, not being aggressive, but when confronted or challenged, use the violent swing of the horned head to hit the enemy hard or the long powerful hind legs to crack his skull. Yes, do not attack, but put attackers to their rightful place. Ultimately, raise your head above the crowd.
Twiga Tattoo
4. Resourcefulness and Abundance
Resourcefulness is about being able to serve. Abundance comes from endless serving.
Aya (fern)
A fern (aya, in the Adinkra community) has unique symbolization in various African traditions. In some African societies, it is regarded as a ‘survivor’ plan due to its ability to survive in swamps, on tree trunks and some environments where common vegetations would hardly survive.
Yet, the fern provides resources for shelter – for antelopes and hares to hide; for birds to find materials for their nest; and for humans to use in thatching their houses.
Being called upon to be like Aya is to be called upon to be an enduring resource despite challenges and hardships.

3. Unity and Commitment
With the understanding of our own individuality and diversity comes unity of purpose. The unity of purpose begets devotion and commitment.
Funtunfunefu Denkyemfunefu (Siamese Crocodiles)
According to the Adinkra people, Siamese crocodiles may appear to be at cross-purposes as they face different directions but live together in harmony and unity.
Thus, unity does not necessarily mean sameness. Individual identity and uniqueness must not be sacrificed for the same of sameness.

2. Beauty and Femininity
Beauty and femininity are treasured by every society. Africans also treasure the worth of women as the beauty of life, the nurture of life and the caregiver of the family.
Duafe (Kichana, the comb)
All over the world, a woman’s hair is the most powerful symbol of femininity as the woman’s hair is uniquely endowed compared to that of men. In Africa, there so many styles of plaiting and cutting hair just to accentuate the woman’s beauty.
The comb is referred to as Duafe (in the Ashanti community), or Kichana (Swahili community). The comb is often associated with women hair as traditional men rarely used to comb their hair.
Thus, the comb is the symbol of a woman’s beauty and femininity. The comb has a deeper meaning in the sense of “caring, nurturing, and tending” for no one does this better than a woman.

1. Power and Protection
With strength and vitality comes to power. The power to achieve and protect is the supremacy of existence.
Ngwena – the menacing crocodile
Ngwena is a Bantu/Swahili word for crocodile. When you step into crocodile infested water, you will be lucky to swim through. While crocodiles are relatively weak on shore, they are extremely ferocious offshore. Their powerful jaws can easily dismember your limbs.
They are known to be mischievous schemers who would appear calm and move gracefully only to disguise their true nature and pounce on their prey once within reach.
In politics, they say power is never given but grabbed. Maybe that’s why politicians seem to ‘shed crocodile tears’ when they mean to deceive people by preying their emotions till they get power from them. Once in power, guns and bombs are ever closer to them.
Well, none other than “samba” Mugabe of Zimbabwe knows what his loyal lieutenant nicknamed “Ngwena” did to him.

Parting words
Traditional Africa was rich in symbolism as there was no written alphabet. Thus, drawings, carvings, and tattoos used to be stores of memory. It was the way knowledge and tradition could easily be transmitted from generation to generation.
Art in Africa is not just art for art’s sake but it does have both form and substance.

Today's honey 🍯 Title: Akokyem Nyame (Symphony of Love Series) Date: 08/01/17 💐🎼🎼🎼🎼🎼🎼🎼🎼💐 Ever felt alone, ever felt broken, ever felt forsaken? In our walk with God, there are bound to be times when we feel deserted. Yet He says otherwise: “When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.” - Isa 43:2 “Akokyem Nyame” which means “God is my shield” is a song originally composed by Cindy Thompson. A cover was featured by Joe Mettle in his album “The Encounter” which was released in October, 2015. It is a very soul stirring and inspiring song. This song teaches us to always trust in the Lord and to never be afraid no matter what may come our way as is written: “The God of my rock; in him will I trust: he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour; thou savest me from violence. I will call on the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.” - 2 Sam 22:3-4 Always trust and call upon the Lord, for He will never leave us nor forsake us. Thought Provoking Verse: Ɔwo nye makokyɛm Nyame, me nye wo nam a monnsuro Oh Lord, you are my shield.
