Mostly spoiler free summary of my viewing experience

#The boy and the heron #how do you live #studio ghibli #ghibli #in all honesty that movie was legitimately so fantastic and im like changed as a person #Story wise as well! It hits really hard if you know a bit about miyazaki and his legacy. Its a very personal movie i think #And you can feel it in every aspect #The eng dub voice actors were really good as well and the animation was beautiful as always #Also really loved the tone!!! The story really relied a bit on the use of negative space in both sound and pacing and i enjoyed that alot #in conclusion go read a article about miyazaki and his son and then go watch the movie it’s probably going to be one of my favorites #image id in alt

Look, I love the thought of Eddie not believing that Dustin is friends with Steve but a significantly funnier scenario is if he sees Steve interact with the Hendersons and realizes that yeah, something is happening there.

He sees Steve drop Dustin off at school and pick him up from Hellfire. He’s seen Steve bring Dustin McDonalds during lunch and ask about his schedule and, “Okay, and what am I supposed to tell your mom?”

Hell, he once stared at canned beans for fifteen minutes while Steve and Claudia Henderson giggled about failed food prepping in front of the Campbell’s chicken noodle soup that he needed.

He remembers hearing that Steve hasn’t really been dating much, and draws a conclusion.

Steve Harrington is dating Dustin’s mom.

I keep on hearing people go all "The voice of the Smitten is such a creep. All he wants in the princess is someone to control and keep as a pretty object. He'd drop the princess if she wasn't the perfect petite maiden like in the damsel route." and I will not stand for the Smitten slander.

Like- He's been in love with her as a burning corpse ghost lady:

A terrifying ghost woman who wants to bring fear and chaos to the world:

And even a murderous blade monster woman who would kill you and enjoy every second of it:

Like, he ALWAYS loves the princess no matter what she looks like or how she acts, he loves her for being herself no matter what or who she is. That's the point of his character and I'm tired of people slandering my boy.
