While this is a US-only holiday I just wanna thank the submas fandom for all you guys have done for me.

You've helped me feel more like myself than I really can EVER remember feeling, because you've helped me with my self-image. Yes I know it's cosplay and not exactly the same, but it's helped me immeasurably.

Ive never quite been in a fandom that appreciates new artists, artists without honed skills, and writers as much as you all. For real I felt welcomed from day one. You all comment and reblog and tag things and it's just. Such a nice place to be.

Ive made countless friends and reconnected with some old ones on Tumblr, Twitter, and Discord. I actually found an awesome community on twitter, something that felt out of reach before! I found my love of writing again and had some of the best days of my life at cons.

Thank you all for making my 2022 a genuinely good year. I'll never be able to fully articulate what everything has meant to me, but I hope you all can understand what I'm trying to say.

I hope to keep seeing you all around, happy holidays of all sorts, and all aboard for 2023!!

you kiss the back of toji's hand one day very casually before intertwining your fingers with his and the man just kind of shuts down . bc what the hell did you just do????? kissed his hand?? you kissed his hand????? that's.. what?????? isn't he supposed to be kissing yours?????? and the fact that you're now just acting like nothing happened has him staring at you with widened eyes and slightly furrowed brows. you turn back to check on him because you realize that he's not following you anymore and just laugh lightheartedly when you see the faint blush on his cheeks and his burning ears. brining his hand to your mouth again, you press another kiss to his knuckles with a teasing smile glued to your lips and that makes him snap out of his daze. he tries to brush you off with a quiet click of his tongue but you know he liked it. you know he loved it.
