Have I ever mentioned how much I love Misha? No? Well, I absolutely adore him and I am this close to building him instead of my Acheron. He’s my son. He’s little. I wanna squish him until he pops affectionately.

This is frustration from building Acheron (I love her but my saga of building her is WILD) and I want to change my pfp to Misha. Bc I’ve been listening to his voice lines nonstop. Maybe if I E6 him I like I did Yukong.

In fact, he let Dean be fully embraced by Cas, let him melt into the hug with a soft smile. Dean got to proudly Introduce his angel to Mary without shame or embarrassment, and that’s beautiful

Sometimes I remember that the only reason Cas is canonically a weirdo even by angel standards is just because Misha, the first onscreen angel, made the acting choice to portray angels as inhuman and eerie, and then all of the subsequent angel actors just ignored that and portrayed the angels as regular people.

it’s actually no surprise that how many angels who actually care for Cas seem to hate Dean and Sam.

because from their pov sam and dean are the bad influence that got their indomitable leader of the garrison Castiel to stray from his path and become this sidekick to two humans

everything Cas gets out of this transaction, this family of his, love, friendship, companionship, feelings, hopes and dreams are things that are alien to the angels

samamdriel said it best, ‘too much heart was always Cas’ problem’ but he said it like it was a bad thing

but for Cas it’s the reason for his existence since he found his family and that’s why he’s the perfect blend of humanity and angelic existence. he’s the middle ground that never was before 🥺

one of my favorite things is when s4/5 destiel is having one of those really intense staring contests that they do and dean just SO VISIBLY swallows. like he is trying so hard not to be horny for that angel and he is FAILING

Jensen’s view of Cas’ confession evolving over the years is LITERALLY just Dean processing the confession. Jensen understands Dean on such a deep personal level so he took the confession the way Dean would have originally: saying its ambiguous and that Cas’ angelic love was beyond human comprehension so may not have been romantic. However, as Jensen processed the feelings, he realized it was romantic. That wasn’t just Jensen processing it, it was Dean. We are literally watching Dean come to terms with the fact that Cas is in love with him in real time. The show may be over, but we are still getting content because Jensen loved and understood Dean so deeply that Dean became a part of him.
