Did this drawing of Zanmus face yesterday just to try and get an idea of how I want to draw her in my style. I used my previous drawing of Zanmu (the one where half her face is covered by hair making her very emo) as a starting point, just taking some of the features I liked from that and modifying it, and that's how I got this. For some reason I just really like giving Zanmu thick eyebrows and very subtle eyebags (TBH you can barely see those), it just makes sense to me idk why, more Zanmu with thick eyebrows please. Also tried to incorperate her ear shape from the original art of her into this (tho with the sketchiness of the drawing it ended up very messy lol).

Hello there, I hope you're having an amazing day so far and I'm here for the matchmaking (specifically for Twisted Wonderland)

I'm nobinary transmasc (he/they) and I'm rather short (5'2 aka 1,58m tall). I'm blonde with a short wavy/curly hair and I'm kinda pale lmao. Eyebags because haha, lack of sleep. I speak Portuguese (Brazilian variant) and English

I'm shy around new people for the first five minutes but then I just start talking and boom, smol ball of energy. I have a short temper (can get angry easily, specially when someone is saying something about my identity, something I like or someone I love). I'm a bit protective over my friends and am extremely affectionate (I call everyone honey or my king/my liege and love physical affection). I can be kinda rude affectionately :']. Can become quiet rather quickly if my anxiety kicks in tho (also, I'm very anxious when it comes to rules, I'm scared of breaking them due to fear of punishment). Also, I tend to be the mediator when my friends are going to do something stupid that is CLEARLY going to physically harm them + I'm the shoulder to cry on, I like listening to people's problems and offering ways of comfort (if they so desire). I also share memes that reminded me of my friends :D. I like to sleep! Specially in a comfy bed and I'm always under a blanket, even if it's hot out (I'll just turn on the fan, I CAN'T sleep without a blanket).

I like reading, drawing, playing the guitar, singing, anime/manga and videogames (with a special place in my heart for RPGs, tower defences and rythm games). I used to play handball and volleybal but now I'm doing nothing because of some injuries (left hand haha). I also dance (not well tho)! Also, I love plushies and action figures, they're cool and I love collecting them! I also tend to collect things from my favorite fandoms lol.

I don't like being alone for that long and I have talassophobia and it kicks in even in videogames for some reason. Am not the biggest fan of horror games/movies, but will gladly watch someone play just to laught at their face. Also don't like when people make fun of my interest or my friends (I'll destroy everything they love, watch me)

Bônus: I drink a lot haha. I specially like a drink called caipirinha and rose wine (my beloveds). Even if I said that I drink a lot, I drink responsibly, I swear. Am also very chaotic when drunk like, chaos incarnate (and I make twice as much sex jokes when ij that state)

Whenever your drank jack sits there and listens to you waiting for the right time to take you back to ramshackle, although in your drunk state you mention how much you love him and his eyes widen, tail starts wagging and his stuttering, soon takes you back to your dorm pats your hair and when he was about to leave your grip on his hand tightened, he leaned down and kissed your forehead (there's gonna be lots of forehead kisses in the relationship)

You 2 are a cute couple,you always tease him and he ends up being flustered way too often, you just love seeing his tail wag

Do you have any subconscious habits when it comes to designing original characters? For me, I noticed that a good few of mine have facial scars, maybe because I have one. Idk.

Ooh, this one made me think. For one i think its really cool that you incorporated facial scars into your characters! OCs really are just lil pieces of you ;w;

I was never a huge OC person until recently, before the BH series I was very much a self insert or ”latch onto canon characters“ kinda gal. I think as far as physical design goes, I like to give all of my characters eyebags and thick eyelashes. (Probably bc I have eyebags myself lol). Both Francois and Marianne, characters I created, have these features. I also really like adding bottom eyelashes for some reason, it just looks nice to me. And regardless of the anime style, I think all my OCs kinda trend towards having larger eyes.

Also Fran and Mari are not my first vampire OCs, mostly because I love drawing fangs/otherwise sharp teeth and I remember incorporating those into my original character designs as well.

ou say that Sol is kinda scruffy and I do think you capture his "so tired he's tattered" vibes in your drawings. That being said, I feel said Sol drawings have a pretty vibe to them too at the same time? Like he's pretty? I'm not even into guys but even I can tell he's a bonafide pretty boy with a stoic yet melancholic expression. *marge voice* I just think it's neato and I can't think of other words aside from your Sols are pretty men.

Hahah thank you so much!!! For the most part, I really like all of Sol’s designs throughout the history of GG, but in some of them he’s definitely got that pretty boy thing going on and I try to channel those drawings in particular when I draw him. I’m gonna stick the ones I reference the most under a readmore down below and you’ll see what I mean.

I LOOOOOOVE drawing long hair with all my heart. The flowing shapes and organic nature of it is very calming to work with. I’d really like to draw Sol without his Gear suppressor some day so I can really go ham with his hair (since even the top is long without the suppressor) but I haven’t thought up a composition I like just yet...

Sol’s XX art from the Accent Core version art update is probably the oldest art I reference for his face. He’s got those iconic eyebags in this art, but the dark lines on the outer parts of his eyes give the impression he’s got some glorious eyelashes too. I’m not actually sure if Daisuke did this art or not. The style is pretty different from how he drew during that era and it’s digital art. But some of his recent art is in this clean cell shaded style so who knows. 

I’m gonna paste the entire image for this because it’s for real one of my favorite official Sol illustrations and I’m GRUMPY that I can’t find a high resolution file of it anywhere. It was done for a GG x Seiko collab where they made Sol themed watches. The watches came with a print of this. Daisuke made Sol exceptionally beautiful in this one for some reason and every day I am grateful. Look at those pretty eyes and voluminous mane.

Last one. This was done for a caption contest for Gemaga magazine in December 2006. It’s in the GGX art book I post scans from but I’m never satisfied with my translation for the caption that goes with it so I’ve never posted it... Daisuke made him really pretty here too, even though it was just a doodle on a piece of card. I like how he’s kinda got cheekbones in this sketch and the shape of his eyes too, even if they don’t have the big eyelashes lol

This was the winning caption and I’m pretty sure he’s saying something like ‘Is there gyuudon/has the gyuudon come back [in stock]’ but I’m REALLY BAD at reading hand written Japanese ahh........ Gyuudon is a rice and beef bowl.

Do you ever have just like really specific character details that you just love drawing? Like I really love drawing hash's bangs and peter's eyebags for some reason. Also if you don't have that with ur characters I sure do, the whole bottom half of Jane's hair is so fun to draw because drawing it is just like ↗️↘️➡️↗️↙️⬅️➡️↪↩↙️↔️➡️. Also the twins shoes look fun to draw, but I've never actually drawn them so 🤷

Is your character popular in the fandom?  YES / NO / [Madara is both famous and infamous and i’ve seen so many people either hate or love him with absolutely no in between but the consensus seems to be positive (at least from personal experience)]

Is your character considered hot™ in the fandom?  YES / NO/ 50/50 [Some people think Madara’s absolutely hot and there are other people that think he’s.. not. I think it’s the eyebags lol, he just needs some sleep ]

Is your character considered strong in the fandom?  YES / NO [ the only one stronger than him was Kaguya. (at least from a 1v1 perspective, the only one that got close was Maito Gai) LBR here, the man took on an entire shinobi army, consisting of the Kage and the 9 tails. Hashirama and Tobirama, both.. he’s stacked, literally God-tier by shinobi standards. He’s considered powerful, yes, but sometimes I see that people don’t really take that into account when interacting with him in his canon-divergent verses, or try to make a mockery of him. He wouldn’t stand for that bs, tbh.]

Are they underrated?  YES / NO [It seems that as time goes on and Boruto progresses the original cast seems pushed to the side, especially when new villains come out, and new challenges are to be faced. I’d say, yes now. No, when he was first revealed in the shinobi war (i remember how everyone was so excited to see him maul ppl in the shinobi war, but that was so many years ago now).]

Were they relevant for the main story?  YES / NO. [The last part of the manga was directly about the protagonists fighting him and was only overshadowed by Kaguya, so I’d say..yes.]

Were they relevant for the main character?  YES / NO 

Are they widely known in their world?  YES / NO

How’s their reputation?  GOOD / BAD / NEUTRAL. [Not really an inbetween here, either.]

How strictly do you follow canon? – So I tend to follow Madara’s canon personality and his backstory, but most of what I write comes after the shinobi war, whether it be in a modern verse or immortal au or anything of the like. The one constant is his personality and experiences in the past, which i try to mirror in all my au because it’s easier to keep his personality consistent if that makes any sense at all.

SELL YOUR MUSE! Aka try to list everything, which makes your muse interesting in your opinion to make them spicy for your mutuals. – Madara’s ambitious, hard working, cunning--basically a Slytherin without the blood purity bs, let’s acknowledge that. He’s surprisingly forward with his reasoning why he’s doing what he’s doing, so he’s not afraid to make waves to change the world to make it a better place (in his view ofc). He’s not afraid to use whatever or whoever is at his disposal to guarantee his victory, even if it’s not completely ideal. You can guarantee that his motivations, while not completely on the “right” side of the moral compass aligns with what he believes is right, which is a double edged sword for him. He’s bold and speaks his mind, and is not afraid of the consequences.

Now the OPPOSITE, list everything why your muse could not be so interesting (even if you may not agree, what does the fandom perhaps think?).  – Madara has a bad habit of not trusting people, of becoming too paranoid about their motivations and that’s become his downfall multiple times. He’s too determined or stubborn to see when his plan isn’t working and waits too long to change it and ultimately leads to his ruin. He’s not nice by any means at all, and that makes a lot of people dislike him even if his motivations are good. Also, another note, especially about fandom: they consider madara either complete trash or a complete god, when he’s multifaceted and it’s very hard to not be annoyed by it. A lot of people just consider him this evil entity and it’s.. frustrating.

What inspired you to rp your muse?  – So I was writing Madara when everyone thought Tobi was Madara and I really liked how everything was leading--how he was manipulating the entire world to do what he wanted and immediately wanted to write him because his mentality was so different than mine. Granted, I was coming from writing an OC, Severus Snape and Draco Malfoy (two of which i had wrote with my irl friends since I was in middle school, passing a notebook between classes every day). I wanted and needed a change because my passion for writing was waning and Madara held my interest very well (more than any of the other characters tbh, minus Itachi.)

What keeps your inspiration going?  – My partners, new thread ideas especially, when i see new content/art/etc of my muse is a big one. I can see someone draw an au and immediately think of a couple thread ideas based on that. When the content stops coming, it’s hard to write even if I do post a lot of sketches/madara content myself.

Do you accept criticism well about your portrayal?  – Yes, even if I’m skeptical at first. I can learn from anyone or anything, even if it’s not worded so nicely.

Do you like questions, which help you explore your character?  – !! I love them so much. I love writing about what he would think or do, and basically flesh out headcanons that I already have. It would actually give me an excuse to.

If someone disagrees to a headcanon of yours, do you want to know why?  –  Mmhm. Yes, of course. I would love to know why and what basis they have in the manga or why they think it so. It’s fun to have a healthy debate every once in a while. you know?

If someone disagrees with your portrayal, how would you take it?  – I’d just let it rest and let them have their own opinions about it. Not a big deal to me. 

If someone really hates your character, how do you take it? – I just want to know why. He’s a great character, has had ups and downs, redemption multiple times, etc, so there’s so much to discuss about it. If they hate him they hate him and that’s their business but I’d have to admit that I’m curious why.

Are you okay with people pointing out your grammatical errors?  – Hell yeah. Point it out, I want to get better when I write 

Do you think you are easy going as a mun?  – Yeah! I honestly don’t care about formatting, icons, etc. I’m not too picky about thread content, I enjoy ooc conversation a lot, I’m pretty much open to anything, if anything, I like interacting with people a little too much and tend to do that instead of reply lol

also, he’s mexican!

he has a black cat!! her name's kuro because...y'know. she's a black cat. pluto's a simple guy, alright? lol

he absolutely loves music! he likes most songs/genres, but he really enjoys vocaloid and cutesy songs (though he won't ever admit it).

a couple of his favorite songs are shama by niru kajitsu (miy_yuu's cover to be specific!) and otsukimi recital by jin.

also he knows every single lyric of renai circulation.

he has terrible posture. please help this boy. he's already 5'3". save his soul. (he's the shortest one in the main 4 ahaaa)

he supresses his emotions a lot of the time, even happiness. he doesn't wanna deal with any of that, no sir.

he's good at staying quiet. like, it's almost scary how silent he can walk across floors.

(he's spooked koko about a million times because of this. at first it was unintentional, but now pluto has some fun with it.)

he types pretty normally when it comes to texting, like;

he'll die before he uses an emoji. he's fine with emoticons like :), but he will Never use emojis.

he's half indian and half filipino, which explains his last name (castillo-madan)!

anyways. in canon, he chose koko as a nickname instead of niko (though he'll def accept that nickname too) because it was a nickname that navya called him as a kid, and he just vibes with it.

(also, he wanted to avoid as many nico nico nii jokes as he can)

he watches a lot of anime! he's the reason why pluto got into vocaloid, too. he stans miku and also momo kisaragi. what a king.

he LOOOOVES the movie kimi no na wa/your name. zen zen zense is one of his favorite songs, like, ever.

his fav anime (animes?? i never know which one's right...) are mob psycho 100 and march comes in like a lion.\

he's loud and energetic and tries his best to cheer people up!! he also has owo bracelets, because he's just Like That.

He could have so much more done with himb but they just didn't,,, he seems like one of the mainer characters but he isn't? He has as much importance in certain places as others but he isn't a main character like Con or Snatcher which is strange.

Plus he had a lot of lore which was cut, I'm not too upset about it like others since I like making stuff up about characters (and I just like vauge characters hehe) . But I would've liked to have that expanded on, since the mafia and mafia town is so unknown for some reason.

People rarely pay attention to him?? Which is so sad :( like he gets left out of a lot of stuff like nobody remembers him but like,, how can you forget him?? He's so memorable ! He's loud and comedicly mean,,, I'm used to my faves because more not payed attention to characters but like,, mb is one I don't understand :( I wish people would pay attention to him more!! why of coarse.....I don't know how to put the info I have in any particular order so this will probably be messy and brief. some of them have names some of them don't and all of them are hashtag teens. also they're not particularly interesting they're just regular dumbass teens but they're fun to think about so loldominic: goth boy, he/him, 15. VERY moody and serious generally, gets annoyed easily. the type to think covering one of your eyes with hair is cool. used to be a chuni but doesn't want to talk about it. around 165cm / medium height. he has a very soft-hearted side but hides it because he thinks it's "uncool" (yes he's an idiot)martin: absolute dumbass boy, he/him, 15 (months younger than domi). he likes to help people out whenever he can. tends towards being cheerful and loud which tends to annoy domi. his favorite person is his grandma because she tells him old lady gossip. got a crush on domi when they were in middle school and the former was full on chuni because martin is the type of idiot who thinks stuff like that is cool. he tries his BEST to be goth so domi will notice him and fails miserably. haven't decided on his height but he's taller than domi so jot that downsister: (not her name) girl, she/her, 16. likes to carry herself in an overly cutesy way (think moe sleeves, makeup that makes your eyes bigger, sweet voice) when in reality she's... not quite mean but blunt in a no-nonsense kinda way. she doesn't like being called fake at all because she's just a serious-type girl who loves cute stuff so people assume she's sweet and delicate which isn't exactly her fault. around 157cm. she's jen sister but they don't get along well because she considers jen to be too carefreejen: another girl, she/he, 17. she's the third one I made out of all these characters and probably my fav (fun to draw). her favorite colors are neon green & pink. her hair is damaged because she has put it through a lot of dye, hair tyes and hair spray since she likes for it to pop out. current hairstyle is pink big ass twintails. she's cheerful and honest but not good at all with heavy situations or dealing with intense emotions whether they're from herself of others. still she tries to help her friends as best as she can even if she doesn't understand their problems a lot of the time. has a crush on 148cm because she thinks they're cute and fun to mess with (basically). around 173cm tall. she wants to reconciliate with her sister but doesn't quite know how. sees martin and domi as little brothers148cm: (not their name) goth nb, they/he, 16. friends with jen and apple. very similar to domi in terms of personality except they actually show their anger and aren't as soft-hearted as him. still they appreciate their friends and jen's clumsy attempts to comfort him. very mad at god for making them tiny. 148cm. not much on them because I kinda neglect them lolapple: (not her name) moody girl, she/her, 15 - 16 haven't decided yet lol. friends w 148cm, jen and domi. literally made her up today. works at apples & bees with bee and hates every second of it. has a very flat voice and is generally stone-faced. blonde with eyebags (important.) jen looks up to her. she's bad at expressing herself but does really love her friends being an only child who doesn't have a close relationship with either parent. 155cm. she gets lonely easily but doesn't really know how to approach others in fear of seeming clingy.bee: (not her name either) regular ol girl, she/her, 16. was also born today. friends with sister, martin and Guy. apple's coworker. she's very cheerful to a dorky extent at work so kids love her but off work she's actually very chill and level-headed. apple only sees her at work so she has a warped image of her and falls a little bit in live when she sees how Cool bee actually is. bee is pretty much an avg teen all around with a tendency to give in too easily even though she's afraid of being called a doormat. around 165cmGuy: friends with bee and sister. just a regular ol guy. around 16. hes literally just here as a punching bag for me i am so sorry lmao. by that i mean he is the stupidest character i have. runs into glass doors. gets pranked by those peanuts cans. is also friends with domi's 12 year old little brother who likes to play pranks on him. here just to suffer. 175cm. i'd have a crush on him if he were real because i'm a morosexual. i thinnnk that should be 8 characters. i have more from different stories and stuff but this is way too long and my characters aren't really interesting so i'm stopping here. i'd add some drawings i have of them but i'm mobile which is also the reason i didn't put this in a read more. i am very sowwy.
