i actually ship candy pop with both laughing jack and jason the toymaker but not in a throuple way just in a "oh this guy would be good with either one of them"

it could be in a throuple way if only my versions of jason and LJ didn't hate each other... plus they both have jealousy issues and i can't see candy pop surviving that LMFAOOO

but anyway. Laughing Jack and Candy Pop? sweet fun shenanigans between a colourful jester and a monochrome clown. they would be the bestest of friends turned lovers; and it'd be an inherently healthy relationship... except for the minor detail that LJ is possessive and plots the death of anyone who gets remotely close to candy pop BUT ALL'S NORMAL!!!

then candy pop and jason are the epitome of what tom and jerry shippers want: frenemies to lovers. hell yeah. jason's codependency and manipulation combined with candy pop's anxiety and depression makes for just the perfect relationship. (i say sarcastically). if i went into depth about how their relationship develops through mutual toxicity — i'd be here for days... so it must be saved for another post i'm afraid...

no one is shocked when i say i prefer candymaker. WHAT IS BETTER THAN A RELATIONSHIP WHERE TWO PEOPLE GROW WITH THE HELP OF EACH OTHER AND THE NEW LIFE AROUND OF THEM . I know he's dead but he's alive to me.

It seems like he was injured, but the knife to the back was the final blow. But actually he never got stabbed.

What if a human witnessed the fight between him and the other apes, and stepped into help when they saw he was bound to be stabbed?

Maybe they don't know why they help, regardless they throw a rock at the knife bearing ape, giving Oda the opportunity to defend himself and survive.

With all the intruders dead, a heavy silence hangs in the air, broken by the sound of him collapsing under the weight of his injuries.

They're cautious in their approach, looking left and right and all around, scanning the area for more threats before deciding to try and help. To him, they're both predator and prey. Alert with swifty eyes, almost like a rabbit in the prairie watching out for coyotes, and yet they move toward him with the stride of a wolf that looks to hunt both the rabbit and coyote.

Yet they don't flee, nor do they attack, instead they kneel next to him, carefully wrapping a wound on his arm as gently as they can. He groans and they flinch away, a few seconds pass before they continue again, securing the dressing around his arm.

His wounds are wrapped, he will survive.

He can't help but stare and wonder, these aren't the actions of an animal, this is compassion. They can't hide their fear, fully aware that no matter what they are, rabbit, coyote or wolf, they're offering their assistance to a bear and hoping it will not strike.

And he does not.

Instead he stares and it's his turn to hope that somehow they know he means them no harm.

They stare back, wondering when they ought to retreat, if they should help him back home-

Their eyes snap toward the rustling bushes just as Noa rushes through the shrubbery, toward them.

It seems they will be a rabbit this day, fleeing into the safety of the forest, this day they are a rabbit lucky enough to be able to outrun the predators that pursue them.

Oda is left to lay on the ground, watching the human disappear into the forest while Noa begins to ask questions, all of which are left unanswered as the pair have to hide from Proximus' apes and Oda is left to wonder what happened to the person that saved him.

Is this anything. I don't feel like writing it rn but like do u hear me. I think they'd have dinosaurs
