Saturn in 10th is a frustrating placement (my mom had it last year and basically with this you feel financially helpless, you keep on trying and trying but nothing works, but the good thing is that 2-3 months before your next birthday, you're gonna hit the jackpot, so don't worry too much) (my sister also has it this year)

I have noticed that in every solar return chart that I've looked at, the chiron was in conjunction with the north node and it has happened way too many times for me to call it a coincidence. The year in which you have a gemini AC, you will focus a lot on building your professional network, a lot of communication, short distance travel and improving your relationship with your siblings, if you have any. (my sister has it this year and her master's will end on 29th April, she has applied to many places for a job and she's also coming to visit me, I'M GOING TO MEET HER AFTER 5 FUCKING YEARS😁😁)

Aries in 2nd is an impulsive shopping placement (if you have it and you think you need something, you don't) (one of my friends had this last year and he bought a hat for €150...... Yeah. He has saturn in 2nd this year and he's finally facing the consequences of his actions)

I know that saturn in 8th is associated with difficulties in sex and intimacy but there's another side to it (a lot of my friends have had this, and they became really mature about sexual matters, like if they were previously very into the hook up culture then that year they were more cautious and had this "I'm going to have sex with the person who I genuinely like or love" mentality)

This is very shocking but I looked at the solar returns of all the married couples I know and the year in which they got married, NONE OF THEM had a 7th house stellium 💀💀. For men, I didn't notice a pattern, but for women, 90% of them had Venus positively aspecting saturn (mostly, Trine and sextile but 2 had a conjunction)

My favorite solar return placement has to be mercury conjunct Jupiter, if its happening in capricorn or virgo, then you're really precise and direct with your words, a very leader type aura for that year. If it's in libra, then good for flirting and talking to your crush, there's a high chance they'll fall for your charms. If it's in pisces, then it's your sign to start a cult.

Accuracy depend on entire chart

Groom conjunct Jupiter.

My sister has this, her ex was a pisces. Her husband is a sag. Jupiter traditionally rules both pisces & sag. Despite, this being in Leo, her husband has no leo placements. However, Jupiter & Groom are in 5th H in the persona chart and they do have 3 kids. Some might this consider a lot. Jupiter gives abundance.

Groom & Mercury in Gemini 7th H.

This person has groom and mercury in gemini 7th house. Not close enough to be a conjunction. However, her husband has no gemini placements. He is a libra sun (7th sign associated w the 7th House). He is a Virgo rising. Mercury traditionally rules both Virgo & Gemini.

- Aquarius placements make someone soo smart ass and witty. Especially mercury 🤌🏻

- Gemini and Sagittarius are the type of people who will be killed by curiosity.

- 11th house placements make someone really popular and well known even if they don’t hang out with everyone. Same goes with the 3rd house placements maybe because of your siblings

✨ As a Pisces Rising, I never get along well with Pisces Sun people - we always had some drama! I observed that I'm not alone, because my friends usually dislike people with the same sun sign as their rising sun!

Aries - Mia. It seems to me that she is quite firm and stubborn, which is how she got her job as a teacher, and all the children in her lessons clearly sit quietly

She knows how to create a great environment but also maintain discipline

I also think that she is quite active, which should also be present in the teacher

Taurus - Steven. Taurus people are quite patient and resilient, and also practical, which I see in Steven, he seems like a pretty responsible guy

I have a feeling that he is ready for anything in the world, I would trust him with my life

But I think sometimes he is too lazy, no wonder, he has a difficult job

Gemini - Selenne and Elenois. Because they are twins lol

But they are also literally the personification of Gemini as a zodiac sign, because they can be super gloomy and serious and also the life of the party

Random headcanons on the Weston boys

Okay since Weston anime is out, I’ll be sharing some headcanons I’ve collected during 10+ years of being obsessed with this saga and its characters.

I’ve been so invested into these headcanons that I consider them to be canon at this point. Anyway please don’t be mad if they don’t match your personal headcanon, it’s still my own interpretation and silly ideas about characters that don’t belong to me so anyone can disagree.

First I’m gonna write down the ones that involve more than one character, then I’ll be more specific and list them by character.

Brace yourselves for a pile of totally self-indulging blabbering.

Lawrence and Edgar are canonically childhood friends (Yana confirmed it), I like to think they grew up together thanks to their mothers being best friends with each other.

While Lawrence and Edgar already knew each other since birth, they met Herman and Gregory during their first year at Weston.

Because of the rivalry, friendship between students from different dorms has always been rather frowned upon, so the boys decided to put all their efforts in becoming the best students of their respective dorm to one day become Prefects and be free to meet and be friends without being judged by other students.

To freely chat and keep in contact prior to becoming P4, they secretly exchanged letters hidden among the library’s textbooks.

While we know Lawrence has 7 sisters, Edgar and Herman don’t have any sibling, while Gregory has an older brother. He’s doesn’t talk about him often as they’re not very close and don’t get along well.

Gregory met Cheslock while he was at his 3rd year (Cheslock is one year younger). They often spent their free time in their dorm’s common room, Cheslock would practice violin and Gregory would silently sit near him while drawing. One day he made a portrait of Cheslock and left it near him as a gift with the encouraging inscription “Keep playing”. The next day Cheslock asked him if he had any request for him on what to play, and that’s how they started talking to each other.

Edgar:

His zodiacal sign is sagittarius

He has a sweet tooth and would live on sweet food alone

His maternal grandmother is french

Lawrence:

His zodiacal sign is libra (though I feel like aries might suit him better)

Gregory:

His zodiacal sign is cancer (mayhap also aquarius could suit him tho)

He used to wear charcoal and inks as make-up in his early years at Weston

He’s kind of a picky eater and doesn’t like meat and seafood

Cheslock:

His zodiacal sign is scorpio

His iconic “scar” is actually make-up, though beneath it he does have a smaller scar on his left eyelid, which is the result of a quarrel with his sister when they were kids

Okay Lestat is canonically a Scorpio and Louis a Libra which are both painfully accurate. I wanted to play Estelle and share my astrology headcanons

Claudia:

Leo rising – the hair, the general slayage, her association with yellow aka the sun

Aries sun – she’s so bold plus libra and Aries are sister signs so they share traits that present different which feels right for Louis and her’s kinship

Taurus moon – not prone enough to over emotionality to be a water sign but not overly practical in the way the other earth signs are. Very stubborn and does canonically enjoy beauty and luxury. Also if you know a Taurus I feel like it just makes sense

Madeleine:

Virgo Rising – She just gives demure when we first meet her and yet no bullshit either. Virgos just seems very put together almost unassuming which is funny since every Virgo I know is crazy lol

Aquarius sun – the decisions she’s made in her life feel the best suited for an Aquarian. Also her talking to Armand? That woman stopped giving a fuck about what everyone else is doing years ago

Cancer moon – Almost did Scorpio here but her loyalty and intensity didn’t feel suited there. Cancer still has some of Scorpio’s snap but its homey and soft too. I also can’t see Claudia gravitating towards someone similar to Lestat at all lol

(Bonus: suspected Aries Venus. The intensity of her!! Her directness when she cares! How she chases life and joy!)

Armand:

Pisces Rising – those big ole eyes are a big marker for this one. Also Pisces have big baby energy despite being the oldest sign which feels perfect for him

Gemini Sun – Please what else could he be? There’s the 27 different faces but more so, the love for technology and knowledge, the urge to always strategize. The near inability to ground into his emotions. The perpetual anxiety. Also Geminis are so funny without even trying but that’s just me

Capricorn Moon – Caps are ruled by Saturn which is in short a struggle bus placement. Fits well with the forever 27 thing (stuck in perpetual Saturn return) and his tendency to self flagellate. Also it being represent by the devil card in tarot. Iykyk

Daniel:

Capricorn rising – When you first meet him he comes off quite no bullshit in a way that only makes sense for Capricorn to me. Also fits for the workaholic tendencies (our risings tend to be a truest to self energy aka us at our best). Also feel that may be what draws Armand to him hehehe

Sagittarius sun – If you look up famous Sags all of them are silly goobers (and lowkey problematic 💀). Like him being a Sag makes SO much sense to me for San Francisco. Only a Sag would make that many dumb decisions just bc it was a vibe lmaoo

Aries moon – Thinking about Eric’s comment about Daniel not taking kindly to bullies. Also how similar him and Claudia feel to me I feel they’d share some major signage too

Libra rising – Ruled by Venus, Helen of Troy, Malena coded. What else could he be really?

So much emotion but also a lot of passion all bottled unless in the right company. Also he would loooove SZA (plus plus you’re more likely to become heavily attached to people who’s sun is your moon)

Aquarius rising – Leo’s sister sign (perfect for him and Claudia’s dynamic). She’s a rebel she does her own thing she does not give a flying fuck about the rest of yall. Only an Aquarius could be responsible for the events in Queen of the Damned

He also doesn't even know his own mother's name so you can see how personal record keeping wasn't a priority in this family fhdjdhdj

Birthdays are so hard because I chose most based on when they happen in the plot so their signs don't necessarily match 😭 and I'm always so scared that I'll mess up and screw up the timeline haha but after staring at all these for awhile they seem hopefully not timeline destroying:

Nuffink's is mid-late January, making him either a capricorn or aquarius, I'm not sure which side he would fall on. Either one feels wrong bc it seems like he should be a water sign! I guess aquarius would fit more?

Zephyr's is sometime late May to mid June, I'm not sure which bc TOTG will take place in June and begin soon after her 21st bday but I don't have the plot timeline ironed out yet lol. Anyways that makes her a gemini (though it feels so wrong that she's born in summer instead of fall)

Here is my fun advice for people as a whole: Take a risk and be okay with someone not liking you. If one person doesn’t like you remember there is a dog that will love you more than that person ever could. Now if there are multiple people that actively dislike you, I got nothing. And even then if you're a earth mercury...are you really listening to a fire mercury? I usually get along well with earth placements but earth mercuries are a whole different thing bruh. Idk take what you can from that. I would say something about Virgo and Capricorn mercuries but I haven't really met too many. Honestly I haven't figured out why I'm so erked by Leo sun and Taurus moon. I mean I'm a Leo rising and my MC is in Taurus so I feel like I could be missing something. Anyways Taurus moons are great. Sometimes I wonder what you guys feel because I can’t really guess what you guys are feeling fully. Especially if you have a mutable moon. Now the two Taurus mars I can think of is my dad and my brother. They both have two Taurus placements each (my dad as said previously has a Taurus moon as well as a Taurus mars, and my brother has a Taurus sun with his Taurus mars). Personally I rarely saw my dad angry but I have seen my brother angry when we were younger. My brother would get red in the face from yelling especially when arguing with our sister. continuing with my series of axis fynamics, if you haven’t read the previous part, you can read it here i’ve already talked about how i see oppositions as two opposite ends of the very same thing, as two sides of one coin, and how they are more about balancing and completing each other rather than opposing forces that are fighting. soooo, today let’s talk about aries-libra axis!

aries-libra line is a true representation of masculine vs feminine, yang and yin, bc basically aries is a martian sign and libra is a venusian one. if you’re into greek mythology, you probably already know about Mars and Venus relationships - they were lovers deeply keen on each other, and even had children, which are Eros, Anteros, Harmonia, as well as Demios and Phobos. stay with me here, bc imo understanding of this axis is closely linked to mythology.

first two brothers rule over love: Eros is the god of passionate love and sexual desire, and Anteros is, on the other hand, the god of rational and required love. second two bros are heavily contrasting with first ones, being the rulers of fear (Phobos) and terror (Demios). and also, there is a sister Harmonia, which (you may have already guessed) is the goddes of harmony and concord. do you notice a pattern here?

Mars (Ares) - the god of cruel war, fighting and everything related to agressive masculine (which also includes motivation and libido) and Venus (Aphrodite) - the goddes of love and beauty, which also was able to change her looks to charm and seduce whoever. and those two completely opposing forces - the undomitable forceful warrior and a magnificent and flexible goddes of beauty gave birth to gods of extremes and a goddes of harmony and balance.

now lets return to zodiacal archetypes: aries is a sign of self. It’s a sign of beginnings, where one usually is full of hotheaded energy, desire and motivation to go-go-go! It represents the head, which is kinda where the masculine energy is ruling over (head over heart). aries itself is so eager to be the pioneer and the leader, that sometimes he suddently realizes that he is, actually, left alone in his own world - whether it’s because he is too far ahead from others, or becaused everybody left his territories that he’s been so protective of. in pursuit of fighting for one’s justice he lost the point he was fighting for.

and on the opposite side of the spectrum there’re libras - the most others oriented sign. i’ve already pointed out how Aphrodite could shift her appearance to appeal the most beautiful to every eye there is on her way. libras (on the contrast with another venusian sign taurus) have kind of inhereted this ability and now are one of the most flexible and socially adaptible signs of the zodiac. libras sense for justuce, on the contrary with aries, is others oriented, up to the point that libras could come to realize that there’s no such thing as their own self, their territory, bc of how eager they were to keep the world in balance. in pursuit of balancing the world out they sacrificed their own selves.

and when those two are put together - that’s where the magic happens. aries shows libras how it is to be unapologetically themselves and how to fight for what they believe in, while libras open aries’s minds to the surrounding world and to other’s points of view. and all of the sudden aries are not fighting alone - now they have their own people and global purpose, while libras develop the sense of self. together those two bring real harmony and balance, and i think it’s beautiful💗

Astrology observations part 6. 🪽

- siblings were their signs are in the same element tend to be closer because of their same nature ( a friend of mine is a Sagittarius and her little sister is Aries and I haven’t seen these two arguing or being awful to each other EVER in fact they support and love each other sooo much)

- water placements do everything with music. Study, cleaning ect

- air placements need to watch something while they eat

Kang Yeosang Natal Chart Reading

So, the rumor is that Yeosang has a birth time of 1:30 AM.. I’m not feeling very certain about this considering I can’t find the source. BUT, I think it makes enough sense that I’ll go ahead and do the analysis with this understanding, and if it turns out the time is not correct, well I’ll just commit to eating my words about certain parts of this. 

Full Disclaimer: Most of my knowledge is by traditional astrology, which involves but is not limited to: using whole signs, excluding Uranus-Pluto for natal charts, different sign rulers, and different planetary interpretations.  Astrology is subjective by nature; I do not think my way is best, simply that this is the version of interpretation that makes the most sense to me. Placements:

Sun: Gemini - 3rd house

Moon: Cancer - 4th house

Mercury: Cancer - 4th house

Venus: Leo - 5th house

So starting off, Yeosang has a rather spread out chart, not holding more than two placements in a sign or house. And while that typically leads to a lot of diverse energy, if you analyze the chart by modality, you’ll see that his placements strongly lean cardinal. I typically associate Yeosang with being a bit lighter in energy, and you definitely see that with his lack of earth signs. But that cardinal energy does give him some umph that makes him not as flighty. He’s got drive, especially with that Aries Rising. Aries is energetic and a bit childlike, but very interestingly, his chart ruler becomes Mars in Libra. Libra and Aries are sister signs, so while they both share that cardinal spirit, they do so in opposite ways. In a group with so much Martian energy (Aries and Scorpio placements), it really brings out a contrast when placed against Yeosang. Makes him much more gentle in comparison. Funnily enough, that Jupiter in Aries also in the first is helping that muscle-maltese image- bringing growth and expansion in this case.

Once again, we see a Moon in Cancer (something we see in Seonghwa, Mingi, and Wooyoung as well). Of the four of them, I think Seonghwa’s portrayal is the strongest, seeing as it’s in his 1st house, with Yeosang as a distinct second place. His Aries rising makes him a bit more immature (as opposed to Seonghwa’s Aries stellium that makes him more serious since it’s in his 10th house), but Cancer in the 4th house is a very at home placement, bringing care and domesticity to the home. It also makes him a bit more traditional. His Mercury in Cancer is also sitting close by, as a ruler to his Sun in Gemini. Having his Sun in the 3rd house helps bring some fire to his Mercury, which could otherwise be a bit too emotional otherwise. Yeosang’s quippiness? Thank his Gemini Sun. It's a bit dilluted being ruled by that Mercury in Cancer though.

Side note: It’s cute how he and San are flipped in that respect, with San’s Sun in Cancer being ruled by a Moon in Gemini. You’ll find lots of cute synastry and conjunctions like this within groups, especially members that seem to get along well (I do think San plays it up a bit for the camera, but I think they’re truly sympathetic to each other in some ways).

Yeosang’s Leo Venus is bringing a certain amount of sensuality to him with its placement in the 5th house, while still being very passionate. This is also a pretty artistic placement. Between this and his Mars in Libra ruling his chart, it makes sense that he became an idol. His midheaven in Capricorn also helps with the idol-life as well; a lot of sheer work ethic is needed. Finally, a Saturn in Taurus in the 2nd house is bringing some levity to his spending habits. He’s not fully balanced into earth sign energy, but Lord knows he’s not the only one in the group lacking earth energy either.

Final thoughts: Overall, Yeosang’s chart reminds me of the saying “still waters run deep”. While his water Mercury ruling his Gemini Sun conceals a lot, he’s got a deep, passionate drive underneath. I’m excited to get into analyzing him more thoroughly against Wooyoung and San (maybe even as a separate post?) but for now, I think I’ve got a better picture of the overall flavor, and I hope you do, too 😀
