Wei Wuxian should be able to get drunk for once. I think he'd either be singing bawdy drinking songs on the roof of the Jingshi or he'd be getting irrevocably lost no matter where he is. He's found in the bushes behind the mountains like a cryptid, and then he's like "I can't believe you all got lost" (extremely slurred) as if he didn't get embarrassed by something Lan Wangji had said and just somehow disappeared when everyone looked back at him

oh ABSOLUTELY im walking with u and nodding and agreeing, i can see him becoming an absolute menace to keep track of at his drunkest.

anyway heres wonderwall The Gang (Wangxian & their fave group of ducklings) in a city known for its STRONG wine and wuxian being like well. ur all grown now, youre technically not juniors anymore. we have to see whos lasting the longest against this stuff!, smash cut to a suspiciously wei ying-less group of the worlds drunkest cultivators being wrangled through the woods by designated driver hanguang-jun, with at least 2 of them clinging to his robes at all times.

if you're an egotistical artist, you should use alt text.

hear me out. you want to show people your art, right? you want them to see the important details, the shit they should be blown away with... right? so they know how to compliment you and what they should be focusing on, no? and you want everyone to see it?

put a description in the alt text.

not just "my oc standing in front of a background" no get descriptive after you say that. focus on that shit you put in there. "a woman with beautiful eyes and an ornate hammer" better. what'd you spend three hours detailing? "wearing a shirt with an ornate lace pattern" better! what are you aiming for? "it looks like a classical portrait" THERE.

and having the alt text button means people who can see might click on it too. and then be like "wow i didn't notice half of these details". its true. happens to me pretty often. half the time they're like "this owns, omg, you guys should look at the alt text" because i did a good job describing it and there's details even they didn't catch until they read it and looked back over it.

if you like when people stroke the hell out of your ego and catch all the cool things in your art. and you want everyone to see your art. put some alt text on that thing. for serious.

These are a bit old now, it’s been in drafts for a while cause I forgot about it, but eh.

Random explanations under a cut for funsies—

First one is pretty standard Simon fit stuff, belts armor, a tank top, boots with the fur, etc. Inspo mostly came from just looking at random pictures of belts on Pinterest and finding one with a cool like flail head on it! Which is just neat in general, I’d imagine Simon would probably find it convenient to have the different end attachments for the whip to be easily switched out, so yeahg sure he’s got it on his belt now lol. I tried looking through my boards to find the belt image but I think it may have gotten deleted :(

This one is an outfit I ran into that said “draw ” thing, also saw it on Pinterest, but it took a bit to track down the original artist of it: the artist is “ HEAVEN . “ on Pinterest, also @/luffydguzzler on Twitter. Hopefully drawing Simon and not one of my OCs in this outfit was alright, unfortunately when I ran into the post it was from someone on Pinterest who straight up stole the artwork (;_; ). That being said, if I find out that this is against any boundaries at all, I will take this drawing down. But related to the art itself, I drew him in it because the outfit ratio fit him perfectly. Tight shirt, something on the lower arms, midriff showing, tiny skirt, belts, furry chunky boots— these are all combinations he’s had in his designs before. :3

This one I also just saw a little caplet thingy on Pinterest and went “wow he’d look cute in that” and yeahg. I actually have a Pinterest board that’s entirely for random clothing I think he’d wear! Which is such a uh very normal about a character thing to have 💀.

He’s working out— POV you are Simon’s sparring partner (he’s very happy about it) (also you’re about to get kicked you might wanna block tha— oh no eee— on your left— ooo aaa oof yowch yikes—). Anyway I feel like I made his head a little awkwardly small in this hmmm. Either that or I took the photo of it at a weird angle. But yeah now you have seen Simon with leg warmers, you’re welcome!!!

im going to be completely honest,, i am so torn on what to make of mko

#excuse the 9000 pages long essay in the tags i have Thoughts #this is so random but SINCE WE'RE ON THE TOPIC OF MKO #on one hand. mko is very representative of the tko character assasination in lftte to me #tko's arc revolves around him wanting to be accepted as an individual and seen for who he is #as someone who related to that story a lot. it was kind of disappointing to see all that being thrown away #on the OTHER hand #it's a fitting end to ko's arc #ko has been denying the fact that tko does reflect parts of himself #and it is a good message. you're all of your feelings and it's important to acknowledge and accept that #but like. it completely goes against the need for individualization that tko has insisted on throughout the show #when i was first watching lftte I literally had to pause the vid and think for a minute because i DID NOT know what to make of that.#tbh i just dont think of it as much these days because it stresses me out an unreasonable amount ?#it probably couldve been better but. theres so many things to worry about irl and i dont think it's worth stressing over #I realized ive just been talking about mko as a concept and not the actual character uhhh.#mko is kinda just ko to me. when i see mko my brain registers the image as 'oh it's kaio kincaid from ok ko!'#partly because we didn't actually see that much of mko in the show #ALSO. i cannot lie. i like her design #the toned down colors suit her so well. and i love that they gave her spikier hair like in pko #oh my god that is a Wall of Text #tldr. mko you confuse me but i dont.
