Summary: Lexi meets her new members.

A/N: So here’s Lexi’s first post! I’m excited to write her. Though this post was a bit hard for me to write. It took me awhile to try and write out how all of them would have been 7 years ago. Hopefully you all still enjoy it.

Lexi walked down the hallway of the company, searching for the conference room that she had been directed to go to. She tightened her grip on her backpack, nervously chewing her lip.

This was it. Today was the day that she’d meet her new group. A group that had already debuted. Lexi was nervous. So nervous that she hadn’t slept a wink last night, and had been distracted in classes all day. (Her teacher had embarrassingly called her out for it.)

Lexi didn’t know much about the group or the members. All she knew was that they were called BTS, they were an all boy group (That’s right. Boy group.), and that they were really good. They had a heavy hip hop influence (Lexi didn’t know why the company thought she’d be a good fit.), and boy could they rap and dance. (Seriously. Why her?!)

The youngest of the group who also happened to not just be her same age, but share a birthday with her, was in her class. They never really talked, both of them mostly keeping to themselves. The rest of the members, she’d seen around the company.

Lexi came to the door that one of the staff had sent her to, and paused. She took a deep breath, dropping her hands by her side, the sleeves to her hoodie falling past her hands. The hoodie itself came to her knees. It was a black hoodie that belonged to her brother. He had given it to her before she left for Korea. It served as a safety blanket of sorts, something that she needed right now.

“Okay. You got this, Lexi,” she whispered to herself in English. Reaching out she knock on the door, then leaned towards it, listening. She heard muffled voices then footsteps coming towards the door. Quickly, Lexi straightened up and took a step back.

The door opened to reveal a boy. Kim Namjoon. (Lexi had memorized all of their names and faces so she wouldn’t be too lost.)

He looked down at her, and Lexi almost took a step back. The boy noticed and gave her a smile, dimple appearing. “Hello,” he said, bowing.

“H-hello,” Lexi stuttered. She quickly bowed, and when she straightened, she saw the rest of the boys standing behind him trying to get a look. (This was a bad idea.)

“Come on in,” Namjoon said, stepping to the side and making room for her to pass him. Lexi hesitated a bit, but then walked in. She was so nervous that she actually stumbled a bit, tripping over her own feet. (God, just take her now.)

“Hi. Sorry,” Lexi mumbled as she stood in the room. She looked up and saw that all seven boys were looking at her. The girl took a quick bow in greeting. “Hello, I’m Lexi Han-King. No wait, Han Lexi…? I’m Lexi,” She always struggled with introducing herself to others.

“Hi Lexi,” Seokjin greeted. He offered her a warm smile, that had her smiling back.

“Hi,” she said softly, playing with the sleeves of her hoodie. Each boy then greeted her, introducing themselves.

“Why don’t we all take a seat?” Namjoon suggested once they finished with introductions. Lexi nodded as the others took their seats at the table.

Looking for an empty seat, Lexi saw that she’d have to sit with Jungkook. He gave her a nervous smile, but motioned to the chair next to him.

“Thank you,” she whispered as she moved to sit next to him. Lexi took her backpack off and placed it on the ground next to her.

“Were you just at school?” Hoseok asked.

Lexi nodded. “Yeah, I had to stay behind to talk to one of my teachers. Sorry if I kept you all waiting,” she said, looking at the pile of papers at the center of the table. (It was hard to make eye contact with them.)

“You don’t need to be sorry,” Yoongi said, offering her a tiny smile. Lexi nodded.

“Yeah. Despite our bad boy look, we’re all really nice guys. We wouldn’t get angry at something like that,” Seokjin chuckled.

“It’s always a big deal when I’m late,” Taehyung mumbled to himself, but the others heard.

“That’s because you wait ‘til the last possible moment to start getting ready,” Hoseok laughed.

Lexi watched the interaction, smiling as the two bickered a bit in good humor, some of the others joining in as well. She smiled seeing that they really did seem nice.

The girl looked around the table and caught sight of Yoongi slouching in his seat, looking at her with what sort of looked like a fond expression, but she wasn’t too sure. 

She sent him a quick smile though, not wanting to be rude. He smiled back, eyes disappearing, and Lexi internally squealed at the sight. She didn’t care that he was older than her by four years, that smile and those cheeks were adorable. (She’d die before she ever told him though.)

“Too cute.” Lexi turned to the oldest who was cooing at her. Her eyes widened at that and he smiled more. “Sorry. I just think you’re so tiny and cute,” Seokjin rested his chin in his hand.

“Stop, Hyung. You’ll scare her away,” Jimin grimaced at the older.

“I’m not that tiny,” Lexi subconsciously said out loud. 

“That just makes you even more tiny,” Hoseok laughed.

“Just accept it. Us being the youngest, automatically makes us a target for their constant need to baby someone,” Jungkook whispered to her. She turned to him, finding him looking at Seokjin with a pained expression. He then turned to her and smiled. “But it’s not always bad.”

“Stop filling her head with lies!” Lexi and Jungkook both looked up at Seokjin with doe eyes. The oldest looked at them, jaw slack then turned to Namjoon. “We’re going to have a problem,” he told him.

Namjoon squinted his eyes at the older then turned to the maknaes. He understood what Seokjin meant. Being the youngest, and looking like that, they’ll have everyone wrapped around their fingers.

“Jesus, look at their eyes,” Taehyung snorted. Jungkook glared at him, while Lexi flushed at the attention. She began to play again with her sleeves, tugging on some loose strands.

“How do you feel about being a new member of BTS?” Namjoon asked Lexi.

She looked up and nodded. “Kind of weird, really. I mean, I’m glad I’ll debut, but,” Lexi trailed off, not knowing how to word what she wanted to say.

“You hadn’t expected to make your debut in an all boy group?” Yoongi asked, with a smirk.

“Yeah,” Lexi breathed out,“Sorry if I’m messing things up.” They had already debuted, and yet the company added her in. She didn’t fully understand the reasoning behind it, but they were an entertainment company. They knew what they’re doing, right?

“Not at all,” Namjoon said, waving his hands in front of him.

“Yeah, we were all kind of excited to try this out,” Taehyung smiled at Lexi.

“Plus B.A.P have a female member too, Jaein, and they’re doing really well,” Jimin pointed out.

“I kind of feel like we could do the same,” Namjoon said, giving a nod.

“So you guys were okay with me joining?” Lexi asked, looking at each one. They nodded smiling.

“Yeah. Believe it or not, we were all on board,” Hoseok said.

“Plus, we did some research about your time here, and your vocal range is amazing. It can definitely be good for us,” Yoongi said, folding his arms over his chest. Lexi could tell that he knew what he was talking about when it came to music. He had this confidant aura surrounding him, so she’d just take his word for it.

“And Jungkook had told us a lot about you,” Seokjin said, smiling. Lexi turned to Jungkook, eyes wide in disbelief.

He shrugged. “I just told them that you're smart and don’t get in trouble. And that you’re really nice,” the maknae said, a blush creeping up his neck.

Lexi felt herself flush as well. “Thanks,” she whispered, then turned away to look at the others. “I promise to work really hard, and not make you regret your decision,” the girl said, giving a slight bow. When she looked up, she gave a thumbs up, smiling.

“Glad to hear it. We’ll all work hard,” Namjoon smiled. The others all voiced their agreements.

“Okay, so this is going to be your schedule for the week. It’ll vary for each of us, and we’ll get a new one each week,” the leader stated, handing Lexi one of the packets that sat in the middle of the table.

Lexi went to reach for it, then stopped seeing as her sweater paws were still covering her hands. She raised her arms up slightly, then popped her hands out, wiggling her fingers. Reaching for the packet, she heard Seokjin coo.

“I’m so glad we get to keep her,” he said, and Lexi avoided his eyes in favor of reading through the schedule, her face feeling warm.

“Hyung. Chill. She’ll leave before she even starts,” Taehyung groaned.

“Told you. At least I won’t be the only baby,” Jungkook whispered to her.

Lexi bit back a smile, as she continued to skim over the page.

What fandom(s) do you write for? Mainly BTS, but I have written for SVT, EXO, GOT7, Monsta X, B.A.P, & NCT

When did you post your first piece? Oh dang, when? Hmm… I want to say Oct. 2016 (?) on my first blog (I had deleted and came back to Tumblr).

Do you write fluff/angst/crack/general/smut, combo, etc? Why? I mostly write a combo because it just happens that way! My main genres are: fluff, romance, & humor/crack. 

Do you write OCs, X Readers, Ships...etc? I mainly write OCs stories because that’s what makes me the happiest when it comes to writing, but I still write x reader fics for drabbles and oneshots. 

Why did you decide to write for Tumblr? Funny story. The reason why I started writing for Tumblr is because an old group of friends said that I should write a funny story based on a college class of mine, so I did and here we are. 

What inspires you to write? Usually, it’s my imagination, but other times it’s either the song I’m listening to or even the show I’m currently watching. Right now, my inspiration draws from anime. 

What genres/AUs do you enjoy writing the most? Genre wise, I love writing fluff & romance. AUs wise, I’m a sucker for Royal/Royalty. Mafia/Gang & Soulmate AUs would be a close second. 

What do you hope your readers take away from your work? Oh, wow. I honestly never thought about that before. I think for me, the one thing I hope my readers get from my stories is at the end of the day, please do something that will make you happy. Your own happiness should always be a top priority for you. 

What do you do when you hit a rough spot creatively? I take a break! Instead of forcing myself out of the creativity slump, I just take a break and let my mind recharge. Then, I go back to my outline and look over while listening to music that I know will spark some creativity juices. 

What is your favorite work and why? Your most successful? My favorite works (yes, I couldn’t pick just one) are my Royal!AU Seokjin series (Fight for Me & Our Second Chance). I love the amount of time and effort I put into those two stories, and I’m simply in awe at the world and characters I created. My second favorite is my latest Seokjin oneshot, Protecting Each Other. It’s my first story that exceeded 10,000 words, and I’m just proud of how that turned out. Successful wise, I would say it’s, This Little String. It’s a Soulmate!Taehyung oneshot based around the red-string of fate, and every other month, I see someone like and/or reblog it, so I say that’s pretty successful!

Who is your favorite person to write about? Seokjin hands down. I mean, not only is he one of my ultimate biases, but for some reason my creative banks dishes out ideas and inspiration for him like it’s nothing. 

Do you think there’s a difference between writing fanfiction vs. completely original prose? I personally don’t think so. You are still writing original content that derails from the source material (or adds to it), all you have to do is just replace your idols’ name with an original character name, and there you go. What do you think makes a good story? For me, I’d say that if you’re honestly proud of the end product, then that story is good, and your readers will see that. What is your writing process like? First I get an idea, or I like to call it, “it appeared to me in a vision,” then I outline it (if the idea lingers in my brain), and then I start writing and editing. Sometimes I’d sprint with my fellow writers on a server I’m in, and other times, I’d put on music and just let my brain go wild. Most of the time, I’m sprinting with friends. 

Would you ever repurpose a fic into a completely original story? If I had the time, probably. I can see my Royal!AU series becoming an original story with different characters and an expanded plotline. What tropes do you love, and what tropes can’t you stand? I am a sucker for F2L I (friends to lovers)! I just love the idea of dating someone who’s your best friend, so why not date your best friend, if the feelings are mutual of course! As for tropes, I dislike, I can’t say that I have any. I think it’s because (and I feel so bad for this), I don’t really read much stories other than what my mutual friends have written. 

How much would you say audience feedback/engagement means to you? It means the world to me because I do like knowing if I’m doing something right or if I need to go back and edit something for clarity. Mainly, I get likes and reblogs (with no feedback), and while it’s still nice of someone for taking the time to like and reblog something, I would like some feedback, please. I’m still grateful no matter what, though!

What has been one of the biggest factors of your success (of any size)? I think it’s the support of my amazing group of friends/mutuals! It’s thanks to their support that my work is reaching a wider audience, and it just means the world to me that they read my blood, sweat, and tears. I love them so much, especially my close friend, Jey (softjeon on Tumblr)!

Coffee or tea? What are you ordering? For coffee, my go-to is a Caramel Macchiato with Soy Milk (from Starbucks), but lately I’ve been using my Keurig, so I just Peppermint Mocha and 3 tsps of Sugar (I can’t stand bitter coffee lol). For tea, I really like Mango green tea from Gongcha (another boba place chain). 

Dream job (whether you have a job or not)? My dream job is to be an elementary school teacher, however, I am currently working on becoming a social worker where my population will still focus on children/students. So, it’s a good compromise!

If you could have one superpower, what would you choose?  If I could have one superpower, it would be cryokinesis aka ice manipulation!  

If you could visit a historical era, which would you choose? Oh, that’s a tough one, but if I had to choose one, I would go for the 1960s so I can see the Beatles live!

If you could restart your life, knowing what you do now, would you? No, because it’s thanks to those life lessons that I grow up to be who I currently am. Sometimes you have to go through those harsh experiences to be a better version of yourself!

Would you rather fight 100 chicken-sized horses or one horse-sized chicken? One horse-sized chicken, then I can feed my family for months. 

If you were a trope in a teen high school movie, what would you have been? Oh, hands down, I would be the stereotypical geek/nerd. Though, I was called a “preppy” in 9th grade, so that was a first. 

Do you believe in aliens/supernatural creatures? Yup, especially ghosts! 

Fun fact about yourself that not everyone would know? I can say the alphabet backwards! 

Do you think fanfic writers get unfairly judged? Oh, hands down, especially when it comes to writing smut. I’ve seen other blogs condemn writers who write smut about real people, but my thing is that these idols are merely face claims for a character that the author is writing about. 

Do you think art can be a medium for change? I think so! Every artist has a voice, especially with what’s going on recently, we need to be able to use our voices to spread light on certain issues. 

Do you ever feel there are times when you’re writing for others, rather than yourself? I used to think that way, especially when it came to writing x reader inserts since I know that’s what “sells” to the Tumblr audience. Now, I’m perfectly happy with writing x OC stories, and I’m content with my stories getting at least 5 notes. If it breaks 10 notes, then that’s a success!

Do you ever feel like people have misunderstood you or your writing at times? If they did, then I wouldn’t know. Most of the time, I think my writing is okay with people. 

Do your offline friends/loved ones know you write for Tumblr? Yes, my soul friend managed my old blog once upon a time and actually read one of my smuts. I was so embarrassed! But at least he said it was tastefully written, so that’s a bonus? 

What is one thing you wish you could tell your followers? Always remember that it is okay to take breaks/go on hiatus! 

Do you have any advice for aspiring writers who might be too scared to put themselves out there? My advice to those who want to start writing but are too afraid put themselves out there is to simply go for it. I was that person who was afraid to put their writing out there for the world to see, especially with some already established BTS writers on Tumblr, but I went for it. At first, it might be discouraging but know that your mutuals/friends will always be your number one supporter! Use their support as a motivator to keep writing and finding your groove! Then, eventually, all of your readers will start trickling in and showering you with the love and support you deserve!

Are there any times when you regret joining Tumblr? I wouldn’t say regret joining but more like allowing my life to be revolved around it. At one point in my life, it felt like a second job/chore for me, and Tumblr should never be that type of site! 

Do you have any mutuals who have been particularly formative/supportive in your Tumblr journey? Oh, I have so many! The ones that come to mind are definitely Jey (softjeon), Beanie (jinned), Nina (j-sope), Kenz (parksfilter), Renae (mygsii), Atlas (astraljoon), & Niah (randomkoalablog) to name a few! I love these amazing people so much and cherish their friendship to the moon and back!

You were a princess in a small kingdom and because you weren’t the first in line for the throne you lived a fairy calm life. You went to a few academic and historical classes with a tutor just to educate yourself but it was nothing compared to the stress of your older sibling who was the first in line of the throne.

You often found time to wonder around in the lush royal garden left alone to your thoughts. You had a lot of these after what your parents had recently told you.

“You have to choose a fiancé”

“Pardon?”

“We know your older sibling is the heir to the throne but you should still be thinking of getting married”, your father says.

“That way we will know you will be taken care of when its our time to leave”, your mother says.

“Mother! Don’t speak like that!” you protest.

“You still have years!”

Your mother simply laughs.

“That is besides the point”, your father says.

“We would like you to marry a prince from any of our neighbouring kingdom”, your mother explains.

“The choice is yours but they must be a prince from the neighbouring kingdom”, your father says.

Your brain is processing this information.

“I know it isn’t ideal but, your mother is right, we want to make sure you are taken care of”.

“And what makes you think I cannot take care of myself?” you question.

“We have no doubts about that, you are a strong girl but the world is dangerous and you need the support of a partner…if you prefer we can ask for the princesses”, your mother says with a laugh.

“Mother!”

“Don’t listen to your mother’s terrible jokes…although if you like…”

“Not you too, father!”

Your mother rolls her eyes and hits your father on the shoulder lightly.

“OK, fine. The least I can do is meet these princes”, you say.

“Good! They will be arriving tomorrow and you will get to spend time with all six of them for the next few weeks!”

“What?!”

You sigh as you sink onto the edge of the fountain in the garden. Today was the day the princes were supposed to arrive and you had been forced to dress up and have your hair and makeup done all for the occasion.

You stare up at the bright, blue sky and sign again.

“You look upset”

The voice makes you jump on the spot and you look at the source. He has a gentle smile on his face as he gazes at you with warm eyes. His soft, light brown, almost blonde hair is gently moving with the wind.

“I guess I do because I’m being forced to possibly make the hardest and the most import choice in my life”, you say.

You don’t know why you tell this stranger that. You didn’t even know his name for God’s sake. But the way he is smiling at you gently, almost like he is comforting you makes you tell him.

“It weighs heavily on you doesn’t it?” he asks.

“It does…I’m so afraid of making the wrong choice”, you say.

He slowly walks towards you and sits next to you on the edge of the fountain.

“Just take it slow and do what makes you happy”, he says.

You take in his words.

“Thank you…”

“Youngjae”, he offeres.

“Thank you, Youngjae”, you say with a smile.

“I’m glad I helped”, he smiles back at you.

As you take in his cute smile you hear someone call your name. You recognise it as one of the maids. You look up and tell the maid you were here before looking towards Youngjae but he is gone. You blink in confusion but before you can ponder any longer the maid takes your hand is leading you somewhere.

You aren’t paying attention but the next thing you know you are back inside the castle.

“Don’t wonder around, it is an important day today”, the maid says finally before leaving you alone.

You find yourself sighing again. You walk around the castle where everyone is busy preparing for the important guests. You walk down the corridors, which were quieter with less people running around. As you walk down you spot a figure lying in front of one of the huge windows. You slowly approach the figure and slowly make out the details of the person.

He had black hair and pale porcelain skin. Even when he was asleep you could tell he was beautiful. As you get entranced in his beauty he opens his eyes and it confirmed your assumption of how beautiful he was.

“Are you done?” he asks.

His voice was so soothing.

“Oh my god! I’m so sorry!” you snap out of your thoughts.

You jump onto your feet as he laughs softly.

“It’s ok, you aren’t the first one to stare at me”, he says as she slowly sits up and stands up.

“I guess I shouldn’t have fallen asleep here so it was my fault really”, he says as she runs his fingers through his hair.

“I’m Himchan, nice to meet you”, he says with a smile.

You smile back and introduce yourself.

“That’s a pretty name”, he says and it makes you blush.

He laughs.

“Oh, I should go now, I bet Yongguk is looking for me”, he says before he waves you bye and leaves you still dumbfounded over his beauty.

You collect your thoughts and you somehow make your way into the busy kitchen. One of the cooks was a good friend of yours and often gave you some extra food you could snack on.

Today you couldn’t spot him so you sigh. You were hoping to get a snack before you had to meet the princes.

“Oh, hello”

You jump again, for the third time that day before you look behind you.

He had soft looking blonde hair and a wide smile. He had a noticeable beauty mark under his left eye.

“Hello”

“Do you want a snack?” he asks and your eyes light up.

He laughs at the look on your face and breaks the sandwich in his hand in half and passes you one of the halves.

“One of the cook here gave it to me”

“Is his name Geunsoo?” you ask.

“It is!”

“He gives me extra food all the time!” you say excitedly.

“That’s lucky!” he says.

“I’m Daehyun, by the way”, he says as he takes a huge bite off his half of the sandwich.

“Nice to meet you”, you introduce yourself and you happily munch your half of the sandwich too.

“You are cute when you eat”, he says simply as if he didn’t just make you choke on your sandwich and blush a hundred shades of red.

“Oh, look at the time, it’s time for me to go. Himchan will give me an earful for disappearing”, he says.

Before he can say anything he is gone.

“Himchan? He was sleeping a few minutes ago”, you say to yourself.

You then take your sandwich and end up out side the castle once again. You take a deep breath as you finish your sandwich.

You start walking towards the garden once again and somewhere you hear a dog barking. You look around but don’t see any dogs.

As you a distracted you feel little paws attacking the hem of your dress. You look down to see a white little fluffy puppy.

Your heart melts and you bend down.

“Hello”, you say gently as you pat his little head.

“Where did you get here from?”

He is happily nudging your hand as he clearly enjoys getting pet on the head by you.

“There you are Mochi!”

You look up to be a very tall guy with blonde hair, a nose-piercing running towards you and the little puppy.

“Don’t wonder off you silly puppy”, he says and the puppy happily barks and runs to his owner on its little legs.

“Were you annoying this lovely lady?”

“Oh, no. He was no trouble”, you say with a smile.

“I hope not, I’d like to think I have taught him some manners”, he says.

“I’m Junghong, and this is Mochi” he says with a bright smile and you introduce yourself to the two.

“Mochi is adorable”, you say as you pat his little head while he is in Junhong’s arms.

“He seems really happy with you”, he says.

“He is a good dog…thank you for letting me entertain him”, you say.

“No problems, we have to go now but I’m sure you can entertain him more when we meet again”, he says and walks away.

“We are going to meet again?”

Yet there is no one there to answer you.

You sigh.

“And more unanswered questions and questionable men later”, you say to yourself as you carry on walking.

The sun is up high, it’s around midday you guessed and you go to your little hiding spot under the huge trees. It was a nice shaded area and you were well hidden behind the huge oak tree. It was a nice resting place and a place to yourself.

“Who’s there?”

And so for the 4th time that day, you jump.

You look around to see a figure among the trees.

“Er… I think I should be the one asking that question. Last time I checked this was my hiding place”, you say.

“Oh”, was the simple reply you get.

The figure stands up and walks towards you.

“Name’s Yonguuk”

His voice was deep and you felt a chill run down your spine as he walks towards you. He had slicked back black hair and he was quiet tall. He has a neutral face, as he doesn’t attempt to smile at you or even show any sign of friendliness.

You introduce yourself and he doesn’t say anything.

“Sorry for intruding”, is all he says before he walks past you and out of your sight.

And another questionable male was added to your already strange day.

You decided your hiding spot doesn’t seem so attractive anymore as you are now really curious as to why you kept on running into all these strange men.

You find yourself walking towards the training grounds of the soldiers of your kingdom wondering if they were new recruits.

You see the soldiers doing their usual training but as you get closer to the grounds you see the soldiers crowding around a duel. You can recognise one of them as the best fighter among the soldiers. The one is he fighting is a new person to you.

You watch the two duel and the new stranger is very graceful when fighting. He moved with so much grace that you were mesmerised.

“You are good…can I get a name?” the soldier asks the stranger.

“Jongup”, he says simply.

You repeat in your head and you carry on watching. You get amazed at how quickly Jongup moves and before you know it he has unarmed the soldier’s sword.

You find yourself smiling at his victory. He relaxes and puts down the training sword. He shakes the soldier’s hand and you can’t help but admire him. He doesn’t smile or anything but he thanks the solider for the duel.

You can’t help but wonder what he would look like if he smiled. He had a beauty mark right on the bridge of his nose and as you lost yourself in your thoughts he looks directly at you. It makes you jump again.

He gives you a small smile and before you know it he is gone.

“What is going on today?”

As you ask that question you feel someone grab your wrist. It was the maid form earlier.

“Come on, it’s time! I told you not to wonder!”

You silently follow her. She takes you to the throne room where your parents are waiting and your older sibling. Your mother gives you a look as if asking you where you had been all this time and you simple shrug.

You take your position next to your sibling and quickly brush at the skirt of your dress.

“We would like to welcome the six princes of the different kingdoms”, they announce.

Soft footsteps follow and the six familiar men walk into the throne room. (A/N: Imagine them walking to you like they did in Y,W&F)

You gasp softly.

Youngjae had a soft smile on his face. Daehyun was smiling widely at you, eye contact and all. Himchan was smiling at you too with his little eye dimple under his left eye, which you noted as cute. Yongguk still looked like he did earlier, poker face and all. Junhong had a cute little smile on his face but he was avoiding eye contact and Jongup finally was neutral faced and was staring somewhere else.

As you saw the six men your brain finally put the pieces together. You had met your six-fiancé prince candidates!

They introduced themselves, their name and their kingdom but you barely heard them as you started to feel nervous. You had said some silly things and done some silly things in front of each of them. You felt a little bit embarrassed.

“And finally, this is my daughter whom one of you will be marrying”, you dad announces and you freeze.

Your sibling nudges you and you finally step forward to bow to the six of them politely.

Your father introduces you to them and you doubt they needed that information as all of them had already met you, except for Jongup maybe who had disappeared before you could have said anything to them.

“Now, pick one of them to spend time with first”

First of all I’d like to ask people to stop calling BTS “legends”. They are not legends yet. I’m not saying that they will never be legends, but they aren’t at that level yet… the group is also only four years old.

I am in no way dissing BTS nor am I saying that they are not as good as the other groups and I am not saying that BTS doesn’t deserve what they have. My icon is Jimin for god’s sake...

So lets start with the follower count. BTS has 9M followers, there are 7 of them in the group and the members don’t have a personal twitter account or at least a public personal account. G Dragon has a little over 8M followers. 1 person with a little over 8M vs 7 people with 9M… who is the true global Korean artist? If you do the math its a little over 1M per bts member… G Dragon… one person has a little over 8M. Fans of BTS also like to say that BTS outsold G Dragon in amount of album sales. I mentioned this in a previous post about BTS’s album sales, people should really break it down and in articles they should mention that there are four versions of each album, it’s not like they pre-sold over one million with one version. However G Dragon pre-sold over one million with just one version of the album and its not even a conventional album… its a USB that you have to physically download all of the songs and photos. G Dragon is just one person and bts is a group of seven that achieved somewhat of what G Dragon… just a single person achieved… Do you understand what older kpop fans/Big Bang fans mean now? Lets also do it this way too… we all know BTS’s twitter follower count, lets add the big bang member’s twitter followers together, and it is about 15M all together, just about the same amount of followers that G Dragon has on Instagram.

I would also like to say to the BTS fans that mock Big Bang and 2ne1… If it wasn’t for them and the wonder girls billboard really wouldn’t have cared about kpop all together. Fantastic Baby, I am the best, Nobody and even SNSD’s the boys have garnered more attention,more radio play, and more coverage than DNA (and it seems like they have been getting most of their radio play in NorCal which Asian’s are more of the majority… just to clarify, I am in no way saying that non-Asians don’t listen to kpop). Fantastic Baby was even feature in Glee and Pitch Perfect. 2ne1 gained so much western attention. If Big Bang never got a nomination and walked on the EMA stage in 2011 BTS wouldn’t even be able to walk on a western stage. You have to thank Big Bang for opening the way for BTS to be in the billboard charts and walk on the stage. I don’t care what rank BTS gain on the billboard charts because if non-American fans didn’t change their VPN and overly stream the music video and make a US iTunes account BTS wouldn’t even be able to gain that ranking. how come no one is mentioning how Big Bang is the only kpop group that has 10 music videos with over 100M views?

Why is that when I mention how B.A.P has had the most #1’s on the Billboard world album chart that BTS fans practically make fun of B.A.P, its like the only way for them to feel satisfied with their group is the ranking they have and the views they have which is very sad to be honest. It seems like you are not confident in the group or you don’t feel validation as a fan or validation for listening to kpop. Maybe its because some of the fans are young and can’t afford to buy the albums physically and digitally. I have been in that position before, I started listening to kpop at a young age, the first two kpop albums I got were gifts and that was Big Bang’s Alive and G Dragon’s One Of A Kind. B.A.P’s badman was the first album I purchased on my own, I missed out on all of the Super Junior albums, four B.A.P albums and ten Big Bang albums, but I never felt like a lesser fan, nor did I feel the need shove my favorite groups in other peoples faces. There was only one time that I participated in a “mass streaming” and that was with Super Junior’s Mr. Simple, that was the first ever SM boy group music video to gain 100M views. Though looking back I probably annoyed the crap out of my friends and family for about a month or two… I even would put my phone on silent and stream the music video in class, I even made a playlist and had it loop the music video in my locker while I was in gym class. I am so embarrassed at my behavior to be honest. I also can’t believe that I actually get called a bad fan by only watching BTS’s music video once, I only watch music videos once now. Why? because I actually have stuff in my life to do… I go to cosmetology school which I am super passionate about and I have been preparing for surgery since last year which I’m getting next week 

There has also been one thing that has had me thinking ever since 2014. It seemed like after B.A.P was done promoting First Sensibility, were doing their LOE2014 tour, and after announced their hiatus BTS has started to garner attention and more fame, previously BTS was in B.A.P’s shadow. Now its just a thought, if B.A.P never went on hiatus would BTS even be where they are or would BTS still be in B.A.P’s shadow and B.A.P be where BTS is. 1004 and LOE2014 did gain quite a bit of attention too, they did quite a bit of western interviews the only thing that’s different is that none of the members were fluent in English so there was a language barrier.

I would also wish that the western media that does try to cover BTS stop acting like their fans are literally just S.Korea and the US. Outside of the Korean fans Japan has the most fans, why do you think that they cater so much to Japan, Go on so many Japanese shows, make Japanese versions of songs, and even make Japanese specific albums? Then after that its The Philippines and Singapore, btw western media… there are plenty of other countries that listen to BTS and there are plenty of Asian country that actually use English on a daily basis… just wanted to let you know that.

1) Who is/are your favourite group(s)? B.A.P, SHINee, Red Velvet, and many more but I would say these are my top 3

2) How did you get into them? Well a dear friend of mine would share her music with me during class (although ironically she’s not really much into kpop now, but it happens) + many of my classmates liked kpop so that’s how I first got in.

As for specific groups: B.A.P they were totally different from the other groups at the time and seemed to be a different type of idol that focuses more on music than other stuff. Plus their performances. I am still amazed at their lives. Their live vocals and stage presence were impressive even since debut. Also I really liked how the artists they looked up to were ones that I was familiar with. And then just Bang Yongguk and really the group is just such a role model. SHINee they’re perfection. As simple as that. I watched the SWC3 video and I became a shawol. That concert is the best and you won’t be able to convince me otherwise. Their performance is great; amazing live vocals and amazing dance. Red Velvet I really wanted a girl group that was perfect for my tastes. Kind of like how I loved the Cheetah Girls and my friends & I would each call a member, I wanted to stan a group like that. The girls need support too. With RV, I really digged the color concept (and still do). It’s simple but effective. They have my favorite style: they’re not just cute or just sexy which were becoming common at the time. Instead “red” is more quirky and fun than cute and “velvet” is sexy but it’s also sultry and a type of sexy that I personally prefer. I got into RV because I loved their choreo. Their choreo is just fun.

TLDR: I favor PERFORMANCE!!! 3) What is your favourite song RIGHT NOW? Should I wait a couple more days for Jonghyun’s Story Op 2 to come out...haha. Um I guess I would say EXID’s ‘Night Rather Than Day’

4) If you and your faves were stranded on an island/ the moon, how screwed would you be? I’ll restrict this to just B.A.P: Surprisingly, if I were stranded on the moon I feel like Jongup would be the most helpful (no pun intended). I also think that Yongguk would be the least helpful haha. And something is telling me that I would have to worry about Zelo doing something that would cause us to lose oxygen. So, not that screwed, but I would still have to keep NASA on speed dial...and hope that I get reception in space. How are space bars?

5) Do you have any group/ song recommendations? 100% & HALO!!! I can’t scream that any louder than I already am. As for song recommendation, I’ll give two by the group Almeng. Check out ‘Half an Hour’ and ‘Phone in Love’.

6) Who is your favourite recent debut (within the last 6 months)? DREAMCATCHER!!!

7) Favourite choreography? Pre-2012 this would have been so much easier to answer. Anyways, my favorite choreo is a tie between 100% ‘Beat’ (you should go watch it you will not regret) and Vixx’s ‘Hyde’. Both are theatrical pieces. Watching the live for ‘Beat’ is probably what made me a fan and then for ‘Hyde’ I was just so in love with the 2 sides and putting on and off the mask because Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. I also want to mention Red Velvet’ s ‘Huff n Puff’. I love Red Velvet’s choreo and ‘Huff n Puff’ is my favorite, I seriously want to learn it. Shoutout to Dreamcatcher because all of their choreos are amazing, even the ones from their predebut dance practices. And I also feel the need to mention    F(x)’s ‘4 Walls’ because everything about that song, dance, styling, era was art.

8) Are there any groups you wish you were more into? Who? Infinite. I like their songs but I keep putting off knowing more about the members kind of because there’s so much content out so it’d take a while. I want to get back into BtoB. I was well updated with them up until 2014, they were even one of my top3 favorites, but now I’m far behind on the behind the scenes vids. Also, I’m slowly getting into KNK.

9) What’s your favourite concept? Um, a good one. Actually I just realized that my 3 favorites are known for switching up their style in some way or form. It's easier to say which ones I don’t like. But hmm this isn’t really a concept but I like when the styling is uniform with slight variations versus everyone wearing different things.

10) Is there anyone you’re dying to see live (or have seen live)? SHINEE!!!! and BAP!!! And now I am lucky enough to say that I have seen both live. Like I mentioned before SWC3 (and all the ones after) really made me want to see SHINee live. Seeing them live, not in the States, would be wayyy better too because the stages at the venues they perform at are cooler and allow for more things. Hopefully I will be able to see SHINee at Tokyo Dome later this year if they do go through with another Dome tour and during my study abroad time (I really just want to go to Tokyo Dome in general but getting tickets just for anything may be hard so I’ve heard) 11) Oooh Aves cheated. She only asked ten questions. For shame

1. A song you like to listen to when sad (kpop or not)

It depends what I like at the moment but right now is: I am here by Jung Jun Ill and Miss You by Standing Egg. And most of the Goblin OST, is heart breaking tbh.

2. A song you like to listen to when happy (kpop or not)

Pretty much every song from B1A4!! Dancing in the Rain by B.A.P, Wings by Daesung... anything that makes me want to stand up and dance and sing (which, believe me, doesn’t happen often)

3. What would you buy if you had one day to spend unlimited amounts of money?

Buy a lot of properties around the world and a plane. So after that day I could rent the properties and make a living of that and fly around on my plane :)

4. What is a food you think you can eat forever or for a long time without getting sick of it?

Sushi, of course!

5. How do you motivate yourself to do unpleasant things?

I don’t actually, lol, I just don’t do them. I’ve skipped classes that involved doing oral presentations just because I can’t do them. And if it is something that I just HAVE to do it (something at work for example) I’ll just wait until last moment. I know, I should confront difficult things and grow up and bla bla but... idk, just can’t.

I don’t wake up in the middle of the night, like ever. I’m a really heavy sleeper, and if I ever wake up I just go back to sleep in an instant!

9. Do you like to read and if so, do you have a favorite book?

Yes, I love to read! “Cuentos de amor, de locura y de muerte” by Horacio Quiroga and “The Martian Chronicles” by Ray Bradbury. And anything and everything by Stephen King and Haruki Murakami.

10. How and when did you get into kpop?

Like, almost ten years ago? I was bored one day at mangafox forums and I saw that someone had as a signature a picture of probably the most gorgeous man I had laid eyes upon. I though he was an actor so I googled him, he was no actor, but a singer in a boy band. I clicked on a video, and truth be told Ifelt a bit weirded out at first (they were in fucking animal costumbes being al cute) buy I kept going, and I’m happy that I did. If you’re wondering what’s the mv is “Balloons” by no other than DB5K, and the gorgeous man was Jaejoong. It still makes me fucking emotional to hear that song.

11. Favorite girl group song (or more than one I’m just looking for some recommendations lol)

The only two girl groups I listen to are Sunny Hill (Pray and Midnight Circus are both my favorites) and Davichi (I love all of their songs really, so here is a good compilation, try “Even though I hate you, I love you” and “8282″). Though these days I can’t stop listening Cheer Up by Twice.

26. March 31, 2017 - Zelo & Jongup (B.A.P)

Last night I had a dream about Zelo and Jongup. In my dream I don’t think they were famous/celebrities, but apparently there was some modeling contest going on. I told Jongup he should enter the contest, and he thought it was a good idea too so he left to get into another outfit. I also told Zelo he should enter it, but he didn’t seem to really want to. I convinced him somehow and then he left to get changed too. Then I think I left somewhere with a friend and when I came back there were a lot of people around trying out for the contest. I spotted Jongup and talked to him for a bit then moved on. I tried to find Zelo too but there were too many people, so I yelled for him and then I saw him waiting in line waving at me. I had a dream about Yongguk last night. He was over at my house doing laundry, but he forgot to start the machine so I went looking for him so I could tell him. Then he looked kinda embarrassed. I had a naughty dream about Baekhyun recently. I was snooping around his room (I don't really remember why) and I found his journal/diary. It was pretty normal at first with phone numbers and notes and stuff, but then I found pictures he'd taken of himself posing naked hidden inside! I tried to make copies so I could look at them more thoroughly later (I know I'm a horrible person), since he had a photocopier in his room(?), because I was afraid he was going to catch me. But then I woke up.

22. September 20, 2015 - Tao

I had a short dream about Tao last night. I had an important job interview or some kind of meeting to go to (I can’t remember exactly), and I was being led to the room it would take place. While I was walking the person leading me was telling me about the people who would be present: there would be a woman taking notes/transcribing, another woman whose role I can’t remember, and a man who was leading the interview/meeting. I can’t really remember if they mentioned another person, but when I entered the room I immediately spotted Tao sitting to the left of the interviewer.

Then whoever led me to the room started introducing everyone to me, and it felt so real that I was trying to remember everyone’s names and faces as if it was my real job. And I was being really polite and bowing to each person as they were being introduced. Tao was last to be introduced, and I knew that we already knew each other somehow but for whatever reason (to stay professional I guess) other people weren’t supposed to know about us, so I bowed to him and said “It’s nice to meet you” and then he gave me a smirk back. The little shit.

Oh and he was dressed exactly like he was in his movie My Sunshine:

21. Some time last week - Sehun

I dreamed about Sehun last night. I was at a friend’s house using their bath/hot tub/jacuzzi thing, when I looked at my phone (apparently I was included in EXO’s chat haha) and Sehun was spamming the chat with weird messages. He was at work apparently and I could tell by his messages that he was super bored and wanted someone to visit him at work. So I left my friend’s house to go see him. He was a cashier at some department store, but for some reason he was just wandering through the aisles near his cash register. He looked like he was waiting for someone to show up and entertain him. He hadn’t seen me yet so I snuck up behind him and surprised him. Then we went over to his cash register to talk. I remember what he was wearing: a blue plaid/striped long-sleeved shirt and skinny jeans. We talked for a bit (something about the difference between blue and black ink and I remember “nipple” somehow came into the conversation). Then he gave me a paycheck and that’s all I can remember. He just looked adorable when he was bored and lonely.

20. August 9, 2015 - Baekhyun

Baekhyun made his debut in my dreams last night. Apparently I started working for EXO and I was in their dorm, and I was working with one of my coworkers from real life. I’m not exactly sure what my job was, but my coworker and I were hurrying down a flight of stairs because she realized we were late to go make sure a sink was being installed properly in her apartment (? lol). She wanted to use the washroom before we left, so I just waited out in a hallway.

And then Baekhyun walked up to me holding this weird toy that was like a mix of a soccer ball and a rubik’s cube (?). I could tell it wasn’t the first time we were talking to each other because it felt like we were both comfortable around each other. So he showed me the ball thing and said something like “I bet you can’t even use this right”. I was like “Pfft whatever” and kicked the ball. Apparently I was supposed to make all the colours on the ball line up when I kicked it (which I failed to do). Then he made fun of me and was like “There’s a trick to getting it to work��. So apparently it was some kind of practical joke toy and he was just being a tease. But when he kicked the ball his colours didn’t line up either so I laughed at him and pointed out he didn’t even know how to do the trick.

Then we sat down at a dining room table with someone else (I think maybe Chen). And I found out that they knew I was a fangirl (which was something I really didn’t want them to know because it was embarrassing?). We were talking about some reaction video they had all made and posted online (I feel it was for My Little Pony for some reason). I said that after watching it I couldn’t take them seriously and thought they were all idiots. I don’t know why I said that lol and even the dream version of me realized that was rude so I added “I mean that in a nice way”. And Baekhyun was like “Oh, I know, because I read your comments on the video.” I’d apparently used my real name as a username and that’s how he knew. So I was thinking well that’s great, what kinds of embarrassing things did I write about in the comments? I guess I didn’t want them to read me fangirling in the comments section. Oh, and I don’t know how to flirt but in the dream it felt like me and Baekhyun were flirting.

And then at that point my coworker came back and I had to leave with her.

19. July 26, 2015 - D.O.

I had a really fluffy dream about D.O. last night. We were secretly dating and he was doing a stage production. It wasn’t big or anything, more like a high school play. He was playing a funny/comedy relief character and he was doing a really good job. I had other friends in the play as well.

I was sitting somewhere in the crowd where he could see me easily. And whenever he’d spot me he’d smile really brightly and had a genuine smile on stage. When he finished his part he left the stage and I went backstage to see him. He was going over his lines for his next scene. I think we talked but I don’t really member about what. I told him he was doing really well, but I was trying to be casual because there were other people around. I smiled and waved at some of my friends, and then he had to go back on stage so I left to go watch again.

I don’t really know how to describe it but whenever he’d look at me and smile it made me so happy, and I could tell they were genuine smiles he was wearing.

When the show was over I went backstage again and waited while D.O. packed up his things. People were cleaning and packing up and I helped out a bit because I didn’t want it to seem like D.O. and I were leaving together (which we were). People kept coming up to him and saying that he did a really good job playing the bright character on stage.

While I was cleaning I ran into someone I went to college with and she sort of joked and asked why I was smiling so much, so I guess I looked really happy. I just laughed and didn’t want to tell her it was because of D.O. I don’t really remember what happened after that but I think we finally left together.

I dreamed about Tao last night. He was a famous actor for playing in superhero movies, and he played my favourite character. And I was in college and found out he was going to be going to my school and I FREAKED out. I had one or two classes with him and all I could do was fangirl. And my friends were getting sick of me talking about him xD

17. June 5, 2015 - Lay

(Sorry, I forgot to post this one earlier and now I can barely remember it. But it’s in my dream journal so it must have happened)

I had a short dream about Lay last night. We were eating in a Chinese market and we were waiting for a city bus. We were in a part of a city I wasn’t familiar with, and I knew we were lost even though Lay was trying to act like he knew where he was going LOL. I remember he left me alone at one point, probably to get directions) and then he came back. I think he was angry/jealous towards some other people but I can’t remember why.

16. April 30, 2015 - Tao, D.O.

I had another dream about Tao last night. We were shopping together at Staples (lol), but it was more like a Wal Mart because they sold a lot of stuff other than office supplies. I think Tao was upset he couldn’t find any Gucci there. And we were with a group of people like it was a class trip or something.

So he was bored and wanted to wander off on his own, so he used a back pack as an excuse to the teacher(?) to ditch the group and go look for Gucci. I followed after him because I felt like he was going to get in trouble. And I scolded him when he just dropped the back pack and left it sitting in the aisle (I used to work in retail so I knew it was going to be a bother for an employee to put it back). I think we wandered around for a while, but I can’t really remember. I think someone else from EXO was tagging a long with us, and it was one of the shorter guys so it was probably D.O.

And then these two bully guys showed up and started harrassing us. I tried to scold them (LOL) but they wouldn’t listen and I think they ended up beating up D.O. Actually I think they beat up all of us (apparently Tao’s wushu wasn’t effective. I don’t remember him even using it). And then the bullies took me away from D.O. and Tao and I didn’t see either of them for the rest of the dream. Then the bullies smashed my cell phone and somehow I knew that Tao was upset he couldn’t get a hold of me. But apparently not so much that I’d gotten beaten up and kidnapped xD

15. April 29, 2015 - Tao (feat. D.O. and Kris)

I had sort of a weird/erotic(?) dream about Tao last night. The other EXO members were there, too (I remember D.O. and Kris in particular). We were all swimming in a huge, huge pool and swimming laps in a huge circle. Me and Tao were flirting I guess while swimming, but we were trying to be discreet about it because we didn’t want anyone else to know. So we were giving each other these intense, knowing looks, and doing these kind of synchronized swimming moves(??) LOL. Basically just doing the same swimming moves, and kicking each other underwater if we happened to swim past the other. It all had a romantic/erotic atmosphere. I don’t really know how to describe the feeling better.

So, then I got too close to him while I was swimming past him, and as I was moving away from him (and this was an intense moment in the dream) he grabbed my arm and pulled me close to him, and we both sank beneath the water and started making out with lots of open mouth kisses. He was a good kisser and his lips were soft and the whole thing was very wet (tmi? lol).

No one else noticed us apparently. Basically all of this dream was impossible and I would have drowned if I tried to do anything like that in real life. But it was really romantic in the dream xD

When we returned to the surface I swam up to D.O., since we were good friends apparently, and I was trying to act casual and I wrapped my arms around his waist. Basically I was weightless the whole dream. Oh, and none of us were wearing swimsuits. We were all swimming in regular clothes I think (get your mind out of the gutter :P)

So this dream is basically everything a fangirl could want :3

14. April 15, 2015 - Chanyeol

I had a dream about Chanyeol last night. A little backstory first:

I was walking home from high school, and I’d skipped out on my detention because I thought I didn’t deserve it (it was because I fell asleep in class or something). I’d told our teacher I was 22 years old and she didn’t have the right to keep me at school for detention because I could leave whenever I wanted (LOL). Then she kept following me around trying to get me in detention.

So Chanyeol came in the dream while I was walking home after skipping detention, and apparently our teacher made him follow after me to give me some detention papers or something since she couldn’t find me. After that he noticed I was carrying too many things (which I hadn’t been carrying a second ago) and he helped me carry them home. While we were walking I had a strong urge to hold his hand because I saw it swinging while we were walking, but I stopped myself (shucks).

Then the dream shifted and we were in a huge truck instead of walking, and he was driving me to my mom’s house (which is in a different city). He was trying to find my address from a phone book (lol) but couldn’t find it since my phone/address isn’t under my last name, so I started giving him directions.

This is where it starts to get weird. We drove through a mall parking lot instead of, you know, the road, and he was honking at cars that were being too slow. And then while we were driving he asked me if he could tell me something weird or maybe said something along the lines of “Do you mind talking about penises?” I was like “Alright” and then he said that penis blood makes him faint and I was like “?? Yeah that’s probably not a good thing.” I was concerned (thinking “does that happen a lot?”) and weirded out, and I’m pretty sure he started going into detail that I either couldn’t remember or repressed when I woke up.

He also talked about a guy I used to go to high school with and they were apparently friends. He also mentioned that he had a guest over at his place (possibly that guy) and then I felt bad for our teacher making him deliver her stuff to me and for him walking/driving me home. And then I woke up before we got to my mom’s house.

Another weird thing about this dream is that before going to bed that night I’d asked to have a dream about my future husband. So apparently I’m going to marry Chanyeol someday ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

13. April 8, 2015 - Chanyeol

I had a dream last night that Chanyeol became my roommate? He was on some kind of exchange and that’s why he was in Canada, I guess. I was taking a city bus with him and he let me borrow his laptop, apparently. He had to get off the bus before me to go shopping or something (I don’t know why I didn’t get off with him to show him around…) and when he was getting off I said, “Chanyeol, fighting!” LOL. As the bus drove away I could tell he was confused and didn’t know where to go xD Then I got off at my apartment, which in my dream was a shady ass apartment and it was also a dump. So I freaked out knowing Chanyeol was going to see it later and I started cleaning.

12. April 4, 2015 - Tao & Suho

I dreamed about Tao and Suho last night. I was either watching a behind the scenes video for the Call Me Baby mv or I was actually there while they were filming the mv. I remember Suho was standing next to Tao. Then Tao gave me this look -

I remember I turned to the person next to me (who was one of my friends I think) because I was fangirling. And I know I turned back to Tao and Suho but I don’t remember what happened next. I’m pretty sure there was more fanservice. And Suho said something, I just can’t remember what. I think Suho was there to make sure Tao didn’t give me a heart attack.

I had a dream where D.O. was a kid and he was my son (???). I was taking him through an airport, I think. When I woke up I realized that although it had looked like him, it was actually his son. So apparently we had a kid together. (Sorry, I couldn’t remember much about this dream.)

I dreamed that Tao was a vampire and the atmosphere of the dream was similar to a horror movie. I was a human and Tao was my boyfriend and trying to protect me (from bad vampires, I guess). I remember he had really vibrant and colourful red eyes.

I also dreamed about D.O. and Kai who were attending a wedding I was going to? (Sorry, I can’t make out the rest of my writing because I wrote it in the dark and half asleep.)

And then I was really mad and went to yell at them but they were gone (drove away).“ LOL

Last night I dreamed about Xiumin. I was walking down a street in an unfamiliar town, and passed a huge and pretty house. When I got to the driveway (which was really long), I saw Xiumin playing with a basketball. It ended up rolling down the driveway to the road so I brought it back to him. Then he showed me some weird hand thing that I could do to impress kids (?). And then we played in the leaves and he buried me. My niece and nephew were also there for the playing in the leaves part, and then I think I left with them.

I had a dream I had a broken leg, and I went to my college’s cafeteria for lunch. I bought tea for me and some friends, and when I sat down and put my crutches down, Luhan walked over to me. He said something like he knew how hard I was working, and then said, “This is for you” (for working so hard) and gave me a rice krispie square (LOL)

I’ve been slacking on writing down my dreams, so this will end up being two dreams in one post.

Dream one

I can’t remember if it was Thanos or just a weird alien race that looked similar to Thanos, but they were trying to destroy Earth and a whole bunch of super heroes had joined forces to fight. Though I don’t recall the specifics, I do know that each hero had powers from both the DC and Marvel verses. I personally was essentially Starfire. Everything started off as it would in any movie, then slowly shifted into more of what would happen behind the scenes. I had to find more heroes to help us fight the aliens in their giant mothership. Those I needed to locate where hiding in the desert, not wanting to cause more harm than good due to them not being sure how to handle their powers. Suddenly I was in a more city-like setting, alone, and being chased down by bulky government security officers (I dunno, okay). I had trouble consistently flying, which made getting away difficult. I kept reminding myself flying was reliant on allowing my emotions to flow freely, to embrace and work with them. But I continued to struggle regardless of my efforts. For some reason I was still looking for someone and Yongguk from B.A.P was randomly around with some friends of his and I kept asking him if he had seen our mutual friend (the person I was looking for) and he was super grumpy, didn’t really seem keen on helping me out. His friend then explained to me that Yongguk felt that if our friend wanted to be found, they would have let me know where they are. Apparently I knew that they were in trouble and told him that I wouldn’t be bothering to ask if it wasn’t of the utmost importance. I think I got sick of struggling to fly and ended up waking up after that.

Dream two

This one is a bit shorter. I was in a classroom with kids who were struggling to excel in their education. You know, the kids who have rough home lives and act out in school or just hate school in general because it’s not an environment where they thrive in. Personally, I wasn’t either of those people in school. Maybe a bit of the latter, but only because certain professors or teachers treated me poorly after finding out I have a disability/legally documented reason to not show up to class. Anyway, Travis Scott was there and we started talking a little bit. Eventually it got to the point where I needed to console him. He started crying when we hugged and told me about how he thinks it’s his time to go, that he couldn’t handle the stress and pressure to constantly give and give and give. I tried to tell him he had so much more to offer the world, so much more of an impact to make and that he shouldn’t leave us yet, but he kept crying. I ended up tearing up as well because I realize I felt the same way, like nothing I did was really making a difference and I would be stuck feeling so miserable and useless no matter what I did in life.

Jae-in’s Relationship with X1

X1 12th Member AU:

A/N: Sorry it took so long to post! I have been drowning in school work and I just started my new job. But I’m trying to update more. As always, requests are open! I’d love to get ideas on what to write for Jae-in and the boys.

Seungwoo:

These two have known each other for a few years now. Seungwoo’s older sister was a member of Secret under TS Entertainment, and she often, along with her other members, invited Jae-in along for outings, seeing as she was the only girl in B.A.P. So Jae-in often was invited to spend time with Sunhwa and her parents and siblings, i.e Seungwoo. They slowly became close friends, but lost contact as the years went by and Seungwoo debuted and Sunhwa left the company. Now that they have reconnected, these two are joined at the hip. Seungwoo looks out for her, just like he looks out for all his members, but also knows that she can hold her own. They are workout buddies and spend most of their time parenting the kids. He relies on her the most, due to her being in the industry for so long, and always being calm and collected. Since these two are very cuddly, they’ll cling to others, or each other (once the other members get sick of being clung to). These two picked each other as roommates due to having such similar likes and interests. Jae-in really loves Snoopy and the Peanuts gang, so she smiles whenever Seungwoo is called Snoopy and has a tendency of stealing some of the Snoopy fan gifts that he gets. He doesn’t really mind.

Seungyoun:

Normally, Jae-in is very quiet and to herself, but if you add a Seungyoun to the mix, then you have hell. These two get very loud, very fast. She’s an unofficial member of Team Rocket, due to stopping any pranks or jokes from going too far. Seungyoun goes to Jae-in whenever he needs to vent. He prefers to not let the kids see how down he actually gets, and originally didn’t even want Jae-in to see, but she caught him crying one night, and since then Seungyoun goes to her whenever he just needs to talk. The same goes for her. Jae-in only ever shows her true emotions to a select few, and Seungyoun is one of them. Back on PDX, these two were always the mood makers in their teams and if they weren’t on the same team making others laugh, they were looking for each other in between breaks. They just naturally gravitate towards each other.

Wooseok:

These two met during a music show. Jae-in was MCing back when she was in B.A.P and Up10tion was promoting. She, Wooseok, and Jinhyuk got into a little (fun) argument about the the best snacks at each music show, and from there on out, a friendship had grown. Whenever Jae-in enters a room, she always goes towards Wooseok and latches on to him. He’s one of the few members that just lets it happen without comment or complaint. Even though, she shares a room with Seungwoo, she’ll either chill in Wooseok’s room, or drag him to her room to just cuddle. Jae-in keeps a watchful eye on Wooseok, knowing his past. Jinhyuk had asked them to stick together and look out for each other while being in X1, and Jae-in takes that request very seriously, as she sees him like a little brother (much to his displeasure). Wooseok will go to either Seungwoo or her whenever he needs to talk or is too stressed, but will also listen whenever Jae-in needs to vent.

Yohan:

Jae-in has admired Yohan since his audition. Whenever he improved and got compliments, she always felt so proud, even if he wasn’t on her team. While he spends time squishing cheeks and teasing the younger members, she does the same to him. She laughs at how squirmy he gets with any sort of skinship, so she has made it her goal to make him get used to it. Yohan at first felt a bit uncomfortable with her, due to being the only girl and such a “badass idol” in the past, but he slowly started to see her as an older sister that he could confide in. Jae-in will help him with the dances and in return, she asks him to teach her taekwondo, to which he teases her whenever she tries hard, but stumbles, “So there are some things that the Great Han Jae-in can’t do.” “Oh, shut up.”

Hangyul:

From the beginning, Jae-in was drawn to him for some reason. He seemed intimidating, but she also got such soft vibes from him. She had seen him before on The Unit, and as a part of IM, but didn’t know much about him. She liked the vibe that he gave, and during one of the late night practices to X1-MA, she found him practicing alone, and decided to join him. He felt at ease with her and right away was able to make jokes with her. They often complimented each other on their dances and even gave each other pointers. Jae-in sees a lot of her members as younger brothers, but Hangyul is the closest to resembling her actual brother, so she naturally felt comfortable around him. In the dorms, if too many members are visiting Seungwoo in their shared room, she’ll often go to Hangyul and Seungyoun’s room, since it basically has the same vibes as hers, but with less kids. She’ll often slump on Hagyul’s bed, face buried in his pillow and muffle out a drama suggestion that they should watch. He is definitely the one that gets the most protective of her.

Junho:

Junho is a tough case for Jae-in. She knows that he’s pretty quiet at first, but once he’s comfortable he’ll open up, or at least he has with the other members. They’ve been on the same team on PDX a few times, and yet he’s still quiet around her. She gets that not everyone will be fully comfortable with her in the group, but she would still like to hold a conversation with him. And they do, but it always seems forced, or there’s another member involved. Jae-in has just come to the conclusion, that he’ll (hopefully) come around. Until then, she’ll just awkwardly help him with his dance. She’s still very observant of him and is hyper aware of when he’s stressing out or overworking himself. She’ll do subtle things to help, like making him his favorite meal, or ushering the kids out of whatever room he’s trying to rest in. She thinks that he doesn’t notice these things, but he does, and even though he doesn’t show it much, he is grateful.

Dongpyo:

Even though Seungwoo has claimed him as his son, Jae-in is totally whipped for him. She thinks that he’s super talented and so cute. He comes to her often whenever the boys tease him, because even though she loves to cuddle, she knows when to stop. She’s quick to defend him if the teasing starts to get out of hand, and the teasing generally stops right away, because no one has ever seen Jae-in mad, and they’re scared to see what that looks like. Whenever Dongpyo is being smothered in cuddles (normally by Yohan), she picks him up and brings him to another part of the room and stays with him. Dongpyo gets flustered with the fact that she can pick him up with ease due to her height and strength, but ignores it in lieu of being free of the over clingy members. Dongpyo has begged Jae-in to grow out her hair, “You would look so pretty, and then I could play with your hair too”. As much as Jae-in enjoys the simplicity of having short hair, she has often thought about growing it out for him.

Minhee:

Jae-in is in love with Minhee’s humor. She’s obsessed with making dad jokes and making others cringe, and the fact that Minhee appreciates her jokes makes her love him more. She definitely loves his meme like personality which intensifies whenever he senses that she’s feeling down. Jae-in normally joins Minhee as he walks Hyeongjun to school, then she in turn walks him to school. Jae-in will typically sit with him while he does his homework and sometimes ask him to set up a couple of problems for her to solve. It’s been awhile since she’s  been in school and likes to stay on her toes. He knew this which is why he suggested to start giving her problems to solve. He has to hide a grin with how many she gets wrong, but helps her out to make sure she understands. Normally after that, they’ll go out to get coffee and a snack.

Eunsang:

Jae-in is probably one of his biggest supporters. Towards the end of PDX when people were choosing positions for the last two evaluations, she saw how Eunsang volunteered for whatever he could. She knew that he was fighting to ensure his place, so she often encouraged him to stand his ground and to not be afraid of looking greedy, because everyone at this point was grabbing whatever position they could. When he was announced as the X member, she saw how nervous he was and knew that he felt the same as she did. They got picked, but others were left behind. Once she had the chance, she latched on to him and made sure he was okay. She is still always keeping an eye out for him, because she knows that he tends to put too much pressure on himself. So she’ll casually slip her head into his and give it a squeeze. She’ll practice English with him, and will ask her to speak Spanish.

Hyeongjun:

From when he first walked into the company evaluations, she knew that she would have a hard time saying no to that face. After watching him go for X class to D and still work even harder, she fell for him more. She’d always hover around him, and he didn't mind at all. In fact he loved it. She reminded him so much of his older sisters, that in the span of talking for a few minutes he latched on to her. He became her son throughout the show and they still share that same relationship. He’ll actively seek out affection from her, which she is always happy to give. He sometimes slips into her room at night when he misses home, and being the night owl she is, is always welcoming him with open arms, and a space in the bed for him. Seungwoo has woken many times to the sight of them tangled together. She’s in love with his accent that slips out every so often, she melts with it.

Dohyon:

Their relationship is still a little rocky. They had never been on the same team during PDX, and even though, Jae-in is pretty social, she never really talked to him. Once they debuted, they started to talk a bit more. With their 9 year age gap and her being the only girl, he doesn’t really know what to say or do around her. Though, he’s starting to warm up to her since he sees that she joins in on some of Team Rocket’s shenanigans. He’ll sometimes get excited while talking about something and then kind of quiets down and blushes slightly when he sees Jae-in smiling at his excitement. He really likes her cooking and will shyly ask her what she’s making. Dohyon reminds Jae-in of her maknae from her previous group, in height, talent, and personality, so she often looks at him in adoration and sometimes has to hold herself back to not squish his cheeks. Jae-in would like to try composing some music with him, but is kind of scared that he’ll say no, though he’d like to do the same thing, but won’t ask for the same reason.

B.A.P Christmas Family AU

A.N: Hello! So yes, a bit late but this is my last story for 2017 postes at exactly migdnight so happy new years!. A cute little family B.A.P AU. Yongguk and Himchan have a surprise for their 4 adopted kids but the question is will they enjoy it?

“I don’t know about this Himchan…”

“You’ll be fine! You look so cute!” Himchan says as he zips Yongguk up in a Santa suit.

“I still don’t think it’s a good idea…aren’t the kids a bit too old for this?”

“Daehyun and Youngjae probably are but I’m sure Jongup and Junhong will love it”, Himchan says with a bight smile.

His little dimple appearing under his eye and Yongguk cannot, CANNOT say no to that face.

“Look, they are adopted so you know they probably didn’t have a good Christmas memory when they were younger. If not for me, can you do this for them?” Himchan asks.

He was playing the sad childhood card again. And Yongguk needs to stop falling for it. The four nightmares of a kid they had adopted were all from a well-known organisation. All of them had no issues with their childhood. Granted Daehyun had issues with sharing food, Youngjae had a mouth on him, Jongup rarely spoke up and Junhong took a long time to trust them but Himchan and him loved them all dearly.

Like they were their own children.

Yongguk remembers when he was younger, he had dreamt of having his own children, with a wife and a small house.

Yeah, that doesn’t work out when you realise that you don’t swing that way.

But Himchan was the love of his life and he had accepted that somethings wouldn’t go as planned. Himchan is a model and he had originally no want or need for children but when they had adopted Jongup, Himchan instantly turned into the most caring human being ever. Yongguk sometimes thinks Himchan has favouritism towards their smallest kid.

Youngjae was next.

He was a smart kid and instantly got along with Jongup. He taught the younger many things and it always warmed Yongguk’s heart to see his two sons snuggled up together in a blanked as Youngjae read Jongup a new book every night.

Junhong was next. He was very young when they adopted Junhong.

Jongup had been 4.

Youngjae was 7.

Junhong was 3 and for a 3 year old he was very careful with people around him. It took a lot of time for Junhong to get used to the new environment. He didn’t like the attention he got from Himchan, he did not like Youngjae’s smart mouth and he definitely did not like “scary” Yongguk. So he warmed up to Jongup first. They had become best friends. Eventually he warmed up Yongguk as Jongup insisted that he wasn’t scary and Youngjae got to Junhong by showering Junhong with warm hugs and cuddles and probably smuggled him some of his favourite snacks.

Junhong found it the hardest to warm up to Himchan.

Himchan was so defeated when Junhong kept on rejecting him. They just naturally clashed as well so it was really hard. But as time passed, Himchan learned to understand how Junhong’s feelings worked.

Himchan will never admit it but he had cried in Yongguk’s arms for many nights and worried that he was a failure as a parent. Himchan eventually learned that Junhong just needed time and gentle words and encouragement and maybe even just a smile.

Daehyun was the last one to be adopted.

He was 9. He had been adopted a year after Junhong and because he was older he understood his situation and he was quiet at first and very well behaved. Now that he was close with everyone and used to the environment, he was the biggest troublemaker. Himchan swears Daehyun intentionally stayed quiet in the beginning to make sure that they were going to keep him before he invested his heart into this family.

They would have never turned him away anyway.

Going back to the situation at hand.

“I bet Daehyun and Youngje will find it cute too though”, Himchan says as he places the hat on Yongguk’s head and adjusts it.

“I have a feeling they will laugh at my face if anything”, Yongguk says flatly.

“Oh, come on. Be a bit more cheery”, Himchan says and nudges Yongguk.

“Now, let’s go. The kids are waiting”

Yongguk groans but quietly follows Himchan. Himchan peaks out of the room and checks to see if the kids were around. Once he is sure that they are all sleeping in their room he lets Yongguk walk out into the living room. Yongguk sluggishly moves towards the chair by the tall Christmas tree and sits down.

Himchan than beings out the red sack filled with presents and places it by the tree.

“Right, stay there and I’ll get the kids. Don’t even think about running away”

“I wouldn’t dream of it, I don’t want to face your wrath”

“Good choice”

Himchan then walks to their sons’ shared room.

“Hey kids, look who is here”, Himchan says with his cheerful voice and another groan escapes Yongguk’s lips.

He hears the excitement in his sons’ voices and the sound of footsteps. The first one to run out is Daehyun who sees Yongguk and deflates as the excitement leaves him.

“Oh”

Well that wasn’t what Yongguk and Himchan had expected.

“Who is it?” Youngjae is next as he looks over Daehyun’s shoulder and his face falls too.

“Yongguk- appa?”

“No…?” Yongguk offers.

“We know Santa isn’t real and we cannot be fooled by a silly beard”, Youngjae says.

He really had a smart mouth.

“We’ll sit this one out”, Daehyun says and the two older boys go to sit on the large sofa.

“When did the two of you find out?” Yongguk asks.

“Some kid in my class had an outburst about it and I told Daehyun-ah”, Youngjae says.

Another set of footsteps follows so they go quiet.

It’s Junhong.

Junhong stares at Yongguk with his wide eyes and blinks.

This meant that he was confused.

“Hello Junhong!”, Yongguk does his best to sound like, what he thought Santa would sound like.

But it doesn’t help as Junhong starts to frown.

“Oh no”

They all knew that look. Junhong was going to burst into tears. Yongguk is ready to stand up and grab his youngest son and hug him tightly but another set of footsteps follows.

It’s their smallest son.

He bumps into Junhong who is already taller than Jongup.

“Jongup sorry Junhongie”, Jongup says with a sleepy smile.

But this does little to stall Junhong and before they know it Junhong is wailing. Jongup is confused. He had bumped into Junhong before and this was the first time Junhong had started crying.

“Sorry Junhongie!” Jongup says but Junhong carries on crying.

Junhong uses his small hand to point at Yongguk and carries on crying. Jongup follows where Junhong is pointing and sees Yongguk.

Jongup squints.

This meant Jongup was confused.

Yongguk prayed that Jongup wouldn’t cry. He knew all his kids cried but Jongup was always the one who was smiling all the time.

“Scary!”

And then the light bulb in Jongup’s head seems to go off.

At the same time Himchan comes in running, hearing his youngest cry, his parental instinct has automatically kicked in.

“Junhong!”

But before anyone can do anything Jongup wraps his small hands around Junhong and hugs him tightly.

“Ts ok Junhong…Jongup protect you”

Junhong is now sobbing into Jongup while everyone else watches in silence. No one wanted to break this small tender moment.

“Junhong scared! Junhong wants Yongguk appa back!”

Yongguk is quick to jump out of the chair and pulled the hat and the fake beard off.

“Look Junhongie! It’s Yongguk appa!” Yongguk says in panic as he kneels down to the level of his two younger sons. Junhong is still sobbing when he looks up but hides back into Jongup’s embrace.  Yongguk feels helpless and Himchan knows it’s mean but he is holding back a laugh.

“Uppie-hyung is here”, Jongup says as he uses his nickname that Junghong often used.

Himchan can’t help but aw.

“Uppie hyung protect Junhong?” Junhong asks between sobs

“Always”, Jongup says.

Junhong has stopped sobbing and is only sniffling now. He looks at Yongguk who looks more and more dejected.

“Yongguk-appa?”

“Yes Junhong?”

“Junhong no like scary Santa, Scary Santa sitting in Yongguk-appa’s chair…Junhong think Scary Santa took Yongguk-appa away”, Junhong takes a few minutes to say all of this but everyone was listening intently.

The 4 year old was good with his words and managed to get all their attention.

“Junhong happy Yongguk-appa came back”

“Yongguk- appa is happy to be back too”, Yonguk says with a bright smile and he opens his arms up.

Junhong smiles back and clumsily runs into Yongguk’s arms. He hugs his youngest son tightly.

“Junhong love Yongguk-appa!”

“I love you too Junhong”

“Junhong thank Uppie-hyung. Junhong love Uppie-hyung always!” Junhong says happily as he runs back to Jongup and hugs Jongup tightly.

“Uppie love you always”, Jongup says as he is practically buried in Junghong’s tight embrace.

The young boy was big for his age.

“Aw, my baies!” Himchan says he picks Junhong up in his arms and Junhong is back to his usual self and cheerfully giggles in Himchan’s arms.

“Junhongie love Himchan-appa too?”

“Love Himchan-appa!”

Himchan smiles and hugs Junhong tightly.

Yongguk laughs and picks up Jongup who smiles widely.

“You did good as a hyung, Jonguppie”, Yongguk says.

“Jongup always protect Junhong!” he declared and Yongguk and Himchan can’t help but laugh.

Jongup was never a loud child but he would be to protect Junhong and it warmed Yongguk and Himchan’s hearts.

“Hey now, do we not get any love?” Daehyun asks.

“Yeah! I thought I was your favourite hyung Junhong!” Youngjae protests.

“Junhong love DaeDae and Jae!”

They all laugh as the two older boys jump off the sofa and run to their parents and siblings. They hug their parents’ legs and both earn a kiss on the forehead from Himchan and Yongguk ruffles their head.

“When do we open the presents?”

Himchan rolls his eyes while Yongguk laughs.

Of course, it’s Daehyun who asks the question.

They let the children open their parents and show off their new toys. There is a lot of screaming and arguing, mostly from Daehyun and Youngjae. Every year Himchan tells himself next time they will all get the same toys but they all know that isn’t going to happen. Jongup and Junhong agree to share their toys so the two are as happy as always.

Yongguk is still so defeated and tired from earlier events that he just sits and watches over his children. Himchan smiles and goes to sit next to him in the small but comfortable chair.

“You did well”, Himchan says and hugs Yongguk. Yongguk welcomes Himchan’s warm embrace and signs in content.

“Merry Chistmas”

“Merry Christmas…I love you Yongguk”

“I love you too…but never again”

Himchan just laughs.
