back then, you and arthur hated watching charles kart. the idea that you both needed to sit under the scorching monegasque sun for afew hours was never exciting but at least you get to watch arthur’s older brother, charles, kart. you’ve always fancied charles ever since arthur introduced you to him at the playground.

he was 3 years older then you and was the exact opposite of arthur, he was matured, well mannered and wasn't childish like you both were. that's what you love so much about him.

until he started going around europe to join racing series, when Arthur broke the news to you, you acted like it wasn't a big deal. you'll still get to see him on the television or during family holidays, right?. but that also means you'll be seeing him once a week or every few months, eventually a week turned into a month, a month turned into a year until suddenly you wont be seeing him at all which broke heart.

soon it was arthur who left you to follow in charles footsteps, racing across europe, joining f4 and achieving great things. unlike Charles, Arthur still kept in contact with you, constantly inviting you to his races and you both still enjoyed each others company, f4 soon turned into f3 and nothing has changed you still admired Charles from afar and Arthur would constantly ask "do you still have a crush on Charles?" or the occasional "y/n you have to let go" but you never did, Charles was your first love and you wanted him and only him.

every night you sleep in bed, tossing and turning, with arthurs voice continuously replaying in your head, but he was right you do have to let go.

when Charles first debuted for formula 1 for haas was when he first reached out to you in years with no contact. inviting you to join the paddock, to see him race in the pinnacle of motorsport, you were above and beyond the moon. strutting down the paddock next to Pascale and Arthur towards the hospitaly while also trying not to pay focus on the ever lasting sounds of camera shutters and kept your composure.

it has been years since then now Charles was in his 6 years in formula 1 and you have never been prouder, seeing him through his ups and down, supporting him through out all the hardships that this sport had caused him.

you often found yourself in and out of college trying to balance study with the constant travel to different races to support your best boys, Arthur and Charles. which alway lead you to end up in his, Charles, driver room before a race reassuring that he'll be fine and his team wont let him down again.

One more thing I forgot to post re: Eugenie vs the Sussexes.

During the Platinum Jubilee when the Sussexes were doing the most to try to get pictures with the other royals or even to get them to Frogmore for LilD’s birthday, Eugenie would have been their natural and easy target ally.

Instead the Sussexes made a very public play for the Philips/ Tindalls. All the cousins were in the same room at Horse Guards, but the Sussexes were photographed variously with the junior Philips/ Tindalls and The Duke of Kent. The few Long lens pics into the room showed that no one was talking to Meghan or Harold except for one pic of Harold with Kent.

Then the Sussexes leave Horse Guards presumably to return to Frogmore, and miss the flypast. Eugenie posts lots of pics from the flypast which show that Zara, Beatrice are with her on a rooftop at SJP.

Later that afternoon/ early evening Zara, Mike, Beatrice, Edo, Jack and Eugenie are papped coming out of a London restaurant following group lunch, which Mike later revealed involved all the royal cousins+ spouses who weren’t on the balcony. Only the Sussexes don’t attend because they’d gone back to Frogmore.

The next day the Sussexes put out PR about a birthday party for LilD which they claim was attended by the Philips/ Tindalls and their children, but the two families were very visibly at the races most of that day and the distance between locations to attend both events would have been impossible especially as the Philips/ Tindall families had booked London hotels for Jubilee weekend and centred all their activities in/ around London give or take afew miles outside it.

I do remember these well. 

I don’t think Harry and Meghan not being in Eugenie’s Trooping video (remember how pissed everyone got at her because Wolfie’s face was visible, when Beatrice and Edo hadn’t been showing his face? ah, good times) is because of the falling out. I think it was just the logistics the Queen/Charles had put in place for handling the Sussexes. It was implied that Harry and Meghan were only invited to the official ceremonial events, and once something ended, they were herded back to their car and sent home to FrogCott to wait for tomorrow’s event. So what happened at the service of thanksgiving (where they left in a car that took them to FrogCott while everyone else bussed over to the guildhall for the reception) is what happened after Trooping: everyone else was carriaged/bussed back to Buckingham while the Sussexes were sent home and then all the cousins decided to go out for lunch.

Supposedly that’s why they left early  - they were upset by how closely they were being controlled by palace handlers regarding the events, but knew they couldn’t complain (publicly at least) because they needed the optics of being with Lili for her first birthday so they could use the public spotlight to pressure the BRF into giving them the Lilibet Meets Lilibet photo.

Also it has been alleged that Anne was livid the Sussexes got the photo ops they did with her grandchildren. I have also heard that Autumn and Zara were upset too, which is allegedly why they bailed on the birthday party after promising to go (I’m not sure I believe this one because Zara absolutely would’ve already had plans with her family for the weekend). I think what really happened with the birthday party is Harry invited them, they said “we’ll let you know,” which the Sussexes interpreted as “yes” and thus all the PR.

1 whats up with his writing?

So during the og whole cake when the charlotte’s bring germa down to the book prison Yonji is seen in the background opening up books and ‘oo’ and ‘aw’-ing at all the animals and things in them and I thought it was really cute! In my heart hes totally a nerd and loves learning even if he is seen as a jock most of the time

So when I started thinking about what role i wanted him to play and what sort of hobby i wanted to give him that came to mind first! He wants to make a book, or series of books that talk about every island and all the animals and wildlife you would encounter on them!

2 was there a specific reason for the design?

Sort of? There are parts that had reason, and parts that i just thought looked cool

I pretty much always draw Yonji with headphones, part of it is just that i think he listens to music a lot, but some of it is that it blocks out a lot of extra noises so he doesnt get overwhelmed.

The neck scarf is the same one from when hes little and he takes it with when he leaves home for the first time sort of as a reminder, and after he meets up with Sanji again he takes it off, but still keeps it with him, he might tie it onto one of his belt loops on days where it is especially hard for him but for the most part it stays put away.

Its a little bit more prominent in more recent art but i draw the roots of his hair a little more yellow than the ends for obv reasons smthn smthn when the genes arent effecting him as much his hair starts to go a bit more blonde

N i think thats all that had some sort of reason behind it lol the rest was just cause i though it was silly

3 will i be writing a fanfic? Or is it just little comic pages?

The roulette spins quickly, and little by little slows down. It comes to a stop on the thirteenth red number, and the fixer holds their breath in disbelief. They've lost a lot on the tables that night, but that's the first time they win.

The dealer announces the winner and Hong Lu cheerfully collects the hoard of chips in a basket, waving to the dealer and dragging them away by the elbow.

"It is rigged." They finally speak when they're away from the crowd.

"Of course it is~" Hong Lu's expression remains as cheerful as ever, "Do you still want the prize, knowing that?"

They ponder for a moment, "Yeah, I do." They had lost quite the sum of cash in their impulsive gambling. They would be just covering their losses. "Why are you here?"

"I was about to ask you the same. You know better than to come gamble in this place."

The fixer turned their gaze to the floor. In spite of winning a good prize on their last bet, they didn't feel much like a winner. In fact, they felt even more tired than before.

"It's... It's been a long day." They shrug.

Hong Lu nods with a thoughtful expression in his eyes.

They redeem the chips' value on the way out, and Hong Lu doesn't say a word up until they are on the streets outside. The fixer's pockets are a little heavier than when they went into the casino.

Hong Lu suddenly pulls them into a hidden pub, something carefully squeezed between two restaurants that they've never noticed before. It's neither too empty nor too full, and the low lighting makes it hard to discern faces. He has them sit at a corner table and orders two cocktails for them.

"Will you be making all the decisions for me tonight?" They lean on the table with an elbow.

"I wish... but you won't tell me the reason of your troubles."

"It's just work."

"That's not a name~" He grins and gracefully thanks the waiter for serving their drinks, "I can only work with names, so... Was it a coworker? Client? Boss?"

The fixer takes a healthy sip from their cocktail and rolls their eyes.

"No, thanks. I'm not handling this your way."

"I promise my way always yields results."

They sigh, "Yes, but..."

"Besides, if your way of 'handling it' is by gambling and drinking, that's not a sound plan of action."

They glare at him. It is true that their night has been all about drinking and losing money, but still...

"It is what it is." They shrug at last and lower their gaze to their glass. "You shouldn't worry about it anyway."

"I do." He admits without missing a breath, "It pains me to see you in such a state."

For the first time, his peaceful smile turns into a concerned frown. It is almost enough to make them sober up. They place a palm over his on the table, a wry smile on their lips.

"Sucks to be you, because this will be happening pretty often."

His eyes widen for a split-second, and then he chuckles. He holds their hand and kisses it almost reverently, which makes them blush in response.

"Hm... Still, I can't help but find you attractive even now. I am truly lucky to have such a beautiful partner."

They roll their eyes at him, hiding their smile in a palm.

"Yes, sure you are. But instead of showering me with compliments, pay me another drink. My glass is empty already."

Been on a rpg craze as of late and looking into game design. It got me thinking about a hypothetical looming gaia ttrpg and what such a game could potentially look like. This is just some of the rough ideas I’ve been able to come up with in imaging how a game based on this lovely world would look like.

•First off I’d think it be a class & level-less game. Player characters not being restricted to rigid arbitrary archetypes nor advancing into unkillable Demi-gods after afew sessions. Instead the game is more grounded, success and failure being based on the players skills/ planning/ and abit of luck. Things like Attributes and Hp being finite and not easily improved, it being easy to lose your character by being stupid and reckless. 

•Design wise I’d say that a more character & narrative based approach is best. The gameplay focusing heavily around the lives and daily struggles of the PC’s, not combating world ending threats or larger than life horrors. While combat and exploitation is a part it’s not the main focus, being more than capable of running a slice of life game as it could a dungeon crawler. 

•Character generation is where I’d imagine the game would really shine. The first major decision you make when building your character being their species & nationality, this acting as the basic template you build out from. Each one of these being both narratively & mechanically distinct to encourage replay-ability. 

Species determining your starting stats and abilities, of which you can select all of the 15 core species. Commoner/ fae/ & gaian act as a meta-mechanics that apply to all species under it, like for example all commoners cannot become spellcasters/ fae suffer extra damage from iron weapons/ or gaians rolling deception & insight checks at disadvantage. 

Stats and mechanics are based on the biological capabilities of each species, only being able to modify their stats within their species perimeters. Only the commoner/ fae/ & gaian ancestries are available in the base game. Nymph’s & monsters being unplayable until an expansion comes along and adds character options for them. Afflictions can also be purchased to add extra challange for those players who want it. 

Nationality determines things like your skills/ starting gear and other background details based on which of the great kingdoms (if any) your character comes from. For example a zareenite character will have a boost to technology skills and may start with a small electronic device. Species & nationality combos also effect eachother, so a pc whos an evanglite human will have a major advantage over an evanglite elf and so on. 

Once you determine these two, a point buy system is used to build up the rest of your character. Buying various modifications and extra skills/ receiving various advantages and disadvantages/ and so on that flesh your character out. 

•Magic would definitely follow a more spellcheck/ spell-points based system. Only fae or gaian ancestries having access to spellcasting and need to learn spells organically via finding tutors or Grimoires containing it. Mage pcs having to both pay magic points and succeed a spell check to successfully cast a spell, having a large range of both success & failures to represent the chaotic randomness of magic. 

•As for enemy variation I can imagine quite girthy table of monster generators & build options to create all manor of terrifying and unique monsters. 

•A distinct mechanic I can imagine is that of “regional reputation”, where what your character is greatly determines how your gameplay experience will be in each in game region. Having special mechanical buffs or debilitations depending on how people of your characters demographic are viewed. Matuzu would overall have the least effects due to its liberal and accepting culture, whereas other kingdoms can be hostile to your pc’s and extra challenge. A red elf pc starting in damajani won’t have too much difficulty, whereas a human pc in seelie will have to face hostility from npc’s and face heavy penalties for most basic actions. This forming unique stories and once again in challenges your characters can overcome and encourage players to make multiple characters of varying types to explore everything the game has to offer. 

This is so good, I love stuff like this! There has been some discussion of a Looming Gaia-themed games on the blog before and people have come up with a lot of fantastic ideas. A number of folks have told me they've run LG-themed tabletop gaming sessions or cherrypicked critters and characters from its lore to use in existing worlds.

I'm not super familiar with these types of games myself, but I have so much respect for all the worldbuilding and creativity that goes into them. Thank you for sharing this! I bet someone can incorporate these ideas into their next gaming session!

Are trans women still able to have kids?

Mostly, no. There are a slim few who don't see the same level of sperm count dropped that the majority of HRT-taking transfems do, but again, any anti-androgen is going to significantly reduce your chances. If you plan on having biological kids, consider cryopreserving some baby batter before starting hormones.

Pleasure after bottom surgery?

I haven't had bottom surgery, but the overwhelming consensus is absolutely. The procedure remaps your nerves into a close approximation of what they would've been if you had developed as a cis girl in the womb. Percieved pleasure is one of the more common reasons for bottom surgery, in fact. Many trans girls who experience genital dysphoria during sex revel in this miracle because they can finally sense pleasure in the way it was intended for their body. A way that feels right.

Sova x Reader who is afraid of needles

How did it came to this? You have no idea.

It was a mission day like always. But the thing was that the rain, pouring like the goddamn zeus just broke up with his wife and lost all of his children.

Ofcourse nearly all of the agents went to this mission came back soaked wet. But no one worse than you.

Your part was outside. Watching out for any threat that might come. There seemed to be no threat other than the natural ice bucket challange for you.

When the team finally arrived to the HQ, you were trembling all over. Holding your arms with your hands, you try to warm up but it did not helped. Your body was sore all over and your nose was running.

Sage noticed that and gave you afew days to rest your body from the mission you just finished. Hopefully you'd recover from this little illness and relax but your body had other plans.

After afew days, Sova got worried and went to check up on you. Knocking afew times and entering inside your room, he saw how you were curled up in your bed with red cheeks and tissues all over the room. He got so worried about you.

Just as he was going to get Sage, he remembered that she went to a mission with Skye that will last for about a week or two. With dissapointment in his face, he thought about other choices he had.

Then it hit him. Maybe Viper could be able to find a solution. She was a former doctor nevertheless.

He picked you up and went to the doctors office. Viper raised a brow when she saw the two of you. Sova explained your situation. She gave a nod with a hand on her chin then looked at you. Examined you for afew minutes then went back to her desk.

You looked at Sova, trying to imply that this was not a good idea. Sova gave you an assuring smile to keep your hopes high like he always does.

You looked back at Viper. She took a syringe and took some kind of liquid that looked like water. Then carefully inserted a needle on top of it and flicking the top to get rid of the airbubbles. The fear ran through your veins as she turned to you.

And thats how you find yourself in this situation. Crying in Sova's arms while the two was trying to convince you.

"You wont even feel it, besides, im here for you." Sova tried to calm you down with his warm tone like always but this time was different. You were really scared and his reasuring words were not helping for the first time.

"Theres no other choice. The HQ is so far away from the city. We cannot go to a hospital. And theres no other healers left in the HQ." Viper spoke. "You either let me do this or you'll suffer untill Sage and Skye come back from their mission."

You screamed as she tried to get closer. She knew to not go over your boundaries so she looked at Sova. Hoping that maybe he could find a way.

Sova got the hint and turned you to face him. "Look at me." He said with the same warm tone as he took your forearms into his hands to make you keep looking at him. Viper understood what he was trying to do.

"I dont want you to get any worse than this. You are very dear to me and it hurts to see you so weak like this. I know that everyone has their fears inside them but theres nothing we cannot overcome. See?"

He smiled at you while Viper wiped down your arm with a piece of cotton. As she turned away and tossed the needle and the cotton into a thrash bin, you looked at Sova with a confused face. He laughed at your reaction and wiped down your tears with his hand.

"The effect of medication will show in an hour." She smiled. Truly a rare occation to see Viper smile. "Dont underastimate my skills." She said. This little trouble reminded of her the times when she used to be a true doctor.

When you both walk back to your room, you crossed your arms. "I hate you." Sova laughed. "Alright, alright... im sorry. But you feel better already. Dont you?" You scoffed. "But im still mad at you." Sova giggled. "I'll win your heart later. I promise." And you know that he always keeps his promises.

I don’t know nor can i speculate on the very strong internet rumours vis a vis the Sussexes planning a Windsor walkabout for American news shows, but afew weeks ago, one of our tv presenters, Jeremy Kyle, who lived in Windsor near the long walk, said on his tv show that he saw the Netflix camera crews with the Sussexes during entire funeral period including that walkabout. It’s hard to find the clip from the show as he talks about them constantly, and i’m sure he repeats it often as i’d heard him say it around the time the Netflix show aired when he expressed surprise that Windsor walkabout wasn’t included in the show as he’d seen the cameras following them. 

For some reason, when i heard him repeat it this time, i thought back to the many photos from event when people said Meghan was wired / miked up which i thought seemed improbable, but i’ve since come to accept that she has the audacity and disrespect to do such a thing.

Very interesting - thanks, anon! I’ve only heard the internet rumors from the US side. It’s very interesting that there’s a UK presenter who has not only spoken openly about it but so frequently too. I do have a feeling that those Netflix cameras are going to come back and bite the Sussexes in butt, as everything they scheme just ends up handicapping themselves. They literally are their own worst enemy.

If there’s anything impressive about Meghan, it’s the sheer audacity she has. I don’t mean this derogatorily, but she has always had the audacity and confidence of a middle-aged white man with a corner office suite. It’s really impressive how she just goes for it, everyone else be damned.

There are afew light novels that have been published (in English too!!) that feature some fun side stories. I really liked the one with nanami and gojo.

It gave us this lovely illustration lol as well as included one of my favourite satoru moments c: There is also an official fanbook that finally released in english fairly recently. It's full of all kinds of facts/ trivia about the series.

Cursed Clash is the name of the jjk video game that released earlier this year. tbh it's not very good 😭 if you do plan on playing it, I'd recommend waiting for it to be on sale. It's definitely not worth full game price. While overall i found it to be pretty underwhelming, one of the things that i did like about the game was that it added fun little skits between the characters. The main series lacks a bit in the character interactions so I always get excited when side media gives us more lol.

Phantom parade is the jjk mobile phone game. While it is a gacha game (rip💀) I find it pretty fun to play. It adds alot of new character illustrations and overall I think they did a really nice job with the character sprites!! It also gives us a lot of new original content, which is fun c: The only down side is the game has only released in japan so you have to do a bit of extra work to be able to play it. I did make a guide a long time ago but tbh it needs to be updated 😭
