Harvey:

You thoughy he worried avout your health BEFORE you got together, oh boy oh boy. He's alaays asking how you feel, bringing you snacks amd water while you work the farm. He cleans you up after the mines (while he lectures you about the dangers). He likes the domestic moments. The days it rains and you stay inside together with warm cups of coffee, snuggled up in the bed. Hes a classica kind of guy. He leaves roses on the table and brings you breakfast in bed. Since hes a doctor, you're both awake early. Every morning is filled with sleepy kisses and coffee. He never leaves the house without a kiss and a 'see you later'.

Shane:

This man is ANXIOUS. Hes a bundle of self doubt and insecurity. He spends his hours thinking how great you are and how itd a matter of time until you leave him. Reassure him, please. He absolutely loves every minute you're with him. Hes acrually a surprisingly good cook. He also is so good with kids. He definitely wants kids after seeing you with Jas. Hes not big on saying how he feels, but he's working on it. Instead he helps out here and there, feeding the chickens (he actually loves doing that), cleaning the house, cooking a meal when you get home late. Little touches when you're alone. His leg agaisnt yours, his hand gently in your hair while you sleep. He loves you more than anything (except the chickens. Knoe your place.)

Elliot:

He is down SO BAD. Carries a picture of the two of you everywhere. He shows you off whenever he has the chance. Hes just so proud of his sweetheart. He cooks well, but he hates cooking so you two agree to split the chores. You're his muse ans you best believe he makes it known. He leaves you poems; post-it notes on the mirror, on a napkin on the counter, written on the bavk of th grocery list, a torn out notebook page in your coat pocket. He loves when you do his hair. If you don't know how, he teaches you. On slow days on the farm, you leave the front door open for some air and you can hear him playing piano.

Alex:

His love language is tackling you (physical touch). You walk through the door and hes hugging you, kissing your cheeks, picking you up and taking you to bed. He can't cook, but he can bake. Evelyn taught him and he treasures the skill. For every anniversary, no matter how small, he makes a treat. He loves helping you around the farm because its an excuse to walk around shirtless and flex for you. He also has a weirdly green thumb. The crops wont sprout and the season is almost over? Send Alex to water them. The next moening you have a bounty like no other.

Sam:

He has ADHD so he does that peguin pebbling thing where he finds random objects and brings them to you because 'this reminded me of you.' He can't cook. For the love of yoba don't let him cook unless you want to remodel your kitchen. He still tries to be sweet though. Hes not a morning person, but when you wake up early he stumbled put of bed, hair messy, eyes closed and follows you like a sad puppy. Hes so clingy. Like SO clingy. Personal space. Gone. He talks to you through the bathroom door, holds you while you sleep, wants to be next to you all the time. He also loves your animals, especially the chickens. He has one favorite, but he won't say it (he might hurt the others feelings). Sometimes you come back from town and hes sitting outside on the porch talking to the chickens, who look strangely invested.

Sebastian:

He loves you so much, but he hates that everyone KNOWS he loves you. You gush about the sweet things he does to your friends and he goes bright red in the ears. The townsfolk ask about you so he tries to avoid having to talk to them. When you're alone though, he's the total opposite. Hes quiet, sure, but he does whatever he can to help you out. A kiss on your cheek before he goes to water the crops for you. Makes you a cup of coffee after work. When he was little, robin taught him how to carve and widdle. He makes you cute wooden figures, usually modeled after your animals. He takes you to the city for weekend date nights. He asks you to go on rides just to feel your arms around him.

Leah:

She treats you like the most beautiful painting shes ever layed her eyes on. When you're sitting with her on the beach, she'll paint dancing swirls up your arms to your hands. (Maybe you get it tattooed one day and she cries). All the paintings in your house are made by her. Much like Elliott, youre her muse. She makes you sit so she can paint you or practice sketching. But she can never get enough of you. When you lay together, she meticulously traces the shapes of your body. Your hands, your nose, your hips. Everything about you is perfect to her.

Emily:

She's a free, creative person. She wakes you up late at night to look at the stars and dance by the river. Shes been making a quilt out of scrap fabric for your bed. She tries to tesch you how to sew it so you cam be a part of it. She helps you with the crops and picks fresh vegetables when theh grow so she can make you beautiful dinners. She loves to cook for you because you always have something good to say about it. She could be on food network, you swear it. Every day when she gets ready, right after putting on her lipstick, she kisses your cheek to leave a little mark. You leave it there while you do your chores.

Penny:

Penny is naturally an early bird. She wakes up each morning with you. You two share a few minutes of quiet before stsrting coffee. You take turns making breakfast. Penny is so used to keeping the house up by herself after living with Pam, so being with you is a breath of fresh air. But she still likes to help you out. So before going to teach the kids, she helps out in the garden. You pass by in town while shes walking the kids home. You join them on their walk and Jas starts asking you for that princess story again. As you tell it, you see Penny's cheeks go pink. Its only the story of how you met. But to you it felt like a fairy tale. You walk home with your wife every day, sharing stories of your day while settling down on the porch.

Abigail:

Shes high energy. She heard about it, she wants to try it. Take her to the city to a nigt club and she'll dance circles with you all night. She makes you matching bracelets and you never dare to take it off. When you go down to the mines, she wants to come with. She doesn't fear them, but that scares you. You have to convince her to stay with the farm every time. But you always bring her a beautiful gemstone back. You think the amythest brings out her eyes. Shes a decent cook, actually. Contrary to what Sam and Sebastion may say. Her recipes are odd, but somehow, they always work out. Shes not a morning person, she won't get up even if you shake her. But somehow she knows if you forget to give her a kiss on your way out the door.

Haley:

She takes a million pictures of you. She loves to. You hide your face, she tells you how much she likes your smile. You're working on the farm and hear the shutter click. She likes the ways your arms look when you roll up your sleeves. After a long day in town, you bring her flowers. Shes always waiting up for you. She likes to slow dance in the living room and hear about your adventures from the day. She tells Alex about how great you are. Everytime you walk by and catch her off gaurd, she fixes her hair so she 'looks nice'. You just kiss her and tell her she looks nice all the time.

Maru:

She loves to help you out on thr farm. Just not... conventionally. She is her father's daughter, so shes always making you new inventions to make the farm run smoother. Better fertilizer, fresh feed thst produces better eggs, though she was banned from tending the animald after one of her feeds turned your chickens eggs bright pink. She loves to walk around town with you, always with your hand in hers. She's not a cook, but she still tries to learn from you. Shes learning, but she mostly just likes getting to be near you while you cook.

Well i'd like to knoe what do you think about my headcanon: Since Jack was an accident I really don't think John and Abigail were in a relationship before, i even feel like john wasn't really in love witj her until she lefts him in the epilogue. And i hc that he grow out to love her after all and it wasn't exactly love on his side ( icant say the same about abigail cause she constantly tells the members that she cares about him) otherwise it really dont make sense to me how he waited 8 years before proposing her and his interaction with sadie when she says something positive about abigail and john says 'so everyone keeps telling me' so kinda like he was forced or something to love her because of how much he owes him (she literally gave him a new life) and the gang members' force on him ( i hope you get what i'm saying eng isnt my first language so :( ) BTW REALLLYYY looking forward to john fic you were talking about keep up the good work <3

I partially agree with you ! While we know that Abigail always had a soft spot for John since her early days in the gang I feel like John started to actually fall in love with Abigail sometime around chapter 3 or 4, Jack’s kidnapping being a big factor for his newfound sense of duty for his family.

Before chapter 4 (and a small bit through chapter 5-6) the major factor for John’s lack (fear) of love for Abigail and Jack is his own self doubt. He grew up without a mother, his father wasn’t exactly the best father around and he died when John was eight. Aside from the weird fatherly dynamic that Hosea and Dutch had with John and Arthur, he didn’t have a father figure in his life. He doesn’t know the first thing about being a father (as he states in chapter 2, i believe) because essentially he didn’t have one.

So, rather than being a fucked up father to a child he wasn’t sure was his he ran away, thinking that was for the best interests of both him and Jack, in his own twisted way. But this is where it gets interesting, Abigail was an orphan too. She also didn’t have a father or mother figure in her life, yet she made sure Jack had one, that’s why she’s always nagging at John to just speak to Jack, because she knows the pain of not having a parent, of not having someone to call Pa.

I feel like John, throughout the whole story of rdr2 and even before the events that we see, always liked Abigail—maybe not as much as Abigail loved him but he did have a thing for her. Another interesting interaction is where in chapter 2 Bill and John are talking and John drunkly calls Abigail ‘my sweet’. When drunk we’re most likely to be more straightforward with our thoughts and emotions and John calling her ‘my sweet’ is a small glimpse of his true feelings for her. He cares for her, but he’s afraid. He doubts himself so much that he has blinded himself from what was really in front of him. That’s why almost everyone in the gang constantly reminds him of how lucky he is to have a girl such as Abigail by his side.

For the whole marriage situation i think it’s pretty much straightforward. We need to take account that they were the 1800s, during those times having a child before marriage was considered something to be ashamed of, a sin for christians so, those who had children before marriage often faked their marriage in order to not be scorned by society. Now, we know that John and Abigail didn’t exactly live in society, they were outlaws, but still they had a child and that bound them together. That’s why when John proposes to Abigail on the boat she tells him ‘but we’re already married’ through the eye of society and social norms they were married, still John wanted for Abigail a proper marriage, a proper new start for their lives.

And that could only have happened if he left his outlaw days for good, if he took revenge for Arthur, for the whole gang. That’s why we see John and Abigail officially wed after he kills Micah and ultimately takes his revenge.

because this is one of the reasons why mileven fans still think s3 was cute. it really goes to show just how subtle and complex the art of cinematic storytelling is. we had to infer meaning from how other characters behaved as well as mike and el themselves. attitude, tone, their effect on others. in short, empathy. i think it's really telling that lots of people who hate on byler dismiss even the huge evidence (that lawyer video is already being discredited), because to allow other interpretations would mean engaging empathy and putting themselves in someone else's shoes. or allowing for the possibility that theyre wrong. clearly many bylers project on to the story too, or have an emotional connection that is as much a personal issue than just a passion for the story itself... but at least they have the grace to have doubt and look deeper to support their interpretation. the point blank NO from milevens speaks volumes about their own emotional attachment to mileven (or mike or el individually) instead of telling us about the show itself.

its a fascinating side effect of art, where the personal overtakes the story itself. sure, s3 was gauche and garish, but it still had subtlety and subtext. of course, plenty of folk don't think subtext is real (seen lots of air-quoted "subtext" lol). but when ive imagined similar scenarios about how they could show a content, cozy byler in the epilogue of s5, i've always had to think extra hard to make sure it doesnt come off as just lots of physicality like mileven. i think the difference is intimacy - byler would be close to each other but perhaps not kissing, and they would try not to make their friends uncomfortable. not because theyre gay, but because lucas and dustin don't want to see it.... i imagine mike would be just as grossed out by lumax making out in his basement.

so yeah, byler needs to be handled more maturely. intimacy but beyond narrative reasons, i don't think we'll see much physicality. this is why i believe a full on sex scene but not much making out is more on-theme for the show than no sex but more PG kissing.

I also think that films are rated based on gratuity or narrative weight. for example, a film with lots of random nudity or sexiness and kissing for shock factor would be a higher rating than a super intimate, sensual scene that drives the narrative. because there is nothing innately inappropriate or hard to explain about human connection portrayed through sex - just say 'because they're in love' and most kids will say 'gross, but ok' - while there is something mature and hard to explain to younger viewers about the more manipulative or gratuitous or objectifying aspects of sex that can be shown on screen.

My little insight I think being the difference is - portraying the Byler relationship as real, as something strong and a long time coming and in love, over the typical teenage fleetingness that Mileven demonstrates. It's a typical teenager relationship, truly. Where they don't know what they want and don't have a lot in common, but that's what you do, right? It's not the end of the world, or this huge toxicity Bylers sometimes make it out to be. It's just not their true setting, it's not the right relationship for Mike and Eleven. It isn't real because it can't be.

Mike and Will - the friendship and long term feelings and story are what's driving the various we see on screen. And it should inform the intimacy and physicality we see, too. I don't think it's necessarily to say they won't or shouldn't have that as to differentiate them - I think sometimes this overrides and is almost like well, it's meaningful enough we knoe they're together we don't need to see them all over each other, it's purer and more meaningful than that or well them making out or doing XYZ doesn't drive the plot. I guess is my point? Yeah, we don't need gratuity to demonstrate all this, but I also don't think we'd need nothing. These are boys who've been building to this, waiting their whole young lives, thought they'd never have this. I'd like it to be shown differently where clearly - they're into each other. They're a couple. Maybe not making out in front of their friends, hahaha no, but... some middle ground? I think this is one of those conversations where we actually agree but just circling and enhancing thoughts 🙂🙂

Once Again! It's Time for Sword's Pre-Season Anime Opinions No One Asked For!

I have read the synopsis, watched at least one trailer, and looked at the studio and director for all 33 new anime coming out in January 2025, as listed on MAL. Under a cut because I love my followers who don't give a shit about anime and anyone browsing the tags.

The only grading system I use is my personal enthusiasm. I have both good and trash taste, as do we all. My nope is someone else's hell yeah! and that's great. I sort by premiere date.

Jan 2 Ameku M.D.: Doctor Detective Looks like if House MD were a cute anime girl. Project No. 9 did Sempai wa Otokonoko and My Tiny Sempai. Director Iwata Kazuya aslo directed 7th Time Loop. Sure Momentary Lily Combination moe cooking show/post apocalyptic mechanical kaiju battle anime? The Itano Circus is in town. Studio GoHands seems to have gotten their camerawork under control. This is just a little unsettling instead of unwatchable. Three directors listed. Sure

Jan 3 I'm Getting Married to a Girl I Hate in My Class Bold of you to start your harem anime with the protag already married to the tsundere. Studio Gokumi has made many a moe blob, and also Vending Machine Isekai. Looks like this is Ooshima Hiroyuki's directorial debut at a full series level. nope

Jan 4 Sorairo Utility More moe slice of life than a sports anime, but I now have three nickels. Why girl golf specifically, Japan? Director Saitou Kengo has mostly done key animations and art direction for individual episodes but directed the single episode special this anime is based on. Yostar Pictures is best know for Azur Lane and Arknights but I haven't seen either. nope Beheneko: The Elf-Girl's Cat is Secretly an S-Ranked Monster! It seems 'girl with big tits has a special relationship with a guy who has been turned into an animal' is becoming its own genre. Zero-G did Mysterious Disappearances but mostly does bland-looking titty shows. Saber Works is the new name for Digital Networks Animation, which made that bland ass show about teaching the disgraced noble naughtiness. Given how bad it looks, if it's actually raunchy enough to be entertaining I'd be too embarrassed to ask my anime fixer to get it for us. nope

Jan 5 I Want to Escape from Princess Lessons Damn just let her go if she wants out that bad. The love interest looks like the poor man's Howl Jenkins. EMT Squared has never made anything I saw as worth watching. Director and character designer Tagashira Shinobu also directed Diabolik Lovers and some Junji Itou ONAs. nope I'm Living with an Otaku NEET Kunoichi!? Looks to be a harem anime where the main girl is a NEET and also a magical girl? It looks bad. Could be cute if it was cuter. Studio Quad also made that ecchi anime about the boy who gets turned into his classmate's pet dog. Director Saitou Hisashi has director and storyboard credits going back almost 20 years but not on anything I've seen. nope ZENSHU An anime about a struggling animator sounds a lot like a novel about a struggling novelist… But this is an isekai that looks like it might actually be good? She falls into the world of the tragic movie that made her fall in love with animation. And maybe she can save the prince destined to die in the original version? It's MAPPA so you knoe those animators are sweating blood to make this look good. Director and original creator Yamazaki Mitsue also directed Monthly Girls Nozaki-kun and has directed/storyboarded a lot of EDs and OPs. Hell yeah Medalist This figure skating anime could potentially be very heartwarming. I was suspicious of a Bunny Drop but I've been assured by a trusted friend the manga stays wholesome and is worth reading. ENGI is the same studio that ruined Unnamed Memory with pacing so rushed it made the story incoherent. Director Yamamoto Yasutaka has directed several shows already but nothing I've seen. nope Okitsura I think this might be racist against Okinawans? The voice actress Kitou Akari is noticeably stilted in the dialect. I've heard her in other roles where she is not. Millepensee did Spider So What?, Berserk 2016, and a bunch of moe blob shows I've never heard of. Has two directors listed. Itagaki, Shin has directed a bunch of stuff from Lillepensee, and Tanabe Shingo is listed as Director or Assistant Director on a bunch of those same shows so it seems they like working together. I ship it. nope

Jan 6 Can You Keep a Secret? Barely looks animated but the premise of two coworkers keeping their relationship secret is very appealing. Adults who aren't stuck in will they/won't they until the last episode? It might be worth the low quality animation! Blade made Hokkaido Gals and a bunch of other bland looking titty anime. Director Takeichi Naoko has directed single episodes of Re:Zero and JoJo Part Six, along with another titty anime by Blade. sure Headhunted to Another World: From Salaryman to Big Four! Another cheap isekai. Made by two studios, which is rarely a good sign. Geek Toys did MigiDali and Dead Mount Death Play. CompTown also worked on MigiDali, and that's it. This is its second anime. Director Fukuda Michio has a few director credits already but nothing I've seen. nope Promise of Wizard This is some sort of reverse harem gacha game sourced thing. The premise is so fun! Help wizards fight the moon! And it's being used to sell you gambling for the most regurgitated boybots you can find. LIDENFILMS has made some charming favorites of mine like Call of the Night and Tonari no Youkai-San. MAL says director Tatsuwa Naoyuki also directed Nisekoi??? nope Jan 7 Bogus Skill <> ~About that time I became able to eat unlimited numbers of Skill Fruits (that kill you)~ With a title like that who needs to watch the anime? Never seen anything by Asahi Production, only recognize a b-tier slice of life my anime fixer liked. Director Kimura Ryuuichi has several directing credits but nothing that looks particularly good. nope Medaka Kuroiwa is Impervious to My Charms The premise is fine and the art seems cute, but I couldn't maintain interest through the trailer. The other two anime I've seen by SynergySP also failed to keep my interest through their short twelve episode runtimes. Director Okumura, Yoshiaki seems to have directed several unremarkable projects before this. maybe I'm a Noble on the Brink of Ruin, So I Might as Well Try Mastering Magic I hate titles like this. The animation is trash. Studio DEEN should stick to boys love and whatever genre Yakuza Fiance is. Marvy Jack can carry on though I guess. Director Ishikura, Kenichi seems to have worked on a bunch of bland moe and isekai projects. nope Jan 8 Flower and Asura Ooh. Maybe it's all the trash I just slogged through, but the animation is very charming and actual animation! The premise is fine, small town girl joins a new school club and makes friends, but do I detect a hint of yuri? Wait. Studio Bind also did Mushoku Tensei and Onimai! Director Uwano, Ayumu did storyboards for both but this looks to be their series directorial debut. hell yeah! Possibly the Greatest Alchemist of All Time Another garbage isekai. Never seen anything by Studio Comet. Director Kuzuya Naoyuki also directed Okashi na Tensei, which I dropped because it wasn't good. nope Twilight Hotel A little girl in a ghost hotel solving mysteries of how she and the other guests died? What a delightful premise! Animation is minimal but the story is charming. PRA also did Yuru Yuri and Highschool DxD. Director Kuremizu Kousuke has worked on episodes of Skip and Loafer and Odd Taxi but their only series directorial credit, Irodorimidori, does not look good. hell yeah!

Jan 9 Magic Maker: How to Make Magic in Another World Another Kusokai, but you might be able to pretend the protag is a girl and therefore trans. Studio Deen please make some garbage I actually like! Koga Kazuomi is an experienced series director. He did currently airring All-Guys Mixer and Kubo… Invisible. nope The Daily Life of a Middle-Aged Online Shopper in Another World I genuinely appreciate how unattractive they made their protagonist in this one. He has an interesting face! Still not gonna watch it though. I haven't seen any of the half dozen shows East Fish Studio has made but I appreciate their logo. Director Yuuzumi Keiei has some series directorial credits from about a decade ago, but lately seems to have mostly done storyboarding for shows I don't watch. nope Even Given the Worthless “Appraiser” Class, I’m Actually the Strongest Trash Isekai. Okuruto Noboru also made that gross looking Angel Apartment anime a couple seasons back. Jan 10 Farmagia Based on a game, this looks both boring and exclusively for young children. Bridge hasn't made anything I've even heard of, let alone seen. Director Ishihira Shinji also directed a couple of BL I liked among other things. nope From Bureaucrat to Villainess: Dad's Been Reincarnated! Title says it all! This looks so up my alley! Ajia-do is the studio behind A Sign of Affection and Ascendance of a Bookworm. Director Takeuchi Tetsuya did a lot of key animation and episode direction on Tengoku Daimakyo (not ep 12) and did key animation on single episodes of Dungeon Meshi and JJK. hell yeah Welcome to Japan, Ms. Elf! This reverse isekai looks cute. I'm surprised Zero-G is putting out two anime in the same season. Director Kitahata Tooru has a lot of directorial credits under their name but nothing I've watched. maybe Anyway, I'm Falling in Love with You. This high school romance looks like someone left it out to fade in the sun, but I don't hate it. My partner is a sucker for friends to lovers so I don't think we'll skip this one. Typhoon Graphics is also behind the disappointing Raeliana and the alledgedly quite good Dahlia in Bloom. Director Yamamoto Junichi also directed Raeliana among other series and a bunch of OPs and EDs. Maybe he'll stick the landing this time. sure

Plus it's being made by Cloverworks, who made too many gems to list but Elusive Samurai and Spy x Family seem relevant here. Director Nagasawa Tsuyoshi has directed several series before this one, but nothing I've seen. sure Sakamoto Days Action comedy with a fat old man protagonist that looks great? Sign me up! I've heard the manga for this one is excellent as well, and the sequel is already set to air in summer or fall of 2025. TMS Entertainment produced Undead Unluck and is the studio behind the Fruits Basket remake. Director Watanabe Masaki has directed a bunch of action series I haven't seen but he has an honest face so i trust him. hell yeah Ubel Blatt It's listed as ecchi but all three trailers are way more focused on combat and blood than sex. Could have been a good revenge fantasy if it actually looked good instead of just servicable. Satelight is the studio behind Helck and Cherry Magic. Staple Entertainment is a relatively new studio with just half a dozen titles that all seem to be fantasy and/or ecchi titles. Director Naoya Takashi seems to have a bunch of experience directing shows of this nature. maybe Babanbabanban Vampire It's trash, but it's BL Vampire trash and therefore made specifically for me. I personally haven't seen anything by Gaina before but I vaguely recall hearing good things about Forest Piano. Director Kawasaki Itsurou has a bunch of direction credits to his name but nothing I've seen. hell yeah

So ontop of recent events, i have hit a year since i broke up with my ex... he sexual harrassed me and my friends and abused me... thankfully it was long distance and we never met but i am afraid of ehat would have happened if we did...

Ford quickly wished Mabel goodnight, assuring her that yes, he was fine, just tired. He eventually managed to sneak into his room, away from the rest of the house. Pushing the door shut before turning to press his back to it, sliding down an inch or two, he sighed. It had been a long day.

Ford sat against the door for a moment or two before begrudgingly rising to his feet. He rolled his shoulders back and cracked his neck as he walked over to the bookshelf on the opposite side of the room. Hunching down to brush his fingertips over the spine of each book, he eventually came across an old beaten up hardcover of some mystery novel. Pulling the tome out of the shelf, he wipes 30-some years of dust off the cover and, oh yes, he realizes with a snort, he remembers this one. He’d picked it up originally only because of who wrote it, after all, it had to have been a coincidence right? He shook his head, chuckling softly to himself.

Ford lets his hand fall to his side, novel occasionally grazing his thigh. As he pulls himself into bed and gets settled, he hears a sleepy and annoyed murmur coming from somewhere next to him.

“Hey, watch it buster.” It’s Bill.

How had he not noticed the demon? He spoke softly, not wishing to disturb him more. “Sorry.”

“Uh huh.” Bill pushed himself up from under the covers to fix an irritated glare on Ford as he got himself situated. Once the man finally came to rest, Bill clambered over, positioning himself in Ford’s lap with a soft grunt.

He spared the demon a glance before cracking open the novel in his hands, pulling out the bookmark where it had been about 3 quarters of the way in in favour of starting at the beginning. He skimmed through the first few chapters, having read this particular book several times already. Occasionally, he flicked his eyes down to briefly peer at the demon before returning to the page. He smiled absently.

Hesitantly, he let one hand drop to Bill’s back, the pads of his fingers swiping briefly across the filigree etchings of his plane, the heel of his palm brushing the demon’s side. Ford smiles, eyes still fixed on the page, but then Bill rouses to peer groggily up at him.

“Hmm? What’re you gettin’ at here, Sixer?”

He startles, jerking his hand back as if burnt. “Oh! I’m sorry, I... Well, I thought you were asleep.” Ford blushes, smiling sheepishly.

For an instant, Bill gets an unreadable look in his eye, his gaze fixed on the man. The demon’s eye is wide but blank, his stare piercing, and Ford feels acutely like he’s been caught. But the moment passes when Bill yawns, stretching out almost cat-like. He pushes back into Ford’s hand, which had been hovering uselessly in the air.

“Nah, 's fine. I don’t mind.”

The demon flops back down onto Ford’s chest, shifting in place in an effort to get comfortable before murmuring into the man, “Knock yourself out, kid.”

Ford smiled, resting his hand on Bill’s back once more as he flipped his book back open, never happier to read a book for an 8th time.

"We can't use our stands at all?" Fugo asked, standing. It had gotten dark, and Narancia was lucky enough to have a lighter on him, so the gang and Trish had made a fire. It burned warm and bright, and Trish sat nearest to it, having the most revealing clothes out of the gang. Abbacchio nodded, sighing.

"Moody blues won't even come out. So where ever we are, we need to be on guard." He saidtruffle, annoyed at the fact he couldnt summon his stand while Giorno and Bruno could. Fugo huffed.

"Not like that's a difference to me." he stated, sitting next to Mista on a stone. "Of anything, it makes you all safe."

Giorno spoke up. "But still, that makes you all vulnerable to attack. Golden Experience and Sticky fingers can still attack we just can't use their abilities. It'd be better to-"

"No one gives a damn what you think!" Abbacchio exclaimed. Bruno glared.

"This is not a time for fighting." He said sternly. He looked around the ground, sitting on a tree stump, elbows on his knees and hands together. "The fact is we are lost, and in a moving maze. How we got here? It may have been a stand, but I think something is amiss here. . ."

Mista suddenly stood. "I'm gonna go find some more wood." He said, walking off. Bruno called out "Don't leave the field!" after him.

Mista couldn't have been more frustrated. His stands, Sex Pistols didn't appear, and his bullets were missing. He only had six in his revolver. He walked through a patch of tall grass toward a few dead trees when he heard the sound of a small bell. He paused, alert, pulling out his gun and slowly approaching the bell sound. . .He saw a soft purple light, and stepped closer when-

"IT IS I!" a tiny female voice exclaimed as a ball of purple light with wings and a witch's hat shot up, making bell sounds, starting Mista."THE WIZARD!"

Mista instinctively turning his gun off safety when the ball of light shrieked* "D-Don't shoot! Don't shoot!"

Mista lowered his gun, taken aback by this tiny.. .thing. "What are you?" He asked, his features lightly illuminated by the purple light. The tiny purple ball jingled happily, wings fluttering. "I am a fairy! A magic being!"

"Magic?" Mista scoffed. "Magic isn't real."

"Then what's those figures that keep appearing in your group? or trying to appear." the fairy states. Mista paused.

"You cab see stands?"

"Of course!" the fairy exclaimed. "I am a magic being! I can see all sorts of magic and soul stuff! And because I am 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘞𝘪𝘻𝘢𝘳𝘥." the fairy says with pride.

"uh-huh." Mista says, raising a brow. "What's your name?"

"Im-" The fairy starts "I am the Wizard."

"I know that, but what's your name?"

"I am the Wizard."

"I-" Mista huffed. "Okay 𝘞𝘪𝘻𝘢𝘳𝘥, why are you here? Do you like here?" Mista perked up. "Do you knoe why me and my friends are here? Can you help us leave?!"

"uh-" Wizard's wings droop a bit. "No, I dobt live here. And with Brother's powers all out of wack I can't do anything much to help you all out."

"Your brother?" Mista asked suddenly. "Your brother's powers? Is he a-"

"No, he isn't a stand user." Wizard said, "Brother is amazing! He is the maze master after all!"

Mista went to speak when Bruno called over. "Mista! What's going on?!"

"Oh! More friends!" Wizard says, making happy bell sounds before flying towards the fire. The next thing Mista heard as he turned around was Trish and Narancia screaming and Wizard yelling "IT IS I! THE WIZARD!"

Mista rushed over, seeing Trish panicing and Fugo about to hit the fairy with a stick. He stopped Fugo. "woah woah woah!" he said quickly. "Relax! She isn't an enemy!"

"Are you a.. ." *Giorno asked, mesmerized, approaching the purple fairy eith her witch's hat on. "A fairy?"

"Yes! It is I!" She exclaimed. "And you're Giorno! it is an honor- uuuh-" She paused going a bit pale in color as tension rose. "Nevermind."

"How do you know my name?" Giorno asked, summoning Golden Experience. Bruno summoned Sticky fingers and Wizard shrieked, hiding behind Mista.

"Don't attack! I mean no harm, really! I just-" she spoke faster "You look like your father!"

Giorno paused. "You know my father?"

"Yes! He came through not too long ago!" the fairy exclaimed. "He. . .uuh. . .I. . It's.. ."

Bruno approched and the fairy turned a bit pink. "You better not be lying. . .I can tell when someone is lying."

"I- i-"

"You said your brother is the maze master?" Mista asked hurriedly, not wanting to watch Bruno swallow a fair because did fairies even sweat? Wizard flew around a bit.

"He is! Oh it was dreadful! Brother and I were doing our routine when these horrid monster came and attacked. They hot my brother and we got separated! And now his magic ability to control the maze it out of control and I cannot sense him!"

"So in short-" Abbacchio started, standing and grabbing the fairy in his hand, Wizard screamed. "Youre our ticket out of here."

"Let her go!" Trish suddenly yelled, making everyone turn. The girl had been so silent the whole time, and had finally spoken. "Youre hurting her!"

Abbacchio let go and Wizard flew into Trish's hair, hiding. Bruno sighed. "Wonderful, our only way to get answers and you scare her off."

"Lets just. . ." Fugo started, watching the fire slowly die out. "Sleep. We can think better with clear heads. ." Fugo moved to Narancia. "You okay?" He asked the orange joy and he nodded, still in shock.

"Fugo is right." Bruno said, looking into the dieing to fire. "We need to conserve energy. . .Let us try and sleep. . ."

The Wizard flew out of Trish's hair, seeing everyone asleep. She flew high up, looking up to the wall tops before speaking. "Oh brother.. .I have bought you some extra time. . . i can't believe I lied to Bruno and Giorno. . .but this must be done. . .but please brother, hurry with the plan. . ."

The Wizard stared at the moon for a few seconds before returning down and into Trish's hair once more. . .

Yeah apparently, per my mom, dad dude was being an asshole and tried to mock me because i just lost my mom (who even does that ?!) So I, naturally apparently looked at his arm in biting range and bit down and just also. Didnt let go ? Idk my mom doesnt knoe the exact details only that i didnt get in trouble cause it was a stress response (idk how my mom made my teachers believe THAT ).

Afterwards i had to promise not to bite ppl again at school. Kinda suceeded in the at school psrt on that one tho lol

I can see why your teachers would let it go but also Nura you're the reason we have to tell kids things like "don't put that in your mouth you don't know where it's been"

I DONT KNOE IF IM THE ONLY ONE BUT CAMP LAZLO FEELS LIKE, ONE OF THOSE SHOWS WHERE I DONT WATCH TOO MUCH OF IT BEFORE BUT IT BECOMES A CORE MEMORY IN MY BRAIN AND LIKE.. UNFORGETTABLE??? like srsly, excluding last year where I finally found a place to binge watch camp lazlo, it has always been some kind of memory?? Like a scene keeps replaying in my head... For the past. 8 YEARS./srs EVEN THE THEME SONG. AND THE SETTING. AND THE CHARACTERS?? THAT WAS ALWAYS IN MY BRAIN SINCE LIKE FOREVER EXCUSE ME? Rewatching it, I immediately loved it and it's like a fixination for me now!!!!

I mean, the pretty pretty backgrounds and the color pallet used was such a big appeal to me. The character designs too I don't know it looked pretty unusual (in a positive way)

My day started good for like a few minutes, but soon went to hell. Dad had broken his promise and chose to forget about me to yell at his mother instead.

After trashing my room a bit I got an idea. If dad wasn't going to take me to see the stars I would go by herself.

Sneaking into the home of the red dickhead who ruined my home I found the book easily. Shaking her head she thought "How could dad choose a guy like this".

Flipping through the book I was looking for a teleportation spell but suddenly came across a spell that would allow me to see the past to learn anything I wanted. This was my chance I could see happened that ruined my family. Doing the spell I suddenly lost consciousness falling to the ground as the imp run into the room and starred at me in shock.

When I suddenly open my eyes again I was holding the grimoire and seem to be a little kids room. Hering a yawn I turn around I was shocked to see a tiny owl chick. The were small and looked like -

"Dad" I said surprised. Dad suddenly jumped out of bed stating how it was his birthday. He Complete walked past we like he couldn't see me.

I then decided to analyze the situation. The spell worked and I was seeing the past. Years before I was born too if im really seeing little dad. Why thought I wanted the spell to show me why my family broke. I expected to go back a few weeks or month not years.

As I was think little dad walk out of the room and I decided to follow him. It was great to see all the photos of dad a sa kid. Weird but great.

When we finally opened a big door we were face with some weird monster who before turning into several creature turned into the family shape of my grandfather paimon.

Octavie isn't close with her grandfather he does come often. When he does he never say srolas name right and does talk with her.

I just listen absently to what paimon was saying about stolas job with the Grimoire and smiled at dad excitement. Beside me and his paint the grimoire was one of the thing dad could get passionate about.wjicj is another raosn it so shock he would just hand it out to imps.It wasn't till the second part where my smile fell and horrified shock replace it.

"Also so you are also destined to sirr a precautionary addition to the goetia family so you are know engage congratulation isn't she charming." Paimon said holding a picture of a child version of my mom to a not crying dad

"What!!!", I said horrified. "Pre-precuationary heir. I only exist to be a backup to the family. That's my purpose. My parents never wanted to get married. They never wanted me-me." Turning to my dad I shouted," you never wanted me" crying with tear and gasps.

I had seen enough grabbing the book I yelled, take me away from here right now. I've seen everything I wanted to see. The reason my family is broken is becuase of my existence. They hate each other becuase of me. I ruin everything. Not dad not even that red dickhead me. Just just take me back please" I say crying, we then started teleporting away. Good I thought I need to get back now I need to apologize to dad for being the cause of his unhappiness.

I then frowned whe I say that I wasn't home I was still with little stolas and qe were knoe in some circus tent. "Why are we here I" asked the book "I don't need the see more" nothing happen so I just decide the stay silent and wait for what the book wanted me to see to happen

suddenly two imp children came on stage one of them look sort of like that fucking Clown from loo loo land and the other. Even with out the white scar I could see that it was the red dickhead.

I was shocked to also see that my dad was blushing while looking at him. He really like that imp before cheat on mum with him.

I wasn't the only one who saw dad like for the impending before I knew it the book took me to a new place.

Paimon was talking to the ringmaster about buying blitz for dad becuase he didn't want to deal with him. Jeez no wonder dad is so affectionate with me.

I then went to see blitzo and fizz playing with their messed up horses ballons. Before the blitzo dad told him. To steal from them not caring that he could get hurt. I guess that another thing the6 have in common. Horrible fathers.

We then went to blitzo being brought to dad who blush upon seeing him. when bowing to be polite paimon hit him and called him and idiot which made me sad.

We then went th stoals talking about his plant with blitzo looking bored. Before he decided the trick dad to playing a game where he could steal stuff. I was bit mad but didn't blame him considering what his dad is like and that he was more steal from paimon then dad. After the game was over and blitz gave the stolen goods they went to sit on a tree and talked.

I was then taken to a modern version of my dad room with him making up with a groan. I then say my dad clean him self up and then eat some pills. See that sadden me because dad was never happy.

I then follow dad small smile at the fact he still took the time to check on me. I then followed dad to the kitchen. I heard mom on the phone but just ignored her like always. I then say that they were having a not yet divorced party. I did remember that it was before the yelling got really worse. I guess still is the time I was looking for.

I remember just staying in my room for it and dad insistence and my own disinterested. I understand why dad wanted me gone mum just insulted him the whole time and egg she called me just an egg. Did she care about me at all. My dad was more involve in my childhood,but I alway belve mum care about me somewhat.

It wasn't till blitzo showed up that we went to the his room that dad started flirting. That's when I realized that this was when dad started cheat. Oh he'll no I was not seeing this covering my eyes and ears. Luckily, the book took me after it was over when blitzo left. It did hurt a bit when dad said it was the sound of a divorce though

I then telported somewhere else. Shock went on to my face to see dad was laying on the ground with lot of alcohol bottle on the ground. Dad I said wondering when this happen. Dad then got up and sang and song which made my heart break. Then mum showed up

Hearing what she said made me made. She only stayed around to make sure my dad was suffering that b*tch. I was happy dad stood up for himself and said they were getting the divorce but that changed to horror when I say mum was about to backhand up which dad caught luckily, but that didn't matter she was going to hit him has she hit him before. Was any of the happy childhood/family memories I had real.

Mum then left before saying dad would pay. Not if I had anything to say about it. I then fell unconscious again and Stull time woke up with my dad in my face.

"Via oh my Satan thank lucifer your ok. What were you thinking using that spell it way above you level you luck to be alright." He said hugging me.

After everything I saw and learnrd and saw I was happy to see my dad again bursting into tears I hugged him and said, "Dad I love you. I love you so much but we. We need to talk. About blitz, about mom, about me being a precautionary heir."

Dad looked horrified I knew that but nodded silently taking us home.

just watched Ready Or Not and there's a scene where they try to justify the death of a kid.

the kid shoots the final girl at some point, when he's found his uncle says "we all deserve to die" about his evil family and the kid's mom goes "my children don't", then IN SEQUENCE, so the viewer knoes for a fact these lines are directly related, the kid discloses he shot the final girl bc that's what everyone else was doing and his uncle looks at him with a long pause.

this is the most basic level correlation and what that scene is meant to convey is that "uhh maybe that murderous kid deserves to die too🤔". which is kinda disgusting even though it's just a movie. I MEAN it's just a movie, right?... RIGHT? no movie ever impacted our collective consciousness about certain topics, RIGHT?

this is by far definitely not the first time a hollywood movie has a scene that explicitly stated that a child "deserves to die". neither is the first to have soft power over our collective consciousness. it's no close to Jaws and the influence it had on how we view sharks, but it still contributes to the problem, it's a small piece in a big puzzle of the manipulation of public opinion and the general morality of the masses.

don't get me wrong, the movie is enjoyable, i just personally couldn't overlook this specific detail in times like this where z*onists are constantly trying to propagate the same feelingnabout palestinian children. historically, this type of propaganda and violence justification has been done to children of color in its majority. that scene hits different with the social lenses i have today.

in conclusion: no child in the world ever "deserves to die" no matter what. media analysis and criticism is key to understand propaganda and learn to avoid and combat it's influence. and free palestine.

Barrage: well, the guy they were working with, was the one who'd killed them because they found out he was going to use what he knew for evil, and from the bit I know, i knoe more, but this is the bit that made the most sense at the time, they quit the job and moved on, but on my third birthday two horrible things happened, the second one being their fates, she knew this was coming all along and tried to stop it, but she couldn't, no matter where they were...I even came up with a little nickname for their killer because I don't know his real name, three year old me called their killer "Silver-Red" because he had silver hair and red eyes. When I turned 3 my mom and dad also said not to loose the bracelets but more importantly not to lose the necklace I have, it's strange though, because everyone keeps saying it looks like a metal ID card with the names scratched off and faded letters, and my mom did actually have a best friend other than the two she had in highschool, one of them was my dad, no clue what the other one looked like though, but she was upset about her other best friend May going missing, and when I asked her about it she said "You really don't wanna know". That's all I knew about that day, and let's just say there was alot of blood, their fates the very reason I visit the cemetery on my birthday, and get so paranoid on my birthday, because I'm scared that one day, it'll happen again what happened to me, happen to one of my friends kids 😖😣

Bruce drove onto a street that would lead out of the city. Away from Manhattan. The Avengers Compound lied outside of New York, along the Hudson River. (Adress: 4 Lamont Landing, Esopus, NY)

From afar it didn't look that big. But when Bruce drove the white Audi onto the parking lot of the Compund I gaped at the huge building with all these massive windows. It was incredible! Cars stood everywhere. Most of then with dark windows. There was a helicopter landing spot and on the giant lawn drove small robotic mowers.

People in unuforms ran around and seemed very busy. They belonged to that secret organisation Bruce told me about. I only realised now how big and important the Avengers really were. And what I drifted into here.

A little farther behind lied a huge rectangular building, that looked like a storage depot. Bruce followed my view. "That's the research building. Laboratoroes and test areas and all that stuff." He opened the trunk and heaved up my luggage. With a smile of gratitude, I took my backpack. Bruce carried my giant suitcase and we went to another white building, which seemed to be the living area.

The lobby was modern and radiated a white lighting. A huge ceiling made good contrast to the large windows on both walls. One the left, there was a long reception desk, but it was empty. At the other side of the wall lied a silvery elevator, build diretly into the wall.

"So there we are. Welcome to the Avengers headquarters!" Bruce smiled at me. I was overwhelmed. This building looked like a dystopia novel. Everything was futuristic and modern. I loved it!

We went to the elevator when suddenly a figure passed the room and disappeared in the hallway on the right. "Hey Tony!", Bruce called out. The figure peeked around the corner. I noticed him immediately. That was Tony Stark. The famous Tony Stark! The man who invented Iron Man! His beard was irrecognizable.

Tony sneered and emerged fully from the corner. "Ahhh! There she is! Our new intern from Germany!" Bruce frowned. "Eh no, actually she-" "I know, I know. Welcome!" Tony grabbed my hand and shaked in excitement. In his other hand was a brown file. He wore black sweatpants and a simple grey tee. My eyes fell onto the blue shimering circle on his chest.

"I guess, Brucy already told you everything. Who I am and all that stuff" He waved his hand through the air. It was a bit hard to understand him, he spoke very fast. "Yeah thank you", I replied. "Thanks that I can live here" I smiled. Tony shrugged carelessly and winked. "No problem. Guests are always welcome. Having a lot of passing trade recently. And all this belongs to me anyways." I didn't knoe what to answer and looked helpless to Bruce. He put a hand onto my shoulder. His grip was tight but not not painful. I tried to forget in what he could turn and pushed the tought of the Hulk beside. "Tony, you know where everyone is? I wanna introduce Hanna to the others before dinner" "Well I am here.", said Tony and I heard Bruce's sigh. "Steve, Nat and Barton are training. Trying that new combo, I think. And Pep and Jane are upstairs with Thor and Grumpy. I'm gonna join, just wantes to bing this down to the lab." He waggled he file in his hands. 

"Alright thanks" Bruce pusehd me carefully towards the evelator. "See ya" The doors closed and the elevator moved softly. Bruce looked up to the ceiling. "Jarvis? Could you tell Steve and the other two to join us in the living area please?" A voice resonated from the walls and I flinched. "Of course Dr Banner. I will contact them immediately." "Thanks J", Bruce laughed. "That's just Jarvis. Tony's IA. Don't worry. He's controling everything around here. Like the security thing or contacting people. You can also use him to set a reminder. Like these new Aazon Alexa things." "But I'd rather prefer not to be in use for such minor chores.", Jarvis commented. Bruce laughed. I knew Tony Stark was a genius, but building an own cleverer version of Siri into his house was absolutely crazy!
