The impulsive thought to let the brainrot take over and make my FNAF human AU into an actual piece of media to be readable/viewable/playable is so tempting but it would eat up all my time qHq I've already got 4 WIP fics/AUs for other fandoms that are a balancing act as is and I'm only nearly done with 1 of them

But also like, I wanna draw my silly designs of the characters and maybe give it a semblance of a plotline (which it's always sorta had but with varying degrees of comprehensibility) but I never get past the sketching phase, and even I barely understand the plot I made 'cause trying to make it fit in with canon is a hell of a thing to try and do :') Oh well maybe someday, most likely not, idk

Do the Classic Animatronics have favorites? Or at least animatronics they connect/relate too outside of their own groups 🤔

Classic Freddy has a strong affinity towards fellow bear animatronics at the Estate... even the horror animatronics, as reluctant as he is to admit it. Whether they're a family-friendly bear like he is, or something as nightmare-inducing as... well, Nightmare, Classic Freddy can't help but feel a pull towards them. He's torn on being viewed as scary instead of friendly, but... a Freddy Fazbear was still a Freddy Fazbear. And Classic Freddy is very family-driven. Every new extension of him is a member of a family he helped create. So don't be surprised if you see Classic Freddy hanging around other Freddys when he's not with his original bandmates. Besides, it's because he hangs out with other Freddys, he's able to find out how THEIR bandmates are doing. So he's trying to stay informed in order to run the Estate well...

Classic Bonnie adores almost all of the family-friendly versions of himself and his friends. He is not a fan of the Funtimes, save for Ballora, whom he loves. He is not a fan of Spring Bonnie, who he almost never sees anymore. He doesn't understand the horror animatronics at all... he doesn't like how scary they look, or how rowdy and loud they sometimes are. Things were so much less stressful at the Estate before they showed up. Can you blame the (relatively) shortass bunny for being scared of the giant monster animatronics?

Classic Chica is a mother/sister to pretty much any family-friendly version of herself and her friends, the only exceptions being the Funtimes. She doesn't even like Ballora. The horror animatronics scare her for pretty much the same reasons Classic Bonnie has, but she's been known to share pizza with her horror counterparts. Chica may be the first between her and Bonnie to get over their fears.

Classic Foxy gets along with most of the fox and wolf animatronics at the Estate - especially Toy Foxy/Mangle, his spouse - though he does sometimes struggle to understand Funtime Foxy (whom he considers a sibling-in-law). He doesn't hate any of the Funtimes per say, but Funtime Freddy gets on his "last fucking nerve". Roxanne Wolf is like a daughter to him. He's also currently close with Twisted Wolf, as Classic Foxy doesn't have any fear or prejudice towards the horror animatronics. The horror animatronics like Classic Foxy because he knows how to have fun, and actually LIKES being scary sometimes! Unfortunately, being friends with the horror animatronics means Classic Foxy sometimes has disagreements with his fellow family-friendly animatronics, whom he also loves. He treats the different incarnations of himself and his friends all like family, but he can't stand it when any of them mistreat each other, and he'll absolutely let them know it. Foxy's the sort of friend who lets you know when you're being a jackass.

(I just thought maybe, since Montgomery Gator is kind of an outsider, Foxy would probably take interest in befriending the guy, since he knows how it feels to be the odd one out. Plus, someone's gotta teach him not to be a jerk to everyone.)

Yeah, I realize it's a bit predictable that the Classics tend to stick with those animatronics who are most like themselves. But this is how it formed in my head. I definitely like the idea of the Classics going outside their comfort zones to be better friends with everyone. Freddy definitely needs to hang out with non-bear animatronics once in a while. Chica and Bonnie need to be more accepting of the horror animatronics. ALL the Classics need to develop better perceptions of the Funtimes. And the Classics definitely need to apologize to Golden Freddy about making him feel so unwanted.

Someone on discord asked me to make a list of who's who on FNaF. Here.

Freddy: Gabriel, assumed to be brown-haired and darker in skin colour

Bonnie: Jeremy, fans say that he’s probably related to bonnie mask, usually assumed to be black-haired with light skin, sometimes wearing glasses

Chica: Susie, the one who lost her dog and is speculated that the dog possesses Mangle, is canonically blonde with curly hair and light skin, seen with a bow in her hair and a pink dress

Foxy: Fritz, usually assumed to be red-haired with neutral skin, sometimes assumed to wear an eye patch as a live child because foxy was his favorite. Some say that foxy bro(foxy mask) possesses foxy but is not generally confirmed and only very few people use that theory in their videos/skits/posts in general.

Golden Freddy: There are definitely multiple spirits possessing this abomination, I personally believe there's more than just C.C. and Cassidy since Andrew is also a good candidate to possess the animatronic alongside the two I already mentioned.

Puppet: The Puppet is confirmed to be Charlie No-Last-Name-Given, daughter of Henry No-Last-Name-Given.

Currently we do not know if the Toy Animatronics are even possessed or not, but Mangle is speculated to be possessed by Susie’s(Chica’s) dog, the one William used to lure her to the employee-only room. According to some theories, Ballon Boy is possessed by more than one spirit. Many say it's the second batch of kids that William death-glared. Many say it's the two Fitzgeralds(Jeremy Fitzgerald and Jeremy Fitzgerald ||), though we do not know and can't confirm.

The phantoms are obviously not possessed, they are only phantoms that appear, that try and stop you. Springtrap, the ring leader of sorts for the phantoms, however, is possessed by the death-glarer William Afton, who got spring locked and produced enough agony to possess the spring bonnie suit.

The nightmares are not possessed even a tiny bit, they are just based off of the four mask bullies. Foxy mask, bonnie mask(who is usually put as being Jeremy’s(Bonnie’s) brother but it is not canonically confirmed), Chica mask, and Freddy mask.

All of them have fanon names that were generally accepted, except Foxy mask. Foxy mask is confirmed to be Michael Afton. But the fanon names are:

Chica mask=Simon

Bonnie mask=Jeremy ||(we will get to that soon)/Kelsey

Freddy mask=Frederick

Bonnie mask is speculated to be Jeremy Fitzgerald || , but i don't believe so, as you see by me including his other fanon name. Bonnie mask is also seen as the strongest because on Crying Child’s birthday he lifts C.C. with one arm, while all the other bullies lift C.C. with two arms.

In SL only Baby is confirmed to be possessed. Baby is Elizabeth Afton, while people say Balora is Mrs. Afton, no first name given. Many theorize that Millie from the books possesses Funtime Freddy, and is out for blood after getting death-glared. But it was never confirmed that she got death-glared so it's not a very likely possibility that she possesses Funtime Freddy.

None of the new animatronics in the FNaF Pizzeria simulator seems to be possessed except for Leftie/Lefty, who is confirmed to be the Puppet. The Puppet is possessed by Charlie No-Last-Name-Given.

In FNaF VR we know that Glitchtrap is somehow related to good ol’ Peepaw Willy. Many say that Glitchtrap is fully William, and that William did that on purpose to escape the hell that Cassidy(?) made for him(UCN). But it's not very convincing.

In Security Breach, people theorize that Freddy is possessed by Michael Afton. I don't think that's very likely to be true but it is a possibility. Gregory is thought to be a robot that has the Crying Child’s soul. That is mainly because in FNaF 4, there is a line of text at the end of the game that says ‘I will put you back together’ and it is directly spoken to the Crying Child. Though it seems impossible, there is a chance that it is true. I personally do not think either of those are true until there is more to prove that they are indeed true.

More things people on discord wanted my opinion on;

1. Is William Afton phone guy?

No, I don't think he is. Though there may be some things we can connect them by, their voices are completely different and phone guy ‘died’ before William ‘died’.

2. Are the Glamrocks possessed by the mask bullies?

We barely have evidence that Michael Afton possesses Glamrock Freddy! How did we get that conclusion?

3. How did Glamrock Bonnie get dismantled?

I believe that Monty was either being controlled by Vanny or Afton or was the first to get put into the aggressive mode that all the Glamrocks(-Freddy) are in while Gregory is in the Pizzaplex.

4. Did the phone guy get death-glared by the animatronics?

Y’know how we respawn after getting killed and repeat the night? I think that happened to phone guy.

5. In which order was the first batch of kids death-glared?

First was Susie(Chica) and we know that for a fact because of a line in UCN where she said ‘I was the first, I have seen everything.’ Then Jeremy is thought to be second, Fritz is thought to be third and then Gabriel. Of course, Charlie died before all of them because she is the Puppet and she is the one that gave them the option of possessing the suits.

6. Who do we play as in FNaF VR?

Vanessa, thought to be Vanny.

7. Is Vanessa Vanny?

All signs point to maybe, maybe not. She might be though. Seems like it but at the same time it doesn't.

Answering your question about FNAF, my favorite animatronics are Foxy, Puppet, all the nightmares of FNAF 4, golden Freddy and glamrock Freddy

And my favorite games I would say are the vast majority, but I have a great appreciation for FNAF 1, 2, 3 and 4

ooo those are some solid choices and rankings!! the nightmare animatronics are so sick!! i love em! as for a definitive list, sun/moon from security breach, mangle, ballora, toy chica, and roxy are some of my favourite animatronics! hmm as for games i would say security breach is my favourite, then fnaf 4 would be my second favourite but i enjoyed them all!!

Being honest though, the overexposure of fangle was one of the things that torn me down on liking foxy or mangle as characters; and after fnaf 3 came out I just quickly changed my fav character to springtrap... Yet again, he had somewhat of an overexposed fan base and it just- ... Am I that normal? Like, every character I liked from fnaf was liked by everyone! And don't get me wrong they all are good characters- but the overexposure is kinda overwhelming at some point... Sorry if this is to long

It's fine! My answers so far have been long. So here we go. I myself have a problem with overexposure, especially recently. If something is popular I'll think it's cool but then after a while I'll start getting annoyed by it to the point I have to block the tag. Although I haven't had to do for the FNAF fandom, I have had to do it for others. Pretty surprising actually considering how fandoms are, but I digress. It's okay for you to like characters everyone else likes, Foxy was my favorite character when I first joined because of the Friendly Foxy theory and he looked cool. But then as later games came out I started liking other characters. And of course, the exposure. I think I started liking some of the characters less because I was seeing the same thing over and over again. Like Bonnie being a shy boy or tough girl and Springtrap just being William Afton. I liked being different, so I always tried to be different in everything. Which isn't healthy by the way. And because of this unhealthy mindset I got unmotivated to draw FNAF and I stopped. But then new games, theories, and characters came out and I got motivated. And with it a new healthier mindset. I started coming up with new ideas and I even found some people with similar ideas! And I wasn't afraid of people having these similar ideas. It's nice :3

I think I got side tracked but in short, yeah I agree overexposure is definitely overwhelming! I'm sorry this is long, I get sidetracked alot ^^'
