I’m sorry but I have to say this.

I can’t and will never forgive Severus Snape for bullying a child when he was an ADULT. A TEACHER. Someone who children, no matter of their background, should have been able to, at the very least, not fear so much that he was their worst fear. Especially when the person who literally tortured the kid’s parents to insanity was still alive.

(Also he became the equivalent of a Nazi, just in terms of magical blood. “Oh he was abused” so was Harry. “James Potter bullied him” SOMEONE HAD TO. If someone was walking around talking shit about a certain demographic of people while also hanging around others that do the same thing, I’d throw hands too.)

And maybe The Marauders went too far sometimes. Sure but that doesn’t mean it’s ok to join a cult dedicated to wiping out a specific type of people, and he dares to say he cares about Lily. He literally killed people like her. Tortured them or watched as they were killed and tortured.

If Lily Potter had not been pregnant then Snape would have never switched sides.

But what sparked this post, was mainly Neville Longbottom. He did nothing wrong. That child was innocent. Harry looks like James (which should not matter) so fine. Snape is a child in a grown man’s body taking his anger out on the clone of his childhood enemy. WHAT THE HELL DID NEVILLE DO? HUH? He existed.

Also the whole thing where he picked on all the other children and favored his house. You’re a t e a c h e r. You’re supposed to be impartial outside of sports and stuff. He’s blatantly biased and it makes me so mad. (and I know there are shitty teachers out there like this and I don’t like them either)

In conclusion, regardless of his so called “redemption” I shall never forgive canon Severus Snape. Ever.

There isn’t really like a MEAN character in Thunderclan (from what I remember). Like sure some of the older background characters can be ‘mean’ but mostly when it relates to the plot. But jayfeather is constantly mean. Like yes become the mean grumpy old man trope.
