#I didn't expect to make it here

Well. It's that time of the year, isn't it? Hoo boy, where do I even begin.

This year was a rough one in so many ways, but god were there so many good things in it as well. Memory is hard to follow sometimes, I blame the mental illness for that one, but y'know what can you do. What I definitely have never forgotten is the fun I've had on this blog, and all of my other ones despite any lack of activity over these past few months.

Time really flies when I no longer have it, these past four months have just slipped past me as if they didn't exist now. After having moved out in August with my lifetime bestie Gryffon, most of my time has been working and stuff to keep our place together intact. I'm more than grateful for the shit they've done for me over this past year in general as a friend, and frankly without them I wouldn't have made it to where I am today.

And to the rest of you, the people this post is really for lmao. What a fucking wild time to be alive now, huh? I know this might have been my weakest year in terms of activity compared to my previous ones, but that doesn't take away from the fact that I still have met some amazing people and still wrote some amazing things and threads. The amount of creativity in this community that Tumblr has brought to me is astounding and not a single word I've written has gone to waste with the time I have left put here.

2025 is a scary number. I'm nervous about what this next year will hold, but that's okay. In the end, nothing can break my drive to entertain, to be creative, to build worlds and relationships between characters I love to see and portray as well. I think even if I'm not going to be as active as your favorite Thespian has been before, it'll still be good.

To everyone who read this and to everyone who has made it here. Thank you. I'm truly proud of you for making it out to the end of this year. And I thank you for being by my side and supporting me while you were doing that, too. We'll get through this next year together as well, though all the ups and downs, through whatever pain and whatever losses might occur, and through all the wonderful moments that make us appreciate what life is. Truly just. Living.

You all are important to me. More than you know. Every single person I follow, just know I look up to you in some sense of the word. I hope I'll be able to enjoy life with you as we move forward. You all continue to inspire me with my writing, and I'm lucky to be able to call you my friends as well. And if we aren't there yet, I hope to be able to get there sometime soon.
