⚔️ - What does the system disagree on the most?
🌹 - Any relationships within the system?
🧠 - What's the headspace like?
Anon, I did not realize how long and wordy these answers would end up being, so at not clog anybody's dashboard, I am putting them under a 'read more.'
🧠 - What's the headspace like?
So, on the most surface level, if you will. It looks like the house we currently live in, but the more you walk through it, the deeper you go I suppose, you can find more and more spaces.
There's quite a few rooms that go unused.
And deep below it, there's this huge library. A fragment is the librarian, I think.
This library has many openings and doors, many of which most of us aren't really privy to, or have a very limited access to.
And when you open those doors you are transported to different worlds inside the headspace.
There's also this large hallway somewhere in the house, with mementos from the currently dormant headmates.
And deeper into it, there's some more separated/locked away mementos from the previous hosts.
🌹 - Any relationships within the system?
There's this space right in the middle of the living room, where our most fronters go rest, when they aren't fronting.
Edit: Forgot to mention the control room.
In the backyard there's a loading platform something similar to Evangelion, I suppose. And we get into our Mecha, and drive it around.
There's more sits and pilots depending on who is, and how many are fronting. Right now is only me, sometimes it's far messier, and difficult to tell who's piloting at all.
Yes! Quite a few, I would say mostly 'Familial' relationships rather than 'Romantic' relationships. All of our Angels see each other as brethren/siblings. Our Makimas and Nayuta see each other as sisters.
And we have an older brother who takes his role very seriously in here.
There are some committed romantic relationships as well, but they are the fewer.
⚔️ - What does the system disagree on the most?
People, I would say.
We have a very hard time agreeing on what we think about certain individuals from our past.
We disagree a lot on irl friends too, but that's not really an issue. We only care about this disagreement when it's putting us, and the body, in constant danger.
And unfortunately, some of our headmates are still very attached to people who have greatly hurt all of us in the past, and their tendency to reach out to these aggressors and abusers is,... Not Good and may be in fact Bad.

If it helps shed light on the clones being hung thing being a thing, from a possibly completely unwelcome non-ace perspective, generally one isn't going to be thrilled by a writer throwing in that they are average or small. When they're constantly depicted as testosterone laden beings who were genetically engineered to be peak humans in every other way, it's sort of incongruous and disappointing to think of them as having anything but. Being muscular/a large being also alters perception of the appendage's size and I think given the way they are depicted in fics, it just seems in proportion.
Big dicks are a fantasy. They're incredibly impractical in real life and everybody has a bad time, but it's kind of like how very sculpted men are fetishized, yet studies show that they aren't the preference in practice. If the writer is sexually inexperienced, they might also depict them swinging a large hammer because they are only familiar with the theoretical side of things.
Perhaps I'm not seeing it as having anything to do with race, because big wangs exist across all races and a nice wang is nice (I am so sorry for this message). Also the clone thing has appeal because they're genetically engineered, deeply skilled in a way that's visually and mentally attractive, have a voice in a low register with a popular accent, and are full of testosterone while being depicted as having steadfast morality and lacking toxic masculinity checks all of the boxes in terms of fantasy.
Kind of like the appeal of somebody like Chris Hemsworth, but there are three million of them, which also ticks a box for a lot of people.
I just...really got the sense that there's a disconnect here due to orientation differences that makes the clone dick thing seem racially nefarious when people are really just horny and go 'oohoo, big penis'.
I'm... apparently getting essays about penis in my inbox. IDK if you're a man so I won't call it mansplaining, so I guess it's allo-splaining? Just. Bro, it's not an ace thing. I really do not need Attraction To Dick Size explained to me. I'm not the best person to ask about Race Things either, being a white Slav in the US, but let me try to explain what I'm peeved by. It gets long mostly because there are a lot of moving parts to what I'm trying to talk about, but hopefully someone Who Knows More can confirm or deny what I'm trying to say here.
It's not just "the clones have big dicks," but "fanon clones are written as having big dicks in a way that is often racially dicey in the way that many fics about them are."
I do read plenty of smut. I would not be aware of the fandom tendencies if I didn't. I know that size kinks are common and that large dicks are, on the average, considered preferable. I've seen the same ratio of "notably large vs unmentioned or average/small" with characters like Anakin and Obi-Wan. This is not an ace thing, and I promise it's not about what I personally find attractive. I recognize that size kinks are popular and are applied pretty much across the board.
But the way it's phrased and approached matters. The way it's framed matters. The clones are all of a Maori man who is visibly of Polynesian descent. He's dark enough that colorism plays a role in his characters' handling, has facial features that are clearly not conforming to eurocentric standards and are then whitewashed in structure in animated series, and has that accent you mentioned, which... listen. Accents can also be fetishized. So. Let's move on.
They are simultaneously hypermasculinized (soldiers, exaggerated 'gruff' animation in the show, etc.) which is very much a racial thing, and also 'defanged' by being, you know, not legally people, etc. This is part of why that "full of testosterone but without toxic masculinity" comment isn't quite as cut-and-dry as it could be. I like that these characters are mostly lacking in toxic masculinity (it's still there in places, but that's not really relevant), but I have to remain aware of how that ties so closely back to the indoctrination and literal slavery.
So there's that whole mess of the clones already being in a dicey place as far as racial politics go, because they are men of color, in a context that where race doesn't matter on the Watsonian front because Space, except it's still relevant Doylistically because Star Wars is mostly written by white people, and the fandom is also mostly white people, so the fanworks are also mostly by white people.
So you have this situation where a lot of white people are writing smut (fine) about fictional characters (fine) where one or more are people of color (gotta be careful) and those people are often literal slaves who are simultaneously hypermasculinized by way of being genetically engineered soldiers with all the muscle and shooting and armor and Boyish Roughhousing that comes with (oh no). Fandom then takes what canon did with Hypermasculine Soldier Clones, and sometimes handles it better (and I really need to emphasize how much of the Better is by fans of color, I really really need everyone to note that most of the really good handling of race in SW fandom is by fans of color), but then sometimes turns up the racial fetishization even more without realizing it.
And that doesn't really mean that we can't give the clones big dicks. Like I said, it's just as common for Obi-Wan, Anakin, etc. to have the same Impressive Size. This isn't uncommon, and it would be just as Weirdly Racially Dicey to say that they all have Small Dicks To Make Them Less Intimidating, because there are plenty of ethnicities that also get hit with Small Dick Makes You Less Of A Man stereotypes, and that's a mess too.
So... I don't know where to take it past here, other than to say that this isn't me being Too Ace To Get It. It's me being hyperaware of how race tends to interact with fiction, and smut in particular, because I've made (non-smut) mistakes with race and ethnicity before as a writer. We all do, because most of us don't have massive PR teams behind us, and 16yo me sure couldn't afford a sensitivity reader for one-shots I was writing in the back of a classroom. I've spent the past ten years growing that awareness and I'm still not done! None of us are!
But part of doing better, being better, is to keep that awareness up when reading, to note what seems to be a questionable trend and what's just a random kink. This post has a lot of reference links for how there's racism built into Star Wars (though less about fanon portrayals, it's mostly about canon and how fans try to justify that canon).
It's just... it's complicated. The ways that racism and smut and fandom interact are complicated, and part of learning to deal with how complicated these things can be is to go into it with the understanding that anything, no matter how innocuous it seems, or how easily you can find an 'excuse' (in this case, using my asexuality to decide that I just don't Get why big dicks are appealing), could have a racial element you just aren't seeing.
(I didn't even get into the sketchiness of an actor from a colonized-by-white-people culture playing an army that is used for imperialism and how THAT relates to the soldiers-are-hypermasculine stuff.)
TL;DR: the clones already undergo plenty of racial bullshit, including hypermasculinity in portrayal that is related their being played by a Maori man, and this hypermasculinity plays into their being racially fetishized, and that occasionally includes the big dicks. The big dicks themselves are not the problem, but rather the manner in which they are noted and talked about, which can often get fetishy in the aforementioned ways.

If we're going to talk about disappointment and widowhood as the Greek mythology anon said, I really am a Targaryen incest widow and unfortunately the adaptation of Dance with Dragons doesn't appeal to me at all. I've tried to piece together some random thoughts I have about.
1. There's enough canonical incest in Dances with Dragons, but it's overshadowed by war. It's basically tragedy. Rhaenyra and Daemon married to people they don't love (like most in ASOIAF) and having children with these people before getting together. The poor Helaena married to her brother and being forced to choose between her children. I should probably be used to it, there are things like that throughout the writing, but Dance with Dragons is especially gory and stands out in my mind more negatively than others eras. I will probably read AU fanfics when they exist.
2. Totally a matter of taste, but I would much prefer an adaptation of the Blackfyre Rebellions. See the beautiful Shiera Seastar and her relationship with her brothers. well, there's war, there's tragedy too, but in my opinion nothing compares to Dance with Dragons.
3. It probably won't happen for a while, but an adaptation of Conquest of the Targaryens is not something I would be happy to see, I mean I would certainly appreciate the cast choice, they did a fantastic job on House of Dragon, but seeing Visenya being passed over by Rhaenys? That's not how a romantic threesome is supposed to work. well, Rhaenys dies and so and so, but the son of Visenya is known as Maegor the cruel, the current Targaryen lineage is not even directly related to her, it comes from Rhaenys' son Aenys. Did she really get nothing good out of this marriage? I know Visenya was an amazing strong woman, that's why I admire her, but her resilience in dealing with Aegon and Rhaenys is commendable, I would hate them. Another Targaryen incest I wouldn't want to see.
Fourth point, which should actually be the first, Viserys/Daenerys had SO much potential. It ended before it started with Viserys' early death, and I feel like it's so disappointing, and that the things might be different if Viserys wasn't so...weak. I honestly never understood why Viserys never went to Dorne. With the right persuasion they would help with a promise to avenge Elia, and though they would not putting Rhaegar's crimes under Viserys's head, I doubt they would want to see another Princess Martell on the Iron Throne anytime soon. I don't think it would all be over if he married Daenerys. What went through his mind to marry his sister to that man and think he could reclaim the throne that way is beyond my comprehension and I will never truly understand.
Also, there are no fanfics that do justice to this couple out there, I'm sure Dany's life would be better with a stronger, more loving Viserys.
There aren't many Daenerys/Rhaegar around either, in fact hardly any, I don't like Rhaegar Targaryen, he's a scum but he's handsome and I wouldn't mind reading smut oneshots of him with Dany. Viserys/Rhaegar/Daenerys would also have been great and an improved version of the Conquerors.
There are many other things I'd like to say, but I've tried not to be wordy (failed), i also lost some thoughts while writing, maybe there are things missing and maybe my spelling is missing in some places, I didn't proofread the text, i hope you understand.
I guess basically I'm complaining about not having enough Targaryen incest, but I know you would mention House of Dragon and I explained why that's not an option for me. So yes it sucks like incest, with little representation and the little representation that there is you're not comfortable watching, I'm a clown 🤡
One thing I will say about House of the Dragon is that it may not be faithful to the source material - though I doubt for the better.
It's a shame that all the potential of House Targaryen and their long history of incestuous marriage hasn't given us anything really good to ship/watch/gush about.
I suppose we've got to hope that House of the Dragon is a success, so that we might get more GOT/Targaryens in the future.
I'm totally with you on Visenya/Aegon/Rhaenys. Visenya being the odd one out would just be hard for me to watch.
Viserys as written really did make an odd choice turning to the Dothraki. I can only assume the influence of others were what really made the decision
Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us, Anon. I am sorry for your pain!

salut ellie! someone once asked you about your writing and you recommended falling in love with language and finding ways of writing you love. i was wondering, what books and/or writing styles are you in love with? it's just so interesting to know what somehow had an impact on the way you're writing bc i honestly adore your style
wow do you remember that ? that is such a flattering question oh my god. well, i’m still working on it. some of my favorites are (i’m very eclectic lmao) :
- His Dark Materials (it’s a fantasy book series ‘for kids’ but it’s actually insanely deep and philosophic) is pretty much the first book series that made me fall in love with stories, and made me want to write. I think I found it when I was 10, and it completely shaped me. It’s so ambitious and clever, it never talks down to the reader, brings up those amazing worlds and philosophical concepts and is still accessible to kids. Most of all it is so committed to atmosphere, to making it vivid, to really make you go through what the characters are. I’m thinking of it and I can remember exactly certain passages in an almost sensory way : the witch Serafina Pekkala describing what it feels like to feel the Aurora Borealis on her bare skin as she is flying through the arctic. The polar bear Iorek giving Lyra frozen moss to help bandage his wounds after a battle. The grilled poppy heads that the Jordan College scholars at Oxford eat during a meeting. The little Gallivespians on their dragonflies and the way the sun reflects off their poisonous spurs. That’s how you make a story stick ; that’s how you can put in deep stuff without ever making it boring. I am so excited they’re making a tv series because that shit deserves some recognition. And I mean the whole plot about the importance of stories, free will, the horror of religious fundamentalism....always relevant. Philip Pullman’s stuff is great in general, I love his Sally Lockhart series, which is more adult and adventure focused, and is a great deal of fun. And of course, the sequel to HDM he’s been putting out recently.
- I spent a lot of my teen years reading either crime novels or historical novels. (When I think of some of the stuff I read when I was 13 I’m like oh my god what were my parents doing lmao some of that was really horrible.) And I think it gave me a good feeling for suspense and setting, and how important tension is. One of my all time faves is Andrea Japp. She is a French writer who does mostly crime, involving complex/monstrous woman characters and a very sensory, poetic approach to language, often involving food, plants and poisons. My favorite by her is the “Season of the Beast”/Agnès de Souarcy chronicles, which is a crime series set in medieval times, with a cool independent lady at its core, crimes in a monastery, and this very gloomy end of times vibe that I love. I also read a lot of Scandi Noir stuff, I love the kind of ...laconic approach to life. And again : vibe. Vibe is so important. And Sherlock Holmes stories. I love the Mary Russell series that take place in that universe and are basically a big Mary Sue self insert guilty pleasure but are just. So much fun.
- I like poetry a lot - not stuff that is too wordy, but something short, sharp and vivid. i think reading poetry is essential to feeding your inner ‘metaphor culture’. I love Mary Oliver. Rimbaud, too, that I read at 17 and rocked my world. One of my underrated faves is  Hồ Xuân Hương, a Vietnamese poet from the 18th century who was adept at using nature metaphors to hide both erotic stuff, irreverent jokes, and political criticism, and correspond with all the great scholars of her time under a pseudonym. Badass.  Recently I bought ‘Soft Science’ by Franny Choi, which is about cyborgs, having a female body, emotions and politics and it’s absolutely brilliant.
- I love reading fairy tales, too. Currently reading (i always read a lot of books at once lol) Angela Carter’s Book of Fairy Tales, basically fairy tales for grown ups, collected from folklore all over the world, with an amazing kind of gruesome humor and wisdom. Norse mythology is also so damn funny. That one bit with Thor dressing up as a bride or Loki’s shenanigans...amazing. And I like fantasy, I find it very soothing to read for some reason, my fave has to be Robin Hobb and her Realm of the Elderlings series. And Terry Pratchett, especially the series with Death or the Witches. Just brilliant. Neil Gaiman too.
- I tend to be very impatient when it comes to literary fiction, I find a lot of it is self-indulgent, dreary. I’m a genre reader through and through, I need to be amazed. I loved ‘the Elegance of the Hedgehog’ by Muriel Barbery though. Some stuff by Amélie Nothomb, Virginie Despentes occasionally (they’re French writers with a very dark, wry approach to life, tho the first is more polished acid and the second very punk rock). And ‘Special Topics in Calamity Physics’ by Marisha Pessl is pretentious as hell but a lot of fun, if you like dark academia. Salman Rushdie has a way with language that is amazing.
- I read a lot of non-fiction. At the moment : the Cabaret of Plants (about the symbolic/socio historical meaning of plants and how they shaped history) by Richard Mabey and ‘Feminist Fight Club’ by Jessica Bennett. One I absolutely love is ‘the Botany of Desire’ by Michael Pollan in which he traces the history of four plant species (apple, potato, cannabis, tulip) and how they impacted us as much as we impacted them. I was obsessed with plants for most of my life as you can see lol (my mother is a herbalist and I wanted to become a botanist for quite a while.). Also philosophy/anthropology in little bits. I love Tim Ingold. Things about witches. Anything by Rebecca Solnit is incredible.
- I’ve been reading a lot of YA recently, because it’s fun and quick and keeps me reading, and has a lot of good female characters. Big fave recently : Jane Unlimited by Kristin Cashore. It’s about a young bisexual woman who’s grieving and comes to this weird house full of doors, each of which leads to a different path in life, and we follow her through each choice she can potentially make, each of one becomes a different genre of story : creepy ghost story, spy story, sci-fi, cute romance, etc. It’s so innovative and it’s a story that is also bisexual culture at its core. Also I absolutely love love love love love (etc forever) the Raven Cycle series by Maggie Stiefvater. What she does with language is just so cool, because she stays simple and efficient but uses her metaphors in such a fulgurant, vivid way. Some of her lines are just. bam! genius. #goals. Also Ronan Lynch is probably THE character that helped me the most with my coming out. He’s one of my forever faves.  Of course Harry Potter, lmao, I was of the generation that pretty much grew up with him, the last book came out when I was 17. JK Rowling really should just stop rn. But I learned so much from those, about the importance of making your story feel like home, and having a clear emotional journey. And Harry is such a sarcastic little shit, I love him. And I love a Series of Unfortunate Events too, the darkly funny tone of it, the celebration of knowledge and resilience.
- I think in terms of the classics (I had to read in school lmao), I do like Victor Hugo a lot even though some of his stuff just doesn’t fucking stop. I also like Balzac and his Comédie Humaine, he’s very observant, mean and funny when it comes to people (even though it’s depressing.) Colette is my grandma’s fave writer and she is a rockstar, I love her (also hella bi culture). Jane Austen is great, I read Pride and Prejudice in one night straight, I was so hooked. Love Jane Eyre too. I read On the Road by Jack Kerouac while hopped up on opioid pain killers and that’s probably the only way to appreciate it, but it did mark me.
- But to be completely fucking candid, I probably read the most fanfic nowadays still. Esp since I got to college, I need to unwind when I read, and having characters you already know can be so comforting. Now, of course, there’s a lot of fanfic that is just fluff (nothing wrong with that) but I honestly really believe in the literary value of fanfic. Because some of that shit simply just really slaps and is well written. But also as a genre on its own : you just simply don’t get so much emotional nuance, and depth in most other things. Because these are characters we already know and the writers are not afraid to be self-indulgent and plot is secondary, we see shades of things that we never see anywhere else, we see relationships developping in the small things and wow that shit is breathtaking, bro, sometimes. The art of infinite variation on a theme. Even though a lot of fic writers could use a bit of stricter editing, and do stuff a bit too many unnecessary details in here, so does Victor Hugo soooooooo....
lol i could go on forever. i love book soooo much. uni kinda killed my reading appetite, I used to read several books a week when I was in middle school. hope i can get back there (although maybe not as much bc i have a life now lol.) but thinking about everything i have yet to read makes me sooooo happy. I want to get more into sci-fi, English lit classics. Basically I like stuff that’s witty, dark, political, hedonistic, with dry humor, but a warm heart. Stories that celebrate knowledge, curiosity and human weirdness. And that gets to the point. When I get bored by a book, I put it down, because I just don’t have the time. I also hate writers where you can tell that they think they’re better than other people. Misanthropy is boring. Thank you for this question anon I had a blast

okay so I just read your post about the mc final (I still haven't watched it). please tell me this is a fucking joke. I mean I knew it was going to be bad, but this is just...jfc what the hell?!
Dear, anon. I wish it was a joke. Unfortunately that is what happened in By Any Means. Check it out for yourself if you want. I don’t recommend it though. IT’s so utterly depressing to think that so many people were involved in that show for a decade plus and this is the end result. That this is the masterpiece Duff created to end his decade long franchise.
That Duff promoted this season as the best yet, with an ending that would be satisfying, gratifying and a season that the fans deserve. Instead the ending of the show descended into utter chaos. This ending was filled with lazy writing and a bunch of nonsensical motives for the characters. The focus was shifted away from the ensemble and onto Stroh and his Hacker Boy partner.
This was all about Duff getting revenge on TNT for canceling his show. And to the fans who annoyed the hell out of him. Stroh’s money motivation is all because TNT dumped Major Crimes for more serialized high drama shows. In order to compete with AMC and HBO type shows. Stroh’s greed was his downfall just like Duff hopes TNT’s greed will be theirs.
Spoilers under the cut if you don’t know about Sharon’s happy ending. Along with The Closer and Battlestar Galactica spoilers.
By Sharon’s happy ending I mean that in a total sarcastic way because she didn’t have one. She died tragically in her office from a heart attack while yelling at a suspect.
Not only did Sharon’s death have no meaning but all of the characters she loved the most learned absolutely nothing from her and did everything she didn’t want them to do. Which is the exact opposite of what Duff said, that she would be honored.
This was an ending for his series that was a mixture of The Closer and Battlestar Galactica. After the tragic death of their mother. Rusty/Brenda shoots Stroh because they were terrorized by him. Then go work for the DA’s office. Sharon/Laura dies tragically after a battle with an illness and the love of their life (husband) has to live without them.
The exception is that Brenda learned a very hard lesson (when her mother died) and that was to appreciate her family and not take advantage of them or put them before her work. Rusty annihilated Stroh (he shot him five times) which is what Sharon begged him NOT to do in the videos she left him. She told him to not do everything on his own and to use his brain.
Laura died having saved the human race and giving up her life for it. She made it through to the end and got to see the fruits of her hard labor. Her death was peaceful and bittersweet. Sharon died knowing that Stroh was after her son and nothing good came from her death.
Sorry that was really more wordy than I wanted. Just six months later and I’m still bitter (as are so many other fans) about what Duff did to his show.

On bias, and whatnot
Anonymous said:
Hi I'm that anon that just gave u feedback. Anyway, I was thinking that maybe when u make those posts, adding any personal assumptions could be something u do unconsciously, especially when talking abt skaters u aren't a fan of. Like using a certain skater as the epitome of very bad technique, demanding that most (if not all) jumps should be << or < and mentioning the Olympic oath. I think it'll be better if u just point these errors out without those side comments. -- -- In a way, those comments make it look like that skater is deliberately cheating and not doing anything, not working hard enough, instead of the real flaw that is the ISU judging system. Don't worry, I don't see u as a hater, but comments placed alongside those posts imo make it seem like u just dislike that skater. And yeah as I said, it'll be better if u can judge diff skaters on the same standards. Anyway, thanks for your kind response :) (sorry this got super long again) --AND I get that biases are unavoidable and u are trying ur best to keep things simple, but I hope u don’t do so at the expense of ppl thinking wrong abt other skaters. Your blog helped me learn so much about the sport and I really appreciate the effort! Again, thank you and sorry for these long-ass asks
Hey there, thanks for the clarification. I’m glad I understand what you’re referring to now. Honestly for one moment I was scared you were talking about my tendency to be partial to Yuzuru and to keep using him as examples in my tech posts - now that is something I won’t be able to change anytime soon.
We’re talking about Shoma, yes? So I’d like to clarify: no, I do not think he’s the epitome of bad technique. As I mentioned the other day, he is by no means the only skater on the circuit having a pre-rotation issue. I did use his jump as an example of PR in this info post of mine (which I think is the only one time when I brought this topic up completely unasked for), but that was because I was using the top 6 men as examples throughout the post, and among that group, Shoma is the only one with that issue.
Now about this post, I did not write it with the purpose of demanding anything, The ask I received there was about why I appeared to treat Shoma’s jumps differently, so I was trying to explain that his jumping habits are quite visible and uniform across his toe loops, loops, flips, and Lutzes. I then went on to explain why, considering that fact, I’ve been opting to talk about his quad flip instead of the other jumps. True, I did say that based on my observation, I really ought to be demanding downgrade on everything except the Axel and maybe the Salchows. But that was by no means the main point of that post, and even if you take it to be the main point, I’d say it’s pretty factual: according to ISU rule, jumps pre-rotated by 180 degrees or more must be downgraded. You can argue with me about whether or not Shoma’s PR is visible enough in real time for the technical panel to make the call, but it remains a fact that, when you look at it closely, his PR is a thing that objectively exists.
By the way, technically his jumps should be called << for PR; I say nothing about the < call, which is used for under-rotation. In fact, I have said in no less than 3 separate occasions (here, here, and here) that Shoma doesn’t usually under-rotate his jumps. He might appear to, because of knee torque, but it’s usually not bad enough to merit a < call.
On my usage of the Olympic oath in a Shoma discussion, in that original post itself, I’ve heralded it by explicitly stating that it falls under the unsolicited part of my opinion. I have also tried to clarify my thinking further here, here, and here. I’d also like to point out that I’ve mentioned time and again that I never ever for one moment think that Shoma is not working hard enough. In fact, I probably mentioned it too much, because the last time I brought it up, I was given feedback that my comment came off as condescending - which is honestly completely not what I was aiming for.
That’s all I could think of to explain my point of view. I hope it helps clear things up.

I just want to say that I deeply appreciate every post you make, all the tech posts and gif posts and especially your posts sharing your personal opinions (they were the ones drawing my attention to your blog, and I love them!). I think the previous anon has no right to demand the things they said to you. If they want a pure technique info, just go google it. If they demand such a thing, they can either share their thoughts or simply unfollow.(I’m sorry,I feel really angry with that anon ask :(

Hey, I’m sorry to see that you’ve been getting asks accusing you of bias. As far as I can see these people only know how to vaguely call you biased and aren’t able to actually point out where you were supposedly inaccurate in your posts. If you were really wrong, it would be easy for them to just point it out. It’s so very transparent of these guys to pose as neutral and unbiased saints when all they want is for you to stop criticizing their faves’ flaws. I say keep up your good work. 👍
Guys, thank you so much. I’m very happy you are not annoyed by my not-always-unbiased opinions :) I know that I have a heck of a lot of those especially when it comes to Yuzuru. I mean, lordy, I have a confession to make that the other day when I put his hydroblade jump entry next to one of Janny’s for a gifset, I blatantly cut off the part where he fell on his butt right under the spotlight (whereas she lander her jump perfectly) :)) I’m eternally grateful that no Janny fan has come forth to call me out on my borderline fraudulent and manipulative activity.
For what it’s worth, even if it’s just about random stuff on the Internet, I do think that everyone should be held accountable for what they say and we should never encourage nor tolerate outright lies or defamation. I, however, do not have the full capacity to meditate on how every single line I write (and I do write a lot, unfortunately, please blame my natural wordy tendency) will be interpreted by every single person who will read it. If you have doubts about my intention/implication, do feel free to demand me to clarify it. I will do so, up to a certain limit, because I think that when I’ve explained myself thrice and you refuse to see the sense in it, we really should stop wasting each other’s time and agree to disagree.
