The thing is

One of my friends went to him (WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE😭) and asked him if he liked me because she noticed the way we act and she cares a lot about me and just wants to protect me or smth and he said that he understands why she might think that but that’s it purely platonic and he just gets very touchy when he becomes close friends with someone

So I guess we’re atleast close friends? :) I’m just glad I get to be in his life and love him, no matter in which shape or form as long as I can support him and share this love somehow (without making him uncomfy hopefully😭)

Anyways my heart breaks each time I see him but also just overwhelms me with the love I feel for him, I can’t distance myself to move on without risking to hurt him and revealing that I like him because why else would I need time away from him

And we were hanging out with a bunch of other friends and they all started making jokes about us being in love and dating

Sometimes i consider making a post,,,, just to put something out into the world. And then I remember that I am a blip in the universe. I am one tiny gear in a system that would move flawlessly without me. No matter what I do, I cannot create an impact larger than my small following by creating a post.

but is that not comforting?? knowing that no matter what I do, nothing will change is a comfort. It means I can do as I wish-- I can free new words, words in an order that has never been said, into the world, knowing that the worst that could happen is nothing. my ten minutes create no ripple in the puddle of people who will see it, compared to the lake of the internet, to the sea of the world.

and at best? I will be the reason for a smile!! We were all put into this world to make someone smile just a little bit more. If my post gives someone a huff of a laugh, a crumb of serotonin, I'll have done my job.

Genshin Sentient! AU ( Inazuma Edition )

entry : hello! i saw someone had requested an Inzuman version of my first Genshin Sentient! AU, so here you go! ^^ apologies for grammar + soelling mistakes in advance.

warning : slight spoiler for Ayaka’s story quest

Kamisato, Ayaka

She only blinked for a second, she swears ! She remembers doing her work for the Yashiro Commission then suddenly being at the Statue of the Seven in Windrise!

Her first thought was about how she got there in the first place and how she didn’t even have any difficulties exiting Inazuma

She ponders over this but in the corner of her eye, she spots other people

She looks towards them and they suddenly looked at her and smiled

One of them introduced the others and themselves then said that Ayaka is in a game and the player added her to their party

She was confused at first, thinking that the people she talked to are only lying

But she suddenly felt as if she was poured with cold ice. She also noticed her blade changed, it went from a sacrificial sword to her iconic Mistsplitter’s Reflection.

That’s when she knew that what they told her was true.

She started to introduce herself to her party members and doing commissions with them, then she realized that commissions had never been this fun before

If your party is still exploring through Inazuma, Ayaka will be more than happy to give your party a brief rundown of each place and what to do

Will also try to explain the puzzles we have to solve

If your party is in Mondstadt or Liyue for daily commissions, she’ll be awestruck and look everywhere. She’s always been swamped with work from the Yashiro Commission, adding onto that was the fact that the borders through Inazuma were closed. So this really is an experience for her

She then tries the food of both regions, still remembering what the traveler and Paimon said about how eating food is better with other people

She takes photographs with her kamera that she had gotten for keepsakes, always burning the sights she saw in her memory so that she could always think about the fun she’s had

Yet, she can’t help but wonder about the people of Inazuma; how were they? Were they searching all around Inazuma for her? What was her brother, Ayato, and Thoma doing right now?

When she learns about the player, she is curious about them at first. So, she asks some questions to her party members about you.

Depending on her friendship levels, she also gives you greetings and reminders when you log in

Speaking of party members, she’s basically made friends with them at this point ! Laughing at their silly jokes, making and eating food together while stargazing, patching up their wounds wherever they go. She cherishes these people with all her heart

If you have Zhongli in your party along with her, both of them will start talking about Liyue and Inazuma’s history + going shopping together

If you notice that one of your party member’s health is at the red zone and you don’t have any food left, Ayaka’s already healing them up! She wants to meet everyone’s needs, and that includes her recent friends she’s made along the way ! Can’t have them dying while you’re low on resources

She’ll take inventory of all their necessities ( food, ascension materials, artifacts, etc )

If you need some materials to level up a certain character, then she’ll go and help you get them. There’s an enemy blocking your path? No worries, Ayaka has it covered

If you enjoyed her dancing in her story quest, then she’ll gladly show you how to dance through your camera and the chat. She’ll even dance some more with you!

Yoimiya

What? She was just packing up some fireworks for a customer, now she’s at the top of a tower in Mondstadt?

Her first thought was how she could get out and what happened to her in that time frame, until her train of thought was interrupted when she heard someone speak to her.

The stranger introduced themselves and their group. Then said that Yoimiya is part of a game and the player put them in their party.

She all thought it was a joke at first, playing along and not believing them. That was until she saw her bow being changing in front of her, it went from a compound bow to her normal bow, the Thundering Pulse.

She then believed the strangers and started to introduce herself to them. She quickly became acquainted with them and eventually got off the tower through her newly acquired, golden gliders.

She looked around for a while and noticed that the architecture looks very similar to The City of Ballads, Mondstadt. One of her teammates verified that this is, infact Mondstadt.

She was ecstatic to see a new environment around her and adding onto that, new friends along the way! She then suggested that they should celebrate by making and lighting up some fireworks.

All of them agreed to it, thankfully. She beamed at them and started gathering some materials

If you have any child character like diona, klee, sayu, or qiqi; all of them will love her. Especially Klee

Those two will go adventuring with the others and Klee might even help Yoimiya in finding materials to make some fireworks. They aren’t her signature bombs, but both of them will collaborate to make a hybrid between Klee’s bombs and Yoimiya’s fireworks.

Of course, Yoimiya will also look after Klee and all the other children. Including her party members as well.

Albeit, she does go to the weekly bosses unprepared. Not that much food left, a challenging weekly boss, and the health bar at the middle is a recipe for disaster.

Thank the Archons that the player remembers to make heaps of delicious and filling food. Yoimiya even recognizes some of them!

Is happy to give the player her specialty all the time, albeit she is a bit tired of making 8 tri colored dango but as long as her party members don’t die!

When she learns about you, she starts chatting away in the chat box and talking with you in her idle animations.

I feel like her and Yanfei would get along pretty well if you have both of them in your party

If she sees someone from Inazuma like Sayu, Ayaka or Kazuha then she’ll ask them how they are. She would just keep talking to them and getting to know them a bit better

Let’s her hair down and you get to see Yoimiya’s hair without a hair tie :DD

Worries over the Inazuman children and her father of course. Also worries a lot over the shop.

Kaedehara, Kazuha

Kazuha was just lowering the sails on Beidou’s ship then the next minute, he’s at Starfell Lake.

He looks around for a while and spots people right behind him. He looked at them and they started to introduce themselves and explained the situation he was in.

Of course, he didn’t believe them at first. A game, and he’s one of the playable characters? Preposterous.

That was until he heard the wind, the cool and gentle breeze whispering in his ears that this was all true. He had always trusted the wind, from weather predictions to undeniable truths. This time was no exception.

He then accepted it and introduced himself to the others.

It’s no surprise that Kazuha can read and predict the weather just through the change in humidity, this skill becomes very useful when traveling with his teammates.

Kazuha will alert them that rain was coming and how intense it was going to be, and already help them in finding a suitable place to stay until it stops.

If your party is in Liyue, then they’ll be going to the Wangshu Inn. Taking a short break to relax and sit in the elevator is quite refreshing for the wandering samurai. He might even see the Vigilant Yaksha if he’s lucky

If you’re party is in Mondstadt, then they’ll be renting a place to stay inside the city. He might get some curious looks and stares due to his clothing but he doesn’t mind all that much.

Since he’s a wanted fugitive in Inazuma, he’s not that on board with going there. The risk for people like him being arrested are just too high. Not to mention the Raiden Shogun having her eyes all over the nation of eternity, searching for vision bearers for their visions to be taken away.

He’ll play a tune or whistle on his shibabue ( please correct me if that’s incorrect ) while gathering ingredients for cooking tonight’s dinner or while doing daily commissions.

He’ll also make some haikus and poems about his surroundings and even his party mates !

If you have Venti on your team along with him, then they’re both going to play their respective instruments and make some poems together.

When he learns of the player, then he is also pretty curious about them. He talks to you when you log in and asks you some questions about yourself. Maybe you’ll even see him typing something in the chat

He leaves pretty haikus and poems in your notes app if you have it on your device, or he’ll at least put it into the chat box

He doesn’t mind making you his special dish, along with cooking dry braised salted fish. It’s his favorite after all ! Along with that, he’s also helping to make food for his teammates and himself in the long run.

You might see some other materials that definitely weren’t there before. You swore you didn’t have THAT many mint plants but hey you’re not complaining 🤷🏻‍♀️

Overall, a very nice addition to your team and he now has friends from all over the place :DD

Sayu

Sayu was just slowly lulling into a dreamless slumber when she felt her head hit something. She looked back, eyebrows furrowed and her hand on the place where it got hit.

She saw a gigantic tree before her and when she turned back to the front, she wasn’t in Inazuma anymore!

Was this one of those cases where if you only blink once, you automatically sleep and wake up again at a different time? But instead of a different time, a different place? Her head truly couldn’t wrap around it.

That was until she saw people next to her, they looked at her and smiled at her.

One of them introduced themselves and their team, then said that Sayu was part of a game and they were added to the player’s team.

Due to the sleepiness still lingering in her mind, what they said hadn’t processed in her for two minutes. When she finally got what they were saying, she didn’t believe them and brushed them off. It was ridiculous of her to be in a game.

Then she suddenly felt something beside her, it was her great sword. She was about to respond to the strangers when she saw it change into a beautiful red and black Wolf’s Gravestone.

Sayu then believed what the strangers were saying and introduced herself to them while yawning to herself.

She quickly made friends with her party members due to her usefulness in gathering excess food from the hilichurl’s crates and her wonderful personality! If you have any child characters in your party, then both of them will be best friends guaranteed!

She gives her party members her signature rice balls when they wake up, she says that its for giving them energy for the day and to sleep longer.

Speaking of sleep, Sayu sleeps right after doing commissions. If you have any adult characters with you, especially Kaeya or Zhongli, they’ll carry her on their shoulder to let her sleep peacefully.

When she learns about the player, she greets you when you log in depending on the time of day. You can even see her in her natural habitat, which is sleeping.

She gives you her signature rice balls every time she makes them. She wants you to enjoy having some energy to play. Better yet, to nap with.

Sometimes she just gets tired of carrying her claymore and lets someone hold it for her when she needs to rest a bit, will it soon turn into her sleeping for 15 minutes? Yes, yes it will.

Tries to eat her veggies in her salad but it really isn’t her favorite thing, but then she remembers that veggies help people grow. So, she stomachs it anyway.

She’s a bit nervous when it comes to weekly bosses, or any bosses in general. Just as long as you’re prepared, she’s prepared and ready to give her all!

Then right after that take a 2 hour nap, that took WAY more energy than necessary from her.

Hey, does anybody have those moments where you only discover how to pronounce or soell a word after you’ve seen it’s related word?

The most recent one for me was repatriation. After reading patriation and realizing they were connected.

I always read that word re-part-ation before, or rep-aration. And usually remember it as the second. Like even now knowing what the word is And looking at it I still can’t remember it and just prounounce it like that. I have to slow down and sound it out cause The letters are so simialr and close together they get jumbled.

Anyway i had no trouble reading as a child even though I’ve always had trouble with this sooo. Is it an autism or adhd thing? Or does everyone in the world have a grouping of words they can never get straight in their head cause the words are just. A billion l’s or r’s that become a jumble.
