Imagine with me, for a moment, that you are an energetic teenager. You were kind of a weird kid and despite being very extroverted were quite lonely for a good portion of your childhood, especially the last few years. Now you’re not quite an adult but for certain reasons you are wondering around on your own and you come across this dog.

This dog is tied up in the backyard of some big house and he’s not looking so good. You think maybe you should help him out but you’re warned that the dog is agressive and that would be a very bad idea. Then you see a kid come and try to feed the dog. The dog growls and snaps but never actually bites the kid, and not long after you approach the dog and manage to give him the food. Despite what everyone says, the dog never bites you, and you look into his eyes and think that he is a very good dog and that you want to beat up everyone whose ever hurt him.

So you decide to rescue the dog, but as soon as you untie the dog someone comes out of the house and just starts threatening both you and the dog, so you start fighting this guy, and the dog fights with you. The first time you see this supposedly aggressive dog bite someone is when he’s defending you.

So now you have this dog and he’s super loyal to you and would do anything for you and won’t bite if you tell him not to and of course you’d do anything for him too, because that’s your dog and your best friend and suddenly you’re not so lonely anymore.

Anyway that’s how Monkey D. Luffy met Roronoa Zoro.

No because how did Emily convince Mr-I’m-so-independent-I-don’t-like-anyone-taking-care-of-me to let her pick him up and drop him off in her car at least twice?? And what made her specifically reach out? He’s her boss, their relationship isn’t as ‘strong’ as her relationships with her colleagues, who are definitely her friends by now, but with Hotch you can tell there’s this boundary between him and everyone. You could argue that she wasn’t as close to him as say Dave, and out of all the others she’s known him the shortest.

I would give anything to have seen how that conversation went.

Emily: are you cleared to drive?

Hotch: yes

Emily: not on my watch, I’ll pick you up at 9

Hotch: …..

Emily: (eyebrow raise)

Hotch: whatever

I have no proof to back up this point but I am CERTAIN that if anyone else tried it he wouldn’t have let them. I don’t think any of them would have reached out in that way anyway.

I really don't like when some people underestimate Cavendish's love for Dakota. "He wouldn't have an Island", they say.

Well, he clearly WOULD. And I am going to prove it right now.

First, look at this scene where Cavendish risks himself for Dakota. He hasn't any armor or weapon, but he still covers Dakota. Because he just found out about The Island and now it's his time to save Dakota.

(OH GOD PLEASE I AM SO NOT NORMAL)

Second, look at the episode "A Christmas peril". Yes, Cavendish was an egoistic jerk there, sure, but. He tried so hard to cancel that day he broke up with Dakota. He said that he broke every rule just to do that. And this wasn't a situation where Dakota was in danger! He was perfectly well, and still Cavendish just doesn't want a world where he lives without Dakota.

So, my point is that Cavendish didn't sacrificed his alternate selves (is that a word?) to save Dakota (like Dakota did), because there was no need for it and Dakota never died. But if he did, I'm 100% sure Cavendish would go back in time and prevent his death. Because this is Dakota, what are you gonna do.

Thinking about Buggy and Shanks never breaking up and Shanks putting the straw hat on Buggy after they talk things out, saying that they both deserve it and it doesn't matter if people around them never believe in Buggy because he does!! And they form a crew together and they keep exchanging the hat all the damn time. Shanks keeps it when sleeping on deck. Buggy wears it when it matches his outfits. Shanks likes to put it on to cover his blush every time he looks at Buggy for too long. Shanks puts it on Buggy to catch him off guard and kiss him suddenly.
