alright so far today i've got 1300 burn and and 1406 in.
thats just base burn and my college commute since I don't count the cals I burn through non mtb/cycling/running workouts.
I am going to do another hour long workout! which I will also not track. just because.
#I always round down my cals burnt to motivate myself to do better so even if I burnt 1376 I still only count that as 1300#and I don't count the cals I burn in my other types of work outs because my tracker will be like You've burn 1000 cals! in only 2 hours!#and I don't trust that#it has to be less#cal restriction#in-out#tw weightloss#tw calories
