The bit about the circles is actually in your post! In 'Helluva Boss Canon Lore Tidbits', 'Post 1', one of the images says 'Pride is the largest and most diverse Ring! It's divided into different area referred to as the "Nine Circles". These areas, much like the other Rings, come with their own quirks and lore'. I always thought it meant that Pentagram City was within the first circle, or maybe was the entirety of the first circle, and the rest are somewhere else that isn't relevant for the show. Don't know if the circles also go down like the rings or if they're concentric, but it would be extremely unlikely that an area as small as Pentagram City would be able to house the hundreds of millions of Sinners that must stay within Pride.

Considering Pentagram City is boxed in by mountains, and the Ring doesn't expand past those mountains (well, as far as we've seen), I can't see there being more to the Pride Ring beyond what we've already been shown. I feel like if that were the case, it would've been alluded to in either Hazbin Hotel or Helluva Boss by now. Like, even just a small hint that there is something beyond the Pride Rings mountains - we've seen Stryker go in them, and then use a mining elevator to go down to the Wrath Ring, but he never went beyond them.

When I first read that the 9 Circles are divided in the Pride Ring, I assumed it meant they were divided in Pentagram City. But with how I've been world-building the city, I can't fit the 9 Rings in in a way that makes sense. Well, in a way that keeps everything balanced and even.

Although, we haven't seen exactly where Lucifer lives. We've seen the inside of his workroom, but the actual building? Nope. We have no idea where in the Pride Ring he resides, or what his house even looks like.

If Pentagram City is one of the 9 Circles and other Circles make up the rest of the Pride Ring, I can imagine that Lucifer lives there, in a separate Circle, as far away from the Sinners as possible.
