There is one issue in new X-Men which is xorn focused where he goes to mutant town and story is with his narration and he tries to help a mutant teen mid coming out but he dies etc then he meet with a Chinese guy who is from the same place he came from and they eat together while raining etc etc it's such a good issue with really nice art that created my xorn love i think.

And his origin story with isolated awful life and his bonding with Cyclops and Scott talking him out of suicide and killing everybody with him and another issue where they were in space together and general their reletionship was interesting.

Also there is special class and his talk to them about pacifism and then them getting attacked and him killing the attackers while hushing Ernst it was so cool.

But no we can't have good things so in the end of series there is plot twist omg xorn was fake and his whole inner narration and learning the way of world and his way of pacifism and violence etc was fake it was magneto in yellow face all along. Magneto is a one dimensional terrorist btw and it literally added nothing nobody is happy.

Like I hate it so much even more than normal hate to that retcon. Because so many people focus on magneto part like I don't care xorn was the bigger victim of it. Now he is known as guy magneto cosplayed and retcons instead of really cool character. Like yes grant that's what we needed lets sacrifice cool character for making another evil magneto story but he is very cartoonist evil now and yellow face.
