phew, ok gonna just ramble for a minute! for the last couple of days i've been getting so caught up in my milex feelings and the letdown after the anticipation that i almost forgot to be properly excited for this trip 🙈 but now that i'm actually in dublin, after listening to arctic monkeys and miles tunes on the flight and getting hyped about seeing my one of my best irl friends from london again for the first time since june, it's much easier for me to put things in perspective, thank goodness!! i'd have kicked myself later if i spent my time here moping (which i've kind of been doing these past two days) instead of being excited about getting to see my all time favourite band play again (twice!!) AND with miles as well, and just have a fun trip with my friends in dublin (even though it'll be raining cats and dogs, but we'll be in the pub most of the time anyway 🍻)

after the london gig in june i really thought that was it for a couple of years, so to have been given this extra opportunity to see them again so soon is insane and an absolute blessing. i'm SO fucking excited, i can't even tell you 😭 these will be my 8th and 9th arctic monkeys gigs to date, and i'm still just as hyped as i was 10 years ago, and i think that's worth reflecting on for a minute ❤️

i'm putting some more musings about the milex situation under the cut for anyone who might be interested in a different perspective, but mostly it's just for me, to be able to untangle the mess that my mind has been in these past few days. also, please know that i'm definitely not trying to invalidate anyone's concerns or diminish anyone's feelings, because lord knows i've been feeling all the things the past few days and all those feelings are very (very) real!

i guess what i just keep coming back to is the fact that arctic monkeys (or alex, really, lbr) asked miles to be the support for these four dates when they absolutely didn't have to do that, and that if there was any bad blood between them then they totally could've asked anyone else. but they didn't, they asked miles! and miles agreed! it's much more likely that the fact that they're not playing together is due to logistics (with the orchestra and limited rehearsal time) and wanting to highlight miles's new album than any personal reasons tbh. they're professionals doing their jobs first and foremost, and while obviously we'd love a display of sentimentality, if that doesn't fit the show for whatever reason then it makes sense they don't give us that. i'm sure it's all been discussed and agreed on between them, and that they're doing perfectly fine behind the scenes. it's true that miles shows us a lot of himself, but alex and the other boys do not, so it also makes sense to me that what miles shares about them/their interactions with him is limited too, much as i'd love to see him gush about them and post bts footage. i always find that i get easily swept up in emotions and conjecture when i'm watching things unfold from a distance, through the tumblr/fandom lens, but i forget sometimes that that is a heavily coloured lens, and that real life is often very different, despite what social media etc. may seem to show. and for me personally, i've noticed that sometimes it's really good to break out of the bubble for a bit and see things from a different perspective, so i'm glad i was able to do that before my shows!

also, on a side note, i've seen some people being disappointed that alex didn't dedicate bodypaint to miles but just gave him a shoutout, but to me the distinction doesn't matter too much. he mentioned miles when he didn't have to, and miles stayed to watch the boys do their thing after his own set, and he didn't have to do that either if he wasn't feeling it. the fact is that recently there have been more and more signs that our boys are actually growing closer again than they seemingly have been for a few years, and while obviously i just want them to give us everything and announce a tlsp reunion and also profess their undying love for each other while they're at it, maybe their doing what they can right now, and they just need a bit more time to get to where they once were. we all need time to heal, or something like that, anyway. i obviously don't know anything, but this possiblity seems just as if not more likely to me than the other option (which would be that any of this is a sign they're growing further apart, instead), so i'm good with that for the moment.

anyway, this is just me talking to myself on the plane and creating some perspective for myself, but maybe someone else might find it helpful too, who knows. in any case, i'm going to do my best to enjoy it all to the fullest!! and while obviously getting to see them do something together would be brilliant, it would just be the cherry on an otherwise already really fucking delicious cake ❤️

But on a serious note, that itsy bitsy teaser is Jimin declaring war. The beat, the drums, the dancers stomping and the Jimin battle cry at the end. It’s a declaration that he is coming for us, not to dominate or conquer us (even though that is going to happen), but instead to make us see, to set US free.

Jimin knows what it means to be an idol. He knows how the Kpop stans are; and I don’t mean the internationally fans. No. I mean the locals, Japanese, Thai, Chinese…I mean, those who consume Kpop content way more than international (US/UK) fans do. He knows the restrictions of the industry. He knows how he is expected to be a certain way. He probably knows everything written about him, reads it, has internalised and battled it. Lived with it, cried about it.

Hence, I suspect this Album is a way to respond to those expectations, for those who will seek a deeper meaning/understanding to it. It his his way to Set Us (his fans, the audience, the people who consume Kpop content) free, From the preconceptions and perceptions we have of him, from the ideas we want to shove on him, from the lenses we see him through. He wants to show us his face, so that we can face him.

You know, I don't do this often, but I am prepared to listen to Set Me Free Pt 2, in two states of being today - sober and not. Not to dull my senses but to split or fracture them. With this release, Jimin deserves to have our full attention, and every inch of my consciousness for the first few listens will be focused on Jimin.

I want to be completely and brutally mindfucked by Park Jimin. I'm expecting maximum damage to whatever ideas I've had of him till now. I need his voice of honey-coated serrated steel, of glass and velvet, to render me incapable of speech for 1.4 hours, at least.

The above footage includes scenes older than the past year. Which is to say, Jimin has been writing music for a long time. He's had experiences where he "...has internalised and battled it. Lived with it, cried about it." as you say Anon in ask 3. PDogg has been watching this process in Jimin for years, been present for a lot of it, and this album is the result of a relationship they've cultivated for a decade.

I've said before that I rate PDogg as a producer and enjoy his stylistic choices, with some exceptions. He's going to do an exceptional job in FACE, so good in fact that he believes nobody in the industry will beat it for the rest of the year.

And that's a ballsy thing to say. But it's more than doable, because the artist is Jimin.

And so, he might as well have been saying "water is wet."

Anon in ask 6, I don't know what those dates mean. I've seen situations where the date coincides with the release date, but most times that date on screen differs from the release date. I think it's possible for the artist to choose what date shows on screen, but I also think it could be linked to recording or intended distribution dates. But really I have no idea. If any of my followers know please say what it is in the replies.

I agree with you. In this album he's going to describe the world through his eyes. Jimin is the Jimin of BTS - the biggest band in the world. And Jimin is nothing if not direct. That he's using a prison - the most severe and most universally understood representation of 'loss of freedom' - as the metaphor in Set Me Free Pt 2, is already the first indication he isn't here to play around. In the last 10 years Jimin has experienced a life, a world of changes, only a handful of people have ever experienced, and they have happened to someone with as interesting a temperament as his. This song and the rest of his album is a sonic expression of what that world looks like to him now.

It will be beautiful.

I personally don't mind if they did 2 or 3 ending episodes to tie up any loose ends so that we can see what happened to the characters, but I personally don't need to see 8 months of filming 8 episodes for a full complete season. It sorta feels like the momentum for the show is dying down a bit. But we all know HBO is going to keep the show on the air as long as Sam writes, because I believe Euphoria is one of HBO's highest-grossing shows right now.

I’m sure jungkook already had ideas about this going in, but I can’t help thinking about how much better all of the rappers in bts are compared to Jack Harlow and central cee. It says a lot about who gets elevated in the music industry. Like jungkook was so spoiled with rap line 😭 I wonder if it’s something he noted. Tbh, and I don’t know if this makes sense considering how much more recognized they are, but being a western pop star doesn’t seem like all it’s cracked up to be success-wise. There are a lot of people that make music that’s played heavily on the radio and heavily listened to, like kid laroi maybe, but idk if I’ve ever met a kid laroi ‘fan’ or if people really go to his concerts or physically buy his albums. Most likely he’s taking pennies from Spotify, and that’s probably what most of them do if they’re not Taylor swift. K-pop fan engagement is a different beast bc the fan culture is very much about actively engaging with the artists - going to concerts and buying albums and hyping them. You’ll more directly receive the love from your fans, which boosts you up more. Since most people aren’t going to be successful in either industry, I think I’d rather be in kpop since it might feel more rewarding in the moment

Yeah, the BTS rap line is infinitely superior to Central Cee and Jack Harlow - from flow to lyrics to looks to charm lmao.

It's true that success in the West a lot of times seems to mean people knowing who you are because they heard of you or heard one or two of your songs on the radio and not even by choice. Those artists make money from ads, performances, their label, but may not really have that many real fans. The Kid Laroi is famous, everyone in a given age group knows who he is, but he probably wouldn't fill a stadium in a heartbeat like Jungkook would, no matter how big the stadium. Even in a market like Europe, where The Kid Laroi is way more mainstream, Jungkook would still sell out any stadium over him, even if all the seats were filled with foreigners who flew in to see him. It's a bit unfair that, despite this reality, Jungkook will probably never be mainstream the way a lot of American artists are.

But American artists make a lot more money than kpop artists, work less in general, and often have more creative control and personal freedom. I wouldn't say that it's better to be a kpop artist. If you think The Kid Laroi is being paid pennies, than how much do you think most idols make? And he's just starting out. There's also a question of trainee debt, harsh beauty standards that male pop artists at least can probably evade, a grueling workload, less creative and personal freedom in general, etc. It's one thing to be BTS and another thing to be anyone else. Even Exo are all leaving SM and they're at the top of the industry. The pop industry is also exploitative, full of controlling executives, and ugly inside out, but I'd be willing to bet it gives artists more opportunities in the future. Music wise, I'd rather be an idol, and agree that the bond idols and fans share is much more interesting than what Western artists and their fans have, but I doubt that, as far as personal happiness and fulfillment go, being an American artist, pop or not, is less fulfilling than being an idol. Plenty of American artists have really solid fanbases and It opens a lot more doors too.

I don't know, both industries suck for sure.

It always feels like she's the one who knows what to do because of how organized she is. She seems to plan out everyones schedule without their permission, even if it comes from a good place.

However, she follows through with the promises she makes every time, and actively tries to own up to whatever wrongdoings either her or her group cause, while watching out for the groups safety because she cares and loves them all so much, even if she doesn't say it enough like she'd want to.

Diana's a smartie seems so very cold and somewhat distant to the public because of how harsh and blunt her remarks come off as.

Their fandom + her group know that she isn't at all like that and that she has trouble communicating her feelings properly. She loves to talk about space and / or the ocean (it changes each day), makes clothes for group sometimes, does photography, and is actually a very soft and caring person, she just doesn't know how to express it properly sometimes.

💚 Asher Kieu / virt2 💚

Asher is v v quiet and soft-spoken, barely speaks up in the interview's or stuff the group has. Even though Asher's quiet most of the time, she's very perceptive and can often pick up on what others don't, making her a real good listener.

Is secretly a good cook + baker and sometimes plays piano pieces for the group or the fandom when she has the time on her solo livestreams. (I say secretly cause none of Vā-Kā let her into the kitchen. There's like... a 75% chance she'll set the entire thing on fire. Maybe. Probably.)

She's a very emotional kinda person, can kinda come off as being a bit sensitive even if she doesn't mean to get hurt. The fandom + members compare her voice to like an angels because of how like soft and gentle it sounds. It helps some of their fans, n tbh Asher loves being able to inspire their fandom even if she doesn't involve herself as much as she would like to.

1. Video games! This is kinda obvious since this is my FFXIV blog but I also love plenty of other games of lots of different genres! Aside from FFXIV I recently played the sims 4, lies of P, minecraft and Identity V! In IDV I recently got my B rank badge on Postman which I am so proud of! 🥳

2. Music! It's always nice to just listen to some good music and like all my interests I love a wide genre of stuff 😊 BTS feels obvious to mention because of Meow's name 😂 but I also love stuff from Steam Powered Giraffe, My Chemical Romance, Vocaloid, Mother Mother. Its a huge range to be honest!

3. Musicals/Stage plays! I am a huge theatre nerd 😂 I love them all from big, small or even a bit niche! My favourite suggestion to find a slime tutorial for is Ride The Cyclone, its such a wacky musical which such a large range of music genres in it! Also if you like IDV I would suggest watching the stage plays though it is super hard to find online with English subtitles 😭

4. My cats! I have 4 very beautiful cats who are all very special in their own way 😊 I have 2 ginger cats, Finley who is male and Clementine who is female, a female tortoiseshell called Scarla (We don't know why she sits like that 😂) and Addy who is a scottish Fold mix!

5. Talking to friends! Whether its IRL or ingame I love talking to my friends. I am shy so I find it very hard to start conversations with people but it's always makes me so happy talking to friends 😊 It can always cheer me up on a bad day!

Honourable side mention because it does make me happy but I don't do it as often as stuff on my list, cosplay! I love going to cons and making my own cosplays 😊 Right now my only FFXIV cosplay I have done is Brina, the doll from the ant tower dungeon. No one recognised me but it sure was fun running around in the puffy dress and buying the big fat cat beanbag plush, trying to carry the massive thing around con with me all day!

I really want them to use the words - ace, aro, queerplatonic, I'll take even one of them!! - or at least to frame it as a realisation about who he is and what he wants in the long term. But it is possible they'll take a safer middle ground and play with expanding definitions of family without committing to a particular identity.

(God I too would absolutely kill for BuckEddieTommy cohabitation. "Single dad Eddie gives up quest to find replacement wife and mother for his son, immediately acquires two platonic coparents" is a headline that speaks to my soul).

I for sure agree that the storyline is going to delve into his unresolved issues with Shannon. But based on everything that's been said bts and also based on how long a TV series can support any given open narrative thread without running out of new things to say about it and losing the audience, the stage is set for addressing those issues to lead to substantive change in how Eddie approaches his relationships. And I'm extremely curious about what is going to change for Eddie. If he really and sincerely let Shannon go, what would that look like? A change in his relationship with his parents is likely to be part of it, I think. A change in his relationship with Christopher? If Eddie was able to be honest with Chris about the problems he and Shannon faced, and the fact that as much as they loved each other, they may not have been right for each other, that could pave the way for a more mature and honest father/son relationship.

But several interviews have talked about Eddie exploring what he wants for himself outside of Chris. We've already done Eddie trying a different job, so I doubt they'll retread that ground. Eddie tries a new hobby? (Actually, Eddie gets into dance would be a killer story. Minear are you listening?) Eddie has a slut era? (Maybe he's only a nester because he's never had the chance not to be). It honestly could be anything because despite the fact that it's come up often in interviews, "Eddie finds himself" is not necessarily going to be a significant plot point (see also: Hen-Chim divorce era). A change in how Eddie approaches romance could be part of this, and it could look like either of the possibilities we suggest - dating men, not dating - or something else, it's really hard to say. I don't think any of it is obvious or guaranteed, and at the same time I stand by my statement that queer Eddie feels really possible to me right now. The truth is I think that despite trying our bests we're both just too invested to see this objectively, because our conflicting OTPs are on the line. At least, I definitely wouldn't bet on my ability to be unbiased, haha.

Has Eddie ever actually in canon shown any attraction to men though? Because from my understanding most of the arguments for Queer Eddie come from his being repressed, not his actually ever shown same sex attraction.

Unless I've misread what you wrote and you're not arguing that he has in the past shown attraction but he could in the future.

Yeah look I guess maybe the way I phrased that was ambiguous? I'm arguing that he has already experienced an attraction to men that he has not yet acknowledged, much like Buck refers to having been attracted to men without understanding what it meant for him (and therefore without really showing it) until Tommy kissed him.

If I were not taking into account the practical considerations of "this is network tv", I'd say that aro Eddie is at least as likely as bi or gay Eddie. I would personally LOVE a story about Eddie admitting to himself that he does not want to date at all, that he maybe wants some kind of queerplatonic commitment with Buck that does not preclude Buck from dating other people but that's the extent of a partnership that he wants in his personal life. What does Eddie's life look like if he's not chasing a relationship any more? I'd love to find out. Maybe one day that will feel like a thing I can realistically hope for too.

Either way, it frustrates me that the extremely good case for Eddie being repressed gets treated with so much scepticism. I mean Eddie is repressed, that's not in question. The part that this season is allegedly going to explore is exactly what he's spent his whole life repressing. I don't think sexuality is the whole of that story but I think it's a key piece that could slot right in with the rest of it, if that's a direction the show wanted to take. And again, if that's not the direction they go I won't be mad; disappointed maybe, but that's life in an open fandom. The highs of having your hopes realised come with the risk of the lows of having them dashed. The fact that you really can't know is part of the fun, I think.

Bee I’m coming to you for an advice since I’m in so much distress and I just feel your words will be so comforting. You’ve that ability to just speak comfort.

So I’ve been ARMY since January 2021. It’s exactly my anniversary today (the 21th) and I love that journey with these amazing people. I’ve learnt and grown so much with them and their wisdom. I’ve also had great memories with ARMYS on Twitter and overran a memorable experience.

But now.. especially since my universe era, everything has become uglier and more dull because of ARMYS. In the beginning i was ONLY stanning BTS and I never questioned the way ARMYS spoke so ill about other idols or belittled their fandoms, I just thought it was ARMYS reciprocating the treatment. So I started branching out and listening to other boy and girl groups and I’m so happy because I didn’t want to one day just be that person that writes off other talented groups just because of BTS.

And since then, it’s like my colored glasses were off and I saw how insufferable and toxic a lot of ARMYS are. Always belittling other’s achievements, milestones and calling everyone that even tries to reach bts’s unachievable records a “flop”. It has gotten viscous. And whenever I try to reason with people on stan Twitter that this is not right nor a good look for BTS, they call me “a multi hoe” or just anti bts. It’s so ridiculous. I can wholeheartedly say, ARMYS are some of the most toxic people I’ve ever come across. And now I get why many just dislike or don’t even try to stan BTS because of their entitled fans. Ofc THeres the good and intelligent ones, but these are often silenced. And don’t even let me start of that “bts paved the way” bullshit because the last time I remembered, BTS didn’t pave shit. In fact that made it harder for other groups to ever reach their level and I don’t see that as paving, because paving essentially means making things easier and BTS made it the total opposite and that’s just facts.

I’m so lost. I don’t wanna say I dislike bts because of these instances but it’s making it hard for me to be on Twitter and getting my blod pressure high every hour because of these dumb arguments online. It’s not good for me nor for BTS.

Am I’m overreacting or do I have right to feel suffocated by these things? I think it’s also because there’s never a break... I’m constantly getting bombarded by it, but also feel guilty if I’m not up to date on every detail or content BTS posts. So I’m so torn.

Should I leave TWITTER? Should I leave this fandom... not bts but just not associate with ARMYS? I feel I want more and I enjoy the good times but I’ve also reached a point where I’m mentally tired and distressed😭

Ah, yes, come into the arms of an old ARMY soul and let me comfort you. Becoming an ARMY goes through all the same stages as falling in love. First there's the curiosity, then the thrill of learning all you can about them and finding they are perfect for you, then the honeymoon period where they become your whole world, and then eventually, you begin to see them for who they really are, all the good and and all the bad. And you have to decide if the real relationship is worth keeping in your life or not. I'll post some tips below for how to rekindle the spark, but only you can decide if your life is better for their presence in it or not.

Bee's Guidelines for Keeping Your Fandom Space Enjoyable

1. The only thing you can control is your own emotions

Things you cannot control: what people say on the internet, what other ARMY do or say, other people's emotional reactions, what BTS will do or feel or think about something

Things you can control: your own actions, most of your exposure to people or content that is upsetting

It does no good to "reason with people on stan twitter". Because you cannot control how other people will think or feel about something, especially people that you don't have a pre-existing relationship. It will just lead to you pour lots of energy into things that will stress you out and not cause any meaningful change. Block or mute things that make you want to argue. When you engage with content, even content that makes you mad, all the social media algorithms will adapt to show you more of it. So by trying to argue against it, you end up promoting it/bringing in more of the stuff that will upset you.

2. If it doesn't spark joy, get rid of it

I do not automatically follow-back on Twitter. I only follow people I have already interacted with positively in some way. As I'm scrolling and find myself having a strong emotional response to something, like anger or fear, I will either unfollow or mute the poster (even if I agree with them!). I mute friends sometimes, not out of any animosity toward them, but just because I don't have the stamina to continually be upset every time I go to my safe and happy place.

3. You are not obligated to anyone but yourself

You don't owe anyone anything. You are a part of this fandom because it brings you joy. Fandom will always expand to fill whatever amount of free-time you are willing to give it, so there is no way to possibly keep up with all of it. Take breaks as you need to. Things that seem urgent and important today on ARMY Twitter are usually gone by the next day. Just ride the wave and dip in and out as you are able and find enjoyable.

It sounds to me that at a minimum, you need to give yourself some space to think. Maybe just try turning off the social media for a day or two and see how you feel. Good luck!

1. Has to be ep7 when they finally flipped the perspective and we got to see just how desperately Khai needed Third in his life. Khai's love for Third was a bit more obvious from the start in the novel but for the show we were left wondering for a long time if Khai cared at all. So to see how messed up he was over hurting Third and possibly losing him was such an Experience. I also hadn't watched the trailer and had no knowledge about OffGun or even BLs in general at the time so I'd been sure there was no way they end up together because I was used to the pining guy ending up with someone new. But then we switched to Khai and he was so in love with Third without even realising it and it just made so much sense ugh it was so good 😭😭😭😭

2. I haven't really thought about this. There's a lot of iconic scenes in this show like the crying in the shower scene, the wrong group chat scene, Khai almost crying when he watched Third's confession ahsjkeks SO MANY AMAZING SCENES!!! But probably my favourite scene ever was Khai's confession to Third at the play. It was so sweet and romantic and just so THEM. It didn't feel like a flowery grand gesture with little depth, it truly represented their relationship and their bond so well and it was just so well done. Incredible scene 👏

3. Hmmm yeah, given the opportunity I'd date him. But not seriously ofc. He's hot and a fun date for the week or so you have his attention and I wouldn't mind having some fun with that. I think as long as you go into dating Khai knowing it's not serious it's probably a fun experience. He doesn't get THAT MANY girls just bc he's pretty yk.

5. Hm. I think some? Most of the films are classic english language romcoms and ones that I personally was never into. Before TOL I was into romance as a genre at all bc I often felt like the character being in love didn't really make sense to me. I probably have watched some of them but I know I didn't like them. If I gave em a try now I still wouldn't bc to be honest I feel hollywood is just bad at romance.

6. I definitely learned to appreciate a well written romance that's for sure! The show tackled the theme of showing different kinds of love so well. Both romantic and platonic. We had the inevitable love with KhaiThird where it builds slowly but surely and takes root in your heart in a way that you could never let go of it and you don't want to. Where ending up together isn't a question but the natural conclusion. Then you have the doomed from the beginning love with Bone's crush on Paan where we all know it will only lead to heartbreak but there's no changing your feelings. There's that long lasting infatuation that Two has for Lynn where you love someone from afar for so long that you start loving the idea of them more than the person and once you finally have what you've wanted for so long it quickly fizzles out because you were holding onto the memory of love more than the feeling itself. There's the long lasting unrequited love that turns requited when you least expect it and you feel so glad to finally have the person you loved love you back with AhnTwo. And ofc there's the platonic love the savage gang share for each other.

Hi. I came across a tweet that said that that one tkk vlive was really awkward. I went to check it out but its 45 minutes and I'm pretty busy with uni right now😭 but I kinda skipped to the middle bit and I do see a bit of awkwardness??? Like when jk was singing (i think?) And then tae put on a song. Obviously I didn't watch the whole thing (which I will cuz I love my boys) but I could see where people were saying it was awkward. I went to the comments and one person was like "the staff is there ofc they'll be awkward" but jikook weren't awkward at all and I'm pretty sure they would have had staff as well (I'm not sure tho). Hi anon how are you? I think several people have mentioned that vlive in a few asks but I don't think we have ever talked about it in detail.

That vlive was uncomfortable or at least that's how it was perceived by the vast majority. I saw the video months later I noticed it too. The reasons or possibilities are many, the real one we will probably never know, but we can speculate.

The excuse that tkkrs use to this day to justify the perceived discomfort, that is, that there was a lot of staff with them in the room, makes no sense in my opinion. All members are used to having staff around them almost all day long. They are used to being filmed almost all day long, so I find it hard to believe that they were uncomfortable because there were some staff members with them.

For my part, I thought of 2 reasons for Jungkook and Tae's discomfort in that vlive:

1. The activity they had to do. Last year bts went back to school with those vlives. I don't understand why they were asked to do several of the activities they did because that's not what their vlives were about. The guys used the vlives to connect with their fans, to relax. That's why it was almost always them alone, in their rooms (when they were on tour) or in their studios. It was them with ARMY eating, listening to music or just talking about anything and everything. It was THEIR time to relax with their fans. When the vlives started to have a "specific theme" in my opinion it killed that spontaneity and left them feeling uncomfortable, some more than others.

The activity that Jungkook and Tae had to do, although very nice and I understand and respect the meaning behind it, was a bit boring.

2. Their personalities. I think here we could see how different Jungkook and Tae are. And it actually has a lot to do with what they both said in today's episode of RUN BTS. Tae wasn't very interested in the activity, even though what he had to do was much easier and faster compared to what jungkook had to do. Tae finished first if I remember correctly, and was left with nothing to do, next to a man who when he has to do something, especially a craft, tends to concentrate too much and not talk or pay attention to what is going on around him. Jungkook is almost a perfectionist and although he has often said that he has started various activities or hobbies, but never finishes them; when it comes to crafts or doing something specific he takes it very seriously and concentrates too much, something he has accepted in the past and the members have said so as well. Remember WP 2020 when they were making snow globes? Or in one of the RUN BTS episodes when they had to modify some pieces of clothing? Jungkook was concentrating on his activity, V was a bit bored and without much to talk about. It was obviously going to be awkward.

I know many made that vlive and Jimin and Jungkook's vlive a competition almost, but I think it's not fair to compare them, YET I understand why some people did.

Jimin and Jungkook's vlive was very different from Jungkook and Tae's, although at times, especially the first part of the vlive or the first vlive they did that day, they also looked a bit awkward, but not like Jungkook and Tae. Jungkook looked more relaxed and a bit more interested in the activity they were going to do. Also, Jimin was there and Jimin has the ability to make Jungkook relax and this isn't even about the ship, being around Jimin calms Jungkook down, relaxes him. Jimin knows what to do, what to say to make Jungkook relax.

I'm not saying that Jungkook is dependent on Jimin to be at ease somewhere, we know that's not the case but it's true that Jungkook relaxes a bit more when the activity is with Jimin and he even stops concentrating too much on what he has to do to interact with him. I also noticed this in WP 2021 when the guys had to write down what they did during the day.

Personally, those two vlives more than "proving and disproving ships" what they did was to show us in a more specific way Jungkook's personality with the other members of the ships that he is also a part of. The conclusions people draw from that are theirs to make.

 P.S: Right now I wish the guys would go back to making vlives even if it's for crafting, I know a comeback is coming but I think we can't deny that they have distanced themselves a bit from their fans or they don't interact as much on social media as they did a couple of years ago. I totally understand the reason or what I think is the reason, but it's still a shame. Another reason to complain to myself why I didn't become an ARMY before.

J Cole is an artist notorious for pulling no punches and being real with the music he makes and who he makes it with. Like Jermaine is one of a handful of rappers that Kendrick gives full cred to. I've been fighting the urge to scream since this song dropped like y'all have no idea how incredible, how legendary this collaboration is precisely because of the sort of artist both J Cole and J-hope are, and I can only imagine how Hobi feels right now.

All the guys are meeting their heroes and rather than it being an unpleasant experience, they've all developed so much as artists already that their first collaborations with their heroes is mutually satisfying and underpinned by mutual respect.

I have honeycomb brown hair, which is long, fluffy and wavy and sometimes frizzy! i have blue eyes and long eyelashes. my face is sorta like a round/heart shape if that makes sense! I'm quite curvy/chubby. I'm an Libra and my love language is mainly Quality Time.

I like talking and spending time with people that are close to me, but I also really enjoy my alone time as well. I would say I'm socially aware, know how to read the room, and always jump at the chance to help and comfort other people in anyway. I do feel out of place in social situations somtimes because of my many insecurities, so I like it when I have someone to reassure me. but usually i can put on a confident face in any situation. i like contributing to conversations but prefer listening most times. I believe the best conversations are had 1 on 1 rather than in a group. i love speaking to individuals because i can focus solely on them and it feels more personal.

I am more creatively inclined; I love to read and write (I want to become a writer!) and while i can't draw to save my life i love look at art and going to museums and art gallery's and stuff. i love learning, exploring, travelling. but writing is something that comes naturally to me (although saying that I do have writers block!) and i hope to develop my supposed skills that i have in that area. sometimes its hard to motivate myself to do the things i enjoy, especially if I'm busy! I'm a perfectionist but also a big procrastinator, and tend to get distracted easily.

I'm an openminded person who deeply appreciates the warmth and kindness in others. I admire those who are intelligent, but even more so if they are emotionally intelligent. most importantly, i like being treated as an equal. i want to live and be loved. i want to take care of someone as well as be taken care of. i like reciprocating affection.

this is random but my ideal dates include but not limited to:

- primarily chilling out home, getting a takeaway and snuggling up on the sofa watching movies. i know it sounds super cheesy lol, but i do prefer staying at home most times.

- going somewhere, travelling. it could even be just to a restaurant or a shop, museum, just going somewhere and making precious memories doing mundane things.

- driving at night with the windows down and music blasting out of the speakers. don't ask it just sounds... amazing
