🧑‍🍼 What is going to happen with Jonah and Enzo?

I've been feeling pretty sure for a while now that TK and Carlos will end up with custody of Jonah by the end of season 5. In order for that to happen, that probably means that Enzo is going to have to die. From what we know right now, this seems to me to be the most likely outcome, but we'll see if additional context as the season gets going will change my mind!

🕺 How does Judd make it back to the firehouse?

What's going on with Judd has been one of the things I feel most confused about. If Wyatt has recovered sufficiently to train for and start his new dispatcher job, why hasn't Judd gone back to work? One possibility that occurred to me is the fact that Judd retired. They made it clear in the season 4 finale that Judd wasn't simply taking leave, he was RETIRING. Maybe this means that he wouldn't be able to just return to the firehouse, at least not at his old rank. (This line of thinking also has me wondering if, when Judd does eventually return, he may have to be at a lower rank, especially since someone else may have already taken his lieutenant position!)

I think Judd will be back fairly early in the season. Probably episode 5 or 6 at the very latest. I think he's going to be missing his job from the start of the season. Maybe he thinks he's going to go in a new direction with his career, but he'll probably struggle to move on and feel right doing anything other than being a firefighter. My best guess is that something will happen--maybe his old crew being in danger?--that will emphasize to him that he needs to be back there with them.

i cannot stress enough i don't have time but this part is sacred. Steve Henderson au, steve and kids arrive at tunnels and steve cant do shit to stop them

The kids jumped out as soon as the car stopped, not waiting to turn it off or anything, leaving him slouched in the backseat. He grabbed at the seats then side on the car to get out and follow, but he overestimated and sent himself tumbling to the ground out the passenger’s door.

“Guys..” he huffed, looking for them. They were all huddled by the open trunk, grabbing stuff stashed inside. His limbs failing him again, he pulled himself up using the door, flinging his weight to rest in the corner it made so he could properly see them. They were putting on goggles and had fabric covering their mouths like makeshift protective gear.

“Oh no..” They’re going in there. They’re going to get themselves killed. “Guys.”

They ignored him and Mike hiked over to the front of the car, purposefully around him.

“Hey, where d’you think you’re going?”

Mike ignored him.

“What, are you deaf? Hellooo?” They all kept ignoring him, they’re all ignoring him, “We are not going down there right now, I made myself clear!” he yelled, trying to get ahold of any of them but everyone managed to avoid him easily.

He marched to Dustin, still at the trunk, leaning on the car.

It could be!! I think the biggest problem honestly w people saying "x trait is an autistic thing" (esp on places like tiktok lol) is it does end up lacking major personal context. I think if you go through analyzing the 'why' behind you do something and come out of it realizing that you do x thing for reasons that may source from autism,,, it very well could be an autistic trait. It's not always very simple in a "this is an autism/nd thing" bc for example some nt people do things nd people do and some people with other disorders do the same things as autistic people! Pica for example (disorder where you eat or feel the urge to chew/eat non food things) cannot be comorbid diagnosed with ocd OR autism as both disorders can cause symptoms of it but for very different reasons! bc with autism people seek out chewing or eating non food things commonly for sensory seeking reasons/chew/food stims, and with ocd people may chew or eat things either as a compulsion or a sort of nervous tic/anxiety soothing stim type thing. Another example is people with adhd may have social difficulties, not because they don't understand social cues inherently, but because they lose focus when talking so much or talk endlessly without realizing, to the point they end up overwriting any social skills they may know, or they stunt their social development and thus ALSO have a lack of understanding of socialization and social cues bc of their disorder sabotaging their attempts to communicate.

For your question specifically, a lot of autistic people end up practicing unfamililar expressions/phrases/tones of voice as a way to practice what doesn't come naturally to us and/or try incorporating more diversity into our social masks. (I especially started doing this when I went to therapy and my terrible therapist basically encouraged me to mask more and try to seem "normaler" because I was so unsuccessful socially). Some people also may repeat phrases they read about or see due to things like echolalia or vocal stimming! And some people just do things like this bc a phrase might sound silly or just sound nice or seem interesting, or a characters voice might be fun to speculate on. It's really up to why You specifically find yourself doing it!

so it’s pure chaos when he’s with you in the kitchen. pots and pans are everywhere, ingredients are sprawled out on countertops, there’s literal flour in his hair, but he’s so hellbent on making that dish 😔

“DAZAI PLEASE THAT’S NOT A BLENDER—”

he’ll follow you around in the kitchen with his arms circled around your waist, practically attached to your body. “c’monnnn are you doneeee?”—“not yet T-T”

well, you would’ve been done if he hadn’t set the stove on fire a few minutes ago 😄

he’ll sit in the dining table like a child with both spoon/forks in his hand and a handkerchief by his chest waiting for you to bring his meal. that sounds so bad omg hajsjjs 😭

but once he tastes your food, he can’t stop the compliments that spill from his mouth. like, wow?? who let you make such good shit?? he’s a bit appalled and to why he’s never tasted it before.

btw—after tasting your food, he won’t ever try anyone else’s. kunikida will bring a home cooked meal for everyone in the agency to try and he’ll be like “no 🤚 if y/n didn’t make it, i won’t try it.”

he’ll sit on the counter top and eat your ingredients before you shoo him away from the kitchen. just imagine trying to make him go away by leaving trails of candy all the way back to the bedroom.

this is maybe spoilers: but your cooking reminds him of when his mother used to cook for him so he actually really loves it regardless of all the teasing he does :)

he doesn’t know why you’re making food for the both of you since he already eats take out and some military packaged meals so he’s a bit confused. no one has ever cooked for him before??

he can actually smell every single ingredient you’re putting in the dish so he’ll call you out. shouting out random things like: *sniff* “oregano!” *sniff* “salt!” *sniff* “tomatoes!” *sniff* “carrots!”

once you’ve prepared the dish and it’s in front of him, he’ll just kinda sit there and continue smelling it. he’s not sure if he wants to eat it or not.

“aren’t you going to try the meal i made?”

SO you’ll have to physically shove it in his mouth (i know it sounds sadistic okay, but he’ll never try it on his own). grabbing his face, you’ll take the spoon and shove it in his mouth while he’s trying to run away.

“Stars looks beautiful tonight,” you hum. Lucas smiles as he continues staring at you. “Yeah, they definitely do.” In the corner of your eye, you can see him staring at you. You roll your eyes with a smile and smack his shoulder. “You’re such a dork, Luke.” He laughs and shrugs. “But I’m your dork right?” You turn to face him, eyes looking over all of his perfect features before nodding. You lean in to kiss him, wrapping an arm around his chest and snaking your hand up his neck and into his hair. One of his hands rests on your forearm while the other holds the small of your back. You kiss him sweetly, pulling away after a few moments.

You settle onto your side, this time resting your head on his chest. He kisses the crown of your head, savoring the sweet smell of your shampoo and the way your body molds with his. Your senior year at Tree Hill came to an end three months ago, which meant that in a of weeks, you two would be going your separate ways for college. Lucas was staying while you were going to New York for college. It’s not like it’s the farthest away, but it’s stil a good 500 miles apart. You both are nervous about it. Everyone in Tree Hill grew up close to each other. All you have are each other, but lots of your friends are moving away as well, so you figured you owe it to yourself to see the world and get out of that little town, even though you loved it so much. And even if it meant being away from your beloved boyfriend.

“I’m gonna miss you,” Lucas sighs. “I’m gonna miss you more,” you say. He shakes his head and you can feel his chin rub against your head. “False. I am going to miss you the most.” You sit up on your elbow and glare at him. “I went to Florida for winter break one time and you barley even talked to me.” He rolls his eyes, “we weren’t dating then! And plus, I was like, 13. You expect a 13-year-old boy able to express his feelings?” You giggle a little bit and shrug. “You were a different 13 year-old, though. Your mom raised you right.”

Lucas puts his arms around you and leans you down for a kiss. Your eyes flutter close and you hum in content. You move your legs so now you’re straddling his waist. His hands hold your waist, running up and down your sides to feel your perfect figure. You pull away to rest your forehead against his. “I promise I’ll call you all the time then,” he says. You smile, “you better.” “Don’t worry. We’re going to talk so much, it’s going to be as if you never left Tree Hill,” he says. You giggle, “cannot wait.”
