hello friends! 

okay so - i know i have been adding a mini text post here and there, but i haven’t really posted much gameplay recently. this is because i have been waiting for my new pc set up! yay - which finally arrived today and I have now got all my games etc. installed BUT I haven’t had the chance to transfer all the save files and the mods folder as my Mac is being slow as heck. 

however, i am so so excited to start gameplay properly, not just with sims but also with other games. and also it gives me the chance to start up in photoshop again wooop!

Flight - Though she barely uses this power she is able to fly using her glorious white wings that she keeps hidden most of the time.

Supernatural Fighting Abilities - This includes super speed and strength. Her fighting is usually complemented by her whip which she uses when she is dealing out punishment.

Shapeshifting - She is able to transform into any animal or person that she wants to. This is usually used when she is dealing out retribution.

Immortality - The gods are naturally immortal but they are also able to bestow immortality on others with nectar and ambrosia.

Teleportation - She can appear and disappear from any place on earth and the underworld.

Telepathy - In order to fully understand whether someone deserves to be punished, she will read a mortal’s mind to see what their true intentions and feelings are.

Premonition - She is able to see the future and will offer her visions of the future as long as there is proper compensation for this gift.

Consciousness Manipulation - When Nemesis is dealing out punishment she will often make people live through scenarios in their mind to see how they’ll react and to give physiological punishment instead of physical.

Ancient History:

Nemesis was remorseless and would interfere with human affairs in order to keep balance and equality between good and bad fortune.

She especially kept extravagant favours from Tyche in check.

Nemesis was particularly concerned in matters of love and was an avenging agent in the stories of  Narkissos and Nikaia who brought about the death of their wooers.

She resided in the dark underworld with Hecate and her siblings.

Nemesis was also in charge of keeping the Furries in check.

Nemesis had her own festival called Nemeseia where the humans would worship her.

One of Nemesis’ most well known acts of retribution was her actions towards Narcissus. She used her charms to lead him to a pool and urged him to look at his reflection. He fell in love with his reflection and then died there as he was unable to leave it.

Zeus fell in love with Nemesis but she didn’t feel the same. She changed forms to escape him but when she turned into a goose, Zeus turned into a swan and they consorted. Nemesis then laid an egg from which Helen of Troy and Pollux were born and then raised by Leda.

Nemesis fell in love with Tartarus as they were both living in the underworld. They then had the children known as the Telchines.

Modern Persona:

In the modern day Nemesis goes by the name Erica Reyes.

She lives in a gorgeous villa in Toledo, Spain as she enjoys how passionate and full of love the city is.

Nemesis works as started working as a lawyer so she could punish the guilty and save the innocent to keep the balance but quickly moved up the ladder and became a judge as it allows her to make sure people get what they deserve.

She enjoys dating and meeting new people though most relationships don’t last very long as people easily disappoint her by their actions of she is quick to get jealous and push them away.

In her spare time, Nemesis often takes retribution into her own hands. She is a master manipulator and if she sees someone who deserves punishment she will integrate herself into their lives and then punish them accordingly.

Nemesis doesn’t make much of an effort to keep in touch with any of her fellow gods and goddess apart from Tartarus who she still has a soft spot for, and Tyche to make sure he isn’t handing out too much good fortune.
