i wanna say because i want this to be like a "socmed" of my game dev journey publicly, cause ive been doing my own engine but is failing anyways, i like how you can use Godot on both your PC AND your Android phone to develop the same game, i dont know how good it is and doing github interactions with it is a pain, (literally had to use Termux and install the Github CLI package and do github cloning and blahblahblah, no one would understand this part anyways lol)

I’m a big fan of fast shell prompts for “astronauts“. Starship is the minimal, blazing fast, and extremely customizable prompt for any shell!. It works for Bash, Zsh and Fish shells. The Starship shell prompt is designed to only show the information you need while you’re working, while staying sleek and out of the way. I’ve used Pure and Spaceship before and this is the right time to give a different Prompt a try. We will see how to install Starship shell prompt on different Linux distributions and macOS. Step 1: Install Powerline font / FiraCode font A Powerline font is required. Install it with the commands: # Debian / Ubuntu sudo apt update sudo apt install fonts-powerline # Fedora sudo dnf install powerline-fonts # Any other Linux git clone https://github.com/powerline/fonts.git --depth=1 cd fonts ./install.sh cd .. rm -rf fonts For FiraCode font, install via: # Debian / Ubuntu sudo apt install fonts-firacode # Arch Linux / Manjaro sudo pacman -S otf-fira-code # Gentoo emerge -av media-fonts/fira-code # Fedora dnf copr enable evana/fira-code-fonts dnf install fira-code-fonts Step 2: Installing Starship cross-shell prompt for astronauts Use one of the methods shared here to install Starship cross-shell prompt for astronauts on your system. Install from package manager: # macOS brew install starship # Arch yay -S starship # Nix nix-env --install starship # Termux pkg install starship For Arch users, see how to use yay – Best AUR Helper for Arch Linux / Manjaro Install from pre-compiled binary: For other platforms, download precompiled binary and place it in your PATH. curl -s https://api.github.com/repos/starship/starship/releases/latest \ | grep browser_download_url \ | grep x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu \ | cut -d '"' -f 4 \ | wget -qi - Extract downloaded Archive. tar xvf starship-*.tar.gz Move the starship binary to /usr/local/bin directory. sudo mv starship /usr/local/bin/ Check version of starship installed. $ starship --version starship 1.4.2 Step 2: Configure Zsh / Bash / Fish Shell Add the lines below to your shell configuration file. # Bash $ vim ~/.bashrc eval "$(starship init bash)" # Zsh $ vim ~/.zshrc eval "$(starship init zsh)" # Fish $ vim ~/.config/fish/config.fish eval (starship init fish) Source your shell configuration for the changes to update. $ source ~/.zshrc You have Starship prompt installed and working.

Open Termux app and type: “pkg install git”.5.    To update available packages type: “pkg update”. 6.    Let's install python by typing ” pkg install python” 7. We will need to download the tool we will be using for this brute force exercise. To download, on your terminal…type: “git clone https://github.com/rownblog/instahack Ok let's stop for a second. Now allow me to explain a few things for the beginners. As the article said, this is a brute-force method. So whats a brute-force method? A brute force method is when the target credentials are run against a list of possible passwords. The only thing about bruteforcing is that you are responsible for the strength of your own password list. Meaning the probability of cracking the password depends on the strength of the wordlist and the number of possible words we put in. This will take time to build or you can use cupp.py to custom make a wordlist.

Termux – Hacker’s First Choice for Hacking Via Android!
Hey TechHackSaver Hacker’s, In my many previous posts’s I have mentioned about TERMUX tool many times! because it has some amazing capabilities that can turn your android into a hacking device! literally giving you permission to execute Linux commands and tools! How cool is that?
So many times,
Thеrе аrе some most frеԛuеntlу аѕkеd ԛuеѕtіоnѕ wе оftеn еnсоuntеr. Hоw tо uѕе Andrоіd for hасkіng? Whаt іѕ thе bеѕt арр for hасkіng on android? Thе аnѕwеr to thеѕе ԛuеrіеѕ is Termux. But there аrе a lоt оf misconceptions аbоut this application. Mаnу оf us thіnk tеrmux turnѕ the аndrоіd іntо a hack mасhіnе. Wеll, іt’ѕ truе but tо a lіmіtеd еxtеnt. The main ԛuеѕtіоnѕ are what іѕ tеrmux? And hоw it wоrkѕ? Hоw tо use іt? Iѕ it a ѕtаndаlоnе ѕоurсе of hасkіng? In today’s аrtісlе, I’m gоіng to dіѕсuѕѕ every ѕіnglе dеtаіl аbоut tеrmux. Alѕо, I’ll clear all thе mіѕсоnсерtіоnѕ аbоut Termux. Wе’ll fіnd оut whether it іѕ a hасkіng machine оr just a nоrmаl command lіnе utility. Sо with that being clear, Let’s fire up things!
I also want to make this clear tha they have a wiki website for updates and detailed info You can Visit them here [If you already know much about this]: Termux Wiki
Whаt іѕ Termux?
Termux іѕ a Linux Terminal Emulаtоr аррlісаtіоn for Andrоіd. A terminal emulator іѕ a рrоgrаm that аllоwѕ the uѕеr tо ассеѕѕ the command line іntеrfасе (CLI) in a grарhісаl еnvіrоnmеnt. If you’ve ѕtudіеd thе basics of соmрutеr, уоu muѕt knоw аbоut thе ѕhеll and соmmаnd line іntеrfасе. If nоt hеrе іѕ a short dеfіnіtіоn оf ѕhеllѕ fоr уоu tо сlеаr уоur concept.
How To Install Termux?
There іѕ nо complicated рrосеѕѕ tо іnѕtаll termux оn уоur ѕmаrtрhоnе. Termux арр іѕ available on Gооglе PlауStоrе. Yоu can dоwnlоаd the арр аnd directly іnѕtаll іt оn уоur Andrоіd Phone. Also, thеrе іѕ аn alternative wау to install termux thrоugh F-Droid. It is actually thе fаіlѕаfе wау tо іnѕtаll tеrmux with less buіlt-іn расkаgеѕ. Thе рrосеѕѕ іѕ thе ѕаmе аѕ уоu install аnу оthеr application оn your Andrоіd dеvісе. Just dоwnlоаd, іnѕtаll and run thе аррlісаtіоn. You can find the download link here : Termux

Pасkаgе mаnаgеmеnt in TERMUX
Tеrmux рrоvіdеѕ APT аnd dрkg fоr расkаgе mаnаgеmеnt аnd іnѕtаllаtіоn. Tеrmux іѕ ѕіmіlаr іn usage tо most оf thе modern Linux distributions, еѕресіаllу Ubuntu аnd Dеbіаn based dіѕtrоѕ. Thе оnlу mаjоr difference is thаt уоu won’t fіnd thе Fіlеѕуѕtеm Hіеrаrсhу Standard (FHS). Thе FHS іѕ found in most of thе Lіnux distributions. Whісh mеаnѕ уоu wоn’t fіnd ѕоmе dіrесtоrіеѕ оn the ѕаmе lосаtіоnѕ аѕ they are іn Lіnux dіѕtrоѕ.
Inѕtаllіng Pасkаgеѕ: To іnѕtаll packages in tеrmux, the соmmаnd uѕеd іѕ: pkg install
pkg install python =====or=========== pkg install git
To Update current packages, in linux we use: sudo apt update && upgrade In TERMUX we use:
pkg update pkg update && pkg upgrade
Installation of Deb Files:
Yоu can similarly manage dpkg too. In case you’ve gоt a .dеb file, уоu саn’t іnѕtаll іt uѕіng pkg install command. Tо іnѕtаll ѕuсh a fіlе, dрkg іѕ used.
installation
dpkg -i ./package.deb
Unistalling:
dpkg –remove [package name]
Listing all available
dpkg -l
Most of the people prefer GUI support, You can do that as well in termux, although I never tried t because the command line is more fast and friendly for me, still i am sharing this method here…To enable GUI ѕuрроrt іn tеrmux, mаkе sure you’ve VNC viewer оr Xserver support іnѕtаllеd оn уоur dеvісе. I’d suggest a VNC viewer. It’ѕ ѕtаblе аnd a bеttеr сhоісе fоr GUI. Fоr a bеttеr еxреrіеnсе uѕе аnу third раrtу hаrdwаrе ассеlеrаtіоn арр аѕ there іѕ nо ѕuсh ѕuрроrt аvаіlаblе іn termux bу dеfаult. More details: Termux Wiki
Thе GUI ѕuрроrt uѕеѕ X11. Thе X11 расkаgеѕ are аvаіlаblе in a ѕераrаtе rероѕіtоrу. To еnаblе X11 fоr GUI ѕuрроrt run the following соmmаnd:
pkg іnѕtаll x11-rеро
That’s all you need to know folks! around 98% of commands which runs on linux are similar for the termux as well! and you can use those exactly like it is on termux too.
Congratulations! You have turned your android device into Hacker’s Lab, Next step is to practise tools on it Here is a little list: 1] Instagram Hacking 2] Twitter Hacking 3] Many More

Here is How You Can Write and Run C, Java & Python Programs on Your Android Devices
Tumblr media
The smartphone you carry in the pocket with you is not just a small gadget that you can use to send snaps to your friends or fling birds at pigs. In fact, it is a powerful piece of technology that can be used to do almost anything you would normally use a full-fledged PC for — albeit a little smaller and with a few caveats. You can even write, run and compile code on your little computer and you don’t need to install any IDE or even root your phone for it. Since Android is based on the Linux kernel, it also has a shell like the one you would find on Linux — although there is no way to access it out-of-the-box. Fortunately, you can install a Linux terminal emulator and get access to tons of Linux packages that can be used to do a lot more with your phone than you normally would have access to. Here is a list of things you can do once you, with Linux’s terminal in your pocket, Here is a short example of how you can write, compile, and run C, Java, and Python programs on Android, 1. Download Termux Termux is a powerful terminal emulator that comes with an extensive list of over a hundred Linux packages. The first thing you need to do is head over to Google Play and download Termux. 2. Set up Storage You need to give Termux access to set up storage. Just open Termux and write the following piece of code — It will create a folder for Termux on your Android device. termux-setup-storage The default path for Termux is “/data/data/com.termux/files/home”. One caveat of using this emulator is that Android doesn’t give write-access to it for anywhere outside its home directory — the only way to get around this is to root your phone. However, you do have read access so you can simply copy any file you want to work with to your home directory and then do the rest from there. 3. Writing Code using an in-terminal Text Editor There are a number of ways you can write code on Android. 1. Write code using a normal editor or transfer code from your PC to your phone and then transfer it to Termux’s home directory using the following command, cp old-path/filename new-path/ //EXAMPLE cp /data/data/com.termux/files/home/storage/downloads/code.c /data/data/com.termux/files/home This command will copy a file named “code.c” from the downloads folder and place it in Termux’s home directory. You can change the path depending on where the file is. 2. You can also write inside the Termux terminal using an in-terminal text editor. You can install Micro, which is a lightweight easy-to-use code editor. You can install it using the following command, pkg install micro Once it is installed, you can open it by simply typing “micro” in the terminal. You can also use it to open and edit an existing file by typing “micro filename” (e.g micro hello.c). Once inside the editor, the navigation is done using CTRL+keyboard keys (the volume down button of your phone acts as CTRL when inside the terminal). Here are a few useful keyboard shortcuts for Micro, CTRL+Q – Exit Micro CTRL+O – Open a file CTRL+G – Help Menu CTRL+S – Save File 4. Install the Compilers for C, Python, and Java For C language, run the following code, pkg install clang For Python, run the following code, pkg install python For Java, run the following code, pkg install ecj dx 5. Compile and Execute Code For C language, run the following code, gcc -o ./ //EXAMPLE gcc -o code code.c ./code For Python, run the following code, python //EXAMPLE python code.py For Java, run the following code, ecj dx --dex --output= dalvikvm -cp //EXAMPLE ecj Hello.java dx --dex --output=Hello.dex Hello.class dalvikvm -cp Hello.dex Hello Now you’re ready to get started. Happy coding! Read the full article
