The supplements I take and why I take them
-Magnesium : I take the liquid form (two droppers in my chai tea), it’s excellent for menstrual cramps, muscle health, better sleep, it improves your mood and honestly makes me even calmer than I naturally am. The brand I take is SunWarrior
-Probiotics : I get those in my system by eating kimchi, drinking kombucha, and when I can’t get my hands on them I just take any lactobacillus based brand. They are great for gut health and to keep your flora balanced.
-Hydrolysed collagen with added vitamin C : Great for hair skin and nails, the vitamin C helps with its absorption. I take one scoop with juice or tea during the day.
-Barley grass juice powder : Blood cleanser, deodorizes from the inside, packed with vitamins and minerals. I take two teaspoons in coconut water (it tastes better that way) first thing in the morning.
-Haritaki powder : This is extremely bitter lol, but its such a gem. It cleanses the blood, repairs the DNA, enables lucid dreaming when used consistently, provides oxygen to your cells, helps you age better, and is great for third eye opening. I take a full tablespoon in hot water with pink himalayan salt before bed.
-Turmeric : I add it in my teas (around one teaspoon a day) it’s very good for your immune system and your skin/hair. Make sure to brush your teeth right after drinking it as it can stain them in the long run.
-Fenugreek : Be careful with this if you have estrogen dominance or have dealt with breast cancer before as it can mimic estrogen in the body. I also have a few other herbal teas that I grab depending on what I feel like my body needs at the time.

I mean the barley one is actually older (white rice and cinnamon are Old World so horchata is a product of the Columbian exchange, though there are corn versions presumably going back a very long way—I believe champurrado is basically similar in composition to horchata except you drink it hot—whereas tisane is from Latin for a reason), so actually the other way around, horchata is rice tisane. Nevertheless, those are all basically one family of beverages, along with coffee, tea, and cocoa.
Technically herbal teas are also classed as tisanes, but I question that, since barley water, horchata, and champurrado are all grains, and most herbal teas are leaves, like the drink you make with Camellia sinensis. Which arguably does make them “true” teas, even if not made with the “tea plant”.
Also, are teas that you boil like coffee (e.g. Southern sweet tea) really the same as teas you steep? Though many South Asian and Himalayan teas (I wanna say Tibetan butter tea?) are also boiled, presumably the reason Southern sweet tea is boiled, like coffee, is tea was rare in West Africa till pretty recently, while coffee was well-known, and most Southern cooks would’ve been slaves. (That’s also why the West African term “yam”, for an unrelated Old World root vegetable—something more like a turnip—is applied to the sweet potato in American English. If you’re a Commonwealth English speaker and you hear us talk about candied yams, we promise, it’s not what it sounds like.)

 Happily! (I will note here: I am a mixed-race white person from the US, and culturally if not religiously christian. I am most definitely not an expert on Tibet, the Himalayas, or Buddhist traditions more generally, and these are just observations that could easily be total misunderstandings! Unfortunately a lot of my sources are limited to Wikipedia as it is close to hand and in English; I’m not thrilled at some of the tone the articles write in, nor with the fact that many of their cited sources are from visiting Westerners.) Also, ack, I’ve been away from my computer for a week and a half, and just saw this message now, whoops.
So, @star-anise has been prompting some really excellent discussions about medieval agricultural practices that started way back several months ago by pointing out that based on the canonical years-long seasons Westeros has, ASoIaF/GoT’s cultures really shouldn’t look anything like Wars of the Roses-era Europe. Relevant to my entirely minor and ridiculous nitpick is the fact that Tibet, a country located in the northern mountainous region of Asia known as the Himalayas, is not by and large vegetarian, and Tibetan monks do not have a particularly strong tradition of vegetarianism, because it would be next to impossible to keep a strict vegetarian diet without significant outside trade of food grown at lower altitudes. Traditional Tibetan cuisine, when not suppressed by Chinese cultural colonization, focuses heavily on meat and dairy products (think the famous butter tea) as well as stews, dumplings, and other dishes made with tsampa (flour made from a type of barley), a winter staple crop that fares a lot better than other cereal grains at high altitudes and with long winters.
Tenzin Gyatso, the 14th Dalai Lama (after whom two beloved Avatar-verse characters, both air bending masters, were named) encourages vegetarianism to those who are able, but does not wholly abstain from meat both for health reasons and to accept offered dishes in his role as a dignitary and diplomat to other countries.

Now, AtLA is fantasy, and the Air Nomads are not actually Tibetan, nor even exclusively based on Tibetan culture. The four Air Temples that we see in AtLA are all fairly mountainous, and the Southern (ie, Aang’s home) and Northern Temples are both close to their respective poles. However, there’s no reason not to assume that the Air Nomads simply live in a different environment than Earth. It’s easy enough to handwave an explanation as simple as: there are more staple crops that grow in the high mountainous regions where the Air Temples tend to be located; and/or up until their genocide, they had enough trade with outside cultures to sustain a vegetarian diet, hence Aang’s distaste for meat being so strong he’s willing to dumpster dive for vegetables in the Fire Nation (which honestly I feel like would be way more into seafood on their end, given the whole island-cluster thing.) But who knows!
I hope that sort of addresses your curiosity! Honestly, it’s a very minor detail indeed, and I mostly find it interesting and a little funny, rather than an impediment to enjoying the show. Stuff I’m really potentially interested in, if we are going to assume the Air Nomads are all universally culturally vegetarian, is Aang’s culture shock while traveling with two people from the Southern Water Tribe, (an Inuit-based culture that is most definitely meat-centric) and how their early camping trips must have played out when Sokka’s primary practical role in the early days was hunter/food provider. Stuff like that is always fun to headcanon about.
Also, there are very sad headcanons to mine about Aang being the only person left who knows how to make butter tea, and him missing it, esp if as implied they got their milk from flying bison rather than yaks, given Appa is male, and there don’t seem to be too many other sky bison still around either.

What is the safest sugar substitute?
The alternative sweeteners to white sugar and that we can find today are many, due to the growing search for healthy solutions for our diet, these products can be easily purchased in any store, know what are the best alternatives to finish using sugar refined in your meals.
There are many natural sweeteners today that allow you to replace the toxic and acidic substances that refined sugar contains and that are used in most sweet processed foods, which we eat almost every day or that we use to sweeten our food at home.

2. Stevia
This really packs a punch. It is 200 -300 times sweeter than sugar but with zero calories. Stevia is actually a green leaf (part of the chrysanthemum family) found in South America and it is comforting to know that it has been used for centuries by the Guarani Indians of Paraguay.
The stevia is not really a sugar at all and has been shown to not feed the candida, and raises blood sugar. The aftertaste can be a bit bitter and checkered and may take some getting used to. You can get stevia in liquid or powder form. The best alternative is of course the unprocessed and crushed green leaves. If it is liquid, a few drops are all that is needed.
3. Dates
This is a true whole meal packed with dietary fiber that helps slow down the absorption of sugar. Dates are also rich in antioxidants, iron, minerals, and tannins. Date sugar is made from dehydrated dates and is used just like you would brown sugar. We must bear in mind that it does not dissolve in water so it is better to bake or sprinkle. For a great smoothie just put a date or two in the blender with some raw cocoa and almond milk and you will know what heaven is like!
4. Raw honey
The original sweetener of the caveman. With antioxidants, minerals, vitamins, amino acids, enzymes, carbohydrates and phytonutrients. Raw unprocessed honey could even be considered a super food. And yes, be sure to obtain a crude kind, no benefits remaining in the processed honey or adulterated with other ingredients, but the pure honey is a natural alternative to refined sugar.
5.- Pink Himalayan salt
Believe it or not, adding some unrefined sea salt or Himalayan pink salt to your morning smoothie, sweet potato cake, fruit salad, or other sweet drink or dish can actually increase its natural sweetness without the need for sugar. Not only does salt help cover the inherent bitterness in certain foods, it also makes the natural sweetness of many foods more enhanced, meaning less sugar is needed to bring them to the desired flavor level.
This is the exact reason why many people sprinkle some salt on watermelon, lemon and other fruits before eating them. Salt essentially increases the brain's ability to process the sensation of sweetness, which in turn makes naturally sweet foods sweeter.
6.- Bee pollen

Molasses is usually much smoother, more digestible and more nutritious and healthier than any refined sugar or artificial sweetener. It is very high in carbohydrates and B vitamins, as well as minerals, mainly potassium, calcium, phosphoric acid, iron, copper and magnesium.
The high content of carbohydrates makes molasses useful for athletes, as a remedy against soreness and for a quick recovery, as well as for those who perform intense physical and mental work. For example, molasses or cane honey is obtained by extracting cane juice, which is subjected to a cooking process until the water evaporates and the natural sugar of the fruit is concentrated. Sugar, which is obtained from sugar cane (Saccharum officinarum), provides us with 386 calories per 100 grams, and it is advisable for a healthy person to consume 70 grams per day. NAME: Ladwyn Lavellan
AGE: 29 in 9:41 Dragon
GENDER: Female
ORIENTATION: Bicurious
PROFESSION: First of Clan Lavellan, the Inquisitor, and the elected Dalish Ambassador to Non-Andrastian Peoples (translated title). Secretly a Red Jenny.
BACKGROUND:  
Ladwyn was born as Ellana into Clan Raleferin (9:12 Dragon), and lived with her parents and aunt alongside the rest of her clanmates. Her magic manifested at age four, but her clansmate Neria was older and more advanced in her studies. Ultimately Neria would stay with Clan Lavellan apprenticed under Keeper Elindra and First Cillian, and Ellana would be placed with a new clan at her first Arlathvhen.
Keeper Deshanna of Clan Lavellan chose to sponsor Ellana (9:19 Dragon). She left Clan Raleferin at age seven, and joined Lavellan. The Free Marches Lavellan called home were leagues away from Raleferin’s new course through  Nevarra, and it took months for Ellana to cope with the isolation. Mahanon, the son of Lavellan’s story teller, became her closest friend and helped integrate her into the clan she would one day lead.
When Ellana was sixteen (9:28 Dragon), a nearby village hired “rabbit-catchers”, who ambushed the clan on the banks of Minanter River. The team of mercenaries found Mahanon and his scouting partner first, but they were able to warn the clan before they were overtaken. Ellana arrived to find Mahanon’s fellow scout dead, and him severely wounded. Ellana’s backup arrived to find Mahanon bandaged but bleeding, the mercenary dead and weaponless, and their First nowhere to be found. 
While the clan searched for Ellana, a clearing of trees deeper into the forest exploded in flame. The elves brave enough to walk the burning path found Ellana first, covered in blood and ash and wielding a stolen axe. She walked back with them calmly, not saying a word, until they arrived back at camp. 
Findros, the Hunt Master, was the first person Ellana spoke to as they approached their Keeper: “Don’t burn them, that’s what shems do. Send them down the river. Let them rot in the sun.” 
Within a month, Ellana bore Elgar’nan’s full crest over her healing scars, and chose her adult name: Ladwyn, the pre-Tevene name of the Minanter river. 
Clan Lavellan avoided all human settlements as they prepared for the coming Arlathvhen. Ladwyn spent those months accelerating her training with Deshanna, eager to prove herself as an adult in the clan and twice as eager to put that night behind her. She spent her first Arlathvhen as an adult in a state of manic revelry, chasing the clan’s story of her vengeance with cider and spending her nights “re-connecting” with a former clansmate. 
Several weeks after the Arlathvhen, Ladwyn found that she was with child. The news was celebrated by the clan, so soon after the death of one of their own. Ladwyn’s daughter Haleni was named for their fallen scout; it was tradition, and it brought a smile to the fallen Haleni’s family. Privately, Ladwyn panicked over safeguarding her daughter and her clan and it drove her deeper into her duties. Her daughter was the spitting image of her father, but for years Ladwyn could only see Haleni’s still face, cradled in Mahanon’s bleeding arms. 
Mahanon spent most of his time with the young Haleni to forget the same face, to the extent that she considers him her father. He was there when Haleni’s magic first manifested, and was the first to tell Ladwyn that they could not support another mage in the clan. Lavellan had heard whispers of the unrest in far-off Kirkwall, and Clan Sabrae sent warnings that their own wayward First had drawn Templar scrutiny to the Clans. The coming Arlathvhen was hastily moved to the Marches to aid Sabrae, and Ladwyn sent a desperate missive to Keeper Lanaya of Clan Ostagar. 
Lanaya accepted Haleni; the land holdings Warden Mahariel earned came from the Queen herself, and Lanaya’s years of diplomacy had eked out a stable existence for her clan. Moreover, the collapse of Ferelden’s Circle years before had left the region relatively free of Templars. Haleni would be safe, though all the Keepers feared they were facing their last Arlathvhen. 
It was Lanaya who suggested electing an ambassador for the People, in case tensions within the Chantry became an all-out war, but the Clans could not come to a decision. Ladwyn had been rejected outright when she volunteered; her past vengeance could come back to haunt the People. Ladwyn was undeterred, and she had her Keeper’s support. It took two years, but when one of Deshanna’s spies reported that a Conclave was gathering to negotiate the terms of the ongoing rebellion, she sent Ladwyn that night. 
Ladwyn arrived at the Conclave under cover of night, and bartered with a lyrium smuggler to convince the Chantry guard that she was one of their runners. That night by the Minanter River was never far from Ladwyn’s mind as she crept through cold marble halls, but she steeled herself forward. There was no reason to believe the Divine could bring peace, or that the ongoing war would not consume the People. At least they were all under one roof. The second the Divine chose one side over another, Ladwyn could end it quickly.
All Ladwyn remembers of that night is cold marble under her feet, and the smell of stale incense. Everything else was burned away.

Body type: Tall, athletic build (conditioned by staff-based martial arts and mountain/tree climbing)
Eyes: Mostly grey with flecks of orange. Were brown when she was an infant, but slowly changed as she grew into her magic.
(I’m so glad BioWare confirmed that elves can have “unnatural” eye colors. It justifies all that character creation time)
Hair: Darkest brown, was hennaed in preparation for the Winter Palace
Skin: Light tan with golden undertones. Heavily scarred over one eye and multiple scars all over her body from close-quarters combat or close-quarters stupidity (she has fallen out of a lot of trees). Her complexion is mostly even, with a tendency to freckle in extreme sun.
Height: 5′ 9″
Weight: Around 165 lbs
SKILLS (S.P.E.C.I.A.L + M)
Strength- 6/10 - Definitely strong enough to pull herself up a rock face, but she isn’t beating Cassandra at arm wrestling any time soon.
Perception-  9/10 - “Elf eyes” jokes aside, how the fuck else would she be able to find those shards?
Endurance- 10/10 - Ladwyn’s most impressive skill is sheer durability.
Charisma- 6/10 - I’m referring specifically to diplomacy/persuasion here rather than strength of presence (for which she’d score higher). Ladwyn starts out at a significant disadvantage when it comes to human diplomacy (she certainly wasn’t at the Conclave to negotiate), and is generally unwilling to soften herself for their comfort.
Intelligence- 8/10 - Extremely knowledgeable about herbal medicine/foraging/wilderness survival, along with her Keeper training in elvhen history and magic. Research at Skyhold is difficult for her, since she didn’t grow up reading/writing Common. She adapts as well as she can, but she prefers to have a friend (usually Dorian) read out loud while she takes her own notes. Delights in learning new things, but much prefers a digsite to a library.
Agility- 7/10 - Drops to a 6/10 after the events of Trespasser because damn those last several years were hell on her joints.
Luck- 5/10 - Ladwyn weighs the shit that happens to her against knowing her family, husband, and clan and considers herself even. On good days.
Magic- 8/10 - She has always been an incredibly powerful mage, from a magic-touched family (though spells other than simple wards are beyond her parents, three out of four grandparents and several relatives are mages). She can push herself when she needs to with the Anchor, but the drawbacks (nerve pain, insomnia, muscle spasms) are severe. Since Clan Lavellan did not have trade with the dwarves, Ladwyn is a lyrium newbie and can get a lot of mileage from lyrium draughts, but she prefers not to use them.
LIKES
Colors- Earth tones and dark reds. Green is a solemn color for her people but she wears it well.
Smells- Woodsmoke, brewing tea, amber resin, embrium, pine, dried oranges/citrusy smells. Hates the smell of spindleweed tea, crystal grace, lamp oil, and red lyrium (it smells like mold and charnel and rotten roots).
Food- Dalish hearth stew (with rabbits, barley, and fairy potatoes when they can forage them), halla yogurt, bone broth with pulled barley noodles and meat (based on thukpa)
Fruit- Dewberries when they’re around, rasperries if they’re not. She is not above using her connections as Inquisitor to import an absurd amount of dried persimmons since she used to wait every Arlathvhen for them (link refers mostly to the hoshigaki preparation unique to Japan, but Ladwyn is most familiar with what would equate to the Chinese “shìbǐng” style).
Drinks- An herbal tea for every mood and/or complaint. Black tea was carefully rationed out when she could trade for it, but halla butter tea is her favorite. Her mother brought it to Raleferin from her clan, and makes it during the winter months. Ladwyn keeps that up whenever she can, but using goat or cow’s butter is not as good.

Ladwyn avoids coffee at all costs after drinking some of Bull’s blend.
Alcoholic drinks- Antivan rum, Dalish cider, and Avvar mead, in that order. She drinks anything fermented in small amounts, because it turns her bright red and hits like a Revenant. She takes her distilled spirits by the mugful.
OTHER
Smoke: Elfroot occasionally, with black lotus ground in when she’s feeling adventurous. Tobacco makes her dizzy.

Driver’s license?: Learned how to ride a horse, but much prefers to ride a dracolisk. They’re slow to trust but less anxious then a horse, and climb mountains like a dream. Also they unsettle the shems and that’s just the best.

LA's Best Korean Spas Are Waiting To Make Your Dry, Chapped Skin As Dewy As A Baby's Butt

What's the perfect way to disconnect from the world and ponder what life would be like in a mirror universe where facts are indisputable and basic decency is the norm? A Korean spa. And Los Angeles has a lot of them.
What's The Protocol? Your entrance fee, usually $15 to $40, gets you access to hot pools, cold pools and saunas along with areas where you can nap, slurp bowls of spicy soup and do some light reading. If you want to go VIP, add a facial, a mani-pedi or a full-body scrub, known as a seshin.
At most spas, you can just show up. When you check in at the front desk, you'll receive your uniform (usually a robe or shorts and a T-shirt), towels and some sort of wristband with a key or electronic device that lets you access your locker. Now's the time to book additional services, if you haven't already called to book them in advance.

At spas that serve both men and women, the facilities are divided by gender, with areas for women and men located in different wings or on different floors. Head to the appropriate locker room and use your wristband to find your locker.
Get undressed and feel free to slip on your uniform, although you'll notice the spa area is fully nude. The discomfort quickly fades away. Everyone else is nude too. Always shower before entering the pools. Shower again after sweating in any of the steam rooms or saunas, especially if you plan to take another soak. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it up.
Most spas provide basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. If you want to bring your own products — face masks, body scrubs and scrubbing mitts are popular items — feel free to take them with you into the spa area. You may also want to bring skin care and makeup products to gussy yourself up when you're all done. At most spas, people go barefoot but you're welcome to bring a pair of flip-flops.

If you are getting a body scrub, make sure to spend about a half hour in a steam room or hot tub prior to your appointment so you can soften your skin. When the time comes, your specialist, known as a ddemiri, will emerge and call your name or number. Laying down fully nude on a table, you'll be splashed with warm water and vigorously scrubbed over your entire body until your dead skin flakes off in shriveled, gray bits. At the end, your skin will be unfathomably soft and as smooth as it's been since you emerged from the womb. The buff shine lasts for three to four days for most people.
Never bring your phone into a nude area. Some spas offer WiFi in common areas. Unless you're in one of these spaces, don't play music or watch videos or talk on your cell phone. The spa is supposed to be a place to relax. This is a good time to whip out that book or magazine you've been meaning to read.
Signs should guide you through the rules, and it's fine to mention you've never been before and would like a quick tour when you pay your entrance fee.
Wi Spa Wi Spa is the best known Korean spa in Los Angeles, offering a robust list of amenities 24 hours a day. Some people even use the multi-story facility — complete with showers, WiFi and sleeping areas — in lieu of a hotel.
The men's and women's spa areas are on separate floors. In the spa, you'll enjoy two hot tubs, a cold pool, a steam room and a dry sauna. Basic hygiene products, including disposable toothbrushes, are provided. If you want to splash out, they offer scrubs, massages, facials, mani/pedis and other treatments.
On the second floor, the family-friendly, all-gender jimjilbang contains several saunas with the temperatures displayed outside each one. The jade, salt and clay saunas are kept at a toasty 130 °F, while the Bulgama is a blistering 213 °F. To cool down, visit the ice sauna.
In the center of this area you'll find a heated floor where you can throw down a pad and take a nap, read a book (your own, or one from their library), or quietly use your phone. The restaurant, which serves coffee, juice and Korean dishes is also located on this floor. Use your wristband to order, then pay when you leave the spa.
Guests can also work out in the fitness center or lounge on the rooftop terrace, which contains a secluded smoking section. Other amenities include a kid's area and computer stations.

Beverly Hot Springs Beverly Hot Springs doesn't have as many amenities as some other Korean spas, but it's the site of the only natural hot spring in Los Angeles. The well was discovered by Richard S. Grant, who bought the land to build a housing development in 1910. According to the Los Angeles Times, it didn't become a spa until the mid-1980s, when Olympic weightlifter Chang Bum Huh and his wife, Dr. Yang Cha Kim, bought it.
The spa is divided by genders and the whole place feels like a peaceful oasis. The large, hot mineral bath — the water emanates from 2,200 feet underground — and cold plunge are in a dimly lit grotto decorated with plants and statues. A waterfall provides a tranquil sonic backdrop but all other noise is discouraged. Other amenities include a steam room and a sauna as well as padded lounge chairs for napping, reading and meditating.
Basic bath products can be found in the showers and dressing room areas. There is no restaurant on this property.

Olympic Spa Only for women, Olympic Spa operates much like Wi. You get your wristband and a pale green robe then shuffle into the locker room and spa area. Here, you can change and enjoy a hot cup of barley tea or coffee. A heated jade floor is perfect for napping, reading or lounging while you apply a sheet mask to your face. Pads, pillows and blankets are provided. You can also sweat out impurities in the infrared or salt saunas.
In the wet spa area, a hot and cold pool are complimented by a small tub of hot mugwort tea, which is believed to have a variety of healing properties. This area also contains showers, a steam room and a dry sauna.
Pad barefoot down the hall, past the restroom and find the cafe, which serves juices and Korean fare. A piping hot, spicy tofu soup is perfect after a long soak or scrub. (Use your device to order.) Wi-Fi is available but this is the only area of the spa where you're allowed to use your phone or computer. If you want to do that, there's another heated floor where you're free to chat with friends or check email.

Century Day & Night Spa As you enter Century Day & Night Spa, just down the street from Olympic Spa, you'll be able to scope out the two-story, outdoor driving range. Yes, you can also practice your golf swing here.
Inside, you'll find spas for men and women. In the latter, two hot pools are backed by trickling water features while muzak is piped in. Perhaps you'll enjoy the saxophone cover of "Bad Romance." This area also contains a cold plunge pool, a dry sauna and a steam room. For a supremely relaxing experience, head into the mist sauna and sit on a stone bench while a warm mist gently sprinkles over you.
In the mixed gender jimjilbang, you'll be able to nap on the floor or sweat in the mineral salt room. This is also where you'll find the restaurant, which serves Korean food daily from 9:30 a.m. to midnight. In the basement, you'll find both an indoor swimming pool and a spacious fitness center. It has free weights, weight machines and a yoga room where classes are offered free with admission, Monday through Thursday at 7 p.m. and on Saturdays at 2:30 p.m.

Crystal Spa Crystal Spa, on the third floor of the City Center Mall, is on the small side but has most of the amenities you'd expect. It's an Aveda concept spa, meaning all the products here will be Aveda as opposed to the fruity-smelling, unlabeled body washes and shampoos in most other spas.
The spa areas feature a hot tub, cold pool, steam room and sauna. The mixed gender jimjilbang offers Himalayan salt, charcoal and yellow sand rooms, all of which are lovely. After your soak and steam, cool down in the ice room and fill up on spicy rice cakes and seaweed soup in the cafe.

Spa Palace Spa Palace is vast and, like WiSpa, open 24 hours. Visitors receive a uniform and an electronic locker key, which can also be used to order food and drinks.
Amenities include the usual pools, resting and sleeping rooms, an indoor swimming pool, a mixed gender jimjilbang and an on-site restaurant, juice bar and regular bar. Yes, this is a spa where you can drink beer! Not all amenities are available 24 hours a day, so plan accordingly.
Spa Palace also has a variety of heated rooms, including a Himalayan salt room, a gold room, a Loess soil room, which supposedly reduces stress and promotes blood circulation, and an Elvan stone room that is believed to help reduce blotchy skin. A "forest room" allows guests to lounge in chairs and breathe deep as it is pumped full of oxygen. An ice room offers a place to cool down. Slip outside to visit the garden, where tables and chairs can be found near a soothing waterfall.

I just got my shipment of grass powder, collagen, and haritaki powder from your post! I’m super excited to try them and just wanted to ask how often you use them. I was reading reviews with the haritaki and to be careful about the amounts used. Just wanted your thoughts and hope you have a great day! 💗

The haritaki I take one tea spoon in a cup of hot water with himalayan salt. You can do a cure for two weeks, or a month.
For collagen, one scoop in my tea at night, and for the barley grass juice powder two teaspoons in coconut water (helps with the taste) first thing in the morning.
