This morning, I woke up to the most awesome email, everrrrr! My friend, Gavino, completed MY song! Ya' seeeeeee.. I used to work at this restaurant where his band played, weekly. He always joked around saying he was going to write me a song. And bam! He sure did! And I freaking love it!

Our convo : 

Me : You did ALLLLLLLLL of it!!??

Gavino : Yes mam! I layered 1 acoustic guitar, an electric rhythm guitar, the twangy guitar, and then electric bass. After recording all that, I recorded the drums followed by the lead guitar solos. Then finished it off with lead vocals and the harmonized "doo-wop" back-up vocals. Then I added all the redneck voices and comedy stuff. So, yup, all me! :-) I'll be a one hit wonder in no time! HA!

Pretty damn thankful to have such awesome people in my life!! Thank you so much, Gavino! You freaking rule!!!!
