The interpretation she gives is that Henry got uncomfortable, because a woman in the back introduces herself as Natalie.

First, it's difficult to hear clearly what goes on in the back, There's a lot of noise that could lead to wrong hearing. But we know Natalie was there, for she took a pic with the old lady, too.

Why would he feel upset with the fact Natalie introduces herself? Didn't he take her to dinner at a restaurant for everyone to see? So, why would he be upset because his girlfriend introduced herself?

Maybe Natalie has been his woman for long and wanted him to expose her as so, and he didn't want to. This PR could be a circus, set so he could introduce his promiscuous girfriend/wife to his fans and something went VERY wrong, because of lack of ethics from all of them.

This guy is a clown. If he wanted to promote his manhood with this h**ker, all he had to do was to let things happen naturally. But, he's addicted to PR stunts and media manipulation.

I don't know what the real thing is between Henry and Natalie, but that makes no difference. What I question is his actions or lack of them, his fragile Character, his manipulation to deceive people. Whatever.

It's just a circus to entertain, where the main clown plays a dude.
