Warm cacao with my homemade hemp milk (hemp seeds, water, nutmeg).
Morning fuel of sliced banana on the bottom, frozen blueberries and strawbs, my granola, 100% sunflower seed butter, raw wildflower honey
Granola- Oats and Kasha soaked in water with a splash of apple cider vinegar, for a few hours. Strain and rinse ‘em. Now grind some chia seed, mix it with sesame seeds, sunflower seed butter, torn up dates, Maca root powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. The chia will absorb the moisture from dates & SunButter. It’ll be a chunky mix. Then add it to your oats and kasha. Combine well & bake at 200 degrees F for about 30 minutes, flipping it around every few. Sticky a$$ granola 😍🤞
