guys what if you were jessicaâs personal assistant. what if your name was like phoebe or something, but everyone at the office calls you baby. youâre kind, gentle, and sweet, & everyone at the office has one thing in common. they all love baby.
you try not to get involved in the cases, too much of an empath (like mike) to be able to handle the harshness lawyers sometimes have to give clients you just plain feel bad for. youâre always inclined to help out anyone that needs it, and are practically a life saver.
youâre the reprieve in the office people need sometimes. harveyâs stress melting off him when he drops by to pick up files jessica had asked you to get to him, and you smile at him all sweet, handing him exactly what he needed to turn his case around. he asks you your price for saving him & you just tease, telling him to keep giving you that million-dollar smile as you both kiss at each other in a joking manner of departure.
or when mike feels like heâs drowning, mind going a million miles an hour as he stops by your desk. you were the only person kind to him from the start, and sometimes he just needs a reset to keep going. you hand him half the cutie you were eating as he sits in your chair, sighing as you lean against your desk. you tell him to stop thinking, just for a second. thirty seconds or so pass before he jumps out of his seat, finally putting the puzzle pieces together he needed, almost running down the hallway back to his cubicle shouting a âthank you, thank you baby!â
jessica adores you, and even the rudest clients eventually melt under your sweetness. you arenât really sure where the name baby came from, but youâll never hate it. knocking on harveyâs door, telling him jessica wants to see him & hearing him say a âthanks, baby.â in that voice of his is never anything youâll complain about.

â BEST LIFE
pairings: spencer reid x fem!bau!reader (past), harvey specter x fem!juniorpartner!reader (present)
summary: youâd once been apart of the bau team, but after a situation and a falling out with your boyfriend you moved on. what happens when the bau needs your help on a case, which your boyfriend harvey is also assisting on?
warnings: angsty, asshole harvey cause duh, jealousy (spencer) kisses, cute harvey
wordcount: 1.7k
a/n: this literally sprouted in my mind and i just needed to write it lmao, if you havenât watched suits or criminal minds go right nowâźď¸ theyâre both my husbands đ
when jessica had called you into her office, youâd been calm. apparently one of your cases, which had you and harvey working together, was now of fbi interest. your client was currently suing a company for faulty wiring in his home, which caused it to burn down. and it was apparently not the case at all, the home was suspected to be tied into a serial arsonist.
what you didnât expect was for your client to be accused of being the arsonist.
âyouâre sitting here,â
âuh-huh.â
âtelling me,â
âyup.â
âthat iâm supposed to believe that richard jeena, the fifty three year old little man, is a serial arsonist?â
you shut the file infront of you, meeting harveyâs eye, âsweetheart?â he uncrossed his legs, leaning forwards with a sweet smile, âyes?â you leaned forwards as well, âthat, is exactly what iâm telling you.â harvey leaned back into his chair, disbelief riddling his face.
âand the fbi is flying here?â you nodded along, âfbi agents?â you nodded again, âprobably field agents or whatever theyâre called. theyâll sit in on the trial, survey the scenes, collect evidence and all.â the familiar clicking of donnaâs heels brought a smile to your face, âprofilers.â
your heart dropped with one word, âwhatâd you say?â donna made her way to the two of you, plopping herself down in the chair next to you, âitâs those fbi profilers. yknow, they look at the room and can tell you if heâs left or right handed, blonde, mommy issues and all. nice little packaged criminal profile in seconds.â you couldnât help correcting her, having dealt with your fair share of assumptions in your years as a profiler.
âthatâs not how it works,â harvey swiveled in his chair as donna looked your way, âoh?â harvey smirked as you sighed, âthatâs not how it works, we donât just walk into a room and have it speak to us. we survey the place, fresh eyes and open minds. we look for the things that everyone else seems to miss. we put ourselves in the minds of the criminals themselves, to get a better understanding of them, why they did it and all. you work your way back, start from the victim maybe, see where theyâve been, what they did in the last week, who they talk to. sometimes the killers in their personal circle but not always. every case is different, we try our best to provide an accurate, unbiased profile.â
âi want to take you on my desk, right now.â you rolled your eyes at your boyfriends words as donna stared intently, âwe. you said âweâ, as if you know what they do and their job. oh my god, you use to be one. thatâs the job you had before coming here! you have a degree in criminal justice, and you said your last job you were at for what, seven years?â
âi graduated high school early, entered harvard at a young age, graduated, entered the fbi at the same time as aâ friend. was also studying law, sat the exam in new york since itâs where i wanted to be. finished up at harvard, i was mid to late twenties when i left, wound up here and am now a junior partner, capiche?â
âcould just say your age.â mike stood by the door with a wad of files in his hand, âiâd rather die, mike.â harvey laughed, âplease donât incentivise my lovely girlfriend to killing herself mike.â
âas nice as it is to see you all bonding, and trust me, it hits me right in the heart, jessica wants yourself and y/n in the conference room.â louis spoke from the door as you stood up, âfirst of all, trust with you is fickle, second, tell it to hit you in the face next time lou.â you smacked harveyâs arm as he held his arms up, âfriendly fire, iâll put it out later.â you shoved him by his back before smiling at louis, âiâm sorry about him, heâs not a big fan of the fbi.â louis nodded as he followed you, âduly noted.â
âsheâs right, damn pigs.â harvey joked as you approached the conference room, âyour highness,â you grinned, âyou never treat me so nicely when weâre at home harvey.â he held his hand over his heart, ânow donât lie sweetheart, iâm as nice as mike.â the snort that left your lips had harvey doubling over, âoh please, nice as mike? you wish.â
your giggles were drained from your throat as you stared at half of your old team.
derek morgan, emily prentiss, penelope garcia & spencer reid. the last name, and face youâd still not looked at yet. thankfully, harvey noticed your tenseness, ây/n? sweetheart, you alright?â there it was, that word, sweetheart. spencer couldnât help but wonder, was it just a word? you always use to call him it, before you dated, teasing of course.
âyeah, iâm fine harv.â he nodded, even if he didnât believe you he could always ask later on. pulling out his and yours chairs, you sat next to one another. âharvey specter & y/n l/n?â emily questioned as you nodded, âthe one and only. and then thereâs y/n.â harvey leaned back in his chair, whilst derek stared him down.
what an ass. is what he wanted to say, it was also what he assumed emily was thinking. âemily.â she glanced over at you, surprised at you using her name, âitâs nice to see you all. howâve you been?â and the bewildered expression was wiped clean off your face, no remnant left. you were a damn lawyer, if there was one thing youâd learned, it was to keep a straight face.
penelope smiled, âweâve been good, y/n. but we miss you, back home. youâre a lawyer now huh?â you grinned, âthe one and only.â harvey squeezed your hand, you squeezed back. âyoungest junior partner, ever. my dream. just hoping to make it to senior partner soon, take the title of youngest out from under this guy. iâm happy here, i hope you are too. but down to business.â
and for the next few hours, youâd sat and listened. overlooking the case files, giving statements, reviewing security footage from surrounding houses. at some point mike ended up in the room, having met with your client and being harveyâs associate.
youâd had the pleasure of introducing spencer and mike, the two undeniably similar. you felt comfortable, even betting with penelope that if they touched the world would implode.
âand how much would he loose?â
â127,478.23.â mike and spencer rushed out as the rest of you fought to suppress your smiles, âwell y/n, seems like weâve got a genius-off.â derek laughed as the two men looked towards you, âdonât worry iâll still love you mike.â mike scoffed at your words, âwhat makes you think iâd loose?â
âbecause i know you, and i know reid. trust me, youâd loose.â
reid. not spencer, spence, sweetheart. none of the above, youâd used his last name. as if he was nothing more than a colleague.
âokay, weâve been here for far too long. and as much as iâd like to sit here and slowly rot, iâd rather do that at the restaurant i have booked for dinner with two lovely ladies. y/n and i have a trial date tomorrow, 8.00am. i think, we bring him along, show him whatâs to happen if he doesnât confess, than toast victory champagne when said confession rolls through. howâs that sound?â if derekâs grin was any indicator, besides a big fat yes?
spencer wanted to puke, âlovely ladies?â multiple women? this man was insufferable. you gathered yourself and harveyâs files, a hand gestured towards you, the last file in said hand. âthanks reid.â he smiled, âno problem-o.â your eyebrows furrowed, ânever change do you?â spencer didnât have time to respond, his brain was too busy blowing a fuse as harvey opened the door for you. âready for dinner lovely lady?â they all heard harvey ask as you nodded, the four watched as you walked out, his hand on your back as he pecked you on the lips.
âreid, you alright?â derekâs hand rested on his shoulder, âiâm fine, why wouldnât i be fine? donât we have places to be? hotch would want to know their on our side, that they reviewed all the information. theyâll help us get a confession out of him.â derek sighed, âbecause you just saw your ex, who you havenât seen in years. the one you never got over, happily living in new york as comfortable as possible. a successful business woman and lawyer, happily in a relationship.â
spencer shook his head, âyou donât know that.â emily directed a sympathetic smile his way, âwe sat with them for three hours. we watched them laugh, bounce off of eachother for theories, quite literally finish eachothers sentences. order food for eachother without asking, and get their meals right. they held hands when they could, he continued to call her sweetheart. and now theyâre going out to dinner.â
spencerâs shoulder dropped, they were right. heâd come here excited at the possibility of seeing you again, talking to you. maybe even beginning again with you. instead, youâre apparently with some suited up asshole. he was annoyingly sweet when it came to you though.
as if the whole three hours werenât a slap in the face, harveyâs voice rung out through the hallway, âthereâs my lovely lady!â rachel, who theyâd all met earlier on, was currently guiding a young girl to harveyâs arms. âdaddy!â if hearts were boats, than his was sinking. he may have had a chance beforehand, but now?
âis mommy here?â your daughter was currently situated on harveyâs hip, âwhy donât you hug her and find out?â your arms were out in the open as your daughter squealed before running to you, âdâyou have a fun day with rach?â she nodded her head rapidly as yourself and harvey smiled, he stood behind you, chest to back. his hand rested on your waist as the other moved aside hair from her face, before moving hair from your own.
ânow, my lovely ladies, itâs time for dinner.â
lovely ladies, for once, spencer had made a mistake. harvey was going out with multiple women, but not in the way he thought. his daughter and the mother of his child, you.
his words and actions meant nothing, they would mean nothing. you were happy, so happy. you had everything you wanted, a loving marriage and man, a gorgeous family. something spencer hadnât given you. a man who knew you could hold your own. spencer knew that too, but he couldnât help himself back then.
right now, you were living your best life.

Forever Mine â Harvey Specter (smut)
Y'all voted on reading my Harvey stuff, so here we go! I am so in love with this man, it's insane. Please like and reblog if you enjoyed reading this, your comments keep us writers motivated! Enjoy my loves. xxx
Summary: Harvey and the reader are best friends, but on the night when she asks him to pick her up from yet another horrible date, neither of them manages to hide their feelings any longer.
Warnings: 18+, smut, piv, jealousy, possessiveness, lots of feelings, friends to lovers
Pairing: Harvey Specter x fem!reader (2.4k words)
âHarvey?â Her voice rang in his ear, drawing his tired eyes towards the clock on his nightstand. It was far past midnight, and even though it wasnât unusual for Harvey to be awake late into the night, it had been one of those nights where he had passed out the second he had found shelter in his bed, hours ago.Â
â(Y/n)? Whatâs going on?â It took her a moment to reply, to let go of a sigh before finding her voice to answer her best friendâs question.Â
âCould you pick me up from somewhere?â Harvey had already set into motion to put on his clothes with the phone balanced between his ear and shoulder. Heavy breaths left her, filled with a sadness that made his heart clench in his chest.Â
âWhat happened, baby?â The nickname left him all too easily, even though it was something he hadnât called his best friend in years. The sharp intake of air he heard urged him on to move even quicker to find his way out of his apartment.
âDo you remember the bar we went to last month with Mike?â Harvey gripped his car keys tighter, clenching them in his fist. A hum left him as he stepped out of the elevator, letting his shoes meet the cold ground while jogging towards his car.Â
âIâm waiting there.â And without another word, (y/n) had ended the call.Â
âŚâŚ
She shifted her weight from one foot to the other, with her coat tightly wrapped around her frame, and her hands buried in the pockets of said coat. It had been a stupid idea, a fucking stupid idea, she shouldnât have listened to her friends and how they had urged her to go on that date to finally get over her best friend â Harvey fucking Specter.Â
It had been an awful date, nothing but a waste of her time, but deep down she had hoped itâd finally manage to take her mind off her best friend, the man (y/n) longed for with every rising of the sun. The man whoâd never be hers. The man who looked at her with a love only family members shared, and nothing more.Â
A cry wanted to break out of (y/n) at the familiar pain in her chest, squeezing her heart with its all too familiar grasp. Shaky breaths left her as she saw his car approach, needing to prepare herself for an uncomfortable conversation where Harvey would scold her for meeting up with a man like this, while being all too oblivious about her reasons for that date.Â
âThank you for picking me up.â She pressed a kiss to his cheek before properly sinking into the comfortable leather seat. Harveyâs hand found its rest on her knee, and with his thumb running over the exposed parts of her skin, due to her dress, he began driving.Â
âDo you want to tell me what happened?â (Y/n) could tell that he was driving her back to his place, taking the all too familiar route she could probably walk blindfolded. Her heart was racing in her chest as it whispered to her, begging (y/n) to finally tell Harvey about the emotional chaos growing deep inside of her, while her mind forced her to stay quiet, to not risk a friendship she couldnât live without.Â
âJust a horrible date, nothing special.â The hand resting on her knee stopped moving, frozen to the spot as his eyes flickered to meet hers. For a moment, an uncomfortable silence began to fill the car, it clung to her like a second layer of skin, crawling up its limbs like a parasite. Dates had always been a struggling topic between the two, uncomfortable conversations they both tried to avoid.Â
âDo I know the guy?â His voice was husky, growing lower with every further word he spoke. His fingers no longer stroked her skin, they had a tight grasp on her knee as if he was making sure she wouldnât leave his side, not daring to let go as if he was scared to be alone.
âNo, the girls introduced me to him.â Nothing but a hum left Harvey as a reply, letting the sound buzz through (y/n). Only as they arrived at his apartment complex to park the car did they find their voices again, sharing a small âThank youâ while Harvey helped her out of the car and led her to the elevator, with his hand placed on her lower back and his jacket wrapped around her frame.Â
âWhy do you always go on dates with these men? By now we both know your friends donât have the best taste.â The question hung in the air, it forced a shudder down her spine while her heart slowly began to win the upper hand to silence her mind. Harvey was intently staring down at her, while keeping close to (y/n) with his hand moving from her lower back to her waist.Â
âDonât ask me this, please, Harvey.â Sadness dripped from her voice, followed by something he couldnât pinpoint. But something inside of Harvey began to shift, it was whispering to him as if he could tell that whatever heâd force out of her, would change the outcome of this very night, a turning point neither could run from.
âYou know Iâm not one to back down, sweetheart.â Her tongue kissed her teeth while (y/n) pondered over her choices. She was grateful for the few seconds of silence they were offered as they stepped out of the elevator and entered the apartment she knew like the back of her hand.Â
âTalk to me, (y/n), whatâs going on?â Harvey was towering over her, even as she kicked off her heels and shrugged out of his jacket to expose the dress he loved seeing on her. His hands held onto her to guide her towards the couch, and even as they sat down next to one another, his hands held contact with her body.Â
âHarvey, please, donât make me do this.â She could tell that whatever he was waiting for her to say was different to what she was about to confess. Harvey was too oblivious, he wouldnât ever pick up on the love she fostered for him, a secret that would turn their friendship into something (y/n) would curse herself for. Uneasy waters that would swallow them both without giving them a chance to swim.Â
âIt canât be that bad, sweetheart. Is there something I donât know? Did somebody hurt you?â Her glassy eyes got lost in his. She allowed herself to study her handsome best friend for a moment before slowly rising to her feet, desperately searching the now growing distance between the. If she was about to lay this on him, she needed some space, enough room to prepare herself to walk out of his door any moment now.Â
Harveyâs jaw muscles ticked, he was growing impatient, angry even â about something he had awfully mixed up. He would burn down the earth for (y/n), would hurt anybody who dared to come too close to her. And yet he still didn't know that he was causing her this pain, a biting sensation that made bile rise in her throat.
âYou wouldnât get it, Harvey. Let it go.â Her eyes found the city below their feet, allowing her to study the numerous lights filling the darkness, the high buildings growing nearby and far away. It was a beautiful sight, a sight that tried to calm her aching heart, though without any luck. She heard Harvey move, could watch in the reflection of his big windows how he rose to his feet and walked up to her.Â
âTalk to me, baby.â His muscular front was pressed against back, and for a moment (y/n) allowed herself to imagine being held by him like a lover would cling to their significant other. A thought that guided her next movements as she slowly turned in his grasp to stare up at her handsome best friend.Â
With her breath hitched in her chest, (y/n) shifted her weight to press her lips against his. It was a quick kiss, a simple kiss, and yet it carried more meaning than any other kiss (y/n) had ever given. She felt him freeze at the touch, seemingly not expecting his best friend to cross that invisible line.Â
âThis is why I donât want to talk about it with you, Harvey.â A tear dripped from her eye as the words rolled off her tongue. Harvey stared down at her with something so intense, (y/n) couldnât help but peel herself out of his grasp, set on leaving his apartment and the man she had been in love with for years behind.Â
âHow dare you!â His angry words made her halt in her steps. Slowly, (y/n) turned back towards Harvey who wore an expression filled with hurt and anger. (Y/n) could only imagine how his opponents in court must feel whenever he directed his anger at them, forcing them to back down from any fight they couldnât win â not against Harvey Specter.
âHow dare you act as if I have no say in this. Have you ever wondered for just a second if I feel the same? If I was forced to carry the same heartbreak for years whenever you called me to pick you up from shitty dates with men who werenât me?â Even though her heart began to race once again, begging (y/n) to realise what he had just confessed, her anger managed to guide her, letting her voice grow louder just like Harveyâs.Â
âThen why didnât you say something?â He stalked towards her, with eyes so fiery, (y/n) feared heâd burn her on the spot. Almost no space was left between them, with his chest pressed against hers to push her against the door, and his hand pressed to the spot next to her head.Â
âBecause Iâd rather suffer from this heartbreak for years than risk losing you.â She got no time to reply as his lips came down on hers in a stormy kiss. (Y/n) instantly allowed her lips to move with his, letting their tongues tangle while her arms found their way around his neck. Moans rumbled through the both of them, sounds that rang in their ears like a song solemnly composed for this night only. Harveyâs hands found their way down her frame to pick her up without breaking the kiss, guiding them towards the kitchen where he placed her down on his kitchen island.Â
âPromise Iâll take my time with you later, but fuck I need to be inside of you now.â Her excited chuckles left Harvey smirking as he shuffled her dress up to her waist, groaning at the sight of her drenched panties. She was mesmerised by the sight of Harvey lingering between her thighs, something (y/n) had only dared to dream of.Â
âI bet your date thought he could have you like this tonight, spread out and ready to be fucked. But let me promise you something, sweetheart,â without breaking eye contact, Harvey ripped her panties apart to expose her aching heat to the colder temperatures now stroking her limbs. âNo other man but me will ever get to see you like this again, from now on, youâre mine, you belong to me, and I will never share you.âÂ
âI only want to be yours, Harvey, like you will always be mine.â (Y/n) pulled him down for a kiss while he freed his cock from his dark trousers and reached for a condom. The seconds kept blurring by until Harvey finally pushed into her, letting his cock stretch her walls as his thumb circled her pulsing bundle.
Both moaned at the new sensation, having to adjust to something they had longed for all these years. With her back arched off the kitchen island, she let Harvey fuck her, letting their bodies meet with every thrust as if they were magnets finding together. A storm was rocking through them both, binding them together to forge another bond so strong, neither of them would ever be able to shake it off again.
Harveyâs name rolled off her tongue like a prayer, filling the apartment that would forever keep their deepest secrets. Both clung to the other as if they were scared that this was nothing but a dream, about to evaporate into a bitter nothingness as theyâd be ripped from their sleep.Â
Wandering hands kept searching the otherâs closeness, clinging to the reminder that this was real, that this was not a trick of their brains but something they could forever cling to.
âI love you, fuck, I love you so goddamn much, (y/n).â Harveyâs moaned words left her heart somersaulting, forcing her upper body off the cold top of the kitchen island to meet his lips for a kiss. They were a tangled mess, and yet a mess so sweet, both were high on all the different sensations.Â
âI love you too, Harvey.â Her walls fluttered around his cock as he met her swollen spot, pushing her closer to the edge. (Y/n) trembled beneath him, wordlessly begging his thumb to move faster, to circle her bundle with more pressure to push her closer towards her orgasm.
âCum for me, baby, show me how pretty you look when you cum on my cock.â Harveyâs gritty voice gave her the needed push to cum beneath him. Her moans rang in his ears, filling every part of his body with an unfamiliar kind of pride he hadn't ever felt with another woman. His eyes didnât stray from her pleasure-drunken features while fucking her through her high, a high he chased with ferocious thrusts.
Harvey came moments later with curses rumbling through him. She clung to him while his cock twitched inside of her, filling the condom with his release. Neither spoke a word as they stayed connected in the most intimate way, clinging to each other while the hazy fog of lust slowly began to lift.Â
âDid this really just happen, Harvey?â Her whispered question left Harvey laughing. Slowly, he pulled out of her to toss away the condom before cupping (y/n)'s cheeks with his warm hands. His eyes studied her for a moment before pressing his forehead against hers to let go of a deep, relieved sigh.Â
âIt did, and Iâll do whatever it takes to keep you with me forever, sweetheart.â

Butterflies
[Harvey Specter x Female!Reader]
Synopsis: You know youâre screwed when you feel them fluttering in your chest {GIF Creds: jeysuso}.
WC: 717
Category: Fluff
For all my Harvey lovers out there, I made a cute fluffy quickie (Iâm seeing a lot of my fics being swarmed with love so why not add to it đ¤)
ăâ˘â˘ââ˘â˘ă
It happened over a bottle of bourbon. A spilled bottle, actually. But a bottle of bourbon nonetheless, and that is important to note.
You didnât mean to spill the alcohol all over your date, but he had made some comment about how you shouldn't be wearing a dress with a plunging neckline, so you just⌠happened to tip the entire thing over him.
The man was furious, of course, but he left pretty quickly after that. And you were left with a mess on the floor and a waiter hovering at the side, asking if you wanted another bottle.
You told him no. You just wanted to go home.
You didn't want a new date; you didn't want to sit at this stupid table with the stupid white tablecloth, the stupid, gaudy candlesticks, or the stupid waiter with the stupid, expectant look on his face.
"Miss?"
"No, thank you," you say, a little more firmly, gathering up your things and leaving as much cash as you can on the table. If you were smart, you'd have brought an umbrella, but you're not smart, so you'll just get drenched like an idiot.
But, fortunately for you, the person calling your name knew you well enough to know you werenât that smart.
Before a drop of water could even hit your hair, a tall, dark figure steps out in front of you and blocks the downpour. Some might consider this a gentlemanly action, but you knew the man, and he was hardly ever gentle.
"You're welcome," Harvey says, a smirk tugging at the corners of his mouth.
"You're a pain," you reply, but you're grateful for the cover.
"And you're dateless. So, I see two options: we can have dinner and a drink back at my place, or we can do dinner and a drink back at mine."
You can't help but laugh. "Did you use this on Scottie? I see why she left. That line was bad."
"You're not going to ask how I knew you were here?"
"Nope. You probably had Louis stalk me."
"Don't talk about the puppy like that."
"So you did have him stalk me!"
"I prefer the term 'make sure you were alright,'" Harvey replies, and he holds out his arm to you. "Guy was a douche. Let me buy you dessert to make up for it. And I donât mean in the biblical sense, although that can be arranged, too, if you'd like."
"Harvey, youâre suchâ"
You turned to him, ready to tell him exactly what you thought of him, but the words died when you met his eyes. Those same eyes that allured you into taking his offer at Pearson Hardman. The same eyes that made you agree to work with him on the case despite your better judgment.
In a flash, you saw the whole thing: your first meeting, the cases, the laughs, the looks, the touches. And now, the moment.
When you were younger, the term butterflies had never really made sense to you. The idea of feeling them in your stomach seemed ridiculous, and yet, there you were, feeling them for the very first time.
They were all fluttering around inside of you, and all you could think was, "Oh, no."
And as if the universe had heard you, it suddenly stopped raining, and you both stood there in the middle of the street, the moon casting a warm light on your faces.
Harvey noticed it, too, and his expression softened. His usual cockiness was replaced with a gentle concern. "You okay?"
You nodded, biting your lip. "Yeah."
Harvey reached up and brushed a strand of hair away from your face, his hand lingering a moment longer than it needed to. He gave you that signature grin and asked, "You look like a velvet cake kind of girl. Am I right?"
He was right.
Goddamnit, he was right.
And as he swaddled you in his coat to keep you warm as you both went back inside, the anger and confusion you felt earlier melted into a quiet, warm glow.
Date night had not gone according to plan, but when his lips met yours and your hands slid through his soft, brown hair, you realized that, perhaps, sometimes, it was good to deviate from the plan.
The butterflies seemed to agree.

So, I dare to send in an idea as well 𼰠maybe you're dating Harvey but he barely had time for you lately, so one time he wants to surprise you with dinner at his apartment and you enjoy your time together. Then you both end your evening with lovely passionate smut and lots of cuddles afterwards. In the morning he wakes up before you and takes time in admiring you, realizing how happy he is to have you ? Hope that's not too cheesy â¤ď¸ thank you so much in advance!
{Warm} Reader x Harvey Specter
This has been sitting in my inbox for god knows how long. I thank you for your patience my dear. I love this idea so much, and this song Warm by SG Lewis is just perfect. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I did writing it. P.S. nothing is EVER too cheesy for me to write <3
Word Count: 3,998
Warnings: Just some good ole fluff and smut, some very soft dom!Harvey.
Tagging: @rosedpetal @blacktreacle22
Summary: After a particularly brutal month in the office, you've noticed some changes. Harvey is just... not present. Rather than demanding his attention, you just simply float by, knowing eventually he'll return his negligence. And boy does he ever.
~~~~~
âYn, you really just need to grow a set and tell Harvey heâs being a jackass,â Donna scolds through the phone.
I roll my eyes, âDonna, I told you before. I donât mind. Heâs focused on winning this case, and it quite literally is the life and death of this firm. So, while I appreciate your âwords of affirmationâ, I didnât ask for them.â
âI know, I just hate to see you so neglected.â
âOh please,â I pff, flipping my head to move a chunk of hair out of my eye. âNeglected is probably the last thing I am. I can entertain myself. I actually havenât minded the space. Every once and a while itâs good to go back to the basics. Iâve finally learned how to take care of the plants, I can make a mean lasagna too. Iâve even gotten back into reading. For fun.â
âSheesh, clearly something is wrong if youâve been reading voluntarily.â
I snickered. âI donât know, I saw a book recommendation on instagram and fell in love. Childhood penpals turned strangers, turned back to penpals and she found out heâs the world's biggest rock star and heâs been writing songs about her the entire time.â
âSounds exactly like the fairytale mushy-gushy shit you love. How you found Harvey to fill those shoes Iâll never understand.â
âHeâs just⌠I donât know, exactly what I need? My life is perpetually disorganized and heâs too organized. We balance each other out. It just works, and I love our life. I love our dynamic, and I love him. Since heâs so busy, and I have the energy and mental space to, I donât mind picking up the slack. Again, things will balance themselves back.â
Donna sighed, and I knew that flat line was on her lips. âI know, youâre always so insightful. Optimistic bitch.â I cackled a laugh. âBut in all seriousness, Harvey needs you. Youâre right, he is too organized. He needs you to unwind him. I know how he is, and he needs a kick in the ass every once in a while. So, if by the end of the week, he doesnât come around a little, just push him. Heâll fold. Especially for you, and that ass of yours.â
A smile bloomed onto my face, the door of our apartment building coming into view. âThanks Donna, Iâll let you know how tonight goes. Maybe Iâll stop by the office in the morning and bring the crew some coffee, a few bagels as well.â
âThis is why you will always remain my favorite. Now go eat that Chinese food, you sexy son of a bitch.â
âHow did you know I had Chinese food?âÂ
âBecause Iâm Donna.â Then the line went dead.
Psycho. My psycho, but still a psycho.Â
I did indeed have a takeout bag hooked in my elbow filled with Chinese food. Sesame chicken and wonton soup for me, beef and broccoli with pork lo-mein for Harvey. I got a small order of pork fried rice and some scallion pancakes to share. I was about ten seconds away from crouching in an alley and eating myself into a coma.Â
The city streets were just beginning to fill up with Friday night festivities. Those heading to lavish dinners or exotic clubs, dressed to the nines with pristine hair and outfits. I looked down at my beat up orthopedic sneakers that kept the never ending foot pain of being a museum tour guide at bay. Here I was, surrounded by the most eccentric and busy place on earth, with absolutely nothing to do.
And that felt amazing.Â
I scurried up the steps to the apartment building, greeting our doorsman with a smile and a wave. He gave me one back, pulling open the big glass doors. The mild April chill vanished and the comfortable, still air caressed my cheeks. The elevator door chimed open, chimed closed, and ascended to the top.Â
21⌠22⌠23⌠the floors climbed and climbed. What was I going to watch? The new season of Bridgerton was out, I could watch that. No, the next season canât possibly be as good as Charlottes. Maybe a movie? Didnât that second Dunne one come out? Iâm not sure I understand the first one enough to comprehend the second.Â
The ding sounds, and I step off, juggling my keys as I rattle off more ideas in my head.Â
There's always The Big Bang Theory, maybe Two Broke Girls? Nah, Iâve seen those a thousand times. Maybe I should watch something new. No, nothing sounds interesting. I could try to read, but I donât wanna risk spilling anything on my book. Once in third grade, I was eating a bowl of cereal in the morning, and I spilled the entire thing on my book. If You Give A Mouse A Cookie was never the same again.Â
When the door opened, I toed off my sneakers, kicking them in the corner. I threw the keys in the bowl and hummed a song aimlessly. In the kitchen, I pried a plate out of the cabinet and began to spoon food onto my plate. I wonât tell Harvey, but I stole some of his lo-mein.Â
âYn,â a voice spoke.Â
I spun so hard I knocked my hip into the kitchen island corner, a scream bubbling out. âJesus fucking christ Harvey! You could warn me next time, fucking hell.âÂ
My heart thrashed in my chest, my eyes going a little wonky from adrenaline. I swallowed, bending at the waist to catch my breath.
âSorry, my love,â he smiled, coming to raise me from my hunched over position. âI didnât mean to scare you.â
âA simple text wouldâve been lovely,â I sighed, rising to my full height. âWhat the hell are you doingâŚâ
All words died on my tongue as I looked around. The table was decorated with a white cloth, candles skewed about. There were flowers in a vase on the counter, beside it a card with two small boxes. There was champagne chilling in a metal bucket of ice, a box of chocolate covered strawberries and cherries next to it.Â
âHarvey, whatâs all this for? Our anniversary isnât for two months.â
He grinned, that smirk going right to my chest. âNo, itâs not.â
âThen what's all⌠this?â I waved my hand around, noticing a few balloons blown up and taped to the archway. I somehow completely missed the rose petals lining the floor.Â
âItâs because I love you,â Harvey grabbed my hips, pressing our fronts together. âYouâve been⌠dealing with me for weeks now. My absence, my constant mood swings and lashing out. And I know what youâre gonna say-â
âThat I know youâve been stressed and need some time to focus on the case?â
Harvey tilted his head, a flat expression on his lips. âYes. That.âÂ
âItâs not a big deal, Harvey. I know how important work is to you, and I know that youâve really needed to focus so the firm doesnât crumble and-â
âBut I need you to know that you are a thousand times more important than work,â he says, placing his palms on my cheeks. He kisses me softly, stealing the air from my lungs. âThen the firm,â another kiss. âAnd anything that has to do with that hellscape. I love you, Yn. And I donât know what I would do without your constant flexibility with my chaotic life. So this is a very small token of my appreciation. The first part, at least.â
I hummed against his lips, letting my arms lay across his shoulders. I kiss him deeply. âThe first part?â
âMhmm,â he nodded, hands falling down my back, a less than PG-13 flex of his hands on my ass. âFirst, I want you to open those little boxes. Then, weâre gonna eat and have some dessert.â
âI feel like there's more to this list,â I smile, making my way back to the counter to get our food. One second to the next, Harvey gripped my arm and pulled me back into his chest. I could feel his desire pressing into me. âLooks like Iâm right.â
âYouâre always right,â he whispered, breath tickling my ear. He kissed the side of my neck, leaving a little bite below my ear. âGo sit, Iâll get the food.â
A new thrill fueled my body, propelling my steps to the dining room. I sat, playing with the end of the table cloth as Harvey brough everything over. The champagne, the card, the boxes and the food. Before he made his way to his seat, his palm cupped my neck and he tilted my head back. His deep, lust filled eyes locked with mine before he kissed me again.Â
âOpen whichever youâd like, darling,â he sat opposite me, tucking the napkin across his lap.Â
âJust because I did what anyone would for their love doesnât mean you need to shower me with gifts, Harvey,â I said, giving him a pointed look.Â
âAnd if I bought them just because I wanted to?âÂ
Point taken. I read the card, a picture of a polar bear wearing sunglasses on a beach with a coconut in its hand plastered on the front.Â
Classy. It made me giggle nonetheless.
To my Yn,
Thank you. Iâm sorry. I love you. Thank you for being here, even when I wasnât. Iâm sorry for my absence, I promise Iâll be more conscious of my time spent at the office. I love you, more than I ever thought Iâd ever be able to love anything. You are everything Iâve always wanted, and everything I never knew Iâd need. After this last month, I didnât understand just how badly I craved you. Your smile, your laugh, your warmth. The taste of you in the morning, and those adorable snores at night. No matter how many times I do it, Iâll never get tired of kissing you. Never tire of taking your breath away. Iâll never get sick of you being the first thing I see when I wake up, and the last thing before I sleep.Â
You are forever entwined in my soul, Yn. And I wouldnât dare to imagine it otherwise.Â
I love you. <3 Harvey
I looked up at him, tears lining my eyes. He just winked at me, fork scraping his plate as he shoved a mouthful in.Â
âFuck you for that,â I sniffled, brushing away the tears as I blinked. âThat was so uncalled for, you didnât need to do that to me. Thatâs so unfair.â
He smiled, âI know you love that shit. And before you ask, Donna didnât come near me when I was writing that. It all came from up here.â
I laughed as he touched the side of his head. âGood to know all those years at Harvard Law taught you something other than corporate jargon.â
âOpen the boxes, little devil,â he sipped his champagne, nudging the boxes towards me.Â
Both were a dark blue velvet, unlabeled. They were closed with a silver ribbon. The first one I grabbed was about the size of a book, and something rattled inside. I undid the bow, lifting the lid. Inside was a Kindle. I gasped, pulling it out and looking it over.Â
âHarvey,â I grinned, mouth falling open. âYou did not.â
âBut I did,â he smiled brightly. âUnlimited.â
I could jump his bones from across the table. âHave I ever told you how much I love you?â
âWell, after you find out I got you a case, a Pop Socket, and one of those stands with the remote clicker so you donât even have to hold it, you might love me a little more.â I squealed, pushing out of my chair as I crashed into him. We nearly tipped backwards. Harvey laughed, rubbing my sides as I latched onto him. âI knew youâd appreciate this. I know we havenât been together much, but I remembered you showed me a video of some girl who had one.â âYou remembered that?â A new set of tears choked my voice.Â
âOf course I did. And I also remember you telling me that if I bought you another set of earrings youâd use them to pierce my ears, so that option went out the window.â
I swatted his chest, Harveyâs smile easy as he eased me off of him. âThis is perfect, thank you so much.â
âOf course, my dear. Now open the next one.â
What could be better than a Kindle Unlimited? With a stand AND a remote to turn the pages for me. Harvey has no idea what heâs done, Iâll literally never get out of bed again.Â
Practically ripping the box in half, I take off the lid and peer inside.Â
I blink a few times, looking from him to the box. âMy passport?â
âYup.â
âI feel like there is something Iâm not getting here.â
âThere is.â
âAre you gonna tell me or make me guess?â
âIâm not that mean,â he rolled his eyes.Â
âI mean you have been ignoring me for the past month,â I feigned being upset, letting out a little yelp when he threw a piece of broccoli at me. âYou're literally four years old.â
âWeâre going to China.â
Everything stopped moving. I dropped the box, my small, navy blue passport skittering across the floor. My ears buzzed, my fingers buzzed. âI- What?â
Harvey grinned. Fuck, I missed that grin. âWeâre going to China. We won the case last night, and I am desperate for some time with you. Youâve always wanted to go, so why not now? I have everything set up. Weâre gonna stay in the mountains, weâre gonna go hiking and see some shows. I also know youâve wanted to-â
âWeâre going to China?â I had to make sure I heard him right? Iâve been learning the language for years now, engrossed with their rich culture and history. The cuisine, the art, the music⌠everything. Had I been in a different timeline, I wouldâve moved there.Â
âYes, my love. Weâre going to China. Two weeks.â
âTwo weeks?â My eyes nearly fell out of my skull. âI canât take two weeks off of-â
âYn,â he cut me off, knowing I was going to spiral into a never ending list of reasons of 'why this and why that'. âItâs all been taken care of. All you have to do is pack a bag and get you cute ass in my car on Sunday morning. Donât worry about anything else.â
âBut-But Harvey⌠what the FUCK? WEâRE GOING TO CHINA? Oh my god, I have to call Donna.â
âCan you call Donna tomorrow? I have other things Iâd like to do before you go blabbering to her about how amazing and awesome I am for planning this.â
I eyed him suspiciously. âDonna planned this, didnât she?"
âShe did find the panda place. And the art festival. But everything else was my doing. You can applaud now.â Cocky, arrogant son of a bitch. My cocky, arrogant son of a bitch, but one nonetheless.
I looked at him, dumbfounded. He did all this for me, just because he had a crazy workload. I feel like it should be the opposite, me pampering him, congratulating him on his huge win. Not him fueling my book obsession and planning my dream trip.Â
But it was yet another reason I loved him more and more every day. He just did these things, without prompting. Without need. He felt like he was neglecting me, leading to⌠all of this.Â
We ate our dinner, chatting about anything other than the case. I asked about it, twice, and he completely side-stepped my attempt. I wanted to know, but if he didnât want to talk, I wouldnât push. I told him the plot of this terrible Mafia romance book I finished earlier in the week, and he listened to every grating, awful point I made about it. All with a dopey smile on his face.Â
Harvey cleared the plates, setting them in the sink. He brought more champagne, the strawberries and the cherries. In a calm silence, we devoured them, eyes raking over each other. I risked a look below the table, seeing just exactly where he wanted the next phase of the night to go.Â
âYou looking at it makes it worse, you know,â Harvey leaned back in his chair, my legs propped in his lap. He stroked his hand up and down, fingers dipping into one of the holes in my jeans.Â
âGood,â I smiled, a sinful intent in my eyes.Â
He looked from my smile to my eyes and back down. With a curse, he threw my legs off his lap and pulled my chair close to his. Harvey enveloped his mouth with mine, the sweet taste of chocolate mixed with the sour berry and tarte champagne. Every flavor on his tongue became my own.Â
I was in his lap the next second, legs folded against his thighs. Harvey kept me firmly planted. Steady. He wouldnât dare let me fall. I got lost in him, suddenly aware just how long it had been since I truly had him. Truly tasted him. Truly craved him.
He stood, taking me with him. The familiar route to our bedroom whirled by. I landed on the bed with a soft bounce, tugging on the collar of his shirt until he laid on top of me.
âSo demanding,â he whispered on my lips. I wrapped my legs around his hips to emphasize my need. âFuck⌠I love it when you get like this.â
âYou made me this way, Harvey,â I pleaded, eyes catching him.Â
âIâm sorry I havenât been able to give you what you deserve,â Harvey sighs. Itâs not heavy, but itâs noticeable. âLet me take care of you, Yn.â
âI just need you to-â
âI know, my love. Let me worship you. Treat you how you deserve. Youâve been so patient with me, now let me return the favor.â
Well, Iâd be stupid to deny him.
Delicately, he kissed down my torso, lifting my shirt over my head and throwing it for tomorrow's problem. He removed my socks, then my jeans. From ankle to knee, he kissed and bit my skin, making me squirm against the sheets.
Every nerve ending in my body was on fire, the tips of my fingers and toes pulsing with anticipation. With the last remaining pieces of my clothes gone, he spread my legs, kneeling to the ground.Â
The sight of Harvey Specter on his knees between my thighs was⌠empowering. Not that he hasnât tasted me with his tongue, Iâve just⌠always been on top. Never so⌠exposed.
A heady sigh left my lips, body going lax with the first pass of his tongue on me. I clenched my legs against his ears, muffling my whines. He pushed them against the mattress, eyes pinning me as he sank his teeth into the muscle of my thigh.Â
âYou know better than to hide those pretty moans from me, my love.â Yes, I do know better. âScream my fucking name if you want.â
I just might.Â
He made quick work of me, practiced movements easily sending me up and up and up. Heâd slow back down, torture me with more bruising marks on my thighs while I writhed and begged for him to let me release. I arched up off the bed when he added his fingers.
I was so close, a month's worth of pent up desire threatening me all at once. My mind and body were on fire. I couldnât hold off any longer. I chase that high, circling my hips against his face. His hands, firmly planted on my inner thighs, I shook, that month long ache finally subsiding before roaring back to life.Â
When I thought heâd stop, he kept going. Around and around and around his tongue went. Teasing and sending an endless supply of pleasure through my body.Â
âH-Harvey,â I gasped, my body up in flames over his never ending devotion.
âIâll stop when I want to. Fuck Yn, you taste so sweet. Almost as sweet as hearing you beg for me to let you cum. Can you take one more?â
Again, I nodded, content to let him spend however long he wanted at my aching core. My second release came much sooner than the first. He didnât bother teasing me, knowing it would ruin all his hard work if he stopped. With a few more sweeping passes, he licked me clean, sitting back on his heels to look at me. He wiped my cum off on the back of his hand, giving me a wicked grin.
âYou are so fucking beautiful, all laid out for me to do as I please,â Harvey said, beginning to strip.Â
âPlease Harvey, have me. Any way that you like.â
He chuckled, kneeling over me. âI will, but like I said, I want tonight to be all about you.â
âWell I want you to fuck me.â I am not very good at being subtle.Â
âHow can I deny you when you ask so nicely,â he purred, closing our lips together, I parted my legs for him, desperate for the friction of his body on mine. His chest, his stomach, his hands lacing with mine. I needed all of him all over me.Â
It didnât take long for him to slip inside me, every inch of him stretching me in the most desirable way. I hummed as he stilled, his need clear in the way his arms shook to keep still.Â
âMove, please please move,â I begged, threading my hand in his hair. With a reluctant drop of his head, he rolled his hips into mine, our bodies finally meeting in full.Â
âI was trying to be gentle,â he reasoned.Â
âFuck gentle, I need you. Iâve missed you so much.â
âI know my love, I know.â
With each thrust into me, a new sensation bubbled inside me. My toes curled, my back bowed, my eyes fluttered shut. He quickened his pace, heavy breaths falling from his lips into mine. His air was mine. Every muttered curse and moan and praise went straight through me. He needed me as much as I needed him.
~~~~~
With my mind not fully awake, I lazily fling myself off my stomach and onto my back. My arm knocked into something hard, and I squinted against the morning sun. Oh, Harvey.
âSorry,â I mumbled, crashing back down against the pillow.Â
He chuckled, kissing the hand that accidentally hit him in the face. âItâs okay.â
âAre you going into the office?â I asked, still keeping my eyes closed. Man this bed is so comfyâŚ
âNo?â He said, a question in his tone. âWhy would I?â
âWhy else are you up so early?â
âI was just looking at you, my love. Itâs been a while since Iâve just⌠looked at the love of my life. Taken the time to appreciate just how fucking stunning you are.â
My heart melted, a lovesick feeling welling up in my chest. I turned over, facing the handsome lawyer and grinned ear to ear. âIâm sure I look fabulous after last night.â
âYouâve never looked hotter. Lips swollen from mine, hair a mess from my hands⌠your body covered in my-â
âOkay,â I snatched his lips between my fingers, silencing his next words. âI did just wake up, at least let me shower before you destroy me again.â
âOnly if I can quote on quote destroy you in the shower before I cook you breakfast and fuck you again on the counter.â
My eyes snapped open, meeting his blown out pupils. âYou certainly have a vivid imagination forâŚâ I looked over at the clock on the side of the bed. â... eight thirty-seven AM.â
âWait till you find out Iâve been awake since six. With nothing to do but plot all the ways I could ruin you.â
I rolled my eyes playfully, offering my lips as a peace offering. He quickly accepted, kissing me deeply. âMan, I missed this.â
âMore than you could ever know.â

Saw the kissing list prompt and after reading 28 I immediately thought of Harvey x reader idk maybe itâs just me lol
Prompt: One person tracing the otherâs lips with a fingertip until they canât resist any longer, tilting their chin towards them for a kiss.
Warnings: Established relationship, smooches
"Sorry about that."
"It's alright."
"It won't happen again, I promise."
"It will, but that's okay," You teased. Harvey smiled grudgingly, giving a small nod as he sat back down in his chair, eyeing the retreating waiter's back.
"Everything okay?" You added.
"Fine. Mike ran into a complication, but it should be alright now. What'd you wind up getting?"
"Apple pie."
"Classic."
"What kind of complication?"
A grimace flitted across Harvey's lips as he folded his hands on the table. You rolled your eyes.
"I don't need all the gory details. Just a little hint?"
"Two words: Exculpatory evidence."
"Oh," Your eyes widened. "Yikes."
"Big yikes."
"If you need to goâ"
"Mike has it handled."
"Are you sure?"
"I'm sure." Harvey reached across the table, taking hold of your hand. "Wild horses couldn't drag me away right now."
"Well, touching Rolling Stones reference aside, if something happens and that changes, I get it."
"You think I'm going to let anything interrupt our anniversary dinner?"
You tipped your brows up slightly, and Harvey tacked on, "...Again?"
You chuckled, leaning back as the waiter returned with your slice of pie.
"Thanks," You smiled, taking up one of the forks and tucking in as Harvey did the same. He got two bites in before his eyes slipped shut, a groan humming past his lips.
"Is that the pie, or is your phone buzzing?"
"Both," He grumbled, fishing into his pocket with a frown. "I'm sorry."
"S'okay." You dug your fork into the slice, doing your best to focus on it instead of the hushed, irritated conversation happening on the other side of the table. You heard a heavy sigh, and you knew what was coming next.
"Go on," You urged.
"Babyâ"
"I know," You nodded, forcing a small smile as you met his eye again. "It's okay."
Harvey sighed, lips pressed into a thin line. "I'll be home late."
"Okay."
"I'll make it up to you."
You smiled a little, leaning up for a gentle kiss as he stood. You eyed the table as his footsteps retreated, tugging the piece of pie closer to yourself and poking at it with your fork. You could at least hold your annoyance until he was definitely out of the restaurant, right? Besides, you still had pie. You took a larger scoop of pie with a dollop of whipped cream on top and shoveling it in with a soft sigh. So much for a calm evening.
You heard approaching footsteps again, but assumed that it was the waiter, so you sat up just a little.
"I paid the check," Harvey's voice made you look up in surprise, "So don't worry about that."
"Oh. I could'veâ"
"I know you could've, but I wasn't going to let you."
Harvey's eyes wandered your face for a moment, and you frowned as his lips tipped up with a small, amused smile.
"What is it?" You asked.
"You've got a little..." Harvey trailed off, bracing on hand on the back of your chair as he raised the other to trace your lower lip gently. Your eyelashes fluttered as the tip of his thumb dipped into your mouth, and your tongue gently lapped at the smear of whipped cream. His eyes lowered to the swell of your lips, fingers curling around your jaw as he tipped your chin up for another kiss. You parted your lips, letting your eyes slide shut as his mouth worked tenderly against yours. You raised your hand to curl in his hair, smiling against his lips as he groaned softly again, then broke your kiss.
"Was that the taste of the whipped cream, or is your phone buzzing again?" You teased.
"You, baby," He murmured. "That was all you."

The Trials of Dating in Secrecy
Pairing: Harvey Specter x Reader
Word count: 2,374
Warnings: Discussion, yelling, some angst, workplace romance, nudity, and verbal sexual harassment (all very light).
Summary: Okay, so this one features a bit of work issues (workplace romance), and a bit of jealous!Harvey + Harvey taking care of his girl, as requested by Anon.
Disclaimer: I donât own the show Suits, or its characters, also not associated with it in any way, or know anyone involved with it.
A/N: Well this is the first request I took and Iâll admit that it was a bit challenging, not cause it was particularly hard but because I wasnât super inspired at first, nor did I have the time. Though, now, I think it worked? Idk, donât feel like this was my best work either but feel free to leave some feedback, and thanks for reading!

âSeriously, Harvey!â You let out annoyed. âI think I should probably go home now,â you said, thinking that if you did go home you could keep yourself from saying something you might regret later.Â
âOh, really? So now you're mad at me because Iâm simply asking a bit more of this relationship?â He asked, looking ready to have a full-on fight.
âNo, Harvey! What Iâm actually upset about is how youâre making today all about yourself and your needs, when Iâm the one going through it all!â You really didnât wanna shout but the little bit of patience you had left vanished when his questions reminded you of the little stunt heâd pulled today.
Earlier that day, at the firm, you had been giving a consult to a prospective client on an intellectual property lawsuit he may be looking at and the guy seemed a bit disinterested in his own situation, giving you â and by you, you mean your body â most of his attention. But that was fineish, it was a regular occurrence, being a young woman in that field, so you didnât really mind it anymore, at this point â after all, ignoring the occasional sexual harassment was usually the easiest route to advancing in your career. The problem was that the man started interrupting your professional analysis to hit on you, and eventually, he reached for your forearm, caressing it as he spoke. And that was exactly when Harvey, the man youâd secretly been dating for about 7 months now, decided to walk into your office. As he entered your office, you yanked your arm out of the manâs grasp but you couldnât shut him up just as quickly, so your boyfriend got there just in time to hear a âSo, if you really like yourself a sturdy stallion,â he pointed at a framed picture of you riding a horse on the wall behind you, âyou should ride mine, someday. If you know what I mean,â he finalized with a wink, and how on Earth could you â or anyone hearing that â not know what he meant when he had said it so suggestively?Â
âWhat did you just say to her?â Harveyâs voice came sharply, indicating he was about to get into a fistfight with the man who was probably not going to be your client now.
âOh, weâre just chatting about- uh, who are you, again?â The shorter guy had the nerve to ask.
After that, Harvey was so quick to hoist the man up from the chair in front of you, by the collar of his dress shirt, that you didnât even have time to react before he started punching the guy right in the face.
âIâm her boyfriend, thatâs who I am! And you will be out of here before I take you out myself.â The man didnât fall backward solely because Harvey had a hold on him, still, so he just stared at the other attorney in shock. âWhat are you looking at? Get out!â Harvey shouted once again, tossing the man towards your office door.
After that, you tried calming Harvey down but you barely had any time for it before Jessica and Louis barged into your office, revolted by their partnerâs behavior and asking what had gotten into him to attack a prospective client like that.
âThe prick was propositioning my-â But you cut him off before he could complete his sentence.
âHe was harassing me during the meeting, and Harvey walked in and heard it, and, as a good colleague, he wanted to defend my honor, I guess,â you said with a short, humorless laugh while making air quotes with your fingers.
âA good colleague?â The tall senior partner asked quietly, hurt pooling in his eyes.
âWell⌠Thatâs terrible but you know better than to do this, Harvey,â Jessica told him.
âYou know, Iâd never thought Iâd see the day you would act like such a caring gentleman for anyone, Specter,â Louis added, as always, eager to make things worse. âAnd, (y/n), at the very least you need to reach out to that man and take him out to an apology dinner. Because you are well aware of how important it is for you to get more clients.â
âYes, I-â You stopped what you were saying mid-sentence because the man you loved was storming out of your office and all you wanted to do was chase after him.
âAnd now youâre gonna let him get off with that shit he pulled this easy?â Louis shouted, obviously trying to be heard by Harvey too. âI mean, this firm is turning into a complete mess, Jessica! Itâs like you canât control your office anymore! A junior partner who barely has her own clients and a senior partner battering prospective clients? Weâre gonna go bankrupt like this, if not sued for malpractice altogether! And-â
âLouis, will you shut up, for Godâs sake? Iâm the managing partner and Iâll deal with both of them. Now go and let me talk to (y/n) alone!â Your boss responded, making you apprehensive about the conversation you were about to have with her.
As he left the room, Jessica motioned for you to sit on the couch with her. â(y/n), first of all, are you okay? Because if that man did something to you, thenâŚâ
âNo, no! The harassment was just verbal,â not that that made it any better, you thought to yourself. âHarvey intervened before it could get to that.â
âRight. Well, thatâs a relief.â She paused for an instant, giving one of those smiles she used when she was going to convince you of something unpleasant. âNow, as much as it pains me to admit it, Louis is right. You need more clients. I didnât think itâd be good to tell you this after our conversation but the board has been pressuring me about making personnel cuts. Directed mostly to the partners who arenât producing much. And you know that I like your work, and see your value to the company but those old men in suits only care about numbers, so if you donât manage to bring in a new client by the end of the week⌠I am going to push for you to go after that manâs account again. Using whatever means necessary.â She declared, still sporting that smile. âAre we clear?â
At that, a defeated âYes, Jessicaâ was all you could mutter. And then she left. And all you could think about was how youâd somehow managed to screw up both your professional and personal life, all at once.
Leaving work that day, after setting up four meetings with potential clients for the following days, all you could think about was making up with Harvey, so you went to his place to talk. And thatâs how you got to the argument you were having now. He was upset about the whole âgood colleagueâ thing and you were upset because you could have handled the situation without burning that bridge with the guy, which was multiplied by ten when you remembered that you were on deadline to get more clients â something you hadnât told Harvey.
âMaking it all about-â Heâd started saying angrily but stopped himself and his voice instantly took on a soft, caring tone, âwait, what do you mean youâre going through it all?â
Now you realized what youâd said.
âUh, I meant nothing. I was just being dramatic, is all,â you stated unconvincingly.
âNo, that doesnât make any sense. If anyone is dramatic in this relationship, itâs me and we both know it,â he said, making you crack a small smile, thinking of how right he was. âSo tell me, honey, whatâs going on?â
âI, um, Iâm being encouraged, or, better said, ordered to expand my client list.â There, youâd said it.
âWhat? Why?â
âYou know why, Harvey. You just canât be a partner at the firm if you donât bring enough money in.â You told him, defeated.
âBut⌠but youâre so good! You bring such good attention to the companyâs name, your clients might actually be more satisfied with your work than mine, and they are very satisfied with my work,â he said matter-of-factly with a grin on his face.
âYeah, maybe. But you might not know this because you've always been a man and Jessicaâs protĂŠgĂŠ but for the rest of us, women trying to be successful at Pearson, the bar is just much higher, babe. And they're threatening to take away my partnership, maybe even my job altogether, if I don't get it done,â you finally finished your confession with teary eyes, even though you didnât want to cry about it.
âThatâs⌠thatâs just unacceptable!â He let out, running his hands through his hair, âDid- does Jessica know about that? Because I can-â He tried to go on with his speech but you cut him off.
âShe knows, Harvey. She says she likes my work but her hands are tied.â You let him know, sighing a little.
âBut⌠thatâs not⌠that doesnât make any sense! Itâs just not like Jessica to give in like thatâŚâ Harvey commented, starting to look defeated as well.
âMaybe when itâs about someone like you. But with me? She might not even be trying all that hard.â To which he responded with a mischievous glint in his eyes, perking up.
âThen, Iâll talk to her! Iâll tell her that, if she doesnât secure your place in the company, Iâm going to start listening to those offers I get all the time!â He said smiling widely this time.
âHarvey! You canât do that!â
âWhy not?â
âBecause itâd be incredibly stupid, and unprofessional, and-â You didnât wanna finish your sentence but you had to. âAnd, that way, sheâll know.â
âKnow?â
âAbout us. That weâre dating,â you finished sighing again.
âSheâll kn-â he stopped mid-sentence, full of disbelief. âAnd whatâs so wrong with that?â
âHarveyâŚâ
âNo, donât âHarveyâ me, (y/n)! If you donât want me to help because itâd be unprofessional, then thatâs okay. I can understand that. But what exactly are you trying to tell me, huh? That our relationshipâs never gonna see the light of day? Or are you trying to break up with me?â That last question came out of him in such a low tone you could barely believe had come from him.
âNo! Of course I donât wanna break up-â
âThen tell me what do you want? Because I donât understand why I canât tell the world that Iâm your boyfriend. I donât get whatâs so wrong about your boyfriend telling off a prick who canât keep his hands to himself around another manâs woman-â
âDo you seriously think now is a good time to be possessive?â
âOh, honey, I am possessive by nature. Especially around you,â he stated coming closer to where you were standing. And you could do nothing but welcome his warmth, after all, itâd been a long day.
As you stepped fully into his embrace and rested your head on his chest, you told him âI love you, Harvey. I donât wanna break up with you. And I want you to tell the world that Iâm your girlfriend, even Jessica,â hearing that, his eyes lit up. âBut, as much of a prick as that man was, you need to understand that I can handle myself and that you need to give me space to make my own way at work, just like you made yours.â
âYouâre right.â
âI know,â you joked, trying to shrug your shoulders at him.
âAnd I wonât try to interfere at work anymore. But donât think that Iâm just gonna stand around doing nothing if I see someone trying to mess with my girl again.â
âWell, that-â
âIâm not done yet,â he said, silencing you in an instant, âyou should also know that, when youâre home with me, youâre mine to take care of.â
âYeah? And how exactly do you plan on doing that?â You asked him with a smug smile.
His only response was swiftly picking you up and taking you to his suiteâs bathroom, where he gently sat you down on the edge of the tub, just to start running the hot water into the bath heâd already filled with delicious-smelling bathing salts. âWait here, baby.â
A bit later he came back carrying some candles he started lighting with one of the matches from a box he had in his other hand.
âWhat are you doing, Harv?â
âJust come over here,â he said after having spread the candles all throughout his spacious bathroom. They were scented too, you noticed. The second you reached him, though, instead of holding you close, he started taking off your clothes, slow and gentle, piece by piece. Which he followed up with little kisses all over your now bare skin. After being satisfied with his work of making you forget everything, he picked you up again and, this time, carefully dipped you into the bathtub. âNow, you just lay back and relax, darling.â
âYouâre not joining me?â You asked him hopefully.
âNo, Iâm taking care of your dinner,â right after he left, though, one of your favorite songs started playing softly on a speaker heâd set somewhere.
You probably dozed off in that tub, because before you knew it you were being held by your boyfriend in his bed, still completely naked. âHey.â
âGood morning beautiful,â he greeted you with a grin, âyou know, you were taking so long to wake up, that I was starting to think that the breakfast I made you was gonna get cold.â
âWait a second, last night you were making me dinner and this morning you made me breakfast⌠two for two! Whatâs happening to you?â You asked, giggling like a child.
âNothing, nothing! Itâs just⌠I told you, at home, I take care of you, thatâs all.â He told you while he guided you out of the bed, handing you one of his shirts altogether.Â
âYou know, you keep saying âat homeâ but this isnât really our homeâŚâ As you put on his dress shirt, you followed him towards his living room.Â
âIt could beâŚâ And thatâs when you saw a set of keys at the dinner table by the cutlery.

Warnings: Angst, Harvey being mean
âHey handsome,â Y/n said, a small smile tugging at the corner of her lips as she looked at the man she loved, whoâd recently been working himself to the bone for his new client.Â
âHey baby,â Harvey greeted back, looking up momentarily to smile at her before his eyes went straight back to the paperwork in front of him.
Her smile fell slightly.Â
This case had been a nightmare, and the client had been nothing but an arrogant, pain in the ass.
For the last month, Harvey had been working diligently on this case, but the last few weeks were when things got really stressful.Â
She didnât know why. She couldnât know why. Client Confidentiality and all, but sheâd seen a change in Harvey.Â
And this last week had been the tipping point, all heâd done for the past week was work; heâd barely even slept, and it showed, he was snappy with pretty much everyone, Louis, Mike even DonnaâŚof course Donna and Mike understood why, this case was huge for not just Harvey but for the firm too, but he needed a break.Â
Y/n tried to never intervene with Harveys work, she knew better than anyone how a case could take over ones life, she had fallen victim to it more than a few times, allowing the case and the clients to take precedence over everything else, including herself and Harvey was always there by her side, to pull her out of the work sheâd buried herself in so deeply.Â
Now it was her turn to do the same for him.Â
To help him the way heâd always helped her.Â
âItâs late,â she continued as she made her way into his office, stopping just a few inches away from his desk, âWe should go home.â
Harvey leaned back in his chair, a small sigh falling from his lips as he once again pulled his eyes away from his paperwork to look at Y/n, the dark circles under his eyes evident now that she was closer to him.Â
âYou go, Iâm gonna stay here,âÂ
âHarv-â
âIâm okay,â he assured her; with a smile she knew was fake.Â
Harvey was not someone who got stressed easily, in all the years sheâd known him, sheâd rarely known it to happen, and of course he would never admit that he âthe great Harvey Specterâ was in fact stressed and exhausted.Â
âNo youâre not,â she stated softly, moving around the desk so that she was standing next to Harvey.Â
Two lawyers dating was never easy, the long hours, the schedules, it was hard to spend quality time together but theyâd always managed it, no matter what was happening at work.Â
She missed him. She missed how his fingers would brush against her waist when he held her close, missed the forehead kisses he would give her just as she was falling to sleep, missed hearing his laugh when theyâd watch a shitty comedy show; she missed being close to him.Â
She knew it was selfish, but she couldnât help how she felt.
Being this close to him, she saw how big and dark the circles under his eyes were; if she had the strength sheâd just pick him up and remove him from the office, take him home and let him rest. But she was not that strong, so she was going to have to work on trying to persuade him.
She reached her arm out to him, placing her hand on his cheek, caressing it softly,âHow long has it been since youâve slept?â
A few moments of silence passed, before Harvey pressed a soft kiss on the palm of her hand, Y/n thought that meant that he was listening to her and that he was going to come home with her and get some much needed rest.Â
That was until Harveys hand lightly grabbed her wrist and placed it back into her lap.Â
âIâve got work to do,â he replied simply, turning his attention back to his paperwork.Â
Y/n took a deep breath, trying to work out what she could say to him that wouldnât aggravate him and would get him to listen to her.
âHarvey, you need to sleep,â she pointed out, the worry in her eyes growing with every moment that passed between them.Â
âI do sleep,â he answered bluntly; his tone catching Y/n off guard completely.Â
âNot for more than a few hours you donât,â she challenged back, it was going to take more then his blunt tone to make her leave.
Why wouldnât he just listen to her? Why couldnât he see that all she was trying to do was help? Why did he have to be so difficult?
âIâm fin-â
âNo youâre not,â
âSorry, when did you become a therapist?â He snapped, the fury in his eyes evident as he looked at her once more, âI said Iâm fine and I meant itâÂ
âLook, I know youâre tired but you canât keep snapping at people like this,â she reasoned, or at least attempted to. Y/n knew if he kept going on like this, he would end up making an enemy of everyone in his firm.
âI will snap at anyone who interrupts me from doing my goddamn work, and that includes you,âÂ
âYouâre not going to get any work done unless you rest properly,â she was trying so hard to keep her cool, to keep calm, he was exhausted and stressed, he was just snapping at her because she was there.Â
But she could feel her anger slowly beginning to build; she knew how he felt, she understood why he was acting and talking the way he was, but it didnât mean it didnât still hurt.Â
âWell youâre always pretty well rested and Iâm still a better lawyer than you,â
That. That comment felt like a slap in the face to Y/n.Â
She took a deep breath, trying to calm herself down and stop herself from lashing out and adding fuel to an already growing fire.Â
âHarvey-âÂ
She didnât get a chance to finish her sentence, before he was already talking again, his pupils dilated and his tone harsh, âWhat? You want me to apologize for telling the truth? Thereâs a reason you work at Rand, Kaldor and Zayne and not here,â
And that was the tipping point. To get snappy at her was one thing, but to mock where she worked, her profession that she worked so hard for was another thing entirely.Â
She wanted to shout back at him and she was going to, until she realised there was no point; all her shouting would do would cause an argument, one where they just took cheap shots at each other until one of them said something they couldnât come back from.Â
She wasnât going to do that.Â
She didnât have the energy.Â
So she walked towards the door of Harveyâs office; only turning around to look at him and say one simple sentence. Her voice was a calm as she could get it, but it still had a hint of anger laced in it, âYou know why I donât work here,âÂ
And then she left Harvey.
Alone in his office.Â
And Y/n tried not to let her anger turn into tears as she headed towards the elevator, leaving the firm.

Harvey's Million Dollar Smile
Summary: Harvey's smile makes your heart flutter.
Pairing: Harvey Specter x Reader
Word count: 254
Author's note: inspired by this.
Masterlist
Those damned brown eyes burned within you in a way you knew it'd leave you marked forever. His million-dollar smile tugged at the corner of his lips, and for the first time, you wondered, really wondered what'd be like to have Harvey Specter at his damn knees for you.
"Cat got your tongue, sweetheart?" he teased, chastising you with his deep voice. Your brain short-circuited for an embarrassing amount of time, and you bit the inside of your cheek, looking away. Harvey's grin widened. "C'mon, Y/N, what's inside that pretty little head of yours? Finally taking in on how handsome I am?"
'Yes!' your mind screamed. You swallowed down hard and he knew. He knew it was exactly it. You were successfully charmed by him.
"I just noticed your hairline doesn't match your face." You said lowly, the stupidity of your childish jab surprising not only him but you as well. His chuckle caught you off guard, a beautiful sound accompanied by an even prettier smirk.
"That's the best you could come up with?" He smiled at you, his chin resting on his fist. "You know what I think?"
'No, I don't. And I don't wanna know, ever.' "What?"
"I think you're breathtaking. Devastatingly beautiful. And the way you look at me... Like I'm a pretty toy your mom won't buy you... It's mesmerizing." His voice was raspy, as he stared at your plump lips.
A light scoff left you. "You think I want you that much?"
"I'd bet my career on it."

More Than You Know
Harvey Specter x Reader
Harvey had been in one of his moods today, and the whole firm knew it. Pretty much everyone had left him alone, letting him deal with whatever had gotten into him on his own. Donna, however, had a better plan. She dialed your number, watching Harvey work in his office as she waited for you to pick up.
Donna was the only person at the firm that you had met, only having been in a relationship with Harvey for around 6 months. If it were up to Harvey, you wouldâve met everyone he knew the second you agreed to a first date with him, but you were a bit more apprehensive and wanted to keep your relationship all to yourselves for a while. He was fine with this and would never pressure you to do anything you werenât comfortable with, but on the inside he was absolutely dying to show you off to everyone. Donna knew this conundrum of his, and figured it couldnât hurt to work some of her magic.
âHey Donna! Whatâs up?â You answered cheerfully. You adored Donna.
âHey girl, I was calling to ask a favor. Really itâs a favor for the whole firm, actually.â She twirled the cord to the phone between her fingers, still keeping an eye on Harveyâs door.
âUhh, sure? Is everything okay?â You asked nervously.
âOh yeah everythingâs fine, itâs just⌠Harveyâs had a... rough morning and I thought it might cheer him up if you could stop by and surprise him with lunch? If youâre not busy, that is.â
You smiled, the idea that Donna thought maybe you could lift his mood with your presence made your heart nearly burst. This fact alone overrode any nerves you had about meeting his colleagues prior to now.
âOf course, I can be over there in a little bit!â You said happily.
Donna smiled, breathing a sigh of relief. She mentally thanked the universe that she only had to deal with Harveyâs foul mood for a little bit longer.
It was only about an hour later when you were exiting the elevators at Harveyâs firm, passing the metallic names on the wall and smiling softly when you saw Harvey's. You walked up to the reception desk, a little nervously.
âUh, hi! Iâm here to see-â
"Y/N!" You heard a woman exclaim from behind you. You turned to see Donna's smiling face, eager to be the first one to greet you. She gave you a big hug before whisking you through the halls of the firm. You got polite smiles from various employees, who surely thought you were just another client. Aside from Donna, Harvey hadn't told anyone he was in a relationship. If you weren't comfortable meeting anyone yet, he didn't want to deal with any questions regarding you until that time came.
She walked you to Harvey's office, knocking on the door.
"Yes Donna?" He asked, not looking up from his work.
"I have someone here to see you, it seems pretty important." she told him, her voice feigning urgency. She left the room before he looked up, smiling to herself that she'd pulled this off.
"I'm kind of busy, can they wai-Y/N?â He cut himself off, shock evident in his voice. You smiled at him, giving a little wave before he walked over to you and wrapped you in a huge hug.
âHi baby, surprise!â You whispered in his ear.
âHi love, what are you doing here? I mean, not that Iâm not happy to see you but⌠I just thoughtâŚâ he trailed off, and you knew what he was getting at.
You shook your head, smiling brightly.
âIâm ready.â You told him, placing your hands on his chest. âPlus, I wanted to take you out to lunch!â
The look of happiness on his face was something you wished you could frame and look at forever.
"Well come on then, I have a couple things to take care of, but after that I want you to meet everyone." He said with a proud smile, placing a hand on your back and walking you out of his office.
As Harvey took you on the grand tour meeting his colleagues and the associates, you couldn't help but smile at how sweet Harvey was being, checking a few times to make sure you were still comfortable and sneaking a few kisses when he thought nobody was looking.
"Wow Harvey, I have to say, this is a side of you I never thought I'd see" Mike said, visibly shocked as he watched Harvey tenderly kiss the top of your head, an arm around your waist while you chatted with Rachel.
"What can I say, she's something special" He said, looking down at you with a grin. You pretended not to hear their conversation as you continued your own, but your heart fluttered as you realized just how much Harvey loved you.
Later on at lunch, Harvey mused about how happy he was that he finally got to show you off.
"Everyone loved you, I hope this means that you'll come around and visit me at work more often." He couldn't stop smiling. "What changed your mind, if you don't mind me asking?"
"Donna called and told me you were having a rough day, and thought maybe I could help. Did it work?"
"More than you know, gorgeous."

New York has always been close to your heart; the uninviting atmosphere, the people that walked past and refused to look back. A hoodie and some sunglasses were the only things needed to remain unknown. "One bagel cream cheese filling, please." You smiled.
This was your favorite bagel place, the cart always found itself standing in front of a corporate building â how wonderful it must be for these employees to eat yummy bagels after a long day of work. "You want any juice with that?" Nathan asks while jotting down your order. "Are you serious?" You scoff and he responds with a chuckle.
"Wait on the side," he says methodically.
You placed your hands in of your pockets, warming your palms against the coldness that surrounded you. After spending the majority of your developmental years in tropical countries, your body has refused to acclimate to the american weather.
Thus, leading to this feeling of coldness.
I hope that Nathan makes my order faster, you thought, not willing to wait another minute outside.
"The regular," a male voice says. You lift your gaze, locking eyes with the man standing in front of you. He has beautiful blonde hair (a weird hairstyle), a manly physique - and he was obviously sharper than the younger chaps standing around you. He was wearing a custom-made suit - silk blend...and he was staring at you.
You looked away.
I hope he didn't recognize me. Of course he wouldn't. I've got to stop being such a narc, you fought with your inner demons.
He was standing beside you at this point. You turned to look at him again, and fuck. He was still staring at you. "Is there something on my face?" Your eyebrows merged together. He shakes his head.
"Y/N L/N." He says your real name.
The way that he uttered your name, the intonation of his voice... "Harvey Specter." You answered with a smile on your face. An old friend â although, you couldn't quite call him a friend. He was someone that you relied on back during your days in Harvard, but then again, you only spent a year in that university. "I can't believe that you already forgot about me," Harvey cracks a smile.
"No, I didn't forget about you. You just look different." Your eyes narrowed. You've never seen him wear this sharp of a suit before. On his first day on campus, he wore this outrageous suit with a skinny tie, and you proceeded to call him 'skinny tie' the entire year. "And you haven't aged a day," he flirts â his charisma untested by time.
"Some things never change, eh." Your smile deepens. "- matter of fact, I thought that you were the one who forgot about me. You didn't return any of my letters, and you didn't accept my myspace request." You confronted him, a bit of your heart wondering why he didn't reach out.
"I've been busy," he informs. "- remember Jessica? I'm working for her now, Junior Partner, Pearson Hardman." He says.
Being a lawyer was the only thing that he wanted in this life. Harvey liked the smell of blood in the water. It made you happy to see him where he wanted to be. "Congratulations. That sounds amazing Harvs!" You placed a hand on his shoulder.
"Bagel for Teresa!" Nathan says your name wrong again. "I'll see you in another day. By the way! This is my phone number, call me." You winked while walking up to the counter to retrieve your order.
He waves goodbye at you, while pocketing the call card.
Harvey holds the warm bagel in his left hand, while playing with the call card on his left.
THERESĂ MARQUINA +XXXXXXXXXX William Morris Entertainment
He remembers the first day that he met you. Both of you were running late for Professor Gerard's class, no doubt, sweating balls; because the professor's name has only been uttered around campus in hushed whispers. He was renowned for not giving A's, and being cruel when it came to his grading system.
He was someone that you couldn't risk offend. He was quite particular about tardiness. You smiled at him, walked hand-in-hand through those intimidating doors - swallowed the sermon beside him, and he found himself having a slight crush on you.
It was rare to see a beautiful, kind, and smart person. God normally grants a person one of those three things, but seldom all. You gave him all of your notes, helped him through torts and explaining all the labor laws in New York. Just when he was about to confess his feelings, you suddenly told him that you were shifting to another school. Juilliard to Major in Fine Arts.
You were moving to New York. He was in Cambridge. It wasn't going to work so he held his tongue. He let you slip away, and after graduation he figured that what he felt for you was nothing but the caprice of his youth. He's all but forgotten about you, until today.
"When are you going to eat that bagel, Harvey?" He hears Donna's voice through the small intercom. "Have long have you been watching me?" He asks a question. He sees Donna roll her eyes through the glass window. "Give her a call. I'm sure she'll pick up." Donna makes another smart guess.
Donna knows everything.
"Do you even know who she is?" Harvey raises an eyebrow. If Donna finds out, then she'll totally freak out. After all, she was the one that told him to watch Pretty Woman.
"Boy loves girl. Girl gives boy her number. What more should I know?" Donna shrugs. "If you say so..." Harvey switches off the intercom.
You slowly unraveled the foil away from your bagel. "Finally," you breathed while taking a long awaited bite. "What the fuck," you groaned realizing that there was no filling inside your bagel. It's basically a bread at this point! Why eat a bagel if it's going to taste like absolute nothing.
"Fuck, maybe Harvey got my order." You placed the bagel down. Slowly, reaching for your phone inside your left pocket. "Damn, I should have asked for his number." You tell yourself.
Suddenly, your phone starts ringing. It was an unknown number.
"Hello, this better be Harvey." You pick up.
He responds with an amused chuckle.
"Nope, I found this number on a bathroom wall." He teased. "Ha ha, very funny." You scoffed. Your eyes suddenly landing on that boring excuse of a bagel with no fillings. "- have you eaten your bagel yet?" You asked. Was it too late for a switch? Yes, I've already taken a bite.
"Nope, I'm about to." He says.
"I think we messed up our orders. I got this boring excuse of a bagel with no fillings." You played with the sesame seeds on top of the bread. "Oh are you insulting my order?" He raised an eyebrow. "Yes, there's no cream cheese or peanut butter or banana in here. Respectfully, this is worst than wheat bread." You groaned.
"I'm sorry that my order is ... vanilla. Not everyone is like you." He jested in return, earning a slight giggle from you.
"Why did you call, by the way?" You inquired.
"I was wondering if you wanted to go and eat dinner with me. We have a lot of catching up to do, only if a few hours is enough to cover all that's happened in ten years?" His eyebrows merged together. He was beginning to sound like Harvey from before - the one that strived to be the best version of himself, before the reality of this world was made evidently clear.
"If it's not enough, we can always schedule a part two." You hummed.
"Where will we meet?" You asked, looking at your empty schedule.
"Send me your address, and I'll send my driver."
"I'll send my driver, okay fancy pants."
You take a deep breath, staring at your reflection through the mirror.
Is it a date?
"Fuck," you cursed while combing through your hair.
Harvey is just a friend. An old friend rediscovered in a world filled of people who wanted to use you for their own benefit. In a fast paced world, it is easy to let go of relationships â to be numb when it comes to abandonment because everyone always moves forward, or back.
You slip on the AlaĂŻa dress that you bought years prior. Harvey didn't specify if the restaurant that you were going to was casual or formal, therefore you chose a dress that was carefully sitting in the middle. If it was a casual affair then you'd slip in a black YSL jacket. If it was formal then you'd put on the earrings that were carefully hiding in your bag's pockets.
You could only hope that the paparazzi wouldn't be snapping pics.
"Thank you for inviting me to dinner." You pressed a kiss to his cheek, inhaling his scent of expensive cologne. "- it's been a tough year," you added while settling on the couch in front of him.
Everyone was dressed to the nines; and it seemed to you that Harvey was permanently attached to his suits. "I've not been updated. I'm sorry." He handed you the special menu while taking sip of wine. "- but I did watch that film of yours. My secretary recommended it." He informed with a smile on his face.
"Which one? Don't tell me it was First Daughter." Your eyebrows merged together. That movie was particularly difficult to film. "No, it as Pretty Woman. I might say, Richard Gere is a fine man." His eyes narrowed and a small laugh escapes your mouth.
You continued talking after that - the waiter delivered your meals. You both had pasta. A dish that you bonded with Harvey in the first year. He has never been blessed with skill in cooking, so you always popped up in his condo (that Jessica paid for) to make meals.
As the laughter died down, you took a deep breath.
"For what it's worth. I made the right choice choosing Juilliard, but gods did I miss our friendship." You confessed. "- it wasn't the same. I did make some friends but we were all in over our head trying to impress the next producer, the next director, the next casting agent. It was physically exhausting that I began to miss the mental exhaustion of studying law." You chuckled, taking a bite of your pasta.
"You never did tell me the reason why you left - or why you chose to be an actress instead of being a lawyer." Harvey says.
"I told you that it was my dream to become a lawyer, but along the lines I realized that it wasn't really what I wanted. I was just doing what my parents were telling me to do." You paused.
"How did you tell your father that?" He chuckles, aware of your father's strict demeanor. "I told him that it didn't matter if I was going to live in a smaller house, with a smaller car, and a simpler life. I wanted to do something that made me happy. It didn't matter if I had to scrape my knees trying to make it movie to movie. I just wanted to be able to film." You continued.
"- thanks to my parents support, I'm fucking famous." You added.
Harvey's eyes drift to the figure behind you.
You turned to look, and it was a man with his phone out. Recording. "Oh, it happens." Your face suddenly turns stoic. Aware that someone was watching - and that you needed to act appropriately. "I can't believe this shit is legal in our country," Harvey rolls his eyes.
"Sometimes, I just want to go and break their phones." You whispered.
"Destruction of Property." Harvey smirks. "- I'd like to add assault to that list." He says, standing up and walking towards the man.
"I've done that before, actually." You smile.
"Wanna do it again?" He offered.
theresèmarquina: Thank you for the wonderful dinner & for getting that man to delete his 'paparazzi' pictures of me. I didn't look good in that angle. You are 100% NYC's best closer @harveyspecterlaw

gotthatflow: NOTICE ME THERESE !!
DonnaPaulsen: @harveyspecterlaw
Donna places the stack of files on Harvey's desk loudly. He raises an eyebrow, noticing her annoyed demeanor. "I found out through social media. I can't believe that you didn't tell me!" Donna raises her voice. It was the first time in a very long time that Donna lost her cool.
"You didn't ask," Harvey shrugs, signing a few contracts.
"Theresè Marquina is literally every woman's favorite actress. Pretty Woman, First Daughter, Noting Hill! She's literally who I want to be when I grow up." Donna paced back and forth.
How was it possible that this flew under her radar? She was Donna for god's sake. She knows everything. "I didn't think that it was that serious." Harvey pretended to be unbothered. "How did you even manage to date her?" Donna suddenly asks.
Harvey's face relaxes, then tenses up.
"I'm not dating her." Harvey groaned. "Why the hell are you not?" Donna looked behooved. "- because we are just friends, Donna." Harvey cleared up, while placing some of the files inside the drawers.
"Wait a minute," Donna takes a deep breath. Everything was starting to make sense. "She's the girl from Harvard." She accuses. Harvey frowns. "How the hell do you know about that?" He queries.
"When we were still working in the DA. I got you drunk - and you couldn't stop talking about this girl who left you in Harvard. You kept rambling on and on about how you were in love with her." Donna remembers. Of course, she remembers everything.
"Donna, get the hell out of my office." Harvey groans.
"I'm not telling you to go out there and tell her that you love her, or loved her. I just want to say that yesterday, while you were talking to her - I saw the real Harvey." She informs, walking out of his office before he can say another thing about her getting out.

CALM IN THE STORM| H.SPECTER
Pairing: Harvey Specter x Wife!reader
Summary: The entire firm knew how temperamental Harvey Specter was and whenever he was in one of those moods, they knew it was going to be a painful day, until they found the only thing that could calm him down.
Warnings: none.
Suits Master List
Harvey Specter could be described as many things; arrogant, rude, uptight, stone-faced and most certainly hot headed. It wasnât hard to piss him off but it was certainly difficult to calm him down and once his mood was ruined the entire day was doomed.
It was quite frankly anyoneâs worst day whenever Harvey wasnât in a good mood because they always took the brunt of it and there was no way to fix it.
Or so they thought.
If there was one thing anyone would say about Donna Paulsen, it was that she knew everything, which meant she knew exactly what would calm Harvey Specter down.
His wife.
Y/N Specter wasnât a lawyer, she was an aerospace engineer which was just as, if not more impressive than being a lawyer and Harvey Specter worshipped the ground she walked on.
After watching Mike Ross leave Harveyâs office with near tears streaming down his face, Donna had enough and picked up the phone.
Y/Nâs attention was momentarily drawn away from her computer at the sound of her office phone ringing but continued looking through data as she answered "Y/N Specter speaking."
A sigh of relief was heard through the line before Donnaâs voice filtered through. "Y/N! Thank god! I donât know what the hell is up Harveyâs arse today but heâs nearly made Mike cry three times and itâs only 10 oâclock, can you please come and save us," her husbandâs secretary practically begged.
Y/N smiled, leaning back in her chair, work forgotten. This wasnât the first time she had received a phone call like this and she found it hilarious just how much her husband built within people, he was a real softy around her.
Luckily for her, she had a lot of freedom in her role, she had proven herself for many years before that she was now able to come and go from work as she pleased, being fully trusted that no matter how often she was hear her work was always done.
"I wonât be long," she said before hanging up, not wasting time in grabbing her things to make her way to her husbandâs workplace.
As she walked towards her husbands office, Y/N bit down her laughter as she saw the obvious signs of relief on everyoneâs faces as she walked by.
"Y/N you have no idea how happy I am to see you," Donna greeted her as she approached her desk, "Heâs miserable in there."
Y/N looked through the glass into her husbands office and found that the redhead was telling the truth, the heavy frustration on her husbandâs face was hard to miss.
She gave Donna a smile before making her way into Harveyâs office.
The man sighed heavily hearing his office door open, not looking up from the case file open in front of him. âI thought I said I didnât want to be disturbed.â
Y/N smiled, âand does that include me?â
Harveyâs head snapped up at the sweet, smooth tone of his wifeâs voice, feeling the tension in his shoulders deflate just from her presence. "Y/N?â
âHey handsome." She smirked slightly, walking around his desk, he turned in his chair just as she stood in front of him.
He looked up at her in the same way he always did, there was nothing but pure love in those eyes, âWhat are you doing here?"
Y/N smiled lovingly at him, stepping forward to stand between his legs, wrapping her arms around the back of his head. âYouâre scaring your colleagues.â
Harvey rolled his eyes, sitting up to rest his hands on her waist. âTheyâre ridiculous.â
Y/N hummed, âmaybe, but how could I deny the chance to come and see you?â
âFair point, I can understand the struggle of not seeing my handsome face for a couple hours,â Harvey replied, dead serious, smiling as his wife rolled her eyes and gave him a gentle slap to the shoulder.
âWhatâs got you all worked up, darling?â She asked.
Harvey released a deep breath, sparing a glance to the case sitting open on his desk. âI didnât even want to represent the guy but Jessica knows him, I know him to be a complete prick."
Y/N thought for a moment before inviting herself further into his space, forcing her way into his lap, not that he was complaining, he just tightened his grip around her, leaning back into his chair. âWell, how about I treat you to lunch?â She proposed.
Harvey smiled tiredly. âIâd love that, baby." He replied, earning a bright smile from his wife who leaned forward to press a loving kiss to his lips before standing back up, pulling him up with her,
âCome on then, weâve kept Ray waiting long enough.â
The smile on Harveyâs face was a stark contrast to the frustration he had been hounding earlier and it was all down the angel in front of him who wouldnât even allow him to grab his coat, too persistent in dragging him through his office door.
As they made their way out of the building, they paid no attention to the uncomfortable weight that seemed to lift from everyoneâs shoulders.
One thing for sure is that the entire firm were relieved for the existence of Y/N Specter.

Heyy! I love your writing and was wondering if you could write a piece where Mike thinks Harvey is a loner so he goes and asks Donna, but Donna tells him heâs been in a super serious relationship for a while. Mike doesnât believe her so she tells him to go see for himself. Mike goes to Harveyâs place and sees him being super domestic and fluffy with reader.
Aww thanks! And also thanks a bunch for the request. I'm sorry it took so long. But here we go and enjoy!
Note: I'm really sorry for others who already sent me other requests, it might take me some times to post again since I'm in the middle of writing my thesis. Thanks!
Sunny Disposition
Pairing: Harvey x Reader
Mike walked with spring in his steps. It's been approximately 10 hours since Harvey snapped in his face and gave him a direct order to not leave the building unless he found anything they needed for the hearing next Monday. Mike was bummed that he had to cancel tonight's dinner with Rachel. They made an agreement to always have dinner somewhere new every Friday. But here he was. Stuck with piles upon piles upon piles of documents. Nevertheless, he found it. This could be a breakthrough in court. They could win easily with this. But as he got closer to Harvey's office, he slowed down. Frown graced his face. The door to Harvey's office is closed, lights off. Donna was the only sign of life near Harvey's office. Even Donna was getting ready to leave. He walked faster to Donna's desk before she got the chance to leave. "Where's Harvey?" Mike asked, confusion apparent in his voice. "He left at 6," Donna said nonchalantly as if the information wasn't odd at all. It was odd to Mike. Harvey left at 6? Was his place on fire?
"He left at 6? Why did he leave at 6? I have a girlfriend at home, who had dinner alone because Harvey told me not to leave this building. He had a cactus you left him, just that." Mike said in disbelief. Donna chuckled and got back to gathering her things, ready to leave. "Why has Harvey never been in a serious relationship?" Mike asked, all curious. "Last was with Scottie, right? But it wasn't that serious. Though Harvey snapped at me over a pencil after the breakup. But it wasn't that serious from what I see." Donna watched the younger guy rambling. "I can't imagine being Harvey, get home only to a cactus." Mike closed his eyes and shook his head, imagining his home without Rachel. "Harvey is in a serious relationship, Mike." Mike opened his eyes so fast, his hand covering his mouth. "Get out," Mike said in disbelief. "He's been in this relationship for over a year. In fact, he just proposed to her last month, on her birthday, in Florence." Mike's brows knitted together as he tried to remember if there was anything different from Harvey last month. He did take a week vacation, and he dodged questions about his holiday. When he got back he brought with him a beautifully hand-carved pen for Mike. It did creep Mike out. Harvey and souvenirs just don't bode well. He shook his head. "Lies. You said that just to make me feel bad for getting pissed at Harvey because he went home early." Donna rolled his eyes, "If you don't believe me, why don't you give him a visit, and see it for yourself." Donna said as she left her desk.
Mike knocked after he tried the door and failed. He was ready to face Harvey with a glass of whisky in his hand. What he didn't expect was a woman opened the door for him. She dressed in Harvey's dress shirt, black leggings, and an apron. The smell of deliciousness came out as she opened the door. She smiled brightly at Mike. "I'm sorry, can I help you?" she said in all friendliness. Mike snapped out of it and offered his hand, "I'm sorry, I'm Mike Ross. I work with Harvey, I'm here to drop some important documents." Mike explained, confusion still thick in his head. Was Donna telling the truth? Before none of them could say anything, he heard Harvey call from inside. "Sweetheart, who is it?" Mike looked at her in surprise. Sweetheart? Now, sweetheart and Harvey Specter doesn't bode well even more. The woman in front of her ignored Harvey and instead of shaking his hand, she hugged him. "I've heard so much about you! Harvey won't shut up. It's great to finally put a face to a name, and please come in. We are just cooking dinner. Harvey must've confined you in the office. Come in, please," she moved aside to let Mike in. "Harvaroooo" she called out as they entered the kitchen. Harvey turned from the stove and locked eyes with Mike. Harvey frowned and seemed caught off guard. Mike almost laughed at the sight of Harvey standing over a stove, bare feet, holding a spatula. "Harvey baby, look who showed up on our doorstep!" she walked past Harvey as Harvey stood there in confusion. She retrieved a wine glass. "Harvey, why don't you sit down with Mike while I finish up dinner? He mentioned important documents," Harvey nodded, "Mike, you fine with red?" she brought the bottle over her head for Mike to see. "Yes, of course," Mike said slowly, eyes still locked on Harvey's. She brought the glass over to Harvey. "Here, go sit down with Mike," she said, and again, Harvey nodded. This woman can order Harvey around and she's not Jessica, Mike thought. "You sure you don't need help? I can help you finish dinner. Mike can wait. Right, Mike?" Harvey called out. "Yes," Mike answered shortly, still in a daze. "No, baby. You and Mike go out sit on the balcony, and talk about..." she trailed off then smiled, "Talk about whatever you need to talk about while I finish dinner. It shouldn't be long anyway." Mike saw Harvey look down at her. He whispered sweet nothings in her ears as she giggled. He pecked her lips before turning to Mike, he handed him the glass of red and gestured outside with his head. "Wow," Mike said in amazement as he leaned on the railing of the balcony. "Perks of being successful, I can afford this view," Harvey said, leaning on the railing beside him. They both have the view of the kitchen, with the mysterious woman taking an extra plate for Mike. "When are you going to tell me that you're actually engaged?" Mike asked, turning his head to look at Harvey. "I don't mix her with work. When I pissed people off and they found out about her, they will use her against me. I won't let that happen on my watch," Harvey said solemnly. A small smile crossed Harvey's lips as he looked inside at his girl. Mike didn't miss it. "She's beautiful," Mike said, patting Harvey on the back. "Congratulations," Mike said as he pulled him into a hug. Before Harvey could say anything, she opened the sliding door to tell both men that dinner was ready.
Harvey put his hand on his lower back as they walked to the dining table. "You should've told me to help you set the table," Harvey said and she waved him off. "It's fine, Harvey." Harvey pulled the chair for her and kissed the top of her head as she sat down. Mike smiled at the interaction. No matter how much Mike denied it, Harvey is his friend. Mike cared a lot about him and to know that Harvey found her, put Mike's mind at ease. "Oh, I hope we knew you'd come. I hope you're fine with ravioli?" she asked and Mike shook his head. "Please, if anything I'm the one ruining your night with Harvey." Mike gave her a reassuring smile. "It's not like Harvey is an angel and didn't keep you in the office away from your girlfriend," she looked at Harvey and swatted his shoulder, "You should stop doing that, Harvey!" Harvey laughed as he caught her hand and gave it a kiss on the inside of her wrist before letting it go. "Harvey never told me about you," Mike started as he took a bite of the ravioli, "Damn, this is the best ravioli I've ever put in my mouth." Mike closed his eyes as he savored the flavors. "My girl here is the best cook," Harvey said proudly and smiled at her and she laughed. "Harvey never told you about me because I'm a mere mistress," she shrugged as Mike laughed. Mike glanced at her ring finger, adorned with a huge diamond ring. Harvey must've spent a fortune on that. "Sunny, can you pass me the pepper?" Harvey asked her as she passed him the pepper. "Sunny?" Mike asked, eyebrow raised. "Sunny is his silly nickname for me," she waved him off. "Just like Harvaroo?" Mike joked and Harvey choked on his food. The two of them laughed at the even sillier nickname. "It's not a silly nickname," Harvey said after he regained his composure. "Harvaroo?" Mike asked, amusement glinting in his eyes. "That's a silly nickname," Harvey scoffed. "Sunny is not a silly nickname," Mike looked at Harvey, asked him to continue. "She's the ray of sun amidst my storm. I wouldn't know simple happiness without her." Harvey said as he leaned forward to kiss her. Mike watched the two of them and smiled. Relieved washed over him, knowing Harvey, the loner he thought, was actually very much in love.

Late Night Serenity
[Harvey Specter x Female!Reader]
Synopsis: Harvey doesnât particularly let out his feelings much, so when you get a call in the middle of the night, completely unannounced, itâs safe to say youâre there within a heartbeat.
WC: 1134
Category: Slight Angst, Comfort
I wrote this at 3am after watching an edit... yeah, not my brightest moment. But hey, this beauty came out of it :)
ăâ˘â˘ââ˘â˘ă
âHarveyâŚ?â You spoke into the phone, a little concerned as to why he called you at such a late hour. You were already in bed and about to fall asleep.
There was a short silence before he answered, almost as if he was waiting for the right words.
Finally, he replied, and you heard the slight hesitation in his voice, the uncertainty, and the exhaustion.
"Yeah?"
You were instantly on alert, but you made your voice calm and soft so he wouldn't hear your worry. "Is everything okay? Do you need me to come over?"
There was another pause, this one longer than the first. Your worry increased. You sat up, already pulling on a sweater, trying to get ready to go to Harvey's.
"No. No, it's alright. I just wanted to hear your voice. Sorry to wake you."
Your mind raced, trying to decipher Harvey's words and the hidden meaning behind them. His tone wasn't right; it was too quiet and too sad, nothing like the normal cocky, self-assured, sometimes slightly arrogant tone.
"You didn't wake me. Is something wrong, Harvey?"
You heard him sigh, then the sound of a door shutting and the muffled sounds of the city streets. He must have stepped out of his office, maybe gone outside.
"No. Everything is fine; It's okay. Go back to bed."
He didn't sound okay. In fact, he sounded a bit upset, though not like he was angry, more like he was frustrated.
You slipped on your shoes and coat, grabbed your keys and wallet, and quietly opened the door.
"Where are you? Home? I'll meet you there."
"What? No, no, that's not-"
"I'll be there in fifteen minutes. Wait for me, okay? Don't go anywhere."
You could almost hear him frown through the phone. "I can't ask you to do that. You don't have to.â
"Harvey," you interrupted him again. "I'm coming, alright? See you soon."
You hung up before he could protest more and drove as fast as you could to his apartment.
Once you arrived, you saw that Harvey was waiting for you outside. He looked exhausted and was staring up at the sky, his hands in his pockets. He was still in his work suit but had taken off his tie and jacket, leaving his top few buttons undone and his sleeves rolled up.
"Harvey?"
He jumped slightly and looked over at you. The moment he saw you, he relaxed and gave a half smile, but you could tell he was still worried.
âHey, Bumblebee,â His nickname for you. You had told him how you hated bees when you were younger and had a fear of being stung, and ever since, he had called you Bumblebee, telling you that you were the cutest little bumblebee. It was definitely meant to be teasing, but somehow, the way he said it was never mean or rude, and you secretly loved it no matter how much youâd deny it.
âWhat was it? Mike?â You guessed, referring to Harvey's associate, whom he had taken under his wing a while back. Harvey shook his head.
"Jessica, actually."
You raised an eyebrow.
"She found out and wants me to fire him. But I can't, I just can't, not now."
"Iâm sorry, Harv, but you knew it was a risk, right? She had to have found out eventually.â
"Yeah, I know, I just thought maybe... maybe I wouldn't have to, and we could figure something out. Heâs got so much potential.â
Harvey looked down and sighed. He looked so tired, but you knew his mind was racing, always trying to find a way to fix things. He had been working with Mike for a while now, and even though he would never admit it, you knew Harvey cared about him and had grown attached to his presence.
And when Harvey gets attached, he hates to lose.
Your hands found his arms, and you squeezed gently, trying to reassure him. You had done this plenty of times in the past, and you knew it worked.
"Look at me," you told him, and he did. His dark brown eyes met yours, and you were almost startled by the amount of emotion in them. He was always good at hiding how he felt, but you could see through his mask, and you saw how upset he was.
"Youâll figure it out; you always do. And even if somehow you don't, it's not the end of the world. He could always⌠you know, actually, go to law school."
Harvey laughed quietly, and the sound warmed your heart. He was finally relaxing, slowly calming down.
"No, that's not an option," he replied.
"Right. I forgot how stubborn you both are."
You smiled, and Harvey smiled back. He had the most wonderful smile, the kind that always made you happy no matter what was happening.
"I'm glad you came," Harvey said, taking a step closer. His hands found your waist, and yours reached up to wrap around his neck. You could feel the warmth from his body through your clothes, and you leaned in, resting your head against his chest.
"Me too. Especially when youâre in a mellow mood," you teased. Harvey chuckled and rubbed your back. âThat's rare."
"Hey," Harvey replied, feigning offense. "I'm not always a dick, you know."
"About eighty percent of the time," you grinned, looking up at him. Harvey's smile faded, and his eyes locked on yours, gazing at you with a certain intensity that made your breath catch.
You stared at each other for a few moments, neither one of you moving, until Harvey suddenly leaned down and pressed his lips against yours, his hand cupping your cheek and the other wrapped tightly around your waist, pulling you against him.
The kiss was slow and sweet but full of all the emotions that neither of you could say. There was no rush, no desperate passion or need, just the two of you together.
After a while, Harvey pulled away but kept his forehead pressed against yours, his breath warm against your skin.
He didnât say anything, but you knew exactly what he was thinking. You had spent enough time with him to be able to read him perfectly.
Thank you.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for caring.
Thank you for being mine.
You reached up and kissed his nose.
"Love you," you whispered.
"I know," Harvey replied. His lips turned up into a smirk, and you rolled your eyes, trying to act annoyed but not doing a very good job of it.
âYouâre proving my point, Harv.â
Harvey shrugged. "But you love me anyway, right?"
"Unfortunately, yes. I really do."
âGood,â His lips brushed against yours, and his smile was still there, but his eyes were serious. âGlad to know we feel the same way.â
