RCCC was this last weekend and I had the chance to work with multiple incredible photographers. I wanted to start by sharing some taken by StarsAndSwords.jpg over on Instagram.

I worked on this Hannah Alexander version of Yennefer for about 3 months and am really happy with how it turned out. The sleeves have about 38 yards of pearl trim I hand tacked in addition to some 200 rhinestones I sewed down. More photos to come!

Finished a very sparkly commission, Hannah Alexander’s Catwoman! The gown is sheer at the legs with beaded designs cascading to the bottom where the fabric pulls around the feet, and thousands of crystals, rhinestones, sequins, beads, and pearls. A fair amount of the jewelry is removable for hand washing of the gown, mask included.

Cosplayed Hannah Alexander’s Tudor inspired version of Yennefer from the Witcher for Championships of Cosplay at CCA 2022. Did really well in both pre-juding and Stage Presence so I came 2nd overall and took the Master Champion Title home with me. A wonderful way to MAYBE end myy time as  a South African cosplayyer before moving overseas and trying out the UK circut.

New commission: Blue variant of Princess Zelda and Link, based on artwork by Hannah Alexander. I was really excited to make this one, bc I had only made the pink/purple combo, so far! Ombre chiffon, brilliant gold metallics, acrylic gems, hand affixed crystals, satin skirt, silk dupioni bodice. This was for someones wedding!
