Eli seems delighted as he picks up the photo that had been left on the log bench outside his tent. He could assume it was from Bass, a photo of their beautiful wife. Taking it back into his tent he fumbles around to find a safety pin and when he does he pins the photo to the cloth inside of the tent where he can see it.

Now he'd always have her to sleep with him.

Jude moves over to her, crouching down beside her and petting her hair. “Aw, but your so cute. Such a pretty kitty.” He smiles, scratching behind one of her ears. “C’mon just have some fun with it. I’m sure it won’t last forever.”

"..." Amanda is just crumpled on the floor, lying there absolutely defeated. "Jude, hon, please don't do this to me. I have nothing left." The cat ears have broken her. "I give up. Leave me my dignity."

Jude’s gaze was set on his bloody hands as his feet carried him through the foggy woods. His running had slowed to a walking pace when he felt himself far enough away from the campfire. He couldn't hear if anyone was around him, ears ringing with a dull droning sound. Why had he done that? The obvious answer was the note, the command he had gotten, but still the guilt twisted in his stomach. If he’d wanted to he probably could have gotten out of it, couldn't he? Had he not tried hard enough? There was another wave of guilt where he realized maybe  he’d done it because the note was right. That he felt Samuel had deserved it for the pain he's caused him but that wasn't Sam's fault.. No matter the case here he was covered in his friends blood with tears still dripping from his face. For a moment he managed to tear his gaze up from his hands to see where he had ended up and immediately his heart sank. He had been to the meat packing plant tons of times which is probably why his feet had brought him here but this isn't  where he wanted to be. Some of the marks on his skin were still fading and now he looked like- he was a murderer. He stands there for a long moment, forcing himself to focus on this moment instead of the lifeless look of his friends eyes. He was covered in blood and would probably not look good walking into the survivor camp. The only real water source he knew of was the lake which looked less than clean. The meat plant has showers that are.. Sort of nice and Amanda was less likely to reject him than his fellow runners. 

He found his way inside the plant, happy Amanda had not blocked up the path. As he got in his eyes darted around as if expecting her to jump out of the nearest shadow. However, he knew this wouldn't be the case. He started the familiar trek towards Amanda's room, eyes focusing on every moved item, trying to think of what she had been doing. She was right where he had expected her to be, sitting at her desk with some contraption in her hands. He opened his mouth to call out to her but was unprepared for the shaky sob that came out. His hand touched his cheek as he realized he’d started to cry more. The fear of Amanda's reaction to not only the blood but the run in with the entity started to overload his brain, leaving him just standing in the doorway.

You know, Pig is seeing a lot of other people too. Samatha, Faith, Julie, and Maxwell. Probably more too. You're just being strug along by them both because youre too dumb to realize it. Neither of them care about you.

Why do these notes keep coming? He’s not even responding anymore so why won't they just leave him alone? He takes the note and reads it over slowly. That- That didn't make sense. Amanda was so weird about relationships. Why would she do that? The familiar names really dig in. Faith and Samantha. Were they going through the same sort of thing or did they know about him? Were they aware they were hurting him? Was this even true? He slips Amanda's ring off his finger before setting both down on the log bench in his camp. He needs to rest. He just wants to sleep and have all of this go away. He takes the last two notes as he gets up and heads inside his tent.

He gave a ring to you, a pendant with his magic to Bonny and he also gave a necklace to Nicolette. You really think you are that special? This is absolutely heartbreaking to see. How blind can you be?

Another note. This person was determined to bother him it seemed. Even though he tried to ignore the note, eventually he felt compelled to pull it down and read over it. The pendate to Bonny, that made sense. She was practically his kid from the way he spoke of her and being a copy of Brinly there wasn't much to worry about there. The necklace for Nicolette though, makes him stop and fiddle with his ring slightly. He’d only really met Nicolette in passing and he’d never heard the Entity talk about her so why would he give her something like that? Was he actually being tricked by the god? There was a good chunk of time he spent away.. And all those times Jude had been hurt outside of trial because the Entity had been too busy. Jude doesn't comment on the note, setting it down and continuing to fiddle with the ring as he thinks.

I am confused as to why such a worthless person such as yourself got rings from two amazing people, a god at that. You should give them away and not waste their time

Another note brings a sigh from the survivor, but he still takes it from the air. “That's not really how wedding rings work.” He says, tone going up at the end as if confused why this person wouldn't know that. “I know they’re amazing and I know I don’t really hold a candle to them, but they both chose to give them to me so.. I’m not going to give them away or give them back. I like being with them and I like having the reminder that they like being with me..”

Doesn’t it piss you off that a god just up and interfered with you and Amanda? The prick Bastard could never truly care, you’re just a soul to him, I’m sorry.

The note appearing isn’t really welcomed by the survivor. After the mess he’d dealt with during the blight he didn’t want to do some silly fog watchers command or answer their idiotic questions. Still, he pulls the note from the air, reading it over before rolling his eyes. “If I didn’t want the Entity in my relationship with Amanda he wouldn’t be in it. If she didn’t want him included, he wouldn’t be in it. I love Amanda and I care deeply for the Entity since I know he also cares about me. I mean.. He gave me a ring with Entity magic to keep me safe. I didn’t see anyone else with that.” Jude crumbles the letter and tosses it out of his camp. He smiles as, talking out to no one in particular. “He’s also my fiance now, so no I don’t have anything bad to say about him or my fiance Amanda.”

Take your mask off. It's his immediate thought but luckily he’s able to bite his tongue. He didn’t want to ask for anything that would make her uncomfortable which crossed off his first two commands. His mind settles on what he really wants but it's not much better. His face starts to grow a bit flush as he speaks, “Um.. would you kiss me? I promise I'll keep my eyes closed! Just ...please?”

"I don't know how I've never said this before, but... I love you, Jude. This weird fucking purgatory may be shit, and my job's bullshit and I'm a fucking waste of a human being, but-- you make me feel a little better about all of it, just by being around. I don't know how we're gonna work this out, our relationship or whatever, but as long as you want to... I'll be here for you." {heard someone needed some love? --a-swines-baptism}

There's something weirdly familiar about having Amanda come up to him and start to talk about her feelings. He doesn't have time to try and mentally place it though as he's almost knocked to his knees with the confession from her. He keeps it in, trying to not interrupt since she still seemed to have more to say but it was hard to focus on anything else she was saying. 

The goofy smile had already been plastered on his reddened face since she’d said the words but it only got bigger as he grabbed onto her hands. His obvious enthusiasm carried over to his tone and how quickly he started to gush. “Amanda, I love you so much. You are one of if not the most wonderful person i have ever met in my life and i've never been happier since i met you. You are so important to me and I want to spend all of my time with you and.. even if this place sucks it's so much better because I get to know you. I love you.”

“Positions?” Jude asks out loud as he reads over the note. The question didn’t really make sense to him. Did they mean how they cuddle? That seems right. He’ll answer for that. “Um.. I like laying down and cuddling with Amanda. Putting my face against her chest and just getting to doze. I think I would like being her big spoon, but I don't know if she’d like that.. With the Entity I like sitting sideways on his lap and leaning up against him. He’s a comfy place to rest too. This wasnt hard to answer so.. one?”

Jude takes the new note from the air as it appears in his camp. This was a new ruin and a new set of rules but it didn’t seem all that bad compared to some of the others. “Oh, this is a one. I think my answer to this is really obvious actually..” He says quickly. “I would stay here and guarantee being with Amanda.” He pauses for a moment before looking off to the side. “That's not to say I don't miss the real world sometimes, but being here and being with her.. Its just so much better. Not to mention all the other benefits being here has.”
