First things first, it's clear from the paneling that this arc was going to focus on Kirishima. Throughout this conversation, the panels kept cutting back to Kirishima's reaction even when he wasn't given any dialogue. Horikoshi did the same with Shouto at the beginning of the Provisional Licensing Exam Arc.

Second, are Amajiki and Nejire implying that Mirio created a villain? He clearly caused someone to become so distraught they left the hero course. But the "and caused all sorts of trouble" sounds like this person did more than just quit.

It's also worth mentioning that Mirio's over the top shows of force were resulting in an opposite reaction compared to All Might's shows of force. All Might inspired countless people to go into heroics. Albeit, he did inspire at least one villain (Stain). And All Might's behavior led to complacency in some heroes. But Mirio's shows of force up until this point only suppressed other hero hopefuls.

🚨BOKU NO HERO ACADEMIA CHAPTER 425 SPOILERS ALERT!🚨

First of all, the graduation!

Third year are graduated. Just like Tamaki wished during the war, they had a proper graduation ceremony. The ceremony took place in June instead of April, there is no sakura blossom to be left so Present Mic gave his all Dj-ing.

The trio of idiots. I love them goofying! I miss their smile... they were so "broken" because of this war.

Deku tried to talk to Uraraka, pretty sure about the war and how she felt but she didn't let him speak and talked about his hairstyle, saying she hoped his hair will grow back faster... and then, she's gone.

Tokoyami has a new hairstyle too.

Bakugou was present at UA. Sero asked him if he could be there instead to staying at the hospital. Bakugou answered him that he could go out if he was calm and not make his heart rate anormally.

And so, Aoyama told a big sad news... he was no longer a student of UA. He won't be in class, not 1-A but.2-A! He decided as a redemption to leave but still wanted to be a hero. He hoped that one day he could fight side by side with his old pals...

Hear me out. How about an MHA AU where the heroes constantly fail it’s young heroes and the people in danger.

This could be taken in multiple different ways. Deku becomes a villain, Bakugo was never saved in season 2, Todoroki puts a lock on his fire permanently. The list could honestly go on, but I wanna focus on two specific characters. Eri and Nejire.

I saw an edit on Tik Tok comparing the Big Three of UA to Aizawa, Mic, Shirakumo when they were at UA. The edit compared Nejire to Shirakumo, and honestly I haven’t been the same since.

Ok, picture this: Mirio and Deku never run into Eri, and therefore have no clue of her existence. Without that fated meeting, the heroes wouldn’t have been able to think of a plan to save her from Overhaul. Instead, Nejire goes snooping around with zero protection or even backup. She has a run in with the 8 bullets of the Hassaikai, leading to her death.

Overhaul, impressed by her Quirk and her fighting capabilities, brings her back to life, but she’s not the same. She had lost all memories of being a hero-in-training and beforehand. She’s like a completely blank canvas but with a strong power. Overhaul assigns her to the job of watching over and protecting Eri from any outside threat. Nejire, who sees this man as her savior, agrees to his demands as repayment for her life.

Practically making Nejire and Eri their own versions of Kurogiri and Shigaraki…

The first things we're directly told about Mirio are that he did not perform well in the sports festival and that he likely did the whole thing naked.

(He just might be the reason UA made that option to make special requests to keep certain clothes/items during the sports festival).

This is supposed to set Mirio up as a parallel to Izuku, who only made it to the semi-finals in his first sports festival and only received one internship request.

Actually, the narrative goes out of its way to point out that none of the Big Three ranked highly in the sports festival. This was meant to show the hierarchy is fluid and that a good mentor and real life experience can make all the difference in the world.

But this entire point is undermined by the fact that except for Izuku because of One for All shenanigans, there was never significant change in the power hierarchy for Class 1A.
