Bareskrim sebut penyeludup lobster sudah terlacak IT Polri
Batam (ANTARA) - Direktur Tindak Pidana Tertentu (Dirtipidter) Bareskrim Pol. Brigjen Pol. Nunung Syaifuddin mengatakan pihaknya menggunakan teknologi informasi (IT) dalam melacak pelaku penyeludupan benih bening lobster (BBL) guna mencegah dan melakukan penegakan hukum.
“Pengungkapan kali ini kami ketahui akan dijual ke Malaysia karena bantuan IT, kami mengetahui berdasarkan hasil penyadapan yang kami lakukan. Tapi saya tidak bisa secara teknis menjelaskan,” kata Nunung di Makopolda Kepri, Kota Batam, Kamis.
Tim gabungan Bareskrim Polri, Bea Cukai, Bakamla RI dan Lantamal IV yang tergabung dalam Satgas BBL kembali menggagalkan penyeludupan BBL dengan jumlah 189 ribu ekor dengan nilai kerugian negara diperkirakan sebesar Rp20 miliar.
Meski pelaku melarikan diri, kata Nunung, tapi pihaknya sudah mengantongi identitas pengemudi “kapal hantu” atau kapal high speed craft (HSC) yang dikemudikan pelaku penyeludupan hingga digagalkan di Pulau Tandur, Perairan Kota Batam, Jumat (25/10).
“Tersangka pengemudi identitas sudah dapat, dan masih dalam pengejaran. Kami tidak bisa sampaikan inisial pelakunya, nanti jika sudah ketangkap,” katanya.
Jenderal polisi bintang satu itu juga mengatakan pembeli BBL ini juga masih didalami, tapi diduga kuat pembeli atau pemodal berada di luar negeri.
Pihaknya berkoordinasi dengan Divisi Hubungan Internasional (Divhubinter) Polri untuk bekerja sama dengan interpol dalam melacak pelaku pembeli BBL ilegal tersebut.
Dia menyebut, penyeludupan BBL ini menggunakan sistem transaksi terputus seperti yang digunakan oleh jaringan narkoba.
Namun, pihaknya bersama petugas maritim lainnya (Bea Cukai, Lantamal, dan Bakamla) terus berkoordinasi dan berkolaborasi dalam memerangi penyeludupan BBL yang merugikan masyarakat dan negara.
Menurut dia, dua kali pengungkapan penyeludupan BBL di Kepri ini merupakan satu jaringan. Sedangkan pengungkapan penggagalan penyeludupan yang dilakukan oleh Bea Cukai, PSDP KKP dari bulan-bulan sebelum masih didalami oleh Bareskrim Polri apakah masih dalam satu jaringan.
“Jaringan baby lobster hampir sama dengan jaringan narkoba selain menegakkan hukum secara pengejaran juga menggunakan IT untuk mengetahui percakapan. Apakah pelaku sebelumnya satu jaringan, masih kami dalami menggunakan IT,” kata Nunung.
Maraknya penyeludupan BBL ini, kata dia, karena sedang musim bertelur lobster, utamanya dari pesisir selatan Pulau Jawa dan Sumatera. Sehingga kelebihan benih ini dimanfaatkan oleh pelaku untuk mencari keuntungan, karena terdapat disparitas harga jual BBL di dalam negeri dengan luar negeri, Rp10 ribu per ekor, sedangkan di Malaysia dijual Rp150 ribu per ekor.
Jaringan penyeludup BBL ini mengumpulkan benih lobster dari daerah Provinsi Jatim, Jabar, Banten, Lampung dan Sumbar, lalu dikumpulkan di Jambi dan dibawa melalui Perairan Kepri untuk dijual ke Malaysia.
