He doesn’t know why he brings it up. Well, he kind of does. He’s just… really confused. Because he’s a Hunting Dog, he isn’t really a part of the Port Mafia. And yet…

Somehow, he feels like he���s been here his whole life even though it’s only been four months. Working with Gin and Hirotsu and even Higuchi and Akutagawa is different from working with the Hunting Dogs. It feels more natural here. And he hates it because he does love the rest of the Hunting Dogs—they’re basically his family at this point.

It scares him, how easily he slipped into this.

how did scarian meet in tiny apartment au!!!!!

they meet through bdubs! since grian is an architect major and scar an animal behavior major, there isn't really much overlap between their classes. but they're both friends with bdubs, who drags them to the same party, wanting his friends to know each other.

things...don't go well at first. two clashing personalities, and maybe one of them (grian, probably) was having a bad day and hadn't really wanted to be there in the first place.

they both leave not really wanting to see the other again, except now it's like they're everywhere. scar will be walking to class and see grian ahead of him, walking in the opposite direction. there's no acknowledgement as they pass each other. or grian will be in the dining hall talking to mumbo and see scar and bdubs walk in, and of course bdubs has to come over to say hi.

which leads to another thing. bdubs is convinced they could be really good friends if they just tried. and woo boy is he going to make them try. he tries to be sneaky about it, too (with minimal success). he'll invite grian to hang out with him and some others, and when asked if scar will be there, tells him no. except he is there, and all bdubs can say is "oops, forgot he said he'd be there!"

it's a little annoying, at first, but slowly, as time passes and they do start actually talking - perhaps at first by complaining about something together, which gets them talking, and then they keep talking, and suddenly the next thing they know, it's been hours and neither of them have moved from their spot.

which of course makes them a little annoyed at first, especially because it means bdubs is right. but as time moves on and they keep talking, over days, weeks, months, they realize that maybe it's not so bad.

and when it comes time to figure out housing for the next year, they agree to get an apartment with pearl and mumbo.

and then, well...the rest is history

lydia: i vibe w this song but why does his vocals sound so sped up, not even in a yas nightcore way but in a awkward mistimed song way. 

isabel: the piano is the most noticeable part of hi grace, it keeps the listener interested. the song comes across much stronger than megaman and much more audibly “heavy”. Fike distorts the vocals with a very electro, technologic feel to it, contrasting the smoother piano. snare-heavy drums undercut the piano and vocals. the vocals are more complete and intelligible when compared to megaman. it’s a smooth listen, with lots of interesting audio choices to focus on. the piano bears a resemblance to John Lennon’s Imagine.
