Imagine this: A human who is a fashion designer, who makes their own clothes but always makes a smaller version to see if the design actually works. They also tend to sell or take commissions for their doll clothes since people seem to love them so much. Now they have tons of lil figures around their home office wearing different outfits in different stages of development.

One day they come home and walk into their office and freeze. There on their desk is a tiny person posing and wearing one of the outfits. They are posing in front of a reflective case that was laying on the desk and they seem to be having fun while also admiring the outfit. The outfit is clearly to big for them but the human doesn’t interfere just yet. They simply enjoy watching this tiny person appreciate their work.

Eventually the human walks up, scaring the tiny who shouts that they are sorry for wearing the outfit and that they’ll put it back. Just please don’t hurt them, they’ll do anything please just let them go. The human just smiles and says they aren’t going to hurt them and that the outfit is a bit big on them. The tiny unsure if they are telling the truth about not being hurt, looks at the outfit and notices that it is a bit too baggy on them. The human then says that if the tiny stays and let’s them make an outfit that’ll properly fit them, then they’ll go away unharmed. Even though they weren’t going to harm the tiny anyway.

The tiny agrees hoping the human keeps their promise. Cut to a montage of the human making measurements of the tiny, cutting fabric, sewing it together and having the tiny try it on. After all is said and done the tiny is wearing a nice looking outfit that perfectly fits them. The human tells them they look amazing and says if they ever want to try on anymore outfits, they would always be welcomed back.

The tiny leaves but the human for the next few days makes more outfits using the tiny’s measurements. The tiny sees this and tries them on without the human seeing them until eventually the tiny warms up to them and asks if they could design a few things as well as try on a few things. The human is happy with this and clearly says yes. Now the human has a tiny model friend and the tiny has a human fashion friend.

oooh i love this question! tbh, i already love seeing the designs in the fandom, but there are some things i really love and wouldn't mind seeing more of. 1. i wish more designs were weirder. i love it when d(a)emon designs are really fancy. i'm talking big horns, sparkly, brightly coloured skin, pointy ears, tails 🤭. the whole nine yards. go wild!!! (going off on the non-human traits thing..... give me vampires w really big fangs. give me more hair on the wolf bois. make the magic super obvious. fuck covert!)

2. this might stray from your actual question lmfao but i also love when someone debuts their listener design and adds a fact sheet with it. i eat that up every. single. time.

3. also. this isn't something people *have* to do, obviously, i enjoy it equally. but when canon traits are included in designs.... hghghghgh yeah. brachium's eyes. eli's eyes. guy's uniform. etc. it's just so adorable idk
