So I was just thinking of posting something glib along the lines of "How about Garak as part of Julian's found family rather than his love interest?" but then I started actually thinking about how that would work and immediately stumbled across the issue of Daddy Issues Everywhere--

And now I can't stop thinking about, like, Julian meeting this older lizard man who seems genuinely interested him and sitting him as a father figure, and whatnot.

But the trouble is, it seems that I cannot conceive of a universe where Julian is never attracted to Garak, and so you get this situation like a year in, where Julian's convinced that Garak's interest in him is fatherly - he asks how his work's been; he mentors him a little in spycraft, kind of; he takes him on family day trips to random Bajoran orphanages in the middle of the night...

And suddenly Julian realises he's got a crush on Garak. Like, a big one. And he's so ashamed of himself and freaking out and feeling like 'oh my god, Garak can never know, I can only imagine how taboo that is on Cardassia, oh no, this is The Worst'.

And meanwhile Garak is completely oblivious to this, because he believes he's had a lovely year of flirty lunches with his doctor and has no idea that Julian sees him as a father figure.

Idk how this resolves, but I'm sure Jadzia would have an absolute field day after Julian gets drunk enough to miserably confess his dilemma to her.

(Also I'm pretty sure Julian does not have a daddy kink in this, which actually makes it worse for him, because if he had a kink, at least he'd have an excuse. He's just so miserable. I'm sorry, I can't stop laughing at him rip 😅)

I used to despise Warren especially when I first got into dhmis when the tv show came out and I guess I’d still consider him my least favorite character though my opinion of him has improved

I mean it’s good that I dislike Warren in some form considering that is the purpose of his character but I’ve grown to appreciate him in a sense like yeah, he sucks and he’s very pathetic but that’s also what makes him really funny

It also probably didn’t help that Warren was the most popular tv teacher when it first came out so I couldn’t escape this dudes ugly rat face.

it’s genuinely really funny how much content Warren had compared to the other (main) tv teachers, Electracey was fairly popular as well but she still had less content then that damn worm

Today on Very Serious Spy Scenarios, imagine Illya and Napoleon at the beginning of their partnership, with Napoleon happily pushing all of Illya's buttons every five seconds to try and see what will get him punched and what not. Illya is endlessly frustrated with him, especially because he CANNOT get a rise out of him, no matter how hard he tries.

And then one day, when they are arguing, again, Illya is getting desperate to Win This and so this conversation ensues:

Illya: "What's your problem, your parents never hugged you as a child?"

Napoleon, completely unfazed: "Actually no, my father barely spoke to me and my mother lowkey disliked me, so."

i just love love love re2 era leon 🥺 i think he would have bad separation anxiety, especially at first, because he was so used to attention for being a New and Cute puppy, so anytime that he's alone he just gets sad and nervous :((( but when you come home, he gets SO excited! like pounces on you immediately and starts licking at your face and neck and hugging you and just being so clingy! he does not leave your side at all, and he gives you the biggest puppy eyes when you try to go somewhere without him, begging you to take him with you, even if it's just to the other room

he's just so adorable, though, so you can't say no!! he's your little puppy boy and you'll do whatever he wants ❤️

i know its kinda sad bcus its partially due to artemis lacking in purpose and direction in his life but its so funny how easily he gets dragged along on things. he complains so much but you can just take that man anywhere on any goofy side quest if you strongarm him a little
