Hello there :DD hehehe~~ thank you for the ask!! I picked TD/DK, with S/hoto being the sneezy one. Since I've already done 31 with another thing, I took the concept and changed it a tad, but hopefully it's still sticking with the theme enough! (plus, this works so well with the concept I came up with, which I hope you'll enjoy ;D) 2k words, prompt 31 (ish) story under cut! All characters are 18+, this is set when they're pro heroes. (picture mid 20's) 31: “You’ve sneezed four times. That’s not like you” (There is mild crying, just in case anyone doesn't like that, but it's happy tears, I promise~!)

Walking through the mall, Izuku ducks behind Shoto as they pass another store he’s no longer allowing himself into. Rambling a bit, he finds himself explaining the whole story to Shoto, who for his part, is humming in agreement every so often. Not a lot of words, but Izuku doesn’t need them. 

“-and so that’s why I stopped buying clothes there. I just didn’t know how to show my face again after that! I mean, how do you look an employee in the eyes knowing they’ve seen you forget your own signature for a fan…? It’s hard to be a pro sometimes, ya know?”

“Especially when said ‘pro’ is on two hours of sleep and seven cups of coffee.”

“It- it wasn’t seven!”

Shoto pauses, turning to face Izuku, a smirk painted across his features.

“How many was it then?”

A blush spreads across Izuku’s ears, dipping down into his cheeks as the floor suddenly becomes deeply interesting.

“M- maybe five… but that’s at most!”

Another hum, but this time Shoto releases a chuckle along with it, Izuku’s eyes finally unlocking with the floor to study his boyfriend. ‘It’s not uncommon to see him smile. He’s gotten better since UA days, even back then he’d smile but… he had a lot more going on. More repressed… I don’t think he knew how to let go, how to actually feel what he was feeling, how to show it. But now he-’

“Izuku, you’re doing it again.”

“Wha-?”

“The muttering.”

Shoto lets his hand brush up from Izuku’s shoulder to his neck, grinning at the shudder that runs through him. Izuku can’t help the sigh that escapes as Shoto lets his fingers rest gently on his cheek.

“You know I don’t mind. I just want you to ramble out loud so I can listen too, instead of in your head. The muttering may be cute, but it’s not very informative.” 

If Izuku was blushing before, he’s practically on fire now. Shoto always does know the exact thing to say to make him feel better. He’s not someone who uses a lot of words, but the ones he does are carefully chosen. Picked from the herd in his mind to be the best choice for this specific instance. Izuku always admired that, it was a skill he didn’t share. His thoughts seemed inclined to bring the whole herd with them, running free from his mouth without hesitation. 

“Izuku, you still with me?”

“Hm? Oh, yeah, sorry, just… thinking. Let’s keep walking?”

Shoto nods, and Izuku traces down his arm, locking their fingers together. A smile breaks through Shoto’s calm expression, and Izuku matches it with a beaming glow of his own. They continue through the mall for another few stores, Izuku rambling about the newest pro on the scene, until Shoto suddenly ducks into his free hand.

“hH’kngt-gnxxt’iew-!”

“Oh, bless you!”

“Thank you. Excuse me.”

A silence settles between them, Shoto lightly sniffling against it, and Izuku’s mind racing. ‘A double, like normal. Probably nothing, but if he has another it might mean-’ 

“You were talking about the power balance, and how it might shift with the new pro?”

It was still unusual to Izuku. Having someone who not only wanted to listen to his rambling, but would actively remember what he was on about, and remind him if he got distracted. ‘With most people, it’s kind enough for me if they don’t mind it. But… how did I get so lucky with Shoto? He wants to hear it, he wants me to continue!’ 

“Right! So because she has this amazing quirk, but it’s entirely skill based when it comes to combat situations, she’s gonna completely change the way that we look at-”

“hH’eshh-izzshh-aschhh-ktshh’oo-!”

Izuku stops dead in his tracks, wheeling around to face Shoto with his mouth hanging open.

“W- what’s with that look?”

“You… are you….”

Shoto sniffles, lightly swiping at his nose with a closed fist as Izuku stares.

“You sneezed…”

“Yeah? People do that-”

“No, no, you sneezed four times, that’s not like you. Not in a row, anyways. Usually it’s doubles, or sets of doubles, so you can get up to 10 in a fit, but they’re never piling over each other like that, they have a break in between the sets. Singles occasionally if you’re sick, and you can get three if you stifle the second in a double and it breaks free with another sneeze after, but four in a row is… unheard of… it’s not like you…”

There’s a slight pink tint to Shoto’s ears, starting to match his rapidly pinkening nose, as he listens to Izuku’s analysis. Izuku finally takes a breath, looking up and noticing the blush, and immediately feels his blood run cold. 

‘Why did I say that out loud- he knows I analyze hero information, and things that are relevant- and well he knows I know everything about All Might, but so does most, well, everyone- but he didn’t know about this… I just… I catalogue everything about him, and I notice patterns as part of my fighting style, so it comes naturally to me to analyze his patterns… he’s probably mad, or embarrassed, come on Izuku, why did you-’ 

“You really noticed all those patterns? I didn't even know most of that.” 

The voice cuts through his internal monologue, silencing the voices in his head with a power over him that only Shoto seems to hold. Izuku offers a shy smile, the hand that’s interlocked with Shoto’s twitching a little as he contemplates letting go. But the reassuring squeeze he’s given stops those thoughts too.

“Y- yeah… I just- I have a brain that notices patterns, and I don’t always get to choose when it kicks in, but I’ve found I analyze things I love most, like heroes, All Might, and…”

“And me?”

“And you.”

Shoto beams at him, a smile that sucks Izuku’s air clean out of his chest. Soon Shoto mimics this breathlessness, but for an entirely different reason.

“hIH’INGT-! hhah’ishhh-aeshhh-keSHH-IZZSHH’oo-!”

“Bless you.”

“Guhh… Thank you. It’s still so itchy… a- hahh-! Oh, excuse me. Thought I was gonna sneeze again. Any ideas of why this is happening bouncing around in that mind of yours?”

“R- really..? It’s not weirding you out..?”

“hihh’hePTSHHH’oo-aahhESHH’oo-! Excuse me. I promise, it’s not. I’m also quite curious what’s causing this s- so… so I…. hehh- Icanstopit- heH’nxggt-knngt-ESCHH-IZSHH’oo-!”

“Bless you! Well, you should start by letting them out. When you stifle them it just makes the tickle last longer, and the sneezes get more intense. Plus… it’s gotta hurt, right? When I try, it always makes my throat ache for the next few days.”

Izuku feels another blush forming, his cheeks starting to swell with heat. In an attempt to crush the feeling before it can bloom, he focuses his efforts on analysis. 

“You’re not sick, you said it was just itchy, right?”

He gets a nod in response, Shoto’s free hand coming up to rub at his nose again, eyes glossing over as he stares off into the distance. Izuku pauses, waiting for the inevitable to come before he continues his thought. 

“hEH’ashhh-eschhh’iew-!”

“Bless you. See, more gentle already! Anyways- it’s just itchy, so not a cold, though I knew that already, colds for you will usually start in the throat or chest, with a cough or a sore throat, just sneezing out of the blue is unusual for an illness. So, probably an allergen. It’s not gonna be cats in the mall, plus those sneezes are usually more rapid and stick in doubles… Maybe pollen if we passed a flower store-” 

“Let’s find out.”

With that, Shoto uses their interlocked hand to pull Izuku along with him as he retraces their steps. Izuku keeps his eyes on the stores they pass, trying to discern any cause of the reaction, while still letting his mind ramble freely from his lips.

“It’s probably not pollen actually, you usually get more hitchy. Long, drawn out buildups, and these are coming on fairly suddenly… Hey wait! Stop here, I think I found it!”

Izuku grinds them to a halt, letting his gaze fall on the store in front of them, ‘Sleep Wellness’. Letting go of Shoto’s hand, eliciting a slight whine from the other man, he steps inside.

‘I can smell… something… it’s sort of like water but with earthy tones… eucalyptus maybe?’ His eyes settling on a diffuser spraying out a mist into the air. Stepping out of the store and back to Shoto, Izuku grins.

“I found it! They have a diffuser in there. That sprays a scented mist into the air, I’m guessing it’s to help you fall asleep faster, since it’s a sleep store and all. I doubt you’ve come into contact with one, they’re not super common, and I’m pretty sure the smell is eucalyptus, which isn’t that common either. Probably why I’ve never seen you have this sort of reaction before."

Without a word, Shoto steps into the store, and before Izuku can stop him, leans in and takes a sniff of the diffuser. The reaction is instant, tears jumping to his eyes as he frantically ducks into his arm with the fit that breaks through.

“hEH’IZSSHH’oo-! AESHH’yuu-! Ischhh-kesshh-tesschhh-hhreshhh’oo-! W- whoops.. hAH’ASHHH’iew-! heH’TSHHH’oo-! mMTSHH’oo-! RSHHH’iew-!”

“Shoto what the heck?!”

Izuku yelps, grabbing him by the arm and pulling him towards the exit, Shoto helplessly sneezing into his arm as they go. Izuku whispers blessings, and offers bashful waves and apologies to people they pass, reciting-

“He’s okay, yeah, sorry, yeah he’s fine, just need some fresh air, sorry, yeah he’s fine!” 

“kNNGT’choo-! inGT’choo-! nngxtt-inngxt-knnnxgt-NGXT’choo-!”

“Bless you, don’t stifle Sho~, it’s just gonna make it worse, we’re almost outside, just try to breathe, please don’t faint, I don’t think I could carry you-.”

Shoto manages to meet his eyes through the sneezes, watery eyes still beaming with something that Izuku would almost call… pride?

“I’m- heH’izsshh-esschhh-aeshhh-hAH’ESCHH’oo-! Scuse me, I’m o- hEH’MMTSHH-! hH’RRSHH’oo-! I’m okay.”

“Bless you…” 

They make it to the doors, Izuku practically dragging the sneezing man through the crowds, before finally making it to a semi-private area. Izuku lets go, and Shoto immediately leans his back against the wall, bending into his chest with another desperate group.

“hEH’ISHH-kesshhh-mmgshhh-iZSSHH’iew-!”

“Bless you, Shoto. Mind telling me why exactly you sniffed the thing you were allergic to?”

“I wanted to prove your theory. It was… stunning… to watch your beautiful mind at work, I wanted to show that you were right. I just… hEH’EASHH’oo-! RRESHH’oo-! ‘Scuse me. I just didn’t anticipate that level of reaction.”

Izuku’s mouth is hanging open once more, eyes starting to water as he stares in awe at Shoto.

“Y- you thought it was…. beautiful..?”

A laugh bursts from Shoto’s lungs, joyous and pure. Izuku feels the tear slip down his cheek, matching the water running down Shoto’s aswell. He frantically sniffles to try to get himself under control, ‘Come on, you’re crying because he called you pretty?’ but Shoto grabs his hand, using his other to reach up and cup his cheek. He gently brushes the tears away, Izuku purring slightly as he leans into the touch, Shoto gently working his fingers up into Izuku’s hair.

“I did. It was beautiful. Like you.” 

With that, Shoto leans in, planting a soft kiss against Izuku’s trembling lips. They seem to melt into each other, arms wrapping around their backs, until finally Shoto breaks away with another rapid-

“Ishhh-keshhh-ashh-izssshh’oo-!” 

“Bless you-”

Izuku offers, just as light and breathy as the sneezes. Shoto laughs, the full body kind that has him leaning against Izuku’s chest for support. It’s a rare kind of laugh for Shoto. Something pure, full of joy, full of something Izuku didn’t know existed. Not until he met Shoto.

And now? Now his life is bursting with it.

Klieg's whole thing is pretty straight up forward I think, just mean guy who makes Films and is a bit cringe fail (/aff) about it. He's not as fleshed out yet so there are still some gaps in his story.

Klieg is essentially a guy who likes making weird pretentious films and overall just very niche stuff, so he kind of struggles to find much success because he has a hard time finding people who connect with his work. (wdym I'm projecting lmao)

But this just makes him extremely insecure because while he is very proud and loves what he does, he gets frustrated when people just dismiss him and don't make an effort to understand what he's trying to express in his stuff

Except he's just really mean about it and ends up having a "You don't get it because you're not smart enough" vibe to him. Like yeah, he's overall a bit of a jerk because he's tired of no one taking him seriously, and his coping mechanism is thinking he's way too smart pfff (tho idk at what extent he actually believes that...)

He wants to work for the Channels, which are managed by Mike and Host, but Host doesn't want him around because they just get bad vibes out of his personality LOL

And Mike pretty much has to tell him no sorry, the lighters won't like this, in regards to his work, and Klieg kind of resents him for this lmao. He also has a weird bias against Microphone darkners since they're like, the worker bees of the Cable, so he's a bit iffy about Mike being in as high of a position as he is.

But yeah, he's just overall a representation of the artists' conflict of sticking to doing art that is meaningful to them, and having to do stuff that "sells". It's something I personally find very relatable and I think others would as well, especially in today's climate :')

But yeah, Klieg is extremely proud of his work, and he sticks by it, regardless of how unsuccessful it is. He keeps trying to apply for the Channels to get his work seen, but no luck.

The only reason he gets in is when Darkners start going missing, and the entire Cable is slowly falling apart with how many missing people there are and everyone is just losing their motivation.

Tenna going missing was the last drop for the Channels since the place is run by M&H, and they kind of stop caring about it because their kid is missing and so are like half the cast members.

Klieg only gets in because M&H end up having no one in charge of the movie channels, but they're also too emotionally exhausted to even bother arguing with anyone or being picky. As mean as he is, Klieg did know Tenna, and he can't help but get a bit of a pit in his stomach thinking about him.

But M&H shortly go on hiatus to deal with their grief (TV gets unplugged), the Channels are somewhat still producing content, but there isn't much going on and everyone has really low spirits ;v;

Klieg is happy he's finally in a position he can do the work he's always wanted, but at the same time, the circumstances are just less than ideal.

He's still frustrated that after finally reaching the position he wanted (Followed by thoughts of feeling like he didn't earn it), he's kind of like obsessed with making "perfect" work, but this backfires because he's annoyingly nitpicky and no one wants to work with him because of this LOL

Stuff does get exciting when the Fountain opens haha M&H are scrambling around after suddenly leaving their long Hiatus and getting everyone back to work, and Klieg's happy to finally have a proper audience :)

Whatever happens between him and Fun Gang... Well I still want to write that, perhaps through in a funni animated cutscene maybe... :) Only time will tell

OMFG Ren! I'm looking through asks, and how did I miss this one! This is so entirely fun! (And I may share with some others... )

OK...I think I'll stick with both pairings from Open Heart 🤭 (Apologize in advance; this got long... thanks to the 1 person who may read this! lol)

Tobias / Casey-land

Casey: In general, she tries to be friendly, and she has the ability to tell someone to fuck off and make them walk away smiling after she has, so most people tend to like her. But everyone has their enemies out there don't we know that shit here on Tumblr... 🍵 and Casey's no exception.

The first one that comes to mind is Landry - he detests that she went on to be so successful and that she is held in such high esteem by his idol, Ethan. Then, he goes to Kenmore and tries sucking up to Tobias, and ho and behold, Casey ends up being the love of his life. While I don't HC the same level of bitterness between Landry/MC that others do, and I imagine that if he sees her, he tries to be polite and professional (and she does the same). But deep down, he loathes her. His entitlement can't let him past the fact that he feels she is where he deserves to be.

For a brief period of time, Tobias's brother Jordan (M!OC) doesn't like her. He was a little concerned that Casey was a gold digger, but that was just some projection on his part, and they did makeup pretty quickly when he realized he was being a putz.

Her ex-girlfriend Jess's wife (still working on her name!) wasn't very fond of her initially. It was based on envy and differing personalities. Casey & Jess's split was situational, not necessarily anything either woman wanted, and they remained good friends for life. So initially, she felt a bit threatened by her. After realizing that wasn't anything to worry about, she warmed to Casey a little. But where Casey tends to be light-hearted and fun, Jess's Mrs. is a bit more professional and off-standish. She tolerates Casey but often has an "I don't see what you ever saw in her" attitude. Fortunately, they don't see each other much lol .

Lastly... a whole lot of Tobias's former conquests dislike her... it's the "What does she have that I didn't have" attitude (babes, the list is long lol). But these people are inconsequential in their lives.

Tobias: Well, when he came into Casey's life, Ethan would be the top contender. The two of them had their shared history/rivalry, and after their falling out, Ethan was decidedly not a fan. When Tobias started dating Casey after Casey broke up with Ethan yeah, Dr. Ramsey was not pleased. But after the chemical attack, they were able to bridge their differences and end up becoming good friends again.

Several of his relatives on his late father's side of the family. Tobias's Dad died when he was in Med School, and while not fully estranged, they were not on the best of terms when he died (something Tobias struggles with for the rest of his life.) To hear this group of relatives talk, that is the reason, but that's bullshit. For what it's worth, these are the family members his father didn't get on well with either. Truth is, they tend to be racist and always looked at Tobias and his brother as lesser than them (one of the reasons his father disliked them). They're not too fond of Casey, who has put them in their place on more than one occasion (so they don't like her either lol).

Several of his exes... but... only one (maybe two?) that he was remotely serious with. He was really a dick to his college girlfriend, Kara, who went on to be a prominent lawyer in DC, and while she doesn't think of him often, she never looks at him favorably. After the Hopkin's mess, his ex (and Ethan's ex) Vincenza really didn't think highly of either of them, but in time she forgave them both in time. His ex-long-term-situationship Audrey really disliked him for a while after he began dating Casey... as did a bevy of others who had hoped for more, but he swore that was never going to be his life... and now there he was. So there was some bitterness and a lot of talking shit, but they weren't much of an issue. (And Audrey eventually came around. lol)

Ethan / Kaycee land:

Kaycee: Her situation with Landry is pretty much the same as Casey's above, though I feel like there is a little less detesting on Landry's part. Why? Because he still idolized Ethan, and in some way, I think he figured if she was with Ethan, she couldn't have been that bad. Of course, Ethan thought he was a dick, but that didn't matter lol

I'm sure there are some staff at Edenbrook who dislike her because they are envious of her position and/or relationship with Ethan, but they tend to keep that to themselves because they don't want to deal with Ethan's ire.

how do u typically plan your fics/chapters? like how do you do the things you do in your way?

If it's a one shot, I will open a doc, get it formatted just the way I like it, type a basic synopsis of what needs to be in the fic, for example: Let It Out And Let It In was a request for Steve to have a moment of vulnerability in front of the kids, but it had to be accidental, something he couldn't control, because that was the request. I had already read quite a few fics where Steve was having seizures after all of his head trauma and I was very inspired by them, so I knew I wanted to use seizures at some point. This request was the perfect time because seizures are uncontrollable and they would leave him in a way that he'd hate the kids to see. Then I create the outline where I plan out how he gets from point a to point b. Ex: Steve is at home, something happens that makes him seek out Eddie, Eddie is worried and Steve forgets kids are there, Steve has seizure, reactions from everyone, aftercare.

After coming up with a basic outline of the story I begin doing research. This particular story was a hurt/comfort which are some of my favorite things to write, but it was one that I'm less familiar with. I like to keep things incredibly accurate. To keep accuracy I began with looking up the things that might trigger a seizure, then upon finding them I ruled out things that don't apply to Steve until I landed on something that would make sense for him but that also had good plot potential (in this case it was a response to a lack of sleep and too much stress.) From there I look up side effects or like things that people who have seizures would feel before, during, and after. I want to use them for accuracy but equally not overdo it too much out of fear of it feeling like a mockery. I also did something that I wouldn't typically do, I went onto TikTok and found some people who shared their experience of living with seizures to help educate me more before I wrote anything. So once I have the h/c research I think about what would cause everything and how it would effect. Steve isn't sleeping well and had a reaction to stress, that was caused by two things, 1. In the days prior to having a seizure it's typical to not sleep well, alluding to the idea that he would've had a seizure either way but reason 2 jumpstarted the process. 2. His stress response is something that could only come from a parent. What would make a parent upset at their child? I personally get a lot of anxiety about feeling like I'm not doing enough around the house, even though I'm 23 and no one asked me, so I'll do dishes and clean the kitchen, and clean up more than most of us typically would in a quick house straightening, not because I fear being hurt by anyone but I feel like it makes me look bad. I take this idea and flip it on its head. Steve does EVERYTHING but it's never enough, so what happens if he doesn't do the "bare minimum" that his dad has set for him. Bam the plot juices are flowing.

Then it's just a matter of writing. I listen to music while I write which is what inspires all my titles. I get inspired by little thoughts and work them in while I'm writing but beyond that, I stick to the plan. A good example would be in my newest work: Steve had never heard of the tooth fairy. That came to me while I was midparagraph because my 6 year old niece lost her tooth and was so excited about the tooth fairy. The innocence of childhood is exactly what Steve had stripped away from him so I was very inspired by real like. For dialogue, I actually feel it in my brain and on my tongue in a weird way. I picture what they're saying and where they are, how they interact with the world around them, and then I write it. Robin has been proven to never sit right, so I make her flop onto the sofa. Eddie is very expressive so it's fun to picture his faces. I could go on for hours but it's mostly just me glaring at my computer while visions of Stranger Things dance through my imagination. Then I reread to make sure it makes sense but this is the kicker: I only reread what I've added in that writing session. I don't ever read the whole thing until it's posted. I'm not sure why, it doesn't help with anything, but it's kind of like painting puzzle pieces. You don't put it all together at once, you break it into small chunks and then put it together to see the big picture. Then I post. I hate HATE tagging things and making a summary so this is always my least favorite part. If you notice that my tagging has become more chaotic, it's to keep me from ripping my own hair out.

For multi-chapter fics, I use this same process but I do it for all the chapters, making sure I can make them flow well together but also separately. Then I follow the plan.

Between school, Peter loves to spend time with you in his & May's apartment. He sees the city so much while being spider man, so a cozy night in with pizza and Star Wars is his favourite thing. Peter will try and spend as much time with you as possible, but you both have tight schedules due to being avengers, so he'll take whatever he can get. He always feels guilty about not being able to spend as much time with you as he wants, so sometimes you have to reassure him that any time spent together is time well spent.

B - beauty - What do they admire about their s/o? What do they think is beautiful about them?

Peter is 100% about personality over looks, and he thinks the most beautiful part of you is your kind and caring nature. He loves your open mindedness and the fact you treat everybody equally, but he also loves the sarcastic and witty side of you. He values your personality loads, but it's just a plus that you're also the most gorgeous person he's ever seen.

C - comfort - How would they help their s/o when they feel down/have a panic attack etc.?

When you feel down or a bit anxious, Peter can always sense it. He doesn't blatantly tell you, but he always shows you a lot more physical affection to make you feel better. He'll hold your hand and rub small circles on it with his thumb, he'll cuddle up to you and gently massage whatever part of you is closest to him, anything to physically distract you. If you're alone then he'll give you small pecks or the forehead - not only does it make you feel better, but it also makes him feel better too.

D - dreams - How do they picture their future with their s/o?

Literally every day. When he's bored in class, when he's trying to get to sleep, when he sees something that reminds him of you; you're on his mind a lot, he absolutely adores you.

E - equal - Are they the dominant one in the relationship, or rather passive?

It depends on the situation. When you're on a mission together and there's even a slight threat, he's automatically dominant and gets very protective of you. But usually he's quite passive, with a hint of dominance when he gets jealous.

F - fight - Would they be easy to forgive their s/o? How are they fighting?

You and Peter rarely every fight, but when you do have small arguments he's always the first to apologise. The only time you both have had a really serious fight is when you got badly injured after a mission and he got angry that you unnecessarily put your life at risk. However, he was still the first to apologise, as he couldn't stay mad at you for long.

G - gratitude - How grateful are they in general? Are they aware of what their s/o is doing for them?

Oh boy, Peter is SO grateful for everything you do. In fact, he's grateful even when you aren't doing anything. Just knowing that he has the most amazing and kind s/o in the world makes him so thankful.

H - honesty - Do they have secrets they hide from their s/o? Or do they share everything?

You know pretty much all of Peter's secrets, so there isn't much for him to hide. Even when he does have something he wasn't planning on sharing, he always tells you. He knows you won't judge or tell anyone else, therefore he often uses you as a human diary.

I - inspiration - Did their s/o change them somehow, or the other way around?

You and Peter both changed each other for the better. Peter made you appreciate the small things so much more, and has taught you a lot about his favourite things, music, and science. Whereas you've taught him a lot of hand-to-hand combat, and love teaching him your hobbies & the languages you know.

J - jealousy - Do they get jealous easily? How do they deal with it?

Peter trusts you completely, so when he sees you spending time with another man then he doesn't really mind. He knows you would never flirt with anyone but him, but as soon as he sees the other person get handsy then he's automatically pissed. He's quite good at hiding his emotions though, so he'd only be slightly passive aggressive towards whoever is flirting with you. He knows you can handle yourself, but sometimes he just wants to make sure people know you're his.

K - kiss - Are they a good kisser? What was the first kiss like?

Your first kiss was amazing. You had been dating for a few months and were spending the night at the avengers tower, in which Peter has a room. You were both cuddled on his bed, eating ice cream, watching Back To The Future when you caught him looking at you. You didn't have time to say anything before he leaned down and pressed his lips to yours. Before you could register what was happening, he leaned back with a crimson blush plastered on his cheeks. You cupped his cheek and pulled him back in, this time for longer. His lips tasted of the chocolate brownie ice cream he had been eating, but it was so wonderful and sweet that neither of you will ever forget it.

The first time Peter told you he loved you was mid-battle. You, Peter, Sam and Natasha were fighting a group of criminals who were trying to infiltrate Stark Industries - while fighting one of them, you looked over to your boyfriend when you spotted one of the criminals with a knife running up to Peter behind his back. In an instant you jumped over and saved him, using your abilities to your advantage. Once the crimumal was on the floor, Peter laughed, mouth agape, "I love you so much!"

You froze, completely shocked, not knowing what to do. It was only later that evening when you knew what you had to do, so you caught Peter in the hallway of the tower and kissed him, with as much passion as you had in your body. Peter responded quickly, one hand resting gently your waist and the other cupping your cheek. You both stood there for a few minutes, lips working in harmony, before you pulled away and pressed your foreheads together.

M - marriage - Do they want to get married? How do they propose? What would the marriage be like?

You and Peter are still young, so marriage isn't something you both have thought about too much. Despite this, he knows that he wants to spend the rest of his life with you, and eventually get married and start a family. He hasn't brought it up with you as he doesn't want to scare you off, but he knows you feel the same way.

N - nicknames - What do they call their s/o?

Peter has loads of cute pet names that he loves to call you, but also has a few silly ones from stupid incidents in the past. He still calls you 'apple' from when you first met and you spilled apple juice all down your clothes, but his signature pet names are 'honey' and, in private, 'baby'.

O - on Cloud Nine - What are they like when they are in love? Is it obvious for others? How do they express their feelings?

It's very obvious to everyone in the tower and at school that he's head over heels for you. He's constantly making heart-eyes at you, and is always talking about you when you're not around. He compliments you so much that you don't think he's ever said a normal sentence without letting you know how appreciated you are!

P - PDA - Are they upfront about their relationship? Do they brag with their s/o in front of others? Or are they rather shy to kiss etc. when others are watching?

Peter isn't the biggest fan of intense PDA, but would go crazy with it when you're alone. When in public he usually sticks with holding hands, a hand resting on your thigh or around your waist, and small pecks on the temple. When you're alone Peter loves to cuddle, give you small massages of your achy muscles, and would happily kiss you non-stop. Peter is very romantic, and likes doing a lot of the cliché things that happen in the movies. But Peter has a lot of creative ideas when it comes to dates and ways to spend time with each other, so you're always in for a good time. He would do anything to make you happy, no matter how cheesy and sappy it is.

S - support - Are they helping their s/o achieve their goals? Do they believe in them?

He would do anything to help you achieve your dreams, and will always help you reach success. He studies with you, trains with you, and is there at your beck and call to make sure you know you're supported.

You and Peter don't really have a routine, but neither do you spice things up too much. You're always trying new things, and neither of you lead boring lives, so there's always fun stuff to do.

Pete is extremely empathetic with you, and knows you better than you know yourself. You've been through some stuff that he doesn't know too much about, but he supports you through everything that he can, and you always do the same.

Your relationship is the most important thing in the world to the both of you, but more so to Peter. He's lost too many people in his life, and the thought of losing you makes him want to die. Peter and you definitely have different love languages and show love in separate ways, but one thing that unites you both is the love of having you hair played with. The lights dimming in the studio to replicate nightfall.

"And action!" Kenny yelled.

I opened the barn like doors walking in slowly.

"I was looking for Reggie"

"Looking for Reggie? Oh he's with Alex and Willie. He should be back soon"

"So um what did you want to talk about?"

"Just um stuff" I said standing still in my spot.

"What stuff?" He asked coming to stand in front of me.

"Luke. He played me your song" I said picking up the piece of paper with chicken scratch from the coffe table.

"Lifer Girl?" I finally read the title before looking up into his brown eyes.

"Uh yeah. I'm still working on the name. Did you like it?"

"Cut!" Kenny yelled Jeremy finally letting me go.

"Let's just say you have Carolynn to thank for that. Apparently everyone knew"

"What? How?"

"I guess we weren't as good at keeping a secret as we thought"

“Bullshit,” Loki snaps when Bruce explains all the fuckery in their body. Or, to be exact, Loki doesn’t have any issue with their body being a dumpster, what bothers them is that the dumpster has a due date. Bruce tries to save up what he can, but it’s pointless. Loki just keeps repeating how this thing would not kill them, that they’re not weak enough, refusing completely to listen.

"This is an extremely awful situation to find yourself in, and it's fine to be in denial and take it the way you do. But please don't-'' Bruce tries, again, to soothe down the waters.

"I-I am not i-i-in de-de-denial. Y-you admit you-you don't kn-kn-know h-how my b-body w-w-w-works, h-how c-can you know th-th-that I w-w-w-will die?" they ask, glaring into Bruce's soul. He doesn't answer immediately, Loki takes that silence as an answer.

They remove the mask and IV and stand up, hiding a wince of pain. " I will-will-will be in m-my r-r-room, goodbye," they inform, dragging their feet out. Thor jumps up, ready to stop them, but Bruce doesn't let him.

"It's too much, let them take a breath first," he manages to talk to at least one brother, but can't hide how heartbroken he is.

But, with complete honesty, going from being immortal to learning you'll die in less than a month is not the easiest thing.

Loki stopped trying to walk out of their room just a few days after waking up. Or trying to get up of the bed, at all. Even going to the bathroom, just a few steps away, demands going from wall to wall and leaves them breathless and exhausted and in pain.

When this became known to the others, Natasha stormed in the room.

"I come bearing gifts," she announces, and throws a long stick in Loki's feet. They close the book and glare at the stick, and then at Natasha, readjusting the glasses.

"A st-st-stick?" they question, their voice still having that judgement tone even though it's hoarse and weak.

"A cane," she explains, watching as Loki's glare becomes more intense.

"I am n-n-not th-that w-w-weak," they growl. Now it's Natasha's turn to glare.

"How long has it been since you last walked without leaning for support?" she raised an eyebrow. Loki sighs and turns around, their bare feet touching the floor and holding the cane with their left hand.

Upon trying to stand up, they use the other hand as well, and release it when standing up again. Maintaining a good grip is hard (their heart is trying to pump vital organs with blood, leaving their arms and feet numb) but standing and walking with it is less tiring and painful.

"Thank you," they hum and return to the bed, leaving the cane at arm's reach.

"Don't mention it. How are you feeling?" she asks and sits on the bed, after taking her shoes off. Loki sighs and looks in the book, only to avoid eye contact.

"I… I just… I don't c-c-care if I die, I don't, it's j-just the s-s-sob end of a s-s-sob st-st-story… But, I d-d-don't w-w-w-want to drag o-others with-with me… I-I c-c-can't h-hurt more people,” they explain, trying to fight back the shaking. It’s not because they’re about to cry, they’re dry of tears, but their body just doesn’t stop shaking.

Natasha wants to say something, but she can't. Loki can see that, but not the feelings behind it. Even this has gone weak now, atrophied…

They take the deepest breath they can, begging Natasha with their eyes to leave.

She nods and walks out, a small smile of sympathy on her face.

Loki is panting when reaching the med ward, most of their weight supported by the cane. When Bruce sees them, he quickly guides them to the nearest chair, monitoring with his eyes as they try to regain whatever is left of their breathing.

"This doesn't sound good," he comments when Loki's panting turns into a coughing fit, making them bend down in pain as they cover their face. Bruce walks away, only to get some water and offer it to them.

"D-d-didn't feel good-good ei-either," they sigh, holding their chest and panting more than before. Bruce pushes the water forward, and Loki accepts it with a breathless “takk” [thank you].

“Again, th-th-thank you… So, th-there is a pr-pr-pr-problem…” they slap their hands on their crossed feet, the cane balancing between their shins.

“Do you mean the oedema? Because that’s easy to treat,” Bruce asks, sitting in front of Loki. They flash their eyebrows up, their trademark move when coming across a new word. “The fluid in your lungs,” he explains.

“Ah… N-n-n-no, not th-that. I… Do-do-do you h-h-have s-s-s-something in case a pa-pa-patient c-cannot st-st-stomach food?” they start fidgeting with the cane, looking down at their feet instead of Bruce.

“Well, there is a feeding tube. You just have a tube coming in from your nose and down to your stomach. Then, it’s sugared water in an IV, if the digestive system is collapsing,” he explains, still watching Loki carefully. They definitely are in pain, their whole posture is stiff, and they have to use a cane. Their breathing is also bad, too fast and shallow, and they even have fluids there. How can they get out of the bed?

“Does it hu-hurt?” they ask, now picking their fingers. Bruce nods a no.

"I’m bringing the tools, go lay on some bed," he instructs, immediately changing his mind and helping Loki go to the bed when he sees how they struggled to get up and walk.

Late, the same night, Bruce had an emergency message coming from Loki. He runs there, expecting another heart attack and praying he's not too late. Instead, he finds them sitting on the bathroom floor, holding their bleeding nose and panting, their pyjamas stained from the feeding tube hanging out of their mouth.

"I… j-just coughed and…" they trail off, trying to explain. Bruce nods, waiting for Loki to allow him to come closer. They make a small gesture, inviting Bruce.

“Okay, we need to remove the tube. Do you want to wait until the nose bleed stops or take it out now?” he asks, checking if the bleeding has stopped yet. Loki nods twice and releases their nose, still stained but not bleeding any more.

Luckily, they don’t bleed again and don’t appear in pain while Bruce takes out the tube, just uncomfortable. But, truth be told, having a tube passing from your mouth and getting out of your nose isn’t the most pleasant experience.

“Do you want to try again?” Loki nods at the question, struggling to stand up. Bruce leaves, but only to return with the cane. “Here, use this,” he hands over the cane, but Loki still uses him for support as well.

“F-f-few mo-moments,” Loki is still trying to balance, most of their weight carried by the loosely held cane and slight grip on Bruce’s shoulder. Bruce knows that Loki is putting all of their strength, but it’s still so little.

They catch on their breath, even if shallow and fast, and make a few steps forward, dragging the cane and Bruce with them while also using them for support. Bruce walks beside them, his hand keeping their torso up while also avoiding the nerve injury on their back.

The way to the med wing is slow, since not only Loki's pace is slow, but they have to stop every now and then to breathe. Well, most of the breaks were because they would start coughing, quite worse than before. Bruce doesn't comment.

When arriving, Loki went for the bed as fast as possible, letting Bruce connect them to another tube and cannula.

They both know that Loki's not leaving so easily this time.
