Confermata un’altra serie per il palinsesto estivo della piattaforma.

Crunchyroll ha annunciato un nuovo titolo che si aggiungerà al palinsesto simulcast italiano di questa estate.

Progetto d’animazione originale ispirato al corto “Ongaku Shoujo”, prodotto per l’Anime Mirai (ora Anime Tamago) del 2015. La serie sarà animata ancora una volta da Studio DEEN, ma stavolta a dirigerla sarà Yukio Nishimoto (The Galaxy Railways).
Haru Chitose, Eri Kumagai, Sarasa Ryuoh, Kiri Mukae, Uori Mukae, Sasame Mitsukuri, Miku Nishio, Hiyo Yukino, Shupe Gushiken, Kotoko Kintoki e Roro Morooka sono gli undici membri delle "Music Girls", un gruppo di idol prodotto dalla Pine Records. Comunque sono un gruppo di terza categoria che sembra non vendere assolutamente CD. Ma anche se sono confuse e sempre in debito, i membri e il produttore Ikebashi lavorano sempre al massimo delle proprie capacità. A Ikebashi viene l'idea che alle Music Girls serva un nuovo membro, una idol che possa accendere il loro fuoco latente per fare afferrare loro il successo! Hanno dunque inizio le rigorose audizioni. Così, un giorno, le Music Girls incontrano la protagonista della storia, Hanako...

Crunchyroll Reveals Music Girls and Other Upcoming Anime at AX 2018
Crunchyroll just wrapped up its industry panel at Anime Expo 2018, and plenty of announcements came along for the ride. In addition to going over some of the summer 2018 simulcasts, some new series have been revealed. Check out an overview of what you can look forward to this summer and beyond below.
  Music Girls - Coming this summer.
    Synopsis:
Haru Chitose, Eri Kumagai, Sarasa Ryuoh, Kiri Mukae, Uori Mukae, Sasame Mitsukuri, Miku Nishio, Hiyo Yukino, Shupe Gushiken, Kotoko Kintoki, and Roro Morooka are the eleven members of "Music Girls," an idol group produced by Pine Records. However, they're a third-rate idol group that can't seem to sell CDs at all. But even though they're obscure and constantly in debt, the members and their producer, Ikebashi, are all trying their hardest. Ikebashi gets the idea that Music Girls needs a new member—an idol who can light a fire under them so that they can grasp success! And so the rigorous auditions begin. Then, one day, Music Girls meets the story's main character, Hanako...

Groove with the Idols of the "Ongaku Shoujo" Anime in New Promo
We've been getting a bunch of updates on upcoming anime series today, and one of the latest looks ahead to July's run of Ongaku Shoujo. The idol anime by Studio Deen premieres on AT-X on July 6, where it will air every Friday at 11:00pm, followed by Tokyo MX and BS11 on July 7. 
  The official website also went up with a new promo and visual.

      As previously reported, The story of the TV anime follows 11-member "C-class" idol unit Ongaku Shoujo, who belong to PINE RECORD. Despite the struggles of producer Ikehashi and the members, they have not achieved any success and are only making a loss. Ikehashi thinks that Ongaku Shoujo must need a new member who can be an initiator for the success and starts holding auditions. Then one day, Ongaku Shoujo meets the protagonist girl Hanako Yamadaki.
  Yukio Nishimoto (Justeen) directs the series, with Deko Akao (Arakawa Under the Bridge) on series composition.

12 New Idols to Make Their Debut in TV Anime "Ongaku Shoujo" This Summer
A new idol-themed TV anime Ongaku Shoujo is set to premiere on Tokyo MX and BS 11 this July. Prior to the TV premiere, the first single from the series, "ON STAGE LIFE" is already scheduled to be released from King Amusement Creative's newly-launched label dedicated for virtual characters, PINE RECORD, on June 6.
  The story follows 11-member idol unit Ongaku Shoujo, who belong to PINE RECORD and is a so-called "C-class idol." Despite the struggle of producer Ikehashi and the members, they have not achieved any success and have been only making a loss. Ikehashi thinks that Ongaku Shoujo must need a new member who can be an initiator for the success, and starts holding auditions. Then one day, Ongaku Shoujo meets the protagonist girl Hanako Yamadaki.
  Yukio Nishimoto (The Galaxy Railways, Animal Yokocho) serves as director at Studio Deen, alongside
series composition writer Deko Akao (Amanchu!, After the rain) and anime character designer Momoka
Komatsu (KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on this Wonderful World! chief animation director).
