Megaman Production Art Scan of the Day #787:
Shingo Adachi's Story of Meteor Artbook: Page 52
I'm failing to add a translated page to this, but the only real notation on here at the center of the page is merely saying shuriken color at the top, and hand color below, as Shinobi Rockman is in that blurry throwing motion. As well as flames moving forward from Dino War Rock's mouth in the bottom left piece.

Megaman Production Art Scan of the Day #762:
Shingo Adachi's Story of Meteor Artbook: Page 27
No, those weird dark line cuts are not from my scanner, it really was printed that way. It's more noticeable at full view in this resolution, so it appears his scans of Hayaya and the Tribe art were on multiple pieces of paper and they weren't aligned perfectly before being captured for this book.
While I haven't fully cleaned it up for Scan of the Day, you can still see a cleaner scan of Hayaya's settei here, that I have already posted.
Tribe key art for clarification on his missing Subaru and Rockman:
And yes, Adachi, I liked that other idol rival of Misora's, too...
*ahem*...I mean, who? (thanks, Ian! LOL)

Ninja and Dinosaurs and Lightning Bolts, oh my!
Tribe form (and Burai) sticker art from the 2008 Wave Masters event and alternate concept art of those forms.
Because one of these forms is heavily on my mind right now...for reasons...
Scanned from: Shooting Star Rockman Official Complete Works, Circa March 2009.

Go ninja, go ninja, go!
Flawless? Not even close. But I’m so psyched to finally have this Wood Ninja/Green Shinobi Rockman kit put together!
It was so nice to have a kit that glued and set smoothly, without having to really trim or drill anything to interlock. It’s balancing just fine, with nothing to hold it, despite the weight not being balanced. And it just looks so dang cool! Other than the obvious kits I’d long for, that’ll likely never get made, this was like top of my list of wanted figures. So it’s a little more satisfying to see it all done.
I give up on black detail lines, though. No matter if it’s a fine tip sharpie, or paint pen, the tip is never fine enough. That gets too frustrating, especially if it bleeds. The metallic blue I used on the transparent wind cyclone resin on Subaru’s arm actually turned out really nice, though.
I really want to keep working on more kits, but know I need to flip my focus to drawing, rather than painting and assembling again. So I probably won’t work on another Hobby Rock figure until I’m done with 30th Anniversary stuff.
Dang right I tried this time!

Takamisaki Forte.EXE Hobby Rock kit complete! I...I think I somehow did it, without any magnets or pins to hold him together!
The cloak was no easy task, getting it to line up properly to glue all three pieces together and still align with the holes in his shoulder to fit. I actually had to get a drill out and deepen the holes to get the pegs to fit in snugly, and I somehow then didn’t even need to glue the cloak to him.
Granted, the cloak is so heavy and weighted on one side, that I had to use something to stabilize him, so that he wouldn’t tip over. So, since 4-Inch Nel Kung Fu Cut Man can stand fine on his own, he lost his display base to Forte.
One photo with Burai, for the two anti-hero kits with their powerful ‘talk to the hand’ poses on display. Then another, where he will crush that tiny ant known as Rockman.
Doesn’t matter if I have flash on or off, I never feel like the colors and lighting of my photos really help them look how it does in person. Hard, on a gloomy, cloudy day, too. But the last pic in this set probably feels closer to how I see it.
It’s not perfect, but probably the best I’ve felt after finishing a model kit yet. For a more complicated kit, I feel pretty dang proud I got it all put together!
Until his head falls off the second it gets bumped... XD So as always with my kit posts, do the thing, Bart:
Now to finally get around to the Green Shinobi kit!!
